We were having trouble finding the car we wanted in Oklahoma City. So we looked on line and found the exact car we wanted at Wichita Luxury Dealership. My first Mercedes-Benz is a wonderful little automobile no questions about that what is most impressive is the customer service provided by the entire dealership most impressed with Derek Chapman professional, personal but not pushy, confident in the dealership and its motto: to place customer service as major priority I have been sold not only a Mercedes-Benz but a dealership. Derek Chapman made the decision easy for my wife she wanted the car for my 30th wedding anniversary and he made sure she was satisfied with the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle He worked with us to formularize us with the features the customer service is outstanding can't wait to purchase my next Benz. could have purchased a car anywhere glade we chose Scholfield Automotive.
