I had the the best customer experience ever!!! Desmond Hunt and all of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important customer to ever walk in the door. I was not buying a high end model but they treated me like was spending a million dollars. Everyone involved was respectful, professional and personable.

I will always come back to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. From greetings to the front door to the service you will receive A1 service. The sales manager and my sales Representative Brue Wilson, went over and beyond to make sure I was well pleased with my final selection. I went to another local Mercedes dealership for service and there is no comparison. You know you are involved in the Mercedes experience at MBOB. The Lord willing I will be back.

By far the BEST car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Allen Cardosi at Mercedes-Benz of Memphis is the man! If you are looking for 5 star service when you are shopping for a Mercedes-Benz just ask for Allen Cardosi. No hidden charges or associated costs throughout the process what so ever. Allen Cardosi was extremely easy to work with, honest, and was able to get my wife and I exactly what we wanted. We are now proud owners of a 2016 CLA 250 that has all of the bells and whistles to boot.

I recently bought a new GLC. Someone recommended Steven Johnson and I was very pleased with how he listened to what I wanted and encouraged me through the process without being pushy. I had not bought a car in 15 years so I was a little nervous. I appreciated his assistance as well as the others at the dealership who were so polite and helpful.

What a great car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Memphis! McKinley Singleton knows how to treat his customers with respect and integrity. Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership went out of their way to try and please. It is evident they love their job and their customers! We never felt pushed or swayed in anyway! As visits and conversationsusually result in travels, autos, auto service, and experiences with auto dealers as a subject matter typically become a conversation "piece" wehave always recommended Mercedes-Benz of Memphis as THE PLACE To GO for an automobile, wherever they live.The sales staff and in particular the follow up service is impeccable. The entire staff of employees are the most outstanding, courteous, well trained and knowledgeable in each of their fields as one could ever experience.In particular, Wes Burrow, Service Director and Shawn Crum, Service Adviser have exemplified total professionalism in their positions and are to be commended. Danny Captino is a fabulous salesman. He was interested in what i wanted and took great lengths to help. He spent a great deal of time explaining the various bells and whistles so that i would have a basic understanding of how the car functioned. He pulls the test car into a covered area so that you are out of the elements. Overall, i would recommend the dealership, and Danny in particular, for its pleasant experience.

I have been a Mercedes Benz of Memphis customer for several years now. After purchasing and loving my 1st Mercedes I decided to buy my 2nd one from them. Ellen Tutor and the entire service department staff do an amazig job. Their prices are cheaper than local shops and the service their is amazing. I will say the entire service staff at Mercedes Benz of Memphis has turned me into a repeat buyer. I am now driving my 3rd MB and would never consider purchasing anything else. I love being greeted with smile everytime I take my car in to the dealership.

Tom, the Internet Sales Manager, and I had communicated by e-mail and phone over a two+ week period and I knew more about this auto and dealer than ANY other in the past. He knew this particular Mercedes very well and quickly understood what I was looking for as well as my expectations and shopping style.I have since returned for a warranty repair of an item that Tom & I discovered upon delivery. The service department and personnel mirrored the exceptionality noted in the original sales process. Mercedes-Benz of Memphis is truly a CLASS operation. Every employee there with whom I've dealt or just casually passed on the premises or spoken with has been friendly, outgoing, and courteous. They ALL seem to be enthusiastic about their employer and Mercedes. They know how to make the customer feel appreciated and special - somewhat rare in today's business environment.Thanks for a great experience and the anticipation of a continuing relationship.
