Benz of Collierville once again had deliver outstanding service. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warm welcome by one of the valet associate and he took me to Philip, a service advisor and he too was welcoming although the service was just open that morning. It was a busy morning but Philip was courteous and professional. All in all, this is just a few reasons I always comeback to this dealership.

The attention to the need of my car was great. The problem with the idling was found but still persists. I was verbally notified that during the test drive the car rocked or wobbled, it does and I did not encounter this prior to my bringing it in. My service advisor invited me to bring it back in for a test drive. I really like working with him he's very helpful. I would like to know what cause this movement but not at my expense.

The representatives, Christina and Cameron were awesome! They were thorough and professional-loved them! However, the greeting staff in the service department needs work. Upon arriving, it takes too long for someone to greet you and they don't officially greet you. I know what this type of service should look like due to my affiliation with other Mercedes dealerships. They definitely need a make-over in this area. I have had to pull up, get out of my car and walk inside of the service department and my first point of contact was a service representative-unacceptable.

Danny Taylor is the best Sales person in your team. My overall experience was not good because of the hand over of the car didn't go through proper detailing process. Danny himself didn't like the cleanliness after the service and also fuel tank was not filled in. Another sales rep showed me the features as Josh was out. I didn't get the spare key yet because it was with someone else which means nobody cared to keep manual, spare keys etc together to hand it over to the customer. On the windshield of the car on driver side there are several pecks which was not caught prior to purchase of the vehicle. So not sure how did it pass the certification. While closing the paperwork finance manager was in rush so he didn't even let me sign on the papers properly as he was pulling those off very fast. In short I had imagined a different level of experience but only Danny Taylor took care of things that are within his reach. I am asked to drop off tthe car again for detailing and few other issues to be fixed - push button was not working so it got fixed and now touch pad is not working.

The service department need to improve communication with customers when vehicles are ready. You receive a text from the dealership stating to text/call this number for a status update on your vehicle. I called and texted the number texted to my phone and never received a response. I then called my service representative and received her voicemail, I left a message and my call wasn't returned until two days later.

While every employee was nice and helpful I had to return after my first service visit to repair broken pieces on the steering column made by the detail crew. Upon picking the car up (the second time) the sunroof was not working properly (as I pointed out when I brought the car in). Also there were sticky cup rings/smears on the interior that had to be cleaned before I left. It's the details that are getting overlooked.

The car looked great! The detailing was really good, actually the best I've every had except I have a convertiable. When you put the top down part of the hard top was not done. Pricing was high!

Beautiful facility and friendly sales staff. The car was spotless and minor blemishes to wheels were identified by the our sales person and scheduled for repair immediately.Felt pressured to purchase extended warranty and tire hazard warranty. Have purchased several vehicles (new and used) over the years and this was the only time we did not received a complimentary gift(dealership key chain,cup,etc). Overall it was a pleasant purchasing experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.This is the worse customer review form and survey. Responses should be a pick list to choose. Comments should be an option and not a required field. Should already know customer name, city/ state of service. I have no idea why the title filed is required or what is it's intent.

I had been shopping for over a month looking for a car that would feel exceptionally comfortable with great acceleration due to the long trips I frequently have to take. I had tried other dealerships with luxury cars but many cars felt stiff, some sales people themselves told me to come back with my husband or talked down to me because I was not already driving a luxury car but a ten year old Toyota Camry. But at Mercedes-Benz of Collierville I was treated well, and I was shown the 2015 C300. I loved that the seat could extend to help support my knees on long trips, and the car could also accelerate quickly. With voice control, navigation built in and blind spot indicators I decided this was the car for me.

We bought a new 2015 Mercedes S550 luxury sedan. Wow. The most sophisticated and technologically advanced car on the road. The car lives up to its billing. We. Wanted special features and had our car built in Germany where hundreds of options were requested.. The car was built in Germany and came way half the world to be delivered In perfect order. On time, on target and in budget. The car arrived in perfect condition with every feature exactly as we requested. This car can drive itself. It has night vision, and can even give you a hot stone massage at the same time. What more could you want.Lauren Sixma was our Sales Assistance and did an excellent job. First she saved us money by stearing us away from features which would not have been ideal for us.. She oversaw the building of the car per our request and did it to perfection. Lauren even went the extra mile by getting me a further deduction from the ABA. The car was delivered exactly to order thanks to Lsuren. Lauren has a special gift of attention to detail which I appreciated. Lauren followed up with the sale by teaching us every feature on the car. Lauren would further help answer our questions long after the car had sold. Have no doubt, Lauren knows her cars Inside and out.If you want the car of your dreams that even James Bond would be proud of try the S550. If you want to be treated like a king through the sale process try to get Laura Sixma to help you.

Great overall experience! I went in because of tire pressure, and usually they just adjjust them and send me on my way. Because I have come in so many times, Doris suggested that they remove the nitrogen and then fill the tires back up. Thank God she suggested that because it turned out that there was a nail in my tire. I so aporeciate that! Also they washed my car and made it all shiney and new. I love this dealership, and glad I made my purchase there.

I recently took my vehicle to have some major repairs done on it. The service rep who seen to my vehicle did a good job. He kept me informed of the repair cost as well as provided me a loaner vehicle until my car was ready, No issues whatsoever with this dealership. The only thing I notice the following day after getting my vehicel back the driverside seat panel cover had apparently came off I guess while they were working on my vehicle. It wasn't no problem though I was able to reattached the panel with no problem. Wheverver I had any questions I was always able to get a response back the same day. Based on the experience I had with this dealership I would most go back to this dealership for any additional or repairs along with maintance up keep.

Bert Rankin is the best. I have visited him a few times over the last couple of years and he's always been generous with his time, knowledgeable about the cars, and honest. Thanks, Bert!Bert and Edgar the sales manager both followed up after my dealership visit. Credit approval and negotiation of the rate and buyers order were easy over the phone and internet. Closed the business on site and was gone in 30 minutes. Much to my liking, the finance manager did not attempt to add any additional "dealer" charges or anything of that nature. It was a straight up process and the car was ready as expected. The facilities are first rate and Mercedes of Collierville allowed me to negotiate extremely attractive terms for the purchase. I actually look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them.

One small problem. I bought the car and it was a painless process and I do commend you for that. It was a used car and not your brand. As soon as I drove off the lot a warning light came on. I did a u turn and went back to ask about it. I fully understand that it is used so I only wanted to find out what it was. The sales staff thought it may be low tire pressure so I requested they have air put in the tire. Service guy took it to the back for a few minutes and came back with a mechanic. They said that I must not have been wearing a seatbelt. I was wearing a seatbelt so I just left to enjoy my car and it is enjoyable. :) When I got home I read the owners manual and found out that it was a engine service light. I have no concern about the needed repair as it is still under manufactures warranty. From a personal perspective I would have preferred the staff to tell me that they did not know what it was instead of making a guess. I don't consider this a complaint as I do not really have a complaint and am just offering a little, hopefully constructive, feedback. Again an overall positive experience and I intend to look at your dealership first when the wife is ready to replace her vehicle.

Very nice showroom and great friendly customer service. But 3 months to get a windshield for a brand new car is ridiculous. The car would not pass inspection and after a month, they gave us a loaner car. But the loaner car was a huge down grade from the AMG that we were used to driving.

I was traveling out of state and my glow plug (diesel) came on and check engine light came on. I reached out to the dealer and Todd, the service rep took my call and put me right at ease that they could see me right away and most importantly, had a loaner available. Based on my initial first impression I had them do additional needed work. I was kept apprised of the status and expected completion. Quality of the work was great and checking out and paying literally took less than a minute! Thanks for the great customer service

Contacted Charlie of Service while returning from a trip that we were experiencing vehicle surging at low speeds. Charlie arranged to pick up suv at our home & drop off loaner. Charlie went above norm to keep us appraised of the diagnosis and repairs performed. He also arranged to have our vehicle delivered to our home upon completion of the repairs. This is the third incident with this vehicle, which only has 3M miles. SeriiusXM radio had to be replaced then the battery which had a dead cell had to be replaced.
