From the first test drive of a C300 on the lot until I accepted delivery of the C300 I ordered, the salesaman and everyone else in the dealership was friendly and helpful, and they called my by name. The salesman, Keith Green, continues to call to make sure I am happy with the car. When I accepted delivery of the car, Keith stayed with me until I was comfortable with the features on the car. I am very happy with the way I was treated at this dealership.

Contacted sales at Leigh to get a quote on a C250 lease or buy for my wife. I was contacted and promised a quote via email. A week later I got a call asking how things went. Told the sales associate that I never received the quote yet. Was promised again to get the quote but never did. 3 weeks later we finally went to local BMW and got my wife a new car. I am a long term Mercedes customer (1980's) and it appears to me that the "Star" used to shine a lot brighter. My experience with ordering parts is not the greatest either. I had 3 less than ideal experiences at this dealership now and there won't be a fourth. Birmingham is only an hour ...

Even among Mercedes dealerships, Leigh Automotive is exceptional! Recently, I was shopping for a new car and they had no problem with me test driving a number of different vehicles. They ran checks of inventory within the region looking for specific options for me. They were friendly and great to deal with. From a sales perspective, Daniel was great to work with. He followed up and worked out a great deal on the perfect vehicle. Bob in the finance area was just as great to work with. And as I was replacing a Mercedes vehicle, I know that John in Service is a tremendous person to work with. While there is a dealer nearer to me, this dealer is worth the exta 30 or so miles I travel!

After dealing with both Crown and MB of South Atlanta, I decided to give my hometown dealer a try on a new car. I have used Leigh MB for service on my vehicles for the past 15 years but always thought that I could get a better deal on a new car by buying out of town. I was really wrong! Leigh not only matched the best deal but beat it by a few hundred dollars to keep my business local. I'll definitely contact Leigh first for my next new vehicle. I have to mention that their service department goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my issues are resolved. It's the attention to detail that makes the difference between average customer service and excellence.
