I have had my car (2016 Ford Focus) for over a year now and when I got it, my credit was horrible. It's my first car, too. Luckily they were able to get me approved and in the car (that I wanted and picked out) the same day. This car has been amazing. Mi Tierra has been great to me, and they've been really nice so far. I've yet to have any problems with them or my car and I'm overall really happy. I usually don't leave reviews but I'm pleasantly surprised with how it's been buying a car through them. I was originally a little put off because of the previous reviews but I haven't had any issues. They've actually been a huge blessing. Thank you Mi Tierra

Honestly if you want a good priced car come here but if you want a good functioning car with a nice service behind it I’ll recommend you go somewhere else. They don’t answer the phone. When you first get the car the warranty isn’t insurance but they’ll tell you it is. And if you go inside to them you’ll see that not all but a few of them are very rude. And the manager’s never there.

Car note is due every two weeks. They will disable your vehicle even if you're barely late on the payment. I currently owe $49 on my current payment and they disabled my vehicle. Please go to a lot with better understanding.

Terrible. My car has been in the shop (their shop) for a week now. I have been holding off on writing a rating because I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves with this trip to the shop to get repairs done that weren’t done during the previous visit. I will hold off on laying out the whole story until I get my vehicle back. Then I can conclude a proper direction to take. All I know is that it’s not worth it buying from them. Really it’s not at all. It was my choice, I understand that, but I’m trying to share with you all.... don’t make a bad choice like I did.

They are so rude. The car had low mileage when I got it but also was leaking oil since the first time we got it. Took it to the shop did not find anything wrong. I ended up paying 1400 to fix a leak that they did not fix . On top of everything else bad customer service, unprofessional staff.

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! Please i repeat PLEASE do not buy a vehicle from this car lot Mi Tierra Auto Sales 7935 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77017 they will RIP YOU OFF i bought a car from there on (July 21, 2016) and it was a Honda Civic 2010 keep in mind people i am a first time buyer. Mi Tierra Auto Sale wanted $17,000 dropped it to $14,000 and i am to pay $225 every two weeks thats $450 a month for 3 1/2 years and when im done paying the car off i would have given them $20,000 dollars this car is not worth that much you can even check on Kelly's blue book . Not to mention they only have a 6 month warranty so after that 6 month your on your own and its a $100 dollar deductible MEANING if your car get messed up and its something the so call "warranty" will cover YOU will still have to come out of pocket and give them $100 everytime u need something fixed. So this OTHER car lot was offering me a 2012 Hyundai Sonata for $9,000 with a monthly payment of $171 so i went back to Mi Tierra Auto Sale THE VERY NEXT DAY to give back the car and see if i can get my money back the manager Johnny Martinez told me "NO YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH" mind you i am his customer and this is how he is talking to me so i tried hard to get my money back for a better price else where and they refused. The manger Johnny Martinez was even suppose to call me to get the front of the glass fixed and i still have not gotten a call from them but they can call me and beg for a good review this company is HORRIBLE for business, RUDE and can care less how you feel DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER !

I purchased a vehicle for too much but my credit was bad. They gave me a hard time making and excepting my payments because car was under my husband's name. Horrible customer service. Why should I have to argue to make my own payment?????? Wouldnt exept my payment unless i brought car in for inspection... (stupid) i returned the car and took my business elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to nobody.

Well I came in to mi tirra auto sales and I was looking hard for a car then I can in and meet mrs Raquel Vasquez and she was not feeling good but she took on the Challenge on getting me in a car with bad Credit and she did a great job making sure I did not need anything she made sure I that if I needed water she got it for me she just did her best to get me in a car and she did now I am in a 2012 Chevy Cruiz and I just wanted everyone to there they got your back

I had booth three cars, and had no problems and if I did it was minor but they never hesitate to fix it, Sll I did was call them and they help me very pleasant people it's a great place I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Friendly attitude yet they will screw you faster than ever thought possible. They try to make you believe you caused problems to your car even if you take well care of your vehicle. Do not go here, save your time it will be worth it in the end.

HORRIBLE place to do business with. We purchased a car from them that was our first mistake it has been in the shop more than weve had it and the worst thing is that we were paying the car note and they were taking the money from the car note and applying it to the repairs they did on the car. Would NEVER EVER refer anyone to these crooks.
