We worked with John Bang and his team on an out-of-state sale (we live in California) of a 2015 B class electric and he was incredibly friendly, fast and accommodating. The B class is a model that MB does not actively promote, especially outside of California and we've heard horror stories of other MB dealers being clueless on how to set-up the car for new owners (things like remote charging). So was very pleasantly surprised to find out that John knew the model inside/out. Moreover, from first contact to delivery to our front door took only 3 business days. John was also supportive of us post-sale. We had some issues with California DMV which John and his team quickly solved for us too. Kudos all around!

We were told by salesman that the model we purchased had Sirus XM. Only to find out a week later that it did not. When we went back to the dealership in lynnwood they said sorry for the mistake but there is nothing we can do about it.

I can honestly say that Simon Kim over at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood was the best salesperson that I've ever worked with. Simon was honest and worked hard to get me a great deal on a Certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a car that I wasn't 100% sure about and that is something rare with car dealerships. Anyone that is thinking about buying a new or used Mercedes should definitely go over to Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood and see what Simon can do for you. I have been shopping around for a while and I could have saved a ton of time if I just came here first. They have top quality cars and the best prices around. Thank you Simon and everyone else over at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood, you have all been great to work with and I mean that!

It is a great experience overall. It is a pressure to do business with John bang. I am looking for the car, know what I want and ask them the right package. I do my homework, great negotiate process. We both know how much we gain and he make. Win, Win. Anyway, John Bang is nice person to talk to.

I cannot believe that I am writing such a glowing and heartfelt review regarding a car purchase but I am. Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood is the epitome of professionalism and honesty. My sales person Mark Davidson was so patient and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything to me. There was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever. I had been pre approved through my credit union but the finance manager, John MacFarlane, negotiated an even better rate with my credit union. He did not have to do that. What an awesome bonus. I cannot speak highly enough about Mark, John and Kyle. I would most definitely recommend MB Lynnwood to anyone. They have changed the car buying process. It really was a very pleasant experience.

I wasn't too impressed with the sales person. They weren't very knowledgeable, often providing wrong information about the cars we were looking at (not small things like installed packages and options, the sales person tried to convince me a front wheel drive car was rear wheel drive). After reading the manual I also came to the conclusion that the concierge (or whatever you call the person that shows off all of the car's features after a purchase) didn't know what they were talking about either. That being said, in my experience this describes most of car sales people so just make sure to double check everything they say and you'll be fine, but I don't think this dealership deserves any more than the run of the mill three stars.

John Bang was our sales person at the dealership and was very professional. He was expedient in helping to obtain the exact car and exact specifications that we had requested. His professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle were excellent. Definitely no pressure sales techniques or shady practices! We wouldn't think twice about purchasing another Mercedes from John in the future. He did a good job of introducing is to the various managers at the Lynnwood Mercedes dealership and it seems like well oiled machine.

I got a car here and I would say it's really an excellent experience. I was contacted by Dennis and he gave me very good price in the first email, which is totally different from other dealers. And I managed to get a even better price than I expected. The purchase is very fast and it only cost me no more than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends who are considering having a Mercedes.

This is my first car and it is Mercedes CLA 250. Even though the car is not here. I was waiting for the car to deliver and bought it. Dennis is a great sales person and the manager Don are great at customer service. Unlike average salespeople who try to push for a deal, they listen to the customers and try to meet their needs. I had a pleasant experience interacting with them. They also provided me loaner car until my car is delivered. The car buying process is also very fast and informative. I dnt have words to express but each and everything is very good and smooth going and was perfect. Go and see dennis and he will take of everything else and you can just think of driving ur new mercedes. ........... :-)

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood spans many negative emotions ranging from a new car purchase that went terribly wrong to a formal complaint to the MBUSA corporate and Attorney General Office. They are quite capable of falsifying the truth and making stuff up to cover up their pitiful failure to act as a responsible and ethical dealership representing a world-trusted brand. Here is one example.I recently booked a service appointment with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. My request was comprised of a 5,000-mile factory service requirements and some warranty work for my vehicle which I purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. A day prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood advising me that their management left a note in my service records stating that I MUST BE DENIED GETTING ANY WORK DONE BY THE DEALERSHIP. The dealership employee told me that this has something to do with a sales issue in the past, but he hesitated to provide any further explanations.I was completely SHOCKED and APPALLED with how Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood treated me as their customer. I have had no idea as to what the sales issue was being implied. The true grounds behind the dealerships unfair treatment remain unknown to me.Due to a potential d.scriminating nature of the issue in question, I took the matter to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). In their response to the AGO, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood has taken the unethical approach and made groundless accusations blaming me for comments I have never made, and actions I have never undertaken. They tried to cover up the entire story by telling the AGO that I booked a checking wheel appointment, and that they do not provide such a service, hence the refusal. The rest of their response to the AGO was a false representation of facts, further damaging their reputation as a Mercedes-Benz dealership. In addition, by unfairly denying the warranty work on my vehicle, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood have broken the law and violated their franchise agreement with MBUSA. They quickly realized that they are running at risk of getting into a difficult conversation with the corporate, and as expected they are now telling the AGO and MBUSA that they never denied providing warranty work.In summary, the WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH MERCEDES-BENZ OF LYNNWOOD WAS SIMILAR TO DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF IMMATURE AND ABSURD PEOPLE who do whatever they can to leave a long-lasting bad taste in the Mercedes-Benz customer experience.I urge all potential customers to be ready to face with the ugly attitude and unacceptable behavior that Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood may exhibit with the others.MB of Lynnwood is A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE MERCEDES-BENZ BRAND

They do alot of advertising so I was thinking they'd be a huge dealership. I was pleasantly surprised, they're right on highway 99 in Lynnwood and not intimidating at all. They have alot of cars and a really nice building. We sat by the fireplace and had a soda while I was researching a couple cars. The whole time was easy and enjoyable.
