I worked with Hannah to purchase a Fusion. Finnin had an AWD Titanium one that peaked my interest. She was wonderful to work with right from the first time I spoke to her over the phone. She was super friendly and made sure all my questions were answered before I made the trip. Once at Finnin she was equally amazing and made the buying experience super simple. Tyler Hill was an all around good person. He was very kind and was not pushy at all. He has followed up with me very well making sure I don't have any further questions and that I still love the vehicle! I have been going to Finnin Ford for maintenance on a Ford Explorer for quite some time and have always received the utmost professional and sincere service while working with Dustin Scott in the service department. It came time to trade in the Explorer for a truck. Dave Houghton, Brandon Aureden, Brittain Houghton, Rob Hoffman, Larry Hansen, and Josh Pfohl were all absolutely amazing. Between Dave, Brandon, Rob and Brittain they were able to help me find the perfect truck. Larry and Josh drew up paperwork and made the process smooth so it didn't even feel like I had waited for them but more that they were waiting on me! Dave worked with me to keep the price right where I needed it and beyond all the business aspects, I just flat out enjoyed their company. They are a great team and it shows in how well they treat their customers. Any one of these guys will go to bat for you and make sure you walk out satisfied with your purchase! Happy shopping!!!

I had been searching for a new vehicle for a few months. All of the dealerships that I had gone to couldn't get me approved. My last chance at considering a new vehicle, I tried Mike Finnin Ford. Hannah was the person who I got information from on their website. I had emailed her all week and she got me approved and she had picked out a van that would be both price suitable and big enough for a large family. Hannah was great. She had everything ready when I came to the store to test drive the vehicle. She had the paperwork completed except for signatures and it took less time. I would recommend Hannah at Mike Finnin Ford to help anyone out. Hannah was friendly.

Well where do I start, these guys get it!!! After weeks getting the round around that my car wasn't worth 7000 only 5000 these guys offered me 7000 site unseen. It's a lot easier buying a new truck when you get your price for your trade-in. Hannah and Dave the sales manager are the most friendly people to deal with. I won't mention the other car dealers who try hard sales, I will only say I have bought here before and will buy from them in the future!!! THANK YOU HANNAH AND DAVE!!!

What can I say, we had been car shopping for 5 weeks, what a nightmare! Then my husband says, "lets just go over to Finnin Ford, I promise if we don't find one we both like I won't drag you to anymore." Hannah who is not only knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, and extremely funny showed us several cars which I was still not convinced about. Sensing my hesitation, she showed us one last SUV, well needless to say our nightmare was finally over and I am a tough cookie to impress. But Hannah, I love it and you, and all the staff for going above and beyond to get us a great deal! We will be back!

Brittain was amazing. We brought our 3 daughters with us and he included them in the buyers experience. He worked with us on finding the right car and helped make sure it was within our budget. We are expected our 4th daughter in a couple months and are so excited to have a vehicle that will fit our whole family with plenty of space. I would definitely recommend Finnin Ford to all my friends and family.

We needed a second vehicle for our family and we stopped in at Finnin Ford. We were not thinking we would be able to get the awesome car we did end up getting. We chose to buy a new used car from Mike Finnin Ford and are glad we stopped in. We ended up with a 2011 Ford Fusion in good repair and at a good price. Jordan, our salesman was great and Larry, who worked with us in finance was wonderful. He helped us to get quite reasonable financing with not great credit. This purchase is not only adding a much needed second vehicle to our household, but helping us to build our credit at the same time!

I was looking for a truck. Heard about Finnin Ford on the raido. Soo I thought i"d get on the internet to see what they had to offer. Finnin Ford did have trucks that I liked. I then called them talked to Brandon, he then began working things out for me to the best of his ability.After he worked things out to fit my wants, he called me and said he had something he thought would work for me. wWe then set a time up to meet at Finnin Dealership. I went down Brandon Then showed me what he was proposing,I liked!! Then Mr. Larry went to work on the finances. L arry put out different options to me on financing the truck I wanted That was GREAT, Most places dont do that. I went down that day bought a truck and went home the same day with it. thats what i call taking concern ofthe customer, instead of worring about what the profit is. I was recently in the market for a vehicle and I had a tight budget. I spent several weeks looking at many different dealerships and test driving many vehicles. This allowed me to be able to compare not only different vehicles but different dealers. Out of all the dealers I visited Finnin Ford was by far the best. They truly care about their customers and make every effort to make sure you leave satisfied. Their sales and service managers go above and beyond. The selection of used vehicles far surpasses any of the other dealers I visited. They worked with my budget and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also work with local banks such as Dupaco to provide a convenient way to finance with your own bank at the dealer so you can get all the paper work done right at Finnin Ford. I would recommend Finnin Ford to anyone and everyone!

Jamie Sheridan has helped me purchase 4 cars and every time he has been extremely helpful and always makes sure that I am well taken care of. He works hard to always get me the best deal that works for me. I will not purchase a car from anyone, but Jamie Sheridan. He is not the type of salesman that is out to railroad you, but instead wants to help people get what they need in a price that they can afford. My most recent purchase was because he called me and said he had a deal for me where I could upgrade to a brand new car at the same payment I was already making and he made sure that payment wasn't a penny more because he knows that I'm a single mom who couldn't afford anymore than that. I don't just think of him as my sales guy, but also a friend.

Teela Murphy made looking for a first car very easy and stress-free. I was able to sit down with Teela and look at used Fusions. She introduced me to a car that was in my price range and had the right mileage on it. Teela was very friendly and honest with me, while able to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from another Ford dealership based on price. But overall, I had a great experience at Finnin and will recommend this dealer to a friend or relative.

I had a great expierience with every single sales rep htat was at the dealership. Great buying process made everything very easy and everything was done to where I did not have to do anything to make things difficult. I would definitely recommend going to the Ford delaership in Dubuque for the best cusomter service possible. They are willing to try and help you in every aspect as well as try and hit you monthly budget.

Teela went far beyond what a normal sales person would do. She really listened to us and did not push what she wanted to sell. She had to find a car to that we wanted. I would recommend Teela to anyone that wants a sales individial that listens, and that you trust.

Brittain Houghton at Mike Finnin Ford in Dubuque IA is by far one of the best sales consultant I have ever met. Brittain is not only very kind and has a great attitude, but he also does everything that he can possible do to make sure as a car buyer you leave in the vehicle best suited for you. Unlike a lot of sales people Brittain is not pushy and he listens to what it is a buyer is looking for, and does not try and push you to choose a different vehicle just to make himself look good for selling a car. By far as a buyer getting a car from Brittain was the best experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had.

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima on 7/31/2014. I got off work at 7 pm that night and had made arrangements to meet with Hanna Walz to look at some cars. The first car she showed me was the Altima. I test drove three other cars that had all of the options I was looking for. I went with the first car. Hanna stayed late that night to work with me and I went home with a new, used car. I couldn't be more happier with her, or the choice I made to buy the Altima. I drove off of the lot at 9 pm. I drove my new car to Macomb, IL the very next morning, which is a 3 hour drive. I got 40.6 mpg on the highway. I saved a lot of gas money with this vehicle. I have a Town & Country van that I was planning on driving for the trip. I would have had to put well over $100 for gas. With the Altima, I only used 3/4 of a tank of gas and it only cost me $35 to fill it up. WOW! I would recommend others to Mike Finnin Ford. I was treated with honesty and respect from Hanna. So Thank You Hanna. I Love my Altima.

I have a 2013 Ford Focus, which is still under warranty. I took my vehicle to Mike Finnin Ford to get it diagnosed and repaired. They diagnosed my vehicle; however, because of a new job, by the time the needed parts came in, I had moved out of town. My job happened to assign me in Dubuque on Monday -- I didnt find out until early Friday night -- so I was going to be in town from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On my way to work at 7:45 a.m., Monday morning, I called Mike Finnin Ford (knowing it was a long shot) to see if they could squeeze me in and get the needed repairs done. Sure enough, they fit me in, picked up my car from my work right at 8 a.m., and were waiting for me in my parking lot to hand me the keys right when I got off at 4:30. NOW THATS SERVICE! There are two reasons I gave them four starts instead of five: No. 1, my vehicle needed an oil change (badly! Like, Ive almost hit 6000 miles; although, Ive been told my car can go 6500 miles between changes..?), and I feel they should have called me to see if I wanted them to do that, since they were already working on it; and No. 2, I have absolutely no windshield washer fluid in my vehicle (my doing, of course), and it even alerts you to it as soon as you turn my car on. Because it was completely empty and I dont expect them to fill the whole thing, I feel that they should have checked to see if I wanted to pay to have it filled. Other than those two minor things, I am 100 percent satisfied with the service I received from Mike Finnin Fords service department.

They had the car I was looking for at a good price and lead me to believe that they were ready to move the car and make a good deal on the trade, Would not give me a price on the phone so had to drive 120 miles to dealer to make the deal. When I got there they would not even come close to the value of my trade. Certainly could have told me that over the phone!! Did not even apologize for making me drive there & waste my time & gas.
