Our service on the ML 350 was completed with quality care within two hours. I had another appointment so a porter from the dealership took me to it. The porter was waiting for me when I was done with my appointment and so was the service. I am impressed with the absolutely considerate people at MB of EDH.

We were attended immediately at our appointment time.we were given a loaner car promptly without any fuss.After our car was ready, we were contacted on our home phone. We paid our bill right at Mr. Clark's desk without standing in line at the payment desk.Of course, as usual, we were treated with a cup of coffee. I think, the credit goes to Clark and his team.

The overall service experience was excellent in itself. Coffee and snacks, while you wait in a very nice seating and TV area. After bringing my GLK in for routine service, I requested that Adam have the service department look at a depression in the rear molding that was not contact related. After some discussion, the dealer agreed to take a closer look, and decided that the molding did not meet the very best standard Mercedes and the dealer set for their customers and the bumper should be replaced. From there Adam took care to insure that paint and installation were flawless. I have purchased two new vehicles at this dealership and found the personal service to be unsurpassed.

Chet was very good and worked hard to find exactly what we wanted at a fair price and with a decent trade allowance for our BMW. He located a car with the exact options we wanted and did not try and up sell us with packages we did not need or want. My wife took her 2016 SLK 300 in for normal service with only a little over 4000 miles. Everything went fine. We got the car back that afternoon. It rained that day so when she got home I rinsed off the car and dried it. I noticed some new scratches that were pretty significant in the narrow painted service between the passenger door window and the glass roof. I tried rubbing them out with some basic polish but they were too deep. This car gets pampered with daily attention from me so it's normally perfect when my wife drives off. (it's therapy for me) I know every inch of it. That day there was her drive to the dealership and eventually a drive back home. We always clean it before taking it in as well. So these scratches came from an unknown source. No one at the dealership knew anything and I had no way to prove how or when they occurred. So I brought the car back to the dealership. No one was happy about it but they did not hesitate to agree to take care of the repair. They could have easily said they were not responsible. Instead they took the high road. They claim to be a Golden Rule dealership. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." That's how they treated me. The car had to go to the body shop to have the small portion of the roof painted. It took almost a week but a loaner car was provided. The car came back with a perfect match paint job, good as new. Their attitude and actions were much appreciated my wife and I. The cost of the repairs to the dealership was offset completely by the Good Will they built with this customer.

As a single female, going to a car dealership is like going into shark infested waters! However, my sales person, Shane, was not your typical sales person. He immediately made me feel comfortable, was very easy going, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. He did not pressure me to buy a car that I didn't need, and was very quick to answer all my questions and take time to explain how to use my new car. Zach, the finance person, was equally as pleasant and very friendly and patient. I met the manager, Ryan, and the manager of the service department. Everyone who works here is very professional, friendly, and very willing to help. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dealership, and I will not go anywhere else to purchase future vehicles!

See above the service department is very good and I do not have any complaints. The problem with my car was not duplicated during the check up. It is annoying but I know they can not fix something which does not present itself during the service investigation.

I have been doing business with this dealership for over 10 years. During this period they have provided excellent service as well as service that was less that poor. Within the last two months service was not very good at all. I am actively looking for another service provider. I am convinced that this dealership DOES NOT understand the life value of its customers.

My car was supposed to be ready in less than 3 hours (did not give me loaner car due to time window), car was not ready for more than 7 hours. I did not receive any call, I had to call for follow up. Did not even bother to clean the car, tire pressure was not checked. There was no walk through on what was done on car. Total waste of time.. Front desk was not friendly, got a feeling customers are not welcomed.

When my wheel broke and I got a flat tire, the roadside service agent was very nice and professional. When he took the wheel off, though, we saw that it was cracked down the middle and there was no outward damage to the tire - very unusual. I drove back down the road where the tire had gone flat and did not see anything that could have caused damage like that. When I called later that morning to order a new wheel, I was told it was being ordered and should be in in 2 days (a Saturday). On Monday I brought in the car to have the wheel replaced, only to find out they never ordered it. I argued with the assistant service manager over whether the wheel should be covered under warranty- I believed the wheel had failed under normal driving conditions, he insisted I had hit something. Finally I gave up and asked him to order the wheel anyway. 2 more days later it arrived and I took the car in for replacement. The service manager and I discussed the difference of opinion on how the wheel had become damaged, and he agreed to sell it to me (and the tire) at cost with no labor for installation. An okay outcome in my opinion, although not what I believe to be fair. There is a class action lawsuit against Mercedes Benz for wheels failing and not being covered by warranty, and I truly believe my situation is another example of this problem.

I have had my MB C300 serviced at different Mercedes Dealerships and found each one deliver quality service and timely repairs to my car. They always keep me informed on the work they perform and backup the service with loaners if needed for longer than a day. I was surprised the pricing for the work was reasonable. I have never had to bring my car back to be serviced for the same item. I would recommend MB Dealerships for quality work, service, and pricing.

I was very happy with the service I got at Mercedes benz. Daniel was very helpful. The first two maintenance services came with the car I bought, so that was a nice surprise when they told me at the time of service. However I rated price low because when I called Mercedes to schedule my B service, I was quoted 475.00. This was about what I was expecting to pay. However I was told that the service was going to cost 1,000. Even though I was lucky to have paid for it at the beginning, and It didn't cost me anything at the time, I think its important that when I customer calls and asks the cost of the service It should be as off as that was. 475.00 to 1000,000 is a lot to me!

I bought a great used Lexus at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills. I was very clear about my budget and what I wanted in a vehicle going in. I had seen two SUV's I liked on the website and was able to test drive both of them. They both met my needs but the Lexus features won me over. I never for a moment felt like the salesman was pushy or patronizing. I so appreciate a good salesperson. I have walked off more than one car lot when I felt the salesman was overbearing or condescending. I was given good information that allowed me to make an informed decision and ultimately purchase a fantastic SUV. My experience with the finance department was as great as the sales department had been. Everything was low key and pressure free. I will definitely be referring friends to Mercedes of El Dorado Hills.

I've owned over 7 Mercedes Benz automobiles and always had them serviced by the dealerships, actually 5 other dealerships from New Jersey to 3 in the Bay Area. I've had two different cars serviced by El Dorado Hills and Daniel Clark helped make each experience a pleasant one. This dealership is by far the best experience of them all, really best service experience of any other cars I've brought to a variety of dealerships for service. The service was completed fully and on time, the the service department was professional and friendly; just a great experience.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered in a timely manner. The salesperson (Chet) was solid and knew the vehicles well. Management was responsive and not at all pushy. the service dept is also first rate.

We were thrilled that they were not pushy at all but rather they educated us on the different cars we were considering. The Mercedes-Benz dealership of El Dorado Hills provided a very positive buying experience. We went to do some fact gathering (only) and 4 hrs later drove home a brand new MBZ sedan. The dealership was very clean and nicely organized. The mgmt and sales staff were welcoming and friendly without being invasive or aggressive. Our sales rep (Greg Thompson) was knowledgeable, patient, and very personable (which is saying a lot because he gave us at least 1/2 of his sales day). We love our new car. It's gorgeous and drives perfectly. We thank our lucky stars that we "just happened" to drop into that dealership that day.

I've taken my S420 to MB of EDH for service for years and have never been disappointed. "She's" considered a classic car now, so "she's old but special" and needs the best care because I plan on keeping her until the wheels fall off. I actually look forward to meeting up with my rep..Don Vandershoot because I trust that he'll always recommend what's best for me and my car. With that being said, when I acquired my CLK430 it was a no brainer that MB of EDH will take good care of my new ride too. Everyone I've encountered at MB of EDH has been nothing but kind and courteous.. I'm a pleased customer for sure!

Although I feel that sincere effort was made to solve the problem with my CLS 400, it still persists. The freeway noise continues from the driver side window. I have had this vehicle twice at the dealership for this problem. Additionally, the driver side door and chrome are not aligned properly. Another lesser issue has just occurred. The battery is my key has sworn out. My vehicle was purchased on March 28,2016. This seems abnormally premature for this to happen. My wife has a 2014 Toyota Camry which was purchased as a new vehicle. It has never had this problem in 2 1/2 years of service.

I titled my review Confidence because I knew when I pulled up to the dealership in the front of a flatbed with my 2002 ML320 behind me I would be able to drive my car home that night. Daniel Clark and his team always do a great job in a timely manner. I didn't even have an appointment but Daniel greeted me with a smile. We spoke briefly about what my car was doing and he told me he would call me. He called me about an hour later and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. During that call I told him about another problem my car was having. He again told me he would check it out and call me. Again he called me back, told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. He said my car would be ready by closing and that he would call me when it was finished. He choose to text me around 5 pm to tell me the car was ready. I arrived at the dealership around 5:30 to pick up my car. It was ready and like usual it was a lot cleaner then when I brought it in. It was like they had detailed it. I then drove home, like I knew I would with Confidence knowing all my car problems have gone away.I have been bringing my 2002 ML 320 for 9 years and my 2004 SLK 230 for 3 years to Daniel Clark and his crew. During that time they have never disappointed me. Every time they do the work in a timely manner and what they fix is never a problem again.

My overall experience with my last visit was average at best, to my surprise. My last experience with my service was excellent, and the service guy's customer service was impeccable. This particular instance, I was just disappointed with the overall customer service. It all started when I called the service department. This young woman answered and seemed to be very unknowledgeable, and not very professional. I expected more. When I worked through the service department to get my vehicle repaired (due to a break-in), I was again disappointed with my service guy. Gavin was a bit gruff, and not very customer service oriented. I had to call him after a week to see where my car was in its repair phase. So essentially no update or estimate of how long the repairs would take. Part of repair costs included cleaning the broken glass from inside my vehicle. Over the weeks after picking up my vehicle, I found large chunks of glass throughout my car. Very disappointed. Mercedes is an excellent dealership. However, I was simply disappointed with the staff and overall customer service. I would expect more from a dealership of this caliber.

But I trusted that I don't have to go through all this stress with the Mercesdez-Benz of El Dorado Hills dealer. This is my third time coming back this dealer since 2007. Last month, when I decided to go get a new MB, I contacted Pat Upright and told him what I have in mind and asked him to help me find one. I trust Pat as Pat has always done an excellent job and has always make me feel great walking out of the dealer with a new car. I have always enjoyed working with Pat and his team. When we arrived at the dealership, we were entertained right away by an employee who we meet at the entrance and was the one who introduced us to Chet Wagner. Chet Wagner then let us test drive the GLC300. Afterwards, he helped us find the car that we liked, a red GLC300 but unluckily it was not available. But he showed us the lunar blue which we ended up buying. Overall, we are very satisfied with our transaction on that day. He treated us very professionally.

Think twice before you trust the sales representatives of Mercedes Benz of Eldorado Hills. Based on the trust that I had on one of the sales rep from whom I had purchased a new Mercedes car last year, I had so trust on him that I just accepted his word on a used car that I was interested on to buy from them. He told me that the car is fully loaded and so on. When I was signing the papers I asked the financial manager about the cooling period and if I changed my mind for any reason, he told me that there is $250 penalty in 48 hours and $500 restocking after. I specifically told him that it is fine with me and I do not mind to pay if I have to. They sold me a Honda Civic 2013 for over $19,000.00I was excited and drove the car without paying attention to any details (at the same time I dropped my new car that they had serviced it around 4 weeks ago it was making some noises on the engine and I went to see them 4 times to fix the problem finally one of the technician said I had to drop it of over the night until they can check the engine when it is cold to find out about the problem) Next day when I went to drive the Honda Civic, and tried to adjust the seat but I could not find any buttons for adjustments and noticed that I if I want to change the seat to move forward or back or up and down I have to use the handles situated under the seatLess than 24 hours after I purchased the car I took it back, Financial manager was there and told him the situation and this is not the car that I was promised and expected and willing to pay the penalty of $250.00, he told me that they do not accept it because I did not pay $250 in advance. I was upset and put the keys on his desk and told him to keep the car , I'll pay for the car, and left his office.I asked from one of the employees for my car that I dropped off yesterday to be fixed but he said he did not know about it, to make it short I found my car parked on the side with my keys still inside the car without fixing or touching my car. It got me more disappointed and went home. Around 2 hours later one of the employees rang my doorbell and said he is dropping off the car. I asked him to take the car back until I talk with their manger.Late at night when I was going out surprisingly I noticed that he has dropped the car keys on the door mat and car was parked in front of my neighbor's house.I made a mistake by trusting one of the most prestige car dealer's representatives not only in Eldorado Hills but in the world.I will pay for my mistakes and pay my payments to the last penny but there is one thing for sure that although I still have problem with my new Mercedes Benz car and it may give the car some bigger problem but I am not going to take my car for service to Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills any more.There are 2 simple question from the El Dorado Hills manager, 1- is this the way that your company gives service to their customers?2- Is this the way that you respect your customers who is paying over $19,000.00 for a used trade in car by instructing them to drop the car keys behind the door on the mat and park the car in front of the neighbor's house.Don't you think that it is yours or one of the your employees duty to at least call your dissatisfied customer and find out what happened?

Assistant service manager Don Vanderschoot has cheated me for the last time. Just got home from the El Dorado Hill's Mercedes dealer after being called a liar. I guess I'll have to take them to court. Had my fill of being cheated. Time for Vanderschoot to retire. He had my car for two weeks to change the engine and repair and re-cover the sunroof cover inside the car. After the first week I called to see when the car would be ready and was informed it was ready. After finding a ride to the dealership I quickly realized that the sunroof cover was repaired but not re-covered. So as I had already paid the bill ($224.10) for a engine oil change (which I supplied the oil and filter) and for a"estimate" to repair my drivers side door lock and close assist. I asked for these things to be repaired. I love my car and want EVERYTHING fixed. The wife and I just cannot communicate with vanderschoot. I've had my car at this dealership many times and requested REPEATEDLY to have the tires pressure set at 35 psi front and 40 psi rear as the car came with larger than original rims. I could go on and on about the deceptions I've gotten from Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hill's. The wife is all upset now because of don vanderschoots lies. I have the repair orders that prove he screwed up. The guy talks to you about your car while typing up someone else's repair order. The service manager will be back on Monday. I refuse to accept the way I was just treated by don vanderschoot I am not a liar. I even had the repair orders with me which he refused to even look at. At this point I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REPAIRS.

This was a great car-buying experience. I purchased a new car for my wife for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Two days later, she decided the car just wasn't her, and she wanted her old car back. I immediately went back to the dealership to see what our options were, knowing this would cost me an arm and a leg to reverse the purchase. Called because I had apparently run over something on I-80 between Reno + Truckee, and it was caught under vehicle and banging around. Stopped 3 different times to look under and to look for body damage, but could see nothing. Worse banging was going through Auburn, and girl on Service Department phone with me could even hear it. Even sounded like it was hitting rear glass on drivers side, but could only see a shadow in rear view mirror (Alien under there!). I Believe it actually broke loose at that point, because the banging then abruptly stopped. Drove straight to dealership + Don V rushed me in with no appointment. Put vehicle up on rack, and nothing was found. So I did lose it back in Auburn, and no noises since. Great service team response, and appreciated the rush to check this out!And no charge for the visit!Love you guys!

The first couple times dealing with service center I wasn't impressed with service. Now that I only deal with Daniel Clark I am always 100% happy. He always goes out of his way to make sure everything is completed to my satisfaction. He will always check back later and make sure it's still running smoothly. He is the best.

The customer service here is top notch. I have taken my cars here many times. Only once did I have an issue. Once the dealer was aware of the issue they did everything possible to correct the issue. They went above and beyond to make things up. They are great. No one is perfect. It's how you handle the situation when a mistake does happen. My service rep Don. Made things right. I fully trust them with my car and all future needs.

The staff seemed understanding, helpful, patient. I do not remember the guy's name that helped us but he was great he knew exactly what he was doing. There was a guy before him that helpes us seemed like he was new he didnt really know how to answer most questions we had, so he called his friend over to give us all the answers we were looking for. He knows how to talk things thru, how to convince his customers as a sales person working at a dealership. Love the car its a safe and gorgeous car for a girl to drive. I would give the sales guy a raise for his knowledge and a 5 star, thanks for your time.

We were very pleased with the service, They did the Cilajet on our car . They worked around our busy schedule's and let us have a loaner car for over 24 hour free of charge . When we picked up our car they cleaned the inside and out better than most places you pay for a detail .. We are very happy with Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills .

Gaton DeRosa is my service manager and has always given exemplary service and attention to detail. I've never been disappointed. My last service involved repairing the rear cargo door, and Gaton made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Always the best service with Gaton!

Shortly after i received my car back form its 40K service, it began to act adversely. Power would cut on and off abruptly as would severe braking on a single front wheel. This was alarming as it occurred at random intervals. Once I felt that it was a service issue, I contacted Daniel Clark, who kept the car for several days, determined to locate the source of the problem. Eventually it was diagnosed that at the time of sale a tire switch had occurred (we did not like the racing tires which were noisy and hard that were on the vehicle ao the sales staff arranged for different tires to be fitted). According to Daniel, the incorrect tires, nearly 1/2 the height specified for the vehicle were installed. When new tires were put on the rear of the vehicle at the 40K service, the correct tires were installed on the rear wheels, creating a differential tire size/spin which the computer diagnosed as a slide. The computer locked up wheels, cut power etc. to correct the perceived spin. This was remedied by complementary tires of the correct size installed on the front. Many service managers would not take the time to find an unusual and dangerous problem as Daniel did. I really appreciate this dedication to excellence and his belief that an unusual and potentially dangerous problem had developed.

Don Vanderschoot was very professional, did everything we discussed, got me on the road at the time promised. He's great.One of the items I asked to be looked at was the trunk lid when closed had a small upward gap, I asked if it was an easy fix to go ahead and do it if not it really didn't bother me that much. Not sure what the mechanics did when they looked at it but since the visit the trunk lid is worse, now it will randomly close while getting things out of it, gap is 3 times larger.Just frustrated, seems like you visit a dealer and things get worse, maybe it's random, maybe it's not.

My auxiliary battery light came on. Don Vanderschoot and his service team promptly diagnosed the problem without any hassles. They replaced the battery under warranty, checked for any recalls or service bulletins and washed my car inside and out. Awesome team!.

I spent a lot of time in other dealerships, I've must have gone to at least 50 other dealerships, before considering Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills. Once I got in communications with their internet sales department, from my first call, I knew they were going to be different. They exceeded my expectations and in just all aspects. I didn't feel haggled or any pressure at all. They made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and got me a great deal, that I thought I wouldn't qualify for. They really stood out for me in just the way they carried out a professional deal. They also did something that I've never seen before, they called me back a few days later after driving away in my new car, that they were able get a even lower rate with the bank. Wow! I will continue my business here and encourage anyone to come buy your next car here.

When you buy a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of EDH, it is not a one-time transaction. The staff continues to assist with any learning curve that is needed in a friendly, helpful manner. The honesty and helpfulness of the representatives with whom I worked was unequalled! Mike Sabbagh was the sales agent, assisted by Shane Lundy. I was introduced to Pat Upright, the Sales Manager, and he personified the spirit of the entire agency. I never felt pressured or hurried; in fact, it was a feeling of being with family. I bought the GLC300 and am so excited with it! There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience.

I brought my car in for service and had the opportunity to drive the GLA as a loaner. I worked with Bob to review all of my options with ore-owned, new and lease. Bob was very knowledgeable and continued to follow up with me, without being pushy. I finally purchased a new GLA and it was a positive experience working with Bob from start to finish. I am really happy with the GLA, exactly what I wanted.

I purchased a Mercedes 4-5 months ago. When on the freeway my car started behaving like the gas peddle was stuck down. Very scary for my family who was in the car with me. I pulled the car off the freeway and had to actually turn the ignition off to stop the car from rolling through a red light because the brakes could not hold me. I checked the peddles and surroundings of the car and again started the car .. same thing, immediately the car would accelerate without pressing the gas. The ignition was turned off, waited, and tried again 2 more times. On the third try, it behaved properly. I drove it immediately to Mercedes dealership. Since it was a Sat afternoon, they explained that they probably would not be able to look at it until Monday and gave me a rental free of charge (read on for more on this). I received a call Monday evening telling me nothing could be found to cause the problem and the car was ready to pickup. There was an issue I mentioned when leaving the car on Sat that the car was shaking once when I put in reverse and they said that an adjustment was made to correct that. Since it was late Monday they said I could pickup on Tuesday morning. When I picked up, I waited about 45 minutes for tjem to find my car which was apparently misplaced. When it drove up, the driver explained that they didn't have time to wash it so I could bring it back anytime and they would do it for me. I explained that I had waited so long that another 10-15 minutes wouldn't matter and they could take it back and do it now. 45minutes earlier when I told them I was picking up my car, they said I owed them $10 for the loaner. I told the lady that there was no mention of being charged when I was given the loaner (nor had I ever had a dealership do this before). She said "its standard" ... since I didn't want to argue with her (and I didn't know I would be waiting around another hour for my car), I paid. Just last night, I found the original loaner agreement I signed which states $0 charge everywhere, even on a $10/gas charge which was marked $0. Hence, my title of this review being "$10 for a car wash". Not a good demonstration of customer service, quality, or value at this visit.

I showed up in sweats with two of my kids!! Bob at Mercedes if EDH was extremely professional and did not judge me which is what happened at both the Vacaville dealership and the Rocklin dealership at both those places they acted very stuck up as if I couldn't afford to buy a car there. I have been a Mercedes owner since 2007 and I am a Real Estate agent who just happened to be on my day off. Bob helped me and treated me like royalty and I left with a car!!

I don't like spending a day at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. Clark Courtney agreed to a fair price without me setting foot at the dealership. A few texts and phone calls and it was done. It took less than 30 minutes at the dealership to sign the papers with Ryan and drive off with a great vehicle for my daughter..

MBZ of El Dorado Hills offers superior service. From the moment you arrive they greet you by name and are very welcoming. Don, our service rep, appears to act as our advocate rather than an employee. Their knowledgible expertise is readily apparent. We have quite a commute to their site but it is well worth it. Do to their gold-standard of service, we only buy our MBZs from them. The service department represents El Dorado Hills MBZ well. Both of our autos have received excellent care. They need to be commended and applauded! Thanks to Dan I was taken care of on this visit but am concerned about the future. I recently purchased a certified E350 and also bought the extended warranty. Prior to purchasing the warranty I asked what is covered. I was told by the finance guy, "what ISN'T covered" and he proceeded to say that maintenance items are not covered and listed them. I left there feeling really good about my purchase. This is where the service from Dan comes in....my back screen went out after 1.5 months of having the car. Dan tells me this may not be covered. I then recited what the finance guy told me. Dan covered my screen and gave me new wiper blades! Thanks a lot Dan for helping me out!Apparently this is common practice from the sales department. Shameful.....

When customer drives in for appointment they have paper work ready with great friendly people such as Bobby . This is personal service.Satisfaction comes from quility work and your car is returned cleaned with out grease on steering ,door handles and floor mats. I believe your techs understand they are representing satisfaction first time and every time.

Came to the dealership with a leaking tire without an appointment. Don and the staff at MBofEDH were very accommodating and worked diligently to get the tire issue corrected and have my car returned to me as quickly as possible. Charge for work performed seemed excessive. ($560). My usual Service Mgr., Don Vandersloot, was not available. After spending around $1600 the previous week on my other vehicle (ML320) i had hoped for at least some discount but received nothing. The Service Mgr. misplaced my telephone #s which caused me some minor problems and wasted time. However the work itself was performed satisfactorily - as it usually is at this excellent dealership.

The entire process of buying my used car was great! Eric and Mike made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price point we could afford. They went above and beyond for my kids too and made them feel like part of the process :) I won't go anywhere else! Communication was great too. Since purchasing my vehicle from Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills I have never had anything but great service. I have made appointments in advanced as well as at the last minute and they have always been extremely accommodating. They have always offered me a ride or a loaner vehicle if the service was going to take longer than a day. All of the employees are professional, very friendly and helpful.

Randy did an excellent job of being patient on our selection of a new vehicle this last month. We had visited before and my wife wasn't quite ready to buy the vehicle. When finally the time arrived, Randy did a great job making the deal happen. This is our 4th purchase from MB of Eldorado Hills and our 2nd purchase having Randy as our sales Rep. He knew how I wanted the deal done, and we completed the deal in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend him for future purchases to anyone.

We purchased a 2014 MBZ C250 from Von Housen's Rocklin dealership last January. The vehicle turned out to be a bad choice for my wife and I. We both have back problems and the firm ride and sport style seats did not work for us. The Rocklin store was unhelpful in finding a better solution, so we turned to the El Dorado Hills store. Pat Upright, Chet Wagner and Ken Sammut were very helpful in working an equitable deal so we could trade the C250 for a low mileage 2013 Nissan Murano SL. The Murano has proven to be a good fit for us and we are vey happy with this vehicle.We have purchased two other vehicles from the Rocklin location, however we will choose the El Dorado Hills location for our future automotive requirements.

Great experience except for finance. He talked so fast that when all was over we asked each other " what did we agree to? No surprise, however,r as it seems to be standard practice at other auto sales operations we've visited except for BMW, Roseville. That was a great experience.

I had not personally owned a vehicle in almost 30 years...I was fortunate to have a company issued vehicle. Getting close to retirement, I was apprehensive about buying a car after all these years. I appreciate the knowledge and common sense approach of Gayton DeRosa. My MSB is a trip car only and has relatively low annual mileage usage. Many of the mileage recommended service items do not really apply to me at the standard intervals. The trick is...which ones? I trust Gayton completely to make that determination. He is very thorough in personally researching the entire list and checking my vehicle. Everything needing attention is taken care of and I save time and money.Thanks....

As such, I require more patience, understanding, and flexibility in getting my cars serviced. Gayton DeRosa was professional and courteous in handling my service appointment. As usual, the service department quickly, and efficiently, repaired my 2011 E350 Bluetec. I have absolutely great confidence in the repair facilities at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills. However, I have very little confidence in a car, with only 34K miles, that has seen three significant emission system repairs in the last two years. As a recent retiree, I figured I deserved the first luxury car in my life. However, luxury is not luxury, when frequent repairs become a major inconvenience. I applied the same principle as baseball...."three strikes, and you're out". Therefore, I have unloaded my burdened E350 at a greatly depreciated loss. I'll return to my lifelong dependability on a Japanese manufacturer, with much better reliability and resale value. Now that is luxury!

Everyone was nice. Unfortunately, they did not explain the federal and state rebates correctly for the B Class all electric vehicle. We expected to receive a $7,500 rebate on our taxes, but MBEDH received it instead. This was not an insignificant error on their part. Additionally, there was some problems with the electronics in the car Command System and they were not helpful advocates with MBUSA to solve our problem. I had to call them myself and solve it.I need competence, not just nice. This is my first MB. Although I love my B-Class, I am not sure if there will be a second for us.

Don continues to exceed expectations. I recently picked up my car from service on the way to the Oakland airport. During the service the wheel lug bolts were not adequately torqued, became loosed and caused an unbelievable driving experience on the way to the airport. I left my car at the hotel near the airport and called Don to inform him of the experience. Don was quick to engage. He dispatched a service vehicle to xxxxx the issue. The service tech identified the problem; sought parts from another dealer, fixed and road tested the vehicle. Don then had me come in for a follow-up full inspection.Nobody can argue the potential consequences of what could have happened, we cant change that. Point is, Don took full responsibility without question and acted to remedy a situation gone bad. Thanks Don.

From the second you walk onto the lot, everything feels luxurious! The energy, the beautiful cars, the staff waiting to great you, and take care of you. Rick was great, and took all of my info to get paperwork started, and Paul took me around to show me the best options. Paul drives a Mercedes and was able to differentiate very subtle differences in each model. I decided on a 2015 ( almost new) CLA. Paul recommended this model because it was the same price but had many more upgrades. Paul took me for a test drive and made sure I understood everything in my new car. When my battery went out on my key, they replaced it for me free of charge. You get 4/5 stars because the loaner car says it is a loaner on back window. They didn't do that back in the day. Otherwise 5/5 stars. The service was excellent and they do nice work at a fair price. Overall I really like the staff and atmosphere thats why i drive past the Sac Vonhousen to his one.

It was found that all 2013 E350 come with a noisy transmission when driving above 75mph, there was no repair done .I was happy with service provided by don and the Rick . But I'm not sure if Mercedes is going to do anything about the noise since they admit that other customers have the same complaint and it is a valid complaint .

Everyone appears to have a sincerely happy greeting for you when they see you! It is nice to visit old friends like Bob and Randy and others. Don Vanderschoot is my Service Advisor and he is a very knowledgeable and reassuring person to take your car to for service. I could go toRocklin or another dealer. No way, I enjoy coming here because it is so pleasant and I trust the people! Don is right on top of things and keeps me advised while I am sitting in the comfortable waiting areas. Zach provided top notch customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Yet, the vehicle was sold to me with a rear license plate and not a front license plate. I have tried for weeks to contact him to resolve this. No response. I have received two parking tickets for not having a front license plate. Very upset that this has gone on for two months without being resolved.

I had to have a defective windshield replaced and my blind spot assist was inoperative. Don tried to reset the computer and it functioned for 2 days after I got home (in Tahoe 100 miles away) It has failed again and I'm headed back down. This is not Dons fault. This vehicle has had issues. But Don always takes care of me. He sets me up with a loaner. He works to get me in and out quickly if possible. He greets me and my family warmly. He is family. This is my 4th ML because of Don.

There is a closer MB maintenance facility to me, but I find it worth the drive to El Dorado Hills because of the fine attention and care my car and I receive there. Don VanderShoot is fun to work with, keeps me informed and is aware that I am waiting. Although I Loved the old quiet room with big leather chairs and fireplace, the remodel is nice too. All in all, a tedious errand made much more than tolerable.

I have never spent over two hours waiting for a tire change. I did contact the Service Dept. Theweek before as well schuedling for my appointent to have the tires replaced. I later found the tires that I had original ordered did not come in and they used another tire and put them on my car and was not told this until after they had been mounted. Make a routine service appt per schedule B by phone (as Internet site would not take info). Arrive precisely at the agreed upon hour. Go thru meet/greet process w/ attendant who promptly confirms my arrival, appt, service type, etc. Invited to await "my" service rep in lounge. A particularly well appointed lounge. Service rep not available so still waiting. Ride arrives to pick me up but still waiting. 20+ minutes after check-in now so I bid goodbye to outside attendant to then be flagged down while exiting. My very apologetic and pleasant service rep reaffirms all that was already in evidence. The personal attention and lounge experience must be treasured by some but I prefer clarity of purpose and a timely departure. After-hours drop off offers that. Rental car joints have this down. Dr's offices...not so much. Nothing unpleasant about the interaction, fine MB folks just doin' their job. But, can I just check-in with the attendant for routine stuff and split w/o the time consuming service rep embrace, especially when my ride is waiting? I'll sign a TLC waiver. Thanx.

That first day Eric sold our family two cars! My daughter and I both drove away with two beautiful SLK's. Years have passed and we have referred family and friends to Eric for assistance. Extremely dissatisfied with the service side of this dealership. My 2014 C250 (still under warranty) appears to be defective. Check engine light comes on intermittently and car loses substantial power and extremely unsafe at highway speeds, along with other issues that aren't being fixed appropriately. Escalated this issue to corporate, but I'm stuck with a dangerous Mercedes that is a liability at this point. Extremely dissatisfied. We have two of the exact same year, make, model cars bought at the same time and only one is having the issues. Service Manager Jason was extremely compassionate and understanding, though.

Don always gets it done on time and right.. If I need a car he has it if I need to change the date or time no problem . He is also very personable

Good Service but very expensive for routine maintenance! We like the friendliness and atmosphere of our Mercedes Dealership. The check-in Greeters are always ready and helpful to attend to your needs. The reception area is always clean and comfortable.

I'll consider getting my C250 serviced elsewhere and save some money. Service was prompt, the salesmen were polite. What we didn't like were the following: 1) Each time our vehicle receives a complimentary wash, it's done poorly and returns visibly dirty with road grime along the side runners, rear bumper and trunk. When we point this out, we're told to come back some time and ask for a free wash.. not dignifying. This even occurred when we Purchased the vehicle and they had applied what was to be an expensive coat of "CilaJet". The car washes aren't at all serious and leaves us wondering about the maintenance.2) When we dropped off the car and I left with my wife and children to run some errands during maintenance, my wife pointed out the tech driving my car back to the garage... he was driving slowly across the parking lot entrance, head turned completely around backwards not watching where he was going, egregiously gawking at a very young girl crossing the street behind him.

I came without an appointment for some scratches on my 2014 CLA 250. They evaluated my problem and said they could take care of it right away - cost $200 to $250. They did an excellent job while I waited and charged me $250 which was far less than a body shop had quoted. I am very pleased.

Easy to make an appointment via the phone (the on-line service was not working). They took me at my desired time the following morning. Greeted promptly upon arrival. Daniel Clark is always a pleasure to work with, and he had me setup up right away. Had a cup of coffee at the dealership, then walked a short distance to an outstanding breakfast. Upon return, my car was ready as promised. Quick and easy...out the door.

Service A for 10k miles. Took 90 minutes more than estimated. Total time was almost 3 hours. The wash of the car is nice but the quality of drying and window cleaning is not very good

I was very impressed with my experience. It was my first time in El Dorado Hills. The experience was so much better on every level from the Sacramento experience. From the greeting, length of wait time. The ammenities.. Coffe, water, sodas. No problem with a loaner car, and treatment in general. I am so happy to have a better place to go!

Don and the rest of the crew always treats me as the best customer in in the world. Don will take his time to review the current work I am requesting on one of the three vehicles I have serviced there and explain to me in plain terms what to expect in time and cost. I am notified promptly via phone calls if there are any changes or possible delays, and I am always provided a loaner vehicle when needed. After 15 years of bouncing between Mercedes Benz on Howe (Worst Customer Service in town) and other local mechanics, we are so happy to have found Mercedes Benzes in El Dorado Hills. The superior customer service of the service department (because service is key is each MB) and helpful sales staff will keep us coming back!

Did not listen to anything I had to say, just get papers signed that day otherwise the special would be over that day, what special, I never got. and finance dept adding options , ext. warranty I didnt want, just to tell me contract couldn't be changed, but did re-do contract and still didn't delete the options, which one of them was to put chrome wheels on, and I asked for the original I bought with car and they said thats what on the car they were just dipped, so looks like I pd. twice for the tires, and they were not done because 4 hrs after I dropped the car off, the tires were already on the car, so basically they just took them off another car, it was a nightmare from the start, too much B.S. You question them about something, they just pass it off to the next, thats not their dept. They alll try to cover for each other, but their all working hand in hand, how to work people to their benefit only. I was so rushed into this vehicle I knew nothing about, and now I hate the car because of the exp. I had with them.

I purchased a GL 450 there and I love the car. After a long day with a tired 2 year old in tow, I mistakenly purchased the Tires for Life program. DO NOT DO THIS! I went to have the tires changed and specifically told them I was using the tires for life. They did not run a claim until after the fact which was then denied. We were stuck with paying for a new set of tires (that I don't even believe were new) and our old tires were just fine. DO NOT TRUST DAN in the service department. He will completely change the story to save himself. DO NOT BELIEVE that JASON DOWNEY will "make you feel satisfied" & remedy his service department's mistake in not running a claim & telling us "oh sure, it will be taken care of." If you do buy TIRES for LIFE/LOYALTY be very careful & know exactly what you are purchasing. Do not rely on the guy who sells you on the "extras" to be forthcoming. This was definitely our mistake. Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills is no different than any other dealership....they just have really nice cars. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I Bought a new mercedes from these guys recently and it was a nightmare! If you think the buying process sucks, wait till your an owner they will change their hat around real quick. This was the worst experience i have ever had buying a car in my entire life. They had my wife in tears, totaly dishonest car salesman.

I didn't have that great of an experience as many others here have posted. They couldn't get the car I wanted which they pretty much guaranteed they could get and on top of that didn't take my sale seriously 'til I started showing them netstar price quotes from other dealers. The salesman seemed to quiver once he realized his market adjusted price was worth laughing at. Sure... the setting is spectacular (great building), but overall my experience was not so spectacular. Would never go back! Try MB of Oakland, did all my transactions over the phone and Nina Khan of Oakland is a great rep.

Can't say anything bad about these guys!They had a great price, they were prompt with their quote, and they didn't lie to me.I went with another dealer who was closer to me (MB of Oakland), who was even nicer and beat their price.I've run into a few very very poor MB dealers in my area, and these guys were a very pleasant change!
