Although, an oil change is considered a quick service, I anticipated to be there for at least 90 minutes. I am very happy to say; the service was very quick. The idea of having the vehicle available to the customer in the open bay allowing the customer to remain inside until they reach their vehicle is nice bonus. The effort and cost to the dealership is very little but, little things like this makes a difference in such a competitive industry. Finally I received a key ring tag that offers the potential for a free oil change. Thanks Miller Ford

I came in for an oil change - had the coupon printed from your dealership website. The guys there were awesome. They rotated the tires, told me it was almost time for new ones, battery was starting to go so they told me to prepare for that sometime soon as well. Then without even knowing - there was some type of clamp missing from the rear exhaust pipe - they fastened new clamps on for NO CHARGE - did the oil change, washed the car and sent me on my way for like 45 bucks!Wow! We purchased a 2015 Edge after owning only Chevrolet's. We went to Miller which is not near our home , but was the only dealership that we were treated respectfully, since we wanted to order a vehicle built to the specs that we wanted. Miller ordered the car and never tried to "talk us into something on the lot", which I appreciated. We just went back for our first service and that was a smooth and professional trip as well. If you want a Ford , you may drive a little, but it is worth your time to do so. I live less than a mile from my local Ford store and I did not do business there.

I took my 2015 MKC in for service this month,it had less than 2300 miles on it,but I purchased it 06/03/15. I was told I only had three services total because I waited pass the 6 month intraval. I love my MKC,I am retired n don't drive too far n as a rule use my 09 Tacoma in wet weather. Why a Tacoma? Ford stopped making the Ranger in the US....Hoping you will change that theory soon. Miller Ford does a good job in all departments n I have a good relationship there with their personnel n yes they are very helpful.

Service Manager Mr. Tony DeMartino scheduled my truck for the day after I called, which was great for my schedule. Mechanic Spike Dolan was very conscientious when he had to vacuum the sand away from a confined area where he was working, before he installed new Ford coils - I believe he takes pride in his work - that is why I always ask for him and will continue to come to Miller Ford when my F350 truck needs service.

As I told the Lincoln survey and I tell everyone else, Miller is just easy to do business with. I called with a car problem, Andrew and Tony make the appointments, get me a loaner car if I need one. They work with the shop to determine what needs to be done and how long the car will be tied up. They are always in communication with me about when my car will be ready to go. When I get the car, Jim always comes out to make sure everything went well, the car is washed and vacuumed and the check out is always easy. What's not to like. This time Andrew also told me there was some recalls on Deb's car and he also made sure that was handled. I wish the rest of my life was this easy.Terry

I purchased a 2016 MKC /the sales rep I met during my initial visit was helpful with locating information on the models that was of interest. The closing sales rep dis a very good job and helped refine my choice, in the vehicle and model and worked to come to an agreeable price. If there was one thing that could be changed in the sales process, I would suggest offering the extended coverage packages during the sales process. This would provide and or allow the buyer to consider any and all additional cost over the purchase versus feeling they are being pressured to make financial decision that would exceed their budgeted price for that vehicle and whether or not to purchase at all.

Your staff went beyond the call of duty to fix something after I had forgotten to mention it... When my truck was brought out to me to take home, I mentioned to the mechanic that I forgot to mention the rattling noise when it is idling, and whether he could tell what it was. He took a look and quickly figured out the problem and suggested he could fix it before I left. It was repaired with no charge. A simple thing I think, but I really appreciated that it was taken care of. Thanks!

We came in for a new battery, the car was checked out by the service Dept. and additional things needed to be repaired or replaced, no problem. with winter coming I'm glad we came in. One problem however, they rotated the tires. We have a bad rim that emits a slow leak. We have had this in on several occasions for this problem and it was never corrected. Their is a apparent imperfection in the rim where it seals the tire. I am continually putting air in this tire. It was on the driver side rear and now it is on the front, more of a problem than the rear. I would like to have this problem corrected or have the rim replaced. Dan Geary

This was my first service experience at Miller. I was very impressed by several factors:Tony D. really did call me when my vehicle was done. Hard to believe but this is rare in my experiences, with any other dealer.I have an issue where the wiper on the driver side streaks. It's been like that since I bought the car but I live in PA so it wasn't worth the trip to take it back before service. I figured it was the arm because it streaks where the arm hinge is and I've seen this before, and assumed I'd have to pay for an arm since I never reported it. Tony said he sees it's not the wiper blade so he's ordering a new arm.I've experienced drive in service, but when my car was done at other dealers, then tell me it's out in the lot. Instead at Miller, they deliver the car in the drive in bay which was especially appreciated since it was raining when I picked it up.My car was washed which I'm accustomed to after a servicing, but the inside was vacuumed, which no other dealer ever did and it was cleaner inside than it is when I take it to a car wash.I appreciated Tony's pleasantness. It was an overall great experience which was the same impression I had when I bought the car. I used to sell cars so I know how most dealers work. Miller is quite different!

i purchased a Ford F 150 from you last August 7,2015 and we thank you for the fast service as we were able to bring home the vehicle at the end of the day and the service was satisfactory and good, the staff are nice and helpful, respectful and kind. The only thing we had a bad experience was when we had a flat tire two weeks ago, and we called the Ford road assistance and when they send a service from one of your road assistance company, the guy came with a tow truck and had no any tools to use, so we need to use our own tools in the truck and it took us a long time to wait because the guy came from a far pla from where we are. So that was really a bad experience for us. But Miller Ford is very good as far as dealership is concerned. And we thank you Miller Ford. God bless all of you in Miller Ford.

I've going to Miller Ford for over 35yrs and the service has been why I've come back again and again. I was disappointed this last service check with. They usually watch-out for future problems, such as batteries, so I decided to get a new one. They changed it & my fluids, left thinking all was fine. I stop by home and when I turn the car off, then started back again, the clock had to be reset. It was also pulling a little to the left, when it wasn't before. I was shopping the following day, driving all over the place and my car wouldn't start. I ended up calling AAA to get my car started & the tow truck guy rep told me who ever put the battery in didn't clean the heads & wasn't connect well. I wasn't able to contact Miller until Monday & I needed to go to work. They're able to get it into by Tuesday am. They were willing to correct the problem asap, but it's still disappointing that such a small thing could cause so much problem & didn't have to be a problem it they had paid attention to their work. They took care of the other issue as well. Because I know they have given good service more often, I know this is not the norm, but I'm more cautious.

I returned to Miller to buy my car and was treating very well as expected. They have always had a good selection of vehicles and have always treated me fairly and respectfully. My salesman was knowledgable about the vehicle and did not pressure me. He answered all my questions and once the decision was made they worked to get me new car ready and have the paperwork completed as soon as possible. It was a pleasure working with Miller again. I leased an Escape and so far am very happy with the car. It handles beautifully and drives quietly and smoothly. I changed from a Fusion so I wasn't sure if I would give up some comfort and quiet but didn't. I love the car!

Took my car in to check my "check engine" light. After three days no fault could be found as to why it was on. My faults were cleared and I was given my car back. I have had it back for not even a week and my check engine light is back on, my A/C has stopped working, and my dash says "check fuel fill inlet" I also noticed some scratches on the front passenger side fender as if I was side swiped when I picked it up. Maybe that is why my car wasn't parked with the rest of the cars when I went to pick it up? I don't know, I'm only assuming. I was given a "discounted" price since they couldn't find anything wrong so that was nice but I would much rather have paid more to have gotten it fixed. I will now have to spend more money on it to figure out the real problem.

the repair on the 2012 focus seems to have fixed the problem with the car . only problem was the loaner car I received on Tuesday morning I found out that there was a woman's bra and blouse in the passenger seat compartment in the back seat . was not good as I drove my daughter to school and she was the one who found it . so just to underestimate the situation this has caused at home . I found the response to when I called on Tuesday non apathetic and quite taken back . I own a contracting company and I am out late at night . I will leave this here .thank you

I had my truck towed to your facility with an appointment for Friday 8 am.I was told it may not be completed until sometime Monday (which I was OK with) But Tony checked me in on Thursday night when the truck was towed and said he would try his best to get it back to me on Friday afternoon. It needed total breaks front and back. and the ABS System locked up so I had to have it towed to you.Tony held true to his word and it was done on Friday afternoon. The whole process was simple quick and easy. The whole staff was friendly, and oddly enough for a car dealership was likable. Certainly we would shop here again. This is how car shopping should be.

Bobby Hall was my sales person. he was outstanding. helping make sure my specialorder truck was ordered correctly, keeping me uptodate on its progress and when it got to the dealership making sure it got delivered to me as fast as possible. I will never shop anywhere else for my vehicles. The service center for vehicle maintenance is clean and is a state of the art facility with excellent customer service

My Fusion Hybrid 2013 was experiencing issues with the accessory battery. I had to jump start the car 3 times in two weeks. I called roadside assistance the first time and they came out immediately. I called the dealership and scheduled a service call the next day. The car was dead again the next day. I jumped it myself and brought it in. They ran tests on the electrical system and battery but could not find anything wrong. The car was ok for the next week. I went out to start it before going to work and it was dead again. I called the dealership and they said to bring it right in. I jumped it and brought it in. They did not have a loaner available but called Enterprise and rented me a car right away. The plan was to leave the car with the dealership while I was on vacation for the next 10 days. I picked up the rental, drove home and an hour later got a call from the dealership stating that the car was ready. The battery had tested as bad and it was replaced. I had the returned the rental to the dealership and picked up my car.Dan, at Miller Ford Service, was extremely helpful in a stressful situation. He understood my situation and did not hesitate to get me rental so that I could continue with my daily activities. Everyone at Miller Ford does whatever they can to make the customer happy. Thank you for a great experience!!

I actually Started at Miller and test drove my focus and was quite surprise with the quality of the car. After a couple stops at some other local dealerships, I came to my senses and decided to go with the Focus at Miller Ford. I'm almost 35 years old and never drove a small car before and the car drives nicely and has a lot of upgraded features like Leather and Heated Seats that you wouldn't expect on a car like the Focus. The seats are very comfortable. My back is not 100% due to a prior accident 10 years ago and the seats really make this car comfortable to drive. I'm also very happy with the Sync technology. I can plug my 8GB flash drive in to the USB port and play nonstop music. Kind of eliminates the need for Satellite radio though the car has that too. So far I am very Happy with the car.

2015 Ford F-150. Went on Saturday 8/29/2015 (First Come, First Served) got there at 8:00am, there was already a line. Thought it would be a while, but only about an hour and a half! I was very pleased, even took advantage of the free bottle of water. This was my first service with Miller, and I found it to be Hassle Free! Because it was my first service, I got it 1/2 price, plus an additional rebate, plus a punch on my card towards a free service in the future. 65k service for our MKZ hybrid. We got a loaner car because we also required correction of the steering system (recall). The tech also got to the bottom of the reason we hear a clunking noise from the back of the car when we go over rough roads/bumps (defective mount on the hybrid battery pack) but since it wasn't dangerous and the part was not in stock we didn't repair. Very please with how I am treated and also with the cost of performing the routine services at Miller. I will keep coming back.

Credit goes to Dan at Miller Ford Service. He was patient and LISTENED to our complaints over a 4 or 5(?) month period and 3 service appointments for the same problem. So far the A/C seems to be working again. So kudos to the service department for being persistent and understanding our frustration. As for the Ford product, I have lost faith. My wife's 2012 Fiesta already has had the catalytic converter, exhaust manifold, A/C condensor, and blower motor control resistor REPLACED AFTER FAILURE, starting at around 60,000 miles to the present 70,000 miles driven. This is unacceptable. On top of that, I am now waiting for the door hinge RECALL, and have yet to find out about the power steering recall and any others pending. I will definitely consider other brands in the future. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.........

When I arrived for my appointment on July 3rd and was checked in by Andrew Buchanan, I asked him if they were still doing the complimentary car wash because I did not get one on my last service appointment on 9/17/14. He said yes and even put in on the work order. Well, guess what? There was a card on my console when I left that said "You Received A Complimentary Car Wash. The car wash not washed. In fact, it was dirty. Item #3 on the receipt said that it was washed and vacuumed. They did vacuum it. I would have gone back in but I had an 8:00 appointment and was in the waiting room until 9:40 and had to be somewhere by 10:00. The last time I had a service appointment it took a half hour. I love the vehicle! The customer service was very good, but my initial experience was a bit concerning. Now, I have bought quite a few vehicles from Miller Ford (and plan to buy more in the future) and this is the only time something like this has happened. Long story short, when I saw the explorer online I requested info about it and to make sure it was still available. I received a prompt response and scheduled the test drive. When I arrived the vehicle was pulled around and when it was showed to me it hadn't been detailed or inspected (for the Ford Certification). It was not in any way read to be shown. As a consumer that was about to spend $30K I was disappointed in the appearance of the vehicle and seriously considered just leaving. But due to the excellent service that I have received from Miller in the past, I gave it a shot, test drove it and liked it. The staff (Kevin Souder and John MacDonald) assured me that the vehicle would clean up well and from that point everything went smooth. The vehicle did indeed clean up well and I am thrilled with it! The folks at Miller Ford are top notch and I look forward to dealing with them again.

I called for an appointment and the service rep advised I could drop the vehicle off the day before after work and he would make sure that it would be finished before I left from work the next day. A received a call in the am of the next day and he advised me they found an issue with the front breaks,I had mentioned the breaks felt mushy, and also the serpentine belt. Advised what the cost would be. This gave me an opportunity to decide if now would be a good time to have the repairs made. I approved the additional work and the car is back to normal. Is this case, as it was a 30K mile service (including oil change), as well as a recall service (reprogramming body control/door-truck lock), I had to leave the vehicle, rather than wait for it. I had two experiences with the Ford service department that made me question if they were being entirely truthful with me. One experience was when I was informed that my fuel filter needed to be replaced, when in fact it had been replaced by another service garage 4 to 5 months prior; and another was when the Ford service department gave me two different opposing estimates for the same job ? replacing a cracked plastic rear light. The first estimate was for forty dollars and the second estimate was for eighteen dollars. Regardless of my two negative experiences, on both occasions the service technicians were very kind and polite to me. As a result of these two negative experiences, the supervisor, Jim Visco, called me personally and we had a nice conversation. That conversation was much appreciated. Thank you, John Brian Rendfrey

The 2012 F150 Lariat was exactly what I was looking for. A couple small flaws but I was able to rub them out completely. Art Minck, Sean Hartman and Ryan in Financing were Aces. No pressure at all. The internet was down while we were waiting to close the deal which caused delays but the time spent was hospitable and informative. I feel like the frequency card should entitle you to a free service of what you have been getting each visit. If you get the works each time, your free service should be same. If you get the standard oil change each time, that is what you should receive. I pay for the works each visit and receive the same benefit as someone that only gets the basic service? Their diesel shop is at a different location, and is not consumer comfortable for people like us who need to wait for the service. They need a nice waiting room. We leased a new explorer. Everything went well. Our salesman Keith Randall was awesome. He explained the whole process to us (It was our first time leasing). And the transaction was completed easily and in a timely fashion. Everyone was very helpful.

This is my first time to Miller. I bought my Escape from Holman several years ago and got a surly service rep on the other end when I called for repairs. I cut that call short because I don't care to be abused as a customer. Then I called Miller and got the information I wanted in a direct and efficient manner. I made a reservation and Tony was busy but helpful to get my job finished. I actually think he was trying to help me out. I am in the market for a replacement for my Escape and when I think of Ford I will think of Miller.

I was disappointed when it took 2 days to change out my window motor. Should have been done in one day- it was a mess to be without the car 2 work days. Scheduling could be better. There was also a "smudge" on the door panel- pretty small but still there. I'll take car of that.

Always very accommodating! Usually, get an appointment in 1-2 days. I arrive early, stay with the car, and unless there is a problem, or a part that has to be delivered, I'm in and out of there in 1-2 hours leaving the full day ahead of me. If the cost is a little more than the local, small shops, it's worth it!

I brought my 2003 f150 in for a factory recall expecting that I would just be making an appointment for a later date. To my surprise I was asked if I were going to be waiting for my vehicle or dropping it off. My truck was done a few hours later without being pressured by a service representative for other work as I have experienced with some other manufacturer's dealerships in the past. I would definitely consider purchasing a vechical from Miller Ford in the future.

Miller Subaru and John Poster are proof that car buying doesn't need to be a painful experience. This review is long overdue since we bought the car back in November, but the fact remains this place is a rare find. Unfortunately, we did the looking, tire kicking and asking of questions at a different nearby dealer from whom we would never buy a car. So when we contacted Miller and John, we already knew what we wanted. John negotiated with us on a fair price without any of typical car dealer tactics. We handled most of the details via email and phone calls and nothing changed when we got to the dealer. The car was what we saw on-line, no "accidental" incorrect amounts on the paperwork, no add-on up-sells. Everyone in the dealer was friendly and worked efficiently. I can't think of one thing we wished had happened differently. If you need a Subaru, go to Miller and buy one from John Poster.

I donated blood at Miller's in early February and decided to look for a replacement for my 2001 Saturn. I was shown a Tarus by Mike Glestein and was impressed with the vehicle. It did not have all the features I was looking for and was a little out of my price range. When Mike followed up with me I told him the payment I could afford and the features I desired. He found a Fusion and we set up a test drive. It is exactly what I was looking for and we closed the deal. Everyone at Miller was friendly and very professional.

A family member recommended we visit Miller Ford as part of our hunt for a new pick-up truck. We visited several dealerships beforehand, but the attention we received at Miller put the others to shame. unfortunately they didn't have the specific truck I was looking for, but they made the process of looking for it very easy. Kept in contact with me during my search and made it very relaxed for me. They didn't try to persuade me into buying anything, they simply asked that I'd consider keeping their dealership in mind and checking back every now and then to see if they had the truck I wanted, which isn't a problem with me. Nice people.

My experience at Miller Ford was excellent from the first contact from my internet inquiry with Jessica to the final paperwork with Don. Once I came into the dealership I was turned over to Carlos Otero's very capable hands. He spent all the time that I needed while making my decision on which SUV was going to fit all of my needs. We had a good time checking out all of the options in the cars. If you're shopping for a new car with all the bells and whistles and you're feeling intimidated by it all, GO SEE Carlos! He explained how everything worked so I can get the most enjoyment from my new Escape. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I've never had the experience with a finance manager like I did with Michael. It was like taking a step back in time when businesses truly appreciated their customers and made them feel appreciated. I'll be back to see my team!

I just purchased by first Subaru (Legacy 3.6R Limited) and can not say enough about the entire experience with everyone at Miller. I recently purchased my fourth Lincoln, a new MKC, from Miller. The worked with me to get the best price through rebates and trade in that was possible. The say their goal is to make the customer happy and in my case they always reach the goal. Kevin is an outstanding salesman who goes above the expected to make the customer comfortable. I enjoy going to Miller since they make us feel like family. I tried to make my purchase complicated, but Marc solved my problem like the PRO he is.

We purchased our first new car, a Forrester, from Miller Subaru in 2010. Since that time we have also leased 3 or 4 Legacy's. Ed Hughes is our salesman. Unlike other dealerships, Ed and Miller Subaru have ensured purchasing, leasing, and servicing a car can be a positive experience.
