I have cream color carpet and mats. There's no dirt until I bring in for service. They don't use paper mats or plastic bags to cover your car seats and floor. They just get in and make a dirty mess. Very bad for a Mercedes dealer. The entire driver's side needs to be detailed after a simple oil change. I am going somewhere else for service on my expensive car.

My current lease with MB was approaching maturity so I decided to stop in at Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek to see what vehicles they had available and if they could get me into something new. I had the pleasure of working with the sales manager Locksley Thorpe, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. I was interested in a C300 Coupe and Locksley did a search to find one that fit the specifications I was looking for. We reviewed all of the main features of the car and then worked on negotiating the cost of the vehicle. Locksley was very patient with me and understood my financial concerns. Together with the sales rep, Randy, they came up with a solution to help make the vehicle too hard to resist! I'm happy to say that I was able to stay with MB with a lease on newly redesigned 2017 C300 coupe. Both Locksley and Randy did such an amazing job making sure I was happy and would remain an MB customer, my experience at the competitor's dealerships can't even come close! Everyone at this dealership was professional and courteous and made the car buying experience as smooth as possible. Locksley and Randy have also been in touch with me several times since purchasing the vehicle to see if I have any questions and to make sure I'm happy, etc. This Mercedes-Benz dealership is far superior to others in the area and it's worth the ride out west due to their excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz...

My sales person was very product proficient and professional. There were no cars on the lot that were to my specs, so he did a through search of all of the inventory. He found the car of my choice, on an in bound ship, that was to deliver the car in Atlanta, Ga. He made arrangements to have the car transported from Atlanta, Ga. to Coconut Creek Mercedes Benz. The process took about 1 week and upon the cars arrival we closed the sale. I would certainly continue to recommend and do business with Coconut Mercedes Benz based on the concern and effort they displayed in getting me what I wanted.

After going to 3 or 4 dealerships with a vehicle in mind, I landed at Mercedes of Auto Nation. I was greeted by a salesman, After walking around the lot for 15 to 20 minutes then going inside and not finding any salesman to assist me in test driving the vehicle I spotted; I was frustrated & baffled because normally car salesman would be hounding you. Along came a salesman, Glen Glazer that just had punched out and was supposed to be off that day but came to the rescue. He was very professional, friendly and helpful as we explained our frustration. He took his time in test driving and explaining to us all the details. At this point I was so tired after the day of searching & didn't want to spend 3 more hours in the business managers office so I gave Glen my credit card to hold the vehicle with a signature and I was on my way with plans on coming in the next day to finalize the deal. Because it was the last day of the month, they were very busy and I had to wait quite a long time to get into the business office but they waited for me to get there also almost all day. My first experience with the Service department went smooth also. After purchasing the used car, I noticed a sound of the engine that seemed to be a ticking or rattling; I emailed Glen and he told me how simple it is to schedule service online and was in touch with me everyday. Finally I just brought it in on a Sunday with hopes of getting a car wash but being the end of the day there was a 3 hour wait! I immediately was able to speak with the salesman,Paul who I was familiar with from bringing my older Mercedes in for service. He drove the car and had the mechanic look at the oil level and said all seemed good. He did say that this car and the model was notorious for making noise. I wasn't too happy about this because my 15 year old Mercedes purrs. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to friends and family which I already have & I plan on having an excellent relationship with all areas; otherwise I will write again.

Recently I purchased a 2014 GLK 350 from Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek and cannot thank my salesman Josh Ingram enough. I normally keep a car for about 10 years just to avoid the nightmare of the car buying hassles. Josh made the whole experience a total pleasure. No pressures, sarcasm or hard nosed negotiating tactics that I have dealt with in the past. In fact just the opposite. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, personable, respectful and really treated my daughter and I like valued new Mercedes customers. Any questions I asked, he was able to provide an accurate answer. Even though the dealership was very busy he took the time to work with us and show me details of how the car worked including getting the blue tooth connection up and running!. He made sure everything ran smoothly for us every step of the way. Josh Ingram is the salesperson to see at this Mercedes dealership. Jorge and Lazar provided great business , and presented with clear follow ups and accountability. They worked with me to make the deal that was convenient for me. Great job!Everything rated to the best, service rated at 3 because the detailing before handing over the vehicle was not thorough. There was sand and leaves in the hood and on the seats ( possibly from people test driving it ) , it was missing the spare tyre, tyre inflation system and mats . I had to visit the dealer couple of times to get the missing items and do a full vehicle detail . I eventually got all of it, the fact that it was missed in the inspection and number of times I had to visit and the amount of talking done to fix the issues resulted in a lower score. Lastly the service greeter could have been presented with more professional explanation of why they could not do anything , rather than a blunt and non courteous response.

This is NOT your typical South Florida dealer where they try to beat you out of every penny and then tell you they're giving you a great deal. The personnel at MB/Coconut Creek that I've dealt with have been friendly ( offering a cold drink) very professional ( no gimmicks or games) and a pleasure to do business with. My sales associate was Stephen Dimuzio who had recently joined the staff at MB/Coconut Creek. From the 1st handshake in the parking lot to the last handshake when he delivered the car to me Stephen's demeanor was both professional and respective of my view in purchasing the vehicle. Meeting and dealing with a sales person such as Stephen will certainly change your attitude about buying a car and help eliminate any anxiety that you have. I guess it helped that we were two guys from So. Jersey and had some things in common. He wanted to sell me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay...pretty easy for us both. Meeting and dealing with a sales person such as Stephen will certainly change your attitude about buying a car and help eliminate any anxiety that you have. I guess it helped that we were two guys from So. Jersey and had some things in common. He wanted to sell me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay...pretty easy for us both. We visited the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and although traffic was light, we were not besieged by an army of salesmen. Nick waited for us to ask for help, and answered all our questions in a pressure-free fashion. He stayed with us, gave us his undivided attention until the deal was concluded. When his manager's input was necessary, he appealed to him and the dialogue was frank and direct. The Finance Manager was friendly, thorough and factual, so that no time was wasted in attempts to tag onto the contract features we had not asked for. The automobile was prepped and delivered within a reasonable time.

My second Luxury Car experience was 100% better than my first luxury car experience with BMW. A month before making it to the lot I was constantly emailing Tod Foster back and forth specifying him what color, class and price range I wanted my Mercedes Benz . He responded to my emails efficiently and detailed. Upon arriving to Coconut Creek Mercedes dealership, I was very nervous. Once I stepped on the dealership, I felt like a princess everyone was so nice including the Financial Manager. As soon as I was face to face with Tod, all my nervousness went away. When I tell you this man is the easiest and friendliest sales person I have ever encounter, please believe me he is. Tod had no hesitation providing me the car I wanted to purchase. Once he showed me what cars he had available for me, I was sold on my Mercedes C Class. We did a little negotiation back and forth with the Financial Manager. After Tod came back with the numbers, I was smiling like a five year old girl getting the toy she always wanted. In the future I will refer all my friends who are planning to buy a Mercedes to go check out Tod Foster at Coconut Creek. One week later I had to come back to the dealership, because: I thought my phone was not charging in my Mercedes. Once I walked on the premises, Tod was not in. The receptionist called Tod from home and Tod referred me to go see John Goldstein (Service Advisor). They called John from the back and he walked toward me with the friendliest smile. I told him my problem: he stated, let us go take a look at it. He rectified the problem, and I was a happy camper. I will say my experience with Mercedes was absolutely the best car purchase I made thus far in my life. ---- I will always have friends at the Mercedes Coconut Creek.

The Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek has always shown the best results when it comes to customer service. When an engine light comes on and I call the service department, they tell me to bring in the car and have it checked out while they provide me with a loaner vehicle. When they tell me they'll be finished with my car in 30 minutes, that's exactly when I'm able to pick-up my car. When I have issues with my C300 and this dealership fixes the problem - it's fixed. They know my car better than the factory workers' that put it together. The floors, bathrooms are spotless, and there are always refreshments to keep you feeling right at home, while your vehicle is being repaired.

On July 30, 2014, I purchased a used 2011 C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek. My sales person was David Baquero. Prior to going to MB of Coconut Creek, I had been to several car dealership throughout South Florida and had just about given up on purchasing a vehicle simply because of the turn off from all the hassle from the salespeople at the other dealership. I went to other dealers first before going to MB of Coconut Creek because I thought they would have a better price than a brand dealership. NOT SO. MB of Coconut Creek was as well price as other used car dealers but they also had something that the other dealers could not match. That was great customer service and hospitality. Walking through the doors at MB of Coconut Creek, I anticipated the similar treatment as the other dealerships so I was a bit guarded. I ha d already picked out the car that I wanted to buy from the MB of Coconut Creek inventory on their webpage so I know what I was shopping for. Within 3 minutes of walking around we were approached by a sales manager and I pointed out that car that I wanted to test drive. He they asked David Baquero to assist us with the test drive. I was amazed at the fact that I within 10 minutes of being there I was in the driver seat going on a test drive with David on my family. Davids knowledge of the car was also inspiring. He proceeded to tell me things about the car before I had a chance to ask. It was as if he know that as a potential owner, it was important for me to know as much about the product that I was buying. I feel that Davids approach to selling the vehicle was that he would take me beyond the actual driving experience. As a consumer, it was great to hear from David that MB actually sends their salespeople to classes so that they have a full knowledge of any new product that is being made available to the market. This is my first purchase of an MB and based on my overall experience from test drive through to delivery I must admit it is a 10 out of 10 for me. As long as I am in South Florida, I will be buying my next MB from MB of Coconut creek. David..You service during our transaction was exceptional and I appreciate your patience.

I was not looking forward to my car buying experience, having previously been through several three hour sessions with multiple managers, low ball trade-in estimates and, occasionally, a condescending attitude towards a single woman. I went to get an appraisal for my vehicle and ended up getting intimidated by your staff. I know dealers are pushy in nature but the fact that you guys tried to tell me that it was dangerous to drive off with my car just to get a sale is low. After you guys checked my car- I received a ridiculously low offer. The "problems" you guys said were wrong with my car were apparently made up because I took my car to get checked at 2 mechanics and both confirmed that my car didn't have such issues. Then for you to tell me that my car doesn't even have coolant left and that I should leave the car there today and that driving it off would put me at risk since the car is "dangerous" was simply ridiculous. Assuming that me being a female equals to I can't check my own car is where you went wrong. I did not only check it myself to verify your claims, I then took it to a 3rd mechanic who told me it was "full". I'm glad I left without trading my car or selling my car to such dishonest people.

Tod Foster did an excellent job in assisting me with purchasing my new vehicle. He was very polite and personable which always makes things easier. The only complaint that I have was for the finance person who assisted me on signing all of the documents. The gentleman was rude and condescending towards me which I didn't appreciate at all. He was very persistent on getting me to add the additional services onto my plan (tire package, extended warranty, etc) to the point that I had to tell him to stop. Besides that everything else was great.

Just got another new Mercedes from these guys!. I've always had a Mercedes and since moving to Florida 10 years ago, I wouldn't go to any other dealership. LG helped me get a great deal on my new CLS550. I've used the service department on my other cars in the past and have had outstanding service. Much of that, I believe, has to do with Mike Respoli, the head of the service department. I have to give it to General Manager, Mike Devan, for having such a great team of professionals!

Whenever I bring my car in for service I am always given a loaner car - unless it is for a short wait. The staff is friendly and professional and the lounge is very comfortable with complementary coffee/refreshments and snacks and plenty of spots to plug in a laptop. I would recommend to always bring your Mercedes into Mercedes of Coconut Creek.

I arrived early with no appointment, well before opening time, and was immediately given a five-star welcome. The process of trading in my older Beemer for leasing a lush Mercedes (my first) was nothing but pleasurable. Every question was addressed in a straightforward manner, all options presented, no gimmicks, no pressure, nothing held back. A fair price for my trade-in, a fair price for the lease and the comfort of knowing that whatever I need is available (because they understand that repeat business is the only business that grows the business) -- all of this I got and more, plus just plain friendly folks who clearly care about what they do from deep down. That's the feeling I still have over a week laterand I'm sure I'll have till it's time to lease another car that is a joy to drive from M-B of CC!

I bought a CPO E350 from this dealership. Initially went there to just take a look at the car but ended up bought it. The salesman insisted that he has inspected the car so we didn't need to. It was 8 pm. We trusted the salesman. Inspecting the car the following day, we found an unfinished paint job on the rear bumper and a cut on the plastic underneath the front bumper. Had to drive 22 miles back to the dealer in which the manager, Mike Fahn was very helpful. But it couldn't be fixed right away. We had to make appointment to bring the car in another day. That's 44 miles of driving for the problem. Going back the following days, there was no loaner for us, I had to drive back and make another appointment. Another 44 miles of driving. Going back for the third time, they were able to take the car in for fixing and gave me the loaner. I was told that it would probably take 2 days to fix it. No phone call from the dealership to update or inform me of what was going on with my car. I had to call several times. It took one week for them to fix the car . No phone call from the dealership. I had to be the one who called them to find out when my car would be ready. I don't think the service can be considered excellent.

I went to Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek to service my car and happened to walk to their Sales Department to browse,when I saw this beautiful 'Red' C 250 and fell in love with it at first sight. Lagarrick Gantt was the salesperson who approached me, he was friendly, courteous and determined to sell me the car of my dream. He pulled out all the stops to get me the car I love. Fortunately for me I drove out of the dealership with that car that day with everything I negotiated and more. It took less than one hour from the time I walked into the dealership, and drove out in my new Mercedes. The price and trade allowance were more than fair. This was by far my best and easiest car buying experience. Marty Barnel was friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. I came up from Miami to buy a car, I prefer to do business in Broward because I have found it to be a more pleasant enviornment to buy a car. We really werent considering a Mercedes but while on our way to the other dealer we noticed Merceds Benz of Coconut Creek and figured we would at least take a look.. We came in and met Marty Barnel who greeted us with a friendly smile and handshake. He asked us what style of vehicle we were interested in and asked us questions about our desires and driving habits, ( nice touch!) We narrowed it down to the GLK350, Marty took us for a nice ride and pointed out all the features and benefits along the way. It is a really nice small SUV.We told him that we were really interested in a competitors car and would be going to our intended destination. Marty gave us all the information we need before we left without the usual high pressure tactics one would expect. (another nice touch). Well, we left , drove the other SUV and were back with Marty in about an hour. He was extremely proficient in collecting all the necessary documentation and got us into the F+ I manage much faster than we expected. By the time we finished the paperwork our GLK was gassed and clean, Marty made sure we were fully versed in all the controls, ( he is a really patient guy!) And we were on our way home!!! All in all our best car buying experience EVER!!!!

Other Mercedes dealerships beware! You have tough competition with the Coconut Creek location. I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in the door. Their no pressure attitude let me comfortably ask questions so I could find the right vehicle befitting my personality. In fact they exceeded my expectations. I must mention the car dealership's Manager because they normally stay hidden behind the scenes as if self proclaimed "the Wizard of Oz'. Here; however the Manager smiled, shook my hand and constantly approaching us with his assistance. My review would not be complete if I did not suggest you see PAUL ELIAS. He is the perfect sales man. I look forward to do business with him again. In fact, I have sent another mother and daughter team to buy their Mercedes at the Coconut Creek location and they walked out just as happy. And like I started by saying this 441 location is gaining a great reputation for their courteous professionalism! You other guys are going to have to step up your game! I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional service from everyone at MB of Coconut Creek from the time I walked in and test drove a GL550 with my wife and four children until I drove out a couple of days later in my new vehicle. Kristine is an excellent sales associate, nice, knowledgable, and determined to complete a deal...as were the sales managers and finance department. The entire staff made the process very easy. Most of all, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. I highly recommend MB of Coconut Creek. It's a smaller dealership where you are sure to get the best service.

Jose was very helpful since I was purchasing from 1000 miles away (Louisiana). My salesman, Martin, was the most helpful, direct and honest car salesman I have ever worked with.
