I came to the dealership because of its solid reputation and it came highly recommended to me by one of your employees, Mr. Josue Cosme, of your Service/Parts Department. Mr. Cosme is a consummate professional. I had a great experience with my sales representative, Mr. Jeffrey Nunez. Mr. Nunez is a caring individual, who clearly explained the sales process; he answered all of my questions and he ensured my satisfaction. He called me days after my purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Both Mr. Cosme and Mr. Nunez epitomize professionalism at Miller Nissan Dealership. They both made the selling of my previous vehicle and the purchasing a of a brand new one a seamless (and pleasant!) experience. I am more than satisfied with my 2021 Nissan Rogue!

Stopped at traffic light heading to Jeep Dealership around the corner. Saw on display by front door the 2022 Pathfinder. Had not seen before - pulled in and was met by Victor Colon. He could not have been friendlier. Got the keys - explained features, and off I went on a test drive. I really liked it. Felt I should at least compare to the Grand Cherokee (of which I previously owned 3). Was the total opposite experience. Dealership was grimy & dirty, was met by what I assume was a salesperson (dressed in jeans, sneakers and TShirt), and after inquiring could tell he couldn’t care less if I bought a car that day. So….straight back to see Victor at Miller Nissan - write it up!! Paperwork was easy (digital), and finance person made the process smooth. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I live in Manhattan and my Rogue broke down while in CT the day before a 10 hour road trip needed to be towed here. After a miserable experience at a different mechanic, Jerry was kind, calm, and extremely communicative. Unfortunately my transmission needed to be replaced and I missed my road trip, but Jerry was able to hold me the last rental available during Labor Day weekend and was kind and understanding the entire time. He did everything he could to help me out during a ruined trip, and if I didn’t live so far I’d always take my Nissan to be serviced here!

This was the best experience I've had at an auto dealership. I lease a new truck every 3 years and dread the experience. Hector made the whole process simple and stress free. He showed us what we asked for, didn't pressure us when we asked to think about it, the financing was a breeze. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

This is my first time lease and they made leasing a car so enjoyable. They were not at all pushy, incredibly patient and took time to answer my questions. Kasha M is not your typical salesman, I took time to negotiate and I felt no pressure to buy a car and they really gave me the best bang for the buck. Thumbs up Miller Nissan!!!

Just bought a Nissan Rogue after other unsuccesfull experience with 2 other car dealers and I can say that I have a very good opinion about Nissan in Fairfield and Juan which helped us get a very good deal for our new car. I also apreciated that he explained every single thing about the car just like you have never had one before. And stayed over program just for us in order to get everything done. Its doing his job very proffesional. We also worked with Evelyn Santiago whom is extremly dedicated to her job and nicely and very quick answers always to emails. Also the guy from finance was very nice and polite and very trustfull. THANKS TO ALL !

I recently purchased my 3rd car from Miller Nissan. Every time I have been to Miller Nissan have worked with Juan Mills. He is a Veteran in the business and it shows with the level of professionalism that he shows day in and day out. Juan is able to make the whole process a smooth and easy one. He has this ability of showing his knowledge to the cars on the lot and find out what your needs are so he can make the right match. Juan knew I was ready to part ways with my 2009 Altima but he was able to convince me that it would a have a great move to upgrade to a 2013 Maxima. I had my new car for 3 days now and I am NOT regretting my decision not one bit. I would make 2 recommendations if you are reading this. One, Miller Nissan is the go to Dealership, and two, seek out Juan Mills for your car purchasing needs.

We had a terrific experience. We never felt pressured, and our salesman was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. Everyone in the dealership is quite friendly and helpful. It feels like a family business where the customer is treated like a person and not just a sale. We will likely buy our future cars here. We highly recommend Miller Nissan!

I was able to turn in my 2014 lease on my Rogue 6 mos. early for a new 2016 Crew Cab Frontier. Miller Nisson paid off my remaining payments and put me into the truck I wanted. My salesman, Brian Long, was outstanding. I first went in to see/meet Brian about two months ago. I wasn't sure of all the options I was looking for but told Brian I was evaluating different trucks and sizes. Brian was no pressure, always low key and great to work with. My best experience ever (40+ years) purchasing a new vehicle.

I stopped in at Miller Nissan after browsing their inventory online and finding a car that I liked. Evelyn Santiago contacted me to schedule a test drive promptly after expressing my interest in the car listed online. Although this was my first time visiting Miller Nissan, I was quite familiar with their name after years of hearing the catchy "get millerized" jingle in tv/radio ads. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by smiling faces offering warm welcomes. Juan Mills accompanied me on the test drive during which he informed me of the features of the vehicle. After the test drive, I was sold. Juan got the paperwork started and completed expeditiously. During this process, I never felt pressured, which is all too common in most car buying experiences. Juan is an exemplary sales person and proved to be driven, responsible and very kind. He made my car buying experience as painless as possible, while making what I wanted his primary focus. Mary, the finance manager was extremely pleasant. Although signing for a car can be tedious, she allowed this process to move swiftly with lighthearted conversation. It was evident that she is experienced in her role. She has a great personality and executes her job with confidence. I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had a Miller Nissan! I will return and I will definitely refer my friends!

These clowns first of all charged me $90 right off the bat to just inspect my car for a noise - ended up being a wheel well to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $200 more than what a garage down the road charged me.The WORST part was, after I paid $90 to get the car inspected I also paid $30 for a conventional oil change. The amateur clown who changed my oil put the gasket plug back in incorrectly. My car was slowly leaking oil for over a week. Thank god I saw it on my driveway and realized my car had almost no oil in it. I contacted them multiple times and they barely made any attempts to justify the fact they almost ruined my car that I BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I do not typically participate in these on line reviews, however, my experience was so great, that I felt compelled to give a shout out to the folks at Miller Nissan. I despise car shopping. I really wanted to avoid visiting dealership after dealership because I did not want to deal with the "hard sell" typically associated with a visit to car dealership. I decided to do my due diligence on line and via phone. I contacted several dealerships and got similar responses from all of them. They did not want to give me any numbers, and insisted that I visit the dealership in person. I felt that I was asking very simple, straightforward questions, but was constantly given the run around. VERY frustrating. That all changed when I spoke to Evelyn Santiago at Miller Nissan. She was incredibly forthcoming, sincere, and kind. I explained my frustration to her, and she completely understood and went out of her way to find me someone at Miller with whom I could work well. She was professional, not pushy, and made sure I knew that she wanted my business. She is a true asset to Miller Nissan. Evelyn put me in touch with Arthur (I can't find his card, and can't remember his last name) who does not officially work for Nissan, but is currently helping them out. He was a fantastic person and salesmen. He treated me respectfully, gave me ALL of the info for which I asked, explained everything in very simple terms, and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. He was really terrific. Once he and I agreed on a price, and I was ready to commit, he put me in touch with another amazing Salesperson, Stefanie Martillo. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and about the car. She took a lot of time to show me every feature in my car, and even helped me understand how the back up camera works, as I was not at all comfortable with this feature at first. She was not pushy, but was very kind, sincere, and hard working. GREAT salesperson!!! I truly loved my experience at Miller Nissan (and I love my new car, too). I will definitely lease/buy from them again when the time comes. And, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new car who doesn't want to deal with the "typical car buying experience!"

First person who came to me was Eric Crespo. A car leasing experience without being pressured or rushed with a salesperson who knows the business. Eric is an exceptional salesperson who goes the extra length to make the customer happy. Had explained I went to another Nissan dealership and wasn't happy. Told him exactly what I was looking for in a car and he showed me one with "my name on it". I've been a customer of their Service Dept who are also very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

He first introduced himself to us. It was 5 of us and he made sure that we were all comfortable. Then he offered us something to drink to make us feel at home. I had 2 children with us and believe me they were not bored. They had a TV to watch, snack to eat, beverage, coloring book, and other activities so while we dealt with business the children being taken care of. He answered all our millions of questions as well as being patient while I consulted with my mother on the phone on the price and cost of the cars. Allen was a very friendly and easy to talk to person. He is a tremendous sales representative couldn't ask for a better. Keep up the amazing job Allen Johnson ?????

had a Nissan versa and was happy with that car, but i wanted to upgrade and read reviews on the Nissan rogue. had a very good salesman in Ivan solos. told him i was looking for a 2014 or 2015 rogue sv. he showed me one that just came in with very low miles on it. with the very competitive price he offered i chose the 2015 sv he showed me. he did not pressure me but explained the value of the car with all the amenities of the top 2016 models. he was very knowledgeable and helpful. after driving the car with ivan i decided that was the car i wanted. he is very low key and informative. he made a possible long search for a car a very quick decision. i now have my car and cannot be any more satisfied with my car, ivan solis and miller nissan.

I bought my first new car with Miller Nissan and could not believe the amazing experience I had with Stephanie Martillo. Stephanie was not only able to provide me with a wonderful deal but because of my fear with driving on the highway, Stephanie personally delivered the car to my home. I had a great experience working with Eric Crespo at Miller Nissan. I felt uncomfortable going into a dealership knowing I was planning on making a rather large purchase, but moment I walked in the door i was greeted by a very pleasant and professional staff which made me feel more comfortable right away. This was my first car purchase on my own and Eric did a great job answering all of my questions and helping me find a car perfect for my needs. Like most dealerships or any businesses for that matter things get delayed and appointments get pushed back, but Miller Nissan made sure I was accommodated for my waiting around by helping me out with a few extra things for my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. No overt sales pressure applied at all.I took a difficult sale from their lot (LOTS of miles!) that had been there quite a while!!! Sal answered all of our questions, and helped us get a price that I was really comfortable with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience was very positive. After getting the run around at Honda, Hyundai, and Mazda, it was nice to come here and get a pretty straight forward buying process. We came here never haven driven a Nissan, nor knowing much about the car but left feeling confident that we had made the right decision. Jose was very straight forward with us asking us what we wanted and what our price range was. He of course came back towards the top of our price range, but offered up the mid level SV version of the car instead of the base. I shopped around at other dealers before pulling the trigger and was happy when Jose met the $5.00 a month cheaper price another dealer was offering up. The buying experience was very quick and well done, with everything being explained at a level that I wanted.Jose followed up by calling us 2-3 times within the next week of buying to make sure everything was going ok. We were having an issue with the tire pressure sensor which was fluctuating 8-10 PSI but seems to have settled down now that we have driven the car more so we have not needed to have it serviced. My only pain point from this experience was we made the purchase 2 days before black Friday, which when I had asked was told there would be no specials, but I actually got a call which would have saved me $29.00 a month and we would have gotten a free TV. I don't feel cheated by Paul Miller as I don't think they were offering the same deal, but it left me feeling that we got a good deal instead of the deal of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend Nissan cars after driving our Rogue SV for almost a month now, and I would send my friends and family to this dealer as I do trust them, and feel like they want to work with you to get you something that works for you.

SAL ELKOUN..... provided me with the best service Ive had in a long time. From the time I walked in the door, all the way until I sat in my new car Sal was there every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured into buying vehicle, he explained every detail about the vehicle as well as the financial aspect. My current lease of my murano was up and I was interested in the pathfinder. We dealt with Logan, a very experienced salesman. He not only spent more than three hours with us, but gave us a fantastic deal. We were so impressed with him and the staff and will recommend anyone we know to go there. I'm reminded that good brands are defined by good people and Kerri and Brian were terrific. I came into the dealership knowing I had negative equity and not that optimistic that I could afford a new car. Kerri and Brian convinced me otherwise with some overlooked warranty credits. I walked out with a brand new Murano SV and I couldn't be happier. Love the new Arctic Blue color in the line up - looks fabulous. And even though it was getting late on a Saturday, Brian drove me across the road to fill up with gas. Nice touch!

Juan was my sales person. I went looking for a Murano. He approached me and advised of cost. I should have did my research before purchasing. (lessonlearned). They do not call customer back once the car is sold. This may just be this sales person. But for future I will shop else where due to my bad experience..

From the time my daughter and I enter the lot. We were immediately approached by Stephanie Martillo. Told her I was just looking and not with the intention of purchasing that day. Just wanted to see what my options was. Before I knew it I was walking away purchasing a brand new car. I originally was interested in the Pathfinder but approved for the Rogue Select which my goal is give the Rogue Select to youngest daughter then purchase the suv I'm more wanting. Stephanie was sincere in helping me purchasing a car with my trade. I never felt pressured in making a decision. I walked away being educated and happy with my decision. My daughter was excited knowing the plan is to give her the Rogue Select going into her junior year of college where she will need a car.

On Saturday night on my way home from the mall I stopped in to Miller Nissan with my fiance and three boys. The only reason I wanted to stop was to see if they can all fit in the back of the 2016 maxima with enough room. Anyone with kids knows that a car dealer is not the place for them. WRONG... All The employers there were amazing with our boys. Looked at the car with them. Then started talking price and before I knew it the sale rep Ivan took our boys in the tv room and had them under great hands. I had been a Bruce Bennett Customer for 7+years. I knew Saturday night that was going to change. The customer support and welcoming that Miller Nissan gives is just above and beyond. Within an hour and a half on Saturday night I knew I was leaving there not only getting a new car but also tickets to go see the sound Tigers Sunday night.(that still 4 days later have our boys talking about the car dealer how cool they are for tix) When it came time on Monday to do all the finalizing of the paperwork I feel that Kerri went way above her job to make sure she helped me out. I know that if I had to walk in the door or pick up the phone for any problems with my Nissan they will be right there to help. My family feels a part of the Miller family and all its employers. If anybody is undecided about a Nissan dealer definitely go to Miller Nissan you won't regret walking in the door.

They bought me lunch treated as if I was part of there family. The whole dealership even the owner was working for me to get what I wanted. Wow, what great service. I've taken my car there in the past for regular work, but when I got back from the city the other day and got in my car at the train station, my seat belt jammed and wouldn't open. I swung by Miller, hoping it wasn't going to take all day or cost a fortune. John and the guys in the service department took it apart and fixed it super quick and at no charge! What a great dealership.

I came in for service and worked with Eligio in the service department. He was an amazing help and I got my car back in no time. I started looking out on the lot and wanted to look for a car for my wife. We were introduced to Jose that took us around the lot. We were going to settle for a car that may not of been a good choice for us. Jose gave us some other choices that made more sense to us and ALTIMA...ly set our eyes on a beautiful 2013 Altima. Jose showed us everything about this car, and his passion for Nissan really showed as he talked about the features of the car. When we got into the car to drive off he showed us the navigation that already had our home address inputed. The experience was friendly and welcoming, I will only being working with Miller Nissan for now on. Thanks again Jose my wife loves her car.

I enjoy coming here specifically for the great customer service. Everyone here is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Currently working in customer service, it is the number one thing I look for. And I was very pleased with the customer service here at Miller Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant Jose Llanos. He was able to find a car that fit me perfectly and worked well with the budget I had. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I felt comfortable with my purchase because I genuinely felt he was looking out for my best interest. Overall great experience! I purchased my Sentra from Miller Nissan three years ago. I spoke with .Mr. Pugh after hours and shared with him that my car would not start on two occasions six days apart. He told me that we needed to bring the car in and get it looked at but I shared with him that I live in West Haven and work in Stratford and couldn't get the car to them. So the next day he sent someone out to pick up the car to bring to the dealership, and when the car had been checked out thoroughly, the service department delivered it back to me with a smile, courteous and professional. I feel that the dealership went above and beyond great customer care and satisfaction. My wife and I were just going up to Miller Nissan to test drive a Pathfinder or Murano. We left two hours later signing papers for a brand new 2015 Pathfinder SV. The salesperson, Sal, was very honest and we knew that we were really getting the best deal around. We had our 2010 Acura TSX appraised and Miller offered a very generous trade-in offer, especially because prior to the offer Sal brought us to Edmunds.com to show us what we could expect with the trade-in value with the current mileage and condition. I was planning on selling privately, and there truly was no reason to with the deal Miller gave us. My mother-in-law does a lot of business with Miller Nissan and leases 3 cars with them for the past 15 years. It was an easy decision to go with Miller for our new car. Before we even walked through the door we had the confidence that this dealership was it. Overall, this car buying experience was perfect and we could not be happier.

As a first time Nissan car owner, I wasn't sure what to expect. I am a creature of habit and was definitely leaving my comfort zone by going with a different make/model of car. I walked in pretty much knowing what we wanted to look at. Eric Crespo greeted us and asked all the right questions. Not once did we feel any pressure. We went on a test drive and I hit this guy with all types of questions. He knew his stuff. I had done countless hours reading reviews and researching the 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum and this salesman was right on point. We sat down to do the deal and gave them a number we wanted to pay per month and within a few minutes Kenneth Pugh, the General Sales Manager came over to shake our hands and tell us he could make this deal happen. I would encourage anyone who reads this to not waste your time at ANY other Nissan dealership in the area and go to Miller. They have made a customer for life.

I was In About 3 weeks ago, had an issue with my Nissan, I brought my car to 2 other Nissan dealers including the place where I purchased the vehicle from for noise and vibration, after many repairs and road tests the issue was never fixed until my visit to your service department, I met with the service manager (Mirwais Hotak) and spoke with him in person about my issues with the car. He went for a drive with me and confirmed the problem that no other dealer could've figured out with In minutes. And delivered my car back to me cleaned, and noise free. I have to say he went above and beyond for me. Exceptional service was provided to me at this dealer. Thank you all for fixing my car.

I spoke with almost every Nissan dealer in CT and Chris and Erik and their facilities at Miller Nissan was by far the best experience. They offered me the best price and were professional and courteous throughout. I ended up changing my mind and they refunded my deposit with no hassle. I have continuously have a brake issue with my 2009 Sentra SER spec V. Nissan North America has given me an extended warranty. I went to Miller Nissan and we thought we figured out what the problem was. Unfortunatley this was not the case. I brought the car back and the service department was supposed to call the Nissan North America engineers. I waited for over three weeks and left messages for someone to call me back for a status update. No one ever called me. I proceeded to call and go up the chain. Ironically no one was available so I asked for the GM. An individual named Jeff gave me a call. I could not pick up the initial phone call so I called back. Jeff told me that he was the GM. He never listened to what I had to say, continuously talked over me, and lied about what was in the notes. To say that he was rude/unprofessional would be a grave understatement. He then proceeded to raise his voice, boarder line yell, and tell me that they will not work on my vehicle at all. Turns out Jeff is not the GM. He is some guy who works in the HR department next to the service department. This company refuses to work on Nissan's with warranties if they do not have the expertise to fix an manufacturer issue. The they proceed to be rude, unprofessional, and lie to you about your vehicle and who they are.I read the "About our Dealership" section on their website. Supposedly their family business "... has lasted for 40 years on one simple principle. We have never lost sight of how important a satisfied customer is to a business"To refuse a customer and lie because you don't have the patience to correctly troubleshoot a warrantied issue doesn't show that you abide by your one simple principle.

I've been going to a chain type service center for maintenance and oil changes that I won't name. They could not correct an alignment issue my maxima was having and claimed the car was operating correctly even though it would not drive straight. I had talked to Mr. Hotak and explained my problem, and he assured me they can fix it. Turns out a steering part was damaged and needed to be changed as well as an alignment. My cars driving is back to normal. ALL my future oil changes and repairs will be done here from now on. Thanks for fixing my car correctly the first time Miller Nissan.

If you are in the market for a new or used Nissan, do yourself a favor and go to Miller Nissan in Fairfield, CT. I've purchased and leased several cars over the years from various Nissan dealers in the area and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. It was my first time at Miller Nissan but I know that it will not be my last. When I arrived I was set up to see Chris Molnar, however he was attending to another customer. Instead of making me wait like I've had to do in the past, they set me up with Brian Long. Brian took me on my test drive and really went over all the features of the car with me. When it came time negotiate the price it was very simple and straight forward process. Brian was open and clear about what was included in the price and worked with me to achieve my goals. Kerri DeMott, the Sales Manager, checked in with me several times to ensure my experience was the best it could be - and it was. When it came time to sign the paper work it was quick and simple and I was out the door with a full tank of gas before I knew it.

From the moment I was greeted at the door until I picked up my car I was treated like I was their best or only customer......AND I WAS THERE TO BUY ABOUT THEIR LEAST EXPENSIVE CAR ON THE LOT! Ivan Solis came right up to me upon entering and asked if he could help. I told him I wanted a used car for around town for my daughter and he got me into the perfect car. No pressure. No oversell. Just good solid advice. We had a deal in no time and he followed up and followed through in the most timely and friendly manner. He even ran a Coke out to my daughter waiting out in my car with my dog!I drove off the lot with my fully gassed up beautifully detailed car in forty eight hours and it was a totally great buying experience! (And I have had many, many to compare.) Highly recommend this dealership and Ivan in particular! Mary in finance was also great... and fun to deal with....and in finance, that's not easy!

I visited Miller Nissan to test drive the new Murano. I had a few other test drives I wanted to make that day, but my salesman Brian Long, had the next two vehicles on my list on the lot. They were the bmw 3 series and the Infiniti q from the previous model year that had been trade ins from previous customers. He allowed me to drive both so that I could compare them immediately with the Murano. Nissan won hands down and I told Brian that I would feel comfortable buying the car from him when I was ready. After researching my numbers and returning, we negotiated a fair price and they found the car I wanted! Brian couldn't have been kinder or more professional and he made my car buying experience easy and stress free. The dealership overall is beautifully remodeled, clean and modern with an exceptionally warm and attentive staff. I would highly recommend them to friends and family alike! Don't forget to ask for Brian!

Jose was especially helpful; After meeting him to discuss my options, he gave me his contact and we communicated over the phone. He also returned my phone calls. He was very friendly and funny. As we stepped through the doors of Miller Nissan we were immediately greeted by the receptionist, and Kasha (our sales person). We were offered refreshments and Kasha was extremely accommodating. She spent lots of time with is, we never felt pressured or rushed-we could ask her any questions with comfort. She got our car with the specs requested quickly. But the manager, Ken Pugh, gave me a call, and straightened out the issues I was having, so I decided to re-review...Ken is a very reasonable man who is a pleasure doing business with. This by far has been the best experience in a car dealership. I walked into Nissan with my fingers crossed hoping they can help me get out of my Honda that I hated so much and was paying too much for. I got there and there was smiles and big welcoming's when I walked in. I was helped rite away and I worked with Stephanie Martillo who by far is a great, kind hearted, knowledgeable person. I explained to her my story and how miserable I was coming from Honda that same day and as she took down information she showed me a few cars that would help me get out of my misery and once I had chosen the car I liked she told me she will contact me the next day to see if I was approved which meanwhile I was there as a nerve wreck thinking it was not going to workout because of how bad Honda had screwed me over, but she was all smiles with a positive attitude. Which was great because it gave me confidence. Once she called me with the great news the next day that i had gotten approved with a BRAND NEW CAR and LOWER PAYMENTS I knew I had did the rite thing on going to Nissan. Stephanie Definitely satisfied my needs she was OUTSTANDING! And Kerri the manager was also amazing kept making sure we were ok and giving me that positive attitude as well. It was great. Nissan definitely has excellent and vary knowledgeable professional people. environment is vary clean and they have a great area for the kiddies to be entertained while Mommy And Daddy pick out there NEW car :-) Service and staff and environment are all perfect. I was looking to trade in my Acura for a 2 door sports car. I came across a beautiful brand new 370z at Paul Miller's Nissan in CT. It was about an hour away from the Bronx but Chris Molnar was very informative and straightforward with the vehicle numbers according to my credit report; this made me confident to take the commute. Upon arrival I was greeted by sales associate Eric Crespo, who was extremely friendly and carried himself well. It felt like a family like environment, I was not pressured nor was I forced to meet their terms in order to walk away with a new vehicle. Eric was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle as well as the best route to go based in my financial eligibility. (Finance, lease, down payment, etc) This is my fourth new car purchased in the last eight years and Paul Miller's Nissan is by far the best dealership experience so far. Buying a car is not an easy thing. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Miller Nissan and now our third. We worked with Sal who was great . He was very helpful. We had been looking for a Nissan Frontier for about a month and a half, and found THE one at Miller. Sal was not one of those salesmen that you felt would say just anything to get your business. He was very professional and listened to what we wanted, and was able to get it for us. Our last two purchases from Miller were through a gentleman named Brian ( I don't think he's there anymore ) which is why we went back for this third time. my mother loves here 2008 Nissan Rogue, and the thought of having to trade it in or get rid of it was a tough one for her. She started to have some bad noises from the transmission, as well as the car would slow down and lose power after a long trip. One trip to Miller and Bet and the rest of the service team where able to Diag the car and swap out the tranny all in a few days. The level of service was amazing even better than what I have received at some Audi dealers for my S4. I would recommend Miller Nissan to anyone in the southern CT area.

I have leased many cars over the years but have never had the experience that I had a Miller Nissan. I believe that starts from the top...Ken Pugh is amazing...I can't say enough about him personally and how he runs his shop. I think a lot more dealerships should have a Ken Pugh on their team. Late on a Thursday, I went to the dealership with no experience in driving a Nisson of any description!!! I was courteously greeted by a manager who looked to his sales people and a young woman came forward with a big smile and said she would be happy to help me!!! I wanted to drive a Nisson Sentra and an Altima...that's all I expected to do...but the warmth and courtesy with which I was treated by Stefanie Martillo was so encouraging and confidence building that I knew I couldn't be in better hands!!! She was forthright and clear in her answers...and in offering me reasons "why a Nisson"...and I knew that I would want to do business with her...if I liked the car...That was even easier...I loved driving both...decided on the Altima....and am twice as happy as the day I picked it up!! I would like to thank Eric Crespo for a great car shopping experience. I've been shopping for a new car with the help of my mother for a week now and I have never dealt with another salesperson who was as knowledgeable about the cars in their lot as-well as concerned with my overall experience as Eric. If you want to know all of the ins-and-outs of any of the cars on lot, and I mean ALL of the ins-and-outs of each model than Eric is the person you want to see. Great overall facility that shows that they take care of their cars and the other staff members were very nice as-well.

Typical old-school car-selling tactics including a "mistaken" price calculation resulting in a slightly higher final price. Also did not come through with specific easy requests like not applying dealership logos and such to the car. The "prep" for delivery was disappointing; it would have taken no time to touch up the minor scratches and dings and clear the navigation system/address book entries (it had the info of the previous owner, a security risk). This was not done giving a "get 'em in get 'em out" mentality. Also the financial person was clueless about certain documents that were provided in advance to the salesperson to make the checkout process easier, indicating lack of communication between departments and making it uncomfortable for me, the customer. All in all an underwhelming experience and likely would not utilize this dealership, or recommend it, in the future.

I have had a great experience with Miller Nissan of Fairfield so far. They were helpful throughout the sales process, including the Internet Sales Manager Chris who answered questions for me over the weekend. I really enjoyed working with my salesperson Victor. He was friendly and knowledgeable during my two test drives. He even picked me up from my home the day I took my car home. They were able to help with the pricing and even added extra oil changes to help me make my decision. Since purchasing the car, I unfortunately had an issue with a tire (drove over a screw so nothing related to the car itself). I called the dealership for advice and Victor was the one who answered the phone! He helped me through the situation. I brought the car in to the dealership and the situation was taken care of promptly.

I enjoyed meeting your sales representatives. And the service guys are cool. I feel my car was overpriced, and it took a very long time to actually get the car a week and a day. I did purchase a used RAV4 and was promised it would look brand-new when I picked it up. That was not the case. It was never shampooed and the scratches were never buffed out. I had to replace the battery three months after purchasing the car. I did have them shampoo it before I left. It was done on the seats only. I understand I have horrible credit but that doesn't mean I don't deserve good service and no pressure. I did get a call saying that there was someone else looking at the car and I needed to make a decision quickly. I did paneled a car I just felt like I was a bit pressured. This car cost more monthly and my insurance went up.Im sure this isn't case each time. I will continue to service my car here, but buying Asian, I'm not sure.

He in very short order found the type of car I was looking for and was worked with me to arrive at a very reasonable price for the Nissan Altima that I was looking to buy. And NO games! He want over and above to accommodate me throughout all steps of the process. He was quick to answer any questions whether by phone or email regardless of time of day. I was certainly nervous to look for and purchase my first self-financed car, but salesman Eric Crespo made it a painless experience! We were pointed to Miller Nissan by a family friend, and I'm thrilled we ended up going there. The space was clean, open, and professional. The whole staff was friendly, and the employee that worked directly with us- Eric- was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. We went in on Friday, and had the car Saturday- I needed it soon, and they totally made it an easy experience. We found a great Certified used car with a good amount of milage on the higher end of our price range, but still in our range. It's rare to find a dealership that provides a pressure-free experience. We met with Victor and test drove the 2015 Nissan Rogue. He was super informative and assisted us from start to finish of the purchase. We didn't think we'd end up buying on our first day car hunting but Victor really went above and beyond in addressing all of our concerns. I had an unusually long sales cycle because I test drove a 2014 Juke but waited for a 2015 with specific factory options. Eric accepted that I wouldn't be buying a car immediately; no pressure.When I contacted his dealership by email for a price quote months later, he expedited the process, winning my business from two other dealerships that were slow or dropped the ball. He was able to give a firm number instead of a vague range, and it was a fair price.At that point, I came in to sign the paperwork and put down a deposit, which turned out to be a painless process. He then under-promised and over-delivered with regard to the actual date I'd be able to get the car, keeping me in the loop throughout the process.When I came to pick it up, my registration was blocked because I owed a $21 in local taxes. Eric got me dealer plates so that I could drive the new car to town hall and pay that off. Then he did all the things expected with regard to showing me the car and making it ready for me to take home.I was not aggressively up-sold, nor was I ignored as soon as they had my check. This dealership seems to be looking for my long-term business.

Our two sales people were great. After researching on line , I requested a quote through Nissan. We heard back within an hour from Chris. When we came in we met with Chris and Richard. They helped us get the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. They offered us the financing we saw on line ( but weren't offered at a competing dealership. car arrived quickly, no heavy upswell by the finance person. They gave us a great run down on the car, helped my daughter set up the radio and even paired her phone with the blue tooth. Wonderful customer service! Chris was great to talk to via e-mail. Having a one year old was difficult to go down and chat. Chris met our expectation, was able to make a great offer for us, and had the car in stock we wanted. Everything was met within our budget which was awesome! What first started out as a simple online query with Nissan turned into an amazing sales experience. Stefanie and Chris were wonderful throughout the entire process. Over the years we have purchased four Nissan vehicles and Mr. Iannazo has been our salesman for all but the first one. We feel that he is honest, helpful, friendly, and very professional. Most importantly he always works hard to make our buying experience and easy one. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the features of the Murano to me and offered to do the same for my husband who was not available on that day. Also, the only time I was available to pick up the Murano was not during Mr. Iannazo's normal hours. He stayed after and waited until everything was taken care of. I'm quite sure it was a long day for him and we appreciate his efforts.

I was in the market for a new or newer car and saw an ad on line from Miller Nissan in Fairfield, CT. There was what seemed to be a really good deal on a 2015 Nissan Altima. I've never owned a Nissan but all my friends who have ever had one have raved about them. I called the dealer spoke with a young lady named Audrey. She was super friendly told me she would put me in touch with Eric Crespo. My wife met me at the dealership later in the day and we met Eric. He, like Audrey was super friendly and easygoing. We looked over the Altima vs. the Sentra and mentioned the offer was very attractive. Eric was low/no pressure. He was very knowledgable and had a great sense of humor. We hit it off. After a nice test drive we made our decision and he found the right car for the price we had in mind. It was a great experience. The dealership itself was modern looking yet welcoming and comfortable. Everyone there was professional and friendly -- and most important, non-pushy! Overall, a great experience! Mostly due to Eric. Our Nissan Altima S sits in our driveway and I love driving it!

My original plan was to buy out my lease of a 2011 Maxima w/Sport Package at the end (February 2015). After receiving a call from Richard Iannazo the day before Thanksgiving Day offering a better deal for a more optioned 2014 Maxima with a Sport Package and a Sport Tech Package, it turned out that the Financials were not the only mind changing facts. The Brilliant Silver w/Graphite wheels along with the two packages Sport and Sport Tech was enough to convince me that I made the right choice to lease again. Very happy with my 2014 Maxima. My previous lease (with another Nissan dealer) was due to end in the next couple of months, and I contacted Miller Nissan after seeing an advertised lease special for the new model of my current vehicle (Altima). They were extremely quick to respond to my internet inquiry, and although I only came in for information, I ended up trading in my current lease/signing a new lease with Miller the same day. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely friendly and professional. My sales associate was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy - and ended up giving me a great deal (thanks again, Zach!). Their process was streamlined, but they still made sure to go over terms and conditions with me in detail so I felt very comfortable walking off the lot with no questions left unanswered. I've bounced around between dealerships in the past, but I will definitely be returning to Miller the next time around, and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I've been looking for a nice used Nissan frontier for some time finally found one at Paul miller Nissan. The dealership is an hour drive from my house but was the car I wanted and didn't mind taking the drive. I spoke with Chris the Internet salesman for two days made an appointment and decided to take the hour long drive. Much to my surprise when I arrived the car I've been talking to Chris about was sold days before. Clearly not happy and they tried to make it right by trying to sell me everything I didn't want even a new truck but hey worth a shot but what a waste of a day THANKS FOR NOTHING days later that car they sold was still on the Internet

I had recently totaled my Lexus IS 250 that I had for eight years. Unfortunately, I was not in afinancial position to buy another one, so I had a few cars that were on my radar in the price range I could afford. My first stop was Miller Nissan. Jeff Cefalu was my salesperson. He wasso friendly and down to earth and I truly felt like he would do everything possible to get methe best deal. I ended up buying a 2014 Sentra SL that has all of the bells and whistlesthat my Lexus had. It was such a pleasant and easy experience.. Eric Crespo was also great.....he took the time from his busy day to show me how to work the navigation system, Bluetooth,etc. I would definitely tell anyone I know who is in the market for a car to visit Miller Nissan!

This is my fourth new vehicle I have purchased from Miller Nissan (2 Ford's) over the past 12 years. My original salesperson, Richard Iannazo, who is still there and just a joy to know, has always been the greatest. I was in the market for a new truck or van for my construction business and originally was only considering Ford or Chevy. As a matter fact, I only thought of going to Miller because of my relationship with Richard and John in their service center. When I arrived and told Richard my needs he immediately introduced me to Paul Lasek, who was in charge of their commercial vehicles. I sat with Paul for a few minutes, he showed me a new Nissan NV 2500 HD, went though some numbers and I was on my way to consider the purchase. After doing some research for a week I returned and bought it. The best part about my experience was that there was absolutely no pressure at all to purchase. I was given facts and options and always felt Paul was working for me and focused in on my.best interests. Lastly, as a business owner you want your employees to feel useful, feel wanted and have pride in what they do. It is very apparent that the team at Miller Nissan exemplifies all of these traits and is the best Nissan dealer certainly in the tri-state area and one of the top dealers in the country.

I previously purchased a new car in 2013 from a different dealership and it was terrible. So coming into Miller Nissan to look into purchasing a new Rouge. I had some issues with money in the past so when I told them and they were still eager to make it work my whole outlook on purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to all the guys at Miller I'm fully satisfied with my new Rouge and left feeling that I was treated fairly and proud to say that this was my "first car buying experience". Every person I encountered in this dealer was unprofessional except my sales associate. My car was given to me with passed inspection and no one really made a proper inspection. The car had issues and they dared not check it and pass the inspection. When i brought it back to dealer because i requested this issue be fixed and it still was there they offered to fix it at a discounted rate although it was their fault this issue was there because they were negligent to check it and instead tried selling to me exactly how they bought it from previous owner. I will never buy from here ever again nor will i ever recommended anyone here ever and i will make sure my friend and family stay away from this neglectful dealer.

After searching for a great deal on a certified pre-owned car somewhere in the tri-state area, we chose on Miller Nissan. We called ahead and spoke to Eric who told us to swing by, even though it was getting close to closing time. Eric was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and dedicated to making a sale. We were surprised to find out the Eric was the youngest sales associate in the dealership. I've been to many dealerships over the years and Eric was one of the most pleasant associates I have ever dealt with. I have enjoyed a long time relationship with this dealership since before they sold Nissans" over 25 years ago. Every single department has kind, knowledgeable, people that follow through for you and if you show up on a day that the people you know are off you can count on someone else looking out for you as if it were them. My newest car is a fully equipped Sentra that Ricky Mills shoveled out of the snow so I could see it and John Pomianowski in service had it ready and detailed the next day by noon on Valentine's day and I didn't" want to take it out and get it dirty LOL. This is at least my 15th car and I could go anywhere else but I choose to continue here because it doesn't" get better. I had the worst experience with Zach. He is a horrible sales associate. His customer service skills are horrible! He doesn't return phone calls when he says he will, and never answers his phone. I purchased a 2014 Altima. A couple days after purchasing a piece of plastic under the car fell apart. The cars backup cameras had issues. I went to apply exterior & interior protection and when I got home my passenger door wouldn't close shut, I called to speak with him and he was no help. Just stated that he doesn't know and to take it in to get serviced. Everyone in there walks around like everything is okay, they can care less about their customers. I do not recommend this dealer, well at least not the sales associate I dealt with.

This was my first experience with this dealership. My Sales Consultant, Mr. Allen L. Johnson, Jr., was fabulous! After my wife and I explaining the kind of vehicle we wanted to purchase for our youngest daughter Mr. Johnson showed us vehicles that were appropriate and attractive to a young adult and safe, economical and affordable for as parents. All of the financing options available to us were clearly explained and Mr. Johnson negotiated the price with us in good faith. After the purchase Mr. Johnson consistently remains in contact with myself and my daughter to ensure our concerns and needs are met. I am extremely impressed with the professional way we were treated. I can honestly say this will not be my last time purchasing a vehicle from Miller Nissan.

Eric Crespo went above and beyond to find me the Rogue I wanted. He was easy to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. He took a great deal of time to explain everything about the Rogue before I leased it and after. My Rogue was waxed to perfection when I picked it up. Eric is a very polite, friendly, hard working young man and he will be successful in whatever he chooses to do in the future. Mary, in finance, was also extremely helpful in guiding me through the finances and contributed to the positive experience I had at Miller. This is an agency I would definitely recommend. P.S. That was the best decision we could have made. When Eric Crespo greeted us at the door, he was friendly, courtesy and we quickly learned, eager to get us what we needed. Eric proceeded to guide us through the entire car purchasing experience with knowledge and enthusiasm, humor and friendliness and answered ALL our very tedious questions. We asked a lot!!! Our daughter purchased a 2011 Certified Pre-owned Sentra and is delighted with her choice !! Eric explained everything she needed to know about the car and was very thorough and patient. He got everything registered and prepped for her to drive it off the lot 2 days after we first visited. The business manager was very good in explaining all the business end of the purchase which is so important when purchasing a car, especially the 1st time!! My friends car broke down right before the exit and we were able to get help from a kind passer by and made it to the gas station nearby miller niaan and we went in to ask if they could assist us but because it was a sunday, no shops were open and no mechanic were working but Juan Mills, the floor supervisor and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to call one of their mechanics but the mechanic was not able to be reached. So while we waited to be picked up the hospitality of the staff was awesome. We felt comfortable there and everyone was so friendly letting us know that there were refreshments we could help ourselves too. Although we weren't buying cars, we would definitely consider Miller Nissan in Fairfield, CT when making our next purchase !

I want to tell the world about my fantastic experience at Miller Nissan. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I left everyone there made me and my daughter feel at home. While I was there on my 1st visit they even gave my daughter a hot dog to eat because she was hungry. My salesman Ivan was a complete Profesional. He was knowledgeable about the cars, and gave me guidance throughout the entire buying process.He made it easy for me to come to terms and buy the car. They were excellent on keeping me informed about the status of my loan and everything else till the day I came to pick up the car. The professionalism continued when I met the finance manager Mac He offered me coverage that made sense and would protect me most of the life of the car and the entire term of the loan. I would always hear horror stories about dealers and I was extremely nervous going in to look. But the entire staff made me feel welcomed from the very beginning and throughout. I would not hesitate to go back and buy another car, as well as recommend anyone who is looking for a car to absolutely stop in to see these pro's. Thank you Ivan and Miller Nissan! That's how long I have being buying cars at this dealership. First one was a Nissan Sentra in 1995! I have not driven another car other than a Nissan and have not bought or leased cars in another dealership. My last experience was just last month. It was my anniversary and I wanted to something special for my wife and with the help of Mr. Juan Mills I was able to turn in our old Rogue and get a 2014 Rogue Select that made my wife very happy. Couldn't do it without your help! Thank you Juan! You made this last one very special. Wasn't the first time that you did something "crazy" to get me a new car, but this time you excelled. I had stopped in one Saturday to get my (free) oil change on my 2009 Nissan Altima, a promotion that I received in the mail.Since the wait was going to be about 45 minutes, I decided to visit with my favorite salesman, Mr. Juan Mills. Juan and I go back some years (I am driving my 5th Altima).I had been shopping around for a Honda or an Acura for a few months but Juan convinced me to test drive the new Altima and whala I am now driving a 2014 Nissan Altima.Mr. Mills customer service skills are EXCELLENT and he always accommodates my needs.I'll recommend Miller Nissan to any of my friends or colleagues who are looking to purchase or lease a car!

Eric Crespo answered the phone when I called about a promotion that I got in the mail from a different Nissan dealership. He encouraged me to come in and talk to him, which I did.He was immediately kind, and polite, and treated me like a valued customer, even though I was a leasing customer, not a buyer. He gave me a great deal, he came through on all of his promises, and made good on everything.I will definitely come back to Miller Nissan, and my hope is that Eric will still be there.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan from Eric Crespo. Eric was excellent at following up on any questions I had. He was truly interested in making sure that I had the right vehicle and he worked hard for me as a customer advocate. Since this was a certified pre-owned, I also had service review the car. Jeff Wirth, the service manager, went through the entire car and replaced any item that I questioned or needed to be addressed. Jeff also wanted to be sure I received the car in top condition. The day after delivery, Eric continued to follow up to be sure I was happy and see if there were any additional concerns that came up. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend both Eric and Jeff.

I went to Miller Nissan because I had purchased other vehicles there. I was interested in leasing a Nissan Leaf. The salesman who I dealt with was Mr. Matthew Ansong. Matt was excellent. He answered all my questions completely to my wife and my satisfaction. There was very little haggling and we agreed on a purchase price quickly. After delivery of the vehicle, Matt checked with me periodically in order to see if there were any problems or concerns with my new Leaf. I really was impressed with these follow-up calls and emails. I would highly recommend Mr. Ansong for anyone who wants to purchase a Nissan car at Miller'sAfter having the Leaf for about three months with about 2000 miles on it, my heater stopped working. I spoke to John Pomianowski in service and he quickly set up an appointment for the repair. After arrival of the new heater box, I was without the car for 2 and one-half days. John offered a free rental for my use but I have a 2012 Altima also and the one car was fine for a retired couple. John responded to my queries about how the repair was going and even took me into the repair area in order to show me what a complicated job it was to replace a heater box. The Leaf was returned to me with the repair done in an excellent manner. The vehicle was completely detailed and appeared brand new!Overall my experience with Miller Nissan has always been pleasant. I always feel by business there is welcomed.

Working with Eric Crespo was a pleasure. He educated me in the features of the car I originally came in to look at (the Murano) and, when it became clear to me that I needed a larger car, he switched gears and educated me in the extensive features of the Pathfinder. We went on a thorough test drive and I became very interested in the car. He worked with me to negotiate an acceptable price on a lease and convinced me to leave a deposit. Unfortunately, through further research I decided not to get the Pathfinder but Eric was very understanding when I called to have my deposit refunded. I will definitely consider Nissan Miller in the future and would seek out Eric as a salesperson.

When I arrived at Miller Nissan, Eric Crespo greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately wanted to know how he could help. He was knowledgeable and took me through the all models and options available in my price range so I could make an informed decision. Even when I informed him that I would be looking at other car manufacturers he just reiterated the benefits of Nissan and didn't pressure me, which I really appreciated. One of the reasons I came back to Nissan and bought a 2013 Rogue is because of Eric. I really enjoyed the experience with him and I love my Rogue.

From the first phone call I made to the dealership after finding the pre owned 2011 Pathfinder on line Eric was both Knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions which is why I drove the hour from the Bronx up to Fairfield and I'm glad I did the truck was amazing Loaded with more stuff then I could have imaged had only 34,000 miles and best of all Eric worked out a deal with me that I couldn't refuse I've been back to the dealer for my first service and It was a pleasurable experience also. I leased two cars in the span of a month from them - an Altima and a Maxima. They made the buying process very easy, and kept constant communication throughout. Excellent experience overall. Bob Parisi was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but not pushy. Honest and available. When he was out, the manager (maybe Paul Miller but not sure) stepped in. Very pleasant experience. Your people also were in touch with our insurance company so all the paperwork was done on time and correctly. Mary Williams was the business manager who handled the closing and she was professional, competent, and easy to deal with.Only complaints were how much paperwork was involved, but that is likely something out of your control.Really like the service agreement, free oil change(s), full tank of gas, etc.Car is attractive, sporty, and handles really well.Would definitely do business with this dealership again and recommend them to others.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership and feel that they provided professional service and excellent customer care. My experience started with their Internet Sales Department and I was contacted by a friendly Paul Lasek in a timelt fashon. He accepted my internet offer and arranged for a visit and test drive. Paul greeted me at the door and directed me to Allen Johnson in the sales department but stayed close to see that everything was taken care of correctly. Mr. Johnson and I hammered out the transparent details of the transaction and I was off and in the car in record time. I have been taking my Nissan Pathfiber to Miller Nissan for service for the past 10 years. I am more than plesed with the service I received. John in the service department is great and alwasy helpful. On my last visit I decided to look around the showroom because I thought I was interested in a new Pathfinder or Murano. However, I ended up purchasing a Maxima. The salesman Victor Colon Jr. was very nice and had alot of patience with me, I felt like I was shoe shopping and just could not make up my mind. In the end he helped me make a great choice.

I have always had bad experiences with car dealers because soon as you walk in - the pressure begins. Allen Johnson turned that whole experience around. I gave this dealership and salesman a 5 because it truly was an enjoyable experience! I was on the hunt for a car for about 6 months and I was unsuccessful with so many other places. Whether it was because I didn't like the inventory, prices, or I couldn't get approved in the right price range. But as soon as I walked into Miller Nissan I was greeted and more than helped. Victor allowed me to drive a few cars, and when I got in the driver seat and drove the 2009 Honda Civic coupe I knew this was the car for me. They ran my credit and with the money I had to put down they put me in the perfect price range that not only covered my monthly bill, but also covered a 5 year/ 60 mile warranty, and gap coverage. Not only that, but I looked up the price of the car with the mileage my car has and surprisingly the dealership sold me the car for slightly less than what it is worth which made me feel good knowing they weren't trying to rip me off as many other dealerships will. In general it was a great expeirence as a first time buyer!

Excellent, knowledgable staff. This was the third car I purchased from John Swatkowski and he really takes the time to make sure you are happy. If you do go to Miller Nissan be sure to ask for him. I will be buying the next 12 cars from him. We were originally looking at the Murano but had concerns over the gas milage and such. John could have easliy swayed us to go with the Murano but recommended a Rogue which we ended up purchasing. Could not be happier.

I was looking for a small car to lease and had looked at several dealerships before going to Miller Nissan. John, the salesman I worked with was not pushy and was very knowledgable about the cars I was interested in. Once I had chosen the car I was interested we started the credit app process and that's when I met Scott, the sales manager. Scott came out and walked me through the process and really helped me understand what was going on. At no time did they try to push anything on me that I did not want and they listened to what I had to say. Scott really worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I met Simone when I picked up the car and she was fantastic. She went over everything and I left with my new Sentra with a smile on my face. Overall, my experience at Miller Nissan was excellent. The Salespeople were knowledgable and courteous, Management was honest and worked hard to give me what I wanted, and there was no BS ever.

I went to this dealership to check out the Altima Hybrid. Before going there, I called them just to make sure they had the car, and I was told they did have it. When I went there, I was told that they don't have the hybrid. Great! I thought I might as well check out the regular Altima and the regular Maxima anyways since I was there. The dealership was closing in half an hour, and my sales rep told me it was too late for a test-drive, so all I could do was have a look. Fine! Lets have a look!. It was sunny and searing hot outside, and despite that, the dude actually made me walk all the way to the end of the parking lot just to "show" me the vehicle and explain to me the same details which I can find in the Nissan website. Then he told me he could actually get the keys and have me turn on the cars. And I said, lets do it. Then he told me to wait there, and I stood there as he would slowly walk to the car dealership, take his time in there to get the keys, and slowly come back to where I was standing (testing my heat-tolerance), only to tell me that he does not want to bring out the keys so close to closing time. I stand in the sun for half-hour, and that's the reward I get? The dude told me to call him and check if the hybrid's available. And I thought "Shouldn't you be calling me to let me know if the car's available for a test drive?" I am never going back to this dealership.

You make the deal....put a deposit on the car....come back to pick it up and then they say "sorry we never agreed to this deal".When we asked "why" the salesman started making every excuse in the book.He was so rude to someone who wanted to buy a car from him.The car we were returning was leased and had damage.When the Nissan inspector came to my house I asked him to go easy but he said he had to do his job the right way.The damage came to $995.00.Since we were buying another Nissan the lease agreement was to take off the first $500.worth of damage.Paul Miller dealership also agreed to take off the remaining $495.off the sale of the car.But all of a sudden the salesman says the damage was really $1500. Then he brought the ownwer(Paul Miller) over and he told us he had called the inspector himself and told him to go easy on us because we were buying a new car from him.He now said the damage was really over $1800.So who was telling the truth here?This was the most awful experience buying a car ever.We went to another Nissan dealership(Napoli) and they made buying a car easy and hassle free.When they heard how we were treated at Paul Miller Nissan they told us they hear this all the time from people.We bought a new car without any problems.As we were buying the car the salesman from Paul Miller called and said he was sorry for his bad behavior and asked if we would come back.Working with the public for over 30 years I have never treated any of my customers in this manner.

i was going to get my versa at Nissan of nearby Milford when cory called me in regards to the site inquiry i made and said 'go there, get a price, we will beat it'. so i called his bluff and did just that. th people at napoli in milford were NOT happy when i said let me sleep on it. Cory found me my car with 2 extra packages that i didn't need, and a slightly different shade of silver. however he gave me 2K more for my car (right near kelly blue book), and got me a far better car for 500 dollars more (250 more after the internet coupon i had. tip: wait till AFTER they give you the best deal to pull it out), which balanced out because the other dealership wanted 300 dollars for a delivery surcharge. i got out of the vin etching but payed the conveyance fee because i felt like i had a good deal and didnt want to argue anymore.time will tell if they follow through on all of their promises. i had a good experience, and i probably could have gotten a better deal, but i think i did alright for buying a car alone for the first time. they were very nice there, and if everything goes well i would come back.

This dealer has been jerking me around for the past year with my '01 Nissan Sentra. The check engine light has been on for a year and I have had to return to the dealership four times (once in three days within bringing my vehicle home). Yes, I understand that the "check engine" light can be one of "over 300 things" (per the dealer) but I repeatedly told them that my regular mechanic was getting a CAT Code. (To which I was told, "yes, but he's not a Nissan mechanic is he?") I just got my car back today (after I was told it needs over $1000 worth of work ~ which I declined since it wasn't covered under warranty) and it SOUNDS horrible and there is a piece hanging down under my car which was not there before I took the car in. (I took photos and would post them if there was any way!)

This has to be the most ignorant manager i have ever encountered in any retail business. this was the first stop in three stops i was making in my purchase decision for a new murano. this guy came over to close the deal [ he couldnt even close a door] he was arrogant and obnoxius , the first thing they wanted to know was hows my credit and wanted me to fill out a credit app although i was paying cash, the sales person barely knew what a murano was?Im surprised Nissan would let these people represent them
