I really expected much more from a MB dealership. They really do not have a clue at this location. They ruined the trim on my passanger door, they scratched the paint, they mis diagnosed an issue costing me time and money and the management let it happen. They lost the remote to my DVD unit they charged over $400 and haven't replaced it. Nobody returns my calls and the manager there told me to juat walk away and wash my hands of it! (Meaning forget about how much they screwed up) my warranty company picked up the slack for this pittiful dealership, I will never come here again. I brought my vehicle in for a class b maintenence and specifically asked them to check the breaks. They said my breaks were fine. 2 weeks later they had to be replaced.

For over 10 years, I have used MB of Indpls for all my service work on my CLK 55. The service people have been terrific and great to work with, especially, Adam, Noland, Lucas, and Cliff. They have helped me keep my car running like new! The extra services provided like rides to work or cars to use overnight or roadside services make it easy to want to do business at MB of Indpls. But most of all, I trust them and enjoy doing business with them! For expert service done in a friendly and courteous manner, MB of Indpls is great.

They are friendly and professional, give full details of service and explain before and after service. Pricing is slightly higher than BMW or similar dealerships

Went to this dealership to get a recall taken care. Service consultant Cliff received me well and provided exceptional service. They have addressed the issue within short time while I was waiting onsite. Would definitely go back to them for all my future services.

I would like to make it known to his bosses that Adam Arbour is a truly exceptional general manager. I first met him 2 years ago when I took my S500 in for service, at that time I believe he was the service manager. He was prompt, courteous, and all the other things one should be as a representative of Mercedes Benz. Last year I decided to purchase a new Mercedes and after delivery of the vehicle there were minor issues with the mBrace module in the car, Adam again did a great job. I noticed that he had moved into an office and his name tag said General Manager, I congratulated him on his promotion. I have no doubt that he is extremely busy with all his new responsibilities and that his time is now more limited in regards to minor matters at the dealership that his subordinates can handle. It is what happened most recently that prompted this commentary. About a month ago it was time for my A Service and I failed to remember his promotion, so I just called him directly and mentioned my service...he took care of the entire process himself. From fielding the initial call, to meeting me at the drop off and giving me the keys to the loaner car, to meeting me for the pickup and then calling me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was ok. In my opinion he went above and beyond when he could have easily transferred me to someone in the service department. He remembers small details of our prior conversations and brings them up later, which shows he actually listens to his customers. He puts on no airs and just gets the job done. He has earned my loyalty and I will make it a point to purchase all of my future Mercedes' from his dealership.

Purchased my GLE 350 here and the service is great! Great communication and follow up! I would recommend people who want a Merc go there. Very good!

Purchased my CLA 250 from here back in the summer. Sales-staff was extrememly helpful but in a laid-back, no pressure way. Then, once I placed my order they were very helpful with keeping updated on the process and status of my new car. When I went to pick it up they even had it in the middle of the show-room floor for me! Service after the purchase has been exemplary as well. Very accomodating even on a tight schedule and they blew me away with some personal assistance! Despite the fact that I am moving out of state soon, I will still likely return for future business.

My 2008 MB C300 Sport 4Matic was around 88000 and have the normal V6 engine problem, leaking in engine oil cooler and the transfer case, due to high mileages on the car.I took my car to the dealer, the service manager Adam Arbour, helped me to figure the leaking while performing the regular A Service check with no extra cost. Then, his team member Nolan Patterson schedule the fix. Although the problem wasn't resolved after the first round of repairing, they took my car back, review and fix the problem without any further service fees. Overall, they're responsible, expert and friendly to all customers.

This Mercedes dealership is always dependable, offers loaners when available or offers rides to nearby locations, includes video screens in waiting area where customers can see work performed on their vehicles, and follows up by phone/email after service to ensure everything is OK. I've owned Mercedes vehicles for 17 years and have only used Mercedes service during this time. I very much appreciate the excellent service over these years.

I have been going to this location for 3 years now and have always gotten only the most attentive service. The team has always delivered more than expected. Because we move a lot, I have dealt with many Mercedes centers around the US. Despite excellent service from those locations, I still felt like I was always severely overcharged because it was at Mercedes. This particular location on Meridian I feel goes out of their way to provide small courtesies that make you walk out feeling as though you got more than you paid for. It's a rare Mercedes indeed :)

I have been coming here for service for years. It's always a pleasure to bring my car here. Fellow owners of MB tell me I could find service and body work for less money. However, it's not worth it to take a chance on being unhappy elsewhere. I've had great professional knowledgable service here and you can't beat the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. Once while out of town, I took my car to another MB dealer for service. Although performed correctly, the service experience was not what I have been used to here in Indianapolis. My car and I are in the best hands by coming to this dealership.

From the moment I started working on designing this car, Jason Rodriguez was terrific in asking the right questions and listening patiently to all of my concerns. He talked me expertly through numerous possibilities and even helped me when I was nervous about the financing and the transition from one lease to the next. I could not possibly have received better service and care from another car dealer in America. I will stay with Jason for life as a Mercedes-Benz customer - it's a good thing he is a bit younger than I am!

As an international student, its kinda hard for me to get into a showroom and choose a car with the price I want.I experienced some troubles when I went to another dealership nearby Purdue and wasn't a pleasant timeHowever, I decided to have a road trip all the way to Indy and that's why I walked into the M-Benz of Indy.And Brad was the first person I ever encountered in M-Benz of Indy, and he actually spent a huge amount of time explaining the spec of a car and gave me some really useful tips about how to choose the best car that fits me.(I spent almost a week there just to get a car)Now I own a GLK 350 for almost 3 yrs and I had lots of wonderful maintenance and body shop services with Nolan (Service) and Lucas (Body Shop)Each time when I need to schedule an appointment, I dont need to go over some difficult automated phone system or filling some charts online. All I need is make a phone call and everything is set without any problem (EVERY TIME)Undoubtedly, M-Benz of Indy is the best dealership I ever had :)

My overall experience was wonderful. Salesman Janson Rodrigues was great to work with. He spent time with me going over all the car features. In the past when I purchased a car it would take an entire day,but all the paper work was ready when I returned to picked up the car and I was on my way within a little over an hour.

I was evaluating a variety of convertibles and Mercedes was originally not on my "wish list". After a curiosity trip to Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis and interacting with Brad Frauhiger, I was hooked. This was my first Mercedes purchase and the experience/service has been so overwhelming, I likely will never buy another brand other than Mercedes Benz. Brad Frauhiger was the representative whom assisted me an was unbelievable. I evaluated other similar pre-owned E-350s for sale at a variety of other dealerships and in the end there was no comparison. They may not beat the competitors on pricing, but they do not need too as they are clearly the leader on the quality of pre-owned cars in there inventory and equally if not more important, service.

I started buying Mercedes-Benz automobiles in 1976. Since then, I've purchased 29 new vehicles. Each time, I say that my new car is the best I've ever driven, which is true. Nevertheless, my next new car will always be the best ever purchased. I return to what is now known as Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis, because of not only the product but as important is the service. I've outlasted all the staff save 1 salesperson at their north store e.g., World Wide Motors and Horst Winkler, the dealer. Horst was my most able salesman for many years. However, for my wife, Alexa and my past 5 purchases, I've dealt with the store's GM, Brad Frauhiger. What a credit to the brand, store, Horst and our entire MB experience. So many times, Brad has gone above and beyond what any dealer would provide by way of competitive car purchase pricing and service, beyond the manufacturer's policy. Brad has built in an annuity for himself and the store in our repeat business.

I'll begin by saying that I would likely never drive another brand, but I certainly would only use Mercedes Benz of Indianapolis. Raymond Yeary is a pro on the sales side, and having him guide us through the process is enjoyable. The gents on the service and body side (Nolan and Lucas are the ones I know best, but they're all great at what they do) are terrific as well. So buying the car and going there for service is something I recommend highly.
