We worked with Bob two years ago when leased our C300. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and someone we can trust as our sales consultant. Bob is very good with all of his clients. He treats them with respect and goes the extra mile with his service. This is one endearing quality that we look for in working with others. When our lease was about to end, we went back to Bob and bought our CPO E350 from him. He helped us find the car that suits our needs. The purchase experience was so smooth and handled with outmost care. He even drove our car halfway to our place so we did not have to drive 2 1/2 hours to the dealership. Kim Sanchez was excellent as my "partner" in the buying process. I use the word "partner" because I felt that she was working with me through every step of the way. She helped me pick out the right car, made sure that it was in perfect shape when I picked it up, and spent ample time going over all of the features of the car. She was also great at following up with me to make sure that everything went well right up to the time that I got home with the car. This was going to be my first Mercedes. I searched for the car I wanted to buy and found it at Mercedes of Maplewood. I emailed them to see if I could get a test drive, and I got a phone call right away. The guy who called was Bob. He let me know I could stop in anytime and he would be available. Sure enough, I stopped the next day and Bob was right there to teach and help me experience what Mercedes is all about. Bob was great! He was knowlegdeable, patient and just a good guy to speak with. He made my Mercedes buying experience all that better.When it was time to pick up the car, I had the pleasure to speak with a couple other gentlemen who worked there and they were just as curtious and great to speak with.Over all, the customer service I received was inpecable and I only wish there would be more people out there like Bob and staff. If I ever get the chance to buy another Mercedes, I wouldn't go any where else!

Dave took time to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle, including our driving use case and length of time we keep our cars. As a result our search was quickly narrowed enabling us to do fast comparison shopping to ultimately get on with the purchase with him. Kim Sanchez was the sales rep that handled my purchase and she was the nicest, most informative car salesperson I've ever encountered. I met salesman David Pfuhl who immediately introduced himself and readily answered all of my many questions. as I am very inquisitive, this was no small accommodation. I wanted to write this review to notify the excellent service provided in Mercedes showroom in Maplewood. I was looking to buy a used car and went to find this showroom after I saw a car which I liked. The buying process was very smooth and professional. In fact, I should say the sales representative Noel Baynes went to the extent of asking me to take the car as I provided the proof of the check, though it got delayed for me to receive the check physically. Such extra step taken and trust bestowed upon by the sales/marketing personnel impresses the customers.

I traveled from st. Louis, mo to get the 2013 ford raptor they had advertised on cargurus... Kim sanchez was my salesperson, and she did an excellent job at communicating with me and answering all questions i could come up with. On a cold Saturday morning my son and I met Noel. We both enjoyed a test drive and afterward agreed, "We like this guy" because of his straightforward honest approach. Noel then made it easy for my wife and I to truly test drive the vehicle on our side of town, answered questions, and followed up on our concerns. He connected us with Rob in Service to cover maintenance and warranty questions, and Don with a finance offer on the current Certified Pre Owned promotion that fit us well. Both of these guys were also excellent. The following Saturday we took delivery on a GLK. Now here is the proof of our confidence with Noel and MB of Maplewood. We bought the vehicle knowing we still had to follow up on an item we felt needed a closer look from a technician-a chance we very, rarely, would take without trusting Noel. Noel then set us up with service and Bob had it fixed to our complete satisfaction.We are impressed. At the time of purchase, the car was not ready for pick up and it did not even have any floor mats. They gave us 3 pieces from other cars excluding the one for the driver side and promised to send one at a later time which we never got. Some items like the valet key, the cigarette lighter, and the tools which are supposed to be in the trunk were missing and did not get replaced.

He has always remained in contact with me, although never inquiring about the next purchase. He is part of the team at the dealership that has remained constant since I made my first purchase. Bob Wright in their service department has cared for my cars over the same period and has always been there to investigate my concerns and offer his experience in determining the problem before writing a work order. Since Mercedes' have a great history of performance and they only need to be serviced every 10,000 miles I don't see them often, but when I do I am treated as more than a customer. We could not find a car matching are specifications in inventory our salesperson Shelly arranged for a custom order and kept us informed of its progress until it arrived at the dealer. Shelly was extremely knowledgeable of the Mercedes line and demonstrated the features and benefits in a very easily understood manner. This is my 3rd C-300 I have purchased at this dealership and I am amazed how quickly the process is handled there. I recently purchased a 2015 E-250 from Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood and had a tremendous buying experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from M-B of Maplewood in the past two years, and we have been very impressed with the process on both occasions. The service provided by both Noel Bayne and Michael Culhane throughout the buying experience was been top-notch. The flow of information leading up to our purchase was exceptional, without dealing with the pressure that can often accompany the purchasing experience at other dealerships. The follow-up and customer attention after the sale is also impressive. The quality people at M-B of Maplewood make this an easy place to recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used automobile.

I purchased my vehicle sight, unseen from Mercedes Benz of Maplewood. I worked with Dave Puhl, the online salesperson and Michael Culhane - General Sales Manager. They were great to work with! Super responsive and answered all of my questions promptly and were very helpful in the purchase of my car. They were very patient as I had a lot of questions since I couldn't see or drive it in person. They were flexible in helping me with all of my needs as well as super helpful in shipping the car to me since I didn't know how that was done. After I purchased the car, they took care of every detail being out of state, Fed Expressed documents and made the whole process very easy. They even found a company to ship the car to me and it was delivered promptly! They assured me the car was in perfect condition and it was!! They also have followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied upon receipt and are willing to help me with any questions or needs that I have. A great dealership with professional, nice salespeople and managers!

I worked with Noel Bayne to purchase a new 2015 GLK350. He readily answered all questions and did a great job explaining the many features. He really knew the vehicle which gave me the confidence to deal with him and Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood. He was never "pushy" so the experience was very relaxed and stress-free. Negotiations were straightforward and honest. Noel was very responsive so we closed the deal in no time. Taking ownership at the dealership was also a breeze -- Noel had all possible paperwork prepared in advance so after a few signatures and a short setup/walk through of important features I was driving my new vehicle home in no time. I highly recommend working with Noel Bayne and Mercedes of Maplewood. You won't be pressured on the floor or after agreeing to the sale. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The showroom and lot are both in excellent condition. Everything was what buying a car should be.

We had excellent service and personal attention by Bob Bertini. I went to MB dealer to return a leased vehicle with no intention of buying a new one. Bob Bertini helped me in the process during which I mentioned that one of these days I should start looking for a new car for my personal use. One thing led to another and soon I was looking at a ML350 demo which I liked. I then decided to really investigate the top rated luxury cross-overs which included five cars from Audi, Mercedes, Acura, Porsche and BMW. After driving them all we settled on the ML350. Throughout the multi day process Bob was highly professional, attentive to details and followed up on everything. We were lucky too. After we had decided on all the details on the car we desired to buy, one was not in stock at MB Maplewood but as we were talking about it, the exact car rolled off one of the car carrier trucks making a delivery. We were elated.

I just purchased a 2014 GLK Blu-tec dealer loaner from Maplewood Mercedes. I was given an EXCELLENT price without the haggling seen at other dealers. I received a very good trade in amount also. My sales associate, David Pfuhl, was courteous and professional and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was recommended highly by several of my colleagues and their confidence in him was right on the mark. I have had two other vehicles serviced at Maplewood Mercedes and they do a great job. I had also purchased a prior vehicle from them and felt loyalty to the dealership due to how well I had been treated in the past. The only hitch with my purchase was a 50 minute wait to close the deal. Apparently two other folks came in at the same time as I had my appointment to close. It wasn't the end of the world, just the only hiccup in the transaction.

I just made my third Mercedes purchase from Brian Gottschalk, and again the experience was excellent. I worked with Brian to purchase a new model, the 2015 C-300, he put me on a list with first option on the first shipment of vehicles, and followed through every step of the way. I am now in possession of my new car. I have had only one service experience on my previous vehicle and it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. You always feel welcome whether you call or go into the dealership, they really know the definition of customer service. I guess that is why I keep going back there.

They have a "floater" guy on Saturdays named John who helps, well, herd the customers to the proper car and he's a really swell guy. George the salesman is dynamite, he sold me a car and was more "helping" me vs. selling. Don in finance is dynamite. And when you look at the prices for say, a new Ford conFusion, Chevy Adverse or even a Cattlelac why not get a CPO Benz (from Maplewood M-B, that is)? I look forward to that diesel ML from George/Maplewood sooner rather than later.

The purchasing experience was great and the sale in December 2013 was phenomenal. No issues with the dealership or the service department who have all been great to work with. We love the car with the exception of the key issue we've experienced since purchasing the car 7 weeks ago. It is a known issue that Mercedes engineers are working on but it is an annoyance nonetheless. They need to figure this out ASAP and issue the new keys immediately. Having the car chirp at you that the key is not recognized when it is in your pocket is unacceptable for any carespecially a luxury brand. At one point the car wouldn't start via the Keyless go system so my wife had to pop the push button off and insert the key in order to start the car. Not the end of the world, but unacceptable for any vehicle and especially for the totally loaded ML 350. I hope Mercedes figures this out soon and better do something for the owners that have experienced this issue or they risk losing repeat customers.In closing, the people Mercedes of Maplewood are wonderful as the buying experience was the best I've ever had and the service department has been very helpful relative to the key issue. Love the vehicle with the exception of the issue detailed above.

Went to look at a Jaguar listed as "Talk about rare" just to find out they were selling a lemon car (a buy back) for the price of a car with a clean Carfax. They should list this info on their webside add And not waste people time. Unless of course one looks for a "lemon".

We had the pleasure of buying a car from this dealer. Trevor Lunn was our sales person. After an almost immediate response over the internet, we went in for a test drive. He had tested the car out on the road before we arrived--even tho' it was only about 30 min, and had familiarized himself with it (not a Mercedes). We had been obsessively looking at cars on line, and we feel very comfortable we got a good price. The buying process was quick. We purchased quite late in the day and the staff were willing to stay late to accommodate our schedule. We got outstanding service. Trevor let us drive the car for a few hours before we came to sign final paperwork. The car was low on gas--so we filled it up. The dealer volunteered to give us a free fill up when we need the next one, as they usually fill the cars up when sold. Since we did not know this, they certainly did not have to tell us. We would rank the whole experience as excellent. Trevor and associates are great.

Although I have not completed the car buying transaction, as someone local was quicker to get/buy the car I liked, I would highly recommend this dealership. Brian, the salesman, returned my call promptly and provided all the relevant info on the car, including details of the minor accident that car had that put me at ease knowing Id be buying a clean vehicle. He explained all the shipping procedures, costs and details of registration and Title transfers for buyers out of state. Salesman was not pushing me into buying the car, but was extremely kind and helpful in getting me enough facts to make an informed decision. Just as one would expect from the MB dealership.

By far, the best car buying experience in our lives. Great staff, knowledgable, freindly,professional, and they really make you feel like your special. They dont try to shine you full of crap an they dont do anything close to a hard sell. One caveat, it took forever to get our plates (that is why they got a 4 in the overall). Our schedules fluctuate wildly, and this dealership was more than happy to accomadate those needs. If your looking for a luxury car, this is the place to get it.

Purchased a used Civic Hybrid from them. Price was good and it was the car that I wanted, but had a bad experience when doing the paperwork and picking up the car. After all is said and done, I was given only one key and was told I would need to get another one made at a honda dealership if I wanted one. On top of that, when I drove out of the lot, I realized they had left me with 1/4 tank of gas. It is not the most difficult thing to do to make a person happy, and they just failed. I am certain that this would not have happened if I had bought one of their high end cars.
