I had been looking for a Chevy Malibu for months with my price range it was very hard to find one that fit my exact wants and needs. I ran across this site and drove almost 2 hours away in hope to drive home with the car I fell in love with online. Well to say the least it was everything and more then I had been wanting and it was a very nice experience.

A great car buying experience . With help from Joe I was able to get exactly the car I had been looking for. While they don't do repairs , Joe was able to tell me where to take for a couple of minor things I wanted to have done. He has a lot of really nice rides . Just happened to wonder on to this car lot and boy am I glad. Found the car I have been looking for, a VW convertible . Joe helped me work it out so it could be mine. While they don't do repairs , Joe told me where to take for a few things that i wanted to have done. Metro Motors has a lot of sweet rides . Drove 6 hours to get there and it was worth every second!!! Was a great experience and the Porsche ran beautifully and had all documents of maintenance, carfax, etc and didn't limit the distance of the test drive which is huge these days. I was even given a warranty which is more than I could have gotten from the private sellers I was looking at.

Oh my God, back in September I was in the market for a car, I'm a student and on a certain budget, I was recommended to stop at Metro Motors and See Joe, They had a nice 2006 Nissan Altima that I loved and wanted, Joe was so straight with me and made me feel so good and not scared, I drove the car and decided to buy it, I was a little short on CASH, so he was willing to work with me on the remaining balance and did not charge me any fees or interest, that was great, and I set up a payment plan that was good for me, I finally paid the car off and I'm so excited and happy, the car is been great and I never had any problems I just want the world to know How Great Joe & Metro Motors are, Thanks Joe you are the best. I highly Recommend Metro Motors To anyone in need of a great deal.

This is our second purchase from Metro Motors, the first time we stopped at Metro Motors and Met Joe, he made our buying experience so simple and we ended up getting a very nice 2008 Kia Optima, he offered a free copy of Car Fax and sold us the car at a great price, he also helped with financing, that's usually the hardest part, but Joe made us feel welcome and put us at ease. several months ago I needed another car, so again Joe was honest and offered me a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe' at a really good price, I was very pleased with the experience and I told all my friend s about this place they really have very good cars at the best prices in Knoxville, again thanks so much Joe

Ok well one of my friends that i work with had just got a car from up there and i got to talking to him bout the car and everything cause i kinda was look for a new one myself and he kept talking about how nice and friendly everone was so one day i was leaveing work and was just about to pass by there and i thought well what the heck ill just see what he has so i pulled in and went in and talk to joe and he was very friendly and helpful told me to have a look around and if i saw something i liked we would go from there well i went and start looking around and i tell u he has a good selection cause i was there two house at lest and i couldn't really make my mind up so i left that day to think on it he didnt rush me or try to push anything on me like a lot of dealerships do well the next day he call to let me know i was approved on a car i like so i went to test drive it and loved it so we got the paper work start and the next day i had my new car and i love it i will most definitely be geting the rest of my cars here u don't find many places like his so i hive him five stars all day long thanx for everthing joe ill be to see u again

I saw the 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo for sale online. I called Joe on Friday evening and made an appointment for Saturday morning. He had the auto sitting out front upon my arrival. I was most impressed with his professional appearance. Joe not only made me feel comfortable, but was very easy to talk with. I believe he is an honest and trustworthy businessman. I purchased the vehicle and was on my way back home when I experienced a small issue with the vehicle approximately one mile from the dealership. Joe sent someone to pick the vehicle up and take is to a repair center. I had to return to NC and he indicated he would have the auto repaired and delivered to me as a courtesy for my inconvenience. The auto was brought to NC on Sunday as promised and had been repaired. It ran great. Because of Joe's honesty, integrity and a man of his word, I would certainly purchase another vehicle from him and would strongly recommend him to both friends and family. Thank you, Joe for a wonderful buying experience.

I live in Detroit, MI, some friends told me about this place, so I made the drive to Knoxville to buy my wife the van she always wanted, I found a great deal on the 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, Joe Was great, helped me with financing, got me a great interest rate and great monthly payment I can afford, the transaction was a breeze, I really enjoyed dealing with Metro motors. I also made a special request for a late model Suburban, a few weeks later, Joe calls me and says your suburban is her come check it out, I was so happy so I drove to Knoxville again, even though it did not have leather, but it was just what I wanted and the price was unreal, I honestly don't think a dealer can buy it for what I paid for it, I'm very pleased and wanted to thank Joe for going out of his way to accommodate my needs, thanks so much Mr. Joe I highly recommend Metro Motors for there great used car selections and unmatched prices.

I am a first time car buyer. I purchases an 08 spectra. The vehicle has low miles and is very dependable. ..as is the rest of their cars. The owner is super nice and made the whole process of purchasing easy. Joe at Metro Motors sold me a 2003 BMW 325xi and sent me on my way home behind the wheel in a matter of 10 minutes. It was the best experience I have ever had when dealing with cars and car repairs. He is extremely knowledgable and really cares about his cars and customers and that is clear to anyone that meets him. He has a very nice range of spectacular vehicles at extremely affordable prices. Just Bought A 2004 Nissan Armada, The price was low so i was thinking that there was something wrong, could not visit the dealer i live in Chicago,i arranged for the car to be checked my the nissan dealer in Knoxville, they took the car for me to the dealer to have it checked, the car checked out great,( typical minor issues which was expected), the price was really great about $2500 below all the others that I have seen, the owner was honest and very helpful, i really appreciate how well he treated me, also agreed to hold the car without a deposit, once Joe felt like i really wanted the car, he just trusted me , that was great for me, i really enjoyed dealing with him, they also helped me with transporting the car to me, i highly recommend this dealer for a great used car

I bought my second car here. It's a 2008 Chevrolet aveo, and they fixed it up after they bought it. I didn't think I was going to buy it when I went to look at it, but after I test drove it I loved it. I went to test drive more cars, but the aveo kept saying buy me. I'll be sending anyone who asks to these guys from now on. I was looking for a very specific make and model of vehicle, not only did they find a car within my exact specifications, but they also went out of their way to help me. The only other car in the area that came close to what they offered me would've been a couple hour drive away in Chattanooga and would've been $500 more expensive,When, at first, they didn't have what I needed in inventory, they asked for my name and number and exactly what I was looking for, so they could get back to me if something came in that I'd like. Three days later, Pete called me up to come look at the car I ended up purchasing from them. Everything was as it was represented to me on their website and in my discussions with the people there...some things were actually better. They'd put new tires on it and fixed a couple things extra before I even showed up for a test drive. I never felt pressured. We showed up at the dealership with some financing under way and Joe got everything our credit union needed while my husband and I test drove the car and we were able to take it home this afternoon. They even helped my husband get the difficult to remove plates off of my trade-in (which they gave me a fair value on). Oh, and they were serious about no dealer or lot fees! They didn't charge me a cent over cost (plus tags and title). Needless to say, I'm very impressed with Metro Motors. Thanks!

I made the mistake of purchasing a car from Metro Motors LLC. I originally called and spoke to the owner "Joe" who assured me the car I was interested in was "perfect." Because I was from out of state, I did not want to waste a trip, so I relied on his word and came to Knoxville to purchase the car. Joe was not there on the day I came to buy. I looked over and test drove the car. It had a clean Carfax from their website, and while I saw some touch-up work on the car, I am not a car expert and again, relying on the owner's representation as to its condition, I finalized the purchase. Upon return home, I found out that the car had been significantly repainted like due to hail damage! This was not obvious when I first looked, but after it was pointed out to me, I felt like a total idiot. After calling and reporting this to MM LLC, I ended up nowhere and am in the process of filing suit against them. By the way, when you see the lot and the building, you will understand better how these guys operate, After some further investigation, all their cars come from auctions and keep in mind why dealers get rid of cars at auctions-if they were quality, the dealer would sell it themselves! Do not believe the positive reviews like I did, because you will seriously regret it.

My Name Is Erica Hensley, i owned a 2010 Kia Soul That i was in the market for a trade, i visited 5 local dealers and felt that all tried to take advantage of me, i finally stopped at Metro Motors to look at a 2007 Suzuki XL7, it was listed less than any other dealer so i was concerned, test drove the car, the owner was kind enough to ride along so he can explain any issues i may have, the car drove great and it had all possible options that i wanted, the price was perfect. He never looked at my Kia Soul To let me know how much to offer he trusted me, but what he offered was much better than all other dealers without even looking at my car, i was happy and felt very comfortable dealing with him, then we had to work on getting the finances in order since i still owed money on my Kia, my credit was challenging, he was so patient and understanding and even allowed me to drive the car over 50 miles to show my dad......I'm not used to people being so professional and honest, so i was very happy with that...got the deal done, was a very smooth transaction...my car was dirty, he never complained, i really enjoyed dealing with this place, honesty is the main thing, i recommend metro motors to any one looking for a great deal.

I've been shopping for a car for over 2 months and i have visited over 15 dealerships, most of which told me things about there cars and once i get there, the cars are not as described after i got so frustrated and almost gave up on buying, i found this dealer on cars.com, i visited Metro Motors, theses guys are the most honest and most helpful people I have met, i was really very pleased when the owner came out and explained everything in details, they also have prices on all there cars and they provide history reports on all cars, the owner mentioned everything he knew about the cars, he really put me at ease and i felt very good about dealing with him, they also helped me with financing and saved me a large amount on financing by sending me to a credit union, i was very pleased with the outstanding service and most of all honesty..i highly recommend this dealership to anyone...

I stopped by to look at the inventory in this dealer. The owner himself spent some time with me explaining about the cars I had some interest in. Very honest, informative and professional. He was not pushy, something I do not tolerate in a car salesman. I did test drive one car and he joined my friend and I. The conversation was great. Car did drive good and the prices are very competitive. I however chose to buy somewhere else, but the decision had nothing to do with Metro. In order to get my financing I had to choose a car with lower mileage and from the last five years. At the moment of my visit, there was not an exact match for what I needed. This dealer and his owner are outstanding and I do appreciate the relaxed and respectful quality attention given to me.

I really like the car the I bought from them. Good service and they did what they said they would do even after the sale was done. I will come back for sure. I even got my plates the next day. These guys are actually honest!

i did not buy a vehicle yet, but i was very pleased with dealing with this dealer, they are the most honest, very friendly and very helpful, they also advised me to finance through a credit union to save me money on the finance charges. i highly recommend this dealer to all my friends, honesty these days is hard to find.
