Bought a used E350 from this dealership several years back. Car is solid, but the finance guy was a little pushy when it came a service contract (in truth, however, he is supposed to be) discussion but his scare tactic did not work. His "schtick" about the $5K it would cost me to replace the Comand display was a nice try though. The overall buying experience was good and Lionel in the service depart is outstanding....make sure you keep that guy.

The entire experience was outstanding. I initially started to explore European Delivery at another MB dealership but they seemed to not really understand the process and tried to just sell me a car they had coming in. I called MB of North Haven, spoke with a manager, was referred to an amazing sales person (Paul) who knew all about the European Delivery process and even had experienced the Sindelfingen factory tour himself. He knew the answers to most of our questions - and for any he couldn't answer, he contacted the European Delivery team. He was also able to assure that our new car would be built and ready for us during the very narrow window of time we had already planned to be in Europe. The sales experience and the European Delivery experience couldn't be better. They put us up in a great hotel, provided transportation to the factory, fed us some outstanding meals, and we drove off in our beautiful new car to explore the castles of Germany. We returned the car to the German drop-off location then were able to track its travels across the ocean. We had the name of the ship, knew what other European ports it visited, and received a call from the dealership when the car arrived at the US port of Baltimore. It took a couple more weeks to clear customs and get to Connecticut. Then we enjoyed another great delivery experience at MB North Haven. We would definitely do it all again - and hope to, someday. We tell everyone we know how great it was.

I wanted to purchase a new Mercedes but ended up falling in love with a used Mercedes the purchase was easy but there were a few things I requested that I didn't receive,once I picked up the car it unfortunately had an issue which of course made my dream car quickly a disappointment I decided to place a call to the General Manager Todd B.right away I was impressed that he made my issue a priority and by the end of the day arraignments were made for my vehicle to be dropped off to the service department, early the next morning Bobby from the service department touched bases with me he notified me every step of the process,I picked up my vehicle today and once again I feel like I have my dream car! I was in sales for years and I know the importance of customer service I am totally pleased and plan to be a devoted replete customer.

August 22, 2016To Whom It May Concern:On October 21, 2013 I purchased a Certified used E-350 4 Matic sedan WDDHF8HB1AA219797 from Mercedes Benz of North Haven, CT for $33,900 the with 38,343 miles.I drove the vehicle 49,646 miles over the next 33 Months changing the motor oil and filter every 8,000 miles with Mobil 1. I was NEVER informed by the staff of Mercedes Benz of North Haven that the transmission fluid needed to be changed every 40,000 miles when I took delivery of the car or any point thereafter. If I had been notified during the delivery process or any point thereafter that the transmission needed this service. I would have it performed to avoid the catastrophic financial event of ($6,288.68) that I have just suffered due to the poor training of the Mercedes Benz sales associate and their service department. There were two reasons I purchased a Certified Mercedes Benz from North Haven Mercedes Benz the first is because I bought a 1991 300 D in 1995 form Mike Mauro at his Hamden, CT location with 34,000 miles and drove it to 283,000 miles. I had an excellent experience with Mike and the vehicle. The second reason was the 100,000 mile Certified Warranty that was misrepresented during the sales presentation the associate kept stressing the 100,000 mile drive train aspect of the warranty and made no mention of the two year limit. To summarize: I have been mistreated and victimized by both Mercedes Benz of North Haven and Mercedes Benz USA in this transaction. I feel Mercedes Benz USA and Mercedes Benz of North Haven should issue a refund of my hard earned $6,288.68 with an apologue for all the nonsense I had to endure because of the poorly trained staff at North Haven Mercedes Benz.Respectfully,Mark M. Very impressed with the professional and thoroughness of my service. The facility is clean, closed circuit TV monitors the service area, technicians are well trained and my service was done in a timely manner in accordance with my briefing on what was to be done and on time. I was informed of all items as it progressed. Waiting area was roomy and comfortable. My service advisor, Scott, was an important part of this. I have not had such good service from a car dealer before. I am comfortable and confident in this service facility and will drive the 35 miles to use them over my closer, local dealer which I was not impressed with and will have my services done here.

Every person I encountered when purchasing the car was extremely friendly. Employees went out of their way just to introduce themselves and say hello. Anthony Canada was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and never pressured me to buy the car. He made me feel extremely welcome as if I was part of the Mercedes family. Just had to write a short review so you would aware of what a professional, gentlemen and very customer centric sales rep. PJ Zamani is. We are returning customers, driving 30 miles south even though there is a closer, local dealer. We first went to MB of North Haven when a family member was purchasing a new ML-350 from MB North Haven. I was so impressed the quality, performance and features of the vehicle and with Mr. Zamani's attention to his customers, his comprehensive knowledge of the Mercedes product line as well as his single minded devotion to customer happiness and satisfaction. When it came time for a new vehicle, I thought of our experience with this gentleman. I do not like looking for a car because I dislike pushy, aloof salesmen. PJ was friendly, personable, and happy to see us even after being away a few months. He he gave me the space and time I needed, he was polite, answered ALL my questions completely and thoroughly. I called and asked him to find me a certified pre-owned clean M Class and he delivered. What a beautiful vehicle I was able to purchase, in superb condition, well appointed and just what I wanted! My overall experience was excellent. I cannot recommend a sales professional or dealer higher. P.J. is excellent in staying in touch with his customers, be it by email, phone or text and eager to help and make the buying experience, quick, professional and comprehensive. I bought a used Mercedes from MB of North Haven in February and had a great experience. I saw the car I was interested in online and made an appointment to go see it. I got stuck on an unexpected work call and the salesman was kind enough to set me up in an office while I conducted my business. The first time I had my car serviced without issues. The second time I went to the service department they were unorganized. I had to wait over 1/2 hour for a loaner car. The third time I had a scheduled appointment with a loaner car. When I arrived I was told that they did not have a loaner avaialable but would offer a shuttle. My place of employment is 25 miles from the dealer, therefore, that was a problem. When you call to schedule an appointment for service they do not call back. The voice message states that they will call back in 48 hours. What kind of service is this from Mercedes Benz? My expectations are much more for the price of the cars! This is not the first Mercedes dealership that I have encountered problems with their service departments. My next car will be a different brand.

Made (and confirmed) an appointment to inspect/test drive a specific CPO Mercedes Benz. Drove/sat in traffic for 2 hours only to find out they had sold it. I had reconfirmed the appointment earlier in the day. Sales staff blamed each other for not calling to tell me the car had been sold. Honestly not surprised the car sold because it was fairly priced.

Everybody from the greeter to the service adviser to the cashier was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and took care to assure that all my questions were answered and all expectations met. The loaner car was a beautiful brand new Mercedes, which was impeccably clean, and my car was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed. The service work was completed ahead of the promised time, and I was notified promptly. I received a follow-up call the next business day to fin out if I thought everything was all right. This is a very professional upscale operation with a down-home personal touch.

It was a breath of fresh air to finally experience a sales and service department that really appreciated your business. My prior purchases at other dealerships was not might I say as pleasant. Max Hardy in sales was very understanding and helpful in what type of car I was interested in. Not trying to persuade me like other dealers I've been to, in trying to push more expensive cars at you to buy. Max took the time to show me how to work the features in my CLS 550. He is the most pleasant and understanding salesman that I have dealt with in years. Service Advisor Bob is exceptional in his field. He made sure any issues I had with my car were corrected immediately. I would say he went beyond the call of duty, in making sure I was content with the repairs made to my CLS. I live in Fairfield county, and through friends that have bought their vehicles here and at BMW, I will pass on this pleasant experience to my family and friends as well.

MB of North Haven has always treated me well in service. Their prices are reasonable compared to other delerships and I appreciate their servie coupons (unlike New Country in Hartford which is ridiculously absurd in their prices. That said, I did change service advisors because my advisor last year said I needed a new battery because it did not pass some test and a year later, I have not had any problems with my battery. I think he was just trying to sell me a battery.My current SA is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Mauro Motors.

On May 16, 2014 I enter Mercedes Benz Of North Haven to purchase my third vehicle from them with in the last ten years. Met a salesperson, told him I was a repeat customer & wanted to look at a E350 Sport 4matic. I was interested in a 2013 in which we started the process. I was trading in my prior car which I purchased from them. They offered an Ok trade on it so we moved to the cost of the car in which we settled on a price. We then filled out a bill of sale and I deposited the car $500.00. The sale was in the range of 50k or a little more. The price & trade of the car was acceptable to me because of the incentives Mercedes Benz was offering at this time. There was a two month payment credit, maintenance for two years & unlimited mile warranty for four years on the vehicle if financed through Mercedes Benz which I did. I was all set for pick up the next business day and was comfortable with the deal. I received a call from them in the morning of my pickup telling me that I would not be receiving the incentives from Mercedes Benz on the 2013 e350. I explained to the caller, my salesperson explained the whole process took a deposit and wrote up a bill of sale and you expected me to still purchase this car minus the incentives. The salesperson made a huge error. He no longer works there and I never heard from any senior manager to apologize or please come back in to just make this sale right. This was my third vehicle buying from them totaling over 125K. This is how they treat steady loyal customers who has done business with them for ten years ? Really hard to believe that they would let someone walk away who was spending over 50k with them. I took my business to Lexus & purchased a 2014 GS-350 sport. I received impeccable service from another dealership. I would like to express to other consumers, If you plan on buying a vehicle from Mercedes Benz Of North Haven, please pay good attention to the deal you make & hope it does not happen to you as this bad experience had happened to me at this dealership.

Even though I live in the Hartford area, I have purchased several Mercedes from MBNH and always have them serviced there. The level of professionalism consistently meets or exceeds expectations and is exemplified by service representative Lionel Reid who on several occasions has gone to great lengths to make my service experience both successful and convenient. The 35-minute drive from Glastonbury is well worth it.

We have never felt more at ease in purchasing a car from a dealership. I did not feel pressured or played with by any member of the team. Paul was very respectful and accommodating. He knew the product inside and out and gave a great orientation to the features of the car throughout the entire sales cycle.I'm a Director of Sales for a tech company and know all the tricks of the trade. Paul was very professional and let the facts of the car speak for itself. I didn't have to be "sold", and Paul didn't stoop to that level. I admit I was a bit nervous as I always am when leasing/buying a vehicle. I was lucky that I chose Mercedes-Benz of North Haven and their top notch staff to put me at ease. PJ Zamani greeted me at the door and what a smooth experience it was from there! He showed me the two models I was interested in (a 2011 C300 and a 2014 CLA250). PJ was extremely thorough in detailing all the major features and differences of the two cars. It was evident that PJ had a genuine passion for the cars and he knew pretty quickly which one I preferred. After test driving, I decided to go with the CLA250. Once the paperwork was signed, just about the entire staff came up to to congratulate me. That just put a great finish to an awesome buying experience. A lot of times the salesman is interested in you up until you drive away from the showroom and then you don't exist in their world any more. Not so with PJ. I told him I was making a trip to MA with the car and he followed up with me to find out how I enjoyed the car and my trip. He has been more than accessible to answer the many questions I've had about the seemingly infinite features the CLA250 has. Thanks again PJ and crew at MB of NH. Over Christmas I purchased my first Mercedes, an E 350, from Mercedes Benz of North Haven. It is an incredible car but my experience at that dealership was even more outstanding.They were professional, courteous and made every aspect of the transaction simple and easy. I have had the good fortune to own a number of different European Sport sedans over the years and I have never experienced the quality of service that I received there. I traded in my last European sedan for my new Mercedes and everything was taken care of seamlessly and with absolutely no fuss. My sales associate Matt Dellavecchia was most knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He offered to come over to my house to program the garage door opener with the new Mercedes so that they would be compatible. The service department remained open at the end of the day to perform a small service when I had been running late with appointments. I was treated by everyone there from the phone receptionist to the service technicians to my sales team of Matt Dellavecchia and Adam Fox with courtesy, respect and concern for my needs. I cannot say enough about my experience at Mercedes Benz of North Haven.

I had to replace my car key. There was some delay in the Parts Department. When one of the servicemen , Bob Geffert, saw me sitting in the lounge patiently waiting (40 minutes) he took the initiative to find out what was the delay. He then assumed the responsability of expediting the task. His concern and kindness was very reassuring and made my experience exceptional. The vehicles we were interested in were very reasonably priced, in exceptional condition, loaded with incentives and the dealership even lowered their price from an already reduced price to make a sale. What more could a shopper want, I will definitely be visiting this dealership again when I'm ready for my next Mercedes Benz!

We had the wonderful experience of purchasing our first 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from Mercedes Benz of North Haven. Our sales representative, PJ Zamani, had great knowledge of the vehicle and its features. He was patient with us while we researched other vehicles to compare to the E350. He was also very flexible with his hours to meet with us later in the evening. Each person we met was very polite and kind. The facility and staff deserve more than 5 stars! First of all let me say that my service adviser Lionel Reid is wonderful!! He was not my service adviser for the first visit but was for the second visit.Went in for repair of heated seat a few months ago as well as some other work including an exhaust rattle and the round emblem they put on the back of the car was peeling and wanted it replaced (it was their advertisement). I also had some concerns about a bent rim that the car had when I purchased it as Certified Pre-Owned and I felt it should not have passed this way. I was told there was no problem with the heated seat even though it was not as warm as the passenger side and there was no problem with the exhaust. They did not replace the round emblem but instead put on a new license plate frame (another advertisement) which was perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced and did not do anything with the obviously deteriorated round emblem. They said they would get back to me on the rim (which they never did and I replaced it on my own more on this later).I brought the car home and during the weeks following I had it detailed by the body shop I use. When I picked up the car the body shop pointed out some "no so professional" repairs to the car as well as the bumper being misaligned, some body work on the right rear quarter panel and front hood. He replaced the rim at this time and it cost me over $300. When he pointed out the bodywork I saw that it was not quality work and went back to the dealer for an explanation.The dealer agreed that the work was not up to par, the had sent it out to their body shop when they took it in for trade and will send it back to them to get fixed. They offered to give me a service credit for $500 to compensate me for the rim; I told them I would let them know after the repairs were made. I also complained about the heated seat, exhaust rattle and some other things. They would fix all of these issues when they repair the body work in a few weeks.I had purchased a infra red heat reader and took temperature readings of both heated seat while on high and warmed up. I took photo's of these readings. When I dropped the car off at the dealer with these photo's and showed them so there were no issues. I also had take a video of the car exhaust rattle and gave it to them. They had the car for one week and when I picked up the car I was not happy with the body work completed. While it was better than before it still in my opinion was not up to par. I told them that I did not expect to see any prior evidence of the repair. What it looks like they did was do their best on buffing and wet sanding but not doing anything past that. It may have to be repainted and they did not want to do that. This is still an open item with them. I was told that the reason why the exhaust was rattling was there was a bracket missing on the exhaust by the bumper (probably never replaced when they originally fixed the bumper). Funny they did not find this the first time. They said they replaced the drivers side heated seat grid. When driving home decided to give the new heated seat a try. The light went on for 3 seconds and then shut off, I did this several times and it did the same thing. It does not work at all now. I contacted the dealer who will take the car back in but this now will be the third time it had to go in for this work. Don't they verify that things are working correctly prior to letting the car go. Their service work has really been bad lately and I probably will never go back except for warranty work.I do have to say when they did give me the car back it was immaculate, they detailed the inside and out. I could not find a speck of dirt or dust inside the car and the paint really shined. But the paint issue is really bothering me. It did not show up on car fax because the dealer paid their body shop to do the repairs. Which when I went to the body shop prior to meeting with the dealer they told me the bumper repair was shoddy and I would need a new bumper. They also told me the paint repair on the right quarter was not good and no way should it have passed as a Cetified Pre-Owned. The body shop wanted to charge me $1,600 for a new bumper. As it turned out this body shop is the one who did this "shoddy work" in the first place. I am still working with the dealer on getting this resolved and hope it will have a happy ending.

I have been a Mercedes brand loyal customer for almost 20 years and always was proud to have a such great car. Also, I always had outstanding customer service by several Mercedes dealership. At 2007 I purchased a new Mercedes car from this dealership and my problem began from the first step especially in the Customer Service Department. I don't want to describe a technical ongoing mistakes done by unprofessional staff. I want to share my bad experience by Service Management. For years I came to do a service there and Service Manager never said me Hi or recognized me as a valued customer. The end of my disaster experience there was when the Customer Service Manager enforced me to leave a building when I tried to explain him that I am not satisfied with service. I never heard that it is possible that a customer was kicked off the service company because it was a bad service. I sold my Mercedes car immediately and turn to great Lincoln brand. I can't believe what is the difference with the customer service of these two brands. Mercedes- arrogant and cold, Lincoln - friendly and warm. I don't suggest to have deal with this dealership if you don't want to be enforced to get out of a building, to pay over price for bad technical service and see rude and arrogant attitude from the branch staff.

This was my first car-buying experience (after a long frugal run of driving the 14-year-old hand-me-down car that my parents purchased when I was in high school) and I wanted to go all out - so I ordered an SLK through the European Delivery Program. This process is obviously a bit more involved than simply choosing a new car off the lot, but Matt was incredibly patient and helpful throughout and made sure everything was perfect, which is exactly how my car turned out! I have never experienced such outstanding service with any other dealership - I can stop by any time I want and they will wash my car inside and out free of charge (and the job they do is infinitely superior to that of any car wash). When I got a flat tire driving through construction on my way to work in the morning, they mobilized quickly, came to my garage at work, and had my tire fixed before noon. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and knows my name - I feel like they genuinely care about me and it's not at all about how much money they can squeeze out of me (which I have certainly experienced at other dealerships, especially as a young woman who they incorrectly assume knows nothing about cars :) Finally, the facilities were recently renovated and the showroom looks fantastic!

My wife and I happen to stop by as this dealership to look at various Certified Mercedes for our son. We werent very happy and neither should anyone else be at what we found Various models had the following Various body parts missing Various body parts broken Rust We have never seen certified Mercedes in these conditions being shown on a Mercedes dealership lot. We have been purchasing New Mercedes for the last 20 years. Mercedes like to advertise that before a Mercedes can be called certified it must pass through a vigorous inspection. Apparently this is not the case at this dealership. To top this off they are asking in some cases 9,000.00 more than others Mercedes dealers. We drove an extra 60 miles and purchased the car we were looking for our son. This Mercedes Dealership did spend the time preparing their cars for certification. If this dealership is cutting corners on certification what else are they doing?

I just bought a used car at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven. I was really impressed with the way how they behave with a costumer . Especially Mr Zamani , he really went above and beyond for me . I contacted him by e-mail requiring some details about on of the cars that they have in inventory and he was able to make me decide just exchanging e-mails without even seeing the car .Well at the end I went to see the car but I already have decided before and now I am happy and driving a car that I dreamed . I want to express my thanks to them for this experience that I have . I would really recommend them and don't forget you can really buy a car even online with Mr Zamani or the other guys ,which save you a lot of time.

I went there twice to find out how much they will give me for my trade in which is 4 months old BMW X1 and they refuse to give me a number, this was the first problem. than third time when l went there sales person MATTHEW DELLA VECCHIA treat me so bad, in the middle off conversation he told me he is going to lunch and he will call me after it. What kind off sales person do this, this was so disrespectful and he was xxxxxx. His manager was even worst than him. AGAIN DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. I bought so far 5 car from their other company which is BMW North Haven, l was their regular costumer but not any more.

The team at MB of North Haven are great people. The entire experience of buying my first car was enjoyable. The team out there is very professional and the customer service is by far out of this world. If I ever have any issues or questions with my car, I have found that I can reach out directly to Anthony and he responds in minutes with a solution, who I can reach out to, etc. It's really great to know that I have that connection with someone directly at the dealership who can essentially be on call as I get to know my new car. Both Anthony and Paul Kilbride (my direct salesman) were great and I recommend not only the dealership, but also reaching out to them for great customer care.

I actually left a very good review for this dealer before (when we just bought the car) , you could see it from the history, but after about one month after we bought the car from them, I have to come in to write another follow up review to caution everyone. North Haven is a dealership that would treat you very well before you buy the car, however, once you bought the car, then good luck to you. I feel I am dealing with the same people but with totally different attitude after purchasing the car from them, almost as if you are dealing with complete different group of people. We are from New York, all the way to North Haven to get our 2nd Mercedes for my wife, just because the car has all the options that she wants. After buying the car from North Haven, we were happily waiting for our New York Registration and Plate. They charged us $300 for New York registration and kept telling us they would get it very quickly and send it to us. However, we waited and waited, now with one month almost pass by, we never got our registration and plate. Even worse, the inside car handle for the drivers side stop functioning after only 4 times usages of the car within one month. We call and left many messages, but no one would answer or reply the phone calls. (before you buy the car, they pick up the phone or call you right away) We only received the phone call from Frank the business manger about 5 days before our temp plate expire and notifying us that my wifes driver license already expired. (Apparently, they did nothing for almost the whole month) Now, our temp Connecticut will expire in two days, and they still do not reply or call us back. Like I mentioned before, once you made the purchase from them, good luck to you. They seem only wanting to do one time transaction or business. I guess they do not need constant multiple streams of incomes or the repeated business from their customers.

Worst mechanics ever.I brought Cls 500 car was pulling to the right, front right side was higher then left 3 inches. So they replace $2.700.00 worth of parts on front and finally they found out problem was on left rear spring was crushed so front right side was 3 inches lifted.now they want another 32 hundred for rear suspension . Do not go there!

I will never bring any Mercedes-Benz to this dealership again, nor will I ever consider purchasing a vehicle from them. I have heard many negative reviews of this dealership so I was surprised to see so many good reviews on here, review fraud? Probably. I took my classic Mercedes in to have a simple piece replaced, I used the drop box and wrote on the slip I would expect a call for 9am. That call never came. I called at 10am, I was told the service rep who was assigned to my car was busy and to leave a voicemail, so I did. No call back. I called at 11:45am, I asked for the rep again and Susan hung up on me. I called back and was transfered to BMW Service. I called back again, and got Susan, she told me that Michael was now busy-and she could give me the voicemail, I asked her to please tell me what was wrong with my car, as it was now about 12pm-she told me there was no ticket created and that my service rep was actually Robert. She said he was busy and sent me to his voicemail. I left a message, at this point a little aggravated no one will talk to me-a paying customer who has been here before. I left a voicemail asking for a callback, and I wanted to know why no one had called when I wrote on the slip 9am.Robert called back-and played stupid when I asked him why no one called-and simply said that the car wasn't in yet, but it would be in later this afternoon. I SPECIFICALLY requested a call in the MORNING. NOT AFTERNOON.I called back after having enough and told Susan to forget it, and that I would take the vehicle to another location. She said okay and then I received a voicemail maybe 3 minutes after I hung up from Robert asking what I wanted them to do as the car was going to go in the shop in a little while. Of course now they call because they want their money...I called back, once again Susan said that Robert was on the phone and I could leave a voicemail, I told her yet again, Cancel the service request and the vehicle is going to another dealership.I called Mercedes Benz North America and made a formal complaint about their lack of responsibilty to service their customers. I was advised to call and speak with the Service Manager, Nancy Hunt and inform her of the situation. Well, the service manager was NOTHING but rude, and it was as if I was talking to a brick wall. She then told me that the car was supposed to go in an hour ago (Mind you I told them to cancel it less than 30 minutes ago...and Robert called back saying it was to go in, in a LITTLE WHILE).BOTTOM LINE: GO TO FAIRFIELD MERCEDES OR ANOTHER LOCAL DEALERSHIP-THEY ARE CROOKS AND ONLY WANT TO COLLECT THEIR MONEY. NOT TO MENTION FAIRFIELD MERCEDES MIGHT BE A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY-BUT THEY HAVE A LOWER HOURLY RATE.SCREW NORTH HAVEN MERCEDES AND THE MAURO MOTOR GROUP.

I purchased a used Mercedes a few months ago and selected Mercedes Benz of North Haven due to their excellent customer service. I dealt with Anthony Canada and he is outstanding. I told him what I was looking for a 2008 or 2009 E350 in excellent condition and with low miles. Ascars hit his lot, he would send me information on E350's that were close to all my requirement. He did not give up and responded to any question I had. Finally a 2008 E350 with only 21K miles came into the dealership. I took a test drive, discussed price, and closed the deal. We then had a minor fender bender and I had the vehilcle repaired at their body shop which did an excellent job. If you are looking for a qulity dealership, go to North Haven Mercedes-Benz and ask for Anthony Canada.

I purchased my car about 3 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I am exceptionally pleased with the extended customer care service provided by Mr. Anthony Candada who was my first contact person when I initially started my search. I received an courtsey contact from Mr. Canada just to see how I was doing with my vehicle. I ended up asking him to research products for me and the turn around was literally within minutes. I so much appreciated the great follow-up and follow-through. Mr. Canada along with the other sales and service staff at North Haven are very extraordinary people! Everything about our experience with Mercedes-Benz of North Haven was exceptional. The show room was bright and inviting as were all those we encountered in the course of obtaining our car. Matthew Della Vecchia, who sold us the car, was polite, genuine, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. We certainly feel that we have an exceptional car, but we feel partcularly fortunate to have received our car from this dealership and expect we will be getting our cars here in the years to come.

This is my third mercedes and my second from this dealership. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I hate the car buying process. They made my experience quick and easy. Once I know what I want for a vehicle I want to spend as little time as possible getting the paperwork done and driving off the lot. They were very respectful of my time and got things done quickly and efficiently. They also offer amazing deals for repeat customers. Matt and Anthony were very attentive to any requests I had. They also did an amazing job following up to make sure I loved the car and wasn't having any problems or issues with it. This is a courtesy most dealers can't be bothered with once the sale is complete, so I appreciate their level of personal attention and I can't thank them enough for another smooth buying experience.

With previous dealership issues, I just knew I was going to have an uncomfortable experience once I got to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven. Boy was I wrong. I felt welcomed and as if my desires in what I wanted for a new vehicle was thier first priority. My sale consultant, Richard Crane, was awesome as well as the internet manager, Anthony Canada. This dealership is wonderful!I am currently very short on time because I am in law school. As such, I had to do the majority of my car shopping online. After months of seemingly worthless phone calls and emails to other dealerships I was relieved to find one that promptly addressed my specific needs instead of giving me an generic response. The staff here is a joy. It has been my experience in the past that most dealerships try to get you into the showroom before addressing your needs on the phone. Here, they were willing to work within my specific parameters on the phone which in turn would have saved me from making a frivolous trip down to the dealership if they could not meet my needs.However, because they were willing to work with me on the phone I knew that I was only making the trip to purchase my car instead of making the trip and walking away disappointed.I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car without hesitation.

The experience at North Haven Mercedes Benz was exceptionally good. Vitek was extremely helpful in resolving a conflict I had with another dealership. He streamlined the entire process of purchasing a new car. just bought the r350 used one ago after first got home then find out the Cigarette Adapter is not work call there ask for Peter the sales man(Peter) sold the car to mewithout asking any quetion ,say your car is not cover ,not trying to do anything once you out the door....make sure you put it down at paper make it cover at least 30 day for your car in case got into problem...
