Bought my Mini Cooper SE about a month ago and I had a great experience at Mini of Ontario. The salesman David answered all the questions I had about the car and, along with the manager, helped me through the process of buying a new car(never bought one before). They didn't even have the car in stock when I first went to the dealer but a week later they called me immediately when they got it and I picked it up within a few hours. I would definitely recommend going here if you're buying a Mini or thinking of buying one as they are very nice people and very helpful.

They contacted me right away after I sent an email on Sunday evening, not expecting an answer for 24 hours and were very helpful and friendly. I didn't end up buying a car from them because I found something else closer to my home but I would do business with them in the future.

I will give the best rating to this car dealers, if you give me your best price that i can afford to leave by it any where around 5k to 10k on your mini Cooper S 2door sedan low mileage leather interior with a 16 or 18 low pro racing alloy inch rims. From the years starting 2005 and up,

I brought my Mini if for the first time to this dealership (because it was closer to my house) for a recall replacement of the passenger seat belt sensor. The SERVICE ENGINE SOON was on, so I decided to have them investigate that too. Picking it up the next day, the service agent said they found nothing wrong, even after test driving it 10 miles, and the service light is now off. They could have legitimately charged me the $130 I signed to, but instead, charged me zero. Yes, I am pleased!

Paid to have tires rotated and they didn't perform the service; when questioned they tried to lie about it. When asked to speak with service manager, well I never got to.... Told me I'd receive a refund and still waiting on that...

Having your car need repairs right after the warranty expires is a scary thing. Fortunately Miguel Becerra (service advisor) helped me out. He was able to quickly diagnose the car and offer me the BEST solution. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services and was completely upfront and honest with me. MINI of Ontario hooked me up with a loan car at no charge and MINI USA made me a MINIac for life!

I was searching for a used or certified mini with particular options and this dealer was helpful and trying to locate a suitably equiped vehicle. although I did not purchase at this dealer it was because they were out of state and I did end up purchasing a vehicle closer to me. The people here were reponsive and professional and I would have purchased here even to drive out of state if they had the exact hehicle to offer me I ended up special ordering a Mini Countymen to get the exact hehicle I wanted.

I can not say enough about Mini of Ontario and EVERYONE that works there. One word is FANTASTIC. This is my second Mini and I have NEVER had a bad day there. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I get my yearly service and I am treated like I just bought a new car. I love my Mini so much and the people behind it make it even greater. MINI of Ontario has done most of the service since the car was 1 year old. Their work is done right the first time and they always keep me informed about the repairs and when the car will be done. I won't go to any other MINI dealer. Erik, the service manager, will go the extra mile.

I am a long distance commuter on weekdays and mobile musician on weekends and have relied solely on Ontario Mini to keep me going. The routine service is great along with the detailed check-ups to make sure I don't overlook something that could become a problem. Chris Callahan coordinates getting my car in on schedule, out on time, gets a Mini loaner while work is done, and they almost detail my car as a complementary washing. This is a great outfit!
