Unlike most inhouse financing dealers, they were straight to the point, there were no hidden fees and it felt like they genuinely wanted me to be in a nice car for at a lower cost. They are unique! Best local dealer in the Houston area.

I went to purchase a SUV from these people. when i first got to the lot the salesman was very convincing told us pricing and how the could lower down our down payment, I asked for the carfax he promised he would show it to me. Went to test drive the tahoe, it was it good shape. But the deal sucked xxx! I put an offer he would not lower the price, I said 'ok' . He promised me my down payment would only be 3500 when but i insisted in seeing the carfax he kept giving me the run around. Finally when I came back to give my 3500 , They took me to the finace guy to close the deal. This guy was rude and started yelling and getting mad at us because he wanted to jack up the down payment to 7500. I told him the salesman told us the down payment was 3500 he said , "well he lied" I was not about to give them a down payment off 7500 so he was getting mad at me! He kept slamming the papers for us to sign at one point i felt as he was going to brake the table for how hard he was slamming the papers and pens! He was very upset because I would not agree to pay 7500 like he wanted! He was very rude!! The owner of this place should be a shammed on how bad customer service these employees have! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE FROM HERE! THEY LIE AND GET MAD AFTERWARDS!!

This guys are bunch of sharks. Would not sell me a car because Tax Season is around and are waiting to prey on people to come in there spend their money. A used car should not cost 4 grand for a down payment. I can buy a brand new car with that down payment. The owner of this place even told me that since Tax Season is her he was raising the down payment on the carts because he new someone would come in there and spend their tax money their for a used car. Open your eyes people and don't fall victim to this. They are just preying on you. They just want your money. Also be sure if you come to a price with your car make sure that they don't jack up the price. If the car is worth 15,000 and you put a 3,000 payment make sure only 12,000 is what you're gonna pay. This people will talk good game about lowering the price of the vehicle if you pay more on down payment. Wrong! It will be the same price or more. I would not recommend any one buying a car here. Plus if you're a Latino, good luck.

Contacted them off ad they listed. the salesman was wright to the point. Told me what it would take to buy the vehicle. When I arrived the vihcle was there and in great shape. They made the whole buying prosess very easy.
