My 30,000 mile car was in for service at Nercedes of Bloomfield and caught fire 18 hours later. Even though I've been dealing with Mercedes of Bloomfield for many years Logan Wood & Steve Taormina acted deceitful with no interest in providing customer satisfaction. If you are considering buying or having service done by any of the Mercedes dealers in Oakland County stop. They are all owned by the same family with the same philosophy. The Mercedes dealer in Grand Blanc, MI will be getting my business. They offer better pricing and are interested in servicing their customers.

I live in New York and was vacationing in Michigan when the trunk automatic opener of my 2003 S430 stopped working. I was returning in a couple of days and needed to put stuff in my trunk. Although I had no appointment, they took me in and repaired my problem while I was waiting.My thanks to Greg Swanson who took care of my car.

I called on a Saturday for an oil change and check up on my GLK 350 as I was in the area. I have never been there before but the caring and efficient team got my car in quickly and out the door like I have been their customer for years! The short wait was pleasurable in a very comfortable sitting area. I highly recommend this service center!!!

Just purchased my first Mercedes-Benz from Shannon Thompson. So happy to have her as my sales woman! After she showed me around the dealership and met some of the department heads; I felt like family. Heck, I even met the owner! 5 Stars for MB of Bloomfield!

I have been a Mercedes owner for over 15 years and this is by far one of the worse customer service experience that I have ever had. I live in Bloomfield Hills so it is convenient for me to take the car there but after the latest service experience I will not longer give them my business. Both Logan and Steve from Service were horrific to deal with. They ran an unauthorized charge on a credit card that was never agreed upon. Called to speak to someone else there and never got a call back. Corporate said there was not a whole lot they could do since they are privately owned. Will be buying a new car and was going with the new E350 but purchasing a BMW instead because I don't want to service it at their nightmare of a dealer.

I have been to this dealership two times to look at cars because I am a very picky person, no I have not made a decision yet but if I do choose Mercedes I would definitely buy one from here, my salesman name was Aaron, he is such a sweet and genuine down to earth person, he took his time to answer any questions that I may have had, never once did he make me feel that he wasn't genuine and I critique people all the time when it comes to customer service because I feel that great or bad customer service goes a long way, he is definitely a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield AND the funny part about it is that a lot of people told me not go to this dealership because their salesmen was snobbish and rude and that is SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH, I'm glad I went to find out for myself! Would I recommend this dealership to others there should be a spot for ABSOLUTELY because ABSOLUTELY, yes I will!

We just leased a GL450 from Sinisha and it was a painless and efficient process! He was immediately responsive, offered to bring the car to me to test drive and to work on his day off to finish the deal. He knew all about the process, the car and the dealership. I would strongly recommend contacting him if you are buying a car.

In all my years of car leasing and/or buying, I have never had a greater experience of it than i did at Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Let me start by saying that I have never owned or leased a Mercedes vehicle. When I was deciding which Mercedes dealer to go to, my very best friend told me that she had been leasing from Mr. AJ Kreiss, Mercedes Salesman at the Bloomfield Hills Mercedes. I phoned Mr. Kreiss and left him a message to return my call as he was not available the day I called. He had been in a training in Ohio. The next day I received a friendly and enthusiastic call from Mr. Kreiss. Mr. Kreiss was polite, professional, and appropriately personable. He asked all the right questions based on my needs and was also conscious of my time. His level of expertise on the makes and models of Mercedes vehicles was near perfect. In that one phone call Mr. Kreiss was able to get down all my info to begin the leasing process and the style of car I was wanting. The next day Mr. Kreiss called me with a credit approval and the chosen car. I was in awe and ecstatic and eager to get in right away. Right after the weekend I went it to sign my documents and it was done within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with Mr. Kriess's ability to spend just enough time with me to be efficient, and yet still maintain a personable and polite relationship. I was overly pleased with my entire experience of acquiring a Mercedes Benz! I will say that if Mr. Kreiss had not been the salesman I may not have had the same great experience. I hope that Mercedes Benz company keeps Mr. Kreiss as one of their salesman as I look forward to working with him in the future! Mr. Kreiss made absolute certain to make sure my needs were met. I will be referring family,, friends, and colleagues to Mr. Kreiss!

I am a first time MB owner & I was initially intimidated when I entered the dealership, nobody seemed very interested in helping me there except Sinisha; he was warm, succinct and a no nonsense type of guy. He really seemed interested in helping me and making sure that I became an owner of a MB. I am so pleased with his service and level of care he gave me. I definitely will return to him when its time to upgrade!

As a first time MB owner, if was very impressed by our salesman Sinisha Martinovich. I was promptly greeted when I entered the dealership and Sinisha made us feel at home. He was very knowledgeable about the types of autos that we wanted to see. He gave us various options and when we finally settled on what we wanted, he shopped the model and located one nearby that was traded. We did not feel rushed at all. We would certainly recommend him.

Wow, talk about an experience most 30 yr. olds don't expect when purchasing their first AMG, more or less from a Mercedes Benz based in quaint Bloomfield Hills, MI. Not only was my salesman (SINISHA MARTINOVICH) knowledgeable and ready to serve, he did so more as a trusted advisor or friend (compared to other approaches that have tainted the car buying experience) making the entire process from introduction to drive off a complete pleasure. I cannot recommend Sinisha more to anyone considering a MB as their next vehicle. Whether you're a seasoned MB owner looking for that last majestic wagon to drive you off into the sunset or like me, a young whippersnapper looking to fulfill his childhood dreams, trust me when I say that Sinisha Martinovich is the one man you can get you that one engine! I just picked up my CLA today and I love it! I had such a positive experience working with AJ. He was recommended to me by my grandparents who have been customers of his for years. He is very kind and patient with them and always available to answer their questions. I am young and this was the first car I have leased without my parents. AJ took me seriously and treated me with respect and helped me through this unfamiliar process. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and an overall pleasure to work with. He also was able to rush the car for me and it was ready a month early. I hope to be able to work with AJ and Mercedes-Benz of Bloomfield Hills many more times!

Picked up my CLA today & I couldn't be happier! Every salesman told me they couldn't get me a CLA bc they were unable to locate them, but AJ got me the exact one I wanted. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgable & efficient! This is my third lease with AJ & I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Best salesman in town! Highly recommended .

Our last 5 cars or so have been from AJ, each time he impresses me with his enthsiasm, honesty and follow-up. He really makes you feel like he is doing the best he possibly can for you. I truly nominate AJ Kreiss as the best Mercedes-Benz dealer in MI. He is such a friendly, courteous and reliable person and tries his best to get his customers the best deal he could get. AJ at Bloomfield Hills Mercedes has been taking care of my family and I for over 10 years now. The way he treats his clients is what has prompted me to write this review. He honestly cares and does whatever is needed to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. He pays attention to what you are looking for and delivers high quality service each and every time. In the last 4 months my mother, sister and myself have all got cars from AJ. He simplifies the process so that you are able to enjoy the experience of purchasing a new car. The best way I can put it is that AJ treats you like family and that is the reason I have referred friends and will continue to do so. You dont find many people as genuine as him and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mercedes.

He is friendly and cordial, and was extremely helpful in finding me the right car. AJ made what is normally a stressful situation, a memorable positive experience. Over 10 years ago when I first started considering a luxury vehicle, I walked in several dealerships and was either blown off or assisted by sales guys who didn't know 75 % of the answers to my questions. Finally, I was referred to AJ and I was 150% pleased with him. My sales professional AJ has assisted me with my luxury vehicle purchases for years. He has displayed an excellent level of outstanding service and is extremely knowledgable. Why be helped by anyone but the main guy? He has an extensive amount of experience and knows the industry inside and out. I would only want to be serviced by the best and that is Mr. AJ Kreiss. If you're seriously considering a Mercedes benz vehicle and need that top notch and friendly service, you should ask specifically for AJ.

When I first visited the dealership in 2006, my intent was to secure a 2-year lease to get the experience of driving a Mercedes out of my system. Because of AJ, 8 years and 4 cars later, I continue to be a loyal customer. He is attentive, friendly, helpful and has never failed to attend to any question, or concern that I have had, even when it has not involved "making a sale." I have referred countless friends and family members over to this particular dealership because of him, and I will continue to do so, as long as he is there. This is a dealership that understands the true meaning of customer service. You are not only buying a brand, you are truly joining a family.

Hello,I was at the dealership today April 5th to look/purchase an Ml350 4matic, the sales people, manager did not even acknowledge my presence. The first snobby lady I met at the door didn't even say a word to me. After standing around for few minutes, I approached another sales rep that eventually decided to assist. Then I had to wait for him forever! After about an hour ...I was finally attended to. I could have be attended to in 15minutes, I just had few questions. I even scheduled an appointment online a day before! I won't be doing business at this dealership, going to BMW and getting an X5 instead!

Extremely bad experience with the sales rep at this dealership. We went to purchase/lease the E-Class vehicle at this dealership and wanted to get details around features and packages available in this vehicle. Sales rep's response was for us to go home and look at the features on the web and build the package and then come back to him for final pricing. When we asked him to see if he could print some common configs, his response was again the same: Go home and look at the packages and then come back. He did not offer any test drive or the any vehicle to look at, almost discounting us as a customer. This is the worst dealership customer experience I have had in Metro Detroit area.

I have visited this dealer twice. Both times was a pleasant experience. I worked with Bernard as my service rep and Gweneth took care of my loaner car needs. During my last visit, both of them went out of their way to have everything prepared for me in the morning and i was out of the door with a loaner within 5mins. They both understand the importance of people who have to drop their car off and make it to the office by 8am. That was very much appreciated!!! Everytime I have pulled up to the service floor, they were already on the move before I could even get out of the car!!! Very professional, very courteous, customer service at its best!!!Thanks guys!!! I hope your bosses see this. I am one satisfied customer.

My family and I purchased and leased many high priced vehicles from this dealer. I do not have time to describe the details, which would take me hours, but I can tell you that everyone at this dealership, from Charles Ghesquire(owner) to AJ Kreiss(salesman) and all the way down to the cashiers, are careless, unproffesional, misleading, and flat out DISHONEST people. In my entire life, dealing with everyone from Lexus to Honda, I have never experienced such an ILL-FASHIONED operation. These people do not operate manneredly nor do they appreciate anyone's business to say the least. The details are horrific and perhaps one day I will take the time to describe them, but today is not that day. I become nauseated when I think of the experiences I've had with the above mentioned individuals. THE ONLY MERCEDES DEALERSHIP IN MICHIGAN THAT IS NOT OWNER BY THE GHESQUIRE FAMILY IS IN ST. My car stopped running so I had it towed to this dealership.I was expecting a high-quality service, but the fact proved that I was wrong. The assistant manager told me to wait 30 minutes until they started working, without asking a word about my car. Later on, I waited for another 15 minutes and finally I was told that they do not have the equipment to fix the problem of my car and asked me to go to another dealership.Worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership.

I bought my first Mercedes from here and shopped all around before I did. Being my first "non-American" car, I wanted to make sure I got the perfect vehicle. I am just your average income person that wanted to reward myself with a really nice car for all my hard work through the years. I was deciding near the end between a BMW and the E350. It was the customer service at this dealership that won me over and I love my E350!!! I've been in for service (scheduled maintenance) a few times now and have been really impressed that they treat you so good even after you've signed on the line. I will say the service is more expensive then I am used to but I only go once a year now and the give me a loaner. Highly recommend Mercedes and this dealership!

I had been taking my ML350 truck to Mercedes of Bloomfield for routine services for the past four years because i wanted to be sure that i had the best and quality service. However, on November 30, I took my truck in for a routine service and the tech was negligent in replacing the oil cap and as a result, caused damage ($7,555) to my engine within 24 hours of service. Mercedes of Bloomfield denies responsibility for damage.

I'm buying a new C350 Coupe from this dealership. I'll be the first to admit I am not their typical customer with a mid-high six figure income; but the C350 is priced within my budget and I think I was being ignored slightly because I wanted to talk about the base [C Class] vehicles instead of the AMG editions which are way out of my price range. A well equipped C350 is between $45-47000. The sale person repeatedly tried to get me to add items to the car that I do not need or want simply because they had that car on their lot. I won't suggest that others shop here until after they win the lottery. I'm sure this dealer would frown on serving new money as well.

We contacted this dealer because of a car we saw listed on Cars.com. They were very helpful from the start. We drove 4 hours to go purchase the vehicle and were very pleased with their service from the moment we walked in. Their facility is immaculate and even their service area was clean. It was way above any service area we had experienced in the past. Our salesman, Rick, was very helpful too. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we would definitely go back if they had what we were looking for on their lot.

HE DISCUSSED PURCHASE OPTIONS AND VARIOUS RATES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD THE INTEREST RATES AND GAVE ME THE OPTIONS FOR DIFFERENT PERIODS OF TIME. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY ON THE SPOT. HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE SERVICE AREA TO MAKE ME FAMILIAR WITH THEIR OPERATION. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO ME. RICK EVEN TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES AVAILABLE ON A PRE OWNEN CAR. HE HAD MANY YEARS OF CARS TO CHOOSE FROM. EACH CAR HAD POSTED DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE OPTIONS IT HAD.

I purchased a preowned E350 from Mirko and he was the best salesman I've ever dealt with!! He was attentive to my needs and treated my kids like they were important. I would highly reccomend him as a salesman. Ive been buying cars there for over 20ys and been buying cars from Mirko for 10. It seems that the previous post was a smear job. Mirko is an upright salesman who is focused on his clients, not his pocket.

I purchased a used vehicle here and the salesman was Mirko Gjorgjevski. It was a 7 yr old E-class so it had no warrenty but looked clean and had low miles. Mirko went on and on about how the car had been sold new by his dealership and all the service was done there. The car looked pretty clean and I asked if all of the service was up to date. Mirko told me that it was and then took me back to the service department and printed out the service history. I looked through the pages but there was no way to determine if it was up to date on all regular service items so I took his word for itI took it in for my first service about 6 weeks and 3,000 miles later, expecting an oil change and the other minor inspections. The service department called me within a half hour and notified me that the car needed a number of things done to bring the service "up to date" (their exact words) adding $1,200 to my routine service. Transmission fluid & coolant change (should have been done 25,000 miles ago!), cracked fog light lens, cracked rear springs. Obviously, the dealer knew about many of these overdue service items when I bought the car and the salesman lied when I inquired about the service being up to date. I complained to the service dept, salesman (claimed asking if the service is up to date is a "vague" question - well apparently not a vague question to your service guys!) and used car manager and none would do a thing for me.I have purchased many used luxury vehicles from dealers and on ebay and this is the first negative experience I have had. I don't expect a used vehicle to be perfect but I do expect a bit more when buying from a MB dealer where you will be paying a bit of a premium. Mirko is very smooth during the buying process but turns in to a complete jerk if you go to him with a problem. Basically a slimy salesman in a nice suit. He also lied to me during the sales process when he told me they just got the car in. I pointed out to him that the carfax report showed they had the car for 6 months and he tried to claim he was mistaken (they hardly ever have used e-class wagons).So, the end of the story is I took my car to an independent MB mechanic, had the work done at a savings of 25% and told him of my dealings with MB of Bloomfield Hills. He laughed and said his business has been built from customers with similar stories and he has been in business 25 years. I love the car so no regrets, but I won't ever do business at this dealer again and will tell everyone I know not to either.
