Extremely happy with my recent purchase and experience at Miami Acura! From the start I had great service. My initial phone call with Candis was pleasant. She answered all my questions and concerns with superior professionalism. I was then transferred to their sales consultant John Sterling who was so kind and humble. I put a hold on a vehicle I was interested in and throughout the process he made me feel comfortable and confident in doing business with them over the phone. I then went to Miami Acura the next day to test drive and fully purchase my vehicle. I was greeted as if they knew me, with kindness & professionalism. The dealership is clean and beautiful inside. They were organized and prepared to get the transaction done with no time wasted. I met with the team who helped me over the phone and then completed the financing with Tiffany Shelton. She was so awsome and personable! She went above and beyond. She discussed all the finance options with me in depth and tried to get me the best possible interest rates. Her professionalism, patience and knowledge gave me confidence that I made the right choice. I can keep going on with my great experience.Thankyou for making me feel like family! Just purchased a 2021 TLX A-spec from Wesley at Miami Acura. I live in Naples and drove to Miami on a weekday after work to acquire the car. I tried to make a deal in Naples and Ft Myers to no avail and after calling around the east coast I spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales manager named Candis. I grew up in the car business and am very hard to make a deal with when it comes to the trade and the purchase economics. I did the whole transaction over the phone with a trade in that they had not seen yet. When I arrived in the evening the buyers order was exactly as discussed and they closed the deal without changing the price a penny from what was discussed. My wife and I thought the finance, sales and management were just awesome and we will be sending Miami Acura our friends and family when it is time to replace their cars, just a very good experience and a wonderful place to do business.

This is my second leased car from Miami Acura with the awesome help of Mr. John Sterling. He is professional, informative and very energetic in getting me what I wanted in my car. Very disappointed in the cx service provided in this dealership very rude and disrespectful , I am a first time buyer and can say that my experience has been ruined by the salesman in this dealership. Overall wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good deal on a car!

My husband and I went to Miami Acura to purchase a brand new Acura SUV and the process of making this happen was horrendous. In summary, our experience was not what we expected from a luxury car dealership. The folks at Miami Acura were only interested in making the sale. They said what they felt necessary to make the sale, and then we had to apply pressure to get what was promised or go around them to accomplish a task. At one point the general manager asked me to trust her that our 2014 RDX was delivered when she could not produce the promised Docking Receipt and I had to hold my tongue. While Ive never purchased a used car, the experience was what one would expect from a used car lot.

I brought my daughter in to purchase a car for her for college. Met John Sterling. He has been working at Miami Acura over 20 years and I now know why. He was very professional and made my daughter feel at ease with her purchase. I was in the beginning somewhat skeptical on how a car dealer would treat a young girl. He took the time to listen to what she wanted and continued to find her a car for our budget. I would highly recommend John Sterling and Miami Acura especailly for their honesty and how they treat young women.

These people would tell you anything to make the sale but after the sale you are just a number.I bought a 2012 Rdx ,used with little miles and the salesman was haggling with me for 100 dols.Total amount i spend was about 32 k ,and to add insult to injury they didn't even gas it up when they turn the vehicle over to me ,the gas needle was at less than a quarter of a tank but yet they showed a full tank in the car log.when i call to complaint about it they told that in a used car i was not entitle to get a full tank of gas only half .they made me feel like second class client.I was very disappointed .

From the moment I walked into the dealership, one could sense a comfortable no pressure atmosphere. Wesly was very professional and actually "welcomed" us to Miami Acura. He made the transaction painless and his knowledge from his 16 years tenure there was a welcomed change from other dealers. His promise of even greater service was certainly fulfilled also. It is certainly worth it to save this dealership for last and it will be a breath of fresh air and a rewarding sales and service experience.

My experience with Miami Acura is NOT good: sales rep lack of responsiveness and follow up, management treat customers with disgusting pride. If you consider buying an Acura in FL, you should try Crown Acura in Clearwater. Their service is definitely better!
