We bought our car “as is” which was fine and we knew what we got is what we got. However, the sales person told us the additional key was in route. However, the key and owners Manuel never showed. They will not be make us a new key or fix the issue saying we bought it “as is”. However, when we bought it “as is” we were told we would be getting two keys. They don’t care about fixing this issue and since we didn’t buy some expensive fancy car they aren’t worried about it. I also now know I have a key out there to my car that is not in my hands, which is a safety issue. We spent close to 20,000 on a car there, but it wasn’t a Mercedes. Also they took longer to get us a license plate that came with the car. When addressing this issue with them they said “If You get pulled over about it just tell them and you probably won’t get a ticket.” This wasn’t acceptable to me because my luck I would get the ticket either way and it wasn’t my fault I didn’t have my license plate. You have to put pressure on them to get your stuff on time. I was going to give them a good review during the buying process, however I realized it was more of sale to them instead of keeping a customer and helping the customer. So don’t buy used there.

So I went to get an Oil change a month ago and I spoke with somebody working there. I asked about how much a diagnosis would be and the worker told me the price of $145 per light I wanted checked so I scheduled an appointment that was for yesterday. When I got there a guy by the name of ANDREW assisted me and sat me down and gave me a new price for the diagnosis of $250 to check engine light and another $250 to check a break light. It's sad to me that I'm willing to pay more and take it straight to a Professional Dealership and to come find out a guy that works there is trying to come up a couple dollars on a customer??? And I called Mercedes benz of Cincinnati and they told me that it's a straight 145$ for the diagnosis whatever i have to fix is separate! I Strongly recommend you drive to mercedes-benz of Cincinnati its worth the drive!🚗 👌 👍🏻 👏🏻 😉 if You Need Money Help Contact Me Andrew 😂

Both the part and services area customer services is extremely poor. The part guy on 6/18/2021 @ 11:50 am. He made me feel like I was not worth is time to answer my question to the part that I need. Since he sound not helpful, I asked for diagram of car, his replied is to hard to email to customer. Manager needs to train this guy to have a better customer services or take him out from dealing with customers.... I did not go to JOE SMITH REPAIR SHOP--- This is Mercedes-Benz, Right? I was not take my car here again.

The service department is goooooood. I called with a problem. They fixed it. I called with another problem, and they shuttled me around ...and fixed my problem WITHOUT A BILL. I bought my car from the Kenwood Benz, and these folks took care of me without asy hesitation.

Great Sprinter buying experience! Brian Kupper in sales and Steve Barr in finance ensured that all the documents were virtually/physically in order and made everything easy for me to hit the road after the purchase. Highly knowledgeable about the vehicle. They both went out of their way to help me with all my questions and concerns. No detail too small. For example, my USB-C charger went inop and these gentlemen got me a new one for my trip. I'll definitely go back for my next purchase.

We purchased a 2016 S550 from this dealership. The entire team was very professional. We were greeted by the general manager Abel Bogale. He was very polite and went above and beyond to secure our deal. Micheal Stain the finance manager worked tirelessly to figure out the best way to finance our vehicle. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the team and their commitment to excellence. They did everything in their power to secure our dream car. This is the 3rd Mercedes we have purchased and we will never go to any other Mercedes dealership in the country for our future Mercedes purchases. Abel Bogale is simply amazing! Best General manager ever!!

I purchased a car from this dealership and I can not say enough about them. I appreciate everything that they did for my to help me purchase the car that I needed. My sales consultant, Al Glover, was so helpful and friendly. I am a single mother, and this dealership went above and beyond to help work out financing to help meet my needs and circumstances. A special thanks also to Mike Stein in financing for working so diligently with me. Thanks to them, I was able to purchase the car I was hoping for and still stay in my budget. Before going to them I had visited other dealerships; and the service, quality and pricing at this dealership went above and beyond anything at any other dealership. This, by far, was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

I deplore car shopping, but I must admit this was the "BEST" experience I've ever had, and I've had a myriad of experiences in my 35 plus years of car shopping. My salesman Andreas Burkert, was extremely personable, attentive to detail, an active listener and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz car line. But most importantly he was "very ethical" in his dealings with me. I'll definitely refer friends to him. I now consider myself a client for life. In fact, I found the entire dealership actively engaged in offering "5 Star" service. Including everyone from the General Manager, Abel Bogale who provided personal attention to Porters like Kayla. As well as Sales Manager, Belinda Gribble who wasn't apart of the team when I purchased, but was attentive to my after purchase needs. It's attention to the small details that matter, because that adds up to a wonderful service experience, which I received. Regardless of where you live I'd suggest taking a visit to the Mercedes-Benz of West Chester dealership for an excellent all encompassing car experience.

Salesman provided useful information and the finance team was impossible to negotiate with whether on purchase price or a trade in. I wouldn't waste your time here. I found it very insulting.

Went in to purchase a used Honda Odyssey and although I wasn't purchasing a Mercedes, they made me feel valued and were very down to earth. Would highly suggest purchasing from them.

I found a G500 in the color combo I wanted on cars.com and exchanged a few messages with RJ Horning who answered all of my questions. A day later my father and I were on our way to Cinncinnati with a check. We saw a reds game, woke up, test drove the G. I bought it with a 3 year warranty and drove it back to NC. Im writing this review over a year later because I am still pleased with my G500. Today I stumbled upon a G55 at Mercedes Benz West Chester and thought, someone is in for a wonderful time.

I was trying to purchase a pre-owned Lexus LS430 that this dealer posted on cars.com. At first they responded normally, but then got weird. The salesperson( RJ) could barely answer any questions and after a day became non-responsive. I was trying to purchase from out of town, and his delays ruined my entire weekend plans to travel. It was an easy cash deal. No trade-in or financing, yet they still couldn't handle it. What a crappy experience. Just like the Mercedes I used to own. Grade: Incomplete or F
