My tire pressure sensor light was on for a few days. Service rep. Craig calmed me when I called. My tires were tested for any problem and Craig reported back to me that a tire needed air, and no sensor was a problem. Took about 15 minutes!

I bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander SEL today.I dealt with Brian Doherty today.First time I met him was today we clicked he is a great guy. He took his time with me today because I had no idea that I was buying a car today. I was there for service on my 2011, I got an oil change and my tires rotated. while the car was in for service I started to browse. My car is an excellent car I bought it new in 2005, a Dodge Magnum, everyone knows me in this car. i will be flying under the wire now. Brian let me take a new Outlander for a ride to show my wife at home. She was surprised, but who is going to say no to a new car. The new Outlander will be hers I get the 2011. Everyone is Happy. As an older buyer, Brian Doherty not only treated me with respect, He has the patience it must take to answer all of my questions. He never made my wife and I feel hurried or that he was to busy. I was looking for a comfortable yet affordable SUV. While googling, I came across Mitsubishi. I drove Lance some 20 years back. I was looking for Toyota/Honda makes but the Safety and comfort features for Mitsubishi SUV was very competitive and so was the price.Hesitant - but I called Michuad of Denver. Call was attended by Rick and he introduced me to Brian.Brian listened to all my requirements and recommended a test drive for GT V6 3.0 seven seater SUV on coming Saturday.Before test drive, Brian walked me thru the Outlander. Introduced me with all new features with the SUV. Answered all my questions, cleared all my concerns. ( This was awesome and made me feel like talking to a friend - not a car dealer !!).Then - I test drove it. The SUV met all my requirements. Brian took me to another test drive the same day to experience driving up hill in Front wheel mode.Outlander has powerful V6 engine. Loaded with many useful and required features. I was considering to buy it but was wondering about the discount on the listed price.There cam another surprise from Brian. Like a friend, he offered me ONE price that I could not bargained any further !! Buying an Outlander from Michuad was the most pleasent and smooth experience in my 35 years of car driving years. It was a comeback to Mitsubishi after 20 years for me. Michaud has another loyal customer too !!!Credit goes to Brian for being such a good listener and helping me with my vehicle selection.

I did a little research on line looking for a vehicle. Narrowed it down to a Mitsubishi Outlander. Called set up an appointment with Rick. Went in and had a deal done in 20 minutes. Brian Doherty and Rick were very friendly and helpful. Made my purchasing of the vehicle totally painless.... I had been looking around at the outlanders and could not decide between a 2015/2016. I had gone in for another sales person who i had spoken to earlier in the week, but he had a day off. Best thing ever, as I met Brian. I couldn't of had a better experience, he was knowledgeable, not pushy, funny, and overall made the experience fantastic. When i go into get the car serviced we always sit and have a laugh. Not to mention he is a great cook and always ready to share his food.

My car was totalled by an impaired driver and because I'm mildly handicapped due to a stroke I needed a vehicle as soon as possible to keep my freedom....We visited Michaud Mitsubishi with very low expectations on buying a vehicle that I liked...Our sale lady was so awesome she picked out the perfect vehicle for me...So I purchased it...she kept up with us so I would definitely recommend her again...

I was driving an old Kia that wasn't going to make it much longer. The worst part is my credit was horrible and I filed bankruptcy 8 months ago. Just browsing at cars online one night, Laura immediately reached out to me. I told her I owed $8k on the Kia still but it wasn't worth half of that and I had just had the bankruptcy. She immediately got me in contact w/ Sean OConnor who encouraged me to keep the hope and come in with he Kia. He explained many different scenarios and options and was overly confident he could help. He explained that his profession is to help people like me and worked with the best team in the businesses. I was skeptical but b/c of his confidence and hard work I am now driving a 17 Mitsubishi and found out my thru Jared in finance I didn't owe $at all on the Kia. Sean's team truly are the best at what they do. If it wasn't for Sean guiding me through the process, I would still be making payments on a crappy car I didn't owe money on and not a new G4. I came to this dealership after reading a few reviews online, and I quickly saw why they were all so positive! Brian was so friendly and professional-never pushy or seemed to be in a rush. I got all the information I needed about the vehicle I was looking at upfront, including Carfax and maintenance records. He asked what I was comfortable spending and made it happen, I didn't go one penny over my budget, and never felt pressured to. This is my first time financing a vehicle, and Brian and Jared couldn't have made it any easier. I'm very happy with my new (used) car and am so glad I came here! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I called for service last minute and needed to be seen immediately. My reply was "no problem". Then I said, we'll I can't wait long either........My reply was "no problem". Paul Dube and his team were waiting for me when I arrived, took my car immediately. I asked to sit at a desk, no problem! I was offered coffee, popcorn, and then asked, do you have WiFi? Sure, no problem. My car was serviced in a snap! I was too comfortable to leave, I was told, no problem, this happens often! So I stayed a bit to finish some personal stuff! Price was less than I expected. Craig actually serviced my car; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Just wanted someone to know how terrible the service has been and how unresponsive your sales department has been since I picked up my 2016 Buick Lacrosse. I was never told about the inspection sticker process, that I would be getting a reject sticker due to re-setting the computer and that I would have to bring the car back for the proper sticker after driving the car for so many miles. When I bought the car it had 18666 miles on it but yet when I picked it up, someone at your dealership had put at least a hundred additional miles on the car. The passenger seat belt buckle is backwards. I keep hearing your commercials that you have a 75 point inspection process yet the seat belt issue was missed. Sean in sales is incapable of being up front about anything. There was an open factory recall on an airbag issue that I practically had to force him to recognize and initiate the car going in for service to fix this prior to picking up the car. I've also spoken with Rick in sales who was a bit better but has since not responded to an email that I sent him a few days ago. Just this morning I noticed that the letter K from the Buick logo on the back of the car has fallen off, so I took a photo and sent it to Sean and he tells me that I bought a used car and if I wanted a new one that I should have gone up the street to another dealer. I just am saddened by the unprofessional service and attitude of the people that I have had to deal with during this car buying experience. I would certainly not recommend anyone to buy a car from Michaud

Hello, if you want a fabulous car buying experience you need to go and see Brian Doherty at Michaud Mitsubishi. Brian was patient, caring, and knowledgeable and wants to be the best help he can be. I asked Brain several questions and he did not hesitate to answers all of them. He first explained the differences between leasing and buying a car. Then we discussed new cars and took a few out for a test drive. Just as we were about to go over purchasing a new car I asked if I could look at used cars. At this point I thought Brian would be tired of me (he had already spent 2.5 hours with me); instead he said ok with a cheerful smile and we were off looking at used cars. I found the car for me, a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. After 4 hours I drove off the lot in my new car. From the time I started working with Brian and all the way until I left the lot it was a wonderful experience, but the service did not stop there. My car was towed from my apartment complex because I did not have the state inspection sticker, due to the fact I was to return to the dealership to pick-up plates, registration, and get sticker within a few days. I called Brian to explain the situation with the sticker even though it was his day off once again Brian did not hesitate to help. Brian contacted the apartment manager and the towing charges were reversed. Great customer service should never be taken for granted. I recently bought two vehicles. The reason that I bought the second was because my first was such a great experience. My sales associate David Moretti was highly professional. Always answered my questions or concerns and was never pushy or overbearing. Just a genuine nice experience at a time when it can get really difficult if you don't have the right person to deal with. Recently I was looking to buy my grandson his first car I was looking for a one owner economical and dependable used vehicle. I went online and found that Michaud Mitsubishi had a few vehicles that I might be interested in.I was immediately greeted by Paul Dube who asked me what I was looking for and introduced me to Chris Eramo .Within one hour I I had purchased exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and finalized the transaction with John Lebruzzo. Michaud Mitsubishi was the second place I went to on my search for a new car. I walked in on a late Saturday morning with my two small boys (3 & 9 years old) and was approached by Brian, asking if I was there for services or sales. I told him "well I'm new to this and looking to buy a new used car" (this was my first time buying from a dealership) my car at the time was a 1998 Nissan Altima that I bought from a Private sale. I am having another baby so need something bigger to accommodate my family. He sits us down at his desk, immediately brings over markers and coloring books from my kids and offers us water. Right from the get-go he listened to my wants and what exactly I was looking for for a vehicle. I told him I was specifically looking for an SUV, one on the smaller side but big enough to fit three children, two of which would be in car seats in the back seat. We started to talk about budget and what I could afford for monthly payments, so he could narrow down a price range on something that I was looking for that I could realistically afford. He asked me more specifics of what I was looking for, I told him not leather, something with dark interior since there will be 3 small children in the car and any exterior color just preferably not white. Long story short I walked out of there or should I say, drove out of there three days later in my beautiful new 2014 Mitsubishi outlander sport with black cloth interior and a beautiful dark gray exterior. He was great with my kids on my first trip there offered them muffins and was impressed on how well behaved they were being. He told me he was leaving to go on vacation for the weekend the following morning but to still call him on his private number to get everything situated with the insurance transfer from the old car. He Took the time to go over the different features of the car and make sure I was comfortable in it before driving off. A few days prior to visiting Michaud I had gone to Carmax, told them exactly what I was looking for and felt like I was being pushed and persuaded into buying a car that was nothing what I was looking for. They were pushing me to buy a white sedan with tan interior. I left they are extremely stressed out and overwhelmed. I am very pleased and happy with my experience at Michaud Mitsubishi, happy with how I and my children were treated by the employees and very very happy with the car I received!

These were the third and fourth cars we bought from Kevin. The previous vehicles were great, served us well and the Michaud dealership served us even better. One of the cars we got was used and we purchased it for my son in California. Kevin and Brian (our salesman) knew this and appreciated that we needed something reliable. As usual, they came through. The other vehicle was new and my wife couldn't be happier. My next car will be purchased from Michaud's when the time comes and we will continue to refer people here as we have in the past. No pressure, great service, really a "feel good" experience. Also, our finance guy (sorry I can't remember your name) was awesome.

Had the first appointment of the day (8am). Welcomed by the service department, informed of the coffee area and sat in the waiting area. Every person that walked through said Hi! and asked if I needed anything. This is my first Mitsubishi and conversed with another customer that she has owned 3 Mitsubishi. This is our 4th vehicle we have bought from Michaud Mitsubishi. You know what keeps us going back? The respect we have always received from Kevin and his sales and business staff.When we bought our first car 8 -9 years ago, our credit was not that great and I was unemployed. Kevin and his team treated us with such respect and sincere willingness to help.This trip back, my husband and I thankfully are both employed and our credit has improved immensely. Again, Kevin and his staff treated us with the utmost respect.. What struck me most when I drove off the lot in my beautiful brand new Outlander sport was that the folks at Mitsubishi treated us with respect EVERY time we went into the dealership regardless of our credit rating. I had driven by the newly added location for Michaud on Route 1 in Danvers an noticed a Ford Edge. After setting up an appointment to look at the vehicle, I arrived to find the salesman Dave Moretti awaiting my arrival. Dave was great to deal with and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our interaction from the owner, dealership, and the vehicle. The Edge was out front and ready for me to look at. Dave explained all the features of the car and we had a few laughs about the vehicle technology and that our age group is a bit slow with learning all that the car has to offer. I can't say enough about my experience at the Route 1 location of Michaud Mitsubishi. John was the sales manager and he was great to deal with also. Both men took the time to listen to my concerns (very few) and spend a great amount of time making sure the deal was right for me and my budget. I would highly recommend Michaud Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

My 14 year old Honda CR-V got rear-ended and "total loss". I was looking for my new car and went the other car dealer. in the beginning there was no connection right away and less impressive with the employee; decided not to have business with them. Me and my wife saw Mitsubishi Outlander displayed at the Liberty mall. We were impressed with the new design and made a decision to go to the car dealer. We went to Michaud Mitsubishi on Friday at 6pm, didn't realized they're already closed, but Mr. Dave Moretti, on his way to his music gig, spent a time to accommodate us but not selling the car yet. We connected with Mr. Moretti that day and decided to see him the following week. Mr Moretti is a very good person. He knows his job very well and how to connect with their costumer. He valued us very much and we had a wonderful experience with the Michaud Mitsubishi. Thanks a lot.

I gave this dealership 5 stars because I had the best experience there today that I've ever had at any other car dealership. After being screwed over by a previous dealership I am so happy that Michaud helped me to take a huge weight off of my shoulders (and my pockets!) Friends and family have purchased cars from this dealership and were all very pleased just as much as I am! The owner Kevin was extremely friendly and welcoming! The senior sales consultant Jim Murphy helped me with my purchase and he was very nice and straightforward, did not sugarcoat anything to try and get a sale. I can tell that the owner and the salesmen there are very honest and care about having happy customers. Same with the receptionist as well! Great place! Warren with sales is excellent. I had to bring my autistic son with me and he was so good with him, patient and kind. Very comfortable atmosphere. I had some minor dents that I noticed after the first day and they fixed them right away no hassle or charge. I am so glad I came here. I had some bad experiences at other dealerships. I am super grateful for Rick and Dave for helping me get the perfect car - an adorable 2012 used Fiat 500. Most of my life I had perfect credit but a few years ago I had a bad financial situation happen and my credit is still recovering. I never dreamed I could even get a car loan so I was driving the Mitsubishi Eclipse I had for 11 years hoping that it would keep going. But I had spent at least $2,000 on repairs in the last 9 months. When Rick, the Sales Manager, told me he could get me a loan, at first I didn't believe him! But he did it! He got me a great deal on a car I love and an affordable monthly payment. Rick sent me to the perfect salesperson - Dave Moretti - who is also a musician like me and is not pushy at all. Dave worked very hard to see if he could find me a car that would work for me and I ended up with the perfect car - only 30,000 miles, mint condition. He was professional, helpful, courteous, attentive and provided stellar customer service. I highly recommend Dave and Rick at Michaud Mitsubishi. They really are wonderful. I used to dread visiting a car dealership because of pushy salespeople who I never felt listened to me. This totally changed my view. I would definitely send my friends and family here. It was my first time buying a car and I had no idea how financing/leasing went. I wasn't sure about payments or insurance, or really anything. I had no plans to buy a car but my old car unexpectedly broke down making me decide to purchase a used car. Dave Moretti was able to explain to me everything I needed to know, walked with me outside (it must have been 90 degrees that day and humid) he showed me all the cars and helped me make a decision on a 2013 used Nissan Sentra. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision and couldn't have asked for better service.

I dread buying a new car for many reasons, pushy salesmen, not willing to work with you, extremely long process. I have to say I experienced non of the above at this dealership. Everyone there was extremely welcoming, willing to help, informative, and understanding. Dave Moretti made this grueling process an easy one! He made himself available whenever, had answers to all of my questions. He wasn't pushy, he really worked with me and did so quickly! Jim Murphy and the his associates were extremely pleasant to deal with and have a very genuine vibe which made made me feel better, especially after having a really bad experience i had 2 years ago with a dealer I won't mention here up on route one Danvers that begins with a "D".The Jim and the guys even threw in a nice bonus bed liner for my truck even after I had already decided to move forward with the deal, something they could have easily said no to with out changing anything. Went to the Michaud dealership because of it's radio ads; bought because of the excellent response from staff, especially Dave Moretti. We came in looking for a used vehicle we had seen on their website. There was no game playing or attempt at bait and switch tactics. After getting some basic info from us, we were given all relevant info ( including carfax and original sticker) about the vehicle we were interested in. We were able to test drive it (and a similar car). Once we decided to buy, negotiations were efficient and met our needs. We got a fair price and were able to pick it up the next morning. All-all, an excellent experience.

What brought me to Michaud Mitsubishi was surfing the net at there large pre-owned inventory of used cars. I printed out a few 2013 Outlanders that were for sale went to the dealership and met Brian, one of the salesman. He found both cars quickly and let me test drive them. I liked the used cars and then he offered to show me a brand new Outlander. After taking a short test drive I new I wanted that car so we negotiated a deal with financing and I drove home in a new car. Thank You Brian for showing me the new car, I love it.

Visiting this dealership and finding a car in 1 day gave me the impression that sales has the customer in mind instead of just a sale. Very nice people all around. I initially went to look at a car I had found on cars.com . Daniela responded quickly t my online request and set me up with an appointment. The car was out front waiting for me when I arrived and Brian came right out when I pulled in. The car didn't have all the bells and whistles I was hoping for; Brian heard me and found a vehicle that was right in line with what I was looking for. While my paperwork was being processed Mr. Michaud brought me a rose, thanked me for my business, told me a bit about his family and talked about the charities they donate to. I drove away with a new car and felt like I supported a great family, Team and community.

I knew what I wanted and this dealership had it. They were very welcoming and respectful. Everyone was so friendly and very apt to help me get exactly what I wanted. Not only did I find my dream car, but these guys went above and beyond to help me stay in my budget. Zack Hubbard was my man, and Rick gave me all the financial info I required, and believe me I asked a lot of questions. Even Brian, who I wasn't even buying a car from, helped me set up insurance. I would recommend their team to anyone and everyone.

He was never pushy or rude, and answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them) and was perfectly pleasant. Zach Michaud accomplished what no other the dealership could do. Right away I sensed that he felt obligated to help me. I just knew she was the type of guy who knows how to treat people and feels that feeling we all get when helping others in need. 5 OTHER DEALERARSHIPS told me oh don't worry, we will get you a new truck. After 3 days waiting, they come back and say well we couldn't put you in the truck, but we could put you in something different... and I said that's what put me in this position in the first place. The dealerships only cared about the deal and not the fact that I was a general contractor and talking me into a car would ruin my business...I needed a truck so I can earn a living and Zack made that possible. I just filed bankruptcy and I was in a car with a three-month-old car loan and negative equity an my credit score was under 600.I'll never forget how calmly he asked me some questions...and, i explained the situation as he was looked through his list of vehicles, and making notes. He said wait here I'll be right back. He pulled out with this beautiful 2014 Dodge Ram. I mean this truck was gorgeous and he said, you like this truck, and I said hell yeah I like this truck, but I'm not going to get excited because you can't get me in it...he said... well I think I can. And, once again I thought I was going through what I've been through five previous times. He said don't worry, i feel good about this and I really believe that we can get you approved for that truck. They gave me top dollar for my trade in to help minimize my losses with the negative equity from trading my original truck for the car... after only having it for 3 months. Being a general contractor, I was losing jobs because i was pulling up in a car with my tools in the trunk. Getting this truck not only saved my business but prevented future financial hardship in my life because now I have the vehicle that fits the job So, i thought I was going to wait another agonising three days just to hear them say... well we can't get you in the truck... so he called the next day around 12 o'clock and said, how did you sleep last night?, and I said, terrible, because I really want the truck and I know you can't get me approved. He said, well that's going to make what I have to say all the more worth it we got you approved come and get your truck. I was so happy and I just cannot believe that he pulled this off all the odds WERE stacked against me but I knew he cared enough to personally get involved and that's what made the difference with my experience at MICHAUD MITSUBISHI. Trust me they have tons of cars different makes and models to chose from. We arrived at Michaud Mitsubishi on an afternoon in April and were helped by Dave Moretti. He was excellent from start to finish and made us comfortable throughout the process. He was attentive without being overbearing and knowledgeable. After purchasing this car we were unexpectedly in the market for another car and we went right back to Dave and he was once again top notch.

I was told TWICE that if I decided not to purchase the vehicle, I would get my deposit returned with NO problem. But when I asked for my deposit back after two days, I am now being told I have to wait for my check to clear and then I have to give them a copy of the front and back of the check and THEN they will send me a refund. I was told by both the sales person and the manager that their reputation means everything, so there would be no hassle with the deposit being returned. Ha! What a joke. Nothing but a hassle. Very dishonest. Very sneaky. Very underhanded. I put a stop payment on the check today, and I will never buy a car from them.

My husband and I drove a long way from home to Michaud Mitsubishi for a good deal we found online. We bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra with low miles. I have always been very skeptical about dealerships some are very cold n your just another number to them ( which is 99% of the time) however the entire team at Michaud Mitsubishi got involved and went above n beyond assisting me when others simply turned their backs or simply didn't care or had no time to go that extra mile. I bought a Mirage on 4/8/2016 with salesman Brian Doherty. I told him my credit rating was not good because I got hurt going to work and became disabled. My prior vehicle was a 1998 Ford, which I babyed to death to keep it going, but was no longer worth fixing. Everything with Brian was so rushed that I was litterly confused and dizzy. It was like he was in a hurry. He thought he was doing me this huge favor when in reality I was vulnerable and I think he knew that, and played on that because I so wanted to get a new car. I ended up getting the only Mirage available to me he said on the lot. He made me rush to give him a deposit and what I got was not 2016, but a 2015 Mirage in gray. After I signed everything I noticed it had scratches on the driver's side quarter panel and there were paint knicks. I told him and I was very upset, and Brian said they would take care of it for me.I was never told my interest rate was 20.99% for 6 years. Their charging more than a loan shark. I am on a fixed income and Brian knew this. I was not feeling well that day, was rushed around and was confused and dazed. I know a big part of it was my fault, not to have rushed into this. Now I am stuck with this car that I never took a test drive in or was even offered one. Brian didn't even go through all the features of the car with me, that I had to call up service and drive back their.When I went back to have the scratches buffed out and the knicks taken care of, they touched it up with touch up paint all over. I am crying, upset and utterly devastated. Brian then proceeded to call me this morning to make sure I gave him good feedback. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Brian made sure to call me about that and I even said to him, is that all you care about. I am now stuck with this stupid car and I was not even told it was only a 3 cylinder. Once I gave my deposit is when I realized what a big mistake I made. I hope the owner sees this because I am beyond upset. I am going to ask my lawyer if this is right. Never will I ever go here again.

I have leased 2 and purchased 1 car from this dealership. It is by far one of the easiest dealerships with which to deal. The experience is without games and pressure. As with any dealership there will be negotiations and they have always been reasonable in these. I've had many painful experiences with dealerships in my 38 years of driving (I'm 54 for those bad at math) but none as pain free as Michaud. The owner is always visible, available, friendly and professional. The salesman who helped during my recent (1/29/2016) purchase was Jim Murphy and he was great - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I highly recommend this dealership.

Brought my car in for over heating issue.....told me I just needed to flush my car and it was "all good"....2 weeks later the car having the same issue again.....then they go on to say I have to wait to bring it back in and I have to pay again. The problem was never fixed...and they dare ask me for more money on a problem they never fixed the 1st time. I'm a Dailey driver with a baby in the car. The car they were working on is a 2001 eclipse...there own car brand. I feel robbed and not taken care of properly. Now I'm stuck with an overheating car and cant go about my business.

Buying a car is nerve-racking enough, and with my credit not being the best I didn't think I'd be able to. I looked on line to find what I was interested in, talked with Emily on the phone (very nice), and made an appointment. When I got there I met with Louis and told him the things I was looking for. He worked with me and was great. Steph in finance was sooo great, I really felt like she was pushing to get me the best rate. There was just no pressure, no rush, I test-drove and purchased a car! That anxiety of being pounced on when you walk in to a dealer doesn't exist here. The dealership is a bit of a ride for me, but well worth it. I'll be back, and I'll refer everyone I know there!

I've not been able to say that I've had a pressure free experience while buying a vehicle in the past but I did with Dave. From the moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted and treated with respect. During our conversation about the vehicle I came to test drive and the paperwork being processed to purchase the car, the owner came to introduce himself and was very personable. People often say to avoid the service department of dealerships as they can be overpriced and can recommend work your car doesn't need. The guys at the device department at Michaud aren't like that. I wanted to find a dealership where I could visit, roam around and not be pressured into buying a car. I already knew I wanted to look at the Mitsubishi line of cars and the ads that the Michaud group had on the web seemed very interesting. I first called and spoke with Steve Gill who was very nice and very informative. After he answered a few questions he then invited me to come in and look around which my wife and I did. Well in the end, we found the car we wanted at a price that I thought was fair and we bought it.I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another vehicle and since I have 5 daughters I just my be back before you know it.

At a glance, Michaud Mitsubishi looks pretty organized and well-maintained. From the selection of cars outside to the setup they have inside, this dealership presented itself really well. I was greeted almost immediately by Dave Moretti who helped me sift through a few cars with the specs I was looking for before we stopped at a used Dodge Dart that screamed "I had to have it." But Dave ran my girlfriend and myself through the process of checking out the car and inspecting its history, letting us know anything major about the car, and overall aimed at getting me into the car as easily as possible. The financial department also did a heck of a job helping to make sure I would get the car, and did not push anything on me at all. Overall it was a comfortable experience purchasing my first car, and I would absolutely recommend Michaud Mitsubishi to anyone else looking for a new or used car.

Zack showed us around and eventually we found a great 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that we ended up buying. We walked in with the mindset that we were only going to look around and compare prices on vehicles that we liked, but we never would've guessed that we were going to drive away with a brand new minivan, but due to the outstanding service and attention at this dealership, we did! Part of our decision was influenced by the accommodations made to us by Zack regarding the options to buy it.

Recently visited Michaud Mitsubishi with our son in search of a used car for him. Although I had no true input in his buying decision, it's his money, I was there for moral support. He is a young adult and was treated with utmost respect by the employees we encountered which is not always the case with young people. The showroom was fairly busy so we were actually helped by the used car buyer, Wayne Hathaway. I say buyer as he does not normally sell cars, apparently he normally buys used cars for the dealership. He had great knowledge of what was available so he was helpful and patient while we were looking. We took a test drive in a car he fell in love with. He was sold, we were sold. Wayne walked him through his financing options and we both left the dealership feeling as though he had been given a great deal. We would highly recommend this dealership. The bonus treat was the Halloween candy we were given! Love candy.

It was finally time to replace our old beater. This dealer had a great selection of cars (including many new ones with stick-shifts, which is why I went there in the first place) and very fair & mellow salespeople who do not try to hard-sell you. Dave, my sales rep, took the time to understand what I wanted in a car and found me the exact car I wanted, with all the features I needed and none I didn't. Even better, when I blanched at paying a new-car price that was out of my range, he found me a very lightly-used example of the same model that saved me literally thousands. When a minor issue cropped up after taking the car home, Dave was very responsive and had the guys in the service department rectify the issue quickly. All in all, an excellent experience and I would recommend Dave and Michaud Mitsubishi to anyone.

I am new to the country and as any expatriate employee knows it is extremely difficult to buy a car since you have no credit score established yet, even when your income meets the finance institutions criteria.I am living in New Hampshire, but Michaud Mitsubishi (Denver, MA) was the only car dealer willing to help me out.Their team was very respectful and helpful starting by Kelly who helped me out by phone, then Joe LaFratta who was very kind and immediately took us to the test drives, so we could decide what model to buy. And last but not least, Stephanie, who is the one in charge of finance affairs, she was very helpful and managed to get us the finance for our brand new Outlander Sport.This is certainly the place that I will be coming back in the future to exchange my car by a new one.

My car salesman, Tom, was a delight to work with. Not only did he give me a little piece of history on our test drive about the town of Danvers but he was so accommodating when it came to anything I needed in terms of the 2012 Rav 4 I purchased from there. He gave me his personal number in case I had any problems with the vehicle that way I could call or text him and he always gave an immediate response. He made car shopping a pleasurable experience.

Found the car I was looking for on CarGuru. Knew it was a great deal from their rating. David was my saleman, we test drove it, he answered my questions and/or found the answers, as they have a large selection of used cars. He took care of a minor parts issue, got the the registered, etc, all in the time frame that he promised. He introduced me to the Sales Mgr, there was none of the silly stuff that I dread when purchasing a car! Later, Dave introduced me to the owner, who was present, and very available to answer any questions. Michaud definitely has a family vibe to it!

I recently worked with Jim when purchasing my new 2015 Outlander Sport. Jim, and the entire team there, were great! No feelings of being pressured. Although I went in knowing what I wanted and having done my research, Jim reviewed all the details with me about the vehicle. He made sure I knew how every part and feature worked before I drove off. I also felt like that I was a part of the process and was able to see what was happening, instead of staff shuffling back and forth only asking the buyer to sign paperwork in a hurry. Even when I returned to pick up my registration and inspection sticker they were welcoming. Jim also made sure I knew where their service area was, where to park, and introduced me to their staff. It took less then 1 hour from start to finish. Anticipated almost all my questions and had the answers I wanted to hear. Courtesy, service, friendliness and knowledge was outstanding. This included everyone in the dealership from owner, sales and service dept. All car dealers say they want you to feel like family but I have to admit this dealership went way above to accomplish that feeling. I felt they were there to help solve my problem of buying a new car with absolutely know pressure.This may sound corny but it was actually fun.

I had a very pleasant and easy experience buying a car here. Sales people were extremely personable. I was greeted immediately and I told them what cars I had seen on Cars.com that I was interested in. They pulled the cars up and offered me a test drive on the one I was interested in. Showed us the Car-fax without even having to ask. I loved the car and Joe wrapped up the sale for us. There were a few things we wanted fixed on the car before I took it home and they had no problem meeting our request. I brought my cashiers check a few days later and insurance, registration and the repairs were all taken care of. It seemed almost too easy! I brought in my son, who is just building credit. Zach and I communicated ahead of time on the needs he had. He set us up with Louis. I was a little skeptical, because this is a family owed business, so I wasn't convinced they could get him financing. They did. They helped us find a car that would work....and a nice one......crunched numbers, and came up with something that would work for all of us. He drove away in his new vehicle. They even threw in a rose for me!!!!

From the minute I walked in until I left an hour later with my new car the whole experience was great. Joe LaFratta was my salesman and he got me exactly what I was looking for. They match, we call and go drive to the dealership. After a half-hearted attempt to peddle cars. We were given a Sacajawea dollar and a one dollar scratch(a loser) and told that was the prize. Not listed anywhere! If you want to give your money to these scam artists go for it!

While we like to browse the dealership parking lot looking for used cars, Dave Moretti appeared just when we needed someone to let us look inside the vehicle, of our choice. Dave gave us ample time to compare two vehicles that we were interested in. He took the time to show us both carfax's and what extra the dealership put into these two vehicles. Not once, did I feel intimidated working with Dave Moretti discussing the mechanics of these suvs. And, more importantly, he did not talk down to me.While discussing price, both Dave and Derek provided me a great deal and it was a great experience purchasing an used SUV from Michaud Mitsubishi. I would highly recommend purchasing a car/suv from them, as they are very helpful and treat each customer with respect.

I had a great experience with Dave Moretti at this dealership. Dave has a pleasant personality and was interested in helping me find the most appropriate car for me. Read about my experience below. I did some preliminary research online and picked a used car to test drive before I got there. I was in a huge rush as I hate taking time off work. I was offered coffee or water several times before the drive started. They have a keurig. We drove and talked about the car and what I was looking for. He asked questions to learn about what I was looking for, but he wasn't nosy and he was ok with my decision not to talk about my price ceiling. I decided that it was either the car that we drove or no car. I made an offer that I was comfortable with and he went to look at the car's paperwork and talk to a manager. I told him I was in a hurry and he needed to get back to me quickly. He was fine with this and he did return quickly. They made a counteroffer that I was happy with and I purchased the car. The rest of the process was reasonably quick and I am satisfied with my car.

My husband and I had a perfect experience with the purchase of our new Outlander Sport. We had done our research and had previously test driven the Outlander Sport, so our minds were made up before we even spoke with a sales representative. We felt we were buying a great car for the money. The car also held up well in Consumer Reports, especially in the area of safety. Another pressing issue for us; our 2002 Honda was in need of retirement.So, we were very pleased with our purchase but, the truth is, our Sales Representative, Brian Doherty made the experience even more pleasant. He was ever so patient when we showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, with two kids in tow. He never made it seem like a problem even after we apologized for our late visit. After a brief overview of the car with Brian, we made an appointment to return on Saturday at 8:30 am. We made our purchase on Saturday and met the rest of the staff. Everyone was so incredibly pleasant, from Brian our Sales Rep, Stephanie the Financial Specialist, Laura, the Sales Associate to Ervin who detailed our car after our purchase. We couldn't have been more impressed. Brian Doherty was so pleasant and efficient. He made the process easy and due to his great sense of humor, we actually had fun. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but I have I never dealt with a dealer that made you felt welcome and most of all did not pressure you to buy! Every detail of the car was covered and they did not try to talk you into buying a car with features you did not want . Tom Colpitts went out of way to help us understand every feature of our car even setting up Bluetooth and making sure we left feeling confident. He was the best car salesman I have dealt with. He also told to stop by anytime if we had a problem and he would help us. I went to our bank for financing and then came in to Derek Pound and he literally in one minute beat our bank's rate by over a full point! We love our Outlander and would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Referred by a friend walked in greeted by a salesman name Brian Doherty, told him we are looking for a car looked around found one but she couldnt do it on her own. We ended up waiting a couple of months Called Brian told him we are ready and if he had anything. Brian suggested looking on the web site to look at the new arrivals.was that a great idea my daughter was so excited and picked out a 2009 Eclipse. Called Brian as busy as he was took us A.S.A.Pafter going over everything we told him that my oldest daughter was looking at a car as well. Told me I could co-sign both, again Brian was helpful in placing her into affordable safe car.I also would like to thank Kevin Dunn who did a great job working hard to make this happen for my Daughters and giving them a pep talk on their new start of responsibility and Derek Pound for all his help as well to make this happen.Also great job to the service department for the great work in doing repairs that needed to be done. My wife and I went to Michaud Mitsubishi, Rt 114 Danvers, Ma. to find a good car at a reasonable price. We told the salesman (Dave Moretti) what we were looking for and our price range. He did just that, he did not try to sell us more than we wanted. My wife and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable we drove away completely satisfied. It is a rare find when the company owner (Kevin Michaud) stops by each and every customer and introduces himself and presents each female customer with a red rose (class act). Everyone we came into contact with presented themselves as highly professional and as real people. I have never been impressed by any dealership, until now. My wife and I highly recommend Michaud Mitsubishi for your automobile needs.

My overall experience at Michaud was amazing. I knew the second I walked in the door that Michaud wasn't like any other dealership. They greet you with a warm friendly smile and treat you like they've known you for years. The owner Kevin came over and introduced himself to my brother and I, which I've never had happen at any other dealerships. Not only did he introduce himself to me, he gave me a rose, welcomed me and re-assured me that they would work their hardest to get me into a safe vehicle at the monthly payments I wanted. The whole time I was there I wasn't pressured once and they listened to every word I had to say. Everyone there was super friendly and they all joked around with each other like a big family. Brian Doherty was my sales rep and let me tell ya, he's a class act and made me comfortable the whole time I was there. His personality is amazing and he had me laughing the whole time, I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. He kept his word on getting me into a car and into the payments I was comfortable with. If and when I need another car, I will def be going back to Michaud and working with Brian again. If you are on the market for a new or used vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend Michaud and make sure you ask for Brian! I was sad when the deal was over because I knew that I wouldn't be seeing Brian and everybody else until I need another car. I totaled my crappy '96 Civic on January 31st and exactly two weeks later, I was driving out of this dealership with a 2011 Nissan Sentra. Beyond how fast the turnaround time was, the team at Michaud Mitsubishi made this the easiest car buying experience I could've had. I worked initially with Zack Michaud, who was diligent about staying in contact with me to gather the necessary information and available options. I met with him when I visited the dealership on February 14th, along with Joe LaFratta and Derek Pound. Derek was in charge of my paperwork; he spent the time to make sure I got the lowest interest rate available for my car loan and that the terms of my financing were well within my budget. He also broke down the financing in terms simple enough for me to understand and helped to expedite the registration & inspection process so I didn't need to spend even more time at the RMV. Joe was diligent in making sure I had all the paperwork and legalities sorted so that I'd be able to drive the car out of there that day, which was great. They gave me a great warranty, and the offer of their help and service should anything happen to the car. Beyond all of this fantastic service, the entire staff was so friendly and personable that it put me in an even better mood than driving off with a new car did. Kevin Michaud, the owner, even sought me out to introduce himself. I'm in love with my new car and beyond incredibly satisfied with my choice to buy it through Michaud Mitsu. I purchased a 2013 camry from Michaud approx. 6 weeks. I was nervous due to my credit score but Kemp and Kevin Dunn both made me feel totally at ease. I am not sure how Kevin was able to get me approved but I am happy with the results. This is truly a feel good dealership with no pressure. My family and I are enjoying our new car and could not be happier with the way things worked out. I will absolutely refer friends and family to Michaud.

Even with my mediocre credit Bryan not only got what I wanted but reduced my personal maximum per month payment now I own the car I always wanted. I was supposed to pick up the car the next day with my new plates but due to another crazy 2015 New England snow storm things didnt work out as planned but kevin understanding how excited I was to drive my new car gave me dealer plates until mine came in the next day. Overall awesome people awesome experience.

Michaud Mitsubishi is nothing shy of "your feel good dealership." From the second I walked in, I felt absolutely zero pressure and 100% assurance as to how to find the proper vehicle for me. I met with Kevin Dunn, Lou Ferreira, and Kevin Michaud and they made the experience easy and fun for me, as opposed to the stress I was feeling prior to walking in. We walked into the dealership and Brian greeted us right away. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient. All the employees had a smile. Kevin answered any and all questions that we had for my first "real" car purchase. Jeff, from service, has been a huge help as well. everyone was very supportive especially Brian. Kelly always wore a smile and was there for any questions that I had. I'm not big on reviews.....but this is one I had to write. One of the things I dislike most in this world is buying a car. When I visited Michaud Mitsubishi back in December my attitude changed. The people at this dealership are down to earth and treat customers with a high level of respect. As their ad's say - they are your feel good dealership. Jim Murphy was the salesperson I purchased my car from. He listen, wasn't pushy and didn't call me a 100 times. I would highly recommend you ask for Jim when you visit the dealership. Kevin Dunn, the finance manager, was also great to deal with. He was friendly, presented me with different finance options and didn't try to sell me on unnecccessary upgrades. Whether you are looking for new or used, stop in to see these guys. You will be glad you did!

I bought my 2012 Lancer GT back in March of 2012. From the day that I purchased my Lancer to yesterday oil change and tire rotation, I have always had a great experience with this dealership. Joe lafratta was the most helpful salesman in the world and Mr. Michaud even came out to help when I had questions. How many dealership do you know of where the owner himself will actually come out and say high to everyone in the dealership? He will actually have a conversation with you and it could be about any topic. If you ever have a question about the vehicle at all, they will take the five to ten minutes out of their day to answer your question. If they are busy and promise to call you back withing ten to twenty minutes, you can bet that you will get a call back in that time frame.

I first stopped by Michaud the week before Christmas on a recommendation from my husband's co-worker. I was quickly greeted by Brian who showed me the Outlander that I came in to see. I stopped by the next day when I had a free hour and asked to test drive it. He happily got the keys and we went off for a test drive in some rainy weather. After enjoying the car on the ride I told him I'd talk with my husband and we'd probably be back. I was not pestered at all by Brian. I came in a week later for my husband to drive it and we decided then that we were going to buy it. Since signing the papers, Brian was on top of things such as phone calls to the insurance, touching base with me about when he'd be in the office and who else would have our paper work if we were able to come in at a time he wasn't there. He made sure to introduce me to the service department and helped me to get the best price on the winter mats I wanted to buy. He also had all of my questions answered when I came in for my inspection sticker and registration. He is also prepared for families- he had a muffin, coloring book and markers ready for my youngest daughter to use while we finished up the sticker and registration. We had an excellent experience at Michaud and will happily recommend them to our family and friends looking for new cars.

I was happy with this dealership until the piece of crap they sold me had problems. They went out of their way to sell me a car and make me feel comfortable. Now 60 days later, they want to charge me $100.00 just to look at the car with a known problem. Place is a SCAM! RIPOFF! STAY CLEAR! Typical sleazy car dealership! They say and do anything to get you to buy a car then once they seal the deal they don't give a crap about you!

We had a great experience purchasing our "new" car from Michaud, with Dave Moretti as our salesperson. In contrast to other dealerships we visited, Dave was laid back yet helpful, friendly and courteous. He shared with us that he had recently come on board to Michaud after making a career change, and he did so because he believes so strongly in the Michaud business model. If Michaud is attracting sales people like Dave they will continue to be very successful. Another really positive experience was working with Kevin in the finance department. His ability to work miracles and help me get a great rate despite a bankruptcy on my credit report from a few years ago was greatly appreciated, and he was incredibly understanding about it and eager to help. I highly recommend this dealership and wish more "mainstream" car dealerships would follow their model.

WHat a fantastic experience I just had at this dealership. My sales agent was Brian and he was so friendly and honest and caring. He made you feel like you were sitting with friends on your livingroom sofa taking about a car. The owner of the dealership came by with cookies too. Brian made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. The finance agent Kevin as also such a great guy to do business with, they made the whole experience so fun and easy and full of laughs. Brian advised me a few times while i was waiting and searching for a vehicle to buy ,that ***We will not let you walk out of here with a car that you don't like or payments you cannot afford.***Also met Kevin, who was also very polite , funny and ready to help and advised me of the something Brian did.Both Brian and Kevin were very patient with me and my little girl, Brian gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons, she was very happy. I knew what I wanted when I came through the door, and Dave, my salesman, did not try to push me into buying anything bigger and better. Dave was helpful throughout the process and when he couldn't answer a question right away he went and found the answer instead of trying to BS. Aside from some gentle pressure to close the deal (which I expected), there was none of the stereotypical antics. Everything else was fine. I got a good price. Probably not the absolute best I could have gotten had I looked around and haggled more, but I was looking for convenience and a quick purchase. There is a minor hiccup that I understand is not the dealership's fault, and is being taken care of. --- I'll update my post if it is not!

We read these reviews about Michaud being different than your average car dealership - it turns out, they're spot-on. From start to finish, we found Brian to be fair, and he really went the extra mile entertaining our 4 and 2 year old children while we completed the process. Everyone we ran into at the dealership seemed to drop everything to move the process forward. The best endorsement I can give is we're tough critics, but will definitely be back to Michaud to buy our next vehicle, and recommend them to friends and family without reservation.

The first thing I enjoyed about this dealership was that while you're looking around they don't come out and attack you like many places do, they give you time to look and then are willing to help once you seek it! Joe LaFratta was the salesman who worked with my dad and I, and he was awesome! He was informative, helpful, and patient with us even though we can be a hard duo to handle! He made himself available for whenever we had questions and really followed through! I ended up with a 2015 Outlander that is truly what I wanted and I love it! Our experience at this dealership was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

I put in an online application for financing on a site that sent my info to multiple car dealerships. Within an hour Kemp Dunn had called to set up an appointment with me. Zach called the next day to work on some finance stuff. I went in on day three expecting to walk out sad and spend the rest of the day shopping around for a place that could help me with my horrible credit, junker trade in and almost nonexistent budget. To my pleasure and surprise, Kemp remained cheerful the whole time and found me a car I loved and then introduced me to Kevin Dunn, who is a finance magician. I was able to drive away that day with an amazing car and affordable financing. I didn't think it was possible. Everyone there was so much fun, singing, cracking jokes, bringing us cookies and flowers and being generally awesome to hang out with. I would go back in a second. What a great crew!

My son was looking for a newer car and was desperate to find something he liked that was affordable. We both went to Michaud Mitsubishi and spoke with Joseph and Kevin. Kevin is always great to work with and made us feel very comfortable while discussing available options. Joe LaFratta was great and showed us dozens of cars on the lot. He was very patient even though it was after closing time and gave us a LOT of info about each car we were interested in (mileage, pricing, MPG, etc.). We felt very comfortable and found a beautiful, black 2012 Mazda 6 with low mileage and in great shape. My son loves it and can afford the payments. Michaud Mitsubishi is a very well organized, friendly, and easy to do business with dealerdship. I have purchased over 20 vehicles for my company over the past 4 years. I had the pleasure to work with Ambrose Devaney, who was extremely efficient, friendly, and most important non aggressive. We loved how he let us have some time on our own while looking at the vehicle choices. I live in Connecticut however decided to purchase from Michaud due to their level of efficiency, and desire to "make the sale". They have an excellent method for communicating with customers before, during and after the sale.The selection of vehicles was the best in the area. We worked with kevin dunn in the financing department. Not only was it a quick process, my wife and I actually had fun! We would highly recommend this company.

I literally bought a 2013 used Hyundai Sonata GLS today. Never have purchased a car in my life. Had no clue what to expect, or what to do for that matter. I brought my family with me for support, and we walked out with smiles on our faces and a point to be buying from them again soon. From the moment I spoke with Kelly (online) to Lou (sales), Kevin (financing) and Mr. Michaud (dealership owner) I knew I was working with honest, compassionate people. This is not your typical "just hurry up and sign on the dotted line" dealership. They took their time, they worked with me, and made my family and I feel like we knew them forever. Kevin worked tremendously getting me into a vehicle! I don't know how it happened, but it did. He was absolutely fantastic! Lou and Kevin made sure they called me back no matter what (which goes a long way with us). They didn't shoo me out the door, knowing my credit wasn't perfection. Mr. Michaud made sure not just myself, but my family were comfortable with our purchase. I mean, come on! You know how some people equate shopping for a new car with to going to the dentist for a root canal? Well, I felt that way too until my wife and I took the plunge and landed at Michaud Mitsubishi. We met Brian Doherty in the parking lot as we got out of our car and he took us right into the showroom and told us about the Michaud dealership. He emphasized they were a family dealership (not a factory like some) interested in customer satisfaction. He told us the owner, Kevin, was in every day and made it a point to meet and greet every customer and he was right. As it turned out Kevin Michaud has known some of my family for years and he made us feel right at home and reinforced what Brian had already told us - we were at a family dealership focused on satisfaction from the day you buy a car, throughout your ownership. Brian spent the time making sure we were happy with the Outlander we eventually purchased and was a pleasure to work with. The extra mile he went throughout the process was great. When it comes time to cross the i's and dot the t's. Kevin Dunn is great to work with. He takes the mundane part of the numbers crunching and turns it into a pleasant experience. Finally, we forgot and left an item of sentimental value to my wife in our trade-in when we left. I called the next day and between Brian and the sales staff in that day, they gave us the personal touch to retrieve the item and hold it aside for us. Hats off and thanks to all for a great deal, great vehicle and a great experience.

I need a new car. I have been looking forever and unable to make a decision. I just hate the process. My husband saw a nice SUV he thought i would like and dragged me to the dealership. Brian greeted us when we arrived and showed me the model on the floor. Turns out i loved it. Brian asked me all the right questions and explained everything without confusing me. He and Mike worked to find me a vehicle to suit my needs and budget, at last the search was over. Brian was so easy going which in the end made for a fun and relaxing afternoon. Let me first say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I didn't feel pressured into anything and I was able to take my time and not feel bullied. Jim Murphy was really easy to work with and gave me many options to choose from. I actually went in just to look. Never even crossed my mind that there would be a sign and drive scenario but that's exactly what happened. My family and I couldn't be more happy. Great big thanks to Kevin Dunn in Finance. This is the first time in my life I have ever bought a car with such ease. Seconds after meeting Ambrose it's like you have known him for years. He is a true gentleman. I went in looking for a car for my mom. I told Ambrose what she wanted and what I was looking to spend. It was like going over a friends house and picking out a shirt to borrow. That is how easy and comfortable he made you feel. No wheeling and dealing. No pressure at all. None. Zip. Zero. Then just when you think it can't get any better you meet Kevin Dunn. Not only did Kevin surprise me the next day with an amazing lower rate than originally quoted, he took the time to chat. It's like we were two school mates who bumped into each other. As mom and I left with her new car, Ambrose said "welcome to the family." Thanks Ambrose and Kevin!

The whole experience was awesome. We went there not really sure what we wanted. We were greated by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He introduced himself as Joe LaFratta. He then asked us some questions about what we were looking for and he brought us to a group of vehicles. I saw the one we wanted , test drove it and we took it home that night. We were never pushed to buy a bigger more expensive model We were listened to and we are very satisfied. We have been driving the vehicle a week now and are still very satisfied. In a year or two I will be back to write another review and I am sure it will be a very good one..Thank you to everyone as you all made us feel very happy and friendly. From moment one via email and then in person, working with these guys has been the best buying experience ( car or otherwise) that I have ever had. They worked and worked to get me into my new Outlander. They got be the best price, financing and a monthly payment within my budget. I can't say enough good things about everyone who works there from the salesman, to the finance manager and the dealership manger. I even met the owner one night. My first car buying experience ever and I would recommend this place over and over again, and I have! I love these people! I got treated with such great customer service and they were all very very professional. Their main purpose is to make sure you are leaving 100% satisfied with your purchase while also providing you with excitement about your brand new purchase! They have a great selection of cars that baffled me that they were at the prices they were at. Henry is an AWESOME salesman as he is professional, real and down to earth. I even took a picture with him! (Hi Henry!) Kevin was part of the Financial department and he makes sure you are informed on everything you need to know and gives you great tips about making payments that i respected very much. I walked in there and was greeted by EVERY member of the staff and i really appreciated that. Kevin Michaud runs a wonderful business.

I have been driving a Mitsubishi since 2000. I continue to return to this dealership because of their great service in sales and service.I have always had my cars serviced there, only oil changes! And that is because since I have been driving a Mitsubishi, I have never needed anything more than that! A very dependable brand! I dealt with Jim Murphy this time and he is a true professional, very easy to work with, no pressure at all. The brand sells itself. Also Kevin Michaud, the owner of this dealership is a very hands on owner, interacting with everyone on the sales floor the whole time I was there. As the add says, it is 'Your feel good dealership'. Well where do I begin? I purchased my first car in February 2013 from Joe LaFratta and from the start my experience was fantastic! Felt no pressure and definitely felt like I was a part of the Michaud family. He helped me beyond my expectations and did what he had to do to get me in a new car. With the car that I had and my credit I was sure I would be turned down, but Joe worked his magic and got me exactly what I wanted. I went back February of 2014 to see if I could refinance my car but what do ya know..I walked out with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! Couldn't believe that he worked his magic once again and got me in a brand new car for about the same payment I had with my 2009 Camry! They will be my forever dealership!! If I have any questions/issues I shoot Joe an email and within an hour he has a response, and if he's not sure he directs me to whoever I need to speak with! I went to the dealership thinking I was wasting my time and theirs. After e-mailing back and forth for weeks I finally went to hear them out. I walked in there wanting only 2 things a certain monthly payment and AWD. Other that that I could careless as long as they could get me a safe reliable car for my children and me. Just based on my credit alone I figured they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. After being in nursing school for two years I was stuck, how would I get to a new job without a reliable car to get me there? I went to Michaud Mitsubishi on a Tuesday and by Thursday I was picking up my new car! They truly worked hard to make this happen for me! I love my new outlander! They were never pushy, or aggressive and were true to their word. I had been to other dealerships that told me things but when it came down to finalizing the deal numbers were different. My car was spotless, and even had a FULL TANK of GAS! My last car I bought I picked up and had to go straight to the gas station so this was a big deal to me! I cannot thank Michaud Mitsubishi enough! Henry was seriously one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever met. They kept me updated regularly eons even on his day off!

Kevin was fantastic as well, personal and friendly and making me feel welcomed. I loved the feeling of an older fashioned, genuine and honest way of doing business. This is probably the craziest review that you will probably ever read, because we did not end up buying a car here. BUT, WE HAVE TO SAY, THE EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAD WHILE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS JUST OUTSTANDING! My husband, daughter and I were out "shopping" around for a used vehicle. We went to Michaud because of the ad we had seen in the Boston Globe. It was the most pleasurable, non-Stressful, no-pressure experience we've ever had in car shopping. Joe LaFratta was just so personable, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. And then we met Kevin Michaud, owner, and he was just as awesome. They made us feel comfortable, and again,not under any pressure, like other dealers who pounce on you. I feel bad that we didn't end up purchasing our vehicle there, but we will DEFINITELY VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN CONSIDERING A VEHICLE PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE!

After a day of visiting dealerships and getting the run around, it was a relief to work with Henry Capita at Michaud Mitsubishi. He was straightforward and honest, and willing to answer all my questions. This was my first time purchasing a car and I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of my inexperience. He was willing to negotiate a price within my budget. Jade Vigillo, the finance manager was also willing to explain all the paperwork and went out of his way to help make it a smooth first car purchase. I would definitely recommend Michaud Mitsubishi to friends.

Purchased a car from here through a referral. The car was filthy upon pick up when I specifically said I wanted it detailed, I had drool marks from a dog down the center console and the sticker residue was still on the window as if it hasn't even been taken through a car wash. I signed all of my paperwork to only get a call almost a week later saying my bank loan had been denied but they have another bank that approved me. Same day I find out that the same situation had happened to the person who referred me except her payments went up!!!! (I was also told by an employee this happens all the time and I am the 5th person in 2 days with this exact situation) The finance manager and 2 sales reps tried to convince me to take 18% loan, I immediately declined. How convenient 3 grown men clearing 80,000k a year have bad credit and have 20.5% interest rates, shady at best. Within seconds I get an approval of 9.9% that I was hoping for, to later find out they never actually even got an approval so all those signed contracts for nothing. My lawyer has been dealing with avoided phone calls for 2 days. I wouldn't accept another car from here if it was free!!!!!

Its pretty rare when I actually enjoy buying a new car, but in this case, I really did. The dealership is open, honest and friendly, and Zac was a pleasure to work with. My car was ready when promised, and the whole transaction could not have gone any smoother. I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends, and we already have.

Had a great experience buying a new Mitsubishi from Michaud Mitsubishi. My sales associate, Zac Currier, was very honest and upfront about everything throughout the process. They did not try to hide any extra margin in the value of my trade-in, the APR rate, dealer fees, etc. They did not place any pressure on me to move on buying the car, and were open about their process and numbers at every stage. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in without pulling any tricks or needing me to push them. Shortly after driving off the lot in the new car, my Tire Pressure Monitor needed servicing. I came back a few days later, and they fixed it with no problems. The dealership owner was around both days that I was there - for the purchase and service - and made a point of introducing himself and making sure that I was all set on everything. Zac took my car to get inspected for me and filled my tank. I even received a follow-up call after the Tire Pressure Monitor servicing a few days later to make sure that everything was all right. Great dealership to work with, and very friendly and outgoing staff.

My wife and I went out looking for a new car and every place we walked into it was the same old story , the sales people say one thing on the phone and when we get there it's pretty much a scam. However when we walked into Mr. Michaud's (sorry Kevin) store it was totally different. I met him, his son, he asked me what I was looking for in a car and within 3 minutes he turned and told the staff "lets get it done". In less then 12 hours he called me back and said his sales manager Paul will be calling us to finalize the details and come pick up your new car. I highly challenge anyone to find a better family owned car dealership then Kevin's. I had a very complicated situation with my car; not being in my name, trading in, bad credit ect. Joe LaFratta was patient, helped me along the whole way and promised we could do something, as he did. It was a few months process but I am 100% satisfied with my car, and purchase price. Very good crew over there, every time I was in all the salesmen asked me if I was all set/needed something. Two thumbs up to everyone over there!

After a very bad car buying experience several years ago and some aggravating salesmen while doing some recent car shopping, I was not looking forward to making this purchase but as soon as I walked in to Michaud that all changed! Everyone was pleasant and friendly. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, no wheeler-dealers. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price, no compromises! I highly recommend Michaud. Wow! I just Don't know ware to start!! As I walk into the salesroom a was ask immediately if I could be help. The sales rep started a simple talk about what choice of vehicle did I had in mine, and even though I was really interested in appraising my Car. I was not ready to buy anything just yet, because I wanted to make sure I was getting the right Value for my 2006 BMW x5. that I was looking to trade in. I think I was headed for the worse when it came to my car. My BMW x5 needed some work and I just didn't have the time for it. Here come the Owner of the Dealership with a very delighted warm welcome, he introduce him self and took my vehicle for a test drive, and of course I when for the drive, we had a small chat of miscellaneous back and forth, it almost seam like and interview. when we got back to the dealership he wanted for me to make my pick! to my surprise after I make my choice, I found out the it was a little over my expense to Jump with excitement. And just about wen I was about to turn down the offer, he turned around and gave me a deal that I know I will never get any were else. I gave this dealership the highest amount of ratings because it was the best car buying experience I've had. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. After having a bad experience at other dealerships this was a breath of fresh air. We had the pleasure of working with Joe LaFratta and he was excellent. Experience was great with no pressure sales tactics. Joe did not try to pressure me at all. I actually agreed on a car and started filling out paperwork and changed my mind and told him I didn't want the car. All he said was I understand and we are here if you change your mind or decide you want something else. I then decided on a different car a few days later and it's been about 3 months and everything has been great. Price was pretty high but the car is very reliable and so far worth it.

I read the reviews before shopping around for a new car and I was impressed with what was written in regard to the Michaud Mitsubishi experience.I went in on a Sunday, met with Joe. He was just a normal, nice guy not trying to push me in any type of direction.Being in sales myself, I was expecting more pressure (given the car dealership stereotype) but their was none. We had a nice conversation, in which I told him what I was looking for and what my budget allowed and went from there. After a little negotiation I was driving out the same day in a GREAT looking 2011 Outlander with low miles that was already below Blue Book value to begin with!Considering I had less than perfect credit, I was very happy with the efforts from Joe and Brian with the financing. My experience with Joe and the rest of his team was great! He was very friendly and courteous. He never tried to force me into a car I wasn't interested in just to sell like most dealers tried to do. He made sure to listen to what my interests and needs were in a car, and did his best to help me accomplish my goals. The owner of the company is also extremely friendly, and to have him go out of his way to make sure and personally say hello and thank you, shows a lot. I wanted to thank everyone at Machaub Mitsubishi for being amazing and actually real people which is not what I expected going shopping for a new car with some credit issues. Tom chatted with me through messenger in the morning before I got there and assured me that he would help me get into the carI wanted (mirage). I came up test drove the car and then Tom helped me through the entire process!!!! It was a great experience. Tom walked me through all of my features and not once was he a pushy salesman. The owner was actually their and very friendly. The credit guy was also great. I would definitely recommend going its worth the trip! When my husband and I first came in we had no idea what we wanted or even where to start. We were greeted by Tom right off the bat and told him what we sort of had in mind. He spent the majority of the day with us showing us a few different cars and even test driving the one we decided to buy. We started with a 03 Trail Blazer and left with a 12 Altima. Never in a million years did I expect to buy that never mind the fact that Brian made sure we were leaving that day with it. Brian is an excellent financial consultant and will go above and beyond to get you approved for your dream car. I shopped 3 different dealers online, Tom Colpitts was the only salesman who kept in touch with me months after I was looking around. I figured I owed him to stop in when I was serious about my purchase since he continued to email and call me. I'm glad I did, from the moment I walked in and met him, he went out of his way to make my wife children and myself feel like we were talking to a friend instead of a salesman. After 4 painful test drives with my children, we agreed on a outlander sport. At no point did Tom seem distracted by my hyper kids, and beyond went out of his way to attend to them also. I have received top customer service from Michaud Mitsubishi. They have a large selection of cars especially the one I was looking for, the Outlander Sport. The help I got was outstanding and these salesmen are truly experienced and know what they are talking about. They are very efficient in getting back to your phone calls and finalizing the sale. They make it easy for the customer, even for a new owner like myself. They are not the dealership that likes to make every penny off you, and you will walk out knowing you got a great deal. Kevin Michaud (owner) and Paul Dube (manager) are heavily involved in choosing the right car for you within your budget. Brian Philo is the perfect guy for financing your car while getting the best interest rate possible. I was really impressed with their knowledge and how friendly they can be when sometimes that is not the case. Kevin is the perfect owner for the job. He is well organized and will go the extra mile to know you and make a personal connection. I cannot see myself going to another dealer in the future. I found Michaud Mitsubishi online via truecar.com. I was looking for a VW Jetta wagon slightly used. Right from the start, Terrin McCutcheon responded quickly and politely. I was just beginning my search. I have a credit issue with which they were not only understanding and not judgmental, but Brian Philo worked on my behalf to get me financed without a co-signor. It took me about a month to make a decision. Terrin, Zach Michaud and Brian politely persevered and made the transaction so seamless and easy I was astonished. They even helped me arrange my insurance and took care of all the RMV tasks. They found me cheaper insurance than I had on my own. This dealership is an hour or more from my home; and I would not only go there again, but have already recommended them to my friends I like the fact that they take very seriously the fact that they are a family-owned dealership who cares about their service and their service was amazing. Beginning the moment I entered their dealership I was astonished with the kindness and generosity Michaud Mitsubushi bestowed on me. I visited several times, test driving multiple cars before deciding on a beautiful Mazda 6. The variety of inventory for new and used vehicles matched with great prices provides a vehicle for anyone. The salesmen were all extremely knowledgeable and easy to converse with. Kevin Michaud, the owner of the dealership, and Brian Philo, Finance Manager worked to ensure I had the lowest price on the vehicle, a great financing plan, and after careful review of all contracts did not try to include any unnecessary or unethical costs. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I think you would hard pressed to find a dealership with such low prices and unmatched customer service.

They went above and beyond my expectations to get me approved, lower payments than I expected and more. They were amazing! I drove in with a damaged 2003 toyota and drove out an hour later with a 2014 Mitsubishi outlander sport! It was amazing. I will never go anywhere else, if they can help me they can help anyone! I needed something that was AWD and reliable for my commute to school (in Boston) and for my job. I needed a good price because I am a student and currently only working part time. I worked with Tom Colpitts a few weeks ago when i purchased my Ford Fiesta. Tom was friendly and very helpful. Once the sale was complete, Tom could have thanked me and sent me on my way. Instead he sat in the car with me, helping me to set up the phone for the voice activation system which would have taken me a while to figure out. Plus, the car was a Ford, not a Mitsubishi so he wasn't as familiar with it. My experience was extremely pleasant and professional right from the start. I think the owner of the company coming over to introduce himself was a great approach. They were extremely accommodating and listen to what I was looking for. Never pushed or pressured me into purchasing anything. I gave quality of work a good was because everything was not in 100% when I left the dealership. When leaving the day I purchased it, a bulb was out and I have found that the compartment between the sheets is lose and does not lock, but other than that the whole experience was painless. I would recommend and even purchase from them again.

To describe Tom Colpitts in a nutshell I would simply say he is a genuinely nice guy who works really hard to accommodate his customers in finding the perfect vehicle. After dealing with condescending sales reps at other dealerships who were trying to sell me alternatives well out of my price range with absolutely no regard for my budget of for that matter my feelings. I seriously was at my wits end. I was driving down 114 last weekend and saw the Michaud sign and with a heavy sigh decided to give this a shot seeing I was seriously running out of options and really needed a new car. I walked in ready for the assault of the salespeople coming at me with phony grins and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a staff that was very relaxed and genuine. Like walking into someones house. I met Tom and he also was kind and non aggressive. It took me a minute to wrap my brain around the fact that he wasn't sizing me up to see how much money he could get from me. After asking me the basics we went for a spin in a new car and he could see immediately that this car was no match for my personality. I was ready to grab my keys and leave disappointed when he asked me to sit down and would actually, get ready for this...do some work... to see if he could find me something I would be happy with ( in my price range) I was reluctant. After searching through his computer he found a low mileage used vehicle that was more to what I was used to. I never thought of driving a Mitsubishi but I took the Outlander SE for a spin and was really impressed with the size and handling in comparison to my beloved old Jeep. It also had some amazing safety features that I have not yet seen in any JEEP. Alas it was a fraction more then I wanted to spend but again Tom went above and beyond to make the numbers work and get me the financing I needed to make this happen. I have had this car for a few days and Tom is still more then accommodating to help me answer questions about my new vehicle and I feel confidant if their are any issues, Tom and Michaud Mitsubishi will stand behind their promise of on going customer service.At the end of the day, I LOVE my new Mitsubishi and am very happy with the entire team at Michaud Mitisubishi.

Kevin Michaud-president of company, Tom Copitts-sales, and Brian Philo-finance all went above and beyond to help me find the most rated #1 safest car for my son. My mom has been a long time customer and I will too. I have never liked shopping for cars until I went here I felt like part of the family! My first visit here they had just ordered pizza in for all the employees all of us were offered pizza, drinks, ect. It felt like I was going to my friends house. There was no STRESS! Tom Copitts was very accommodating to make sure my son got into an very safe Mitsubishi. The owner Kevin spent time talking with us about what was important for me to have my son in and showed such excitement. I have had a few bumps in the road financially in the past and was worried in that aspect as to getting financing. Brian Philo worked so hard to get me the best financing there is along with Kevin Michaud. I really could have not have asked for an better car experience. It truly will be the only car dealership my family and I will ever go too!!! Excellent, quality detailed service. Tom went out of his way to make sure that I was completely comfortable with my new car purchase every step of the way. He finished off by sitting inside the vehicle with me and went over every detail of the interior and dashboard controls. I'm pretty tech savvy and really just wanted to drive off and figure everything out by myself. But, I'm glad he went the extra step because I'm not as tech savvy as I thought.

Do NOT buy a car from these people unless you want a car you just paid off to need an engine and then have them weasel out of their warranty!!!Been in this service department 7 times for leaking or burning oil and they kept either not finding the problem or fixing some small thing to push us off. They successfully pushed us 3K miles over out warranty when they told us that our engine would either have to be rebuilt or replaced at our cost, exactly what they promised would not happen. Things you will also encounter at this "feel good dealership". Their hold message is laughable! We have never been offered a ride to work or loaner car, even when we have begged, you get the answer "I don't know what to tell you". They once had my car for a Saturday morning appointment, dropped off Friday morning with the promise of being done on Saturday and they closed their service department and kept it up on a lift until Monday morning, leaving us without a car. Their service manager, John, also has an attitude problem. He is curt and rude every time I encounter him and I had complained to his boss and the owner several times. Poor you if you encounter him on the day after a holiday when he didn't want to be there. Completely unprofessional and I don't need to know your personal problems. After all, I was using my day to sit around your dealership waiting for you to find your latest excuse to get me out of your waiting room again!Point blank $20K spent on a car that was given the kiss of death at 4 years old that according to their salesmen "looks as good as the day you drove it off their lot".Kevin is the biggest conman you will ever encounter. I got to sit in his waiting room over and over again and hear whoppers like "I'm on the board of Mitsubishi. I'll make sure you're covered even out of warranty if you service your car here" and "we please 99% of people, the others are just the type of people who would complain no matter what you did for them. You could serve them caviar". I fought all summer long to get my engine covered and Mitsubishi corporate finally kicked in to cover the engine. Michaud still refused to cover the labor. Maybe in the future they should find the problem within the first dozen times the car is brought in. I will NEVER stop fighting these guys!

I came in to michaud mitsubishi to originally buy a used toyota yaris and eventually left buying a 2012 corolla which was the car i really wanted. my sales rep was walter vogel , he was very good , very friendly and seems like he has a lot of experience in the field , we made a personal connection and i felt it was genuinely important for him to help me get a car , this was the first car i have ever bought in this country so i was nervous about the whole process , he helped me out with finding a car i could afford and was happy with, and even picked me up and brought me to the dealership because i had no way of getting there. brian the finance manager also helped me get approved for a loan. now i am driving and happy with my purchase so far. thank you walter vogel !!!

My husband has less than perfect credit but needed a reliable vehicle. He already had tried a couple of other dealers in NH but was shot down after no effort to help on their part. Then my husband was contacted by Ambrose Devaney at Michaud Mitsubishi. From the very beginning Ambrose was upbeat and positive and treated my husband with respect. We went down to Danvers (90 miles from home) skeptical but willing to try one more dealer. Ambrose recommended a beautiful 2012 Chrysler 200. We took it out for a ride and fell in love with it. But then the moment of truth...trying to get financing with my husband's low credit score. We were figuring that they'd come back and say sorry, we can't help. But enter Brian Philo, miracle worker. He was able to secure financing for my husband, and in a very short amount of time. We were stunned! Again I must mention that this while experience was 100% positive from beginning to end. My husband is now the proud owner of that gorgeous Chrysler 200 and we both can't say enough good things about Michaud Mitsubishi, Ambrose Devaney, Brian Philip, and Kevin Michaud, the owner. Kevin have me a rose just for being there!

First, here's the good review I posted immediately after my purchase:Terrin was very friendly and responsive through email and phone. He knew a lot about the product and was a pleasure to work with, even after the sale was complete. The atmosphere inside the dealership was very friendly, laid back and professional. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated. The trade in process and purchase of my car a great experience and I would easily recommend anyone including my family to visit Michaud Mitsubishi when they are in need of a vehicle. And this is my update after dealing with the owner Kevin. When I went back to pick up some stuff from my traded in car, he went out of his way to point out that my traded in car had a cracked exhaust manifold (I was not aware of this when we closed the deal) and basically suggested that I should offer to give him $1,000 to cover it. Keep in mind, this is like 2 weeks after we closed the deal. I'll save the details, but my experience at that dealership went from great to terrible in that one conversation. I was offended and angered over this interaction. I will never go back there after how I was treated by the President of the company.

The hardest thing about going to a dealership is dealing with pushy and aggressive salesmen. I was able to look at the vehicles I wanted without anyone "looming over me" the entire time. This made me feel much more comfortable, I was given a test drive without asking and shown all the options for the model I was looking for. This made the decision easy when I was ready to pull the trigger.Best of all, they valued my trade. They were extremely transparent and we actually ended up meeting at a number that I felt was more than fair for me (above KBB) I would work with these guys again (particularly Joe) and will put Michaud Mitsubishi at the top of my list for my next vehicle purchase. I've been a long time Mazda driver and have had great experiences at their dealerships but this was certainly on part if not a superior experience.Thank you Joe and Michaud Mitsubishi!!

Shopping for a new car can be a difficult and stressful process. In order to find the right vehicle, you often have to do a great deal of research across a range of dealerships. Two days ago I came here and traded my 2004 Mitsubishi eclipse for a brand new 2014 Mitsubishi lancer, honestly walked out of there the happiest person ever. First I went to toyota,was disappointed with them, but I'm happy I walked out of there and went straight to Mitsubishi in Danvers, I have to say this is probably the only place I will ever do business with. It was quick easy and probably the nicest people I've ever delt with in the car industry. I just want to say thank you joe,Brian,and Kevin, and everyone at Michaud Mitsubishi!! :) deff recommended and would sayy there better then a 5 star! Thanks again guys!!

A few minutes after I requested a quote through their web page, Joe, one of Michaud Mitsubishi's sales representatives called me and after a small chat I was already pre-approved and we scheduled a visit to the dealership. During the call, not for one second I felt pressured to visit their dealership even when I had to reschedule for the weekend. Entering the dealership, I immediately felt the friendly and welcoming environment not commonly found in other dealerships I've visited in the past. After introducing myself, Joe was already prepared to meet with me. I must say, it surprised me how friendly Joe is. After a small talk, he was ready to show me the car I was interested in and got me to drive it, twice!! Every question that I had about the car, the car's Carfax, and the dealership, he answered it without a beat!My brother in-law was with me during the visit, and he even made a comment of how relaxed the overall experience felt.We even met the owner; Kevin Michaud, who I must say went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. Like he said, Michaud Mitsubishi is a family business, and they are in the business of making you want to come back over the years. I must say, you succeeded Kevin!After giving my approval to Joe, I was introduced to Brian, their Director of Finance. If I have to describe Brian in one word I would say relentless! I knew it was going to be hard to find a good deal to finance the purchase, and it took a while, but that guy did it. And he managed to get a deal far better than I was expecting. They (Kevin and Brian) worked so closely and in sync, that they even certified the car so I could get a better deal with the bank. I think no other dealer would be willing to do that at their expense.In no time, I was signing the papers and Brian answered all the questions that I had. There is no fine print, and everything is crystal clear.I am a first time buyer here in the states, and I thought the process of buying a good quality car at a great price would be a nightmare. I've never been so happy at being wrong. These guys will fight for you. And if you think I'm wrong, go and give them a visit. I Susan went to Mitsubishi to look at new cars knowing what I wanted I was asked if I was interested in a certain car and the service was very good I ask a lot of question . As it was my second time there to purchase cars . Again the service was very good and I got what I wanted and Tom went over everything with me about how everything inside the car as for as Bluetooth, clock how to set it was just amazing .i was Inpressed also Brian was great with getting my payment where I wanted it. Mitsubishi is a great car dealership to buy a car wonderful service.

I had a great experience at Michaud Mitsubishi from the moment I stepped in the door. I was looking for a used about a year or 2 car with low mileage. I was greeted by salesman Joe LaFratta and he asked me a few simple questions and without high pressure sales tactics I had run into at a few other dealerships I visited, Joe guided me to exactly what I was looking for and he worked really hard to get me into the perfect vehicle at the monthly payment I wanted. I can't say enough about Joe and the rest of the staff at Michaud Mitsubishi as this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I will be recommending Joe and Michaud Mitsubishi to friends and family whenever they are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I recently experienced outstanding customer service at Michaud Mitsubishi. They have a lot of great cars on their lot and they really work with you to get you in the right one. I was looking to buy one of their awesome Mazda3s. I worked with Ambrose from start to finish. He was very responsive to my calls and emails and he didnt pressure me into taking a deal I didn't like. Most importantly, he was kind to my wife and me. Some dealerships see a young couple walking in as an opportunity to profit hand over fist. Not here: they saw an opportunity to help a young couple get into a great car. The owner, Kevin Michaud, was directly involved in reducing the purchase price of the car to fit our budget. He personally made calls to their lenders to get me competitive interest rate, which is pretty miraculous given my credit. I was really impressed with what Ambrose and Kevin were able to do for us. We are very grateful to the team at Michaud Mitsubishi!

In search of a new car I have many choices living in the Greater Boston area. I have friends in the business and have dealt with other dealerships with purchases and leases for many members of my family. It's that word, family that made my choice easy, Michaud Mitsubishi was like visiting a family friend. From the moment my wife and I entered the showroom we felt like this was the place we wanted to purchase our next vehicle. When can you say that you are welcomed to a car dealership by the OWNER, not a salesperson. It was Kevin Michaud who welcomed us and our first impression was as if we've known him our entire life. As we discussed our needs we were introduced to Kevin's wife and we were told of the many charitable endeavors Michaud was involved in, very impressive. Solid family and firmly involved in the community. It was we were visiting the family run neighborhood store, definitely not a dealer here today and gone tomorrow. After his welcome and confidence that we made the right choice coming to Michaud, he introduced us to Ambrose Devaney, the director of Internet Sales and Leasing, again a great feeling and no pressure but full of information about what we were looking for and what Michaud had to offer. After our test drive Ambrose went over the financial details along with Brian Philo and we worked out an unbelievable deal that was worth the trip to Michaud. We finally met Zachary Michaud, Kevin's son who told us about Michaud's different marketing strategies and found him to be just like his mom and dad...personable and knowledgeable. We are new lessee of a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and couldn't have had a better car buying experience than what we received at Michaud. We will recommend Michaud Mitsubishi to our friends and FAMILY.

From the moment I pulled into the lot, I was looked after by Kevin Michaud President of Michaud Mitsubishi and kind professionals. I was left with the overall impression (from everyone I dealt with that day) that they really cared that I was happy with the product, and with their service. And I was! Im enjoying my new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport very much and will highly recommend this dealership to others.Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate the hard work and no pressure sales tactics that David Laurie employs. I visited a few other dealers but chose to do business with David. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt through the whole process. I had been looking to purchase a new, or new to me, car for a few months but seriously dreading it. I finally decided that I was going to just go see what my options were and chose to go to Michaud after getting a flyer in the mail. Upon walking through the door, with a not so enthusiastic look on my face, I was greeted by Al Berman. Al was fabulous, he made the entire process so easy and a lot less painful then I expected it to be. He listened to all the things I said I was looking for and found a car that suited me perfectly. I will definitely be returning in the future when the need arises again and I have already recommended Al to some family and friends and it's only been 24 hours!Thank you again Al!

More car dealers should take a page from Michaud Mitsubishi. They are not only great people, but they work together as a team. Researching online, I found a couple used Mazdas I was interested in and sent a request for a test drive through their website. My initial contact was Al Berman, who asked me what time I would like to come by. When he couldnt be there at my preferred time, he told me to come down anyway and somebody else could help. I dont know too many salesman willing to do that. Arriving in the showroom I was immediately greeted by Zack Michaud, the owners son. He works in the IT departmenthes not even a salesman, but made sure to introduce me to David Laurie. Dave is great salesman no pressure and even made the point of asking me what I was looking to accomplish the day of the test drive. Should you choose to buy and finance youll work with business manager Brian Philo. Brian is great at his job got me a better interest rate than I thought possible and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Buying a car is difficult to say the least but this family owned dealership made it a pleasure.

Right up front, the "Why" I have given the rating I did is because Michaud Mitsubishi is "the BEST dealership" I have ever had dealings with!I went in to see Al Berman (my daughter is his daughter's best friend) and she said, "Go see my dad...he's been in the business forever!!!" I didn't know that...So, I went over, alone...just to "look"...Al recognized me, said, "Give me a few minutes...I'm finishing up with someone"...I said, "No problem"...and then the "Friendliness" of Michaud Mitsubishi went into full swing...without knowing me, the "new guy" asked me if I would like a soda, water, hot dog or hamburger...(I was at another dealership the previous day as a REPEAT customer and was there for 4 hours and never even offered a sip of water!!!)...I work in the "service industry" and friendliness and making people feel "good" are a priority with me... this said volumes to me!!!So, Al finished with his people, came to get me (the "new guy" had been keeping me company)...I told him my "sad" story of my "dead" car and how the dealership where we bought it offered us an insulting amount of money for a trade-in...Kevin Michaud came by Al's desk, introduced himself and, what a small world, he recognized me from living in my complex...we started chatting, he offered twice what the other dealership offered me for our broken car, then Al crunched the numbers and came up with the "verdict"...leasing would be the best route for me to go...I took a test drive of the Mitsubishi Outlander, LOVED it (and I am not a "car" person...if I won the lottery, I would buy a limo and driver, so for me to LOVE a car is saying a lot!!!) I texted a picture of the car to my husband who loved the style and looks of it, the financing was approved and within a couple of hours, I was the proud "leaser" of a 2014 car...then, as if this wasn't enough, Kevin came out with a beautiful red rose for me! Again, another "nice touch"!I have told EVERYONE (and I know many people!!!) what a fabulous experience I had leasing a car! I just can't say enough...then, when we went to pick up the car two days later, David Laurie couldn't have been nicer...he took the time to explain all the features of our new car and even set the radio stations and hooked up my phone to Blue Tooth! Like I said, I just can't say enough about my experience...attention to detail and GREAT customer service is Michaud Mitsubishi's "claim to fame"...thank you to all who were involved!Mary and Billy Caico

I am a seasoned sales person who travels extensively for a medical device company. In my best interest, I have found it responsible to purchase a used car with miles under 50k due to the 30k+ miles I drive per year for work and I will keep it only for a couple of years. Because my office is my car, I require comfort, dependability, performance and style. This has led me to driving luxury vehicles over the past 20+ years. I explained all this to Zack Michaud, the consultant at Mitsubishi Motors that worked with me to deliver exactly what I was looking for: a 2011 Infiniti G25X. Because I live in a sales related industry, I appreciate someone that listens to what I want and does not try to deviate me from my objective. Zack was 'the man' and made my first time buying experience at his dealership very pleasant. In fact, every person that I met in the process of purchasing my car at Michaud Mitsubishi made me feel very comfortable and genuinely appreciated me for choosing them to satisfy my needs. This was weird for me, because the past few dealerships I have purchased cars from made me feel like I was doing them a favor for buying a car...shame on them, for making feel like nobody. This January, I was looking to buy a reasonably priced used vehicle that was reliable. After a few reccomendations from family, I decided on Michaud Mitsubishi and purchased a 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback with a total care warranty. It appeared to be in good condition, minus a few rust spots, yellow median paint splattered on the rims and wheel wells, and some discoloration on one of the bumpers, and the heating fan needed to me fixed, because everytime I turned on the hear or a/c, it sounded like a helecopter. Ambrose Delaney, my dealer, agreed that the dealerphip would fix the problems and to come in the following Thursday to leave the car at the dealership for a few days to fix the problems. A few days later, I recieve a call from Ambrose that my car is ready to be picked up, upon inspection of my vehicle, the rust spots on the hood and the yellow median paint had not been taken care of. I told Ambrose that this wasn't satisfactory, and he had agreed to fix it, so he came out with a can of black spray paint and painted over the yellow median paint in the wheel wells and told me that the color paint that was needed to repair the rust spots has to be ordered from Nissan. He assured me that he had a connection to someone at Nissan that he could get the paint from them, and to come by a few days later to have the rust spots fixed. I went in as requested, and waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes to see if the automotive technician had gotten the paint from Nissan, he hadn't, and I was sent home. Ambrose told me to again check back in a few more days to see if the paint had come in, this time, I waited even longer because the automotive tech was running late and hadn't arrived to work yet. Upon his arrival, the tech said that he still didn't have the paint and the color had been discontinued. I was furious that the dealer hadn't even followed up with the tech between times that he had asked me to come in, to update me on the status of the paint, as a courtesy, instead of wasting my time on three seperate occasions. I was furious, started yelling that the place was a joke and a waste of time. I called the general manager of the dealership, explained what had happened, and that I was really angry about the customer service at the dealership. He assured me that this was a problem to him as well and he would have ambrose call me within 5 minutes to apologize, and to set up a time that Ambrose would pick up the car from my house himself to get fixed. I never recieved even a call from Abrose, nor the dealership. So, I decided to go by the dealership myself, along with my Dad and boyfriend as support. My Dad noticed that my rear brake light was out, how did that get overlooked when my car was inspected by the gas station Michaud brings all of their vehicles to???. The manager said to leave the car and he would make sure what I had asked for was fixed, along with the brake light. I picked up my car about a week later, it looed like they had put a brand new hood on the car, I was happy about the job they did. Just a note: the manager if the dealership is great, he went out of his way to get everything done that was promised to me. About a month later, I started noticing that my engine would sound like it was clanging in a way an engine with no oil would. Oil levels were fine, and I brushed it off. My power outlet suddenly stopped working and I noticed that every time my fuel gauge would go below a half a tank, the needle would down to empty immediately, and the service engine soon light would go on and didn't shut off. I replace the fuse to the power outlet, and the fuel sensor problem seemed to have disappeared. Now, the low pressure sensor for my tires were going off at least once a week, i would fill them with air and it still didn't go off. Then, as of labor day, it was very obvious that I had a problem with the muffler, it was loud! and it sounded like a fan blade was rattling against metal when my car was idling. So, today, 9/3/2013, I took it into the dealer to have it looked at. He automotive tech informed me that the exhaust pipe connecting to the muffler had comepletely eroded enough to seperate from the muffler, my "total care warranty: did not cover the cost of the repair because corrosion and rust damage isn't covered!! They estimated that it would probably cost me $200-$250 out of pocket to fix it. As i was driving out of the dealership, I noticed a clunking and dragging metal-on-metal sound that hadn't been there befor I dropped it off at the dealership. The tech I spoke to reccomended that I go to Bay State Muffler on route 1S and they might give me a better deal. I followed his advice, they installed a new stainless steel pipe with an hour of my arrival, for a total cost of $90 (including labor). Bay State Muffler save the day! Overall, don't buy a car from Muchaud Mitsubishi, it's a waste of your time, money, and will only leave you frustrated and paying to get thigs fixed that should be covered under a warranty! They sell terrible cars that have nothing but problems as soon as you sign the papers, customer service has been nothing but disappointing and frustrating since I shook their hand to purchase from them

I would highly recommend buying your next car at Michaud Mitubishi - especially with the salesperson Joe! My husband bought a new car (Lancer) with Dave last month, and he was also very helpful. All of the staff are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you - constantly offering beverages and ensuring you have a good experience. I leased my car last week, and Joe did not hesitate to show me every car I was interested in as well as provide me with all of my options. Once I chose my vehicle (Outlander Sport) I was taught everything there is to know about the car. There are a lot of features in new cars that I was not used to, and Joe ensured I felt comfortable with using all of them before leaving the dealership - from Sirius radio to Bluetooth to the paddle shifters. Kevin Michaud even gave me a rose while I was car shopping! I was given excellent service, and offered accurate information to make an informed decision about my next car. Great financing options even to those relatively new to credit and very reasonable prices. No regrets or complaints!

I needed a car and my daughter and her husband bought their car from Michaud and told us we should try this dealership. They love the car and said everyone at Michaud was very helpful and pleasant. I was still very cautious on going because I had some bad experiences at other dealerships ie: pushy salesmen and fast talking finance people spending long hours sitting trying to talk me into a car I could not afford. But I have to say that Al Berman a great salesman worked with my husband before I got there and let him bring the car a 2012 Chevy Impala to my work place so I could test drive it. Brian the finance man had everything set up when I got there. It was a very good experience with no pressure tactics involved. I would recommend Michaud to anyone needed a new or used car. Everyone at Michaud was very pleasant and professional.

Between my wife and I we have purchased 3 brand new cars, 4 used. So its sufficient to say we have been to countless dealerships, dealt with countless sharks, swindlers and con-artists. The last two vehicles we have purchased have been from Michaud Mitsubishi. Buying a new or used car can and usually is an extremely stressful situation. Not here! The first purchase we made went so well we left the dealership feeling excited and happy with our new car, a COMPLETE and utter new feeling to every other car purchase we have ever made. So naturally when looking to upgrade my car last week we gave them first "dibs" so to speak.Customer Service: This last trip was not without some hiccups. We had some issues with the first salesman we were speaking with, but after one phone call everything was completely resolved 110%. Taking those issues and turning it into a deep discount on the car we wanted to purchase and adding additional money on our trade allowance without us even asking! You tell me what other dealership would sacrifice at-least $2000 just to keep you 110% satisfied! Also the owner of the dealership, Kevin Michaud, has NO problem coming out and assisting with ANY and ALL issues or concerns you have! He has even come into the dealership from home just to help move things along so we could make our other appointments! This guy is amazing! Our 4 year old son was with us on this trip and they actually paid more attention to him than us at some points! This may sound like a negative but believe me its not! My son liked them so much he was walking around the dealership pretending to sell cars! Made the entire trip so much more relaxed.David Laurie, Salesman: What can I say about my man Dave. After our issues with the first salesman Dave swooped right in after my call and was nothing short of amazing. Within 5 minutes of us speaking he had given us his personal cell number with instructions to call or text him day or night with any and all questions we had. Another first for us. This gentleman is a major asset to Michaud and believe me, next year on my wife's upgrade I'm asking for HIM personally! Brian, Finance: Brian has an innate ability to explain even the most complicated of finance terms to where anyone can understand. This guy called the bank and literally fought on the phone in front of us for ONLY a 0.67% decrease on the rate they wanted to give us. Only 0.67% and this guy acted like it was 10%! It would have had zero bearing on our decision to buy if he was unsuccessful but that didn't stop him from trying to save us money.In closing I can in good faith encourage ANYONE looking for a new or used car to go to Michaud first! You wont regret it! And remember if you have any issues at any time during the entire process just call or let them know, they will truly do anything it takes to make you happy! Buying a new car from this dealer may be okay, but all their used vehicles come with all kinds of title issues which they won't tell you about - accidents, rental fleet etc. Make sure to double check the Carfax. Also, don't trust whatever they will verbally promise you (like new tires) - get everything on paper. Or, even better, shop elsewhere. On a bright side, Mr. Michaud will give your wife a rose and a big smile, just like one of the previous reviewers said :)

I never thought i would be able to get my own vehicle because of my bad credit. I had called a few places and they could not help me. I called Michaud Mitsubishi, I spoke with Ambrose, and right away he was more than willing to help me out with my situation. I got off the phone and went straight there. Everyone was more than happy to help us find a new car!. We even had our puppy with us, which Ambrose allowed inside to sit with us while we did the paperwork. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. I was allowed to test drive a few in my price range. After i did some paperwork, i was introduced to the Director of Finance, Brian. He was wonderful and so helpful. I did my final paperwork for my new vehicle with him, and he did his magic and i was able to get the car i wanted even though my credit was not very good. On my way out i was greeted by Mr. Michaud. Now you hear about these car dealership owners who just care about the sale and the money, but NOT him. Mr. Michaud was extremely kind and very passionate about his work and our satisfaction with his employee's and our experience at the dealership. Everyone at Michaud Mitsubishi are wonderful people. They make you feel like close friends and not just someone with cash to buy a product. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go here!. Good credit, bad credit, even you're first time buying a car. They will help you no matter what, and do it with a smile!. I 100% recommend you go here whenever you need a vehicle!!.

I went to Michaud Mitsubishi with the hopes of purchasing a used vehicle, knowing that my credit situation left a lot to be desired, and not fully confident that I would be approved for anything. Not only did I walk out with an amazing brand new car, it was very well priced and during the whole experience I felt comforted and reassured by the entire staff. I cannot properly put into words how happy I am that I went to Michaud Mitsubishi. Everyone there is professional, knowledgable, and extremely personable. They have most certainly raised the bar in what it means to purchase a vehicle. Since buying my car, I have told everyone that will listen how amazing they are. I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was and I hope more people get to see this first hand. These guys are awesome!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I had almost given up on car shopping all together after being told it would not work out with three other dealerships. I had received a notice in the mail from Michaud Mitsubishi and decided to give it one last shot. I visited their website and saw that they had the exact car I was looking for a white Mazda 3. Upon my visit to the dealership, I met salesman Steve Bausemer. He was very friendly and welcoming. He ran some numbers and told me he had 90 percent certainty that I would be driving home in the car I wanted. I was very skeptical at first after being told the same from other dealers only to have the end result not work out in my favor. A couple days went by and I got the good news that I was approved. The payments were still a bit high and I would need a cosigner but I was still pleased with the end result.Little did I know I was in store for better news. During my second visit to Michaud, I was greeted by Finance director Brian Philo who told me that he was able to get me a great deal on payments and even managed to make me the sole owner of the car. I was beyond surprised. He also got me a low interest rate and a great deal on insurance. I cant speak highly enough about this dealership. In the past, I have always frowned upon the methods that most car dealerships use when someone is looking for a car. The process usually includes test driving a car first without even seeing what you qualify for. I would always be set up for disappointment, fall in love with a car and then be told sorry its not going to happen.The employees at Michaud were always very straightforward and willing to help me out in whatever way they could. Dealing with Michael was great. I didn't feel pressured or bad about my financial status. He made us feel like anyone else and never let us think it was impossible.Brian worked all kinds of magic in making a deal work for us. He found a way to allow us to get a car and to help us build our credit. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I did. I sent my mom in to trade in her car and she also has credit issues. They were able to work a deal that day. We are greatful to have met Mike as "our car guy" he did not treat us as a regular sales person who is only in it for the comission. He treated us as a family man who is really aware of our needs and made us feel comfortable. He made sure we left with a car that has been great for our family. We had no credit and between Mike and the great job of Brian from the finance dept. we definetly got our great deal. Joe LaFratta went out of his way to put together a deal that suited me to a "T". I've bought at least 20 new cars in the last 25 years and my experience buying a new Mitsubishi Evo from Joe rates in the top 2 experiences throughout the whole of the northeast. I am a difficult person to satisfy but Joe went the extra mile, his patience was second to none as my deal involved a trade which always throws a monkey wrench into any car deal. I will try to be brief. I am 65 years old. I worked for 40+ years at one job. Got laid off and not only did I suffer emotionally, but so didn't my credit I received a call from Margaret Moulaison, Sales and Lease Consultant, and she said she could help me even though I didn't think it was possible. I went reluctantly and she she was able to work magic with the whole team Kevin and Brian. On Monday, I will be picking up my new 2013 Mitsubishi and with no money down; and the same monthly payment that I have been paying fur the last six years. Their trademark. "We're your feel good Dealership" is absolutely true. They never once made me feel uncomfortable. When I left, I felt that I made new friends. Now how often does that happen in a car dealership. Michael was a very friendly and helpful salesman. Although he pushed for the sale, as all salesmen do, he was gracious and polite about it. We found a car we liked but needed a lunch break to talk it over. However we decided immediately that this car was right. Michael got a bit off the list price and then the rest of the process just rolled along smoothly. The owner of the dealership came over and gave my wife a rose (it was the Mother's Day weekend :-) and the finance person (sorry I forgot his name) was also helpful and efficient and got a low finance rate. All in all, we'll definitely go back and ask for Michael specifically if and when we need another used car. Oh, and they have lots of choice on their lot.

When Michaud Mitsubishi says they specialize in bad credit financing, they mean it! I had trouble with my credit, had pretty much and given up on a new car when I found Michaud Mitsubishi. I called Michael Simon, explained my situation , and he told me about their second chance program and promised that they could definitely help. I told him I didn't want just ANY car, and described what I wanted. I went in the next day, he had a 2010 Nissan Altima with leather seats, sun roof and navigation ready for me to test drive. This was everything I asked for and more. Within the hour I was cleaning out my trade in (which was an old beat up VW by the way) and I drove home in my new car. They even got me a better interest rate than on my last vehicle! Everyone was extremely helpful and completely understanding of my situation. They made me feel like a person not just a low credit score. They have made a customer for life!!!

After our last car purchase went horribly wrong we were weary to do this process again. Fortunately Michaud Mitsubishi has restored our faith in car dealerships! Not only was the owner great, he introduced himself, brought us out back, made us feel welcomed and best of all completely understood why we couldn't just walk out of there based on the first car we tested! Our sales rep Al was extremely experienced and friendly. The environment was completely different than any other dealership. Basically we didn't feel like a bunch of sharks were ready to pounce on us. We got a 2011 outlander sport and couldn't be happier. They worked with us to get the best deal and took care of everything. After a brief credit check they even let us drive the car home that day and let us put the rest of our downpayment a few days later. How accomadating! Once the paper work was signed we weren't shooted out the door right away--our salesrep Al took the time to show us around where the service center was and showed me features on the car. He even set up our bluetooth for us. We even got a letter from the owner making sure we were all pleased with our experience. Our finance guy Brian took care of all the registration and inspections we didnt have to do anything! This time around, purchasing a car was the easiest thing we ever did! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYBODY! And trust me i did a bunch of reviews after learning a tough lesson before! Check for yourself this dealership is the BEST!

I bought an Outlander here last week and I absolutely love the car! Michael was great at answering all my questions. I usually feel wary and pressured when buying a car but they gave me a good deal, they were upfront and honest and I never felt pressured. I liked everyone I dealt with and even the salesmen that weren't helping me were very friendly and helpful. I went by today and Michael helped me set up my phone with the car's bluetooth system since I didn't have time to stay the day I bought it. They let me test drive the car for the whole afternoon to make sure I really liked it and when I told them I needed a few days to think about it, nobody called me to pressure me in the meantime. I really feel good that I made my decision without being harassed and pressured.

I really needed a reliable car so I went online and filled out a credit app for Michaud Mitsubishi. Within a few minutes I got a call from Joe explaining to me that even though I have bad credit they could get me loan on a newer car for a low monthly payment. Knowing how car salesman are I assumed this was just a "pitch" to get me in.I have to say that Joe was true to his word and after about an hour and a half I was leaving my old Jeep there and driving away in a nice like new SUV for exactly what I wanted to pay a month.I'm still in awe of the whole experience. Joe made it so stress free that I couldn't believe it. I will be sending my son to see him in a few weeks and I would recommend them to anyone that is skeptikle of car dealerships.Thanks again Joe and Michaud Mitsubishi.

I have not had the opportunity to purchase a new car in a LONG time. My credit is horrible. I could only get used vehicles at buy here pay here places(which sell the most horrible vehicles). The staff - especially Michael Simon and Kevin Michaud worked miracle. They made sure I walked out of there with the best deal on a 2013 Lancer! I totally dislike the car buying experience as I no longer have the patience to deal with the "BS" dealers try to put you through. I had none of it in my dealing at Michaud and I attribute that to my salesperson Margaret. I called her about a vehicle I was interested in and told her I had no time for games. She assured me she did not operate that way and that there would be no problems. She did not and there were not. She showed me the vehicle, we discussed price and within 1/2 hour total time I purchased it. Margaret was a joy to deal with, she understood my feelings and made sure I was comfortable and never pressured. She was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and was able to answer all questions I had regarding it. Much to my delight the negotiations were straight forward with no games played. I did not plan on purchasing that day and must say Margarets' demeanor were the reason I did. She made the entire experience a pleasure and I will definitely contact her first the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. I will also say that all of the other people I dealt with were pleasant and professional and the entire purchasing process was a positive experience. The owner Kevin Michaud introduced himself and left me with the impression that they really were interested in making sure I was satisfied. If you are looking for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Margaret Moulaison and Michaud Mitsubishi.

When I first walked into Michaud Mitsubishi, I knew I was in the right place. I discovered a car dealership that was truly unique. They genuinely care about their customers. Not just in a verbal, pacifying way, but in a way that really made a difference as to whether you end up in the right car or not. One usually does not associate the word "kind" (as in caring) with a car dealership. This place was a clear exception.Initially, I had some credit issues that I thought were insurmountable, yet these folks got to work. What I ended up with was basically the car of my dreams. I got a fantastic interest rate and payments that I could afford. This all happened with a speed and professionalism that I have never encountered in a car dealership before. I always thought the phrase "sign and drive" was for other people. They made it happen for me.My wife had an even more astounding experience. She had a brake fire on her previous car that more or less totaled the thing. Again, with no credit history and no money down, they were able to put her in a fantastic car that is much better than the one she had!I truly believe that they could put anybody in a car. Not just any car, but one you really like. They are the real deal. No phony promises or runarounds, just honest people doing a great job for their customers. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

Absolutely thrilled!!! I walked into the dealership knowing the exact car that i wanted, but knew i had horrible credit, no co signer, and a repo on my record...having said all that, I was online checking the website and spotted this statement from Kevin Michaud " At Michaud, we are able to FINANCE EVERYONE REGARDLESS of CREDIT issues.." ..well i thought to myself, let me see if he lives up to what he says with my credit history...Couple of hours later, i was cleaning my Kia Rio out and moving into my 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder-key in hand and driving away. WOW, WOW is all i have to say!! I was overly impressed with how professional, friendly, attentive, and non judgmental this crew at Michaud was. Not only that, but Kevin Michaud himself personally greeted me and took part in making sure i was happy and comfortable. I have already told friends of mine who are in the same boat as i with bad credit. I highly recommend Michaud Mitsubishi and am so grateful for how they helped me!!! So serving customer is my area of expertise but I must say that I was extremely expressed with the Quality of service that I got from Michaud Mitsubishi dealership in Danvers,Ma.I bought about a year a go an Endeavor 2004 LS, great Car, very strong and the very first day, Mr. Michaud himself came to show me how appreciative he was for doing business with me, My Girlfriend a rose and we have a glass of wine...I thought i was dreaming...Michaud took his time to talk to us, get to know us a little, show genuine interest in his customer...Here is what top it off, this December, i wanted to get something a little bit newer less mileage ( i do travel a lot) so I went back to the dealer to see what they can offer me...Mike Simon, from sales,one of the best salesperson i have met, patiently work with me and my situation since i had just acquired the Endeavor...Michaud and Brian ( Finance) were more than helpful to find me the perfect Program, affordable to me and Guess what I am driving now.... Yep 2013 Outlander Sport, I still poke at myself daily to see if it is true....The car is awesome,from features to slick styles and the performance...Absolutely worth investing on, did I mention great EPA Gas mileages....Overall, i would strongly suggest Michaud to anyone who has less than good credit who is serious about rebuilding a credit score, they have all the programs, the cars and a world class Customer Service crew....You guys are great!! I was looking for a used for myself and my mom ended up buying one! Not because she really needed a car but because she had sat in a used car that actually made her comfortable without pillows..... she is four foot seven inches and very tiny.............. Michael was amazing with my mom! I really felt he actually cared about her although we had never met him before. Because of my moms age (79) she was nervous about the whole process but he was totally there to hold her hand and help her through it! Michael was wonderful and I have recomended him to my husband who will be looking to get his elderly parents a car soon as well. I just felt very comfortable with Michael and the owner mainly because they made my mom feel comfortable and treated her as if she was their own! HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Just purchased a 2010 KIA Soul here. The best dealer ever! I went to 8 different dealers in one week, this Michaud Mitsubishi was the only one that took me very seriously! Coming from a person with beyond aweful credit, they actually approved me right away with a way lower interest rate than any other dealer would've done for me. Seriously from the salesman, to the tech, financial manager, and even the OWNER came greet and helped me! AMAZING! Walking in that dealership felt more homier and welcomed than any other place, they made me feel like I'm not just a number!Unlike the other dealerships, send me home, told me they will call me, I kept waiting and waiting, and never received a call, very rude! I was in need of a new vehicle, plus i received a flyer in the mail. So my husband and I took a ride. We drove around the lot, no one bothered us which I like. It gave us time to browse around. I saw this Nissan Rouge and loved it...just not its color (hahaha). Anyway we walked to the door of the dealership and Michael was so friendly and up front with us, that i was like is this for real. I have had bad experiences with dealerships before. They worked with us and made us feel like we were their main priority. Every time I called i always got the answer I needed, if Michael was busy I always got a call back.I walked away very happy and a proud owner of a 2011 Nissan Rouge. First let me say that I have very spotty credit and did not think I even had a shot at getting financed. I told this to Joe and he still treated me with the respect I assumed only people with 800 credit scores received. He and the finance manager worked for over two hours to find me the right car (Toyota Yaris) for the bank to approve me. What Joe did for me was nothing short of a miracle and I am deeply grateful to their whole staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Kevin who was very down to earth and a real gentleman. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. If you need a car you are crazy to go anywhere other than Michaud Mitsubishi. They have a huge inventory and never pressured me. I had been to a few other dealers claiming to be able to get absolutely any one approved. My experience with them was far from a good one. One was very rude and did not want to talk to me once I mentioned having shakey credit. Another wanted an outragious amount of money for a down payment in order to even attempt doing anything for me. As a last resort I decided to give Michaud Mitsubishi a shot. Saw their advertisement in a car selling magazine. I was approached by Marco who was very friendly and assured me they could get me approved in spite of my credit. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me a few differanr vehicles. He then spoke with Brian the director of finances. After they discussed my options Marco showed a list and the cars I would be able to get. Marco showed me a Nissan Versa which I took for a test drive and fell in love with. The owner Brian came over to meet and chat with me, and also gave me a nice red rose. I was approved and able to take home the car that same day. I was very excited and gratefull to everyone involved in my transaction. Brian was great. I have and will telol everyone I know looking for a car to go to this location. Thanks guys. Great job.

Not just the salesman I ultimately bought my care from but all the employees made sure we were being taken care at each vist, offered us beverages and were super courteous on every visit.The owner insisted we were sure of our purchase and also was available and friendly!

My experience at Michaud Mitsubishi could be summed up in one word...AMAZING!!!! I woke up that morning thinking that I will just "go and look" and see whats out there for cars for me. I don't have the best credit, so I was already hesitant as to what I was even eligible for. Joe showed me the Toyota Corolla, I test drove it, fell in love, it was exactly what I was looking for! All of a sudden, I was signing papers for it, and driving it off the lot!! Everything happened so fast!! I know Joe and Brian went above and beyond for me to get this car and I am so grateful! I woke up that morning driving around in an old Jeep Liberty that wasn't the safest for myself and my daughter, and a few hours later I was driving around in a new car!! If you are looking for a friendly experience and want to be treated like FAMILY, this is the dealership for you. We stopped in on a rainy night just before closing and were greeted by Steve who let us look around the lot on our own and then asked what we where looking for. After a brief discussion, he showed us the perfect car for our son. We returned the next day and as Steve was off, Patrick took over and we test drove the car and upon our return did the paperwork. The owner Kevin Michaud came in to the show room arriving for work and immediately came over and greeted my wife and I. He returned with a red rose and gave it to my wife as we had missed being in the show room on mother's day. We had a few things we wanted done to the car before delivery and everything was very carefully taken care of. A few days after picking up the car we received a nice card from Patrick thanking us for our business with a personal touch. As well as a phone call asking about our experience. This is a small gem found in between all the larger dealership on Andover Street in Danvers, well worth the visit.

Marco is an excellent salesman. I went there to check out the Lancer Evolution and he really showed the car off. When he was driving, I could tell he knew how to really experience the car. Then he showed me the best way to experience it myself, and really allowed me to engage the car. Fantastic test drive and a great person. I loved the car, but in the end I had a better deal at Subaru.

I needed a car ,but could not get to a ride to this dealer. They worked with me over the phone ,and got me everything I wanted. They even delivered my car too me witch was the lancer gts. They have great service I went back there to have my car checked out they said I didn't really need anything done, but they checked my car out anyways and didn't charge me for anything.

After being incredibly excited about the listed sale price of a car I was incredible disappointed by their tactics. They list internet prices and in the fine print it says "All advertised used car prices are plus $995 cash down or trade equity." while this is obviously legal, it is incredibly deceptive and lures you to their dealership under false pretenses. The sad thing is that the actual sales price was still pretty good and I would have purchased the car. I am just exercising my right as a consumer to take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse. This is my 4th car purchase and never before has a transaction run as smoothly as it did at Michaud Mitsubishi. My salesman, Mike, was knowledgeable and helped me feel 100% confident in and comfortable with my purchase. While I was filling out paperwork, the owner actually took the time to thank me and congratulate me. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full tank of gas and a rose in my car. This certainly won't be my last car purchase, and it certainly won't be the last time I do business with Michaud Mitsubishi. I highly recommend this dealership!!

This dealership was nothing like any other dealership I have ever been too. That first cared about me and my situation. From my experience, some dealers don't care or they would care enough to get me into a test drive vehicle then afterward would just "drop" for better potential customers. They were real from the very begining and they were no only respectful to me, they were respect towards my parents who are not fluent in english. They answered every quest my parents and I had and if they didn't understand something, they took the time to explain everything to both my parents and I. I really loved the experience. I got a brand new Mitsubishi and I love driving it. I can't imagine going anywhere else now. To everyone at Michaud Mitsubishi, Thank you very much.

If Michaud Mitsubishi gave you the car for free it still would not be worth it. This is the most unprofessional dealership in existence...of course this is a car dealer so that's a low bar to begin with :). They took my deposit of $1000 and sold the car to someone else the next day...even as I was speaking to The president Kevin Michaud and offering to increase my deposit another $3000 for a $9k car. So in 3 days I went from being elated to being cheated. You are foolish to buy a car from the dealership, buy a car from any other dealership and you'll be quite lucky to avoid this dirty dealer.

They say three times is a charm! Well I have to say that I have bought three cars from Michaud Mitsubishi and all three times it's STILL the best car buying experience I have ever had! They do treat you like family. From the saleperson to the finance guy to the service team they are all just great. Jim in service had a full day the other week and I needed just an oil change and he squeezed my car in and I thought that was really nice of him. The new finance guy, Brian couldn't do enough for myself and my husband. We had a leased vehicle from another dealer so we decided to buy it through them since we liked the dealership so much. I met him on his first day (I think I was his first customer) and I was like "wow" this guy is perfect for this job. He's a numbers guy for sure. He really makes a good impression on you for sure.And then there is Kevin Michaud. Well, I wish I could buy another car just to go in and see him and his team. I got so used to being in there I felt like I worked there. He is always around there and greets you upon arrival. He doesn't hide in some back office like other dealerships. I had inquired on line about a particular model, got the very quickest response, had my financials taken care of before we even sat down to talk.It seems to be a real team effort at this dealership, my husband and I were really pleased with everything!! After going to Michaud's website I found a car I was interested in so called them. I asked Jim why the price was lower than other dealer's and he said 'we like to sell them for less'. I get there and Jim is not interested in anything I have to say, I have to ask him twice or three times before he acknowledges my questions. Then he shows me two huge scratches on the car, I am confused why he didn't tell me this on the phone as I specifically asked why the price seemed lower. I ask Jim why he did not tell me and he continues what he did before muttering and talking nonsense unrelated to the scratch. What can I say, no one is perfect, Jim is simply a bad salesperson.However, the icing on the cake was definitely a chance phone conversation I had with the owner Kevin Michaud. Mr.Michaud yelled at me on the phone totally unprovoked. It was the end of the day and he was clearly looking for a fight. I did not raise my voice, it was a standard phone call, he went off that he is tired of getting trade-ins in bad shape and a lot of miles. Seemingly the opposite of what you would want to say to a customer. What can I say, no one is perfect, Kevin is simply a bad owner, maybe it was just the wrong time but Kevin was classless on the phone.

Anyone buying a used car should ask the question and get a car fax.Owner Agreed to do repairs that have never been completed, once I signed the finance docs they got amnesia.2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS purchased during snow weather, when I got a chance to wash car noticed it was in a prior accident that was not disclosed. Owner told me I was too picky and that these things happen, he agreed to take care of after more complaints. nothing happened.

We saw an online listing from Michaud for a used car (non-Mitsubishi). We spoke over the phone and met with Ambrose for a test drive, and we were pleasantly surprised that 1) they really are the "feel-good dealership", and 2) that the car was priced very reasonably for its condition. We immediately agreed to buy at the asking price.The next day, Ambrose brought the car over to our auto mechanic for its used car inspection, which the car passed flawlessly. The car was *exactly* as described in the listing, no surprises. We signed papers with Brian and drove off in our "new" car the following week! The best auto buying experience, ever. Ambrose, Brian and Kevin over at Michaud Mitsubishi make us wish we can afford to buy a car more often!

Went in to buy a 2010 lancer sportback. Told them what I wanted to pay and they got it done. I have bought cars at boch in the past and hated it. Not so at Michaud. My sales guy Ambrose was amazing. There was never any pressure from him. He took me on a great test drive and was very noligable. Got my deal done and then my wife wants a new outlander sport. Same deal. Got it for what we wanted. The owner even came over to thank us. I thought that was great. If u hate car shopping go to Michaud and u will love it again. And definitely get Ambrose for your salesman, he was great. I tell everyone about this dealership. You have to give them a try. And our two new mitsubishi's are great cars compared to the two hondas we traded in.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The owner - Kevin Michaud - walks around and introduces himself to possible customers and remembers their names. They made you feel like they truly appreciated your business and not that they were entitled to it.We had a hard time getting financing, and we were looking at cars at two separate dealerships. But Kevin required his staff to do what was necessary to get our business and it showed.They thought outside of the box, kept their promises, kept in contact with us, and in the end they got our business. My wife has the car she wanted, and we have a payment we can afford. Hats off to Michaud.

I have to say that when I have to go and purchase a car I start to cringe. I hate the lies, the hours spent at the dealers and the mind games. Not at Michaud Mitsubushi. From the moment I walked in there, I felt like I knew these people for many years. I eneded up buying a used car and loved it. Four months later (on 11/5/10) I had a terrible accident and totalled the car. I was quite upset as you can imagine but the first thing I did was go back to Michaud to see what they had in stock. Of course this was totally unexpected so I could only spend what the insurance money would cover. Monty found me the perfect car for the amount I could afford. I know they lost money on it, but I feel and I'm sure they do that the gained a loyal customer. When I saw Kevin for the first time after my accident I told him I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the Gallant since it was such a solid car. He even gave me a hug when he found out about the accident.I really feel like I have found the right dealer for me and I would recommend anyone going there to buy either a used or new car.Oh, and when you go to their service department and you go to pay, they give you a rose with a thank you note for having your car serviced there! I couldn't believe how nice everyone is. I don't know the girl who answers the phone, but she is also pleasant as well. So, as you can tell I am very happy with Michaud Mitsubushi. I just wish I could pronounce the name!

This is my second purchase from Michaud and both times the experience was great!!They are very freindly and there was no pressure from the sales staff.The first car I bought was great no problems and a great price I owned it for almost 3 years I cannot judge the second car but so far pretty good.Kevin the owner made himself available throughout the whole sale process and seemed like a real stand up guy.Since when do you meet the owner of a dealership.Jim Murphy was also great no pressure and let me and my son test drive several cars before we made our decision and he had a lot of patience I have read some of the other reveiws and there are some bad ones. My theory on people who leave a reveiw are only the ones that have complaints , there are 12 reveiws 6 of them were negative, and Im sure that this dealership sells more than 12 cars a week probally 50 to 75 cars a month they have been there for almost 3 years so Im sure if there were more people with bad experences that he would have more complaints, so do yourself a favor dont pay any attention to the complainers because this dealership has probally sold more than 10,000 cars since they opened. 9,994 people cant be wrong. I have another son and he is ready for his car,and this dealership will be my first stop.

This was by far my best experience buying a car, From the time I arrived and spoke with the sales person Tom, dealing with Jarred in Finance, and Mike and kevin the management team, I could not have asked for a better salesperson, Tom was patient and understanding, and showed me 4 cars until I saw one I liked. Price was great but service was better, do yourself a favor and go in, but ask for Tom, well worth it!

This is by no means a knock on Jim in service as he did as much as a manager with no technical knowledge can do. I will start by saying other than needing tires my car was running very well. I own a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and I am a forty year old project manager of an extremely succesful multi million dollar a year development company in Cambridge. I brought my car in for tires, balance, allignment, oil change and oil pressure sending unit as my oil light would come on at idle (was told this is common after time). The above listed items were fixed porperly as far as I can tell not being a mechanic but trusting a Mitsubishi dealership to fix a Mitsubishi correctly. My key word here is trust as when I went to pick up my car my $260.00 Versace sunglasses were stolen from my glove box. I immediately went in to tell Jim but he was no longet there. After paying my $1115.00 bill I went back to the cashier and explained to her that my sunglasses were stolen. She related she would tell Jim and also Mr. Michaud. The next working day after the Labor Day Holiday I did not hear from anyone, so I called and spoke to Jim. He said he saw the note from the cashier and that he talked with the tech that worked on my car. The tech said he did not take anything or see any sunglasses in the shop. Jim said no one went in the glovebox as they have a universal key lock for wheels (odd to me but again I don't know for sure). I then explained to him that someone must have gone in the glove box for my wheel key lock because the lock lock went from the glove box to the center console between my bucket seats. It is obvious the person that stole my sunglasses is not a golfer as my $400.00 Callaway Upro Gps was also in the center console and I still have it. I drove the car home and it drove fine. The next day I took my three year old daughter to lunch and coming home on I95 an intercooler hose that has been on the car forever blows off and the car wont drive. The check engine light comes on and I am stuck on I95 with my three year old. I had the car towed back to Michaud Mitsubishi to see what happened and they had no explanation. I said well someone must have hit a pipe somewhere while fixing the tires as the pipe has never given me a problem in the past. I was told they will look at it. I get a call the next day the car is all set and running great, the tech took it on the highway and came back with no codes(No charge). I drove the car off the lot and once on the highway the check engine light comes on. I took the car back to Michaud Mitsubishi for the third time. I receiced a call from Jim that the car is all set running great, same old story. While still on the lot, I start the car and check engine light is on. I went in to tell Jim and he said all the techs are gone that I would have to bring the car back for a fourth time. This is after they wanted to charge me $90.00. Jim knocked it down to $40.00 but I still believe this is not correct. I was told the to drive the car by Jim with the check engine light on. While driving the car home I step on the breaks and the stearing wheel starts shaking very badly. It has never done this before tonight. I called Jim and told him what else was wrong with my car since bringing it to Michaud Mitsubishi. He said basically it has nothing to do with them because the car drove fine for the tech in the afternoon. So in the few hours the car sat still on the lot until I picked it up, it developed this new problem I encountered while driving it home after they fixed everything and the check engine light was still on. If we build, fix or finish something we stand behind our work. If something goes wrong we fix it immediately with integrity. We do not make excuses or blame someone or something else. If it costs us money to make something right we do it no matter what the cost. There are several clients of which some are; world famous, presidents of colleges, lawyers and doctors that can verify this. As of today I still have not heard from Mr. Michaud, he must be a very busy guy. It is safe to say I would rather take my car to people with integrity and knowledge than this place ever again. It is clear to me they do not know what they are doing, except how to steal and get way with it. I think my next course of action is to have the police meet me at the dealership to file a for my stolen glasses.

Extremely nice people, good prices, and most importantly NO PRESSURE! I dont have exactly perfect credit but they stood behind me and worked the banks until something came out that everyone was satisfied with. Michaud Mitsubishi was by far my favorite dealership I have purchased a car with. The enviorment was friendly; everyone introduced themselves at the very beginning when I walked in. They each had a very positive attitude and were very knowledgable of Mitsubishi cars. After using this dealership for buying my car, I have even continued to use the service department for general maintanance. There was no pressure or demand from anyone that I had talked to. If I could recommend any sales rep to use for this experience call up Rickey Eam! :D

Was shopping for ~2 y.o. SUV. Salesperson Dan brought up 07 Outlander and 08 Mazda CX-7 to look at and testdrive. Testdrove both, and they both seemed to be okay deals. When I asked about accident history, he was sure that Mitsubishi has not been in accidents, and was not sure about Mazda (yeah, I believe it now!). I finally decided to go with Mazda, but when I asked for carfax, of course it turned out that Mazda was in an accident (ran off the road, front of the car damaged). I should have walked away at that point, but being tired of car shopping, I decided to switch to Outlander. It had rental on carfax, but that was not a showstopper for me. We agreed on the price. I knew I was overpaying a little, but I figured buying a car from official Mitsubishi dealer was worth overpaying. That was my second mistake. The car needed some work (minor scratches here and there, broken armrest, needed new tires). Dan assured me there will be no cosmetic issues. I took his word and did not think I needed to report every little problem. Ill skip what it took me to get the car (they were taking their time with work and registering). Long story short, when I finally came to pick up the car, it was missing a fog light cover and another cover on the bumper, both on the driver side. Of course, it turned out that there was no way to get those covers without replacing the whole bumper. They acted surprised (very good acting), but refused to do anything about it since I did not put it on the to-do list in writing and this was not a safety issue. I admit I did not notice this problem initially, but like I said, I did not expect that official dealer would be selling a 2 year old car with two major holes on the bumper.Lesson learnt: do not trust what these people tell you, doublecheck everything and put it in writing. Or, even better, shop elsewhere.

My girlfriend went into this dealership to get an 09 lancer gts, brand new from the factory. We negotiated the price for two days and on a Sunday finalized the sale. Since it was on a Sunday, the detailing crew was not working, so they told me to bring the car back the following day so that it could be cleaned. The car was pretty dirty and there was stickers and tape marks left from where the factory had packaged the car. So me and my girlfriend drive the dirty car home and start showing it off to our family members. That is when her father realizes that there is a scratch about an 2 or 3 inches long. I was bullshit and tried calling the dealership multiple times that night, but they were already closed and for some reason didnt have a answering machine. The next day, I bring the car in for cleaning. When I get there I tell Victor about my concerns over the scratch and he brings out his "manager" Paul. They both said that the mark wasn't there when we got the car, but say that they'll take care of it. After the detailing is done I notice that the marks left by the packaging tape is still there. Paul told me not to worry and they will have it looked at when they set me up for an appointment at a nearby auto body shop. So...I'm thinking this dealership is great! THANKS! WRONG!The following day (May 19th, between 1 and 3:30) I brought the car in and had an IPOD cable installed. While they were installing that, me and Paul setup my appointment at All Star Auto Body in Peabody. Once the IPOD cable is installed, I head over to the auto body shop and meet Scott. He tries a couple of different chemicals and wet sanding which did not take either of the marks off. He informed me that I would need to leave the car for a full day and asks me to come back on Thursday. He then heads into his office and gives the dealership a call to let them know. He comes back out and tells me that Paul said that the 2-3inch scratch was on me, but they would cover the tape marks that screwed up the paint. So then I flip out and drive right back to the dealership, park in front, go inside to Victor and say, "Where the F*** is paul?!" He calms me down a little bit and argues with me saying that the scratch wasnt there when he sold me the car because he would have known. I am going to school for law and tell him fine we can take it to small claims court. After my threat, he goes inside talks to Paul who finally agrees to correct the scratch, but continues saying its my fault. Now, I am going back to the dealership because they JUST got my registration for the car. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!

Just bought a Mitsubishi Eclispe GT from this dealer and my experience, although long, was excellent! I've been to a few dealers looking for a used sports car. I haven't seen the quality in used cars as i did with this dealer. The car was mint with new tires and it was clean even though it had over 30,000 miles on it. Even the engine bay was clean. That was a first for me. It runs great too!!! Carlos did try to get full sticker out of me, but once I put my cards on the table he and Kevin worked with me and I walked out very happy with my new car. The only thing that was a drag was how long I was at the dealership. That was much longer than I had hoped. But I'm a happy customer.Oh and ask Kevin about the space shuttle. Great place. I definately recommend this dealer!!!

We went in to look at and hopefully buy a used car for our teenager. We were greeted nicely, but it went downhill from there. We ended up waiting over an hour. Our salesman brought a car for us to see, but we would have liked to see it start up in the cold, but no opportunity. He kept asking us what we wanted to pay, instead of telling us the price of the car. We asked for history, warranty information, and carfax, which he told us he had in the back, but never brought out. He kept leaving us to wait while he was busy doing something else, although there were only 2 other parties in the showroom who were being helped by others. My daughter got a nice rose, but we got little real information about the car, not even the price until we said we had to go and asked what the bottom line was. When I told him I would need to look it up on the internet to find the crash safety ratings and what the fair trade price was and what the repair history was for this car, Jim put up some information on his computer for us. However, he brought up a car that was two years newer than the one we were looking at. Mistake? The next day I looked up Michaud Mitsubishi on the net and found the same car in their inventory for $600 less than he offered us under much showroom pressure. Even though they spent a lot of time telling us how wonderful the dealership was, like a big family that just wanted to make us one of them, our experience was just the opposite. We went down the street and found a great car, a quick sale, and no hassle.

We are an auto body shop and I ordered parts from Michaud Mitsubishi. Everything from ordering the parts to returning parts was a problem. I filled out a credit application but it was never processed for the weeks while I was ordering parts. However, when I returned parts they said that instead of refunding my money they would credit my account. I would never deal with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

My 2002 Mitsubishi Sport Monterro has had its normal maintenance problems which are to expected with a car that has 116K miles, but I had a low power situation and brought the car for service. In three visits for low power they changed two Os sensors, spark plugs, ignition wires, and catalytic converter costing me about $3K. I spoke with the owner (Kevin). He told me about the schools he had sent his technicians to. Joe, the new Service Manager thought his previous service must have done everything right. The fact is on a high humid day when you start the car an OBD code (O2 sensor) can post and will release after 6 or 7 starts. If you bring the car to this dealership they will change the O2 without further invertigation. Also, if the car runs rough (minor stalls) it will post the O2 sensor code and again the code will release if you either erase it (handheld instrument) or you wait for 6 or 7 starts (servive engine light). After changing the second O2 sensor and realizing it made no dfference they continued to defend their actions and told me that a second converter was blocked and for another $995 (plus labor) they could actually fix the problem. I told them I'd had enough and that I would go to another dealership and trade the car. They thought it would be a good idea for me to buy a new car from them. In summary, I've spent $3K and still have a low power car. I have no confidence in this dealership to service an ECU related problem and would caution anyone that goes to Michaud Mitsubishi for service to get a second opinion before you purchase their services. They'll read the code ($75) and throw hardware at the problem that may very well not solve the problem and tell you the hardware was defective.They do appear to be very nice people. They simply don't know what they are doing in the service area. Their inabilities may well become your financial problem.

This dealership just opened. It used to be Kelly Mitsubishi. I swore I'd never go back after working with Kelly, but I love the Mitsubishi product and when I heard that Kelly was bought out I flew done there to check it out. I met with Josh the salespersons and Jon beaudette one of the Managers. The atmosphere was great! It's to bad Kelly didn't treat people like these two. Then before I left I met with the Owner. I think his name was Ken. I worked with him for a little and he gave me a great deal that I would've taken if my credit wasn't so bad. I will go back and buy my next car from them once my credit gets stronger.I HIGHLY recommend checking them out! Best Mitsubishi dealer in MASS!!!
