Our advisor Wayne and his team always provide professional service and offer special attention to our needs. I had a great experience with James Reemts, but once we were handed over to the management and sales team to go over paperwork or getting a few items fixed prior to driving off the lot was a cluster. I was told that my rental car was to be ready at pick up but when I showed up everyone seemed to be confused on what car and it was not ready. I was also told that I'd get a nice little treat for the purchase of the vehicle such as a coffee mug and a few other goodies which were never delivered. So over all, great experience with James not a good experience everything after.

My visits recently was for service & I absolutely appreciate how friendly and professional the entire team of employees are. I had the pleasure to have a new 2017 c300 sport loaner vehicle for the weekend and I loved it so much I went back a few short weeks later and leased the same year & model vehicle. It was easy and took less than one hour to complete paperwork and drive off in my new car. I highly recommend if your looking for a new Mercedes Benz go visit Demi & Jeremy today.

My daughter brought a 2014 glk 350 from Carmax, but decided to have your dealership do a check on the SUV for a inspection. I was treated very by everybody in the dealership and given a ride home to Madui park in Roseville and also picked up too.My wife and I have been looking for a compact SUV, but had not even considered a Mercedes. We brought drove my daughters and loved it. We drove to El Dorado hills Mercedes to look at a vehicle on there lot but it was already sold. The salesman Greg found us a another one that had just come in the night before with even more packages that was being certified. We brought that glk 350 and will bring it to your dealership for service and any other problems. Thank youGlen Goorabian

My GL450 was out of factory warranty but is within the certified pre-owned warranty. The driver's seat was showing signs of tear. Greg took care of this for me even though the item was not in the warranty. As always, they go above and beyond to satisfy clients concerns.

Absolutely love the atmosphere here, very friendly and I could enjoy my time to look around. Sale team is great they respect your time. No pushing, no stress, customers can make clear decision. The sale man I have is Mung Nguyen, he is sweet and friendly. Between 3 months me and my friend got both of us a car at this dealership. I would really want to just keep coming or telling my friend about the service from the best of the best. This Mercedes of Rocklin also have relationship with few other Mercedes dealers in Sacramento. Once you come, if you cann't find what car is specific for you, the sale rep. would help to find other alternative cars from those dealers and they just full the car in for you to test drive it.

I brought my vehicle in a couple of Saturdays ago. I had no appointment but was in the area and just wanted to talk to someone about the issues I was having with my car. I really expected that I would not be able to be seen, but the service staff made time for me and looked at my car. They diagnosed the issues and showed me what was wrong and told me what it would take to fix it. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they made the time for me and serviced my car. The whole experience was very positive. Thank you to Carolyn for getting my car serviced and explaining to me the issues with my car...and thank you to the professional and friendly service staff who tended to my car. Our vehicle was experiencing loss of power and Greg Burnett recognized the problem immediately and schedule us for service the very next morning. Joey repaired our vehicle and we were on our way back home. Excellent service and amazing knowledge of Mercedes Benz.

MB service in Rocklin gives the royal treatment - appointments can be made by phone or on-line; you are met right away at your car when you arrive; if you wait, as we usually do, the waiting area is very accommodating - spacious, silent screen TV, Starbuck's mini-cafe; tables for working or couches/chairs for reading; lovely restrooms; and really good - and free! - coffee. Service attendants are knowledgeable and well-organized, anticipating your service requirements. A complimentary car wash is included if you wish.

The rocklin service dept. is most amazing exhibited by Carolyn Jackson each visit and there were many with my 2008 cls550 Mercedes that I didn't purchase from Mercedes dealer they took care of me and always provided me with a new loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced she took customer service too an all time high.Carolyn advised too replace it to save me money and was able to get me an excellent deal on a beautiful up graded one .

My car had issues with aux battery plus it kept dying on me. Service department arranged to have vehicle towed to dealership and they evaluated situation almost immediately. Worked on vehicle changed battery, kept car overnight to test drive a second time to make sure all was well. Service advisor and even tow company were excellent.

I recently had an issue with the traction control and the command control knob on my E550. As always, I contacted my service advisor Wayne Schmid directly for a heads up and to schedule an appointment. He is the epitomy of ADDED VALUE to Von Housen Rocklin and I trust him implicitlyfor both of my cars.I checked my vehichle in the morning of my appointment and as always was great by Sara or one of the neatly dressed professionals in the service bay area.By that afternoon Wayne called with the findings. At first I was shocked to find that my parts and labor were not covered as I had not purchased the extended warranty under the CPO program.Wayne then went to Mercedes on my behalf due to my low milage and being a repeat customer and managed to save me a tremendous amount of money.Upon picking the car up I told Wayne that it looked like it had just come off the showroom floorwith the detail job that was performed after this service.Would highly recommend Wayne and the Team at VH in Rocklin. Not at all intending to purchase that weekend we stopped to look at Mercedes models and were greeted very warmly by Mung Nguwen. After a few different model test drives we decided to discuss a trade-in and purchase as the MB vehicles were beyond impressive with their technology and safety features. Working with Mike Sulman was very pleasant as he did a wonderful job taking care of us and meeting all our needs. It was such a relaxing experience that we took an extra day to decide because of all the choices of vehicle combinations that MB of Rocklin has to offer. Recently purchased a used 2005 CLK 320 convertible and already had to change two front struts and the battery. It now seems the steering pump is going on the vehicle as well. Oh and the best part is that when it rains, water leaks in from both the drivers side and the passenger side! All this for $13100!!!!!! The blue book was not even close to this price and according to their parts Dept. this vehicle had a lot of work done!!!Do Not under any circumstances buy a used car from this dealer!!! They will rip you off!!!

I called made an apt. My service adviser was surprised to see me. But took me anyway. Keep my car 2 days for a simple routine service. Was told my car would be ready at 5pm. I still ended up waiting 45 min. Because it was being washed. When I received my car it had water spots on the winows. & a button has been lost by Mercedes. I received a follow up call, I explained to the gentleman on the phone all this he told me he would see what he could do & call me back early next week as it was a Thrusday & his day off were the next few days. He never called. I made a call talk & talk to a different gentlemen told him all of this. He told me the samething. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from anyone from Mercedes of Rocklin in reference to my windows and the water spots & my button that they lost.

I think it was Brandon who helped me. He was very informative helpful. He seemed honest as if hiding anything from me. It was a simple oil change, my first one, more expensive than I'm used to. He explained in detail why Mercedes does the work and why the parts they use are correct for the car. It made me feel like I wasn't getting used. I don't think I have ever written a review before. Brandon did a great job.

I have a fleet of Sprinters. Given the choice to go to Rocklin or ANY other Sprinter dealership, I would go out of my way to go to Rocklin MB.Greg Burnett is the best.

I had a really poor sales experience with Sacramento MB and transferred the service to Rocklin MB where I fortunate to connect with John Nishita. Not only did John do a good job of taking care of the service needs, he treated me with the courtesy and respect a customer expects from MB. In addition, John was very helpful working on resolving problems that originated at Sacramento MB.

I came in to test drive a Mercedes SUV and the dealer tried to pressure me into the vehicle. I wasn't interested and knew my credit wouldn't allow me to afford the payments. He tried to convince me every which way to run it anyway assuring me it would work. He had me sit around for almost an hour and every time I explained anything he would leave and come back and ask the same question as if I hadn't already told him at least once already. I finally just left. He promised to try to see if he could work a deal and call to let me know if it was possible. I wasn't hopeful but open to possibility. He called and told me he was going to work a deal without running my credit and get back to me and never did. The next thing I know a week later I get a call from the dealership asking for feedback on the service I received. I told him how displeased I was and I told him every detail about my situation and what my credit score was. I told him I was looking to get into a large SUV and he said to let him see what he could do and that he'd call back. Calls back 2 minutes later saying he had the car of my dreams in stock. He gave me no details about it but told me it would be in in an hour. I waited and hour and headed in. The car didn't show up for almost an hour after I got there. They originally lied and said September was a month they give more for trade ins yet gave me the lowest number any other dealer ever offered and the car they were selling was $10k over Kelly Blue Book. He said he thought he could make a deal so I finally caved and let him run my credit. Then tells me they won't cave on the price at all and I'd have to give a huge down payment and my payments would be almost double what I said my max was and I'd have to pay out the ying yang on a downpayment. Biggest waste of my time. They are nothing but liars. I will never buy a car or step foot on that lot again. I can't believe they are in business treating customers the way they do.

THERE ARE MANY COMPUTERS IN A CAR AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THE SERVICE DEPT., CAN'T FIND OUT WHY BATTERY FAILED AGAIN. MY BATTERY WAS DEAD AND COULDN'T BE RECHARGED TWICE AND I THINK SHOULD SOMETHING IN THE COMPUTERS FOR THE CAR.

From start to finish my experience at Mercedes Benz Rocklin was good. I was warmly greeted and offered hospitality along the way. Jeremy was able to help my husband and I find the perfect SUV for our family. He took the the time to clarify and educate us on a number of things. I had to return to have a sensor replaced after my brakes and tires were changed. I was treated promptly, got a rental car at no charge and was not charged for the sensor. Thank you, it softens the blow of the long return trip.

We purchased a used certified car on 24 July,16.It was delivered on the 27th while being certified. When delivered there was only one key. This was discussed with our salesman James Reemts who said he would take care of it and call us. Not hearing after two weeks I called him and he said he would check on it "right away" I waited a few days and several times over the next 10 days and left messages with no response. I finally called Colby who said he would notify James. Again no call back. Three days later I called Parts who said they had no record but would check.They called back from Eldorado Hills and said the key would be in Rocklin the next Wed. I called Rocklin Parts on Wed to see about the order.Again no record found. I finally got James on the phone who said he would look into it again. He called back and said they needed a copy of the registration or the title which I faxed in early Sept. I called Parts a few days later and said they were waiting on a copy of my drivers license which I faxed immediately. Parts called back advising the key would be ready for programming on Sept 14. All together it took 8 weeks to do something that should not have happened in the first place. I think parts did a good job but sales did not know how to solve the problem and was not responsive to my calls or followup.

Sales people were friendly, but after I purchased the vehicle I realized the front brake rotors were completely worn down. I called dealership 3 days later to ask if they would at least look at it for me. Spoke with sales manager (forgot his name, possibly Jeff) and he related to me that he checked with service and they advised him brake pads were within specs when they checked out the vehicle. I asked him if they would at least look at it. He actually told me that if they look at the vehicle, they'll have to charge me! I was floored when I heard this. I ended up buying new rotors and pads and replaced them myself. . I could not believe I was treated like that from such a reputable dealership. I'm sure you know my feelings about this dealership after this experience.

I leased my CLA 250 from Rocklin Mercedes in October of 2013, I have had several maintenance visits with not many issues, until now. I love my car and decided to buy out the lease in July of 2016, my spoiler was starting to come off so during the purchase process it was to be fixed. When I picked up my car the sales agent informed me that a "part" had to be ordered and I would be called when it came in to make an appointment to have it fixed. I was called within a week and made my appointment.......Upon arriving for my appointment I was told that because I was under warranty a whole new spoiler needed to be put on the car and not just new adhesive which is the "part" that was ordered.So that appointment it didn't get fixed and a spoiler was ordered which I was told would take a couple days to come in and I would again be called for an appointment. Over two weeks later, I called them, they informed me that the spoiler was there and I made my appointment for a Saturday reviewing my plan that I was going to drop it off on Friday evening and pick up on Monday (Labor Day) I was told that would be fine.When I dropped my car off on Friday evening I was then made aware that the service center would be closed Monday and could get it Sunday or Tuesday. I made these special arrangements because I was going out of town so Tuesday morning had to work and be late for work. Saturday I received a text advising that "someone" had dropped the ball and the spoiler wasn't even painted, they would still need to send it out for paint and make yet another appointment to have it installed. Because I was already out of town the car sat there not getting anything done all weekend.On Tuesday morning I arrived at 7:30 to pick my car up and waited almost an hour for it to be brought down. I was then told that I would be called once the spoiler was painted and make yet another appointment however they would come pick my car up and drop it back off.I was finally called on Friday afternoon and made arrangements to have the car picked up on Monday morning at my work and then brought back to me, promised only a couple of hours.Monday morning rolled around and no show, no call.....finally about noon I received a call to confirm the address by this time it was too late because I wouldn't have the car back by the time I got off work.......Now I have another appointment for Wednesday morning to have it picked up, lets see what happens. so far I have had 3 separate appointments, time mileage and gas wasted I am not very pleased and will be taking the car elsewhere for the maintenance now

This was a has hassle free purchase experience, of course I was all prepared to buy ! Pricing was open and the sales team helped with pricing using truecar.com and edmunds.com ! Overall positive experience. Of course they tried selling me additional protection plans and so forth which I did not purchase. James made sure that I get the vehicle I wanted in terms of the exterior color and interior features. He did not have vehicle of my choice available so he traded the vehicle of my choice from some other dealership which was amazing! He did not pressurize me to buy the vehicle that he had already at his dealership. On the other hand, I also was looking for BMW X5, went to the local BMW dealership as well. They did not have the vehicle of my choice so they presented me another vehicle which would cost me $10K more and they were literally forcing me to buy that vehicle so they could make a sale. This wasn't the case with Mercedes

I was told my brakes were metal to metal when they were not! Mike Marino told me if they were metal to metal they should have put pads on too? I think I should be reimbursed for this as I would have never put on brakes at the time...Carolyn said my car only tells me a certain% of time if something wrong...What? Why is easy. My service advisor is very attentive to my needs and works to ensure that I receive high quality service. My only complaint over the years is that there is a tendency to oversell some of the recommended services. An example would be to schedule service B on my GL and to later find out that the brake fluid was also changed. Full disclosure up front is very important.

It would have been cool for the dealership to replace the cracked (already filled w/resin) windshield instead of just tell me they "buffed it down to help with glare from the crack" Didn't work..it's a crack-since the nice young lady who called to set up my appointment did say they would replace it...

Everyone at Rocklin Mercedes is always so pleasant and helpful, from the beginning when you pull up with your car all the way until the end when you leave with your car. I drive all the way from Elk Grove to get my car serviced because of the excellent service they provide to me. I have been to other Mercedes locations to get my service and it is not nearly as close as to the service I get out in Rocklin. They are very helpful, consistent and honest. They will take the extra step to make sure you leave happy. I never hesitate to ask a question or to call back to clear up anything after the service. Thanks for providing such great service! I had to call find out if my car was done. I have used this place a few times and each time the service manager Brandon doesn't listen to what I want done nor does he care to tell me exactly what was done. They never fixed what I asked for. I had to ask if they checked my air conditioner and the response I got 'oh yeah as long as it works it should be fine'. I had to wait about 45 minutes after they said it was already done. There are more issues to go into if I had more space here. There is just a lack of good customer service for an upscale dealership. Disappointing.

I bought a car from them and they kept telling me how the car is good and blah blah, but it turned that they just want to sell. also, one of the managers as described himself to me, lied and changed what he said. just waste of the day. never will be back and will make sure to tell anyone I hear they will buy a Mercedes.The car had a paint job and they did not say it. shame for the Mercedes name to have employees like that. Just check the car you are interested in buying.

I have an 2004 S500 that needed the gear shift assembly replaced. I'm very meticulous about my car... it's garaged, no dents/door dings, non-smoker, always clean, etc... even have floor mats for the floor mats. When I got my car back I noticed a small puncture hole in the right side of the arm-rest console... it looked like it was done with a small screwdriver or other tool. Also, I noticed the amber display for the AC at the lower dash, located just adjacent to the gear shift now has a permanent marking to the display, about the size of a dime. It's as if it were hit with something while the work was being done. This marking is lit up and bleeds over the numbers and bars that display for the AC unit.They're not huge issues, but every time I see them I'm reminded and frustrated that it happened while my car was being serviced and it's disappointing. Brandon was awesome service provider and the work that was done was appreciated. Just wished my car came back as I dropped it off.

The passenger seat of our daughter's 300C was stuck. Wayne in service department explained to my daughter that the "motor went out. This frequently happens". He explained to her that labor was not much, but the part was $2,500. We took the car to a different place where they removed a hair pin from the seat track. Seat motor works just fine. Cost of repair, $0. We were told Von Housen has a reputation, and is being investigated for charging people for unneeded parts. Nice to know they prey upon young women in college. We won't go back there again!

I would like to say Mr Burnett deserves a huge raise. I imagine the ceo of mercedes is somewhere on his yacht in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, sipping on his tata tea. Nowhere in this mans consciousness resides the name Greg Burnett. But, in my mind, it should. Because if it wasn't for people like Greg, he would not be enjoying the lavish luxury's of this life. Yet, Greg Burnett arduously and professionally make a very difficult job look easy. With that being said, I whole heartedly hope that another day does not go by, that Greg does not get the raise he deserves. A few extra vacation days wouldn't hurt either!!

Took our 2012 350 GLK in for major 42,000 mile service. The service manager called me in a couple of hours informing me that we needed four new tires as well as front disk brake rotors and pads. He gave me a choice of three tire brands, with costs, advantages and disadvantages of each. The car was held overnight as the tires were not in stock until the next day. The next day I was called to inform me the car was ready for pick up. I found the car washed and cleaned inside and out. People were very pleasant I was happy with the service and the fact that it was ready exactly when promised. I was offered a loaner car but I had no need for this. The car runs like a new vehicle now.

I am very picky about my cars (after experiencing years of mediocre service elsewhere). I bought my certified used 2007 E550 at Rocklin Mercedes several yrs ago and have brought my car here for maintenance and repair ever since. I've never had a reason to take it anywhere else. I've had nearly flawless service. And the once or twice that I didn't think it was flawless, I brought it to their attention and was surprised by how far they go to make sure I was happy when I left. For example, call me spoiled, but I didn't know that my express tire program had expired when I brought my car in for free tire replacement. I was upset so they split the cost with me for being a loyal customer. Another time, I had an oil leak repaired and 2 1/2 years later it leaked again. They agreed that even though its not guaranteed for that long, it shouldn't have leaked again so they repaired for free anyway! Not only do I get my car washed and vacuumed after each service, I can take my car in anytime for a free wash. They provide free shuttle service or a new Mercedes loaner for $10/day while your car is being serviced. And I always get a follow up survey to rate my experience with them. Sometimes I will also get a call just to make sure I was happy with the service. It is a clean comfortable place with a cafe and bar. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

They made some mistake during the contract. From the sales man to the contract. So then after I thought I was all set with the cost it went up in price. They messed up the payout on the trade in. I almost backed out but they got me the extended service for cost. Still thought about backing out but we were so far in.Then the sales man said it was equipped with push button start. The next day when I went to get it installed we found out it did not have it. I was kind of bummed out. It sounds like a nice thing.Also when I got the cat home I found that the lumbar seats did not work, So now I need to take the time to take it in for service. I am waiting to get a call from Alex to make a appointment. I have not heard from him yet. as of Tue 3:45. I will give it a bit of time.Also I never got a business card from Alex so when i got home I had forgot his name.

My 2006 350E 4matic just "died" on me on my way back to Reno from Sacramento. I was blessed in being only 4 miles from the dealership. It was a Sunday, so they just took the car in and I stayed overnight with family close to there and went back to see about it on Monday. It was really in need of a lot of help - I had been trying to get along with minor repairs for months, and it caught up with me all at once. The guys in the service department were helpful and informative -- however, the price tag of $4500 really was overwhelming. When all was said and done, it is like a brand new car and even with 206,000 miles, I am hoping it will last through 250,000 ! I am 80 years old (young) and don't want to get another car if I don't have to. These guys in Rocklin were wonderful - loaned me a car to get back to Reno until 2 days later when my car was ready.

Every time I arrive I am greeted immediately and am told very clearly of what will be taking place with my Mercedes. Great follow up also.

My usual mechanic did not have the proper electronics to diagnose an old Mercedes so i went to dealer. They did the job. Overall good courteous work and experience but I did have to take the car back because the resulting repair was not properly completed and when I picked up the car I had to wait about an hour to complete the wash.

My dash showed my right rear tire was down to 17#'s of air. I drove straight to the dealership in a bit of distress and was helped immediately. The nail had not punctured the run flat tire so they were able to patch it and I was on my way without having to purchase a new tire.

Buy a car or lease a car from these folks, and they always have your back; James found a perfect new lease for us, held our hand, walked us through the whole process, and he was spot on. Andrea, always bubbly and personable, took us through the financials without a glitch. Our new lease will be delivered this next week, and we are so coddled, as we always have been with MB of Rocklin. We have a loaner until the moment comes, and they never make us feel stupid when we deal with the new technology, pretty high praise from the folk who would prefer to remain in the last century. My husband and I were going to purchase our lease car. The car has been awesome and working with the sales team, every detail was explained, changes were requested and were made seamlessly. As we waited for the details to be changed, we both noticed the way all the employees interacted with each other. Courteous, neatly dressed, clean. mechanics, sales staff. administration, facilities, it didn't matter all perfect. When we got our New Car back, it was perfect, it was a new car again.

We have been bringing our 2010 Winnebago View here since purchasing it 6 years ago. The employees are very knowledgeable about Sprinters and what we appreciate the most - do not try to up sell you whenever you bring it in for routine preventative maintenance. This dealership is widely known throughout the Bay Area on the motorhome forums as the place to come for the quality of their work and their professionalism.

The leather on my driver's seat was ripping. I'm the only driver and my car is 4 years old. From other MB's I've owned in the past I knew this was not right. My service manager not only contacted MB but got me the car in a few hours with a new seat curtesy of MB. I truly drive a Mercedes because the company stands solidly behind every part of their car. I've had them replace things on my last MB that no other car company on earth would have replaced on a car "out of warranty" I've driven nothing but Mercedes for 20 years and plan to drive them for the next 20 years too!

The service people were absolutely great. They were are friendly, well groomed, and eager to correct the problems I was there presenting before them with my new C300. Although I consider their attitude to be 5 stars but the quality of work performed on my new vehicle was less than I would have expect from Mercedes Benz. To be fair to the service people, I am somewhat of a perfectionist. Overall I would definitely recommend their service department to my most closest friends and family members and coming from me that is great.

We did shop around and found the Rockin dealership was the best we went to. We found the car at the price that we could deal with. The salesman Zack knew the cars and was helpful. The underwriter could tell what we wanted and didn't push stuff that we didn't want. I give them the five stars

MB of Rocklin is by far the best dealership in Sacramento! Even though they are owned by the same company as the MB of Sacramento, the people at Rockin do care about the service they provide. They want to make sure that we are going to be return customers and not a one time sale. That is why I bought two cars in two weeks! Mike Suman is a great sales Manager and really makes you feel comfortable and is honest and trustworthy. A quality you do not find in a lot in car sales.

I highly recommend Jeff. I came up from the Bay Area after a very bad experience at a dealer down here. Because of that experience I almost gave up on purchasing a Mercedes. Jeff was very knowledgeable, low key with no sales push. From start to finish- test drive included- I was out of there in under 3 hours.Jeff even went out of his way to help me after he sold me my GLA when I needed a ride to drop off my old car. Saw the ML63 AMG on line and called late Friday night; James Reemts answers the phone and I asked if the car was still available as I was driving two hours to see it. James told me he could get the car back to the dealership by 9 am the next day as he had to drive out some distance to retrieve it. I met James at 9 on Saturday, he had the car out front ready for a test drive. James knew everything about this SUV and it's somewhat complicated systems; he even showed me how or could parallel park itself after setting up tow other cars to simulate a parking situation. Going back inside to his office James figured out what my Acura MDX trade in was worth and offered me a fair deal if I was interested. NO PREASSURE. I agreed and then met with the finance manager Andrew Rigde who was equally professional and offered me a Mecerdes-Benz finance at 1%. Come on!!!!! Who can beat that? To finish my experience Ms. Amanda Hysen went over every aspect of the technical stuff with me, setting up the Bluetooth on my phone and instructing how everything operates; she was great. My wife's Mercedes is ten years old with only 72K miles on it and still drives like the day we bought it so she won't part with it for now but when the time comes I will be calling James at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. Since I have dealt with the Rocklin Mercedes-Benz Dealer for years of service of my E-350, I felt very comfortable to go there and "look". The moment we walked in the door my sister and I were greeted by a very nice manager and asked if we would like something to drink, and to offer us assistance. Just looking was my response as usual (been there looking a few times). We wandered around the show room and I saw the car I did not know I was looking for. We were also introduced to a wonderful young man named Ted Mavritsakis. After checking out the car for at least 15 minutes, we decided to go for a test drive. Ted explained all the new safety features and off we went. The test drive only confirmed that this car was what I was looking for. I needed a small SUV which was easy to get in and out but roomy enough to carry items when needed. Going through the process of purchasing the car was easy and comfortable. I know how much I can afford and what I needed in a car. Ted made it happen without pressure and in a very relaxed way. I used to hate go car shopping since it was always so tense and the negotiations lasted forever. With both of my Mercedes the process was easy and each time I was pleased with my purchase. While there I also met again with my previous service advisor Carolyn Royal, who has helped me on many occasions. Again I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to working with Carolyn. After meeting with Andrea Bryner, Finance Director, I decided to purchase the pre-paid maintenance for service like oil change etc at a good discounted price. Since Mercedes purchased my E-350, and my new car will be shipped from Southern California, I am driving a loan car and learning the new safety features while waiting. What can I say, It was a great experience and I know I will enjoy driving my new car with all the extras I feel I need for a very long time.

One month ago my wife and I we stop to the Rocklin show room ONLY with the intention to see the different models of mercedes benz cars. UNFORTUNATELY mr. Emerson with great insistensy and persuasion guide us to LEASE a CLA-250. We did informed him from the very beguining that we were ONLY looking, ( I have MESOTHELIOMA and expected to receive a good deal of money from the companies that manufacture electrical componenents ) WE are in our 80's and some how we got PERSUADED to lease this car. Now month later we are ready to purchase a car, BUT WE LOST $ 4000 DOLARS IN THE PURCHASE OF A E-300 CAR BECAUSE OF THE LEASE THAT MR. EMERSON PERSUADED US TO TAKE. Fortunately this time mr. Reemts was the salesman that attended in our purchase. Maybe $ 4000 it not too much money for a young person but for us in our late years is a lot to loose, just because a pushy salesman did not wanted to let us go with just window shoping.

I inquired about a Mercedes via the internet. Within 1 hour James Reemts contacted me. I informed James what I was looking for and he said that he had several options that would meet my needs and desired payment. Due to my work travel schedule, My wife and I came down to visit a week later. We test drove 2 cars and selected the C300 model. James was very professional in all facets of the sale. He was thorough and answered all our questions. I can tell you that this is a fantastic car. My low down payment and monthly payment is exactly what I asked for. When it came to financing, Andrew Ridge was able to get us in and out within 15 minutes. Absolutely incredible. I have been bringing my car to Von Housen in Rocklin since I purchased it in 2005. There has been a variety of maintenance or repair items over the years which have always been resolved to my satisfaction. I am informed of items which will need attention in the future (ex: brake wear) as well as items needing attention during the current service. I appreciate the Classic Car discount I receive on my older model car as well. I plan to continue bringing my car to Von Housen for service or repair in the future

I never look forward to the negotiation process of purchasing a new vehicle.....However, the beautifully designed dealership, in Rocklin, is a spectacular ambiance to do so and all women: visit their Powder Room! I lease my cars and usually try to turn them in, a few months before their expiration. Such the case this recent lease term.. I have been buying/leasing cars from Mercedes for most of my life, so, know "The Drill!" Mercedes of Rocklin reached out to me, first. I received a call from Zach Will ,inquiring if I were interested in turning my vehicle in early. I responded, "absolutely!" I told Zach exactly what model I wanted and the terms. He called me back, shortly, found my vehicle.....still on a cargo ship, shortly to arrive in L.A. I, then, drove to Rocklin to personally meet Zach and finalize negotiations. Zach was not only very professional, but genuinely friendly and engaging. He really made an effort to meet my lease requests and in a very short period of time. I think I was in and out in an hour, or, so. I should also mention Andrea Bryner, in Financials. She, also is very pleasant, knowledgable and facilitated, easily, the accounting. I bought 2 cars from this dealership. Both times I have been sold service programs which they later back tracked on. When i bought my c class I was forced to buy pre paid maintenance saying it was mandatory on leased cars. Later I found out it was a lie and the dealership was forced to take it off the contract. When I bought my GLK, I was sold TIRES FOR LIFE program saying I can get free tires for the life of the car, however when I approached recently, to Change the tires, I was told the program is not valid any more because I did not use the dapealership for servicing the car. I disagreed since I don't remember anyone telling me that requirement. The sales/service department promised me to send a copy of my contract. It has been months and after my repeated queries all I receive is silence. This dealership lacks total customer service and sales ethics, the least we expect from a business for them to keep their word or at least call the customer and tell the customer the honest status. If I recommend this dealership yo anyone I know, then I will be doing a disservice to them.

I had a intermittent electrical problem. The solution was not obvious and required deeper testing. Ultimately the solution was discovered . I don't believe most shops would have taken the effort to problem solve to the level I experienced.

I was quoted a price for my new vehicle (123k ..AMG GTS) and was charged 5k more when I went to pay it off....I didn't look at the contract upon signing it...we had just completed the negotiation and i took it for granted it would be consistent.Upon realizing this at the time of paying it off, I went to the dealership and spoke to the salesperson(Randy) and he seemed to have forgotten our conversation. So he went to the Manager, and he forgot the conversation too. My two friends came with me on the day I bought it. I told them of the deal we made. They both remembered the terms....123k..I also remember the back and forth...asking price...134kI said...120k..Randy, the salesman said...well thats 14k below asking pricei said ...I realize thathe said...let me speak to the manager..He came out and said, we have a deal.plus tax and license..total: 135kAndrew, the finance manager, said he remembered a total of 135k.After all of this, no one has contacted me to fix this. I stopped at the dealership on a Wednesday while driving to Reno (I live in Reno). I met Ted Mavritsakis and we discussed what I was looking for in a gently used loaded 4WD truck, and being pre-approved by my credit union, where my price was at. On Thursday afternoon, he convinced me that I need to come back to Rocklin and see a truck he had found for me and brought over to the dealership. (Hard sell to get me to drive 125 miles each way just to kick the tires) When I arrived at 7:15PM, it took me all of 3 minutes to realize that this truck was exactly what I was looking for in the price range we discussed. I took the truck for a test drive and when I returned, I signed the deal. NO, haggling, no hassles, no waiting around! Everything was up front and Ted delivered as promised! My last visit was to repair a manufacturing problem that was the cause of a recall. I have always been very pleased with the service that Rocklin Mercedes-Benz has provided and this was no exception. My service representative was prepared when I arrived she provided an estimate on how long it would take to make the repairs and kept me informed of the progress. Even though the repair took longer than anticipated, I was very pleased with the way that I was treated at Rocklin Mercedes-Benz.

This was a last minute appointment and Mercedes- Benz of Rocklin was able to get me in and repair my vehicle all in the same day. My service representative was Greg and he greeted me in a very friendly manner and was concern about my repair and service needs. He pleasantly informed me that the repair was covered by warranty and there were no out of pocket costs :)The customer waiting area has plenty of room and outstanding Wifi service for their customer needs. MB Rocklin is as good as any MB dealer service I have experienced, and in some ways better than others. Howerver, my tech advisor sometimes doesn't take the time to explain the inspection findings after a service visit. Maybe she thinks most customers don't care. Also, I know MB Rocklin thinks it's a luxurious customer benefit to have a Starbucks in the waiting area, but it seems stupid to have to go to the coffee bar to pay my invoice. It would make more sense for the tech adviser to handle payment so that I could discuss the service that was performed and any items that need attention. As it is I have to pay someone behind the Starbucks counter who is clueless about what was done to my vehicle. Then if I have questions, I have to hunt down the tech adviser who is no always readily available. Not a customer-friendly process.

I have had my GL450 serviced in Rocklin several times and overall it has been a great experience. There is only one negative that I can speak to. I had service done oil change...etc. then I went to a full service fill station that pumps your gas for you, and they showed me that I was a full quart low. I had to check it for myself to believe it, but it was actually a quart low. Beyond that one issue all has been great. They always are accommodating and provide a loaner vehicle when needed. They are friendly and easy to deal with. Wayne is a nice guy who is very helpful and prompt at updating you on status of repairs.

We came to MB of Rocklin with no intention of purchasing a vehicle on that day. We offered a drive within 10 minutes of arriving and the salesperson was fantastic. I gave him a expected time of 30 to 45 minutes to arrive at a deal or we would need to leave. We were asked to stay but I said we would contact them first thing in the morning. They agreed a little begrudgingly at first but then they understood our situation and let us go home. At 10:30 the next morning I had an upbeat conversation with the salesperson and he sold me on the service at MB of Rocklin. Needless to say within 90 minutes I became a new owner of a beautiful Mercedes Benz. So fa, so good and I hope to have a long successful relationship with this dealer.

I purchased a used Mercedes ML 350, it was a fair deal and the car seemed to be in good condition inside and mechanically....Unfortunately ,a little after purchasing my car we had a problem with it not starting sometimes...I took the car to the service dept. I explained the issue and they were very happy to try and figure out the problem. They gave me a complimentary car while they had mine , which they didn't charge me. John was really nice and assured me that they would find and resolve the mechanical issue. Well, it took a few times bringing the car back because the car wouldn't fail while they had it. FINALLY IT DID!! John and Michael were so great!! they found and fixed my car issue:)I really appreciated how respectful, and diligent they were to find and resolve the issue. I have Greg in service he is sweet but straight forward. Rocklin Mercedes Benz. My car has an engine knocking issue. I have been in a few times (of course every time it does NOT make the noise)! Finally after 3-4 recordings I left it with them again and it made the KNOCKING noise!!Wow no worries they fixed my car 3-4 day earlier then I was told it would take!! Wow, I know I was a pain ( since it took 4 or so times). I am glad the mechanics on the last two trips ( I wish I knew their names) where the best ever!!!! They stood outside and talked with me, tried to educate and explain to me what was done. Answering all my questions. Even tho I am clueless, it was so nice that they did not just roll there eyes and blow me off! Instead, helped with a smile. the overall experience with the salesmen was excellent, knowledgeable about the vehicles located the one we were looking for, and had it transported to their dealership within four hours. The "Closer" was very off putting. he was haggling over $320.00 found that very frustrating. he was condescending and profiled us as bad credit. We walked in with our work clothing on we are ranchers so you can imagine. That was very interesting. Almost walked out twice within 15 minutes. We did end up purchasing the vehicle a ML350.The woman that processed the paperwork was excellent!Had our C class to trade in we felt we received a fair price for trade in.A little confusion on what we would drive home because the vehicle we purchased needed detailed and serviced a 2014. That was on Friday this is Monday and still have not herd when we can pick it up.We were given a loaner to use.Overall it was a average experience only because of the "Closer" person.

We recently had to turn in our GL450 lease and look for another car that was within our price range and had everything we were looking for. Ted was awesome! Rocklin Mercedes-Benz Ill give them an A rating for honesty and integrity. Took my 2012 Cabriolet in for the A service. I had a little over 4,600 miles since the last service a year ago. I know the A is every other year service and I was wondering if I was going to get charged for the full service even though I only had driven a minimum amount of miles since the B service. I sat down with Greg Burnett and appreciated him going over all the vehicle service requirements and making suggestions about what was really needed. He didnt try to up-sell unneeded services and suggested only that service which was necessary, a considerable savings. I couldn't have been happier with my recent service. I was just a few miles shy of my 30,000 service when I suddenly developed a major coolant leak. I live in Redding, so my closest dealer would be Chico but they told me they wouldn't be able to get my GL450 in for 3 weeks. When I called the Rocklin dealership, they were able to get my vehicle in immediately. Normally, MB Roadside assist would tow to the nearest dealership but Rocklin was able to get them to waive the additional fee. Tow truck was at my house within the hour. The vehicle was done the next day and to save myself and my husband a 5 hour round trip, we arranged with Rocklin to have a driver and shadow car drive my vehicle back to me (I gladly paid for this service). About 1/2 way up I-5, the check engine light came on so they turned around and took it back to diagnose the problem. It was as simple as a loose hose. It was too late to start back up to Redding but they were here bright and early the following day. The car was clean and running great. The Rocklin dealership really made this a pain-free process for me. One of the biggest drawbacks to living north of Sacramento is that for anything other than Ford, Toyota, Chevy etc... you need to travel to have your vehicle serviced. I can honestly say that having my vehicle serviced in Rocklin was a much easier process than having my latest "problem" fixed at the local Toyota dealership! I wish I could remember everyones name that I spoke with. The lady that I originally spoke with to arrange scheduling a towing, and the couple of others I spoke to in addition to Brandon Stevens as we made arrangements to get the car back up here to me were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. I look forward to taking my vehicle back to Rocklin (an extra hour plus drive) for it's next scheduled service and meeting everyone in person.

The problem of stiff door locks and door opening release actuation was not repaired but delivered as repaired. The interior front door panels were not removed for lubricantion of the mechanism. The side door did not function after the cable was replaced and the interior panels of the side Andre rear doors were not replaced!

This took several weeks, and then a paperwork mix-up made getting our key delayed even more. To top it off, we developed a slow leak in one of the run flat tires on our car. Wayne, in service stepped up, and not only put a rush on our key, but made up for our inconvenience by not only getting us a new tire, paid for by Mercedes, but then tinted the rear windows of our car. Both actions were above and beyond the service we were expecting. Rockln Mercedes is a top notch dealership, and we would highly recommend anyone to them for a great experience in purchasing and outstanding service.

I recently had body work done on my car and a repair of a broken front end thing.I dealt with John Nishita and my Salesman Alex Aldarwish. They were both very helpful. I was happy with my overall experience, and how they went out of there way to accommodate me with loaner cars to work with my crazy travel schedule. If I had only one complaint it would be that I was put on long holds waiting for the service Department to answer. On one call it was 5 minutes before the service operator even answered.The first time the body work was done it wasn't right so John was very nice, and made sure it was done to my satisfaction.Unfortunately when my car was there, damage was done to the front bumper. John was helpful in getting it fixed. I was also very pleased with the two people that delivered the cars to me. I remember the man's name was Robert, and the other women was a very nice blonde lady.

I've owned my Mercedes-Benz for over a decade now and this was the first time that I'v recieved such terrible service! i used to have my vehicle serviced at Fletcher Jones for many years before moving to Roseville and switching to Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. On the last service someone left the valve stem caps on my tires loose and i lost a couple before finding out. These were the chrome caps with the MB logo that I had purchased from you guys. Wayne also advised me that the ball joints and control arms that you guys installed a couple of years ago are torn!? You guys usually do a great job but the last visit was disappointing..

I was charged $83 just for them to tell me nothing is wrong with my car after waiting for almost 4 hours. And my car is certified when I was buying the car I was told "if anything goes wrong with my car they will check it for free n fix it". When my car was ready I was not notified that my car is ready I had to walk up to one of the employee and ask them if my car is ready, than the girl on the counter tells me I'm sorry I forgot to see if you were here so she can let me know that my vehicle is ready.

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase with the van and satisfied with the hard work of Alex and how he have put up with us. We believed there are no comparison of what the Mercedes offering. We have been shopping around for almost two weeks and Mercedes was our last visit and actually the easiest deals, though it's a little bit more high price than the rest of the dealership that sells a medium size Cargo Vans. The buff and polish I had on my GLE 350 was the best I've ever had on a vehicle I've owned! Carlos also touched up a scratch on the door that we now can't see. Our service rep John Nishita also spent a lot of time explaining to us the special wax they do and also the clear bra which we're definitely going to do. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and helpful, we couldn't be happier.

Service center provides prompt service and the staff is very professional and courteous. My issue is the car was just serviced prior to this issue for $1400 and when the new issue arose I was told it would be around $400 and the bill came in at $700. This is a car with less than 50,000 miles. I've come to accept that dealership service centers charge twice as much as independent service centers.

Having received an estimate to repair my 1999 Mercedes Benz SLK at a Bay Area dealership, I decided to return to MB of Rocklin for the maintenance. Carolyn Jackson did a fantastic job in getting my service completed at a price much more reasonable than the Bay Area dealership. On returning home to San Jose, I discovered a coolant leak problem. Carolyn had my SLK picked up and returned to Rocklin, arranged a car for me to get to and from work and doctor appointments and had my car repaired and returned to me all at no charge. Because of Carolyn Jackson and MB of Rocklin professionalism and service, I will return there for any future maintenance and will certainly purchase my next MB from them.

Mercedes Benz Rocklin is a great dealership! I came in for service on my car and they took care of me right away. I didn't even have wait less than a minute to be helped and then taken in to Wayne Schmid who helped me with the paperwork and any other concerns I had with the car. With a nice lounge area to drink coffee and watch tv, the couple hours I waited flew by! Plus a complimentary clean and wash for the car tops it all off. I'd recommend going to this dealership for any Mercedes Benz needs.

After buying my new E 350 I had to take it in for service to get a few things done on it like switching out the wheels and having the exterior detail finished. I dealt with John Nishita and couldn't have been happier! I was greeted by him in the morning and he couldn't have been nicer. He wrote down any and all concerns I had on my car, got me checked in, had a rental waiting for me and got me on my way. It was such a smooth process. I come from a family that has owned a body shop for over 25 years so my expectations were high when it came to the exterior detail of my new car. I know that black cars are never fun; however, I know the way that they can look if you have someone that knows what they are doing. I was thrilled after seeing the final result! Mercedes of Rocklin took every concern I had about my car and perfected it to show room quality. I couldn't be happier and I definitely won't be going to anyone else but John and Mercedes of Rocklin for all my service needs! Thanks!

Service was great...only one problem, with replacing a tire due to hazard. Was charged for it and shouldn't have been per agreement with Mr. Hunter many months ago. Now I am awaiting my refund of over $300...been 2 weeks today. Spoke with Mr. Moreno, said it shouldn't take 2 weeds. Hope it arrives soon!!!

Mention to the advisor of the warning on dashboard " Top up coolant" ," Check tire pressure",after service is done in 1 1/2 hours,they offered a car wash but I have to wait another 15 min. because there was 3 cars ahead of me so I have to decline because I have an appointment in 20 min,driving half way through the appointment the warning showed up again in my dashboard "Top up coolant" so I have to drive back to the dealership and I missed my other appointment.

Brandon Stevens at Mercedes Benz Rocklin Service is a top notch manager. He is always able to accommodate my appointments, he communicates well and bottom line - he gets the job done. I always am happy with my car's service and it looks like brand new when I leave the service center. The staff there is amazing from the moment I drive my car in to the service bay and up until I check out and pay. I drive 45 minutes to just go here because it far outside of Sacramento. I could go to a closer location, but I choose to frequent this location because of their outstanding service. I always recommend this Mercedes Dealers to friends in the No Cal area.

I always find the staff helpful and friendly at Mercedes of Rocklin. They make taking your car in for service as easy and fast as possible. They send you notes and updates to let you know your car needs to go in for service and you can get an appointment right away. They have a nice place you can sit and wait for your car. I had a question and stopped by after my car was serviced and someone came out and fixed it for me in 5 minutes. The car always comes out clean and sparkling with the seat adjusted the way it was when you brought it in.

A tire went flat while I was driving and I needed a replacement. I was taken care of immediately even though I did not have an appointment. I was made to feel comfortable while I waited. My car was returned quickly and ready to go. They even went out of their way to wash up a spot on the floor where coffee had spilled when the tire went flat and jarred the car. I really appreciated the service members going above and beyond!

We are new to the area, coming from Silicon Valley, where everything is rush, rush, rush. And good service is the exception, rather than the norm. Often the times when things are promised would come and go, and often we would be calling to ask if our vehicles were ready for pick up. From the time I contacted Isis in customer service to set the appointment to the time we picked up the car we enjoyed every aspect of the service from Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. The car was ready when promised, the speed in which our car was serviced; the call from Brandon, letting us know the car was ready. Jim gave us some interesting insight on obeying the speed limits here in town, while taking us back and forth in the courtesy shuttle.

This is our second vehicle purchased from MBZ Rocklin in the past nine months. We always look here first when looking for a vehicle to purchase. We have worked extensively with James Reemts, and also worked with Zach Will. Both were very supportive in helping us look at different MBZ models, both SUVs and sedans for purchase. After extensive test drives and several hours of deliberation we chose a CPO 2014 C250. This vehicle came equipped with most of our desired options, and we added navigation and parktronic to complete our list of options. My Wife and I are overall pleased with the professionalism of the dealership personnel, and quality of the buying experience. I recommend MBZ Rocklin for a superior car buying experience for MBZ and other fine pre-owned vehicles.

I initially went to MB-Rocklin "just to look". I made it clear to the sales rep Ted that I was not purchasing that day. Afterwards I received no hassling phone calls or emails. About three weeks later when we were ready to purchase I immediately called Ted and he made sure we were taken care of. Between him and Brian, we were treated with respect and felt the transaction was honest. It was sort of like shopping at Nordstrom. Delighted beyond our expectations. Now we have a beautiful car and it has great mojo because of the two guys we bought it from!

Justin contacted me to buy my c230. Justin informed mb is interested in my vehicle for one of their clients. i told Justin that rocklin is over an hour away from my home so I did not want to waste mb time nor my time for driving an hour ther and an hour back if their purchase price is near my asking price. Justin insisted I bring the car in because his manager had to drive the car to make a fair value. We talk back and forth for three days and finally he was willing to give me an estimate over the phone based on features I provided and the understanding the the vehicle had no mechanical or cosmetic issues. He quoted me 9-12 k which was too far from my asking price so I obligely declined seeing him since his high offer was too low. I rather keep the car. He then later insisted that if I came he can talk to his manager and get me near my asking price which is near 15000 with a variance of a couple hundred bucks sine he assumed mb would resale the car on their lot for 18-19k. So I made accommodations to take the car to mb of rocklin. I met justin and he looked at the car for ten minutes and didn't have anyone test drive the car. He came back and and gave me an estimate of 9,xxxx don't remember the exact amount because I was so upset that he mislead me and dragged me out to rocklin hour away from home on my one day off of the week.I asked for his manger and Eric came out. I explain to Eric that if mb cannot offer me the asking price, why insist to bring the customer in? He had no answer but simple apologies which does not solve any of my problems. After half an hour of arguing my disinterest in the service he was then willing to give me an extra 1k to their offer which was still way too low from what I wanted. In the end, his excuse was Justin is still new, young kid who worked for mb for two years and was promoted into sales from being a porter. My impression is if he is the manager, he needs to train his staff or not bring inexperience people to drive across town to just give a low ball answer. His manager didn't even need to test drive the car, so already I was lied to bring the car because the manager needed to see the car. I told Justin before I left carmax offered me higher that his high so if mb can't do anything then lets move one so i dont need to come. But when you give a customer the wrong impression it makes me honestly think twice about rocklins service. I cannot even trust buying a mb from them. I am an owner of 2 e classes and 1 c class and now no longer a proud owner. You figure paying premium prices for a car you get premium service. Makes me think twice of ever buying a mb again.

I recently had a great experience at Von Housen, Mercedes Benz, Rocklin, CA. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and Robert C., Salesman, helped me out greatly. I responded by telling him, I felt like a "Superstar" in the vehicle while driving it along the highway and in town!" The vehicle gave me a different "persona" in a good way. 2011 C300 yeah baby!!! Love my new car!! Greeted quickly with no pressure (and didn't feel like road kill with vultures over us haha!) Loved our salesman Tom Emerson, got to meet the manager Bob Hunter, very nice, and the finance guy Andrew was VERY thorough, maybe too much, that took some time but wasn't to painful! lol! Over all good experience.

I visited the dealership recently to look at a ML350 and the dealership was clean but the sales people were high pressure, and not very helpful. There was a sales Manager named bob who was very rude and told us if we didn't like the deal we could just get out. I went to fairfield and bought a new Ml350 and was treated with respect, those guys in rocklin are sharks not salesman.

When you walk into this dealership it makes you feel like you are in a fun exciting place. The moment I was greated by a "welcome to Mercedes of Rocklin, what are we celebrating today" I new I was in a different place. No over head loud speakers. This is not the Automall. You will never find a shark like mentality here in Rocklin. I was very impressed by a sales man named Ted, he took the time to set my Bluetooth in my car I didn't even buy from him.

I was not expecting to purchase a car today when I walked into Mercedes of Rocklin. I ended up leaving with a new E350 and I love my car. James Reemts and Ted were the perfect salesman. They understood my needs and found me the right color and price I was looking for. I have visited both Fairfield and walnut creek Mercedes and they are not close to what you get in Rocklin. Thank you guys!!!

We purchased a new GLK from Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. I was a HORRIBLE experience. These guys have the mentality and customer service of a used car lot during the 80's, not the experience you would expect from a new Mercedes dealer. This was the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. We even sent several letters to complain to the owner and the general sales manager. The horrible tactics and treating their customers poorly come strait from the owner, he refused to even speak with us. He has had a monopoly on the market owning the Rocklin ,Sacramento, and El dorado hills store. We are taking our vehicle to Fairfield Mercedes and after visting their store and speaking with their staff I highly recommend them. John Menig and Bob Hunter were terrible and dishonest!

I was just checking out the new c coupe for fun. The sales person James knew I was only looking and he was most professional. Before I left I was introduced to Eric who was also very pleasant. I wish they would reopen the Bistro :(.

My Husband and I am expecting our first child. We decided to lease a Mercedes GL for the safety factor. Our Sales Person was James Reemts, he made the entire transaction simple, quick, and fun. We love our new GL and would recommend Mercedes of Rocklin to all of our friends. I will be returning to James in two years for my next vehicle. The one thing that really took me back is when I emailed James at 10pm to ask a question and I recieved a response three minutes later, what great customer service he gives to his customers.

Dishonest, rude and worst customer service ever experienced. We knew exactly the car we wanted and were coming in to sign contract and purchase. Robbie told us the car was on the lot. We had email and text message confirmation that the car was there. We triple checked before driving over an hour and when we arrived at dealer the car was not there. In its place was a crafty bait and switch maneuver. We asked to speak to sales manager, Aeron Taylor. We expressed our frustration having been lied to. His response was "we do millions of deals here and I can't keep track of each customer. We sell 200 cars a day..." We then showed him the emails and text message where his dealers lied. He refused to look at them and yelled at us that his salesmen don't lie. He then had the audacity to ask us if he could sell us a car...the classic bait and switch into a higher priced model. We told him we prefer to take our business elsewhere where there was actually integrity and customer service. He then stated again that they sold hundreds of cars a day and they were one oif the top dealers in the country. He was do completely rude to us and could not care less about our frustration. Aeron Taylor and Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin have left us with a very mad taste in our mouth for Mercedes! After reading other reviews, this obviously is common practice for this dealer. This unethical dishonest behavior is obviously part of Mr Von Housen's business model. Is this the true character of Mercedes Benz USA?

I recently had a major issue with my ML350, the horn kept going off when I would drive. I bought the car from my sister. I called the dealership after hours and was fortunate enough to reach James. He was very helpful in getting me a loaner vehicle for the night and making sure I would be contacted by a service person in the morning.

My husband and I walked into the show room on a Sunday afternoon to look at a vehicle. Business was obviously slow that day because we were the only customers there. When we walked out, I was turned off by 5 of the 6 salesmen that were still lounging back on the sofa that sits in the middle of the show room.. We were done shopping at that particular dealership when we realized we knew more about the vehicle we were looking at than the salesman who was assisting us at the time. He did admit he was fairly new and apologized for informing us incorrectly about certain functions of the vehicle. That's why I was shocked to see the other salesman just lounging on the couch watching the Sunday football game, instead of helping/overlooking the "new guy". I was surprised the dealership even allowed this new salesman on the floor 1) without completely knowing the product, and 2) at the very least not having someone shadow him.

I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Rocklin to any and everyone. The Sales department is one of the most professional and respectful I have ever done business with. I love the fact I can look at every car in the showroom without going out into the heat. I spent a good three hours deciding on what car I wanted. I was offered refreshments within five minutes of being greeted and at one point I needed to get a bite to eat, Jim told my husband and I to get a bite to eat and he would get the bill, what a smart idea to put a Bistro 33 in a dealership. If you have a chance to stop by do so. This is dealership is the sharpest I have ever seen. Money well spent!!!Melody

As a consumer that has purchased and leased new vehicles from Lexus, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, Ford and Dodge - I expected a Mercedes dealer to treat me at least as well as I had been treated in the past. I had never had a negative experience at an auto dealership until now. The sales and management staff at the Rocklin Mercedes dealership were rude, pushy and disrespectful. They were completely unwilling to correct thier wrong doings so we have retained an attorney and are proceding with legal action. We couldn't possible be any more dissapointed with this experience and will not ever consider another Mercedes (this was our fifth) as a result of this experience. Very Unfortunate!

Sales: above average due to outstanding inventory, although had to beg for $15 keychain after purchasing new $150,000 SL600. 20-something sales person "explained" all features (COMAND, telephone, Navigation, etc.) at 300 word per minute rate and didn't ask/care if I understood. No one from dealership EVER called to see if I enjoyed was happy with car. (I still receive annual birthday cards from Lexus dealership 8 years after my wife purchased her car there !)SERVICE: Excellent from Daniel at El Dorado dealership. Enthusiastic, responsive and honest. Actually cares !Below average from Mercedes service center in Rocklin (also owned by Von Housen). Downmarket experience from initial fast-food counter service writers, and service/repairs/parts NEVER completed correctly the first time. After pre-paying in full took 4 months to obtain extra car key, when key finally arrived never was told it was in, after inquiring, parts tech joked I should be paying him rent for storing the key. Not appreciated. Feels like Ford/GM service with MBZ prices.
