Went to go look at a car with my wife. End up leaving with a car. Jason and the others at Mid-Towne Auto Center was hand down awesome to deal with. Jason answered all of our question. Took the time to make sure we felt comfortable about buying a car. The cars at Mid-Towne Auto are very nice cars, with low miles and a very reasonable prices. The car we bought was $2,000 less than another car lot, with less miles. Only thing different was the color. Will buy next time for sure....

Our company needed a cargo van in a hurry - Jason and company were quick and efficient. The negotiating process was smooth and strait forward. The vehicle was ready for pick-up when promised; although they had neglected to top off the tank, they sent us a gas card instead. After searching coast-to-coast for a specific model I found the 2004 Mustang convertible I was looking for at Mid-Towne Auto Center. The 2,342 mile journey to their dealership was worth it; they picked me up from my hotel in the Mustang and I was able to test drive it back to the dealership. The staff were great and the over-all buying experience was one of the best I've had. Thank you Mid-Towne!

They had a low miles Loaded Ram truck that was priced right. Just what we were looking for. Made a call to them and Doug answered with a smile. He was great to deal with. We went back and forth a little bit and arrived at an agreed upon price. Gave him a deposit and the deal was locked in. I told him we would fly in and he offered to pick us up at the airport. Our flight got delayed and Doug said no problem staying late. He stayed after hours to do all the paper work and close the deal. He also had the truck 100% ready with a full tank of fuel. ??Thanks Doug!!

If interested in a car make sure that you put down the deposit no matter what they tell you. My salesman was very nice and mentioned the deposit but also told me no problem if I didn't do it because he would let me know right away if someone showed interest in the car. H e said he would call and I could put the deposit on my credit card over the phone. The car had been there over a month so I thought that would be fine.I was stuck without a car and was not able to get back up there until the next Sat( which he knew) when I was off work and could get a ride from Cincy to Middletown. I tried texting on Wed but didn't get a response until Thurs when he told me he was off the day before and someone else sold the car. I thought that was really crappy because of what I was told by him. They ran my credit , had payments estimated and I just needed to transfer funds from my bank. So I did everything I needed to and now have to start over. So whatever they say don't trust them to call you if you really want a car because they will sell in a heartbeat. At this point I'm not even sure if a deposit would have mattered since it is a small dealership and each salesperson should know what's going on with the other.

I purchased a 2005 Pontiac GTO from mid Towne Auto Center here last week. I was in shock, the GTO was in immaculate condition with 11,XXXmi on it, and the lowest price I've ever seen for this car on a NATIONWIDE SEARCH!!! They let me test drive it right away and when I had a question about some aftermarket parts on the vehicle, Paul, (salesperson), made a phone call to a local shop and the shop dropped everything they were doing to answer my questions. After everything was good and done, I headed back to the dealership. They drove my car and I got an appraisal for trade in that I wasn't too happy with but it was fair and consistent with the local value. To my surprise, Paul worked some magic and got me an appraisal that made my day and really helped me on the purchase even though I had already stated I would take the lower appraisal. The amount of dedication Mid Towne put fourth into helping me was truly amazing. Once I left and already purchased the car, I had some minor concerns about a week later that I thought I overlooked and even after I bought the car and wasn't their problem anymore, they still offered to help me out and they took care of me. They cared about me as a customer and my vehicle, even after I signed the dotted line. I would recommend mid towne auto center to all my friends and family and anyone who will listen. They have an amazing selection, put more work into their used vehicles than any dealership I've ever dealt with, and make sure your happiness is their #1 priority.

Drove 25 min to MTAC to check out a couple vehicles, was approached by Jason and shown around the lot and patiently answered every question I had. I was looking at other vehicles elsewhere so told them I'd get back with them. They sent a text the following day asking if I was still interested, I was but looking at others still. They were very professional throughout, not pushy at all. Clean, 1 owner, low miles vehicles for a competitive price. I'll def look to them for my next car.

I had a great experience dealing with Mid- towne. The truck that I purchased was advertised with having running boards on it, when checking the truck out during the test drive I double checked the itemized description of the truck and it also stated that it had running boards. The problem was that it had no running boards. I questioned the dealership and they checked their advertisement and stated that they had made a mistake. They did not hesitate to make it right. Before I had even finished the paperwork they had shown me several options to choose from and had made arrangements for the installer to contact me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This dealership did everything right. I found cars very comparable to the one I purchased from them, but other dealerships were thousands of dollars higher. And they were missing features I wanted on my car.I arrived at my appointment time, and on my way in no time.The lot attendant went and filled my car and took the time to make sure my mini cooper was clean and spotless before I drove home.I highly recommend buying a car from them. We were in the market for a truck with low miles, V8 engine, 4x4, and 4 doors. We found exactly what we were looking for with even lower miles than we thought we would be able to find. We purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with about 26300 miles on it. I was able to finance it through my own credit union with no pressure from Mid Towne to use a different one. No pressure sales people and no tricks when it came time to pay. This was the lowest priced one we could find that met our criteria. Thanks

My husband and I did hours of research looking for a very specific model vehicle with specific mileage requirements. We found a perfect match at Midtowne. We spoke to Jason, who was very thorough, honest and upfront about the vehicle. We drove over an hour to come see it. When we arrived , we immediately test drove it, we were very impressed and sat down to do the paperwork. We had our old vehicle traded in, the loan approved and were driving off the lot in our new vehicle in under 5 hours. No large retailer will treat you the same. We felt valued, our time was respected and the deal was clean and uncomplicated. We got an excellent rate, with great terms and they got us the payment we wanted. Jason, Paul and the "new guy" all did a great job for us. We are very impressed and would recommend MidTowne to anyone for an excellent buying experience.

These are wonderful people to deal with.Saleman was Brad.He did not influence me in any way about the car we bought.They wanted us to be happy with purchase.When doing the paperwork they were real busy.They had 4 on test drives.But when Brad needed help they stopped what they wer doing and helped him.There was no smoking in the building.I did not hear 1 curse word while I was there.They did not wear those ugly bright colored jackets or tell you any un truths.When I buy another car it will be from Brad or 1 of the other folks that work there they are great.It was a privilege to meet such fine people and respectful.There is not 1 car on there lot that I would have not been proud to own,Thanks again! The most easiest car buying experience I've ever had. No hassle with you, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Cars are clean and in good shape. Had an issue with mine two days later, called they took care of the problem at their cost no questions asked or any squabble. Repair shop across the street couldn't have been more nicer also did the job right with great customer service. Two very well run businesses working together for the customers satisfaction. This was the second time we bought a car at Mid-Towne Auto Center. We had such a good experience the first time we went right back when we were looking for a used car. Jason and the others were so helpful and never tried to do a hard sale. The price was clearly stated and it was a very fair price. It is nice not to have to deal with negotiating a price. They were helpful every step of the way including getting a loan at a good rate. I can not say enough about Mid-Towne and the employees. Terrible customer service. I spoke to salesman on Wednesday about a Navigator and was told it was on its way to the dealership from where they had purchased it. I was told it would not be ready until Saturday morning. I asked him to hold it for us as we were driving an hour and forty minutes to see it. I was assured he would. We arrived Saturday morning just as they were pulling it around for the brand new owners! I was asked who told me it would be held and it turns out it was the man asking me! Barely an apology later we were shown one with double the miles. We drove it, and it was no comparison to the first. No thanks. We were shown a few others given the usual jargon about newer models and warranties that would surely be better for us. Again, no thanks. Never again.

I needed a second car. I've heard nothing but great comments about Midtown. Well, everything that I heard....was correct and more. Called about a few cars that I was interested in. They took my information for a loan application over then phone. When I arrived, all of the pricing was ready. I took a a test drive,and that was all I needed. They have the cleanest and well maintained used cars that I've ever run across. Pricing is fair and they went out of the way to address any issues I had. I purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300 Limited. Best used car that I've EVER owned. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I will shop there for all of my vehicle needs.

After several weeks of looking for a vehicle for my wife I found the terrain I purchased on their website. I called and talked to Brad about it and decided to drive three hrs to look at it. I found it to be just as Brad had described and he went the extra mile making sure the vehicle had good wiper blades by putting new one's on it since it was pouring the rain and he knew I would have to drive back in the rain. Brad was very helpful and made purchasing the vehicle quick and easy. I would return to by another vehicle.

I did not buy a car at this time because I am ridiculously slow to commit to buying a car, even when I really want to. I usually wait until the car I am driving disintegrates and I have to commit. My wife & I have been looking off-and-on for our next primary vehicle, preferably a mid-2000 Cadillac DeVille or Escalade, for some time, always coming away from each we looked at and test drove disappointed. Until that is, we finally called Mid Town after seeing what looked like possibly the right car in their ads in the Dayton Daily News. We talked to Jason and drove down there from Beavercreek and Wallah! There it was, the most beautiful DeVille I could have asked for. It was not only my favorite color (lavender), the right color interior, kind of a blue/black, the right combination of options to make us happy, heated and air conditioned front and rear seats, but it even had a soft top. It drove and looked like new. The price was reasonable and all the guys working there were as nice as you could hope for. The best used car experience ever. I might add that they had other vehicles that could make us happy as well. In fact, they have top quality cars for just about anyone, vans, sport, luxury and more. One of the best selections I've seen on such smaller size dealership.

My wife and I were looking for a blue 2002 Ford Thunderbird. We live in the Chicago area and found several between the 2002 to 2005 range, many of which would be OK cars to purchase, but none really fit the requirements we were looking for in this special purchase we were going to make. I expanded the search area and luckily found Mid-Towne Auto Center. They had it, the right car, year, equipment, color, and mileage! From the first phone call I had with Jason, I knew this was going to be a wonderful car buying experience. He was truly excited about this car filling all the items on our wish list. Honesty and integrity are the baseline of operation at this family owned dealership. Jason not only did everything he said he would do regarding this sale, he went above and beyond. The morning I arrived to take delivery of the car, Jason and I went out for a test drive. Jason noticed a noise and wanted it checked out. His mechanic determined a rear wheel bearing was starting to go bad. Jason had it replaced while we finished the paper work. I have bought my share of used cars and all were on an As Is condition. I could not believe Jason had gone so far above what was required of him to make this deal right in every aspect. I drove all the way from the Chicagoland area for this car and Mid-Towne Auto Center made it worth the trip. Thank you for all your help Jason.

I live in Indianapolis, looked for a used Chrysler town car and wasn't satisfied. Found a nice one on line. Met them in Richmond IN sight unseen and traded my car in. They were very professional, even came to my rescue when I managed to lose the title and bill of sale. I was immediately helped with that issue. I love my van, it's perfect as was the way I was treated. I will drive this until they take my keys, I'm 71 and still working and needed a dependable car. They were great.

I looked locally for a nice van then went on line and found the one I bought from Mid-towne. Sight unseen. We met in Richmond IN and switched vehicles. I traded in mine. I have NEVER dealt with any one as helpful and courteous before. I lost my paperwork and title immediately. They jumped right in and handled it, sent me a duplicate and emailed the bill of sale. I love my van, it's perfect and I hope to drive it until they take the keys away, I'm 71 and still working so I needed a dependable vehicle. What can I say...thank you!! We recently found a 2003 Toyota Highlander on Cars.com that my wife and I immediately fell in love with but there was a slight problem. We live in Va, Beach, VA and Mid-Towne Auto Center was in Franklin, OH. Needless to say we were very nervous about buying a car that we've never seen before in person much less being able to test drive. Despite the long distance we decided to look into the purchase anyway just to "check it out". From the very first call to the last Jason and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and overall just incredibly helpful. Despite our numerous emails and phone calls Jason made us feel like we were his only customers and he was very mindful of the fact that we were "long distance" customers. Due to Jason's outstanding customer service and his overall car buying knowledge we are now the proud owners of a beautiful 2003 Toyota Highlander Limited with only 44,000 miles. Jason also informed us of a 5 year, 60k mile warranty that was available from Allstate which in our opinion helped seal an already fantastic deal. I had been looking for a Chrysler Crossfire for some time. Found their ad in the local paper, called, drove it the next day. The car was exactly as described. Upfront with the costs and what was involved with the purchase. Returned two days later and bought the car. Jason handled the contract, and eagerly corrected a paperwork misunderstanding on my part. I wish we had started at Mid-towne like I wanted but we didn't. We got the run around from about 4 different places. When I finally decided to try them, from the moment we walked in I knew we had come to the place we would purchase our car. They were all so wonderful and professional. Jason worked very hard to get us the payment we could afford and make sure we were happy. And the beautiful comfy feel of the office itself I really liked. Everyone there was just so nice. We were taken care of quickly and we couldn't be happier with the car. It is great. Immaculate and runs perfect. Saving us a ton of money on gas. And the fact that they are a Christian business makes it even better for me. I just can't say enough. We will definitely return when we are ready to purchase another car. Thank you

I bought a used 2009 Prius from this dealership, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, and the customer service I received. They are honest when they say they try to price their vehicles the lowest within 200 miles. They answered all my questions, even came in on a Sunday because it was my only day to test drive the car. I felt good about purchasing from them, because they are a Christian, family based business that is trying to make an honest living selling vehicles. They were not afraid to express their love for God and family either! I would buy another from them, if there's ever a need! Thanks guys for making the experience more pleasant!

I had been researching a newer model of my Jeep for months. Mid-Towne had the best deal I could find, along with low miles! I was working with my Jeep dealership when I found Mid-Towne and decided to call them as well. The entire process of buying from a family owned company vs a dealership is completely different. Myron went out of his way to help me with any questions I had and really worked with me. I have always bought from a dealership, but after my experience with Myron and Jason I wouldn't go anywhere else. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I was able to get the Jeep I have wanted for years! They were professional and I could tell they had my best interest at hand. They made the car buying process a breeze and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and experience!

Mid-Towne Auto Center was the first place I decided to do my test drive. I knew what car I wanted and I knew that they had the exact color (interior and exterior), quality, and price I decided on. Also, they had great reviews and I liked that they were a smaller dealership and that they were a family business. When I arrived Jason Meier was the salesman that I was meeting with. His customer service was outstanding. He was very accommodating and immediately handed me the keys to the vehicle and let me drive it for a while before he even talked to me about the car. I didn't feel overwhelmed and he didn't crowd me. I knew when I came back from my test drive that I wanted that car. I didn't need to go anywhere else, but I also didn't know what I was doing. This was going to be the first car I ever bought, and I didn't want to get talked into anything I wasn't knowledgeable about. Jason was AWESOME! He took time explaining everything to me so I understood what I was signing and getting into. He made sure that we got my insurance and financing straightened out. Also, he made sure that the car that I came in was taken care of and I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that day. I felt so comfortable and it made my first car buying experience an enjoyable one. The atmosphere that they provide you with at Mid-Towne Auto Mall is a very warm environment and makes you feel like your at home. I couldn't have picked a better place to go to. They were very thorough and very professional; all around five star service in my book! I also have to point out that there was another employee working there as well that helped me out; Myron Heggood. He was so nice and just a great man; it was a pleasure to meet him as well. He helped me move out all the items in my previous car to my new one, and he even helped me take off my parking sticker that had been on my car for a year. It's the little things that I take into account. Myron was just a very polite and helpful individual. On top of that; after I left with my new car, both Myron and Jason checked in on me to make sure everything was going okay and if I liked my car. They also sent me a thank you letter; which I thought was so sweet. If your in the market for a new car and you want amazing customer service and the best price; please go to Mid-Towne Auto Center. Cars are very clean, low miles, and Myron & Jason were great to work with. My grandson and I visited dozens of car lots and viewed 100's of cars but none compared to Mid-Town. I highly recommend them to anyone.

When pulling onto the lot, I immediately noticed how clean and well organized the lot and auto's on it was. I found just what I was looking for in a used truck (low miles and decent price). I was treated with outstanding customer service and will most deffinately recommend them to friends and family.

We had a very good experience with Mid-Towne Auto Center. They had just the truck we were looking for. The salespeople do not work on commission and as a result are helpful and not pushy. Easy to work with and they made sure the truck was in good repair. They specialize in clean, low mileage used cars. Check them out.

Myron and Jason at Mid-Towne auto Center were such a delightful relief. There was no pressure from them through our decision process. They provided us with the carfax, showed us the options on our Lincoln, and helped us get a better rate than our on banking institution. All of the cars and trucks were spotless. Probably the best used car inventory we have ever seen, and the best we saw this time around. I am positive that everyone will receive the same pleasure as we did....They are good people with INTEGRITY!

We spotted a low-mileage car in the newspaper and went to check it out. Drove it and was not pressured to buy on the spot. We continued researching and came back two days later to buy. The only drawback was getting several phone calls to get me to get my loan with one of their recommended credit unions vs. my pre-approved bank loan. Great service, no hassle over price. You pay what is advertised. Low mileage, clean car fax, one owner... I am very happy with my car!!

Honesty and unsurpassed integrality are not typical words used to describe used car salesmen these days; however that is just what we found at Mid-Towne Auto Center. We had been looking for a low mileage, clean, Carfax Tundra for six months and were so pleased to find a family owned used car dealership. Not only was the purchasing experience superb, the location was only eighteen miles from West Chester! Mid Town Auto was great to do business with. Their staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. They answered all our questions and made the buying process as easy as possible. Jason made everything easy and efficient, and he eliminated the 'price haggling' stress. Did I mention securing us a sweet loan rate? I told everyone I knew, including my car insurance agent, about how well we were treated - even went back to get more cards to give out. We will definitely look here first the next time we're car shopping!

Mid-Towne Auto Center is a welcome relief from the high-pressure, sleazy sales staff of larger dealerships. After a horrible experience at nearby Performance Honda, we came to Mid-Towne to view a used 2007 Hyundai Tucson. Brad and Jason were friendly and professional (like everyone else we encountered at this cozy dealership), and gave straight-forward answers to all of our questions without high-pressure sales tactics. We negotiated a fair price for the Tucson and would definitely come back to buy our next vehicle from Mid-Towne Auto.
