I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Ardit for your next car. We had a number of attractive options at rival companies but decided to come back to MB because of the positive experience we had with Ardit. He illustrated the strengths of the product without turning us off with overly aggressive sales techniques and was at all times respectful putting us very at ease and making it an easy decision to do business. We needed a specific car on a tight time frame and he got it delivered for the precise day that worked best. He even came an picked us up after we disposed of our old vehicle across town.

Had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of White Plains. I had the pleasure of working with Youssef Makkaoui. He is a gentlemen and is extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest and polite. I live in Montclair, New Jersey and have been in the market for purchasing an SUV since 2014. I purchased a Certified Preowned fully loaded 2014 GL 550 from this dealership. Youssef made the entire process enjoyable and fun. He explained each vehicle feature with simplicity, which helped remove the fear of the unknown. MBWP is the absolute best for service! I had my car towed to them Friday night after hitting a HUGE pothole. Saturday afternoon Kelly gave me a call to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was so surprised with how quickly they handled the situation especially since it was so LAST minute and on a Saturday at that. Kelly was so professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She was a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for service to everyone.

Peter Bassani is a well seasoned sales representative but as a professional he goes much farther. But first, the entire dealership makes clients feel comfortable. It was quite apparent and easy to see all those we encountered were on the same page. Hats off to Management for that accomplishment. In my mind, not everyone coming in to a Mercedes Benz Dealership is purchasing a Maybach S600, me being one of them. Nevertheless all clients are treated as we were. That philosophy, is readily apparent with all the personnel you meet at Mercedes Benz of White Plains NY and it is not only refreshing but truly wonderful.As for Peter Bassani, my sales representative, I can tell you Peter makes it not only painless but his experience and care for his clients starts the minute you sit down with him and explore all the possibilities of your upcoming purchase or even just your exploration of the possibility of owning a Mercedes Benz. The customer service and prompt attention are great when you arrive. There is very little wait time and your car is ready when you arrive to pick it up. BThe windshield was replaced and I was concerned about finding a new set of adhesives to mount the EZ pass. When I got into the car I found the adhesives there waiting for me. It's the little things and the attention to details that are very much appreciated including quality workmanship.I dropped in to see Bobby Ayo and he took his time to sit and answer questions about the new 2017 model. He is always so attentive and accommodating and honest. I so appreciate talking to a person whose opinion I can trust.

My Service Adviser Eric Kakacs is a master at getting my car in and out of the shop as quickly and cleanly as possible - and I mean cleanly in the literal sense. A free car wash with every service visit. It's very hard to beat! Eric is great with the paperwork as well, Everything just flows calmly and smoothly. He is well organized, courteous and prompt. I desired the new GLC SUV but test drove several vehicles in order to make that final decision. He made the purchase (lease) of my new car easy. As it turned out, there was an issue with the brand new car. MB of White Plains dealt with the issues of the car and my needs in the best way possible. The difference which separates this dealership from every other new/used cars sales experience is the people encountered in the service department. My sales experience was the same bait and switch with pricing and over promising and under delivering. The only reason I went back to Mercedes Benz of White Plains was Eric Kekacs in the service department, truly! His level of professionalism is the best I have come across. I have leased or bought 25+ cars in 20+ years, all new, and in the range from $60k to $165K, both foreign and domestic.In looking at the choices out there, the cars are all in the same range and quality. The true difference is who you deal with throughout your lease/warranty. That is inevitably the service people and that is where MB of WP shines. Eric and all those he put you in the hands of are exceptional! I am not sure the dealership realizes the value Eric and the other members of the team bring to the bottom line. If that experience changes I don't think I would tolerate the second rate sales experience that I encountered in the showroom.

I worked with Eric Kekacs to diagnose a Check Engine Light problem that another dealer had claimed to have repaired. Eric was in touch with me frequently throughout the day to keep me posted on the progress. He had the car repaired and found it was also 2.5 quarts low in oil despite being recently serviced when the problem was repaired by the other dealer. The oil was topped off and there was no charge for any of this service - which is fair because I paid for the service at the prior dealer.

It's relatively sad that I am writing this review because between my wife and I, we have bought roughly 7 or 8 Cars from this dealer. The Service department never lives up to the sales department. We have had multiple problems with the cars not being washed. One time the service person told my wife that I drove with the technician and couldn't recreate the problem. The fact was that I dropped the car off and then had to go back to meet with them again because they fixed the downshifting error with the vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle that was almost empty and not vacuumed out after it came back to the service shop. If it wasn't for the fact that this service station wasn't 5 miles from my house, I wouldn't have given them so many chances. I can believe that this place is there high standard for Mercedes, how bad are the other ones?

First of all, I want to say that I don't live near MB White Plains. There are at least 10 other MB dealers closer to me. I consider myself an experienced car buyer, and have visited many dealerships over the years and observed how each one of them treats customers. MB WP is truly a nice find, which is proven by their ratings here. I decided to buy from MB WP, not only because they gave me a great deal, but also their willingness to work with me to find the car I wanted with the specific specs. Since the 2016 GLC just came out less than a month ago, the cars were selling like hot cakes, so it was not an easy task to find one. Christina Alonge was my sales rep and Kelly Cochrane was the sales manager. Both were very professional and, throughout the negotiation process (it was long and hard), they continued to treat me with the utmost respect. Christina and Kelly are truly valuable assets to the MB WP organization. Christina was very persistent and worked really hard to make the deal happen. At the end, she was able to swap the car from another dealership a few states over and have it ready for delivery right before my family trip over the holidays. It was much appreciated. Christian Quiroz from the Parts department was also great and very professional. In summary, it was a very pleasant experience for my very first MB purchase and I am glad I did with MB White Plains!

I am a Mercedes Benz customer since 1996; I was trying to introduce MB great service and durable products to my son, Anthony (20 years old bragging about BMW).Unfortunately, Michael Livia proved me wrong that day that I visited the MB of White Plains.Most Horrible and Unprofessional Experience I had never anticipated to endure.Michael refused to meet with me and my son claiming that he is busy, Carla set-up the appointment and followed up to confirm.Arrived 5 min. before my appointment (1:00 P.M. August 21, 2015), was greeted at the front desk and asked to have a seat.Michael was standing at the corner with couple sales persons chatting and they look like they are getting ready to go to lunch.The front desk person approached me saying that Michael is busy can someone else help me.It was such an embarrassing moment in front of my son; I refused and departed with a horrible feeling.It took me 3 months to convince Anthony that Mercedes Benz exceeds other brands in service and durability. Last Saturday he just got his first MB (Amazing Heads-up display) along with mush respect and courtesy from another location.I have promised the sales person to send a letter to MB to compare my experience with the two dealerships.I only decided to visit this dealership because of Carla's tremendous way of follow-up and courtesy. (Thank you Carla*****)Carla has made every possible efforts to apologize for this incident, unfortunately, I didn't feel like talking about it any longer. Also she congratulated me on the New purchase along with her best wishes that Anthony to enjoy his new toy.Also I was contacted by Raymond Costello to follow up with my visit along with a million apologies for the misunderstanding. In order for him to restore the image for the sales department and the service he invited Anthony to visit the dealership for any and all future services required. We took his offer seriously and Anthony brought his new car for New York inspection and Raymond has demonstrated the ultimate courtesy for the visit and provided Anthony with super-class accommodations and introduced him to some of his great staff members in both the sales and service department. This was a total restoration to the relationship and the good faith of the White Plains dealership. We will return in the future for any need to White Plain's dealership after believing that this incident was a single misfortune that clearly will not occur again. Mr Bruno Parisi was very unprofessional & did deal with him New GL450 for my disabled Mother as gift ChristmasTime 2015 so I didn't get it . He was real liar & dishonest attitude . Christina Alonge was the 'face' of the MB of WP dealership where we recently purchased a CPO 2014 C300. She listened to our requirements and had a car that met them waiting for me. As it turns out, someone beat me to that particular car but Christina wasn't about to give up the sale. I also visited two other MB dealerships between our home and White Plains but what brought us back was the professionalism displayed by everyone we encountered, the fact that they listened to our needs and they worked hard for our business. The only main problem was it took a very long time practically all day and I did not expect it or had a alternate vehicle to leave and come back in. This is my first time buying a Mercedes Benz (though I have owned other luxury cars, i.e. BMW, Volvo) and I must say, I have been thoroughly pleased and impressed with my experience. I was interested in a particular pre-owned vehicle andI spoke with Alex Cesarini, who was very proactive in helping me secure a deposit on the vehicle (as there were other buyers who were also interested). Because it's difficult for me to answer the phone and check my e-mail during the day, the fact that we were able to communicate via text was monumental in helping me purchase this car. In fact, I spent the rest of the day negotiating financing via text message! Furthermore, I'm always able to reach him via text whenever I have questions about the car and I get a response within minutes. It's this type of personalized and concierge service that I feel really sets Alex and this dealership apart from the rest! My experience was essentially flawless.

It was a pleasure to work with Alex and the White Plains team.The lease on our ML350 was expiring and we started to reach out to multiple deals in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut area. Of all the dealers and agents with which we spoke Alex and White Plains was the one that truly made car buying an "enjoyable" experience while delivering the best price/value for the vehicle we were searching for.All the other dealers went through the normal new car buying sales practice - which you would think at Mercedes would not be the case - but it was. At other dealers we were told the usual that our car was very much in demand, that the color we wanted was in very limited supply, that our list of features would be difficult to find, etc....Alex and White Plains were the only ones that were positive: "I am sure we will be able to find something that fits your needs at the price point you desire", kept us continuously up to date on the progress and when they finally did find something that worked for us - made the process easy and seamless even as we were traveling on vacation! When we finally came in late one evening to pick up the vehicle (GL450) all the staff at White Plains were very pleasant - even as our three year old had a melt down because we had been travelling back from vacation the previous day and he had not had his proper naps. Everyone was very supportive and tried to cheer him up as he sat in the other cars in the showroom and they potentially created a new future Mercedes owner! I cannot recommend Alex Antigua and the White Plains team - not only for making the experience pleasant and very professional but in the end providing us with the best deal from the 6+ dealers we spoke with during our shopping process.Thanks Alex!

I believe quality probably summarizes my experience at MB of White Plains. My service needs have been met by Jose Castilla with promptness, attentiveness, and care. He has been diligent in keeping me apprised of the progress of service performed on my car, which was a great benefit in allowing me to schedule subsequent work activities. I found him to be amiable, understanding and a pleasure to do business with. Rarely does one look forward to having to wait in a service area of a dealership. It was time to trade my 2014 GL450 2014 as I was nearing lease expiration. Peter Makaj of Pepe Motors White Plains handled the prior transaction and I contacted him to help me through the transition. He was tireless in his search for a car that would meet our needs and particularly helpful when I asked for explanation of the fact that a V-8 was no longer offered in the GL 450 model. I thought that would be a non-starter but Peter was able to both technically and from a user view explain the transition and provide performance assurance for the new engine design. I am happy to report that this is my third "C" Class lease with Mercedes-Benz of White Plains in the last 7 years and I am always amazed how pleasant my experience has been. Tom Chen is an outstanding representative of MB. A first class guy, always very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating about my questions and needs. I researched several 2015 new cars and Tom put together a great mileage package for me that not only fit my budget but the car was loaded with many very desirable high end safety and AMG sports options. Everyone I worked with regarding my purchase at the agency had a "can do attitude" to make it happen. Believe me it could of been complicated because I live in California! Also, the car I purchased was a rare S 63 Coupe. I would highly recommend my sales rep Frank Omidi who did great keeping the deal going forward at all times. I came there to buy the car from Marko from whom I had bought before. He introduced me to Alex who turned out to be very friendly and welcoming right from the start. Youssef Makkaoui listened to my needs, was very attentive and made every attempt to deliver. This was my first time at Mercedes Benz of White Plains and everyone was amazingly helpful, from the second you walk through the front doors you are warmly greeted by receptionists, they then lead you over to the sales representative (Youssef), after deciding on the car, Kris Los from the finance department was AMAZING! He clearly explained each and every package option available even quoting the payment plans for each! I can't imagine doing this over an over again for each customer! By far this has been my favorite purchase of 2015 and the perfect early Birthday gift. My sales rep Youssef Makkaoui was great and very attentive. I walked in thinking I wanted a particular vehicle but he helped me explore my options. My entire experience was amazing. I felt important & special, he even worked out the best numbers that fit my budget. Hands down the best car experience ever and I love my new car that even named it "Butter" because of the smooth richness of the ride. Everyone should feel this special when purchasing a new vehicle. It takes forever to reach the service person and the shop is only open from Mon-Friday and the person is not in office on Friday and we ended up not able to pick up the car for the weekend. No one answers for the repair for the entire Friday despite we left multiple voice mail and sent emails.

My experiences with buying cars has always been a horror show but after the AMAZING service I just had I have to give a BIG shout out to the White Plains dealership and their sales team for turning my horror shows into a dream come true! It started with a conversation and ended with me driving away with a NEW E350 RED BOW and all!!I have been dreaming of driving a Mercedes since well before I could even drive. Ive bought other brands always believing that I couldn't afford a Mercedes but I was clearly just not talking to the right car dealer. A friend of mine referred me to this dealership and told me to ask for Yousef Makkaoui because he was the most "informative, up front salesmen" that he had ever bought a car from. Based on that statement alone I felt like I had to call to see if it was true.I still can't believe that Mr. Makkaoui is actually a car salesmen. He was the complete opposite of all my other experiences. He returned my call within an hour and sent me 4 different links to look at online. When I went in to test drive the car he was so friendly and informative that I kept thinking what is the catch? There was no catch. He took the time to explain in fine detail what my car was worth and WHY, what types of Mercedes and extra options I could afford within my budget and WHY, as well as what different financial arrangements I could choose from and the pros and cons of each. I feel like I not only bought a car but paid for a lesson on car purchasing 101. Even his manager Mr. Castello took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy before putting the purchase through. No rush, No pressure, No tricky sales tactics. Just options and information to make MY decision. I picked up my dream car the next day and to make it even better they both surprised me with the giant Red Bow on top. Our prior lease was up at the end of June and given low mileage that we put up we considered both a purchase off the lease and a new lease options. There is a nearer dealership so I was planning to visit both for pricing. Happened to connect with Bobby Crosby in White Plains and he was great! My wife and I were looking at MB GL63s across the country and found one we liked at MB of White Plains. We live outside of Washington DC. We wanted to trade-in our car but weren't sure how that would be possible since we lived out of state. It started with making an appointment and telling Erik which car I was interested in. When my wife and I showed up, the car was front and center waiting for us, and Alex was designated to help us. My Whole Story: Alex Antigua of Mercedes-Benz White Plains was the first dealer I came into contact with, while I was tagging along with my brother-in-law in his search for a ML 350. Alex found him a great car and he is now happily part of the Mercedes-Benz family. My first impressions of a Mercedes dealership were overall good and that it was fitting of a high-end luxury brand, but nothing that blew me out of the waters. It wasn't until I began my very own search for a Mercedes that I realized just how AMAZING Alex Antigua is. I began my search with the dealerships in the NYC area as I live farther from White Plains. But after visiting various showrooms, having conversations with many representatives, following up with phone calls and email exchanges, to be honest, none of the Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the NYC area lived up the standards I expected from a high-end luxury brand. Mediocre customer service, slow responses to emails and inquiries, and what I wanted to be a "fun" experience ended up being very frustrating. After being disappointed with my NYC experiences, I decided to give Alex a call. Best decision ever.He found me a C300 with exactly all the many specific options I wanted without any additional unwanted options and we were able to settle a deal in less than an hour on the phone - there was no beating around the bush or gimmicky sales tactics and he gave me a great deal on the car (it really makes the process easier and faster if you show you're a serious buyer and just be honest as Alex is really a great guy). There was a problem mid-way through the purchasing process which greatly upset me, but Alex went above and beyond to resolve the issue and did whatever he could to make sure my car-buying experience was something to still be excited for. The car was delivered within 2 weeks and a even a weekend ahead of schedule. For some reason, no other dealer in NYC were able to find a car exactly as I wanted it anywhere in the country or would have taken at least two months to deliver one from the factory - somehow Alex worked his magic. He was also very accommodating and drove to Brooklyn to pick up me to White Plains for my new car. The drive up to White Plains was a blast just joking around and having pleasant conversation and he made sure to give his undivided attention by holding off on his work calls. Even weeks after driving off in my gorgeous new car, Alex is still following up with me to make sure I'm still satisfied with everything. The vehicles and sales team allow the cars to sell themselves, and are there to embrace your questions or concerns with no judgement. Prior to my purchase, I'd often walk in the show room and "admire" the range of products, particularly their AMG display. One random stroll down the floor, I fell in love with a black CLA-45 AMG. I immediately requested Frank Omidi (whom I knew from prior interactions) and witnessed as he shared in my excitement for the test-drive. An hour later, I put a down payment to secure my purchase. From the moments leading up this event, to the present day of pleasurable follow-ups and exchanges, it has been an absolute dream of an experience. I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Frank Omidi, whom will continue to see the business of those I recommend and myself, personally. He has great patience, a solid attitude and unassuming demeanor that make him a tremendous asset both for the company and customer. Over in the service department, Mr. Bill Skorvanek is a great resource prior to and after your purchase. He welcomes your calls and is profoundly generous with sharing his knowledge and appreciation of your vehicle with you. He is also extremely polite and professional, which goes for the entire department. Kelly Anderson took the time to go over my paperwork at great length, and made me feel excited about signing the loads of paperwork that comes with owning a gorgeous machine. Marko Cvitovac is a delight; he introduced himself several times, and upon one of my random walks through the showroom invited me to sit down and discuss the AMG product, and the benefits that come with it. In addition, I am in my late twenties, and am just now beginning to really flourish in my personal career. My husband and I had just come from an awful experience at BMW Westchester, and were hoping for better. Alex helped us and he was amazing. He was great at answering all of our questions, and he really spent the first 10 minutes getting to know us and what we wanted in a car, and made sure we test drove all models that would be applicable to our liking since all of them are different. I was impressed that Mercedes let's all clients test drive their AMG models. Alex was very accommodating and provided great service. He took the extra time to also find a car which also had an interior we were interested in so we could see it in real life as opposed to pictures. He wanted us to really experience what Mercedes was all about, and I was very impressed with the experience. It really was all hands on, and we will definitely be purchasing a new Mercedes in the near future. I would highly recommend Alex, he's extremely approachable, and really listens to your needs in a car. He has great knowledge on the vehicles we looked at, and really made the experience personal. I had a great experience buying my car from Alex Antigua at Mercedes of White Plains. Having done some research in advance, I knew which car I wanted and I had no appetite for a long drawn out process - Alex understood that and provided me a quote over the phone. We agreed on a price and I went in and purchased my car the next day; the whole transaction took less than an hour. He walked me through multiple financing options to get to the right answer for me. The delivery process was just as quick and smooth. My situation was unique this was for my dad who had heart surgery actual 2 surgeries last month and was recovering. And with his lease ending in a week needed a new lease but was unable too because of his recovery. I had to take care of it. I had called the dealership and by fate Youssef answered and from then on it was smooth sailing. Everything went without a hitch. Youssef is a man of his word, in addition to being compassionate and trustworthy. On phone he told me the 2 that were available for what my dad was looking for. I came in that day with my mom. We drove over an hour and half in traffic and it was worth it. After being loyal customers for many years at another mercedes benz dealership my family was looking for loyalty back so I researched this dealership and I called. We did everything we could that day getting paperwork started and then a few days later Youssef made a house call and drove my dad's new glk 350 to him and my dad signed all the paperwork from the comfort of his home. To me that's true dedication and compassion. My family and I are so grateful. I can not say enough great things about Youssef. From the moment I met Alex Antigua and the MB White Plains team I knew that I arrived at a dealership where I could expect great support - prompt, honest, and comforting.Alex helped me through the process of test driving, ordering and ushering me through the process of my new lease of a 2015 C300. When Alex was away on vacation, his colleague, Bobby Cosby, filled in with the same excellent attention which Alex had provided. Bobby took me for another drive a provided me with another tutorial and assisted with the paperwork process. The general sales manager, Raymond Costello, called me at home at night to answer questions I had about the C300 and timing of delivery and use of a loaner if timing didn't sync with expiration of my previous car of another manufacturer.Further, the respective national sales program discount in effect when I first was quoted a price was honored months later after I ordered my C300 and took delivery.Bob Carol was super efficient and helpful with all of my questions during the finance/insurance/maintenance program paperwork process - I appreciate the speed, accuracy and soft spoken approach. Great job by Chris Noe during his extended C300 tutorial and availability for all of my follow-up questions.I highly recommend MB White Plains for excellent attention and service - all are very knowledgable, upfront, soft spoken and incredibly helpful.Well done!

This is our 5th M-B and this has been the best experience we have ever had with any Mercedes-Benz dealership. Alex Antigua was, by far, the nicest salesman we have ever dealt with... and quite possibly, the most knowledgable. I make good use many times of the M-B website when searching for the late-model certified car that I want. I was undaunted by the fact that exactly what I wanted was at this dealership more than 100 miles from my home. To complete such a transaction successfully requires professionalism and sophistication on the part of the sales force. I found this completely in Alex Antigua, the salesperson with whom I dealt. He was professional, courteous, cooperative and knowledgeable. The entire deal, including a trade of my M-B, was negotiated via phone and email. They were even willing to come to my home to deliver their vehicle, complete the paperwork and pick up my trade. Because of peculiar circumstances that intervened I found it convenient to drive there. An unforeseen occurrence made delivery of their vehicle impossible that day and they called to let me know before I left. I offered to come up anyway to complete the transaction and deliver my trade if they would give me a loaner to drive home and then come to my house to deliver my new vehicle when it was ready. The dealership readily agreed. When we arrived we only had to wait a few minutes. Mr. Antigua completed all of the paperwork very quickly. We were instructed in the operation of our new vehicle. Only after we were satisfied that all was done to our satisfaction were we then provided with a brand new vehicle to drive home. When the repair to our new purchase and weather allowed its delivery, Mr. Antigua drove our new vehicle to our house, at a date and time of our convenience, and picked up the loaner. This is how car transactions can be done in 2015 but my experiences have established that it takes a cooperative and sophisticated dealership and sales force to do it. We are completely satisfied in all regards with our experience at White Plains with Mr. Antigua.

Making this purchase with Alex was just plesent, I couldn't feel more welcome while coming in the dealership. I also felt like more than a customer in the place, being asked if I needed anything to drink, or if I was hungry. Everyone seemed busy through the time I was there but will stop at a moments notice stop and talk to you no matter what it's about. all of my needs were met and then sum. While talking with Alex I felt like I was more than a customer to him, I actually felt like I wasn't just there to buy a car but to see people who enjoyed my company. When I came in to get a car I traded in my older ml 350 and got a brand new ml 400, the trade in price i got for my old car was exactly what I expected it to be and only took 5 minutes to get the best price for my car. The whole car buying experience only took about 45 minutes to buy. I will definitely be going back there if I was to get another mercedes.

From beginning to end the process was excellent. Tom Chen made me feel like a family member and made the negotiation process incredibly easy. I feel like I got a great deal on my GL450. I owe that to Tom and the rest of the team at MB White Plains for working hard to earn my business. I have been in a lot of car dealerships over the years and only a handful can offer an experience like MB of White Plains. In addition to offering me a great deal, they were very respectful of my time. With a demanding job and a family, I don't have hours to spend negotiating, filling out paper work, contacting insurance companies, etc, etc. Tom did all of this for me and was incredibly responsive over email and over the phone. All in all, I think i spent less than 2 hours between shopping, negotiating price and picking up the car. It's hard to do that and get a great deal, but Tom made it happen for me. If your life situation is similar to mine, then this is the place to shop and Tom Chen is the guy to talk to.

Ask for Peter Makaj. I've had the pleasure of working with Peter twice now. After the lease on my first vehicle from the dealership expired, I returned to test drive the 2015 C300. I was astounded that Peter remembered all of my personal preferences. He even remembered the details of our first test drive! You also get the sense that he genuinely loves Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The buying experience was unmatched, and the service experience is the best I've had with any other dealerships. A few months ago, the mirrors of my ML350 were stolen. And with some luck I found them at the Police Station while reporting the incident. I had a local shop reinstalling them so I can safely drive to the dealership, where Octavio went the extra mile seeing me without appointment and having the specialist working on my car right away. They were able to save one mirror as the other had the connections badly damaged, and was immediately replaced. I was in a major accident on Sunday and totaled my car from black ice and needed a vehicle in a short period of time. My two careers and graduate program would not be possible without a car. I went to two MB dealerships prior to White Plains and my experience before coming was very stressful and I felt unhappy. I came to White Plains on Wednesday and felt at home. Every single individual who walked passed me while I was waiting for my salesman, Alex Antigua, asked me if I needed assistance with anything or offered water, tea, etc. Alex is my ideal salesman! He gave me all the information I needed on my 2012 C-Class and was very professional and pleasant. I was still in alot of pain from my accident and needed time before deciding and he did not pressure me to make a decision, which I felt at the previous dealerships. I was out from work and the doctor's orders were to rest and I must say, this would not have been possible if i had to make many trips to the dealership. We worked with Bobby Ayo to lease a 2015 GL450 last month, and had a very pleasant car dealership experience. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, easy going, patient and fair are how I would describe Bobby, and he will work with you to get the car you want. At no point did we feel pressured, and the entire transaction was very transparent. We wanted a specific vehicle with certain options, and he was able to locate at another dealer's inventory and have transferred to White Plains. Follow up has been great. After taking delivery of the vehicle, we had a minor issue with the headrests fitting properly for my 10 year old, and Service Director Bill Skorvanek was equally professional and responsive in taking care of the issue for us. This dealer is a worth a visit if you're in the market for an MB, and I'd highly recommend Bobby to work with.

We started our hunt for a Benz passenger car initially in July when my wife relocate to US for her job in the city. Being new to the country, it has been a ride to deal with car buying from dealers, as there are a lot of dealers who keep on asking questions like what is your budget, when do you want to buy, do you want to lease the car, kind of pushy questions. We often feel it becomes a tricky game to answer each question, despite we did a lot of home work on the price check and buyers forum, we still are confronted with profit seeking sales agents and at one time, an agent at Chrysler Jeep at Yonkers even refused to give us his MSPR detailed sheet for the car, as we do not want to answer his questions and developed the conversation in his trained ways. We ended up walking out with our kids. The experienced changed with Frank, with whom we bought our first Benz car in Jul 2014. He was very thorough in his presentation of the features of the car, as well as the feedbacks of the car from buyers like us. He would tell you both the pros and cons of the car during the test drive. He was also not pushy at all with the sales after the test drive and give us plenty of time to think of the deal. He is someone who let the customers to decide what they want but also help to provide good advice based on facts. We ended up buying the first passenger car from Frank, after negotiating hard with another dealer at SilverStar at Queens. Time soon come that we would need a family SUV and we stopped at the dealership at White Plains again for their ML350. Again Frank was very thorough and he pulled out in front of us all the inventory and price. It is like an open book. After test driving and a lot of thinking, we finally decided to test drive a GL450. Frank was very patient and helped us test drive the car and let us know about the differences between the two, apart from the sizes and load etc. We finally decided to buy the GL450, and it was very late of the Saturday night. Frank tried to help us finish off everything but due to technical issues, we had to pick up the car Monday. Frank was very helpful throughout the process helping us with car checking, financing, car pick up, documents and manuals etc etc. We feel it is a transparent but informative process to buy the car with Frank. He has a genuine care for his customer, and not driven by the pure profits. We are very happy with our purchases of two Benz and would recommend to our friends if they want to buy a Benz car as well.

I am a devoted customer for life!!! I've been leasing from MB WP for a couple of years, and every time I sign a new lease, I keep getting a sweeter deal. Last time, I went in for maintenance, I struck up a conversation with Bruno Parisi, and ended up walking out with a new car that was of course, not only newer but the options were incredible, and to top it all off, less expensive than my prior lease. Mr. Parisi was a consummate professional and literally, "made me an offer I could not refuse." I left the dealership counting my blessings, I would recommend Mr. Parisi any day of the week, no pressure, and unfailingly polite. On Dec. 2, I walked in MB white plains for an urgent inspection and only could offer less than one and half hour. Jose met me friendly, listened to me patiently, and helped me very efficiently. All what I needed to do was just sitting in the warm resting area with a hot mocha. And I was very surprised by the end because I got my car inspected, washed and vacuumed, also the tire pressure had been corrected, in an hour! Highly appreciated and strongly recommended!BTW, the live chat online and talk over the phone before i went there were very friendly and effficient too.

I went to the dealer to look at a used Porsche 911 2006 C4s. The salespeople were at least honest enough to admit they didn't know much about the mechanics of the car. I appreciated that along with the fact that they called their sister Porsche dealership and the previous owner to find the answers to my questions about the car. This relates to my wife's new 2015 SLK, replacing her 21 year old SL which finally gave up the ghost. We have a long history of driving only Mercedes ( wife born and raised in Stuttgart and nephew a senior engineer at Mercedes ) and using M-B White Plains for Service and new car when needed. Very pleased with our experience in this new car acquisition. Everyone knowledgeable, friendly, etc. Car delivered exactly as we ordered it ( Alex C. very helpful in reviewing options when we ordered the car ) and delivered on time schedule promised. For first time we leased, but made entire 3 year lease payment upfront because of discount, rather than bought outright for cash ( our normal approach ), but with purchase option, giving us flexibility ( newer car later, purchase and keep forever, or turn in if we no longer need two cars ) and economics very comparable ( Kelly very helpful and knowledgeable, being a banker I probably asked more technical finance questions than the usual customer). Both Alexs very helpful on briefing us on how all the technology on the new car worked when we picked it up.

I recently completed a lease of a new 2014 Mercedes E class 4 door sedan at Mercedes of White Plains, NY. I found this dealership most extraordinary, particularly including the sales rep I was lucky to meet, Robert Crosby ("Bobby"). I found him to be friendly, candid, helpful and informative to a degree not often encountered, unfortunately, in a car sales person. I live in Manhattan, do not know White Plains or this dealership but found it on line with a number of positive customer reviews that I found to be entirely warranted. My experience from the first few minutes with Bobby Crosby convinced me immediately that I had encountered a dealer that I liked and that was worth the trip from Manhattan. I very quickly was able to test drive both a "luxury" and a "sport" model and was shown a car in my choice of Steel Gray with essentially all the options I wanted, ready for delivery. A second friendly and informative specialist, Alex Cesarini, sat in the car with me and explained its features at length and with patience. The terms of the lease were quickly negotiated at a level I was satisfied to be fair based on two prior visits to other dealerships and a bit of internet research. The deal was done and I am driving the car with satisfaction. In fact, I have found the 2014 model to be a much better driving car than my prior 2013 E class. I have no idea why, am surprised by the happy difference, and I suppose I can't credit this to the dealership but it has of course added to my pleasure in encountering Bobbie Crosby and Mercedes of White Plains. The sales staff is first rate and the service department is extraordinary. I feel that it is important to share my experience at White Plains MB dealership, as it was one for the books. I was full of nerves and excitement the morning I went to sign the papers for my FIRST Mercedes but as soon as I was greeted and welcomed by the staff my nerves slowly settled down. My salesman Rich was great, personable, funny and seemed as if he really cared that I got the car I imagined and for the price I was told. He introduced me to a lot of his co workers, showed me around the place, made sure I was happy after meeting with some of the financial people and seemed just as excited to bring me my car around as I was to drive away in it! He walked through every step of the process with me and I couldn't thank Rich and the rest of the WPMB staff for making my first Mercedes experience the best! I will def be back!
