We had a 11-year-old Mercedes SUV GL450 broken down in Yucca Valley on an extreme hot day in June. No auto repair shops in 20 miles radius would help us to fix it. Thankfully Mercedes nationwide roadside assistance service helped us and towed our SUV to Mercedes of Palm Springs dealership for free 35 miles away! The service department spent several days to pinpoint the faulty parts which caused the breakdown. They fixed it. They are very honest and the repair expanses were quite reasonable. I like to thank Rick Williams at service department. He was very helpful and professional. He managed to give me the very good price for their repair service. Definitely recommend their great service and professionalism.

Had a problem with the passenger seat automated adjustment. I expected to have to leave the car overnight and a hefty repair bill. My service contact at MB Palm Springs (Jeff Thush) recognized the issue immediately and had a technician fix it on the spot. I was out of there 10 minutes later with no charge. I am a regular customer and have had A+ experiences on every occasion - this was another one but A++ Thanks Jeff - you are the best.

Best MB dealership I've ever experienced! I've been around the car business my entire life, and I've seen the good, the mediocre, and the bad. MB Palm Springs ranks number 1 amongst the MB dealerships I've worked with. My service advisor is interested, engaged, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly...need I say more!? I understand today's market in vehicle repairs and how expensive it can be to run this type of business, and I understand the continuing years and years of reputable quality of the Mercedes Benz name and brand, and being a mechanic myself, I've saved up to $1,000 in performing a brake pad and rotor replacement myself without a hitch to my 2005 E 320 SBC. Repairs are, in just my own personal opinion, way too expensive, however, the total overall service I received for my self and 'Cedella' go way far beyond exceeding my expectations of customer service from Mercedes-Benz Palm Springs and I will never ever not utilize them in my future as an owner of an impeccable automobile. In the future as long as I am a resident of the area and if I choose to purchase a current gorgeous C, E, or S Class from Mercedes-Benz, I will choose MB-PS. Thank you!

Greg Williams is a tremendous asset to your Company. If he was not working there I would find out where he was and Buy from him there. He only thinks of his client and not of himself. 40,000 mile service was completed as expected. Always nice to have a free loaner car while service is done. Nice touch to have the car completely washed when it was returned to me.In fact, I think Mercedes has made a huge mistake on discontinuing the GLK. And every GLK owner feels like I do. The "replacement" GLC car handles and looks much different.

11 years ago I bought my Mercedes-Benz from Brenda. I never forgot how helpful and professional she was. Brenda has been with Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs for over 30 years and working with her is truly a pleasure. She knows that her product sells itself. She never exerts any " sales pressure ". The facility itself is very well designed with a welcoming and friendly staff -- most of whom have been employed there for over 10 years. I knew I was in the right place after hours of research. We were interested in an E400 and took our "trade in" car into this dealership. They saw it, evaluated it and appraised it and we agreed on a trade in price and a price for a particular E400. The salesman actually put it in writing and gave it to us. We had to suddenly leave the dealership and 4 hours later we received a call from the salesman. He said, "here is what we'll give you for your car" it was $5,000 less than what he put in writing!!! What!!!! We still have his written figures we saw him clear with the manager. . When I vehemently questioned that, he simply said, "We're in business to make money" What? At that point, I hung up on him. Mercedes of Palm Springs has really bad reviews, if you want to buy a car from these people, good luck on that one. I would strongly suggest you take your attorney with you, these people appear to be very unethical. We are currently dealing with a seemingly very honest, ethical dealership out of the area. ADDED NOTE: If you can believe it, the salesman actually said to us "I"ll take these numbers into my boss and hope I don't lose my job", after we choked with laughter we should have walked out then. This was a Mercedes dealership,??? What a bunch of clowns, more like "Slick Bubba's Used Cars . Below, it asked about Friendliness, how bout "gooey friendly"

So, OK, we know Mercedes service isn't cheap, but xxxx is it ever professional. Mike has been my service rep on a 2007 SLK and he's friendly, helpful, and honest. Explains what has to be done, what should be done in the future, etc. The car is delivered to me clean and better than when I took it in. They come get you when the car is done. Once, I had a dead battery, and they told me to call Mercedes 800 number, and voila, a super clean Mercedes van came to my car, started it right away, tested the batter and told me I didn't need to replace it! Who does that? I would have bought one if they said I needed a new one, but he just told me to drive it to an In-n-Out burger and that would recharge it. I started to reach for my wallet to pay him for coming out ... NO CHARGE! So, yes, I'm very very happy with Palm Springs Mercedes, and with Mercedes 800 number.

We placed our order for a 2016 SUV 300d in July 2015 with this dealer. My husband did a lot of research (truecar.com ) to find the true market value price. The car arrived November 2015 and we went to the dealer armed with this info. This SUV was selling anywhere between 5% to 11% off the MRSP price. This dealer offered us a 4% discount on the vehicle. We came back requesting 8% (expecting the dealer to return somewhere in between). Our salesperson was caught in between when his sales manager returned with an unprofessional, surly attitude telling us we were unreasonable and he did not want to negotiate further. We were shocked, never having experienced such unprofessional-ism.....(we are retired seniors who have bought dozens of vehicles) and we did express our dissatisfaction with the way we were treated and how the whole "buying a car" experience was handled. Reluctantly, we agreed to pay the price he wanted and proceeded with our salesperson to close the sale. Imagine our surprise when our salesperson returned, telling us his sales manager refused to sell us the car! We have been told by friends who also own Mercedes that they would never buy a car from this dealer, nor use their service department. We have since purchased the SUV 300D from Walters in Riverside. We were treated very well, and negotiated a good price.....and although a 2 hour drive for us, will go to Walters for service as well.!

Have you had the experience of paying AAA dues for years, then when you finally call needing emergency help you are told it will be 2 or 3 hours before they can send someone to tow your car??MercedesBenz of Palm Springs has a roadside assistance program that is beyond belief!My car would not start and after calling roadside Assistance in Palm Springs for help , I waited perhaps 15 minutes. A friendly service man pulled up. I was expecting a temporary battery charge to get me to service or a tow truck. Instead , Randy, the service tech, installed a new battery from his inventory in his truck. There was no fee as my car was in warranty. I was back on the road with a new battery in less than 30 minutes ! Randy was knowledgable and polite. I have a friend who had a flat tire and had the same very quick and polite service The availability of this special emergency service is enough in itself for me to return to this dealership for my next car purchase .

This dealership has very shady business practices and are extremely dishonest. I went into the dealership looking to purchase a specific vehicle. I spoke to a salesmen by the name of Andy. They did not have the vehicle in stock but assured me that they would be able to locate the exact vehicle that I was looking for. They quoted me a specific price and located a vehicle in Los Angeles. They traded cars with another dealership in LA and when the vehicle arrived they called me and changed the selling price. Andy lied and said "oh that price was for another vehicle". We never even talked about another vehicle! I then spoke to their manager Michael to see if he would be able to resolve the issue. His customer service was equally poor and said "don't worry, you don't have to get the car, we will be able to sell this car for the price we want". Very dishonest dealership and my recommendation is to avoid them at all costs.

They advertised a E550 Convertible on there website. Drove from out of town to the dealer only to have someone with an attitude say we sold the E550 weeks ago When i stated it was still on there website i was told don't believe everything you see on the internet IT WAS THERE SITE!!! we are cash customers for a E550 or a BMW 650i looks like BMW won the sale Were actually looking for two cars. None will be from Palm Springs Mercedes

I am writing this review after waiting over two weeks for a response from the service director and MB USA. Not the first issues at this dealership, MB USA stepped in last time and got things rolling. This time I have heard nothing back and the situation is even worse. The bottom line is they said I had a fuel leak and a switch needed to be replaced. They said all the fuel lines needed to be replace due to this leak. I suggested that there was no leak that the fuel they saw was from the recent repair they had done. I took the car to another much more reputable dealer and sure enough no leak, no need to replace the switch. On top of all this they damage several items on the car and didn't even put it back together correctly. All this was done during a regular service and not a repair. Numerous times while going there various customers would be yelling and cursing at service reps, I should have taken that as a sign. Go there only as a last resort and make sure you document and photograph everything. Additional information, documents and photos available upon request.

I currently own three Mercedes vehicles, none of which were purchased at this dealership. I recently went to Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs for service for one of my vehicles and also to purchase an item in their "Mercedes Accessory" store. Wow, what attitude these folks have! When I approached their main reception desk, an older woman grimly looked down her nose at me with a definite "you don't look like you belong here" attitude. Pretty much the same response when I spoke with a Service Representative. When I tried to find an item (unsuccessfully) in their Accessories Store, the two women at the adjoining Reception desk offered no assistance and studiously worked on pretending that I was invisible. This is the kind of place where you are their best friend for the first 10 minutes after you hand over your $200,000 check for a new Mercedes vehicle. After that, you are yesterday's news. That kind of attitude I don't need. I will get my Mercedes vehicles serviced somewhere else.

They try to rip you off with service that's not needed. I was made to feel as if I were some idiot that didn't know any better and have money to throw away. I have never left a business feeling the way they made me feel. I went in for service A they tried to sell me service B and refused to turn the service light off when service A was done. The service manager got Involved and made the experience the worst dealership experience I've ever had.

I purchased the CLS 550 in February 2008. Brakes squeal. I have had it repaired under warranty five times. The squeal returns. I have not had this problem with other vehicles. Mercedes has refused to replace vehicle with one that doesn't have noisy brakes.*
