Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. I brought in my 911 which I really loved for an oil change. I left with a new Panamera. I wasn't there to buy a new car, it was the furthest thing from my mind. I hpjust wanted to see what was available. I can't say enough good things about how the purchase went and how easy the process was. Kudos to Rachel Ross, she was wonderful and for sure it was the best and most fun car buying experiences I have had, and I buy a lot of cars. Not to say the other sales people weren't great. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

My visit was only an inquiry of the GLC SUV from a loyal MB client who knew I was shopping for a SUV. The Mercedes was not on my list because I prefer BMWs and still do . However, after spending less than 30 minutes in conversation with Mr. Stover and a test ride I drove away in a 2016 GLC 300. I'm not a push over when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I knew what I wanted (quality, color and amenities) and I knew what I could afford.I've never negotiated a car deal within 30 minutes and truly get what I wanted. This experience was the exception. The professionalism of Mr. Stover, the sales and finance managers were not intimating or pressuring they were more like doctors who knew how to take care of their clients. The entire experience exceeded my expectations because of the customer service,the safety features of the vehicle and its quality reputation.

Buying my MB was easy and a pleasure. iThe sales team was knowledgable and provided cleat guidance on all of the options available. I choose the European delivery option which allowed me to see the level of detail as well as the unique processes involved in construction of such a fine vehicle. The sales associate was extradionary, he was pleasant to work with and if and when I need another car I will come to him again. The fianc manager kind of insulted me, I bought a certified check in there for over 19,000.00 and he said when it clears everything an be processed. Now I've worked in banking for over 13 years and I know certified funds don't bounce. It made me feel like I was trying to pull something over and that's not how I roll. If it wasn't for my sales associate I would have went to another dealership, my sales associate was fantastic I know I'm not putting his name down here because his card is at my house and I don't want to misrepresent him, but you know who I'm talking about. He was off the chain, I will be looking for another car soon and I will come back tohim. I feel your finance manager needs to know everybody are not crooks. He did say it was a ring going around with certified checks and I find that very hard to believe. I know Banking from top to bottom. Because of my sales agent I will recommen Mercedes of Fayetteville he was awesome. Tomori Moore is his name I just remembered it and he was Awesome.

I had been looking around to buy a new car for several months. I was surprised when I went to have my old car worked on to see the deals Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville, NC had. So, rather than having my old car worked on, I traded and purchased a brand new 2016 CLA 250. I was even more surprised how fasted they got all the paper work together and got me the car I wanted and out the door. I was very happy with the deal. I didn't have to waste all day there. It was less than 2 hours and I had signed the papers and pull off the lot. If you want to drive the best car made and don't want to waste a whole day to purchasing it. I advise you to go to Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville , NC. Asked for Tomori Moore, he will take good care of you.

My salesperson made every effort to attend any questions or concerns I had during the decision-making process and the subsequent purchase of my vehicle. I felt that everyone at the dealership was genuinely interested in providing a positive and high-touch atmosphere. Over the course of time I was at the dealership, I witnessed - more than once - the sales people happily assisting each other in various tasks. I did not detect any negative competitiveness between coworkers; that alone yields a great business environment for both the customer and the sales staff. Regarding the actual purchase of my vehicle, I felt I knew exactly what I was getting and that it met my needs and not that of a corporate quota. I was introduced to features and models that I was not aware of while not feeling up-sold or overwhelmed with options. My salesperson stayed on track the whole time and only offered to show me those vehicles that answered my specific criteria. While I did wind up spending more than I had originally planned, it was still well within budget and I walked away with a solid sense of value for money. The next time I'm in the market for another Mercedes, I will definitely return here for more of their top notch service.

The Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. After contacting them through our credit union (USAA), we were given a personal point of contact. Answers to our questions were quickly answered and when we came to test drive, they were standing by and ready. Our salesperson was very well schooled on all the options, technology and performance of the model we were inspecting andf ultimately purchased. The sales manager was quick to make a decision and deal! We had all paperwork done and were out the door in under an hour from the time I said "we will take it, its a deal". I would deal with them again and recommend them to others in the market for a Mercedes.

The best car buying experience I've ever had! Robert Lee, the salesman I worked with, was terrific along with the rest of the staff. Gave me an above market value on my trade and a great deal on the car I was trading for. The facilities are excellent with plenty of refreshments. The buying experience was fantastic. We were just inquiring about a car and Lucinda teamed us up with Martyna. She was so great and we actually fell in love with the 2nd car she showed us. The financing was painless and could have actually left the lot with our car that day. We opted to pick it up the next day. Lance gave us the options and incentives that we qualified for. I was blown away by the final monthly payment. Very affordable. We already own two older Mercedes and we love them. The buying experience at Mercedes of Fayetteville North Carolina was the best Brian experience of a vehicle that I've ever had . Not only was a sales person knowledgeable helpful non-pushy but so was the entire staff in his absence. From start to finish the in tire process was great, just when I thought the customer service was complete as the purchase of my new C 300 the sales person told me to call if we had any questions and they we were now part of the Mercedes family. Keeping in line with what is important to me (quality, service, comfort), i visited the MB dealership in Fayetteville, NC. I was greeted with smiles, immediately tended to, informed of the process and treated exceptionally well. The process was implemented seamlessly and my car drives like a dream. Overall good dealership. One problem was the rsales manager changed agreed upon trade price for my vehicle $500.00 once he found out the car payment I was looking for. I did not want to haggle because I drove from greensboro to buy car and I had my family with me. Salesman was great. Finance guy was ok.

Overall, my experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure loaner cars have enough gas in them to allow people to get to their destination and back. Other than that, the staff was very courteous and professional and my service was great.

On 10/26/2015, 8:00 am appointment, I took my 2014 E350 in for B service. While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black-on-black 2016 E350. She then passed the info on to a manager. He checked the lot and returned and said that he did have an E350 with the feature I was looking for. He sent Jim Alley to work with me, and he pulled the E350 around to show an explain all the new features on the car. He took my ID and about 20 minutes he had a payoff quote and a bank to finance me and between 12:00 Noon - 12:15 I was on my way back to Mount Olive, N.C. The Salesman, Manager, and Finance Manager both continued to work for me to get an even lower interest rate, after I had already been approved and drove my E350 home. It does not get any better than that.

I actually took my car in for annual Service B. I asked one of the sales associates/reps if they had a black on black 2016 Mercedes E350. The manager looked around, found one on the lot. He then sent a sale rep over to show me the car. He got my name and information and before I knew it, a finance person informed me that I was approved! By 12 Noon, I was headed home driving a 2016 E350. The deal and offer I have received!

This was not our first car from Mercedes Benz we had a trade in the sales lady was very nice in walking us thur looking at different Vehicles than test driving it I had receive a letter in mail saying only 20.00 more would be added to ur car note the Manger Aprove just what letter read that was great but when we over to the finance Dept somethings he was saying to me concerning the paper work was not true and I knew it was not so I walk out so my wife call Mercede dealer in Raliegh did not mention any thing about Fayetteville Dealer and the gentleman gave me what's knew was true I let head mgt no so he had us to come on back in seethe Finance Mgt so we walk out please only one thing I forgot to do is our payment date the next week finance Mgt gave wife the number to call and they taken care of what we needed .

I initially went to this dealership based on an offer I got in the mail to trade my 2013 GLK for a new one with a big discount. I left the dealership with a GLA instead because my wife thought this was the vehicle she really wanted. After several days of driving she told me that the GLA lacked in alot of areas that she was used to in the GLK. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealership and they were able to get me out of the contract and into a new one with a 2015 GLK. I was very impressed with everything they did to do this and I cannot say enough as to how much I appreciate their efforts. My wife is now 100% happy with her 2015 GLK. Thanks MB of Fayetteville. From my sales representative (Donathon Stover) to the Sales Manager, Greg Dudak, and even including the phone receptionist (name unknown), I felt like I was given their full attention. Each question (and there were many) that I asked received a thorough response. After acknowledging that one of my prime deciding factors for a car would be how my golf clubs fit in the trunk, Donathan guided me through various options--some worked, some did not. An important point worth mentioning is that although my husband was with me during the discussions Donathan and Greg both talked directly to me. They acknowledged that I was the decision maker and not my husband. Other women will understand my making this point.My husband and I are fortunate to know the new owner of this Mercedes dealership. He owns several franchises in the Pinehurst area where we reside. His honesty, personal integrity, and desire to serve the customer are what have made him a successful businessman. My guess is that employees who work in his franchises witness his character on a daily basis and will be loyal over the long term. This is a plus for the customers who purchase or lease from this dealership.

I visited Mercedes of Fayetteville to purchase some windshield wipers and while there Chris approached me and offered me some water. From there he showed me the certified pre-owned inventory and I found a GLK I liked that had more features than the GLK I was driving. I purchased the new GLK and thanks to the sales manager I got the same rate and payment as I had on my old GLK. I will be returning to Mercedes of Fayetteville for future purchases.

My wife and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years and we have our vehicles serviced here. We were aware of the dealership because we used to live and work in Fayetteville. We now live in Durham, NC. It's a 100 mile journey that takes 1.5-2 hours to make. If we don't feel like driving to the dealership they will have a truck come and pick up our vehicle and drop off a loaner. Why do we do this and bypass other MB dealerships much closer to us? Even though MB of Fayetteville is a smaller dealership than others the people their are friendy, courteous, and professional. We have received excellent service from the purchase of vehicles through the servicing. The service department is simply outstanding. The service advisor Debbie Wheeler is second to none.

Was hearing a noise from the passenger door on my CLA. So I brought it in to have it checked out and to also have the passenger rear tire checked, as it was losing a few PSI every other day. Debbie made sure that I was kept informed about what was going on made sure I was satisfied with all the work. In the end we couldn't find the noise, but they dig find a nice old nail on the inside of the tire, which would explain the low PSI. Fixed the tire, no charge, and arranged for me to stop by, no appointment, if the phantom sound starts again. Everybody from Donna, setting up my appointment and organizing a loaner, Debbie my service rep and Scott the technician made the visit a very pleasant experience. Thanks guys.

I recently had my 2014 C300 serviced there. Despite have an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, I arrived to find I had no appointment. When I showed them the confirmation e-mail they still seemed unapoligetic (apparently these thing happen often enough for the staff to seem it was just business as unsual). After filling out the paperwork with the information that I had already sent in advance, the desk personnel asked if I wanted to "skip the interior and exterior cleaning" to "speed up" the service. I had never once stated that I was in a hurry so I found this really upsetting. I then heard him ask several other customers this same question, so it is their standard line. NOT MB quality customer service. In addition, the dealership is old, the waiting area, while clean, was quite dated (although probably the most up to date aspect of the dealership). The people were friendly, and while I would consider buying a MB there, I would never have my car serviced there again as the customer service was subpar.

While traveling to NC the rim on my Mercedes cracked. Since it was on a Sunday and I had to return to Maryland the vehicle was left at my mother's home in Aberdeen NC. Once back in Maryland, I contacted Mercedes Roadside Service and had the vehicle towed to Mercedez of Fayetteville. Roadside Servi ce response was not what I expected, took about 2 hours longer than stated, my mother is a little impatient so the wait was a peoblem. But here is where outstanding customer service can change things. Debbie was assigned as my service rep. From the moment we talked I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience. I explained my situation and informed her I needed the car by the weekend as I would be traveling back through NC. Debbie went to work on my issue. She had the rim ordered and replaced, kept me in the loop from start to completion. Since I was picking the vehicle up on Saturday, she left instructions to the staff for pick up. The vehicle was clean and ready for my trip back to Maryland. Of the three Mercedes dealers I have dealt with, Mercedes of Fayetteville service was by far superior and Debbie truly made the difference. Debbie if you happen to read this post, Thank You!

I had my yearly service on my GLK...just a routine 73k check up. I live one hour away so Mercedes picks my car up and gives me a loaner. My car had the service and was returned on time. The next day my "check brake pad" light came on. I called the service department because I was scheduled to drive out of town. The service manager was apologetic that my car had to be picked up again, and forgave me the service charge of $200. Of course I had new brake pads and rotors so I did have an $800. fee but the manager apologized and said the brakes should have been checked....their fault. I was so impressed that he was accountable. Its rare these days.

I normally HATE HATE HATE dealerships, but these guys are a different breed. I'm not sure if this is because of the "Mercedes/Porche" brand, but you'll be happy here. Service is the biggest plus. Considering the potential expense of a MB repair, you don't get the feel you are being robbed like other dealerships. Debbie, Woody and company back there are outstanding. Need a tail light bulb? HERE YOU GO! Oh you need a free LOANER car that is a 2015 C-Class? Here you go! Just set an appointment and make sure you have your insurance card and drivers license and you're off.

My husband and I went to the Mercedes-Benz dealer ship just a few miles from our house.It took at least ten minutes before anyone asked us did we need help. When we did get someone to help us we told them what we wanted but they acted like they wanted to sell us a new suv when we told them we did not want a new one they did not help us locate what we was looking for. I found two at the Mercedes-Benz in Fayetteville, NC and that was it, they had what we wanted and was so happy to help!!!!!!

Upon arrival I was introduced to service rep promptly and I asked for couple other item to be inspected. No problem. Was offerred a loaner car to run errands, etc. Work was done as requested. It's great to do business with someone who does what he says he will do, truly treats you like a customer and appreciates your business. I texted Dixon that I was in the market for two S550s, he immediately replied and we did the deal with a few texts. The cars were delivered to my driveway, my old cars were taken away and Jeffrey did the paperwork in my kitchen. After that he spent at least an hour going over the cars and explaining their features. He also left his card and has responded to several questions I had by text message. Altogether, my experience could not have been handled better, I am extremely pleased. Note: did not try to sell you more than you wanted. Explained the options and excepted your answer.

Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville has been consistently excellent in all aspects of customer service. Service is very personable and exact. I have never had a problem/insufficient service for which I had to return or complain. The prices for service are not outrageously more than at any other shop (your elevated owner costs come mostly from the expense of MB parts).

They are professional and very timely about getting repairs done, plus they always do their best to provide you with a loaner so that you are not inconvenienced with transportation needs! My ML350 was not turning over when the key was turned. It would take three to four turns of the key for the car to start. Called the dealership, they picked up the car on Tuesday afternoon, ordered the part, brought me a loner car. Called me Wednesday morning and let me know that it might take until Monday to have the car fixed as the part came from Texas. The car was ready on Friday and delivered that afternoon. This is the second ML 350 we have had since 2005 and the service has been very good.

With the car check to see what is wrong with my Benz it was very professional and I was very comfortable in waiting. We originally went to the dealership to rule out one of my choices in a new vehicle. I wasn't in a hurry to replace what I was currently driving; we just wanted to start looking around and checking prices. We test drove the GLK and immediately fell in love. Nikki took a lot of time to talk to us about the different features on the car. While they were crunching numbers, we asked if we could drive it home to get the teenager's approval. No problem! When we came back, they had the final price ready for us and we were surprised that we could buy it for less than the other car (American made) I was seriously lookig at. I wanted to think about it over the weekend before I made a big decision and they insisted that I take it home and drive it. Well, the rest is history....I took the car back on Monday and we sealed the deal. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly to even include the men that work in parts. We purchased the all weather mats and cargo mat and they brought them out to the car and helped Nikki put them in. My teenager was even amazed at the" free gifts" we received. When I called my husband yesterday to tell him I received fresh flowers from the dealership thanking me for our business he said "it makes you want to buy another car from them!" He's right, it does. We'll be back and we hope that NIkki will still be working at your dealership! We have already recommended the dealerhip to several people and I know for a fact that some of them have already made appointments to talk with NIkki. Although I am no stranger to this dealership, Ms. Hooper was a new sales representative who warmly greeted and assisted me throughout my decision process. While my visit was to look into purchasing a new S550 diamond white or silver Mercedes, I was not excited by the new front body style and design of the 2014. Determined to satisfy me as her customer, Nikki showed me a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 S550 which was more consistent with my likes. Although the Palladium Silver Metallic was not my first or second choice for the paintwork, it is growing on me and I am extremely pleased with its comfort and road performance. My husband and I have been in the Mercedes family for over 20 years and now own four Mercedes (three are white). I drove into the dealership on June 5th in a well kept white 1996 S 420 Mercedes with 335,000 miles (purchased new from Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville, aka Valley Motors) which should be a testament to the quality of your vehicle. In fact, the current Manager was a sales representative when I purchased my last Mercedes and he has been most helpful and accommodating with my recent purchase. Where do I begin...... I was on a vacation from Va. Beach, Va. to see my family in Ga. The alert icon informed me that I had 29lbs of air in the rear passenger tire! I got off the next exit, put air in it, and watched the numbers. By the 12-15 mile distance I had lost air again (another alert). I got off the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg exit and prayed. The Lord provided me with safety and the best possible experience imaginable, just minutes from where I was. I used the "help/roadside assist button" to speak with a MB rep. who directed me with my options. I decided not to wait for a roadside assist, since the air leak was slow, and the closest MB dealer was less than 9 mi. away. When I walked into the dealer, I was a bit anxious, since I did not know what it would take or cost to fix my issue. I also had 2 miniature "German" Schnauzers traveling with me. (One day I hope to go German all-the-way to the AUTObahn!)..*smile* SO, I told James Cypress (check-in) my story, he asked for the keys and went to work! DID NOT even delay to get my name, address, etc .I got my pups out of the wagon, and my car was up on the rack 5 minutes after I drove in! WoW! As I sat on the outside bench, Donna Dunn (Sales) asked "can I give your babies a doggy treat"? Of course! All the while I was at the dealership, I was treated like a local friend, rather than a "Out-of-towner". Woody Barrosse (Service Advisor) kept me informed/updated several times during my stay. Scott Symens (Technician) was polite and patient as I unloaded/reloaded the car of dogs, personal items, cell phone, etc. as he was the "tire guy". And Don McCarthy (Salesman) brought my "babies" water to drink, as well as offering me a beverage and encouraging me to come inside to the waiting area! "We are dog friendly" he said. I mentioned the dogs would bark at the little girl inside and scare her, he then pointed and offered for me to go sit in the Porsche' dealership's waiting area a hundred feet away or less! I smiled and thanked him very much for the offer. I was stunned repeatedly by the hospitality of these individuals. Not just one or two, but all of them where amazing! I think they should be the "stars" of your next customer service video! When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised too. The tire had to be replaced, but the technician did his best to try to repair it for me first, and even gave me the metal object I had run over and embedded in the tire. This is the best possible place the Lord in heaven saw fit for me to visit. It was the absolutely best experience I have ever had at ANY dealership, and I have owned several MBs, Corvette, TransAms, Buick, and my first was a 1969 VW! See I made full circle, back to German engineering! I have told this story to family, friends and co-workers already! One of the doctors I work with in our Critical Care department was astonished that I actually have a tire pressure warning system such as I do. God bless you all and Thank you again. Paul Schooler was the sales person that I dealt with. He did not have to do a sales job as I had already researched the CLA on line and knew that this was the car that I wanted. He did not follow through on keeping me updated on information as to when I could expect the car, I was very disappointed in his lack of communication. Thanks to Donal McCarthy, he saved the sale, as in mid March I went in to cancel my order as I was so annoyed.Mr. McCarthy was very nice and gave me details on when that I could expect the car. I am so happy that I waited for the car as I really love it.The highlight of my purchase was the knowledge and patience that Skip Dickens displayed when he guided me through all of the features on my car. He is a real asset to the company. .

And I went to another Mercedes-Benz dealer in myrtle beach S.C. where the service and management just came no where close to the product that they're sell .That's why I chose to purchase from another dealer and very happy with there service.........

I drove up from Florida to complete the purchase and it went very smoothly. I arranged most of the transaction over the phone and both Paul and Andy were courteous, helpful, and an overall pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a Mercedes or Porsche.

My husband took my car for service and everyone was nice. We needed another key ordered, Woody had it ordered and called to let me know as soon as it arrived. I inherited this car and it had not had any service done on it since July 2012 and was surprised when the cost was not as high as I thought it would be. There are a few spots on the car from hail damage that my sister never had a chance to fix, Woody gave my husband a name and phone number of a trustworthy person to take care of this for us. Thank you again for a great 1st time experience at a Mercedes dealership!

I had a great experience with the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville, especially Skip Dickens. He found the perfect car for my wife, negotiated a good price and even delivered the vehicle himself when the delivery truck was delayed due to weather. He also explained the options in terms of models, model years, performance and financing concisely but thoroughly. This is our second purchase from Mercedes of Fayetteville, and I have already told several friends and colleagues here in Charlotte that there is a competitive option down in Fayetteville if they are looking at buying a Mercedes.

I do not take my car to be serviced, it is picked up at the house and brought back by float truck.This is our second ML350 from this dealer since 2005.We have no complaints regarding service or people we speak to in the dealership.

I was greatly impressed with the Service that I received from the Mercedes Team !!! They were all very personable, well knowledge in the concerns that I had regarding my car. They gave me a call regarding the additiional Service I would need and a price range. I genuinely appreciate they they checked my entire car out to see what was needed. I did not know this was an mechanical need that was required in order to keep my car in the excellent condition that I keep my car in. It definitely was a great relief to know they just do not do what is requested but will go the extra mile to see if anything else is needed. I definitely take excellent care of my car and do not skip over any mechanical needs. I feel Excellent with my experience with the Mercedes Team; as well as, My trust level and assurance in them makes me as Customer feel safe with my mercedes in their hands. I first visted the dealership on Saturday, 28 December 2014 to discuss purchasing a specific 2014 C250 listed on the website. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was treated with respect and total courtesy. The staff worked as a cohesive team, were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I returned a few days later to purchase the vehicle and was once again treated extremely well. You have an excellent team at Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville.

We have been working with Dixon for many years and there is nowhere else we would by our cars. Dixon and his team always go above and beyond for everything and the service is just wonderful.Dixon did a fabulous job being Santa this year; with only a one day notice he was able to deliver to our home, the exact car that we wanted, just in time for Christmas Eve - and with a big bow!! This is the most caring and considerate service department I have ever been too. I have had several types of vehicles throughout my life and never had the service like this. Debbie was waiting and ready right on time for my appointment, bright and early on a very cold day with a smile on her face. Then Donna got me a spare, I think I switch out in literally 3 minutes and there were many others being helped also. I got my spare while they worked on mine and Donna later brought my vehicle home for me later, which helped out tremendously. These folks are very professional and I have and would always recommend them. Thanks to Debbie and Donna both for the great service.

clint was new to sales but did a great job of establishing a relationship. In short order we had complete trust in him. The business manager did all he could to make the sale pleasant and work for us. This is my third car from Valley and the reason is that I am very comfortable with the service team. Always feel like they are trying to do what is right for me.This has been added since I clicked submit and it was rejected because I did not fill in the account information. I would have much preferred not to do that and have no idea why you require it. I was tempted to just not submit the review but I did want to give the team at Valley credit.

Robert answered an add and gave my husband and I the best service since I have been purchsing Mercedes cars. He was righ on point with his knowledge of Mercedes Benz, since he also sells Porches'. Robert gave instructions in detail on all the features and programed our blue tooth in the car for me and I appreciate that. As a Canadian snowbird driving to Florida, my 2002 ML 320 required repairs of $2000 resulting from a breakdown in N. Carolina; Because the stay over was running at $250/day (hotel car rental/food) for 3-4 days, I made a decision to purchase one of your certified vehicles with the intent to bring it back to Canada; Given this was our first rodeo (me and dealer) in dealing with a Canadian buyer, we were both uncertain on the cost to migrate a US vehicle to be registered in the Canada; The purchase was made on Saturday but only received a final cost breakdown of $$820 to bring the vehicle to Canada; because this is no longer cost effective to bring to Canada, I would like to retain the vehicle in the US and wanted to know if I could retain the certified mercedes warranty now that the vehicle will remain in the US;

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of a Porsche Pamamera. Everyone was first class from the sales person, the sales manager, finance, the delivery person and even the receptionist at the dealership. I was too surprised at the awesome way I was treated after the mixup date for my "B" service. I did not want anything extra was just very upset about the mixup on my service date and the way I was talked (at). Thanks to the understanding service manager for being so generous. When scheduling my next appointment for service I will always call a few days ahead and confirm my appointment. Thanks again to the kind generous service manager. From the time I called for an appointment, every person I came into contact with was very nice. It was the first service our car. When I received it back the car was also washed and vacuumed. The waiting room was very comfortable and the coffee area was a great addition.The only compliant I have is with the email for the review. It ask "Mr. Roberts" to fill out the review when the purchase was in both Mr. Roberts name and Ms. Quiles' name. Ms. Quiles is the one who called for the appointment, took the car in for service, delt with the people and drove the car home and is also the one filling out this form. Being that I am equally responsible for the purchase of the auto, I would hope you would respect me with the same regard you did Mr. Roberts, by addressing the email to both of us. In the business I own, I would never disrespect any person being the male or female part of a contract by assuming one was of greater worth or spoke for the other. I find it offensive that in this day and time a company, especially this one, would assume that speaking with the "man of the house" would be any where near okay. Donna Quiles Roberts

They are the best Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Carolinas. I live in Chapel Hill and Fayetteville is a two-hour drive away. However, I have had so many BAD service experiences at Leith in Raleigh I now have all of my work done at Valley. It is worth the drive, trust me!!!
