Worst experience ever. Bought a Volkswagen CC about a month and a half ago and it has been nothing but issues since then. I have put over $1000 on new tires and repairs including a balancing, tune up, spark plugs, coils and the list goes on. The EPC light and check engine light has come on multiple times and the dealer has been of no help. I wish I could get a refund! Never again. Buyer beware of this scamming company. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

We had a great experience at Metrolina. I bought a 2013 BMW X5 35i. Brittany, Will and Hussein were great to work with, from responding to my inquiry almost immediately through text and phone calls, there was no pressure, didn't feel rushed, they listened to me, the process was quick and painless. Final price was exactly as negotiated. Everyone was professional and polite. I love my car!

Located the vehicle on Cargurus on Saturday, test drove it on Monday with Brittany, and purchased on Tuesday. Brittany was excellent, very honest and upfront!!! She made sure I was aware of every step in the buying process!!! She sent me wonderful videos of the car demo of the seats, the day of purchase before I got to the lot installed the Weather Tech floor mats that came with the car, pulled the window shades and just made sure the car was perfect!! I am in LOVE with my new car. Hossein, also made my car buying experience seamless and just Great!!! I remember when they were Metrolina S&H on S. Tryon uptown when I was a kid(native Charlottean), then they moved to N. Tryon at Atando Ave, and now are in Stallings NC. This dealership has an extensive history in selling nice luxury vehicles and the price was awesome!!! I can't too many more great things about my purchase except that I am Beyond satisfied!!! I am a Real customer and was not paid for my review lol!!

All was great, have changed review to 5 star because they are so nice and my husband is so happy with the service...they also agreed to provide a second key. Nice cars, very clean showroom and impeccable bathrooms ;)

I bought a car from Metrolina on Sept.16, transferred the tag from the truck I traded in. Buying process was fairly smooth, had to wait about 45 minutes for credit approval , but other than that, no problems, that is until I start calling them cause I have not received the registration for the car I bought. In NC you have 20 days to get license plate transfer completed, I found this out because I got pulled over because my tag didn't match the vehicle it was on. It's been 35 days since my vehicle purchase and I still do not have a valid , legal registration for my car I bought from Metrolina , and all I get from them is "it's in the mail"

After spending endless hours of research and visiting car lots we happened to be passing by their lot and spotted a truck that was exactly what we were looking for. Made a U-turn and pulled into the lot. We had our rambunctious and very playful dog with us and were a little hesitant to try to do any serious shopping but the staff made all of us feel welcomed and even helped entertain the crazy dog while we engaged in business. There are not enough superlatives to express our experience with everyone we encountered. This has to be one of the best car buying experiences ever. My thanks to all!

EASY PROCESS, HOSSEIN WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE ANSWERD ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, I GOT A GOOD RATE EVEN THO MY CREDIT WAS SO PAR. HE HAS ALOT OF NICE CARS AND TRUCKS, I LOOKED AT SEVERAL AND THEY WERE ALL CLEAN. I LOOKED AT SEVERAL LOTS BEFORE I BOUGHT, HOSSEIN LET ME TAKE THE TRUCK TO MY MECHANIC TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT. IN COMPARING PRICES TO OTHER TRUCKS, I FEEL I GOT A VERY FAIR DEAL..

Horrible customer service. Owners do not care about the customer or their satisfaction. Hard to believe they've been in business for 28 years... that's probably a lie too!

Very attentive and helpful before and during the sale. They promised to handle everything at the DMV for us, so we signed all the papers, wrote the big check, switched plates from our trade and drove off. Five weeks later, we still didn't have the registration paperwork. When I called, salesman was very curt and said they should receive it "by Friday" (two days later). A few days later, the registration was received - and dated the same "Friday" date. They just held our money until we called. That might have been better accepted had the salesman, Hossein, not seemed annoyed when I called. Very satisfied with the vehicle, which is most important.

After many hours of searching online for a ML350 within 500 miles of Charlotte, I found the vehicle I was looking for right here in my 'back yard' at Metrolina Car Club. I had purchased a vehicle previously from Metrolina Car Club years ago, so I was excited to find the ML with a dealership I had dealt with previously. Once again, I am a very satisfied customer.
