This December I made my 17th purchase of a Mercedes. Only drove Mercedes since my return from Vietnam when I was 21. The Woodlands dealership goes to great strides to make every customer feel special. They make you feel like family and the facility is first class. I've purchased cars from different dealers over the past few decades and only had them serviced by an authorized Mercedes facility. This is the best I've ever been to.

This place was a huge breath of fresh air. Have been to a number of other dealerships in the area looking for a quality Certified Pre-Owned car. This dealership was head and shoulders above the rest! When I started the car shopping process Mercedes Benz wasn't even a consideration. After months of frustration with local BMW, Audi and Volvo dealers, decided to just "check out" the new Mercedes dealership next to Costco. So glad I did! Katelyn Herrin was superb. The dealership is new, well light and very impressive. Haven't experience service yet but the amenities look great. Oh, and the car is great as well. Thanks - great job!

We purchased our new GLE400 from Mike Stahl at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands and the process was flawless. This is our 5th MB through the years but our first from the new Woodlands facility. This will be our "go to" dealer and sales person for the future. It's a beautiful, ultra-modern facility with sales and service staff to match.

Overall the dealership is great, people are friendly and our sales person Rosario Fernandez did an exceptional job in helping with our purchase. We were introduced to all senior managers within the facility during our visit in order to welcome us to the Mercedes-Benz family and make us feel at home. I would recommend all my friends and family to visit Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands if they want a caring environment and a great facility and to Rosario for an efficient and fast service.

My wife and I primarily worked with Anthony Surface in sales and Arturo Gutierrez in finance with amazing service attitudes! Although, the whole staff was friendly as well and we will definitely continue to purchase with Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands in the future. Everything was completely straight forward and there were no hidden costs in our contract.. not like other horror stories that you hear about. The service and vehicle prices are not even as high as we thought. We recommend that everyone at least give them a shot, if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Every so often we venture out to buy a new car, dreading the experience. We began a tour of dealerships to review make and model choices. We wanted to be informed, to be presented with choices and to feel like we were being listened to. Mercedes of the Woodlands was our third dealership of the day and it was obvious the moment we were greeted, that this was going to be different. Our salesman was Michael Larremore. His knowledge of product, attention to our criteria, concern for quality, and a pride in his dealership's approach to service was exceptional. It was the most enjoyable buying experience we have had. This is the first time I ever thought to describe car buying as fun. We are demanding customers, and Michael was patient and shared our attention to detail and finish.

Jim Fraser was terrific. I was buying the car remotely - got all the details from Jim ahead of time - everything was as promised. Arrived at the dealership and the car was ready and waiting. Took a test drive and then closed the deal. No pressure. Everything was painless and easy. Just as it should be :)

I saw a 2011 E350 convertible on the website of Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands so stopped by to take a look. I really wasn't expecting to make a purchase that day. I had been researching for the last year this model. I was looking for a clean low mileage car in my wife's prefered colors of white, black, or silver. This car only had 12,000 miles and looked very clean. Once I got to the dealership I was very impressed with the car. This is when I met Nick Boustan. He was very professional, not pushy, and answered all my questions. I had a strong notion of what I was willing to pay for the car and as I mentioned above had been researching for some time. They got very close to my # and since the car was so clean and the super low miles I felt this was the car and deal to make. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. Nick was great and he helped me surprise my wife by letting me borrow a large bow to place on the hood of the car when she got home. I couldn't get my wife to the dealership for a review of all operations of the car so Nick offered to stop by our house and run through the info with us about a week later. He helped us set up the electronics and things like the garage door and gate openers. I'd say this was over and above his job duties. Lastly, Paula Alpha did a great job taking me thru and explaining the finance process and options available to me. Thanks again for everytning, John

Reached out to Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands via their website initially, and promptly received a response from Mike Steele, the Internet Sales Manager. He was very friendly and answered my initial questions, and then we headed into the dealership later that week. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and worked with Katelyn Herrin as well as Mike Steele throughout the buying process (mind you I wasn't anticipating to actually drive home with a car that day!). Everyone was very easy to work with, and the dealership is awesome...the extra perks aren't bad either (massages, ice cream!, free car washes). I am pleased with our experience, and glad that there's such a great Mercedes dealership in the neighborhood. I've purchased a few cars in my life, and it always was such a hassle, and I never felt like the sales team actually "cared" about the individuals they were selling the vehicles to. All the people I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I was happy (and comfortable if I had to wait on anything)! Less dealership feel, more luxury concierge service feel.
