If you are looking for a dealership that is not pushy and is willing to listen to what you are looking for instead of telling you what you want than Midway Motors is the place to go. Every employee is very friendly and patient. Me and my husband bought a 2014 Chevy Cruz and while looking at it and test driving it we had many questions and most people will get annoyed but Kevin was very patient and when he didn't know an answer he went and found out the answer. Midway Motors is one dealership we will be visiting again for our next vehicle.

My family and I have been doing business with Midway Motors for as many years as I can remember. I currently live in Wichita and have many other options of dealerships in the area to go to , but I will make the trip to Hutch any time I need a new or used vehicle. I just had to make one phone call to the dealership, set up a meeting time, and they already had several vehicles that I would be interested in. I really appreciated they way that Midway approaches you as a person. They know me personally, and I appreciate they way they do business. Even though they are in the business of making money, they also want to build lasting relationships. Talk to J.R Vigil, Gabe Georing, or Brian Goodheart and they will treat you right!

Wanted a jeep patriot for a while and they had one in stock. It was in ok condition so i got it. The speakers were blown when i got it so we scheduled a day to get them fixed. It took them two and a half days to fix a speaker then when i got it back the speaker was still rattling. That is not the worst part. The next week i put a grill guard on the front so i took their license plate cover off and there was a hole in the bumper behind their license plate cover. After waiting three hours in the lobby and being accused of doing it they agreed to fix it. Now its 3,000 miles later and the transmission is starting to go out. I called and asked if there was anything they could do and got "you can trade it in for a different vehicle" Yea like i would want to ever buy another car from that dealership. I recommend staying away from that dealership especially if your looking for a used vehicle.

Christian was very friendly and helpful. He worked hard to gain my business and he is the best salesman that I have ever had the privilege to work with. He got me the truck I was wanting at a fair price and worked hard to get me the best financing possible. He kept me informed during the process. I have never had a vehicle buying experience like this, he was fast and very fair. I would recommend him to everyone and will call upon his services when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership!! We found the car we wanted online, made an appointment, and the dealership new which car we were interested in. When we got there the car was dirty inside and out. There were also several parts in the car that were loose. When web roughy this to the attention of Jerry he informed us that he could either take money off the car or fix the problems. Our salesman ryan fought Roth his boss on his cell phone while we were on our test drive, eventuality one hanging up on the other. I with I could give this place negative stars!!! Terrible experience!!!

I came to see this dealer because they were the only one that had a Mazda CX7. I saw it on there website and wanted to drive it. Kevin was the 1st salesman that came out to greet us and he did an awesome job. I drove the car and loved it as soon as I sat in the drivers seat. I was actually going to go to another town to purchase the same make but a different color,but I changed my mind after thinking about how pleasant Kevin was and how he is so involved with his son playing baseball. I know how time consuming sports are, I have 3 kids that played sports so I enjoyed him sharing that with me. Kevin is an awesome salesman and I LOVE my car. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that after they washed and cleaned the car up, it just happened to be the color I wanted. Thank you Kevin and enjoy your family, they grow up way to fast. We stopped by Midway to tak a look at a Chevrolet Traverse. It was pooring rain out and Rick didn't hesitate to welcome us. He got us ready for a test drive and explained the features of the vehicle. After our test drive he offered his best price and we accepted. He introduced us to Paul Gonzales who assisted us with the financing. Overall we had a great experience and will go to Midway Motors again.

Over the past 12 years, we have purchased our last 5 cars from Rudy Perez. Rudy is very friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes care of us. He knows what we like and what is important to us, but never pressures us to buy. Rudy greets us by name when we run in to him anytime, anywhere. He visits with us when we come in for service, calls periodically, and when we get "new car fever" he is very helpful without being pushy. We once bought a new car off the show room floor in which we'd never taken a test drive. Rudy said if there was any problem, he would take care of it, and we knew he would. We bought the car, loved it, and never had a bit of trouble.With out last purchase, Rudy was leaving on vacation about the time we started looking. While he was gone, I shopped quite a bit on the Midway website. I let the sales people who contacted me online know that we deal with Rudy, and they were very gracious. They answered my questions and said they admired our loyalty to Rudy. When Rudy returned, even though he had lots to catch up on, he called us his first day back. The next day he had an SUV we were interested in brought over from the McPherson store to test drive, and we made a deal the following day. We have a great deal of confidence in Rudy Perez and have always been very satisfied in our dealings with him.

I have been buying cars from Scott Heitschmidt for 10 years, and will never work with anyone else. He is so easy to deal with and treats you like family. When I was in need of a new car, I immediately called Scott. I did not stop in at Midway with the intention of buying a new truck, rather I was just browsing. What initialy got my attention were the prices. Secondly to that, Jason came out and introduced himself. There was never any pressure or pushing to make a deal, he let me make up my mind and answered all my questions. After I decided to buy he bent over backwards to accomodate me. Everything from taking the test drive, to the trade, to making the deal, even following up and customer care after the deal was done and the truck was in my driveway. I've been to many dealerships and worked with many people in both the sales and automotive industry, however, I can honestly say that I have never dealt with anyone as fair and accomodating as Jason. Without him and the awesome prices at Midway I would not have brought home a new truck. When it is time to trade out of this one I know for sure where I will be going.

Valera and I talked about trading our Saturn as early as Sept 2012. One reason we delayed was that trading cars was right up there with going for a root canal. We have had good experiences and bad ones.We sort of knew what we wanted and decided to start at MIdway Motors. How fortunate we were when we stopped on May 17, 2013, and Jason Spencer met us at the door! I am sure every employee working at Midway is excellent but, Jason put us at ease immediately. Valera and I both felt so comfortable working through the process with him. Jason, found us the car based on our specific needs. A trade-in is usually a problem and difficult to negotiate. Having done our homework, we determined that Jason was fair in the offer....only a few hundred dollars difference. We agreed pm the price and signed the deal. Jason even delivered the Equinox LTZ on May 21, the technological advances built in the Equinox are amazing and he waslked us through everything before leaving. Unfortunately, I will remember 10% of it...so I will do a lot of reading and pushing buttons. We feel comfortable knowing that Jason is just a phone call away.Thank you for a pleasant new car experience. You are the best JasonIvan and Valera Wieters

We had a excellent visit to Midway Motors in Hutchinson Ks. Jason Spencer is amazing and helped us find a great vehicle and set us up with a great deal. The friendly staff and Jason's excellent customer service is the reason we chose Midway for the purchase of our 2010 Chevy Malibu. We are very pleased with the fast, courteous service from Jason as he always does for us. We have done all of our business with Jason at Midwest Ford until Jason moved to Midway. Christian contacted me after my inquiry into a new vehicle purchase. When I explained my need for a used vehicle he immediately researched his inventory and came up with several choices of which I identified one that I wanted to look at. He gave me his best price and that was what I agreed to and that was what we traded at. No haggling and no worries about the value of the deal. He tested the vehicle himself before I arrived and he remained in contact with me through the three day delay until I could arrive to view the vehicle. He came in on a weekend he was not scheduled so we could meet and make a trade. I was very pleased and will look to trade with hima nd his dealership again.

I'm 42 & this is my 15th vehicle. With the 30ish car salesmen I've dealt with in the past 25 years, Christian is one of two that I actually enjoyed dealing with. He was certainly focused on selling me a vehicle, but he wasn't in my face & pushy like the Hutch and Wichita Toyota dealers I was dealing with at the same time. While I wanted a Tundra more than a Silverado, and it was arguably a better deal, one of the main reasons I chose the Silverado was because of Christian.I'm an executive in the customer service / customer relationship management space, so I know how much relationships matter to any kind of sale. Clearly, Christian does as well & the service he provided certainly reflects well on Midway Motors.

I spent several weeks scouring the internet for a reasonable deal on a Jaguar XF "R". The XFR model is pretty much a hard to find car. There were no models in my local market or in a 200 mi radius of where I live. I was extremely happy then when I broaden my search across the continental US and found 7 models up for sale. I did my research on the dealerships, started emailing for quotes, and ran VIN reports to ensure the cars I were considering were not in any major reportable accidents.I down-selected my choices to 3 dealerships: One in NV, one in FL, and Midway Motors Hutchinson in KS. This was not my first online vehicle purchase so I was quite comfortable here. Midway's listing was not the least expensive but was very competitive (I usually eliminate the lowest 1 or 2 online listings automatically because those cars I've found in the past to have "issues"). In any event, I requested final bids from the top 3 dealerships and Midways came in right in the middle. The place seemed like a small, family-oriented business and Christian, the salesperson I was working with, was very responsive throughout the entire process, which I cannot say was the same for some of the other outfits.I decided to pull the trigger on this deal. I called Christian up to tell him to reserve the car and get the paperwork going. I usually order a 3rd-party inspection when buying anything of value sight-unseen, but Christian's demeanor was inviting and unarming so I decided to skip this step... bad mistake on my part (more to come on this)! The paper work process was flawless. One of the best Ive had when buying a car online. There was a small hiccup in the transportation though but that was all on my end. Christian had a quote to pick-up my car shortly after we agreed on the deal but I had gotten way cheaper quotes from highly rated carriers and wanted to pursue those instead. After about a week, I decided to go with Midway's quote since the other guys" were dragging their feet on the pickup. During this time, Christian did a phenomenal job keeping me up to date on the vehicle. I paid Midway for the pickup and they did not add anything to the bill. Some dealers I've worked with previously have attempted to use such an opportunity like this to add handling fees on top of the transport bid. Midway Motors did not. I was contacted by the transportation company, Aro Inc, shortly afterwards with a pickup date in about 2 days. On the pickup day, I got a call from Christian stating the car was on its way. He sent me a copy of the pickup inspection report also so I could compare it to what the driver would present on delivery.The XFR arrived a day later to where I live in Arizona (over 1000 miles away). Aro Inc did a great job on hauling butt to get it to me. One negative mark though was the fact the driver stated he would get the car to my residence at around 5PM. He did not show up until minutes to 9PM where it was already pitched black outside. I could not really inspect the car so we pulled it into my garage and I used a work light to the best of my ability. In any event, the car looked OK. I signed off on the order, noted the car was delivered at night, and the driver was on his way. The next day I did find out that under the bumper was dragged and the bumper cover popped off a bit on one side as result. The local Jag dealer was able to fix the bumper issue when I brought the car to them. The scratches I could live with since they were under the car out of sight and the car itself is extremely low.Back to the night of the delivery: after the driver left, I decided to take the car for a test spin. I noticed immediately a rumbling noise coming from the frontend of the car at low speeds and when braking. I took it on the highway and the noise went away but there were some vibrations in the steering wheel. I pulled over to see if I could see if something was rubbing but could not see anything. I immediately notified Midway of the issue and informed them I was going to take the car to the local Jaguar dealership to check it out. I thought maybe it was the brakes. When the local Jag dealer got it, I was shocked when they reported that the brakes were fine, the issue was the two front tires which were dangerously, bald with "chords showing". The rear tires were also unsafe to drive on. With high-performance vehicles like the XFR, good tires are essential to ensure the 510hp going to the wheels are balanced by rubber to keep the car on the road and going in a straight line.The Jag dealer recommended changing all four tires before driving it anymore. They provided quotes ranging from around $1100 to $2000 for different sets of 4 tires (i.e. "value" to "high-performance" grade). I called around a bit and was able to get the same mid-range set of 4 Michelin Tires for around $1350 (dealer quote was about $1550). I sent all receipt and quote information to Midway Motors and was told they would look into it. I was still extremely upset that 1) the safety of my family and I were put at risk, 2) the state of the tires were not disclosed at any time to me, and 3) no one at Midway Motors seemed to realize the issue (or maybe they did...). It took me less than a minute to notice something was wrong with the car. Midway Motors had it for several months. I find it hard to imagine individuals trained in the business of automobiles would not have notice such a glaring problem!To make a long story somewhat shorter, I did buy the staggered-set of tires that were required for the XFR and that immediately resolved the problem. I also brought the car's maintenance up to date at the local Jag dealer. There were two factory recalls open on the car. The first was fuel pump-related and the other was a SW enhancement. The Jag dealer took care of both N/C. I paid to get the car completely detailed since it came quite dirty. I also paid for the regular maintenance stuff such as a 4-wheel alignment, oil change, etc. I was now over $2200.00 in the hole on this car, which brought the "price" I really paid way over the competition I was analyzing during my earlier trade study. Had I have known these issues existed, Midway Motors would not have made the final selection for the listed price! After reporting this to Midway Motors, they sent me a check for $300.00. This did not even cover the cost of installing one tire. I felt insulted! At a minimum, and this is me being super generous, they should have paid the local dealer cost for the two front tires to be replaced! The car was sold with a limited warranty and not as-is. I would expect buying an unsafe car in an as-is transaction.As of today, the car is running great. I smile every time I start it up and hear the roar, or when Im on the road passing others effortlessly, or during the rare moments I stomp the pedal and get blasted back into the drivers seat by the raw horsepower of this machine. I did wait a couple weeks to cool off before writing this review because I wanted to ensure it was fair and balanced. I think Christian did an awesome job throughout the sales process. Had the tire issue been disclosed or properly taken care of, I believe I would have looked to Midway Motors for many future purchases. I mean they carry the Chevy line and I've had my eye on the 2014 Stingray since it was announced. Anyway, I give Christian 4 stars. Not 5 because he should have known more about the product he was selling. I give Midway Motors 2 stars for simply how they handled this incident (not 1 since they did send a check, insulting but something and I am also to blame for not ordering the pre-purchase inspection) and for Midway basically selling a high-performance sports car that was far from fit for the road and putting several lives on this end in jeopardy.I will definitely not look to Midway Motors Hutchinson in the future for my next car purchase!Best of Luck,-Jeff

Christian smith is the very best salesman I have ever meet. He was very detailed, very supportive, and went way out of his way to help me. Instead of giving 100% he gave 200%. I was so impressed with him, and will defintely use him again. He made you feel like you was part of his family. His personality was awesome. He fit right in with all my family. I could tell after just a brief conversation that he was a very honest young man. I had been in a bad car wreck, and he would call often to check on me and see how i was doing. I couldnt walk after my car wreck, so he brought the car to me to look at. I was so impressed by this, like i said he went out of his way to help me. He also brought the car and paper work to me today, Christian is a very caring person, and will do whatever he can to help someone. He always returned my calls and always had answers for my questions. I never met a salesman i was so comfortable with as I was with Christian. I know if I had a problem with the car I bought I could call him and he would be there for me to solve my problem. I feel like the dealership is very forunate to have Christian as their employee. We became interested in a truck we found on the midway website and got in contact with Tyler Ritter and told him about the vehicle we were interested in. He let us know it had just been moved to a dealer in McPherson but he would get it back the next day. He got the truck to us and let us test drive it for the night to be sure it was the vehicle we wanted. Tyler kept in contact with us throughout the day to be sure it was what we wanted and everything was going ok. When we arrived back at the dealer the next day Tyler had everything already finished for us. He had our financing ok'd and all the paper work ready for us to just sign when we got there. It was effortless and painless on our part!! He was extremely helpful and the most personable car salesman we have ever dealt with! We will be coming back to him for any purchases in the future & definitely referring to friends and family!!

My experience began due to an accident that was no fault of my own in which my car was totaled. Mr. Ritter actually showed up at the scene and gave me a ride, then brought a loaner car to me at work the following day. He kept in touch with me each day, asking questions about the insurance and how the process was going. When it was determined my car was totaled he asked what I was looking for, made suggestions, and brought a car to me at work to test drive. It turns out the car he brought was the car I purchased, and again the process could not have been smoother. He took my info over the phone, got me approved for my loan, and notified me immediately of the results. When I went to the dealership to sign the paperwork, everyone was extremely personable and easy to converse with. The environment created at Midway was easy-going and comfortable. Throughout this entire process I spent less than one hour at the dealership. Mr. Ritter went above and beyond in his customer service to ensure things were as simple as possible and I ended up in the right car. When you are forced out of your previous car due to an accident, the last thing you need is to have a tough time getting into a new vehicle. Mr. Ritter made certain I would have no troubles. This was by far the most satisfying car-buying experience I have encountered.

My 07 Silverado was totaled in a crash so I needed to find another one. I got with Rudy, told him what I wanted, how much cash I had to work with and the year of the truck. Rudy got me into a 2011 Silverado low mileage, one owner with everything I wanted plus some extras! Well I had to go from blue to red, but that's O.K. Rudy is easy to work with and really listens to the customer, but this not the first truck I've purchased from him.

This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I was turned down by two other dealerships in town because of my lower than normal credit score. Abel and the finance manager, Mony were capable of finding me a finance company with reasonable rates and a monthly payment that was affordable. I was very pleased with the way my fiance and I were treated. Abel assisted me several times over the phone and through the internet in finding the perfect truck for us. We visited with Scott by phone and decided to see him in person. He was straightforward with us. We decided to go back to an earlier dealer, which turned out to not be a good trade, so we called Scott back to see if we could still deal with him. It was already 5:00, and we were an hour away, but he said to come back and he would stay late for us and keep his needed staff there as well. I worked with Tanner over a couple of days regarding the Jeep I ended up buying. The vehicle was not on location on the day I was originally planning to come for it, but he had it there the next day. The sales experience was easy and friendly, however, I don't believe the financing portion of the experience was as good. I felt manipulated form the beginning when I was only told monthly payment. When I was asked what the interest rate was, it too a while to get a straight answer. I was finally told that after partially explained actions, I was to get a 2.69% interest rate (I was approved elsewhere for 2.49%). I agreed to help with good credit for dealer, as it was explained to me. However, when I received the paperwork the interest rate was calculated at 3.59%. As I said, the experience was fine until the financing portion of the day. That is the reason I have given a good rating for customer service and friendliness, and only ok to overall experience and price.

Well I wished to give a great review and support my local dealership, but each time I have visited I had bad luck or just shoddy work perhaps. First time I visited I had my oil changed and they gave me a discount. Great! But I had my car inspected my a local family friend and my oil filter was quite loose. The filter needed to be turned more than a turn and a half to fit snugly. Second time I visited, I needed my car fixed for oil leaks in 2 locations under the hood. They seemed to do great, but when they refilled my oil they did not fill it with the correct amount of oil and was well overfilled. This could be a dangerous and cause the engine to possibly hydrolock or other bad things and break. Then shortly after my car was jerking while it was being driven and I paid them around $90 to diagnose this. They claimed it was a transmission issue which was about $2,000 to fix, which was shocking. I had to decline this fix and took it to a family friend to look at it. Turns out it was a single faulty spark plug that made the engine misfire, and this resulted in a relatively cheap fix and now it runs great again. After learning of this, I found myself to be almost in disgust at their completely wrong and costly diagnosis. Through all this I maintain that I believe I had a very friendly experience with all the employees and they were easy to talk to and contact. Unfortunately, as a result of all of these events I will probably avoid business with them.

After a bit of a run-around on when the vehicle would be at the dealership, which was sorted out by the sales manager, Mike was able to show me the truck and take it for a test drive. The purchasing process for the truck was very easy and I was able to finance the truck using the dealership for a much lower cost than I had been quoted at outside providers.Upon picking up the truck the display and guages were not working properly as well as the cruise control. Mike noted that the issues and told me to call back within a couple days if they did not start working. When they did not start working again, Mike and I arranged to swap vehicles so my truck could go into the shop. He was able to provide me with a loaner truck I had requeted since I am in the process of moving and needed to transport a washer/dryer.My truck was at the shop for four days and when I picked it up Mike assured me that all of the gauges and cruise control were working properly. When I started the vehicle to leave the dealership the odometer display and gear indicator would not turn on and as I drove out of the lot the other gauges quit working. I contacted Mike immediately to let him know of the issue and he said he would contact the service technician and get back to me the follow day (today). These gauges include: fuel, oil pressure, temp and amp gauge as well as the gear indicator and odometer display. As of now the cruise control is functioning properly.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the quality of customer service. While the non-working gauges are frustrating, I appreciate Mike working to correct the issue at no cost to me and understand that he is not at fault for the issue.

Mike was friendly, sincere, and he kept me informed. When I came down to see him, last Saturday, he was busy with another customer; however, he made a point of greeting me. I gave up on the deal, for that day, because the financing wasn't what I had expected, and I thought the finance manager was not very nice about it. I left disappointed but continued to think about getting that truck. I sent an e-mail with my concerns and additional questions. When I showed some flexibility with the terms, Mike worked it out with the credit union, and the deal went through, later in the week. When I came back, the finance manager was very organized, professional, and helpful. I was out of there, with my new truck, in less than an hour. Mike has already followed up with me to see how it's going with the truck. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase but still have a a few issues. I have no doubt Mike will work with me on my concerns. Overall, this was the best customer service, with a car dealership, I've experienced. There was no high pressure sales, which is important to me. Also, the salesmen I worked with (Mike, Ryan, Brian G, the Sales Manager) all visited with me like a normal person would have a conversation, and I'm sure they could tell I wasn't a "big spender". Had a great experience with J.R. and the staff at Midway Motors. We knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for, and had found several through Cars.com. Talked to several dealers, looked at a couple dozen websites, and finally narrowed down to about three. Midway was already $2000 cheaper than the other two Expeditions we were looking at. J.R. got in touch with me right away after sending a email through Cars.com. They were willing to let me trade my old vehicle in, and offered me what I was hoping to receive for it. We made the 130 mile trip to Hutchinson, and were treated like we had been buying there for a long time. Shortly after completing the paperwork process, we drove off the lot, happy with our new purchase. We quickly ran into severe weather, and drove back to Midway. J.R. let us pull our new vehicle inside, and waited over two hours with us while the storms passed. We were able to finish our journey home after that. JR did a very great job to seeing that we got both of our vehicles. The 99 1500 is a great truck and does the job we got it for. The 08 G8 GT so far is a good car, but we only have had it now for a week.Great Job!!

There is nothing that my husband and I dread more than buying and/or trading vehicles. The reason for this is because of the lengthy list of bad experiences we have had over the years. On February 2, that all changed when we met JR Vigil at Midway Motors. We knew exactly what we wanted and he made sure that that is exactly what we got. Not once did he try to push us in a different direction, or give us the "run-around." He was polite, funny, helpful and an overall joy to work with. In a matter of hours, JR (and Mony) managed to change our opinion of car buying completely. Went in looking for a Used Cadillac, or other newer luxury car. Rick met us at the door, with a friendly greeting. He asked how he could help us. We told him that we had looked at a Cadillac on the net, and he immediately went to his inventory to find the car. He brought up the list and showed us what was available. We didn't see the one we were looking for, so we started talking about what we wanted. He suggested a Buick Lacrosse he had on the lot and we went out and looked at it. We liked how it looked, and he suggested we take it for a drive. We did, and thought the car drove very nicely. After we returned inside, he brought Gabe over. Gabe asked how we were doing. We then started talking about our Cadillac, and he said that they had a trade-in at the Mcpherson lot. He brought pictures up on the computer, and told us a little about it. We were interested, so he said they could have it brought over, and we could take it for a ride. OH what a nice car. We were very interested at this point and he asked what price we had in mind. I didn't figure I would get much for our 97 Caddy, but he made an offer on it that I couldn't refuse. By the time he deducted the trade, we were at the price that I felt I could afford. He then turned the paperwork over to Rick, and we filled out the main forms. Shortly after that Gabe took them and entered the pertinent information into the computer. He then told us that Paul would begin the finance process. This was a busy day for them, but we were taken care of while waiting. Just about closing time I thought we would have to wait till Monday to continue, but Gabe, Rick and Paul all stayed for the final word. Paul got us financing and a payment schedule we could afford, and we signed the papers. This was a very painless process overall. I look forward to doing business with them again.

We were very pleased with Scott and the dealership. I went in on a Monday and told Scott that I wanted exactly the same car that I was driving, only 5 years newer. I also told Scott that I needed the transaction to be completed by Wednesday. They did not have the vehicle but located one in Kansas City and picked it up on Tuesday. He also gave me a $ 500 discount on the price for being a member of HBA. This was a discount they volunteered because I knew nothing about it. I have dealt with this dealership for the past 16 years and have always been pleased. I will keep coming back!

Tyson was fantastic! Others we came in contact with were ok, but not overly friendly. The only thing we were disappointed in was that while yes we purchased an older, very low priced vehicle...the dealership didn't at least take the time to really clean up the car. That kind of customer service detail would absolutely have convinced us that Midway Motors is the only dealership to go to. We understand that they made very little profit on this sale, but an hour of employee time to detail the car would have been worth all the free p.r. we would have given the dealership in return.

I went to the Hutchinson Rod Run car show in Hutchinson Kansas over this past weekend. Midway Motors was there with new and used cars. I fell in love with a 2010 Camaro with only 3500 miles on it. I talked with Gabe at the car show and he told me all about the car but said he wasn't a sales man so he introduced me to Kevin Denison. Kevin told me he would happy to help anyway he could. I told Kevin I would come in on Monday so they could check out my trade in. First thing Monday morning I called and talked with Kevin and told him I would be in at 400pm, I later called and asked him to call me if anyone started looking at the car, He assured me he would. I couldn't wait so I took off a half day and went to the dealership. I was greeted at the door, offered a cold drink and we got down to business. I drove the new car while Gabe was checking out my tradein. After a very short time I was off to my Credit union for a check for my new car. This was a very easy transaction. I had told Kevin that I have had very bad experiences with car salesman and he told me he liked to treat people like he would want to be treated. At no point did I feel any pressure from him or the sales manager. I would indeed refer Midway Motors to any of my friends and family. In fact I did just that. I called my Daughter the same day, told her I traded my 2008 Charger in for the Camaro, she was interested in the Charger, I called Kevin back and told him my daughter would be contacting him. She purchased the Charger the following day. Thank you Midway Motors. I love the Camaro and will be visting Midway Motors often since I got the 5 year extended warranty with the service plan.

I searched high and low for a good deal on a low miles used truck and found a great one at Midway Motors, one problem, I was in Alaska when I found it. I sent an email for more information and Kevin called me back within 5 minutes with all the information I needed. Once I flew back to Kansas and drove 4 hours or more to Hutchinson I was greeted by Kevin at the door and was relieved at how smoothly everything went. I got a great deal on the truck and a fair trade-in value on my wife's car. My bank took longer to prepare the loan papers than the whole process with Kevin and the team at Midway. I would suggest Kevin and Midway to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I worked with J. R. on the internet. He was always very prompt in returning the emails with the information that I had requested. J. R. let me known when the car that I was interested in arrived at the dealership so I could make plans to go to Hutchinson to make a deal.J. I lost my car keys working 500 miles from home. The car is in my husbands name and I have no way to leave the motel. They not only cut me key, they brought it to me. When it wouldn't unlock the car because my lock is broken, they sent someone to get into the car. When I misplaced my new key, they cut me another and brought it out. I was scared and worried, and they went far more than the extra mile to help me. For free. I never thought I would be so grateful for a car dealership, but I am.

We had run into many problems with getting me financed because of the over under on my trade in car but he stuck with it and in between calling banks he came back to us several times to let us know what was going on and to just chat with us, and eventually they got a bank to go through and helped us get out their within a couple days. I had nver bought a car at a dealer before but I will be going back to J.R. Vigil if i ever need another new or used car!

Scott Heitschmidt at Midway Motors was very helpful in our buying process. He first gave my husband the information needed to begin our initial search for a new Chevy Silverado. Once Scott new what we were looking for in our new purchase he had one brought in for me to look at. Once we sat down with Scott to go over the vehicle, I was impressed with the way they got down to the bottom dollar right away. Honestly, we were looking at another Chevrolet dealer as well and when Midway came back with their deal we were very pleased with it. Looking for the right vehicle for us. He stayed in constant contact which was a plus. There was no guessing or hounding him down. He would call or email before you contact him. I had to buy a different vehicle because my previous one was totaled in an accident. I was greeted cordially when I walked in the door and never "talked down to" as a woman. Scott treated me with respect, let me go shop at two other locations to compare, then made me the best deal he could. His conversation was always amiable, never condescending. He made sure I knew where all of the controls were on the vehicle before I left the lot, so I would be confident in driving it. Even though the finance guy was a little more gruff, he still got me a good deal on financing, as well.

As a consumer, I was very impressed with the salesman Steve Friesen. I had been looking for an older/larger SUV that had some miles still left in it, but fairly clean. I knew this wasn't going to be an easy task but that's what I wanted. He called me and told me about the 1995 Suburban and we then set up a time for me to drive it and look it over myself. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and if there was anything he couldn't answer he found someone who could. He made sure the used vehicle I bought was detailed and taken care of like I had asked when I purchased it. So far, I am pleased with the way the Suburban handles and how well the detail shop did. I did happen to find an area that they missed...being a woman, I look at every nook & cranny...however, this was just under and around the middle seating area and showed up when I folded part of said seat down, so I think they should've seen it. It's nothing big, but I figured they should know, just in case. Thank you again for a very nice experience overall.

No hassle, I don't even test drive vehicles any more as I already know what I am looking for. They aren't pushy or high pressure, if it doesn't work at the time, it will later.

I walked in not knowing what I wanted, after a few minutes of telling JR VIGIL what I am looking for, he suggested the HHR, Mr. Vigil warmed up the car, went and put fuel in it, while the other sales staff offered me water and kept me entertained. I test drove and purchased the HHR. While I wasn't sure if I would qualify for financing on my own-- and had a willing co-signer available, the folks at Midway motor worked with me until I was able to be the only signer on the note. Not only did they do this, but they assisted me in taking everything out of my trade in vehilce, despite the cold temps, and helped me put it in the new HHR. Mr. Vigil told me about my 4 free oil changes and said he will come pick up the car when he has it scheduled to have a few minor things on it fixed. After my last two car purchases being anything but delightful--I have not had ANY second thoughts on this one...

Not only did this dealership have the car I wanted on my very short, particular list ('08 Pontiac G6), and not only did the car have all the options (and more) that I wanted on it, but the service I received was spectacular. Let me go into more detail of my experience:The initial "buying" experience was seamless and very easy (they sold it to me $500 below blue book value). We had made an appointment to come look at the car. So as soon as the appointment was set, the salesman (Scott) even kept the keys to the car at his desk until we arrived so that the other sales people could not sell it before we arrived, as we made the appointment about 5 hours before our arrival because we live in another city.After the purchase, about a week later I was pulled over by a patrolman because my tag light was out. No big deal, I went to Walmart to buy new bulbs. After putting in the new bulb, still no light. Tried another brand new bulb, still no light. I then figured the wiring was bad, so I took it to a repair shop, only to pay $55 to have the repair shop tell me that they can't fix it. It was due to the wire just being unplugged from the rear fuse box, and the bumper would have to be taken off. The repair shop couldn't take the bumper off because they were not a body shop. They told me only a body shop can take off the bumper to plug it back in.At this point, I was getting pretty upset. This is something that should've been fixed (er, plugged back in) before the car even hit the sales-lot. I decided to call my salesman, Scott, and tell him of the situation. To make the rest of this story short, Midway Motors not only fixed it for free, they reimbursed me for the $55 I had to pay to the repair shop, and they put several gallons of gas in my car for the fuel wasted on driving from my city to theirs and then back to my city again.I thought this inconvenience was handled perfectly by a business that exists to make money. Typically, most businesses do not want to lose money on issues like this and will leave the customer out to dry. But not Midway Motors. They want you to know they are there for you, and they want every customer to be more than satisfied.Anyone can sell a car to a customer. But can you leave a life-lasting impression on the customer? Rick was very helpful from the beginning. The car I was looking at was priced very fair. I like how he communicated with me though the whole process. I had some personal issues with my bank trying to get a loan and Rick was patient with me and held the car until I was able to get approved. He made the whole process comfortable. This is the first car that I've ever bought from a new dealership and I wish I was able to buy another right now because of how the dealership treated me. Recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT at Midway Motors, WOW what an experience. I began shopping for a Tahoe for my wife and remembered seeing the Midway commercials about a family atmosphere. Through the years I have become tired of dealing with Wichita area dealerships (over purchase and trade of 20+ vehicles). I decided to see if it would be worth the drive and I must say I have no regrets. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and offered assistance. We were working with Kevin Denison and Gabe who had both been incredible already. Kevin was out with a customer but Gabe who was across the room realized who we were and immediate got us situated to drive the tahoe we had been discussing. When we returned Kevin was in and was ready to go through the paperwork if the tahoe suited us, which it did, it was everything we saw in the photos and more. It was flawless just as Kevin had told us it was. We completed some paperwork with Kevin while Wayne in finance finished some things up. He was not quite ready so Kevin offered a tour of the facility. If we were not sure at this point we were definately sold when we were done. I have dealt with many dealerships through the years and I can not express how impressed I was by the facility and staff at Midway Motors. I can not recall one person who was not smiling or who did not greet us as we passed. We then went to the business office where we worked with Wayne. He was also incredible. He was the perfect finish to an already incredible experience. To complete our experience at Midway Motors , Kevin took us to our completely serviced and fuel filled tahoe and walked us through the operation of every feature. I have to say, as a retired police officer and now General Manager for a reputable company, Kudos to Midway Motors you have lived up to our expectations of you. We wish you well and this will not be the last vehicle we purchase from you. You were wonderful.

First and foremost, I had told Matt up front I didnt want any pressure. He found the car with everything I wanted on it at Detroit MI, told me the price and sent me pictures. He told me I wouldnt be obligated to buy it when it was shipped because that was a concern I had and wanted no hard feelings if I drove it and didnt like it.Once the car arrived he brought it to me at work and let me drive it home for the night. The next day he told me how much for my trade in. I called the Credit Union, got the loan and check, he brought the papers to my job for me to sign and picked up the check so I never had to go to the dealership. I had wanted the windows tinted and mud flaps put on along with changing the oil and fixing a couple things we noticed needed fixed. He scheduled it all for one day, brought me a rental, picked up my car and even had it delivered back to me at work the following day. Matt called and said the car was done, he was out sick but would have it delivered to me, now that is what I call service.I couldnt have asked for a better salesman to work with and he should be commended for his work ethic and politeness. If anyone wants to buy a vehicle I will definitely give them Matts name and tell them about my experience. He has called me a couple of times since then to make sure I am happy with the car. In the past, if someone pressures me on any kind of sale, I walk away.

My experience with Midway Motors in Hutchinson was very pleasant. This was my first car that I purchased from a dealership. I found the car I wanted on their website and placed a bid on it. I quickly recieved an email back saying that they could work with me and that I should come take a look at the car. We emailed back and forth a few times and they were very quick with their replies. This was helpful being that it was during a holiday weekend. When I got there and decided I would like to buy the car I said I could not offer anymore than my bid. They sold it to me at my biding price! While we waited to fill out the papers and such Rick offered us a soda which made the experience more pleasant. They also gave me 3 free oil changes just for buying a car with them. Rick then followed up with me and called me a week after I bought the car. When I explained that the car was great yet had a problem with pulling to the left. They offered to pay half of what it would cost to get my car realigned. As well as some free gas! My first experience with a dealership was great! Thanks!

Was met with a friendly positive attitude when I visited the sales lot the first time. Sales associate was clean and courteous and knew the inventory well. I was offered all the information she knew about the car I liked and she arranged a test drive promptly. The car was cleaned well inside and out. Had plenty of gas and she said I could drive as far as I would like to. Sales associate went along on test drive and was very helpful with car infornation and suggestions on which type roads we should drive on. Test drive was not rushed and I was encouraged to drive as much and as far as I would like in order to get feel of the car and it's riding qualitities.

He bent over backwards to satisfy us. I will do business with him again for sure. There was no picture of the car on the website, so he made a video of the car and emailed it to me. My husband and I looked at it and went to the dealership. Now my daughter has a new car in less than 2 hours we were able to do everything we needed to do to purchase the car, that was not easy with four different work schedules to work around! I was looking for a specific car, a Mazda 3. I did not want to use the Mazda dealer ship in town because when I was there before I felt that they didn't listen to what I needed in a vehicle. In August I talked to Paul Gonzales about getting a Mazda 3. We went to Midway Motors to look at the new Chevy Equinox, not necessarily ready to buy. Kevin met us in the car lot, explained that the new Equinox was sold, more were in transit. We asked about used cars. He showed us an excellent used car, was low pressure, and very helpful. When we returned later, Danny Flynn, General Manager, took up where Kevin left off. Offered to let us take the car home over night. This impressed us and helped us with our decision the next morning. The trade-in price was very fair. I walked in to Midway Motors and was immediatly greeted by Scott Heitschmidt. He was very helpful, freindly, and his low pressure was great for me. We spent time discussing options, what was available, and test driving. This was my first new vehicle loan, and he was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I've owned my truck now for several weeks, and still have not found a better price anywhere else. I voluntarily want to tell my local community what an amazing dealership we have in Hutchinson Ks. i was under the delusion that a dealer in the bigger city would give my family a better deal- I was VERY wrong. i was so comfortable at this dealership that i didn't even need my husband to come, and thats saying alot coming from a woman. the men at MM worked very hard to make this deal work, getting me exactly what i wanted in the terms i could afford. they did this because they wanted to create a loyal fan, not just a sale.Rick Kirchoff is a sweet, gentle man that NEVER pushed or made me feel uncorftable- he was my advocate. their finance departmant worked miracles when i didn't think it was possible. i will tell everyone i know to goto MM- they are better, and they proved itYour Raving FanDiane Potter

There were a couple minor problems with the car when we bought it and they were very fast to correct the problems with no questions asked and no hassles given. They also went out of their way to get us the best vehicle with the best financing options. Wonderful experience and will definitely go back when we are ready to switch vehicles again. We definitely recommend them.

PAUL WAS A GOOD ASSOCIATE. HE HELP ME PICK THE SUV THAT BEST FIT ME & MY FAMILY. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT OUR CHOICE IN CAR WAS THE BEST PICK, AS WELL WAS GAVE ME ALL LEADING INFORMATION THAT I WOULD BE NEEDING TO COMPLETE MY DECISION. THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE WHOLE STAFF AT MIDWAY MOTORS WAS AWESOME. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY FATHER AND WOULD DO MY BUSINESS AGAIN THERE AT THE DEALERSHIP.

We were trying to find a bigger car than our mazda. my other half was used to grand prix's and i knew that she would be happy with one.I also wanted to have a car with onstar because its like having a 2nd guardian angel with you all the time and it gives me peace of mind with my family knowing someone will be there to help if we need it!!!! we tried to buy before and couldnt get finianced.so after a year with our mazda we tried again. now that midway took this lot from another owner over we went back, and they got us financed. they were the only dealership that would work with us. jose was a great sales person, we called him about 3 different cars, and he brought the grand prix to our house on monday, started the deal,on tues they got the nitty gritty done, and we picked our car up today(wed).Ive been on both sides of the car business most of my life and this was one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had!!!! i def reccomend midway motors hutch to anyone, and all the of the people are great!!!! they will do everything to help you and be upfront about everything!!! i plan on buying all of my cars there from now on!!!

Rudy did a very good job finding me the vehicle that I wanted. I appreciated all of his hard work; great people person (very friendly). I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or trade in a vehicle. Overall, great experience for my family and I.

I thought everyone I came in contact with at Midway Motors were very friendly and helpful. They certainly were not pushy like a lot of other car dealers out there. Rudy (My salesman) was very kind and patient with me. He also answered all my questions with no delay. I marked Great on all but one on my survey. I marked good on the price I was given for my trade in, because I think they could have given me a little more then what they did. But all in all I had a very nice experience with Midway Motors and I will be telling all my friends and family this is the place to go.

Very friendly and helpful.They were not pushy like some other dealers are. They allowed me to take my time in deciding on the car I wanted to buy. They were more than willing to let me drive as many cars as I wanted and they were very patient as I made my decision.

Of all the Dealers I have dealt with in the past, this was the most relaxed and no pressure deal I have made. Matt Flynn was true to his word on doing what he could to get me in the truck I wanted, and Reba Mayes in service has exceeded my expectations. What a good feeling it was not to spend all day at a dealership to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. Thanks Midway Motors. Keith Emmerich
