I went to this location even though it was a bit of a drive from where I currently live and it was so worth it. The service was absolutely amazing. I was in the market for a very specific combination in my vehicle. I don't purchase very often so I was willing to wait. I had looked at many, many of the same car all over the Chicago and central Illinois area. Went to Mercedes-Benz of Naperville apprehensive in making a big purchase in investing in buying a car. Was met by with exceptional professionalism by a greeter as soon as I entered the store. This exceptional service continued when introduced to Mark Curtis (Leasing Agent) who prove to be patient knowledgeable and an expert in customer service. Mark got the details on what I was looking for and expeditiously pulled up in a fabulous looking S550 and out we went on a test drive. Unfortunately this car didn?t work for me but fortunately after two weeks Mark Curtis called me about a S550 he had just got; I meet with Him and it was a ?Win Win? in my book. Thanks to Mark Curtis and Mercedes-Benz of Naperville I get the driving experience and performance of Mercedes Benz.

I have done business with this dealership for years and never had an issue prior to this. I brought my older Mercedes in for service on a Saturday as the alarm was intermittently going off. On Monday the very arrogant and rude service tech called and provided a list of repairs needed on the vehicle totaling much more than the vehicle was worth. I called him back on MONDAY and told him we had decided not to do those repairs and we would pick the vehicle up. He stated he needed to check and see if the car was ready for pick up and would call me back. On TUESDAY he did not call back. On WEDNESDAY I called again to see what the delay was and he called back to say the car was ready and that the delay was because Service B was being done on TUESDAY.My husband went in to pick up the car and the tech claimed we had authorized the repairs and completely dismissed the fact that I had told them on MONDAY that we did not want them done. NET: the tech was told on Monday we did not want the work done and to ready the car for pick up. The next day, TUESDAY he had them do work on the car. Several hundred dollars worth. They discounted the work some but we still had to pay a few hundred dollars.I would not recommend this dealership or possibly any dealership owned by AutoNation because of this type of business practice. The irony is we had made a decision to trade the car for a new vehicle rather than do the repairs.

Buying experience is fine. I purchase the GLE350 on 1/9/16 and the temporary plate was expired on 2/8/16. The DMV needs my proof of address to process the plate application. I am sure DMV contacted the dealership to request additional documents for customer, and NO ONE from the dealership contacted me regarding the plate application. AND actually it's me to call them to find out the issue. They do not care for customers after they sell the car to you. Because of the delay of plate, it has been 2 weeks till today that I can't drive the new car. And I was told to expect to wait another 2-weeks to get the plate. Also, the dealership refused to reimburse me for the car rental. What a Bad experience!!! Because of their work negligence, I can't drive my car for about 1-month. Will never recommend this place!

I didn't dream I could own a Mercedes. In fact, I almost drove past the dealership instead of turning in. The dealership was packed: Every salesperson (and there were many) was busy with clients, but several took a minute to welcome me, and apologize for my wait. The manager actually came out to help me himself.I was clearly not buying a top model, but that NEVER affected how I was treated. I sincerely was made to feel as if the staff WANTED me to get a dream car because I wanted it, not that they just wanted me to buy from them. Members of the staff dropped in to the office to welcome me and to see if they could help. It took a team to make it happen for me, but the guys made it happen.The dealership was selling vehicles as rapidly as the paperwork could process- they didn't NEED my purchase. No matter: Everyone, from the general manager to the service gentleman who prepped my car treated me like I owned the place. I trade vehicles about every two years- lots of buying experience- but I have never felt like my happiness mattered personally to each employee before. It does matter at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville.

I was extremely pleased with my recent purchase from Merceds-Benz of Naperville. Our salesman was Mark Curtis and I was very pleased by the professional and pleasant manner in which our transaction was handled. I was interested in a used vehicle and the dealership was very adamant about the car passing their in-house quality standards before they would entertain any offers from me. Once the vehicle passed the quality inspection an offer was agreed upon and I was presented with a very clean and detailed vehicle. All information known about the vehicle was presented up front and I have since found it to be very accurate. The closing process was orderly and efficient. There is always many papers to sign, required by the various governmental laws and the staff made it as painless as possible. The flowers presented to my wife, as we were departing, was a nice touch and appreciated. It made her smile! I have now driven the vehicle for almost 2,000 miles and could not be more pleased. Very satisfied with both this dealership and Mark Curtis. I highly recommend both!

I had the pleasure of buying my first Mercedes from MB of Naperville. While I had done my research online at Cars.com, I knew there were a number of models that I wanted to check-out. I also wasn't sure if I wanted to go New or Used. Moe from the dealership was really great. We test drove 3 vehicles and in the end I wound up with my CLS400 and I couldn't be happier. I have leased several cars from this dealership. No complaints with the sales process or service until the last visit. 40K routine service morphed from a prequote to almost double the intital quote. We managed to get from $550 to over $900 because of some filters and a brake flush which apparently is SOP at 40K but wasn't included in the original quote. While disappointing the bigger problem was being told I need 3 tires because of bubbles in two tires. I couldn't find any evidence of bubbles in the tires so I decided to take the car to another dealership for a look. I guess Naperville Mercedes neglected to tell me I had self-healing tires because the second dealership couldn't find any evidence of bubbles either. They did find one bent tire rim which is being repaired. While I don't normally write reviews I thought this experience was worth highlighting. I guess it's like health care advice. It pays to get a second opinion.

I live in California, I scheduled a pre purchase inspection from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville on a 1989 Mercedes 560 SEC that I was hoping to purchase sight unseen. Chris Zamecnik was my service representative and he went the extra mile for me. I know how busy he must have been, however, he was outstanding! Walked me through everything I needed to know and assured me that the car was as good as I had believed. He gave me every ounce of detail, he and his technician felt confident in this purchase which gave me the confidence to purchase the car. Without his time and extra care I would have been uneasy. The technician found only two small details that needed to be attended to and while I could have had the service on these items done in my own city, I chose to schedule the service to be done prior to transport with Mercedes-Benz of Naperville because of the confidence I felt in this fine establishment. When the car arrived it was exactly what Chris had told me it would be and I couldn't be more satisfied. ***** 5 Stars!

Purchased a new GLA 250 in early January. Brenda in Sales was very helpful and went the extra mile to locate the right car. She volunteered her personal time on a weekend to retrieve the car from a neighboring dealer. Negotiations were painless and fair. The financing and delivery groups were also very thorough, providing detailed explanations of each feature.

Well in my search for a pre-owned CLS550 I came across Naperville Mercedes, I then called and worked with Mr. Kory B, Kory stated in many of our phone conversations that car was CPO I then researched the car and found out that it was not a CPO (warranty information was verified by calling MBusa customer service). . Before I go any further let me say that I live in NY and research the car via the internet. I then confronted Kory and he stated that he did not know, (that shouldve been hint enough to drop the phone and walk away slowly). That said Kory B main focus at the time was payment of car and my flight plans into Illinois to pick up car. I tried on many occasions to squeeze information about the car, specification and such. He was quite elusive as it pertains to my inquires and gave off a sneaky small lot car sale vibes. Long story short I found the service records to be very good and I purchase the CLS550. I then drove car home and about a week later it rained while I was out and about and my car interior then soaked. I called Naperville several times, sent many pictures and eventually I spoke with Jay S., Adam B, and Kory B and they seem rather evasive. It rained several more times and of course interior got soaked. Most of the time car is in garage so it was not as bad. When out and it rained it would cause great great stress. The maintenance records that came with the car showed car was purchased at Naperville location. It would seem that Naperville folks were well aware of the ins and out of this car and just wanted to off load this leaky car and I was the willing participant. As a dealership they seem to have great cars on the lot, this one was just not up to par. The good folks at Naperville finally got in touch with my local Mercedes dealership and work on the leaky issue solution; cost $900 in which part payment was funded by yours truly. This did not resolve issue as its been a continual drip drip trip for just about one and half year and counting. The car has been in for regular service and still drips drip. Its a clean and fun car to drive; I just did not count on the Niagara Falls affect. Waited a year and half to write this review (maybe I was cooling down). In summations, dont be that person that get saddled with a sub-par Mercedes at Naperville (Im thinking I couldve had a KIA!). Good luck to all.

We have had one of our best experience when we were at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. We planned to visit several dealerships and were at our early part of our shopping trip for a car as we arrived at the front side of the facility. While just started browsing the cars in the lot, we were warmly welcomed by Moe, a sell's personnel of the company. He began helping us with rich information about the different series of cars that we were interested in. He seemed to know what assistance we needed and was very polite yet friendly. With the great patience and rich information from Moe and the staff members of the facility, we ended up happily purchased a vehicle there, finished our car shopping trip with enormous joy.

I found a Ford Edge at a great price on Cars.com, the issue was it was 2 1/2hrs away at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. I dealt with Gary Knapp on the sale of the Edge. I asked for pictures of any dings dents or scratches and picture of the tires. I didn't get any in return, he emailed back stating the Edge is Beautiful. Having 103,000 miles I thought to myself this is to good to be true. Lowest price I have ever seen and its in great shape? I show up to look at it, (expecting something wrong here or there) nope the thing is indeed in great condition. I don't have one complaint. I wasn't purchasing a Mercedes-Benz but I got treated like I was. I will be going back to purchase future cars and someday hopefully a Mercedes. Not many times can you TRUST a sales person, at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville you can. If your debating driving an extra 30,60,or 120 miles to look at something you're interested in.. Do it! These guys are worth the drive!

I walked into the Mercedes Dealership with the intention of 'just looking". Initially I was interested in Range Rover--but my treatment at a particular dealership caused me to explore my options. When I walked into the Mercedes Dealership, I was greeted very warmly--and allowed to look around with absolutely no pressure. When I did have questions--James Jayjack was right there to assist. He answered every question--and asked questions too--to help me find the best option. When I narrowed it down to 2 cars--James was very helpful in setting up the test rides--that really allowed me to make the best decision for me. James introduced me to Ed Franzen who "wowed' me with some offers. This was on a Saturday. James and Ed made it so easy for me to make a decision--that I did not need to look anywhere else. On Monday morning--decision was made and on Tuesday I picked up my car. Jimmie Sanderson was patient and incredibly thorough in explaining the financing and all options. The follow-up from this team is amazing--they treat me like "one of the family". When I did pick-up my car, Gil Lopez spent a considerable amount of time explaining the car since this is my first Mercedes Benz. That said--it will not be my last. This is our first Mercedes and while the wait for my 2014 C250 took a little longer than anticipated (we ordered it exactly the way we wanted it), it was well worth the wait! James Jayjack is the ultimate "sales" person--he listens and figures out immediately what is important to his customers. ( The roses were a special surprise when I picked up my car!). I bought a 2014 E350 Wagon and was very pleased with the overall experience and professionalism. The only issue I had (which is true of every car buying experience) was the bottleneck in completeing the paperwork. You have multiple sales people doing deals that get directed to one person doing the paperwork. It's like having one toll booth open on a 10 lane toll road. Post purchase follow up has been excellent. I have bought several cars from this dealer and find their customer focus very satisfying.

Fantastic experience with the dealership and the salesperson. I purchased a brand new 2014 E350 on January 11, 2014. My sales person was Ed Franzen. It was literally a zero pressure sales job. I came in using a Costco referral and Ed gave me a Costco discounted price. In addition, he took a little bit more off. I had done my homework and searched many internet sales sites and discussion boards and knew roughly what to expect price wise. I probably could have haggled for a bit more off, but the buying experience was made so pleasant by Ed that I felt those extra few dollars were well spent. In addition, during the sales process, I needed to get the car I had driven to the dealership back home so I could drive my new car back. Normally my wife would have done this, but she had a prior obligation. So Ed followed me to my house and then took me back to the dealership. Very convenient and stress reducing. Also, although a small thing, because they were busy, I was there for a little while longer than I had anticipated. By that time my phone battery had started to die. Even though most of the people there had iPhones, Ed was able to dig up a micro USB cable for me to charge my Android phone. So I sat in the lounge, ate snacks and charged my phone until I was called to the finance person's office. It all went very smoothly. My wife appreciated the dozen long stem roses also--nice touch. As for the service department, to date we've had nothing but good experiences with them with regards to our present R350. Loaners available when needed and friendly thorough service. All in all, highly recommended.

Dont just believe on positive review. I had worst experience on my life with Mercedes Ogden, Naperville. My small kids and wife feel cheated, they were part of the entire car buying experience. Mike Bank and Mike Degge, they agreed to trade my old E Class Mercedes Benz with New Mercedes ML- 350. We negotiated the price, got the ride in the car they were selling to me (New ML-350) It had package including Blind Spot, we paid the money and got the registration done. In the evening we got he ML-350 delivery and realized within 24 hours that they have given different car and it is without Blind spot, I reached to them and was shocked to see the attitude. They asked us to pay addition money to get the blind spot or make our choice of sending email to corporate. My family is dispersed with the experience, we feel like cheated. Do we need to read every things written in warrantee to agreement to checking every part of the car if it is same in line to agreement.. does not sounds right. I would never recomend this dealership to anyone.

I give this dealership two of five rating stars. One because they did in fact have the car we talked about and another because they sold it for the amount we agreed. Every other piece of the transaction has been a mess, rife with lies and misrepresentations. They knew we were taking a train from St Louis, but we still had to wait nearly 4 hours for them to get the paperwork in order. They said the paint was near perfect, but we found 4 scratches, obvious ones, within the first few minutes of looking it over. They said they had an extra key and the maintenance book, but couldn't find them. After promising them every day for a week, and me calling every day, they finally showed up about ten days late. They promised to send the plates, but it is now two weeks and we don't have them. I hope this note doesn't keep them from sending my plates, for which I have already paid!

He kept us apprised as to how our order was progressing and once the new 2014 MB CLAs arrived Adam gave us not one but two lengthy test drives. We couldn't wait for ours to arrive. And, Gil made sure we had his 101 short course regarding the operation of the CLA down pat before we drove home. Also, Amy graciously walked us through the financing arrangements. Bottomline: It was a long time coming, but we now have our Mercedes-Benz! It's a delight to drive! Awesome!

I could not be happier with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. They were wonderful in every way! I worked with George Katsivalis. I remember calling the dealership asking about a car that my husband and I found online. We were on Ogden car shopping and saw this car last minute. When I spoke with George I asked him if this car was still in the lot. He said yes and I told him "ok I am on my way". I showed up only about 10 minutes later and George was there ready to greet me. He even put the car in the wash for me before I went to see it. I told him that we had seen the car at another dealership and that we were very interested in purchasing this vehicle. He never pushed any other cars on me. Instead, I received all paper work regarding the car I wanted (carfacts, orginal window sticker, Kelly blue book report, etc) I left that day because we had a car appointment at a different dealership to see the same car, same price range, but in the color I wanted. WHAT A MISTAKE TO LEAVE! The other car was the same price and in terrible condition. The dealer there just wanted a sale and all I could think about was how professional George was and what a completely different atmosphere Mercedes-Benz of Naperville really is. Needless to say we went back to Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. George did tons of research on the car I went to see. Telling me that the other vehicle had been on there lot for months! I was so thankful that the car was still there after the weekend. My husband and I could not be happier. I had to take the car in for an antennae that was missing and they have me a 60 day warrently. Everything is covered! I even got a rental which was just an unbelievable car. A C class 2013 Merdeces-Benz. When you buy a car with them then you really can't go wrong!

The old adage putting customer service first certainly rings true in this case. We just bought a 2013 M Class 350 SUV. I finally traded in my 10 year old Toyota and decided to buy our first MB. What a great vehicle!! We love it. Having tested the BMW X5 as well, this vehicle, the service and the professionalism of the Naperville team blew the local competition away. James Jayjack and the support team made the experience completely trouble free. We test drove the car and James gave us a great detailed quote for us to take home and decide. He was patient and helpful with our test drive and explained the features of the car that were of importance. James went beyond what I expected to receive in customer support. For example, he told us how to get a good pre-appraisal on our trade-in so we could better negotiate the trade or elect to sell independently. He also let us know that I was entitled to an employee benefit with my company that got me to a $2000 rebate. He did not have to do this but he did because he wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted through a deal we were comfortable with. I wanted to suprise my wife on her birthday with a new Mercedes GL450. I posted the information on line through cars.com and received a call from Michael Banks with Mercedes Benz of Naperville letting me know that they had several available in stock with the features we desired. Living in Deerfield the drive to Naperville is somewhat out of the way, but I was to learn that the drive was definately worth it. They had all of my wifes favorite colors and interior combinations. When she finally chose the GL450 that she liked best Michael cut us a very fair deal. They preped the car while we were signing the paperwork. When we went to take the car home it had a large red bow on the hood and they handed my wife 1 dozen long stemmed roses for her birthday. Nice touch!!! The car rides like a dream, the best we've ever owned. Hopefully, some day my wife will let me take it for a spin. (Probably on my next birthday.)

Ordinarily I'd not write, since most of MB of Naperville's reviews are positive, but my experience buying a new C300 4Matic deserves a few comments. First, Elmis Figueroa is as good a sales professional as I've met in 35 years of buying new cars. He's both knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. Second, while I didn't expect the kind of pricing I would look for from a high- volume basic transportation dealership, MB of Naperville will work with you on price, especially if you've got a nice trade, and there's no add-ons or other surprises between agreeing on a price and taking delivery of the car. A note about the car itself- I researched and tested the Infiniti G37, Cadillac ATS, BMW 3 Series, Lexus IS, and the Mercedes C300. To be honest, they're all good cars, and none of them are perfect. However, my wife and I both agreed that the Mercedes best met our considerable expectations, and as for the buying experience, again, I was impressed with MB of Naperville, and I don't impress easily.

My experience was great at Mercedes-Benz Naperville! I found the GL450 that I was interested in looking at and taking a test drive with. Shot out an email to get some more information about it. My salesman, Gary Knapp emailed be back with all the info I wanted and needed. Most of my correspondence was through email, until I got to the dealership. Gary was very courteous and informative! We struck a fair deal, and closed the deal and finished the paperwork that night, despite having to stay late! Gary and the rest of the Mercedes-Benz Naperville staff were awesome and friendly! When I came into the dealership, I was greeted by the sales person whom I have been in contact for a particular car. All the questions that I did have, the sales person has answered to me but also was classy towards other car manufacturers and models of other firms, which made me realize and understand that it is not just about the car that I was purchasing but also I was becoming a member of Mercedes Benz family of car drivers. If I had questions in relation to technical review of the vehicle, questions were answered. If I wanted to take a car for a test drive, I was able to do that with all the possible road situation combinations. All the features of the vehicle were explained to me very thoroughly so that I could try them myself as well as see if all that was sold has worked. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person for contact on any future purchases as well as taking a look at the best prices on the market for cars being sold outside of Chicago area in the suburbs.

This is one I wish I could do-over. Adam in sales was really great and really tried hard to make me happy. But the overall experience was a nightmare.Purchased a CPO 2010 E350 Coupe. When the car was presented to me after the sale it had a large scuff on the rear driver quarter by the brake light, they acted surprised and took it back and buffed out the scuff. Under the scuff was a fist sized dent ! Jason the sales manager said a car can be CPO with some minor dings and dents, really? This was a fist sized dent!!! He also knew about the body damage at the time of the sale. Their solution was to split the repair with me. I figured it was as good as I was gunna get, so I agreed. Adam delivered the car to me the next week, body looked great. But 3 of the 4 rims had significant rash on them , drivers front and rear and passenger front, in my opinion screamed of a car wash gone wrong. The rash was consistent in size and location on all three wheels and heavier on the drivers side.They denied accountability on this and told me there is nothing they are willing to do to rectify this situation.******UPDATE**** The General Manager of the dealership was called by Mercedes USA on my behalf, since bringing the GM up to speed he has offered to make everything right at all costs! This restores my faith in dealership.I truly believe this was really a situation where the Sales Manager was protecting his interest and profit margin, which I understand to an extent. I am very pleased that they are doing whatever it takes to make my experience a good one. Through this all Adam Broadus has been amazing, and doing everything he could do to make sure I was happy!! Good save guys.

I had an excellent time at Mercedes Benz of Naperville and with the salesman Mike Banks. Going from a Waukasha Wi dealer and getting awful service to going to this dealer was like day and night! I went there to look at a Cadillac and it was everything they advertised it as, unlike other dealers around the area. I was very impressed with the facility and vehicle, especially the 2 month warranty! Because of all of this, I bought the Cadillac that night and have been happy ever since. There's a lot of dealers out there, but this one stands out above the rest. You won't be wasting your time!

Thank-you Mercedes of Naperville for the outstanding process of buying a new car! I have been a Mercedes car owner for 15 years. My car was a 1997 C230 with 212,126 miles. It was the best "a little tank" with superior performance! I had been researching a new car and knew I would purchase the E350. Mike Banks did a great job as the sales rep. My car buying experience at Naperville Mercedes-Benz started on-line with SalesmanMichael Banks. I told him that me and my wife would be there in about 45 mins,he had the GLK350 cleaned and ready for us when we got there. We went for a test drive, my wife loved it alot.The pricing was great and they gave me a good price on our trade-in.Mike explained all the GLK features in great detail. I have purchased approximately 28 cars in my lifetime, and I can honestly say that you will not have a better experience from a customer service standpoint. Ed is patient, knowledgeable, and took the approach of "let's show you what we have, and YOU decide if it's the car for you." He showed us a handful of models, went through the test drives, and spent hours with us while we made our decision.And, Ed went beyond the sales piece - - while waiting to close, he offered to help with our move (new to area,) networking, restaurants, etc. Ed has a customer for life.

I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I went there to buy a Nissan Rogue that I had found online. They treated me as if i was buying one of their $90,000 vehicles! Ed Franzen and his team were the best. Ed wasn't pushy at all! He kept me at ease, was very kind, and their pricing was very reasonable. I went there knowing what I wanted and they did the job for me! I highly recommend anyone going to Mercedes Benz of Naperville, and if you do be sure to ask for Ed Franzen, He's the best!!!! :) Thanks for the roses guys!!!!

Great first time visit!....James Jayjack was my sales contact on 07/23/11, very professional and friendly. He knew the vehicle inside and out. Really went the extra mile the entire time. You could tell he was proud of the brand. He took his time with me and made sure I was happy. His follow up after the sale has been really good. Great guy....ask for him! Mike Townsend was the sales manager. He spent almost an hour with me assuring me of the brand quality. He presented me with a great offer and was willing to do what it took to get the deal done..impressive. He, together with James made sure the purchase process went smooth. Ralph in finance was great. Explained everything in detail. Ralph knew how to work with a business owner and made the process quick and painless, he really knows the process, very much a pro. Overall my experience was fantastic. James and the team provided the extra details that made the experience great. I will purchase again from them in the future!

Purchased my car through MB of Naperville and my overall experience was very solid. My salesman (Adam Broadus) provided detailed answers to all of my questions about the car and also made sure the sales process went very quickly. Adam picked me up at the airport when I arrived to pick up my car, and when we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready and paperwork/processing also went very smoothly. Probably one of the best car buying experiences a person can ask for! Ed was awesome. The only disappointment was in receiving my title. I had paid cash for the vehicle and did not receive my title for almost 7+ months. The financing department dropped the ball in following up on the title delivery. It wasn't until I involved Ed Franzen that the problem was taken care of immediately. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Ron in service. This guy is incredible. I used to shop at more than one dealer when in the market for a new Mercedes until I met Ed. Once I got to know him I stopped price shoping. Ed is a very ethical man. He has always done everything possible to make sure that all my needs were satisfied and that the total buying experience was a pleasant one. Over the past several years I have bought about seven or eight new Mercedes cars from Ed and never had a bad experience. I have felt confident recommending Ed to my friends that were in the market for a Mercedes and have had good feedback from them.By the way, I have always had a good experience on the rare occasion that required a visit to the service department.I might add that this is not the most conveniently located dealer for me but the treatment that I get makes the trip worth while.

I stopped in to convey my interest in the GLK, how I did not want to buy brand new- rather a 'dealer' or 'executive' car- and there were only 2 options I wanted on the truck (didn't care about the rest). Naperville was the 2nd MB dealership I visited, I was in no hurry to purchase; had been emailing MB of Orland Park and St. Charles which I did visit. Ed informed he just received one that had 7k miles and the 2 options I wanted. I took it for a test drive and rather than waiting two more months, we ended up making a deal! No pressure, no rush, I got what I wanted and am happy. My son just bought an older used MB and we took it to Naperville for its first oil change.

He has always been fair, honest and helpful during the negotiation process, has made sure we get a fair value for our trade-in, and always get the best price possible on the new vehicle. The business office has always worked to find the best possible finance options, and we have always received a full overview on the new vehicle before leaving the dealer. Whenever we need anything related to our purchase, regardless of lenght of time, Ed and the MB Naperville team are always willing to help. Service has always taken good care of us as well, always making sure we have a loaner when requested, and that we get timely status on repairs and get our vehicle back as quickly as possible.

After having only BMW's for the last couple years, I was worried about having a Mercedes and dealing with a new service department at a dealership we have never been too. During our first visit, the assistant service manager Ed came up to us with a great attitude and helped us with every question / problem we had on our ML350 (which we didn't even buy here). He was extremely helpful and even pointed out some issues we weren't aware of...all covered under the MB warranty.Any reservations I had going there were turned around by Ed...my wife even had the same experience working with him. It was very refreshing. I took our car back in yesterday when the parts came in and he was again amazing to work with. He makes there service department just as good as what I had with BMW. If you are going here for the first time, I would ask to work with Ed and I you will be dissapointed.

I was conned by the used car sales manager( he certainly fits the title; atleast i expected Mercedes would have some class) at Naperville dealership. Sold me a car by giving me false information. I have it in the email and made it very clear about what I was looking for in this car as I had X5 from BMW which these guys were up against. So they assured me and showed me some false document saying tires and brakes are new and it wouldn't have passed the certification if it weren't. I took his word and purchased 2006 certified ML 350, just after a month and 350 miles on the car my front tire blew, thanks goodness my family is safe but I had to go thru lot of inconvinience and when brought this to the attention of Steve Lajoya(sales manager), he got furious and started screaming and throwing fists and asked me to leave as he found my mild behaviour and confronting him with the truth ( that he lied to me for the sale and he owes me 2,285 $) was threatening to him and he would call the cop. He has behaved in the same manner in the past as well, which I ignored as I would deal with someone else. He as a person is very rude, liar...after selling the car, he doesnt remember having this conversation with me. Luckily i have emails that I sent to him. I will take this up to Media and ensure that thug like him are out of this business and not conning anyone of their hard earn money. I also learned that they did not offer me the national sale drive which they were promoting by offering 1.99% apr on car loan. Instead they offered me 5.9% because of which i told them i will get finance from another institution. 2 weeks later I received letters from 4 different banks indicating that this dealer had done 4 credit enquiries from 4 different banks , which I did not approve and it was done without my consent.This Dealer owes me $ 2,285( which is in writing in " we owe slip" from the dealer) as I overpayed them, thanks to their accounting system. I was told that the check would go out the next business day by fed ex which never arrived till date. I was promised of this on 30th October, they have been ignoring my call , I left several voice mails with the GM of this branch "TOSSO" who seems to be equally deaf.Hear this, I got the busted tire checked up at "Discount tires" and "SEARS auto center", they all show the tread reading at 5 to 5.6/32. I m not sure how Mercedes benz certified it at 7/32 which is minimum requirement standard fot them to certify a car. I met with their service manager after the tires blew out and he measured the tires in front of me which were 5-6. and he would still report as 7 to their corporate office(I reported this behaviour to their corporate office, they told me they cannot do anything as its individually owned) since initially they certified it by mistake, they are trying to cover up their mistake.The list goes on..I 'm looking for someone to step in and help me and all other customers who may have the similar issues at this dealership of fraud and malpractice.

Subject: Internet/Over the Phone Purchase of Certified Preowned MercedesElmis, our salesperson, was professional and sincere; he made us feel most welcome and appreciated for taking the flight in to Chicago from Ohio to pick up our CPO Mercedes R350. We had a great experience, we were picked up by the dealership staff at O'Hare, the car was exactly as described, the pricing was excellent, and we got a free full tank of gas for the ride home. Value added services and extended warranties were offered by the finance manager, Ralph, but with no particular pressure to purchase. My wife and I are just regular working people who were basically "blown off" by the local high echelon Mercedes dealership 3 miles from our home. I have no reservations recommending Elmis (630.688.2621) at Mercedes Benz of Naperville Il to anyone.

Negative service review for Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. Since I usually do not have the time to write feedback, I will normally just take my business elsewhere if I still have issues after repeated attempts to solve them. In this case, I must take the time to warn the community about the repeated poor performance from the privately owned Mercedes-Benz of Naperville dealership.To start with, I am a long-time Mercedes-Benz owner, even tempered, and always conduct myself in a professional manner since I deal in an industry which relies on integrity and client service. I am writing this review after dwelling on this issue for a couple of weeks in order to be as objective as possible. My problem initiated when our S55 required air conditioner service after failing a second year in a row on a 95+ degree day. Our car is black-on-black. Since we experienced an unexplained several day delay in having our car returned from service in April 09, my wife checked Yahoo to see if MB of Naperville had negative feedback. Upon reviewing the several negative feedbacks, but seeing many stemmed from one particularly disgruntled customer, I called MB of Naperville to hear their response. Late in the afternoon, I had a lengthy conversation with a service representative about the negative feedback which included reviewing our car history and personal information. Her response was conflicting and included:1.I was not aware of any negative feedback2.people with problems are louder than satisfied customers3.we have no problemsSince the weather was still 95+ degrees and the MB of St. Charles could not take the car for three days, I reluctantly made a 7:15 am appointment for the next morning. My wife was at MB of Naperville at 7:15 am for her appointment and was asked by a service rep to sit in the waiting room while another customer was being helped. Forty five minutes later and after no attention she went and stood by our car in the service area. After another 5 minutes and still no assistance she had to leave so she wouldnt be further delayed for work. Our experience with the service reps at MB of Naperville is that they are very good at not making eye contact, not being proactive, and avoiding contact. After hearing of this incident from my wife I called MB of Naperville. I was connected to the same service rep I made the appointment with and she unapologetically told me that she couldnt send a porter out to pickup the car even though it was their fault. I explained that our car was black-on-black and that my wife is in business clothes which would make it very uncomfortable to return to the dealership during the mid-day heat. I also recalled our conversation from the previous afternoon. The service rep said she speaks to a lot of people every day and could to recall the conversation. Overnight, how does one not recall such a conversation when the topic of the conversation occurs the next morning?Service is extremely friendly until there is a problem, then the mood turns defensive and vague answers are provided. Some often used comments include: I dont know, we havent experienced that before, they (service manager) are currently on the phone or with other customers, we are short handed today There also has been a pattern of strong-arming to provide favorable service survey results. As of now we are very happy to be working with another MB dealer, an hour drive away, since they deliver the high standards of service and care one would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

I actually bought my car there and that's really where it all began.In one year my car was in there for service no less than 10 times. They did a horrible job with everything.Now they sent me a letter saying that I'm such a valuable customer they would like to buy my car back. Yeah buy for half of what is worth and jack up the price on a new car because they refuse to deal with new vehicles.I will never buy a car from any company within the Laurel family.
