I came in right before closing and Richard, Dean, and Adam stayed to help me. They were super friendly and never made me feel like I was holding them up. I told them what I needed and they found me that. The Santa Fe that I purchased is super clean and in excellent condition. This was by far the easiest and friendliest car buying experience I have had.

So I came in to this dealership after being to several other dealerships. I had offers from other dealerships, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Mile high car company listened to my situation and went above and beyond to get me a SUV that I wanted and needed for my large family. Kyle king was amazing, he never gave up on making sure I got what I needed and wanted. Overall, my wife and I went car shopping for a week straight and was on the verge of giving up, but on the 6th day we met Kyle at mile high car company and on day 7... we drove away in what we wanted from day 1.

I was really happy my friend recommended this dealership. At first I was skeptical of the "Everyone's approved!" logo on the side of the building but I really did get approved even with crappy credit. The SUV's were all super nice and so were the people working there. I figured out I do need a little bit bigger of a down payment but I can deal with that and I would love to do business with them again. I just wrote a review but it wouldn't let me write everything I wanted.

I was in need of a newer vehicle. I'm absolutely persnickety about what I want. Dean & Richard went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted through all of my research with ALL the extra amenities I was looking for! My Prius has "bling"!! They've made sure I was in a quality vehicle for what I requested and kept me within my payment arrangements necessary! Everyone helping me in the process was very courteous from the initial call through the moment I walked in and picked up my car.

No extended warrantee info bought car months ago .left xmas presents in trade in car said they would get them never did my catalytic converters. Were to be replaced they never did it or called to scheduled. It now the tranny gets hot then I stop at intersection and it wont move people honking and almost hit from behind two kids in the car they told me that my payment would be then it ended up 150.00 more per month and my trade in was gone. they suck I will spread the word .no help very snottie sales snd staff I hate this nissain rodge pile of crap .394.00 month and still owe 7000.00

This is a great company. My 24 year old son was moving from North Carolina to Denver. While traveling he was involved in a car accident and totaled his car in Topeka KS. He had to continue to Denver with a rental. We began looking online and found a vehicle at Mile High that was perfect for him. He went and test drove the car and worked out a great deal with Rich. My son had never purchased a vehicle on his own before and Rich was great working with him. He also worked with me over the phone (1500 miles away) with the payment. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. They were easy to work with and seemed to really care about making sure we were taken care of.

Went there looking for a used car and dealt with amazing people even though I didn't find what I was looking for I will definitely check back in the near future to see what they have. Worst experience of my life ! First issue is that there engaged finance manager hit on me. And that is a while other experience I would rather not even go into details about. The sales manager had found me on Facebook and hit on me after getting a car there ! Then I took my car in to their shop for some maintaince I was already very uncomfortable because of both managers inappropriate behavior . I brougt my car in for a check engine light , my car was misdiagnosed stating i needed only 3 spark plugs and a coil replaces i was charged 200 dollars and when they brought my car out the check engine light was still on and was still having the same issue ! I brought my car in the next day missing work again and of course and they said it was something else and it would be another 100 dollars ! I told them either give me a refund or I would report them to the dealers board! At this point the Genteral manager Jd Gunter came out and told me to leave or he was calling the police! I asked him what reason would he call the police I had not done anything? He said once I mention the Dealer's board I'm no longer welcome in their establishment . Jd in fact contacted the sheriff's dept. A sheriff did call me the sheriff told me that I actually have the right to file a complaint if I desire! Like I said horrible experience !

I bought my car and had amazing service and they were really patient with me and all of my questions. It was a team effort to get me to commit to a car so I can't tell you who exactly helped me. I was so impressed that I referred a friend who also bought a car from them the following month. My biggest concern is the referral. I'm supposed to get a check from Mile High for my referral however every time I called about it they said they would send me the check since I lived in Denver. 5 months later.... nothing. When I went into the shop and I asked for a update, they told me that they couldn't issue the check anymore and the GM is not in today. That was their excuse the other 3 times I've called. Amazing buying experience but don't expect much after you buy from them.

his was my 2nd vehicle over the past few years, and would get a third. Most of my interaction this time around was with LJ and frankly he was a deciding factor in whether or not I got the vehicle. To me price isn't always the biggest factor, customer service is just as important and LJ isn't your typical salesman. I didn't feel pressured and he appeared to be genuinely concerned about me getting the car that I wanted. In the end I was pleased.

Eric and his team at mile high car company know the meaning of customer service! I purchased a vehicle from them the day before Christmas eve and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I usually hate shopping for cars because the sales men are usually pushy and rude. Eric was never once rude or pushy. He listened to what I needed and was very nice. He truly wanted to help me. My husband recommended this place since he had already done business with them in the past. I literally saw what I liked online on a Monday, filled out the application on Tuesday around midnight because I work the craziest hours, and got the call the next day...you're approved! Had my car by Saturday morning! And they are the nicest people to deal with by the way! When I say that I had my car by Saturday, I mean that they delivered it to me...in Texas...the southern most tip of Texas, no less! Who does that? Mile High Car Company Is by far the best dealership we bought a car from. We traded in my husband's 05' Chrysler 300 for a 08' Chrysler 300c (he's a Chrysler fan tee hee) and we didn't feel pressured or pressed to buy at all like other dealerships tried to do to us. Josh did everything he could to get us into a comfortable price range and more and we are very happy with the customer service we received we might even trade my Mazda for that Sorrento! =) come to MHCC they'll take care of you especially if you're military!!!! I have never been treated so horribly when purchasing a vehicle. I will never consider to buy another vehicle from your company nor will I give you a good review. As a SSGT in the air force disrespect travels rather quickly. Joshua Mccoy was amazing, unfortunately when I went back with a pre approval letter for $36,000 from navy federal credit union $6,000 more then what was needed for the vehicle Joshua had me sold on the night before I was treated awful by not only zack but also another sales associate that apparently was morning over a recent funeral he attended earlier in the week. (I call xxxxxxxx) Regardless I decided to go to a different car lot. I am now a proud owner of a hummer. But still extremely upset over the way I was treated.

I was looking for a newer yet used Scion TC. I found what I needed here. I talked to Josh and Richard . They worked with me to get the car at the most reasonable price around. Their lot, building, cars, and selection of cars were all top notch in clean condition ready to let people test drive or sit in to get a feel for. Everything they did was straight to the point with no run around conversation about the car or our payment for it. They were reasonable about a trade in I did as well and even ordered me a tow hook I found wasn't in the car. Great service, great people.

JEFF JACKSON, Service Advisor (AND a well experienced technician) at Mile High Car Company, went the extra mile for me and my BEAUTIFUL Chrystler 300C! JOSH and ZACK, in the sales department, got me a smokin' deal on it the day before. I bought it with the 22", dish rims it had on it, but soon found a bad shimmy on the highway throughout the car. I had already scheduled an appointment with the service department earlier that morning for a few other issues, but with this shimmy I'd just discovered on the way to work, I just HAD to have it taken care of as soon as possible. I returned to Mile High as soon as I could to see what my options were. I knew they were busy, and I knew I had an appointment in about a week, but if I could just get in for this one issue...! What JEFF JACKSON decided to do from here was nothing short of amazing customer service, even to the point of personal sacrifice! With some VERY large jobs pending on his schedule for the day, he spent the next six hours with me and my 300C, hunting down an elusive shimmy at highway speeds. At one point, he AND his crew were using two of the three lifts in their shop to troubleshoot MY problem! I had a small issue with my car when i bought it. I was told to wait a bit to get it fixed. It took around 6 months to get back in. when I went back in to get the issue fixed I was informed that I had waited to long even though they didn't want to fix the issue during the winter. Jeff in the service department worked very well with me to finally get my part fixed under the warranty. I would recommend working with Jeff anytime.

I was in the market for a vehicle in the worst. I began searchin online for dealerships that would work with me considering my financial situation at the time. I saw Mile High Car Company's ad and made contact. I immediately was contacted by Richard who seemed eager to help me out. After having gone to the dealership, I found that most of the staff was very friendly and made me feel comofrtable enough to attempt to work a deal on a vehicle puchase. It took a few days but I wa able to drive away with 2012 Jeep Liberty. I TOTALLY love this vehicle. I did wind up having some issues with several days after the purchase but the when I borught it back the service deaprtment was amazing in getting the problem solved that day and I was back on the road. We saw the minivan we were looking for and decided to stop and take a peek. Jesse took the time to answer all the questions we had, demonstrated how the stow and go seating worked and a through carfax report. He was able to help us find the right bank for a very reasonable loan rate and explained every step of the process so we weren't buying things we didn't need. He also managed to get us a very awesome trade-in deal for our old car! His no-pressure sales tactic was such a welcome relief from other dealers who tried to low-ball us on our trade in and pressure us into buying something we didn't want. My credit is not so good. Therefore, it was difficult for me to find a place that was willing to work with me on the budget I had set up. Mile High had this guaranteed financing advertised at the lot. Now, I've seen this before, but the fine print is a payment I could never afford. I decided to check it out anyway. For the first time, I had financing that fit in our budget and I was treated like I had a 5 start credit rating as well. They even got me a car with extremely low mileage and gave me this amazing high tech 2 year warranty on it as well. Right after bringing it home I noticed an oil leak. I took it back to them and they fixed it without question with no charge to me at all. I would recommend this dealership regardless of your credit status. They are just plain amazing!

Besides getting a great car for a fair price, the best part about my car buying experience at Mile High was that I did not feel pressured into making a purchase when we were negotiating a price. Chris Fisher was extrememly helpful and worked hard to get me a good deal on the car I really wanted. I ended up purchasing an '05 Infiniti G35X. I spoke with Richard and he immediately had Theo help me with my questions regarding their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" policy as I have decent credit, but little of it. My friend and I were trying to find her a nice car, fairly new and at a good price. These were our main concerns. We visited three other dealerships and were appauled at the pushy, overbearing, creppy, dishonest and downright RUDE salespeople, managers and finance managers. NOT HERE! From the first meeting with Theo I knew we had found our place. He was nice, educated, well-spoken, approachable and genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed. Then we met Chris, who was equally as wonderfully. They were both so helpful in helping us find the right car for her. They were not pushy in the slightest, but rather helpful and LISTENED. They genuinely wanted to get her into the best car for her. I think we spoke with Al, the manager next and he was very helpful as well. No sneaky pricing, no stuffy attitudes. Even the financing guy Zack was great! Very funny, helpful, HONEST and upfront about everything. I didn't get the heebie jeebies from any of them, and I tell you what--I DO NOT (usually) enjoy going anywhere near a car lot! I give them ten out of ten stars and will spread the word about them to anyone who will listen. :)

Here's some background, my mother has been looking for a vehicle for the last few months and after being pressured to buy vehicles she didn't like, given the run around, blatantly told no, and even people avoiding her, she decided to try out Mile High Car Company. She called this morning and made an appointment to meet with Zack and/or Rich. When we arrived, we were greeted and taken in out of the obscene wind. After discussing what she wanted and needed out of a car and a payment they began the paperwork to get her approved. We meandered while they talked to the finance companies and found out what kind of deal they could work out for us. To make a long story short, Zack talked with us and made sure we didn't feel abandoned once they were working to get us deal. Meanwhile Rich worked behind the scenes and got us an amazing deal, along with their finance manager. They are all great guys and work really hard to actually HELP people. In short, my mom got the car she wanted, at the price she could afford and we are all very happy. My brother is going up there shortly to work out a deal with them and get him into a newer car than he has. I will be going up there in the future as well. They have definitely earned our business for a long time to come.

After months of searching, being turned away, told no and flat ignored by other dealers, my mother decided to try out Mile High Car Company. She took me, her son, with her and, virtually on a whim, we went in to see if there was anything that piqued our interest. Almost instantly we saw a car that she had been wanting for a long time and, after about two hours (really, really fast for a dealership) she was driving home in that car, at the price she wanted and needed. Zack, Rich and everyone on staff up there helped out a lot and saved us money when we needed it most.I am very happy with the service we received and with my mom's success, my brother and I will be buying our next cars from them as well.

Chris was amazing. He went out of his way to get me into something safe for me and my children. They gave me an amazing trade in value for the car I brought in and made it possible that I had a great running SUV with tons of room and had me financed and out the door in a couple hours. I went to Mile High Car Co. to purchase a vehicle, and although in the end I drove home in the same car, the experience is one I will never forget. Zack did his best to find a car that would suit my needs. He allowed me to test drive each one I showed interest in. He never once showed an ounce of impatience, even when I decided against purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely informative and honest, and he answered all questions I asked. Today I bought a Dodge Nitro from Mile High Car Co. I am so excited and pleased. Zack, Rich, and Ray all went above and beyond not only in kindness, understanding, and patience, but also in making my purchase happen. Don't deliver vehicles when promised and don't give any communication as to what is going on with vehicle. I fully believe they did some unnecessary work on my vehicle. They are smart enough with their bad customer service to waive deductibles so it looks good on them if you contact the BBB! They make up things that are wrong with the vehicle to make themselves look better because they didn't repair right the first time! Absolutely horrible place to have your vehicle replaced!! Run as fast as you can!!

I had excellent customer service from Mile High. Gregg and Rich went out of there way without being pushy. They met our needs with the vehicle we purchased through Mile High. Rich got us a great deal with the bank which we thought we would not get. Our vehicle that we purchased was very clean. Which we appreciate! No other place would of given us what we received at Mile High. Gregg was really friendly and helpful, as was Rich. We were really pleased w/ the selections at Mile High. They were able to offer us a great interest rate for the vehicle we wanted, and worked with us on our down payment and monthly payments in ways that other dealers were unwilling to even consider. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I was shopping for with what I had to offer. They are not the typical dealership that pressures you into something you don't want or the "next best thing". I have never met so many salespeople that are not working on commission try their best to get you the deal you can afford without trying to put you into what they recommend for you. Like I stated at the beginning of this review it was the BEST shopping and buying experience I have ever had for a new/used car.

My wife and I came in with no expectations and a lot of bad credit. Micheal Frasier was the first to greet us and from there the buying experience was a breeze. To say Mike Frasier went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and wanted as a customer is an understatement. Each step of the sale was explained and the rest of the team worked hard in order to bring in a very reasonable and on target monthly payment. Josh was very straight forward and did not try and hide anything from us in the finance of the deal. Best of all if they didn't have an answer, they went and found it. They didn't make something up that you would want to hear just to shut you up. These guys worked hard and my next purchase will be from them as they earned my respect.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with my car buying experience, my salesman Tony was the best I've ever delt with! He was on the phone with me several times keeping me updated on my application and even talked me through my drive from Denver to the Springs even helping me avoid the rush hour traffic. When I arrived, everything was ready for me, I wasn't at the dealership an hour when I left with my new SUV. It was the fastest and easiest car purchase I've ever had!!! I would recommend Tony and Mile high car co to anyone!!!
