Top notch experience. Mercury helped in a timely, attentive and professional manner. I mean, he texted me updates as he jumped through the hoops with financials, and was an excellent source to answer all of my questions. Can't beat that kind of service. Writing this three months after the purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Mercury and Mini.

Had a wonderful experience during my time at Mini of Nashville. The best part was driving off in my brand new Mini. They took plenty of time with me and helped me learn most of the features and gadgets which was fantastic.

I will never take my JCW anywhere else. I have, in the past, avoided dealership service departments like the plague. Not anymore. I am sold on the service department at MINI of Nashville. Carlos, my service advisor, always kept me informed. The department went above and beyond any expectations that I had. They also exceeded any obligations they had to give me a fair deal on my repairs. Do yourself a favor and NEVER take your MINI anywhere else but MINI of Nashville.

Just purchased our new 2017 MINI Cooper. Garland was wonderful to work with and helped us through the complete buying process. He kept us updated weekly as to where our car was in production and when it was loaded onto a ship. He also made sure that the loan process was completed in a quick and painless manner. I would recommend MINI of Nashville and Garland to anyone that wants to buy a MINI!

Nashville MINI continues to provide excellent customer service and quality maintenance and repairs. Service hours and scheduled appointment availability are great. My car is always ready for pick up at the estimated time, with minimal wait and clear explanations from my service rep.

Mini of Nashville was extremely patient with me. After over a week of emails and applications back and forth I made a 4 hour trip to the dealership for my Mini. When I got there my Mini had been detailed inside and out and filled up with gas and was ready for the trip home, all I had to do was sign papers and head out!!! My saleswoman made buying this car very easy (loved that it was a woman, she was easy to talk to and not intimidating) and the finance manager got all the numbers on point to make it affordable. When the time comes for my next car it will also be a Mini and I will definitely head back to Nashville to pick it out!!!!

I was almost 100% convinced I was going to buy a Mini Cooper as my next car. I made an appointment for a test drive, and was told that, while they didn't have the 2-door model I wanted in the manual transmission, they did have a 4-door. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told (a) they did NOT have a manual (other than the S) for me to test, and (b) the salesman was actually in the middle of helping other people (which begs the question: why make an appointment?!). He offered me the choice of an automatic, or a manual S, so I chose the manual. Rather than offer me a water or coffee, or even a SEAT, he just told me he would get the car ready for me to test. Over half an hour later, I was handed the keys and told to just take it for a spin! Ooookay...?! After I returned, rather than have me sit down and discuss my experience, I ended up standing IN THE DOORWAY explaining that I WOULD like to purchase sooner rather than later, and I was told I should go online, order what I want, and it would take 6-10 weeks. Talk about getting the bum's rush! I guess, given that they're the only game in town, they can afford to alienate potential customers. I ended up getting a Mazda 3, and am thrilled with my purchase, so it all worked out in the end. But I will say that if I ever decide to opt for a Mini in the future, I'll drive to Kentucky before I'll go back to MoN!

Awesome experience. Wanted a very specific used car and MINI of Nashville had one in stock. Buying sight unseen I had many very specific questions. The Finance Manager, Sheena, went above and beyond to answer them and arranged for several extra inspections to be done to assure everything was perfect. Car was ready when we arrived and they arranged to have our rental car returned so we could enjoy our day in Nashville.After the sale we had a few licensing and out of state sales tax issues. These were in no way MINIs fault but Sheena worked tirelessly to help me get them resolved. This really impressed me. We were out of state buying a used car so unfortunately we are not a likely repeat customer but they treated us like we had been and will be a customer for years.Can not say enough about them. We got an awesome car at a very fair price and the customer experience could not have been better.

I've always used MINI of Nashville for everything down to oil changes. MINIs are definitely one of a kind cars and it's good to have someone who really knows what they are doing. I've bad friends go to other places and end up back at the dealership. They are always friendly and their prices are comparable.

Went to pick my 2011 up from service, ended up trading in and buying a 2016 clubman. Exceptional service. My 4th mini from this location. They are like family. Chris Calhoun was astounding.

After a dissappointing trip to the BMW , we came here to look at used mini's for my daughter. Even though they didn't have what we were looking for, Denise helped us through the process of finding one at another dealer in their network. We drove down to Birmingham to get it and even though Denise didn't get credit for the sale, she and her sales manager guided us through the entire process. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Just bought my second MINI from MINI of Nashville. Denise Tschida was amazing! She listened to what I wanted in a car, and she showed me the cars that best fit my list, which were not the most expensive cars on the lot. She knew her stuff about MINIs and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. You can tell she loves MINIs and that enthusiasm is contagious. The manager, Roger Harrison, was also very courteous and helpful. My main comment is this -- the cars are fantastic; once you drive one, you're hooked, but the bonus is the people working at MINI of Nashville. They make car buying a smooth, non-stressful experience. I highly recommend MINI of Nashville.

The Service Manager, John Monk treated us like rockstars! Everyone we encountered in the service department was knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us several options to choose from for service and helped us know what to expect in the future. Because of their professionalism, we will stay with the Mini brand and will only choose Mini Nashville for service. In addition, the lounge was very comfortable (free coffee, snacks) and they provided a shuttle if we needed a ride.

I am not going to write about how awesome MINIs cars are because if you've driven one, you know it. (I just bought my second MINI, my mom's on her third, and my sister is still driving her first one, and it's going strong with almost 100,000 miles.) Instead, I want to tell you that the people at MINI of Nashville are amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Denise Tschida, and she was fantastic. She listened to the list of things I wanted in a MINI, and she told me which ones would best suit my wish list. And guess what -- she didn't recommend the more expensive Cooper S model; she recommended the Cooper base model. She did so after watching how I drove during the test drive and what I told her my monthly driving habits were. I appreciated the fact that she was honest and didn't try to stick me in the more expensive car. Refreshing honesty at a car dealership! Anyway, Denise was so fantastic to work with, that the next week, I took my mom to see her, and my mom drove off in her third MINI. Denise knows her MINIs, and she can put you in the MINI that is best suited to your needs and wishes. Go see her and see for yourself!

Online shopping for my perfect mini - searched across the entire US of A and found my car at Mini of Nashville! Evan in Sales was so helpful in putting together my deal and Deanne in Finance got me through the paperwork quickly and easily. Plus, they arranged shipping my car to Florida. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from operator, to service and other departments. I loved dealing with them all and can't wait to get my 2012 Mini Cooper S Clubman from Mini of Nashville!

I have never had a better car-buying experience. Every member of the staff I came across, from the receptionist to the sales person to managers was friendly and smiling and they worked really hard to get my credit-challenged self into exactly the new car I wanted at the payment I needed. The process was easy and I never felt pressured to buy -- which is exactly why I did. They have a customer for life and I'll be recommending them to all of my friends, even the ones who don't want a Mini, because from what I saw they had a really great selection of good-looking used cars, too.

MINI of Nashville is the greatest and has the greatest folks working for them. After a catastrophic engine failure in my 09 S Clubman the folks at MoN and MINI replaced the engine. Since the engine swap the car developed an adjustment issue with the automatic shifter linkage. Being 98 miles from MoN Gary Gray said, call when you head this way and we'll get it fixed. Well, they did and completed the recall while there!!! John "JOMO Monk, Motoring Advisor, Gary Gray, Service Manager, Corey Wright, Motoring Advisor, and Justin, Technician know what they are doing and are professional, knowledgeable and care about You and your MINI. If you need repair, advice or a new/used vehicle go see these guys!!!!
