This dealership is garbage particularly the GM and Service Manager. My salesman was TERRIFIC everything else was forgettable. I will NEVER purchase form them again. I will also do my best to spread the word.

Bad experience with these people ! Trust me they are not worth dealing with you might as well move on to another dealer. Thier Stock if very low and the business could really use some good management.

Over a number of years I have found MB of Winston-Salem to be an excellent organization. Every process from management to sales to finance to service has been maximized for efficiency and accuracy. Every employee that I have known there has been top notch and excellent representatives of the company which tells me the hiring and training processes are highly developed. This was the second time I purchased a new Mercedes from Tommy Hooker Jr. at Mercedes Benz of Winston Salem. He was great to deal with and impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicles as well as showing an interest in me. I tried to buy a car locally but it was foolish to try as both the local companies assigned people that new nothing about selling cars. Dealing with Winston Salem was a pleasure and if I buy another Mercedes I will definitely call Tommy again. BTW his number is 336-413-3642 and he will save you thousands of dollars versus the local dealers. He also personally delivered my car to me this past Monday.

Mercedes-Benz of Winston Salem was fantastic to work with. The sales people were all quite friendly. Our specific salesman was knowledgeable about the cars and very agreeable to work with. He answered all of our questions in a low key way that we liked. We never felt pressured as we were looking. Ultimately, my fiance and I chose to order a new GLC and after some pretty low key negotiating, we arrived on a great deal. Most other dealerships we ran into were not so amicable on the pricing, though one other came to a similar price. Overall, I would definitely work with Mercedes-Benz of Winston Salem again. They gave a great final price and were very easy to work with.

I've been dealing with Mercedes Benz of Winston-Salem for over 20 years. From the first day I researched and bought my first Mercedes, I've always received outstanding customer service. Mercedes Benz of W-S has always made me feel good about any sales and service experience. The're straight forward with their pricing and no surprises. They've always been extremely professional with no question being too large or small. I've never failed to negotiate a deal I wasn't comfortable with. They don't forget the customer after the sale. Mercedes Benz of Winston-Salem's Service Department is outstanding. They've always been extremely accommodating regarding any scheduling request. All of my service experiences have been positive. All service items were explained in detail prior to any service. Again, the same as Sales, no surprises with outstanding customer service.

It is like they are really a part of your extended family even if you are spending money to be a part they make sure that it is spent where needed and give you as many options as they can as if they are managing their own money. The customer service is always top notch! Chris is always attentive to what is needed and why. The other guys are great because they make a great team ensuring that things are done properly. We will always be a Mercedes Benz family because it is the after the sale service that matters and they have certainly proven to be the company that cares. We was hooked from the first MB Lori sold us and have since then purchased five or six and always looking forward to the next purchase.

I have dealt with MB of W-S for over a year now, involving trading 2 cars and buying 3. My buying experience was excellent - Kim Taylor our Sales Rep met all my expectations, and so did the management and support staff. My service experience was also exceptional. I live in Roanoke but making the trip to Winston-Salem was well worth it.

Have bought, sold and had serviced 4 cars from dealership (3 new 1 used) and can say that i have never had a bad moment. They have always been prepared before I arrive and have provided me detailed information on sales items as well as service. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I am happy and the work is done well. I have recommended them to others (total of 3 other cars sold) and all of them have been very happy working with them. On car sales feel I have gotten a fair price and have found negotiates have been good. Trade values I think they are fair but have found better normally. I have bought cars all over the country and would rank them in the top two.

Like the product, absolutely TOPS. After eleven Mercedes-less years, I found a used baby Benz. The service was another matter: my deceased husband had always handled that end. Despite financial fears, I gritted my teeth and went to the source for the maintenance check. I was astounded at their champagne service for my beer budget. Don't let the luxury reputation fool you as it did me; the staff couldn't be more welcoming, courteous, and efficient. Heartfelt gratitude goes to all from Gene in the service department to Roger, the shuttle driver. I am now a committed customer for life. And, after so many years, I finally learned the hard lesson that you get what you pay for, except here I think I got double.

Terrible service. Have had experience with two vehicles that were less than 5 yrs old at this dealer, bad experience every time, a a few visits required a re-do. Advisors are not very friendly/helpful in general and the Techs seems far less knowledgeable/able than other dealers we have used. Have owned several models over the last roughly 20 years. have had great experience at other merc dealers in VA, NC and FL. I wold highly not recommend this dealership, at least for merc. might be OK for the Smart Cars they also sell and service.
