Another exceptional sales experience at Mercedes Benz of Santa Rosa! The entire experience was first class from arrival to driving off in my new car. Randy in sales was warm, knowledgeable, and anticipated needs before they arose. Communication was excellent, I received a very fair value on my trade, and the pricing was highly competitive. There’s something to be said about doing business with a family dealership. There’s no need to go anywhere else. Side note, there’s no better service department too. Tiffany knows Mercedes-Benz inside and out and I’ve never been pressured into any unneeded work. Nick who heads up the service department is one of the reasons I’m on my 11th Mercedes- I feel like I’ve got a friend in the business.

This Dealership has the best Service Department of any car dealership in California. This is an independent family owned dealership that focuses on the customer. We have purchased 2 cars from them and they perform all of our service. The service department is reason enough to purchase a Mercedes. Prompt, efficient, thorough and safe. They are strictly following Covid Safety Guidelines keeping their customers and staff safe.. We left the dealership today feeling wonderful knowing our vehicles were serviced properly and were cleaned to perfection after that service.

Had the AEM done on my Sprinter at a different dealer back home in SoCal. On the way up for our trip I got the dreaded 10 start count down do to a def leak. I brought it here hoping that it would be covered my Mercedes, unfortunately it wasn't. The repair was going to be pretty expensive, and the shop that had completed the modification agreed to repair it, but I had to get it back to them. Nick let me keep the Sprinter there all week, and we got a rental from Enterprise next door. When I picked up the van yesterday, they had reset the computer for the count down so we could get home. When I went to pick it up, they didn't charge me a dime, not even to troubleshoot, which is unheard of these days. I highly recommend Nick Stauer and his service department for all your needs at Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa.

I had to give it a star but if it would have been up to me it would have been no star. Parked in there lot, walked around for 30 minutes. Nobody offered to help us or even acknowledge us so I took my business elsewhere. Oh, and made a great purchase elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

We bought a 2016 E 400 on 12/18/2015 and after a while we were waiting for the MBZ Financial to show up in our computer but it never came. Come to find out MBZ Santa Rosa General Manager called us on 1/22/2015 to inform us that our personal information was stolen. MBZ Santa Rosa claimed that they have deposited the Federal Express envelope that contained all our personal information on the "customer loan application" which was delivered to a Federal Express pick up box on Dowd Drive in Santa Rosa, CA. You would think that since they are dealing with customers personal information that they would have Federal Express pick up the package at their facility. But to make more money they chose the cheapest route. It's really sad that a MBZ dealer would be so irresponsible. Now our world has turned upside down. I would recommend not to buy from this dealership.

The worst service center of all. We had to go back three times to fix the air conditioning which refused to cool down. They never fixed it, and we had to pay for the freon charge each time. Finally found another mechanic who found THREE leaks in the air conditioning system and fixed it. <br><br>Now we've been back there 3 times to get a diesel leak fixed. First time was two years ago. Then the same problem showed up last week. They found a gazillion other things that were "wrong" with the car and charged us several thousand bucks. Three days later, we're back because diesel was still leaking and there was a puddle in the garage. On my way home, I started to hear these horrendous noises in the back of the car (like driving over potholes). Turns out there was something wrong with the vacuum seal or something. I almost choked when they wondered how that could have passed "quality control." I think it's presumptuous of them to think they have any quality control at all!<br><br>This entire experience has soured me with Mercedes Benz. I don't think they're worth half the money you pay for their cars.

Typical slimey slippery sales tactics one would expect at a used car corner lot, rather than a MB dealer. After being told there was just one left in the entire state of the particular model I was looking for, another MB dealer found 3 (three) of them available at the MB Vehicle Distr. Center. After I cancelled the deal there where feeble attempts at intimidation and invoking guilt on my part. Please!!! All in all the experience left too many question marks in my mind to be comfortable buying from Smothers.
