My sales person was Sean. He provided me with great assistance purchasing the car I was looking for. He knows every parameter of any car and very truthful. He was not pushy and was very patient. Finance person was Al. He prepared all paperwork fast and accurate. I was able to get great financial terms. Even though I had to drive to this dealership 80 miles, I will buy from then again.

I knew Mercedes would be my next car - but I didn't know what a pleasant experience I would have at Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. Sean McCormack and the team in Caldwell took the best care of me - getting me a great deal on the exact car I wanted. I went here to check out a year old model I happen to like in the color I loved. There aren't a lot of these cars anymore, so I decided to buy it from this place. Plus, my sales person Gordon was engaging. The only other place that had the car I want was in Princeton which was much farther (now how I wish I did). But even after I decided to do business with MB Caldwell and put a huge downpayment, I found the other staff to be cold, unfriendly, and indifferent. I don't think it should matter whether you buy used or new, but I was definitely made to feel like a second class citizen. I also felt pressured during the Financing process to get add-ons. No words can express the horrible experience I had at in this place. Overall, it's puzzling why they think they can treat people like this. And I'm a customer! Also, their location and store isn't even that great. It's small, plain and dilapidated compared to the other dealerships I've been to. Lastly, the manager of the store didn't bother meeting me or calling me back when I complained about this whole experience. Simply unacceptable. This place needs some major improvements - inside and out.

I was a little nervous about my first Mercedes-Benz purchase and having dealt with car dealers in the past, I was prepared for a less than pleasant experience. So I was in the market for a truck because me and my fiance found out we were having a baby so I went to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell and test drove the GLE and I fell in love. The experience there is like no other Jonathan Murphy was my sales rep and he was the best and helpful At finding me a car that accommodates my family 100%. Jonathan Murphy went above and beyond for me and making my experience 100% satisfaction ! Last but not least finance department Al Reci was one of the best I ever dealt with he got me approved for the loan which any other dealership told me I had no chance this guy has power. He went over the paperwork Word for Word and save me lots of money! Thank you guys! By the way they are the cheapest around.

The reviews here look great but on Google the last 5 of 6 reviews all recommend to STAY AWAY! I spoke on phone with salesman Michael Napurano and made offer of money down, 60 months term and needed $650.00 per month if they were interested in making a deal on a 2012 CLS 550. He said let me check and called me back within minutes to say that "We have a deal. When can you get here to take delivery?" We set up for two days later. In meantime I provided a credit app. and arrived at a pre-set time 2 days later. Sat 1.5 hours waiting to get to see the finance manager to sign paperwork. We live in Toms River, 1.5 hours away which Michael was aware of. Had wife and child with me as well. Finance manager utters the first words "we have a bit of a problem. We will need to get you 4.9% financing instead of 3.9%. Even if we got you 3.9% your payment would still be $667.00 per month, $17.00 more per month then the deal." I couldn't believe that they were telling me now that I arrived to pick up the car and sign the paperwork! I went back to salesman and said "didn't we have an agreement in advance for this car?" and Michael said "$17.00 extra per month doesn't sound so bad to him". Then he added "this happens all of the time." The finance mgr. while standing next to me asked me "who made you this deal?" which I then pointed to Michael. The finance mgr. then asked "after you made the deal with Michael, did you contact anyone in finance to confirm that this deal could be completed?" at which point I was done with these two CLOWNS! I sent my wife and kids out of the dealership and left by shouting a few choice words to the awesome salesman and finance manager who seemed to both be equally incompetent. Never did any sales manager or General manager ever enter to help with anything. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS! They have recent new ownership, new GM and have gone back to the days of old of getting you to come to the dealership so they can screw with you!

When I made a purchase at this dealership about 8 months ago it was apparent that 50% of those working there needed to move on and seemed "peopled out" including the head of service. Since then, they have thankfully cleaned the house and have quality people in place. Kevin from the PARTS DEPARTMENT went above and beyond in helping me find a hidden part in my car and saved me hundreds of dollars.($425.00 actually) He has been at this location for close to 14 years and knows his stuff inside and out. I can't thank him enough for what he did and for making me NOW wanting to return to Caldwell Mercedes for service and possible another car. HE MADE A DIFFERENCE !!!!!

I visited MB of Caldwell with the intent of comparing the CLS400 to the Lexus LS460. I have owned the LS series Lexus since they debuted in 1990. I met with Deshone Drummond and Keith DeYoung. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy, or the "typical" car salesman. I was so impressed with the car, the dealership and these two men in particular, that I drove away with a beautiful CLS400. I look forward to being a loyal Mercedes Benz customer at this dealership.

I had the occasion to return to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell, located in Fairfield, NJ. I was greeted by David Morrison of the sales section. I had explained to David the vehicle and its options of my interest. David had taken the time to review the entire vehicle both interior and exterior as well as the accessories and their function. I wanted to lease the vehicle, David had taken the time to review both the terms of a lease vs a purchase. During this time I was introduced to Keith De Young who inquired if there was any additional questions or assistance needed and that he would be available to me if so requested. Quite a gentleman. The test drive was excellent, I was quite pleased with the C300, 4matic.I then was introduced to Julia Radullic, Finance Manager, she was quite professional, had taken the time to review all aspects of the financial experience, answered all of my questions and a pleasure to deal with. David Morrison then introduced me to Eric Bielicka of the Service Depth. Eric reviewed the interior and exterior functions of the vehicle's accessories. Not only did he demonstrate, David made sure I knew how to operate the accessories. What a total Pleasure My Experience Was ! Have dealt with this dealership since its inception. From my sales assoc. Mike Fumai, to sales mgr. Keith DeYoung, to gen. mgr. Steve Reedy, they presented a great two car deal in the most pleasant affordable professional manner. Since i have done much prior business there i can say with certainty that the service dept. is also first rate, as is what i hope you never need, a terrific body shop whose mgr. Brittany is incredibly knowledgable and good at what she does. Al Reci made all the tedious paper signing pleasant, well explained, and moved along as quickly as possible. I won't purchase or lease from anyone else!

I was searching North America for a specific year, make and model CPO Mercedes (E550 Coupe). I found my car at MB of Caldwell. I made an internet inquiry, Keith, the sales manager personally contacted me within 15 minutes and told me some details about the car. Keith then asked Jason Wagner to contact me to provide all the service information, CARFAX and additional details. I wanted the car at this point. Jason worked with me on the purchase price and we quickly landed on an agreed price. I live in Raleigh NC and I was on a business trip in Vancouver BC. Jason told me no problem. When would you like to pick up your car? I flew to NJ the next day, finalized the details, then drove my new baby to Raleigh. Easiest and most professional experience that I've had buying a car. Amazing experience!

Took me some time to provide this review but here is my experience. Let me say it right of the bat that my pre-owned mercedes E350 is a great car to drive. Issue I have is with two employees that i dealt with 1. Jon Murphy 2. Al Reci. Jon is a great sales person. He sold me the car within 30 minutes of walking into the dealership. I would also like to think that I got a good deal. My tag plates were 1 week late. They ended up giving me a loaner- the temp plates are valid for 1 month. So took over 5 weeks to get my tags? Phone inquires went with no response. Told me during the transaction that we dont care about selling CPO E350's as they sell enough of new S550's. I felt I was not needed or my dollars were not worth it. But the E350 I picked was a solid car with low mileage so I ignored colorful commentary. Now about Al- a real piece of work. If I have to pick one reason to ignore this dealership in the future it would be him. This guy almost forgot to collect the down payment check from us and he is in finance. As I said real piece of work. He wanted to sell the extended warranty (which I bought) and also the rims package.- That I said give me a day or so to think about it to finalize. He agreed and asked us to call next working day to add. We decided to add the rim package, we called him, he said he will add it to the contract and send it over the Mercedes. Complete bunch of lies, never added the package. Same as Jon never answered any calls (multiple calls). when confronted in person, he said he would take care of it. when I did receive my first bill, guess what, the package amount was not added on the originally quoted monthly amount. I go to Mercedes of Morristown for a minor issue - since they are closer to me, asked the service adviser to confirm whether if I have the rim package or not. He confirmed my worst fears that its not added. I don't know what kind of business these guys are running but in my opinion professionalism is just non-existent at this place. I love my Mercedes but never again visit this place not even for service. Sad that these people are still in business. I hope someone from Mercedes actually reads this review and take action. These people wont survive one day in a corporate settings. SHAME!!!

Buying a car is never a fun experience, but these guys make it as easy as you can get it. The sales team is not your average "Car sales" type, they actually care and make you feel welcome. I have been a customer of Globe Motor Car Co in Fairfield NJ since 1993, purchasing or leasing 15 Mercedes Benz vehicles during that time, mostly from them. When I was ready for number 16, I placed the order with my long time Sales Representative, Jim Sangemino, who told me that the dealership was under new management and now called Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell. In the interim, I had a service and was extremely pleased with the even better ease of making the appointment, the timeliness of the work and the cleanliness of the car. As to the new vehicle, Jim kept me apprised of its progress including order acceptance, VIN assignment, manufacture date, Port departure, Port arrival and shipment to Fairfield. On a Tuesday he told me that he expected the car to arrive that Friday, which it did. He supervised the offloading and sent me a picture of the car immediately afterward. When I picked it up that afternoon, the vehicle was prepped to perfection. I spent a very informative and pleasant hour with Business Manager Julia Radulic, who explained the available service and care options with honesty and logic. In closing, I can justly say that those of us who have frequented and trusted Globe will be more than pleased with Mercedes Benz of Caldwell.

Nightmare.My mother & I went to lease an S550.We were trading in a 2008 S550, & wanted to pay the lease upfront.Our salesman, Deshone, was OK. He arranged to drive us around the lot to see the avail colors. We decided on 1, returned to his office, & negotiated a deal. Deshone asked us if we wanted to drive the new car home today; we said yes. He then intro'd us to Tommy, a finance specialist. We told Tommy that we were paying the lease upfront. Tommy called Deshone in & scolded him in front of us., saying Deshone did not give him that info. Then, the phone rang. Tommy picked it up; it was MB Finance Co., confused about the addy on our application. Again, Tommy scolded Deshone for filling out the paper work incorrectly. Tommy's behavior was unprofessional, & made us extremely uncomfortable. Tommy then tried to impress us by showing us pix of his show horse. I have no clue why he thought this was important, or what it had to do with the business we were conducting. It made us feel even more uncomfortable. MB Finance Co. asked Tommy to ask us if we would show them a bank statement. We were trading in an S class with a trade in value about equal to the cost of the new lease, & were paying the entire lease UPFRONT. I said there was no way we'd show them a bank statement. Tommy asked to speak to a "supe." He spoke with the supervisor, unprofessionally, calling him "bro". He was able to get the supervisor to OK the lease application, & asked us to leave his office while he prepared the paper work. We went to the lounge. On our way, some man, offered us some water; my mother accepted. We sat in the lounge for a long time. Tommy finally came out & brought us back to his office. He said the computer wasn't spitting out the right numbers, but he fixed them by hand. As we were going over the figures, Tommy pointed to an amount & said, "This is the amount of the check that you are giving me now." I advised him that we didn't have a check with us, that Deshone offered to let us take the car home today, that we would bring the check & title tomorrow AM. He excused himself, went to speak with Deshone, & came back & said, "OK. I spoke with Deshone. He said you will bring the check & title tomorrow morning." Again, my mother & I felt uncomfortable, as if we were lying about what Deshone had offered us. To make up for the "trouble" & the "amount of time" we had spent in the dealership, Tommy offered us a free clear coat application (which we still don't have). We thanked him. FINALLY, at 7:30PM, 6 hours after we had walked into the showroom, we were handed keys to the new car. As I was sitting in the driver's seat familiarizing myself with the car, someone knocked on my window. I look up & Deshone & the man who had given us water was standing there, so I rolled down my window. Deshone said, "You remember Keith, our Sales Manager?" I said, "No. He never introduced himself." Keith then said to me, "Deshone is going to follow you home to get that title & check." There were several customers & a few employees in the area who heard what he said. My mother & I were mortified. I got out of the car & told Keith, We have been in the dealership for 6 hours, my mother's diabetic, we're going out to eat, & Deshone is not following us. Deshone & Tommy both know that I'm bringing the check & title the tomorrow AM. If you have issue with that, we're leaving w/ our old car & tearing up the new car contract." He backed off & let us go. When we got home, we discovered that the 2nd key did not work. I told Deshone, who offered to bring us a diff key & come pick up the check & title. He came the next afternoon with new keys that didn't work. He said he'd get us a working set. As of today, 9/14/15, we still don't have a 2nd working key, nor have we heard from Deshone about the keys. We got a call from Steve, Gen Mgr, who offered to buy my mother dinner or a ticket to a play, to show her "We're not bad guys". Based on our horrific exp., I declined.

Keith then said to me, "Deshone is going to follow you home to get that title & check." There were several customers & a few employees in the area who heard what he said. My mother & I were mortified. I got out of the car & told Keith, We have been in the dealership for 6 hours, my mother's diabetic, we're going out to eat, & Deshone is not following us. Deshone & Tommy both know that I'm bringing the check & title the tomorrow AM. If you have issue with that, we're leaving w/ our old car & tearing up the new car contract." He backed off & let us go. When we got home, we discovered that the 2nd key did not work. I told Deshone, who offered to bring us a diff key & come pick up the check & title. He came the next afternoon with new keys that didn't work. He said he'd get us a working set. As of today, 9/14/15, we still don't have a 2nd working key, nor have we heard from Deshone about the keys. We got a call from Steve, Gen Mgr, who was very noncommittal. He offered to buy my mother dinner or a ticket to a play, to show her "We're not bad guys." Based on our horrendous, embarrassing experience, I said no, & asked him to consider a real gesture. This dealership is unprofessional. Over the years, we have purchased very many cars, including several Mercedes. We have never been treated so poorly. anywhere. STEER CLEAR!

Save yourself a huge headache and look elsewhere. You would find better service at a Yugo dealership. We scheduled an appointment for 1130am. Were asked to wait 15-20 minutes and were still waiting 2 hours later. We were still waiting to close the deal (no issues with financing) as the dealership was closing that evening. The car was not washed or fueled, we had to search for it in the lot to leave. We ordered touch up paint and were sent an email that it had arrived. When we went to pick it up, there was no record of the order and we left without it. The payoff on our trade-in was delayed to the point where we were still receiving payment notifications on our trade-in (accepted vehicle at end of July, and not paind until Aug 25th. We made several calls to the dealership to request status on the payoff and were told that they would check, yet we received no return call (Judi). The 30 day temporary plates have expired and have not received them so are driving with expired temp plates becuase they did not process them. I spoke with the general manager (Keith) on Tuesday, and he assured me that he would call me first thing yesterday about the plates and the other issues. I only heard from him after I texted this afternoon that I was writing this review and contacing Mercedes USA. We had a much better experience with our previous purchase when it was still under the Globe Mercedes ownwership. Safe yourself a headache and find another dealership.

This is what I call customers service. New management has exceeded in every way. My Merced Benz will not go anywhere else but here for service. I found this dealership to be honest and courteous. My car looked brand new after I picked it up for service. From the moment that I arrived to drop off the car, I was greeted with the most respect that anyone should expect, from the service advisor all the way up to the service manager. Bought a car within three days. I found a car on the Internet in the Dealer's stock. Called them up. the car was in stock and the Dealer wanted to move it. The price negotiations didn't take long. Wanted to buy they were willing to sell. They checked my trade and offered to me a fair deal for it. Honestly, I thought it could have been better, but because they gave me a good price on a new vehicle, it was fair. Two days later I brought my trade and drove away in a spanking new Mercedes. I came in recently to look at new models while my current vehicle was being serviced. Keith DeYoung, the Sales Manager, took the time to show me recent MB models and to fill me in on their features. He was very informative and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Although I wasn't purchasing a car that day, he was very accommodating and had a no pressure attitude. He showed me a variety of vehicles to fit my family and financial needs. I will be returning to MB of Caldwell and look forward to the next opportunity to buy/lease a car from Keith.Jon Polera, the Service Director, was there to answer any questions I had regarding my current vehicle. I have had services done before at other dealerships and by far this was the best experience I have had. The department and Jon were knowledgeable and helpful beyond my expectations. This was my first experience buying/leasing a Mercedes Benz and Jonathan made it a great one. He was very professional and had a great attitude. We had our 7 month old daughter with us during this visit and he was very accommodating and let us test our car seat, in the truck we wound up purchasing, to see if there was enough room in the front with the baby seat installed. He played no games and gave us a really great deal on our GLK 350 which we now love. We really had a great experience with Jonathan and will buy our next car from him as well.After the sale was complete we went to see Al Reci and sign all the papers and finalize the deal. He was also very professional and also treated us great. I really liked the whole experience at Mercedes Benz of Caldwell and will definitely be back there when its time to get our next truck. To my delight, one of the salesmen just immediately offered to park my car and bring my keys in to me, and I wasn't even his customer! Purchased my GLA250 in January with 74 miles. (Test drives?), It was a great experience, no complaints with Jim. I found it a little odd there were saved numbers in the speed dial, thought maybe a salesperson borrowed it a few days. At the end of the trial subscription on the Satellite Radio we called and we were told it was registered to someone else and their credit card info was on file. I called Jim and after some research found out the car had been purchased and returned prior to the registration being issued. This would not have prevented me from purchasing the car but I would have appreciated the honesty up front. When I asked if they would provide some type of compensation I was told the car never left the lot. This is not true and I would have a hard time recommending this dealer in the future. I had purchased my ML350 from Globe several years back and had hoped for the same experience.

Richard is the man. He was very honest about the car there was a cracked taillight he fixed out of his pocket. I felt very bad the manager didn't want to pay for it and I didn't like the way he treated me and Richard. There was a dent in the side panel he said he'll send me one in a few weeks and he bought me floor mats I didn't like that he payed for this the manager should take more responsibility. The day after the clips broke from the bumper one call to Richard less than 1 hour later new clips. I drove All the way from Michigan to pickup my s550 and am very satisfied. He even wanted me to text him when I arrived to make sure I had a safe trip. Amazing person. Thanks Richard

If you have ever purchased a new or used car you have at one time or another run into the new uninformed sales person only able to answer you questions by running back and forth to the sales managers office. I totaled my BMW 740i and only had 4days to find a car. Searched the Internet logged on mercades-Benz of caldwells website and started surching pre owned and picked out a few. I arrived first thing in the morning with no expectations. I walked in and was introduced to Richard Alfonso salesman extrordinaire,first impressions are everything to me as I told him my situation after speaking with him for several minutes I had my complete trust in him. He informed me he could get me into this black beautiful 2014 cla250 turbo we were standing next to for what a pre owned cost. Shocked I said lets see if you can make it happen! I had issues with my credit and was denied in the first round. Richard stood unwaivered telling me it's gonna happen. I'm loosing hope as he introduced me to business manager mr Al Reci who also said trust us we will get it done. I ended up spending 8 hours in the dealership and employees of all departments were so kind and made me feel at rest . The difference between their dealership and many others doors I have walked in and out of is they work as a team and I truly believe it was there genuine concern to get me into that car and it was no easy task.As dinner time rolled around I was rolling out of that dealership a very proud owner of a brand new Mercedes-Benz cla250 turbo and I owe a world of thanks to all the hard work that Richard Al and keith put into making this man very very happy.......

Ken Stinreich who is the Finance Manger was extremely pleasant and made it very easy for us. I would also like to mention Keith DeYoung who is the Sales Manager. My husband and I came to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell to purchase a certified pre-owned GL450 that we had seen on their website. We were only interested in a white one, which this dealership had in stock, and Jonathan did everything he possibly could to make sure that it would be ours. We got to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and made the purchase. It was late when we were finally done, but neither Jonathan nor Al ever made us feel rushed or that we were keeping them from anything! It was definitely a great experience and I would absolutely return again in the future if we were ever to buy another Mercedes.

Purchased a used car here last month. Initially the used car salesman was friendly and helpful. However, after the sale it all went down hill as soon as they had the money. I only asked for 2 simple things. 1) Tell me when the plates come in. And, 2) Where is the spare key remote. I spoke with the used car salesman 3 times on both issues and he "promised" he call me right back. He never did. I left 2 messages for the Used Car Sales Manager to call me back. He never did. I left one message with each the General Managers to call back. They never did. The plates had been sitting there for the past 2 weeks. The spare key remote had been dropped off by the previous owner a month ago. I still have not gotten the remote. I've bought new and used cars for the past 40+ years from various venues and have never been treated so poorly on such simple issues. I've never had a salesman, manager or GM not return a call. Naturally I'd never consider buying another car from Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell, however because of this dealerships poor customer communication skills, or simply arrogance, I ponder how Mercedes Benz would support a dealership such as this. Hence, I taken the Mercedes-Benz name of my list of brands I would consider next year when it comes time to buy another car. As they say "Sales sells the first car and Service sells the second". Forget about getting service at Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell.

Joe Defrancesco was my sales consultant and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, personable, funny and overall got the job done. No games no excessive haggling just business with a smile. I had an excellent time working with him and his sales managerMr. De young. Our deal was closed within the hour and he even went the extra mile to show us the car in the snow that was locked up in a separate building. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and will return to see Mr. DeFranesco in the future and would highly recommend him. All I would recommend prospective buyers to do is to have THEIR affairs in order prior to stepping foot into any dealership to make the transaction smoother. They will help you if you help them.

We have been leasing Mercedes through Globe for almost 10 years now and have never had any issues. Since Globe has now become Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell, the dealership has gone downhill. They fired most of the staff and are more about selling than service. They simply do not care about the customer any longer. This is where our issue began. Upon the end of our last lease (our 4th MB), we were looking to get into another vehicle. They tried to talk us out of the car we wanted and pressured us into purchasing a car on the lot. When we didn't want a car on the lot, they were hostile and REFUSED to locate a car for us or do a dealer swap. Keep in mind, the only difference between the car on the lot and the one we wanted was color. They could have easily located one for us.The salesperson we dealt with was very condescending, especially to someone who was going to be purchasing their 5th vehicle at that dealership. After the experience and constant threatening calls that "we are missing out on the deal", we decided to switch brands altogether. We are now happy Audi customers and will never return to Caldwell. My friend, who also previously leased a vehicle through Globe, returned last week to lease another and the salesperson went as far as denying him the breakdown of the numbers on the car. I found my friend another dealer and he is very happy in his new C-Class. I would not recommend Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell to anyone. Go to Ray Catena or Morristown if you want a Benz.

MY INTENTION WAS TO GET THE BEST PRICE FROM 2 NEIGHBORING STORES WITH GLOBE BEING THE FIRST.AFTER MEETING MR HAYES I WAS QUICKLY INTRODUCED TO DENNIS ONE OF THE SALESMAN.HE WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL ,ATTENTIVE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL OF ANY SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.I ENDED UP WITH A C-CLASS MY 4th BUT DENNIS SUGGESTED I DRIVE THE 2 OTHER MODELS I HAD SHOWED AN INTEREST IN JUST TO BE ABSOLUTELY SURE,I WAS HESITANT TO TAKE SO MUCH OF HIS TIME BUT HE COMMENTED THAT THEY WOULDN'T WANT TO SELL ANYONE A CAR IF THEY ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T LOVE IT.I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 2015 C-CLASS AND KNEW THAT'S THE ONE I WANTED.AFTER LEAVING A DEPOSIT WE SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY FOR THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY.DURING THAT WEEK I WAS SOLICITED WITH OTHER OFFERS BUT HONESTLY THIS SALESMAN WAS SO PATIENT AND PROVIDED WHAT HE KEPT SAYING WAS THE NEW OWNERSHIP'S PHILOSOPHY OF A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS DEMEANOR AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I RECEIVED I DEFINITELY WOULD ONLY CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM.THE NEXT SAT WE HAD A PRETTY BAD SNOWSTORM I MENTIONED TO DENNIS I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE THE NEW CAR IN MY DRIVEWAY FILLED WITH SNOW AND ON A 30 DEGREE SLOPE.HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES ,HE AND AN ASSISTANT DANNY SHOVELED OUT MY LEASED C300 WHICH NEEDED TO BE RETURNED .THEY THEN SHOVELED MY 5 CAR DRIVEWAY OUT AND SALTED THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF IT.I FEEL THESE 2 GENTLEMAN WENT WAY OVER AND ABOVE WHAT ANYONE WOULD EXPECT .AND FOR THAT I AM IN THERE DEBT.WHEN I ASKED DENNIS WHY HE WOULD DO SO MUCH HE SIMPLY SAID HE WANTED ME TO BE HIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND THAT WITH MBENZ ITS THE BEST OR NOTHING.I COMMEND MBENZ-OF CALWELL FOR HAVING SUCH QUALITY EMPLOYEES

Staff was very professional and made the purchasing process easy. We initially found the vehicle online (Ebay). We were skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from the internet without having the opportunity to see the vehicle in person. John Murphy was very honest and upfront with the condition of the vehicle. We purchased our Mercedes through another dealer where Michael Napurano was working for at the time. He is one of the best sales people we have ever encountered in the car business. He is honest, friendly and very very knowledgeable about the products and services that he sells. We followed him from another Mercedes dealer to this one and have sent many friends, relatives and business associates to him for cars. Our niece bought hers there and another friend just purchased another from the Caldwell location. We are in the restaurant business and understand how important reviews are so I wanted to put mine in. Great service is a key part of keeping customers and your dealership and Michael Napurano are doing a great job in keeping us happy!

I just leased a 2015 GLA and my sales person was Tadeo Giordano. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. I found him a pleasure to deal with. I leased a car from globe previously and didn't realize the dealership changed. I was really impressed with the customer service at the new place. I will buy/lease another car from Tadeo and the dealership again in the future.

Service has always been a forte for Globe. They make you feel at home while your Baby is being serviced.
