I met a new salesman, Tommy Eid, that helped us buy a certified. Camry. This is the second car from this dealership, but have never meet a more pleasant young man to deal with. I have buying cars for over seventy years, have never gen treated as well as I was from this young man. Everyone should talk to Tommy.

I went in to purchase a new car, my sales rep was Alex J! He assisted me right away with finding exactly what I wanted! We test drove a few cars to be sure I knew exactly which car I wanted. He was very helpful with explaining anything and everything about the cars. I actually learned quite a bit speaking with him. I felt as if he was really trying to help me in choosing which was best for me! If I can recommend a sales rep, it will definitely be Alex J! The process was a bit lengthy, but I walked out of the dealership with absolutely no questions and a brand new car with a full tank of gas! During my initial visit, the sales associate helping me seemed as though he was in training; however, Roberto Morales stepped up and came over and provided me with a plethora of information. In addition, I understand it was a selling pitch, but it seemed sincere and he made me feel comfortable with my decision. He also accommodated my financial lifestyle and made sure I was completely satisfied. He also offered me the option of driving the Corolla home so that my husband could see it and I could experience driving it.

This is the WORST place that you that you can go to buy a car. They lie and take advantage of everything they can . I give them one star because is no option for no stars at all. They offer youthis is free and at the end you get charge for everything. And when you want to talk to themnobody is available. They forgot that you buy one car and maybe another one but friends and familyalso buy cars and I never recommend go to this place. Is not a miracle IS a NIGHTMARE. Mr. Ozzieshame of our people.

Alex J at Miracle Toyota Haines City was our product specialist. He friendly greeted us. We told him that we were looking for a vehicle for transportation to work, and he went to work to help us meet our need. He brought out a vehicle to see what we thought of it. He asked questions to help us better understand what we were looking for as we test drove a vehicle. He made sure we had refreshment as we were working on a deal. Rhonda was excellent on the phone when I called in. Rhonda helped me connect with Alex when I came into the dealership. Alexsander loaned me a courtesy vehicle while I was waiting for paperwork completion. Alex helped me connect with the people that were needed to complete the transaction. He let me know that the car would be detailed and filled with gas when I picked it up. Thank you for helping me. I will tell my friends to look up Alex J. when they are looking to buy a car.

I would go back but the only thing is I would ask for the whole thing to go faster. And also to keep there word about the amount of time they told us 72 months and we read the contract and it says 75 months . If wouldn't take as long we would have had time to read the everything better .

The service by the salesman, Edwin Martinez, was excellent. Very attentive and was pleasing when asked to test the different models. The final process, payment, was slow. Only one person handling all sales. Granted it was a Friday night, but they should definitely have more personnel specially when is the end of the month and there are a lot of customers.

I recently had a great experience at Miracle Toyota. Myself, my sister, and her husband were all looking for new vehicles for ourselves. They were interested in trading in their current car for something more family friendly, and I was interested in getting something for myself to get around with since I had recently moved. In their case, they wanted a new car, in mine I wanted a used car due to the lower monthly payments. We all were introduced to Marlon, and over the week or two that we were car shopping we got to know him quite well. I was also introduced to Louis who helped me with my used car. We told them up front what we were looking for, and that I specifically wanted a used car with decent mileage, but a low enough monthly payment to make it affordable. We told them I wanted payments as near to $200 monthly as I could get, and we'd be getting two cars or nothing at all. They were very accommodating, and stuck to my requirements closely. They said they had a couple cars for me and ended up showing me a 2014 Kia Soul that I quickly fell in love with. Marlon did warn me that it would be a little outside my $200 monthly price range and that if I was willing to be flexible, he could be to. He originally came back with a monthly quote of $300 which he knew was well beyond what I wanted, so we haggled it down, and eventually settled on an acceptable compromise. I even managed to get them to throw in a check for a backup camera to buy since it didn't come with one. When it came time to finance, no banks would accept my 84 month term because, while I had fantastic credit, I didn't have enough of it (who knew?). In order to keep our business and make both sales they dropped the term to 72 months, which lowered the apr to 2.79% AND they reduced the initial cost of the car to ensure that my monthly payments stayed at $216 monthly. They did everything in their power to make sure I got the car I needed, and I'm grateful to Marlon, Louis, and the financial team for making it work for me! They have a new loyal customer.

I really am disappointed with Miracle Toyota, I was up at the dealership ONLY to have service done on my 2014 corolla with low mileage, I was hounded by three dfferent salesman who did not seem to want to accept me saying NO NO NO I am not buying a new car. To get them off my back I did purchase a 2017 camry and I did not even get the white car they brought me another silver one, my last three cars were silver and I promised my wife our next car would be white. When I got home I called the dealership three times and left messages to be called back, I never got a call and there is NO Manuel so I so nor even know how to set the clock, i thought you always got Manuels and I did not get the paint kits I have always got. I think this will be my last visit for service at Miracle Toyota, I have an invilad wife I care for and I cannot keep running up to haines city to pick up things that should have been included with the sale of the car. I am not happy and when I do the survey it will reflect that. I have always been a happy customer and shopped with you for many years but this visit was just too much to bear.

From the first person I spoke with to the last person they were like family. What an unusual experience to shop at a place that believes the costumer is the most important person on the property. This dealership stands behind their words when it comes to service and has many great service advisors. But I dealt with one of the best today, 07/22/16 when I had Greg Southard handle my problem. He was very professional & knew what he was talking about when it came to solving my issue. He is an asset to your dealership and can generate future business for Miracle Toyota. Also another person I had the pleasure to deal with was Darla Ackerman. What a sweet person and very accommodating to see that a customer had a pleasant experience. I did, thanks to these two people. My first visit to Miracle Toyota was very disappointing. I had stringent financial limitations and the numbers I was quoted were four times that I was looking for. However, I was working with two sales men, Ralph and Ben, more so with Ralph. Both guys were great to be dealing with; it was the numbers man at the time that I felt was not listening. When I returned home, Ralph called me and genuinely apologized for what happened. He called me the next day and after two conversations I said it would be alright for his credit guy, Tim to call me. The rest was history. I am now driving a 2016 Corolla and I love it. I learned that Ralph had only been working there for a short time yet he had the professionalism and knowledge that takes many, years to acquire. Not only that, but the one thing he has not acquired is that "salesmen" personality and mentality that comedians all make fun of. I felt that he was sincere and considerate as well. It was because of his efforts that we made the deal. I was on my way to Honda; I was with them for 15 yrs The only reason I am giving four star ratings and not five is because of my initial experience..

We met our salesman Mr. Chris Torres, he introduced himself and from that moment on, all our questions where answer and if he did not had an answer. He will go and find it out for us. Very engaging and friendly with the right personality as well as demeanor. We where introduce to his manager and he was just like Chris. We walked out of the dealership with the vehicle we wanted, the price we wanted and with a very exceptional experience.

I had an appointment with Dave, to have my car serviced, and he was available as soon as I arrived. We discussed two or three things I knew needed some attention on my car. They took care of my requests, and came out to discuss three or four other things they found that were going to need to be done to my car soon. Dave had them listed, as well as the costs. I did not have the funds to do all of them today, so I asked Dave which one needed to be done first, and NO he did not recommend the most expensive one. With his recommendation, I was able to have two of the items taken care of, and will go back later to have the other things done. There was no pressure by Dave in any way. He was most helpful, and I appreciated his professionalism. I had great service and felt that he genuinely had my best interest at heart. Being a woman you never know if they are going to try to feed you a line, just to get more money out of you, but I felt very comfortable with him, andwill certainly ask for him when I go back. I think he is a real asset to Miracle Toyota.

The Sales Manager is a very disrespectful person and do not know how to treat customers. He treat me and my husband like garbage and also accused me of submitting false documentation when i went to buy a car. The general sales manager Nick Waddell didn't care of what was going on when we were yelling at each other. Only at the end my husband did a gesture to talk to him and the he meet us outside of the building. Later he invited us inside to continue talking but it was to late. awe were already angry.

Darla Ackerman service coordinator. Was very helpful and nice. As far as the person that did my service. Nothing good to say. After as I told everything that was needed which came to over 700.00 dollars. I got a second opinion. The rear brakes I wasn't surprised about. The price Toyota quoted me was way higher then I paid. Whoever changed my oil put a quart and a half too much. I know that is not good for your car. Nobody checked the cabin air filter. It looked like it had never been changed. I was shown a picture of it. It was covered in leaves and dirt. It was literally coming apart. I was also told I didn't need everything they said I needed. Makes me wonder how many times the service department over charged me. I have been told by several people that the service manager was know to do that. I was looking to get a new Toyota now I'm not so sure. I know I don't trust your service department, This is not the first time I've had dealing with them. I will say after last incident the service manager credited me 40:00 dollars which I never should have been charged for. That was back in 2014 that's why I hadn't taken my car back until now. I did complain about it but nobody ever got back to me. I even called the corporate office. The date I was there was 6/21/16. Joyce Crews I have a 2003 Highlander.

I have purchased many vehicles over my 75- year life span, and the one thing I have learned, is that one cannot be too cynical, particularly with respect to car dealers. They seem to never fail to disappoint.I called and asked about a particular car, and gave the manager my maximum out-the-door-price, Ben Jerrell called me a couple hours later and said that they could make the sale for my stipulated maximum. I was certain that there would be additional flim-flam charges and that my wife and I would have to walk out after spending the better part of a day. The condition of the car we purchased far exceeded my expectations., and Ben took us through each step of the process with integrity, good humor and patience. He treated us exactly how I would hope I would treat someone were the roles reversed. Ben is an asset to Miracle Toyota's sales staff and I would highly recommend him to a prospective buyer who appreciates basic honesty.

So I made a 7:30 appointment on a Saturday felt the love going in when service was ended by representative Dave prompted me to fill out my paperwork signed things and do the ratings card I should have looked over my car first my car has 3000 miles on it I have a scratch now underneath where they hit the curb on the front but they are not going to claim that im sure ,the protectors were still in the car no key I checked my fluid the fluid was old I asked Dave about this he swore it was new oil we went on with that for about 5 minutes then changed his wording and said no no you don't get the oil change until your next maintenance I'm old school I think break in oil should be changed on the first time do yourself a favor don't get your car serviced there at miracle toyota i have more ? They dont even bother to ask if you ve even figured out all the technology your car has to offer ive gotten more help buying a new phone

Good service representative. Went in for a safety recall, left with a rear brake job. Greg was friendly and not patronizing or condescending. I particularly like the shuttle service so I don't need to sit in the waiting room for hours.

As a wedding gift my in laws were getting us a new car. Miracle Toyota is where we went. As newlyweds we wanted a great fit for us both but with so many options we weren't sure where to start. We waited a bit before we browsed around until a gentleman walked up to us with a smile on his face, as if he knew we were confused and asked us if we needed help. All my wife could do was laugh and I told the man what we was looking for and hoping to get. He was really understanding and very patient with us, seem to know a lot about the cars. I made a deal and they had to order the vehicle for me. Once it as there and the extras added they were VERY anxious for us to come and pick it up. We went back yesterday to finalize, we waited for close to 3 hours and kept being told that there were others ahead of us to meet with the finance department (this was a cash deal with a trade). Managers walked past us the entire time we sat, NOBODY said anything until we got up to leave without the new vehicle, then there was yelling (from myself and Hugo). This has to be the most unprofessional dealer I've ever been in. Stay away unless you have plenty of time to waste.

Seems my first review disappeared so let's do another. 20+ years with Miracle and I won' buy from them again. looked at a Tundra was not the color I wanted so salesman(2) said no problem we can get one for you in the color you want Sat. will be here Mon or Tues with same package as white one. Mon. not there called Tues. went To Jacksonville to pick it up, What, I don't new truck with couple hundred miles on it. He said he will call when it comes in. No call Tues. Called Wed. morning he's not here today, Wow, drive to dealership to talk to a manager and I ask about my truck where is it, and I didn't care for it being driven from Jacksonville, and he xxxxx his head and says do you expect us to transport it here, he gets up and talks to another manager who goes out back to see where truck is comes over and says the truck is coming to Tampa and will be here sometime today, calls me later and says it's here ready to pick up, I asked about my side steps they weren't on so they get put on. go in Thurs. to pick up truck, wife noticed Prem. package not on this truck. told them I didn't want, so they discounted it and said they would put on Blis and sonar, gentleman comes to house and the stuff is after market who wants after market on a new truck told him I didn't want it called manager told him I refused to have it put on truck. Manager said he would get me a truck that I was supposed to get in the first place. well waited 10 or more days, nothing went looking for something else and Manager calls and said he has a truck for me should be here end of month, wasn't sure what difference would be, to discuss it at dealership or on phone, called back twice and no answer got even more disgusted and went and got rid of it and then I get a call he was off a couple of days, told him to forget the whole thing the truck is gone. should have never taken the truck if wasn't on the lot, then it comes in and no one tells me the prem. package isn't on it. Dishonesty from the start. I won't go back

I went to miracle Toyota to buy my first Toyota and what a wonderful experience I had it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Abner that I had was the best he went above and beyond his job description to meet all my needs and expectations. Truly a wonderful var buying experience.

Came in a few days ago to look at a 2013 S class Mercedes Benz. The only class in the entire place was the car. It showed 25,000 miles on line and when I got there it had 28,000 miles on it. Said the owner was driving it. The salesman was nice and felt sorry for him because he had a cold but he should have studied up on the car since he knew we were driving over a hour away to see it. They appraised my trade-in then he took me to his manager for the deal. It was like talking to a slug. Needless to say I walked. Never a call back, nothing. Drove 2 hours south 2 Days later found another S class with 13,000 less miles and more options for over $3,000 less and a better trade-in value than was offered to me. I really don't know why anyone would buy from them. If you want a Toyota, drive to Merritt Island and talk to Mike Erdman Toyota.

We leased a 2016 Toyota Corolla on Feb 8, 2016. We decided on the vehicle, drove it, and in just a little while we were in the finance office. A lot less time & paperwork to lease. Will probably do it again.

Today I went back to Miracle Toyota to purchase a truck. Freddy Gonzalez (Sales Consultant) was proficient, courteous and knowledgeable as well as his associate Bradley. I presented my paperwork to Freddy and he consulted with Mr. Hugo Rios (Sales Manager) and shortly thereafter I was in the Finance Manager's office with Ozzie Torres. I had my vehicle in for service at Miracle Toyota. They got me checked in quickly, provided me with fast information regarding my vehicle, and performed the repairs as necessary. I drive from Lakeland to get my car serviced here. I would recommend that everyone from Lakeland consider driving to Miracle Toyota.

Went in for a prize that we received in the mail. Was asked if I even knew what a tune up was. It got worse... We told him in the beginning we weren't car shopping. After the sales pitch, we were asked several more questions as to why we weren't interested. After answering several different times, We finally said again, we are not car shopping. The gentleman told us that next we need to tell him that up front instead of wasting his time. He told us in the beginning that he wasn't a salesman, and they liked to stick with a "no pressure" sales approach. That was the farthest thing from the truth. Horrible experience. I have at least determined I will not be going there to buy a vehicle, when I do.

The worst dealer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Seriously! I do not like putting up a negative review, but if anyone ever deserved one, it is these guys!I found a 2013 Scion FR-S online and inquired about the car. Turns out it was exactly what I was looking for. When I spoke with Chris in internet sales I asked him if he would match a price I found $3,000 cheaper for the same car 400 miles away for $15,500. He "spoke" to his manager and told me he could do $15,900 if I came in now. I live 1 hour and 20 minutes away in St Pete, but I said okay. So, I drove all the way to Haines City and when I sat down to buy the car, his manager told me the car was now $16,900. Turns out he said Chris forgot to tell me that the car had not been Toyota Certified and I would have to pay $16,900 if I wanted the car. I did not like their tactics and told them so and left.Next morning, Chris calls me and tells me his manager feels terrible and will sell me the car for $16,500 if I come in now. I got the manager on the phone to confirm before I drove an hour and a half again. The manager assured me that they felt bad and would keep that price for me. So, I got in my car a second time. When I was about 20 minutes away from the dealership, the manager calls me and tells me that there is someone in the dealership right now who wants the FR_S, but he will give me first shot if I am willing to pay $18,700. You can't make this stuff up!If you want to be jerked around to, lied to your face and get every slimy car sales tactic know to man run on you, then Miracle Toyota is your place!

One time I went in to get an oil change and the machanic broke my shift knob, I did a report on it they said they would call me to buy me a new one and I never herd from them again. And last Thursday I took my car in to get it checked out because it was making a rattling noise from motor and they told me I need a new engine when I bought the car new and haven't even had if for 2 years, and I have not herd back from anyone to let me know if they will fix it.

We decided to give this place another try after our last experience there several years ago. It was a new building in a new location and, we were told, new management. It is also the closest to our house now and we didn't want to drive too far with a burned out headlight. However, we are already at another Toyota dealership trying to fix the damage they did to our car. We went in to have a headlight replaced and they sold us on an alignment and transmission flush. We have NO confidence that they did anything correctly as Ivan Garcia Jr did all of the work according to the paperwork. When he did the alignment, he loosened the tie rods in order to perform the procedure but never tightened them again. It sounded like our front end was going to fall apart. As the wheels were completely loose, the alignment was worse than when we went in. We are now spending our weekend at Central Toyota trying to get our car roadworthy again. We've wasted a day and Miracle does not work with this dealership so we have to pay for the service to fix Miracle's work ourselves. We've tried calling the dealership but the numbers on their website have been disconnected and the one on the receipt says "all circuits are busy." We will be seeking a full refund for all "service performed" and will be having another dealer redo it all (assuming it was done in the first place).What really upsets us is we told them of our last experience before we allowed them to service the car. Dave assured me that it wouldn't happen again. When Mel tried to sell me a car as I waited, I told him that we wouldn't even consider purchasing a car from them until we saw how this service turned out. Mel also assured me that everything would be perfect. Our last time we brought our car to them was also for a headlight being out. They told us they'd do a multiple point inspection. They gave us a checklist showing that each of the points were checked. Headlights were the first on the list. The box was checked indicating that they were fine. When they returned our car, I got in and checked the headlights. The headlight was still burned out even though they "checked" it and charged me for replacing it. When I complained, the manager said he'd replace is and only charge for me labor (not the part) on top of the previous charge. I couldn't believe it! He was suggesting that I should have to pay twice to get one thing done once! And he phrased it like he was doing me a favor. I refused to pay again and called my credit card company in front of him to stop the charge. He immediately recanted and had them replace the bulb and "only" charged me for the original service which was never originally completed. This place does Toyota a terrible disservice. Toyota would be wise to step in and do something about this place. This recent experience has ensured that we will no longer be "definitely" buying another Prius. Toyota went from the only name on the list to being towards the bottom. Toyota needs to get rid of criminals and thieves like these guys.

We had just purchased a 2015 Prius a few months ago at this dealership.. and had a little bump in the road with the sales person not being completely honest..but we overlooked it and lost $1000.00 but we decided to give them a second chance and went to buy a Rav4...Credit score 749, pre-approved through my bank but it seemed like "Chris" (Internet Sales Manager) really had no time to make a deal, our friends were with us and were going to buy a truck BUT...we could not come to terms and our friends didn't like the dealing so were left...I went to another dealer, we bought a 2015 Rav4 and they are buying a truck there also....Oh...did I mention we were both Veterans and they were having a Veterans Day sale...

There were a few misunderstandings between a couple of Miracle employees and me about a new Toyota Tundra that I bought in 2014, but Nick Weddell quickly resolved the issues for me today. I recommend Miracle Toyota highly. If there are any problems with should arise with anyone at the dealership, dont get upset like I did. Please ask for another opinion at a higher level, and I believe that you will be as satisfied with Miracle Toyota as I am tonight. When I buy a new vehicle, Ill go to Miracle Toyota.

My experience at Miracle was a little odd, to be honest. I drove a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that drove very strangely, had pieces missing off of it, and was dirty. Then I drove another vehicle that everyone said was in incredible shape, but was worn on the roof and in the back. They also told me the vehicle had a clean accident record, but I found two reported accidents and one incident on the CarFax. Then they couldn't remember what price they told me. When I responded, they said they had quoted me the internet price. Why are there different prices to begin with? Everyone at the dealership was nice, and they didn't pressure me into anything at all, which was a definite positive. However, they were noticeably disorganized. If you're looking at a vehicle in their inventory, do your research before you get there. Ask for the CarFax, and know the internet price.

I just wanted to say that dealing with Sean in sales was a very good experience. I myself am very busy and impatient when it comes to time and sitting anywhere. I took time to visit your dealership in between my hospital rounds. I was supposed to meet the Internet manager and gave the specific time that I would be there. When I came, I found out that he was gone for the day. They passed me on to a product specialist who showed us a few Rav 4. We didn't like what was available in their lot but I insisted that I found something that I wanted in looking at their website the night prior. I requested to borrow an Ipad or look at their website in the computer while I was there and the sales agent asked why I had to look and If it was in the website it might be in transit. Before I could even see a price of the car I had to sign a statement that I will agree to purchase "once the price is available". That was ridiculous. I had to make him change the wording to "when the price is agreeable." Signing was the only way that I could even get some numbers. We finally got some numbers and I tried to negotiate on the price. I requested to see their manager at least to hear from him where we were in the negotiations. The manager was visible to me in the store but never did come to talk. We left with the agreement with Mike that he would call me or text me if the deal is a go or no. It has been days and never heard a word from their dealership. It is but professional that at least we get a response of their decision. Mike did not want me to go to another dealership as he promised that he will make this happen. I am disgusted by their poor communication and I guess I just had higher expectations. I am sorry to write this feedback but reviews are good so that it can better improve one's performance.

He really did make it all happen from start to finish and that includes all the bumps in the road with upper management. With that said I must say Richard Nackson his Floor Boss is a pleasure alongside the Financial Personnel to interact with. We hope that the experience after the "Honeymoon" is equally as good and justifies this review...

He helped us get the car we needed. he even ran through the rain with us to find our car lol. that's commitment. he offered help with any questions or concerns and was quick with anything that involved our car. he had another customer also but he handled us both perfectly. he didn't keep us waiting or anything. We had been to several dealerships looking for the right truck and found it at Miracle. Scott Bettencourt was very instrumental in us getting the best bang for our buck. Scott was very professional, polite, extremely helpful and really wanted to please us. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott who answered all our questions and kept our concerns at a low level. He addressed everything possible, was warm and friendly. Our whole experience during the process was superb!

Freddy Gonzalez is a great salesman. He listens to your needs and wants in a vehicle and makes it happen. He has a heart of gold and is optimistic, friendly and enthusiastic. However, this has nothing to do with Freddy but it was difficult to get questions and concerns answered from finance because of the telephone receptionist after the sale. I keep getting the run around for over a week until I disguised my voice to speak with finance.

We went back and forth in negotiating down payment and trade in value. After several hours and being told we were approved, even sighning all the paperwork. Waiting for a full tank and the keys they come back and want another 1500 down on top of already 2200. Stay away terrible dealership!

This is one of those dealership that you want to avoid. They will give you "discount" that will not be there in the final computation. After getting all things done, you got your car with the contract only to received a call that they want to change their computation. They will tell you that you have a low credit score that is why they are going to increase the paying period and the amount of monthly payment. I am disgusted with this dealership since I have 2 cars from Toyota but in Virginia Beach. Just be careful with their tactics. If you don't agree on their terms, they want you to return the car immediately even when you have your work. They will harass you and will even tell that you are driving a stolen car.

I had looked online and found a Camry that I really liked. Taylor from the internet department contacted me the next day and we had a very pleasant conversation about what I wanted and when I was looking to buy. I went up to Miracle Toyota on my next day off and Taylor was AMAZING! He really makes you feel like he is on your side and working to get you a great deal on the car that you want. We went back and forth a few times (part of the process) with numbers and payment options and he finally got it to where I was happy. :) Once we went through the process, I was passed over to TJ in finance who was equally amazing. He explained everything in detail and I've never had a better time signing a million papers! We were laughing and the workers here genuinely seem happy for you when you are going to be driving away in a new car. I really can't say enough about these guys, it was a GREAT experience and I will send anyone I know who is looking to buy a car to Miracle Toyota! Thanks Guys!!! I LOVE MY CAMRY!!!

We took our Toyota Matrix in for an oil change, we had an appointment so that we wouldn't have to wait for them to work us in. They took over 2 hours for an oil change, we have never had to wait that long for a simple oil change. Also they advertise that they wash the car with every service. What they do is run it through an automated car wash. There is no vacuuming and the car did not come out clean. I will be going down a the road a little further to a different dealership next time were they clean the whole car (get off all the bugs and dirty) vacuum in half the time.

In the attempt to purchase two cars for my father and I, I asked him several times to talk to me and not my father....as I could see my father was getting heated. He then came after me in a xxxxxxxxxxxx tone. I made it clear to him I was the decision-maker, but apparently women don't matter here.Women, steer clear of this dealership.

I had the worst customer service experience at miracle Toyotas. Service department. The story is too long to type just trust a retired United. States Air Force Senior Master Sergeant in telling you DO NOT use this dealer. They are great until you have a servive issue. I was given 4 different potential causes for the issue i was having with my brakes only to finally be told. The issue was a normal sound and there was nothing they could do. Everyone. Involved from the mechanic to the service manager joe jerley and the customer loyalty. 'rep Nicole were unprofessional discourteous and unwilling to resolve my problem. I have owned Toyotas. My entire life and never had any problems until now. Again DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. unless you want headaches

Our son was delighted with his car. It was such a good experience that we decided to go ahead and trade in one of our own vans for another new Camry. Contacted Andrew, he and Sarah found the car we wanted and we came back 1 week later and bought it,. Another great experience!!

It was pouring down rain, late on a Saturday night, we had been at 6 other dealership'sthat day , tired and annoyed with this car buy process. We met a sales person named Ken and he was great, personable and knowledgeable, we have bought may cars before but this was one of our best experiences. Ken, Dale, and Peter took great care of us, they stayed late and made our deal happen,. Their web site needs some help to be more user friendly. But the dealership was great. We didn't get a Toyota but a 2012 Dodge Avenger was a great deal, we will absolutely come here again and I highly recommended them.

I just purchased my new Prius last month. I traded my 2007 Prius in and had loved every second of owning it. My new Prius is making me just as happy. The salesman Michael was very very nice to work with. Very patient and listened to what I wanted in my new Prius. The deal took a few more hours than I wanted to spend but in the end I am a happy customer. My suggestion for your waiting area would be to have more seating facing the TV. It is not really an area I would want to wait in for more than a few minutes. Also I gave 4 stars for repairs because my car still has a shimmy around 60MPH. It was there all day and it is better but still shakes a little. Will bring back when I have time to wait again...

If you are in the market for a new Toyota, Miracle Toyota has what you need. The experience I had was positive, professional and within my control and means. Mary Beth was my sales associate and I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of Toyota products. They're close by and pleasant. I am very happy I decided to drop by after watching the dealership being built. The atmosphere and pleasant demeanor were apparent within everyone we had the pleasure of working with. While Mary Beth was doing her 'thing' other associates made sure we were comfortable and offered beverages. I felt at home there and look forward to many years of affiliation with this incredible house of professionals.

I recently was in the market to upgrade my 2010 Toyota Tacoma SR5 with a 2014 model. I was in contact with the internet sales department (Braunston) and was up front about my budget and what I was looking for. I was assured that the dealership could work with my budget and was advised to come in to select a vehicle. After sitting down with Peter and telling him what I was looking for, a floor manager came in and began working numbers outside of my budget. I clearly told him that I didn't want my monthly payment to be more than $375. A second offer of $385 was put in front of me and again I said no. The third set of numbers was $425 a month, it was like the floor manager wasn't even listening to me. He finally said that I was looking for too much truck with my budget. I against my better judgment let them show me a standard Tacoma on the lot which would "fit" in my budget. I was then told that the truck I looked at had already been sold and one would have to be ordered. I was clear that the truck must have a back up camera and 16" wheels. I was promised that the wheels from my SR5 would be switched to the new vehicle and that ordered truck would have the same features as the one shown to me. I agreed on a price with a monthly payment of $381 with service and extended warranty included. When the truck was delivered, I noticed that the lug pattern was different than the SR5 model and made the salesperson aware. I was assured that the dealership would make good on their promise and scheduled a pick up date for that Friday. I arrived at the dealership at 0730 hours for the service center to begin swapping the wheels. The service department informed me that it was impossible due to the lug patterns. I asked what the dealership was going to do about it and was told that 3rd party rims would have to be obtained and they would not cover the entire cost. I was told that I had to pay another $500 to get the tire setup I was promised originally. I told the dealership staff that I had an appointment at 1300 hours and had to leave by 1200 hours. The truck was not ready for until right at 1200 hours, I rushed to switch all of my things into the new truck and did not get a delivery checklist. After my appointment, I realized that the truck did not have a back up camera and immediately went back to the dealership. I was told that a camera could not be installed in the model I had without replacing the console unit and that the dealership would not pay for that. I was then told that the dealership would order me a truck that had the features I wanted, but that it was not a true SR5. We again began to haggle over payment amounts and terms. The final proposal given to me was a $400 a month payment for 84 months instead of the original 75 months. The dealership also only offered me $22,000 trade on the brand new truck that had less than 100 miles on it. After leaving the dealership I began to price shop comparable SR5 models at other dealership and found one for around $25,000. I sent an e-mail back to Peter and asked the dealership to match the price on the same truck. I did not receive a response for over two weeks and went to another dealership who found the exact SR5 model I wanted originally put me in the right price range even with the negative equity I had thanks to Miracle Toyota. I purchased extended warranties on the truck and now I am in the process of trying to get a refund ($3900) to offset some of the costs incurred due to Miracle Toyota's mistakes. I have previously purchased two vehicles from the dealership and had positive experiences. This is the worst experience I have had with a dealership and I now ask myself why Miracle didn't want to keep my business by matching the price offered by another Toyota dealership. I hope that my refund is delivered as promised or I guess I'll have to hire an attorney to get back the money that I am owed.

!!!!! Buyer BEWEAR!!!!Was in Haines City on Spring Break. Was buying a vehicle from Miracle Toyota. Signed the paper, put money down so the vehicle would be taking out of stock. The vehicle needed some work done on it. They told us to be back the next day at 9:00AM it would be ready. Got back the next day at 9:00AM,with the rest of the money the vehicle had not been touch. At 9:40AM they told us they were sending it to the For Dealership to be fixed. They said they would call us when it was ready. They never called us or emailed us. The next day in the afternoon we went back to check on the vehicle. They told us THEY HAD SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. They did not even care what they had done. To be fair, unlike them. They did give us our money back. We did ask to talk to the owner. We were told you can't do that. Not sure if the owner knows how his employee's are running his business. We would have like to have told him. If you did buy a vehicle from them, be thankful no one else's wanted the vehicle before you got back to pick it up.

There were a few complications and things did not run as smoothly as I planned. However, the way things were handled to make sure everything was fixed was very professional. They investigated the situation right away and resolved it. I appreciated that they did not just dismiss and ignore me, but responded promptly. I am very thankful for the gentleman that helped me and would recommend the location to others. Not every place helps when a problem arises, but this place is there for you 100%. Earlier Review: When I had bought the car I had informed the finance man that I did not want extended warranty, which I guess he got confused when I informed him that my other car had it and I needed the paperwork to cancel it I do not know how he got that confused, well he ended up adding it after I told him NO. The same finance man also told me that I can get the gap which not only will it cover me if anything but it also includes extra mileage covered (because the car was certified) for only $699. Twice I had said that is great so for only $699 not only do I get the gap coverage I get more miles covered from what is already covered. Well when I got home I realized that he charged me an extra 1870.36. I went back to the dealership and spoke to another finance guy, I cancelled the extended warranty I did not want, I still have not received the money for it and it and it was only supposed to take 4-6 weeks to get back this was at the end of January when I cancelled. I now have to pay for the extra interest incurred on something I did not want and specified I did not want to begin with. I feel like they took advantage of my circumstances at the time and decided to sneak things in. Well when I went back the new finance guy then informs me the gap is only the coverage not any of the extra things that the other finance guy spoke of. He informs me that I can cancel it now but that it is prorated so it may cost me less than $699 if I pay my car off sooner, I informed him I would go home and think about it. I did and later returned and yet another finance guy helps me and informs me that I can not cancel unless I refinance or pay off the car...Ok so I was lied to yet again! I later call them and speak to the second finance guy from prior he says yes I can cancel but I have to come in. Well I am now far I did not want to have to make the far drive yet again, to be told otherwise I had told them if I can sign the cancellation over fax or notarized so they know it is me and they said they will look into that. (On top of that I got ahold of him after making a few phone calls and leaving voicemails which they never returned). I inform him on what the third finance guy had told me and he says he will check it out and call back, they make the first finance guy I dealt with call back, he left me a voicemail. I return his call and leave multiple voicemails to extension 111, it has been a month and I have not been able to reach any of them nor do any of them call me back I am out of the state and can not come in. Now I have to continue to pay for something that I keep trying to cancel for over a month now. I am sick and tired of them ignoring me just because I already bought the car so now they feel like they do not need my service and can be rude and ignore me. I get they may be busy but you would think that after a MONTH SOMEONE would call you back.

So normally I don't know dealerships to have greeters, but when I first came to Toyota of Haines city my greeter was Tobie. She was such a delighted young lady. She always has a smile on her face. When I see her I know I'm welcomed. I have just never been treated so wounderfully! And on top of that it's like she understand me! If you want to go to miracle Toyota of Haines city make sure Tobie is your greeter! She will make your day!

Looking to buy a new Toyota, but needed to know if a certain car was even in my price range. Tried contacting internet sales due to convenience and was only met with being pushed to come in to get a price. After multiple emails, I gave up and just called only to find my name had been spread around as someone who was 'shopping' around for prices (was actually accused of that on the phone as the reason why I was never given a call back). I didn't ask for a print out of a price to take another dealer or any other sign that that was what I was doing. I just needed to know a certain car is in my budget. I buy cars all the time and have never been met by such rude/hostile sales people. Ridiculous.

Leased a vehicle for 36 months with a written document from Winter Haven Toyota saying I would not have to pay the disposition fee. When it came time to turn in the vehicle, nobody will talk to you. Have left messages with the finance manager and even the owner, and not even a phone call returned. I had purchased vehicles in the past from Miracle Toyota for over 20 years but this is the first time from Winter Haven Toyota. The old owners did business totally different then the new owners. I no longer refer friends to this dealership. Bottom line, stay away from these people. Drive to Orlando or the west coast and buy!!

Mary Beth went above and beyond to take care of me and find the vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Cassidy was so nice and so easy to talk with and he and Mary Beth made me feel special and important. I was not rushed or pressured and had plenty of time to think about what I wanted. I truly believe these 2 people are an asset to Toyota. I am working on rebuilding my credit and they worked very hard to get me approved and I feel I got the most for my trade in and they even worked with me to get the payment I wanted. I have already handed out 2 business cards for Mary Beth to friends who within the few months will be trading in their Highlander and Tundra to purchase a new vehicle. I really was not looking forward to a dealership to purchase a car because I had such an awful experience at Big Oaks in Bartow Florida many years ago. This experience was absolutely wonderful and relaxing, again Mary Beth worked very hard and Mr. Cassidy would come over and talk with me while Mary was away taking care of the process. He is wonderful and very kind I would buy from them again. I also own a 2002 Tacoma 4x4 and will be bringing it to this location to have it detailed and have maintenance done one it. I had an issue with the radio and called Mary on Sunday and she picked up with no problem and helped me, it was just because the antenna was not attached, the truck was so new it was still under the back seats ! haha I am a very proud and extremely happy customer! Rich is an amazing salesman. As for the rest of the people, they have the worst costumer service. My car was rear ended by one of them, I went up to the dealership 5 times. In the meanwhile I was driving in a crashed car. My trunk wouldn't close so It would open occasionally. They did not care at all. Their response was, "let the insurance handle it." I dealt with them for an two weeks, all they gave me was the run around. They wasted my time, my money, and stressed me out. Horrible place!!! Do not go!!! Managers suck, no one will help you!

I love the quality of vehicle and the salesman, Raul who helped me this time was very thorough and explained everything. We went to this dealer because we knew a salesman there. Initially, it was all good. They had us sign papers, took our trade and our down payment, and sent us home in the new car. We were happy. A week later, the finance man calls and says we need to come back in to sign new papers. When we called back, we had to leave messages...TWO DAYS IN A ROW!! FINALLY, he returns a call....says that the interest rate is going up, and so the payment is going up....almost $100 a month!!!! On top of that, they now want other information and documents that will take alot of time to get and cost us money because we will miss work!!! When we told him that this was not a good business practice, all he could say was "It's legal in Florida"!!! Well, it may very well be legal, but it still isn't right! They should not tell people or lead them to believe that all is good with a loan that they have not even gotten approved yet!! We spent an entire day at that dealership, and now they say it was not a done deal at all, AFTER we have signed papers and left there with a new car. This is just unbelievable to me....very very very poor business practices if you ask us. We will NEVER tell anyone to go to this dealer for ANY reason. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!UPDATE 10/23/2013: After writing this review, i did meet with the general manager of this dealership. It was my understanding that the "meeting" was for the purpose of trying to work out the issues from the review. Instead, there was no apology from the actual employee that was so rude, and it was only a matter of taking off coverages we wanted but could no longer have at the new rate. We kept the car, but it cost us quite a bit more. It also cost us time away from work. Now, we are having other issues just trying to get the tag that was supposed to have been transferred from the trade in we had. Of course, getting to talk to someone at this dealership about this has been almost impossible. I stand by my opinion and review of this dealership. STAY AWAY!!

I decided to save gas and wear & tear on myself and shop via the Internet for dealers. This Dealership immediately responded with a courteous email alerting me that they were aware of my specific requirements. Although I didn't buy my car there, they were receptive and timely in their responses. When I asked to be removed from their list, they immediately removed me and my contact info and have not been inundated like other Dealers. I didn't get any annoying phone calls or redundant emails.They were cordial and friendly from the beginning to the end of my car buying process. I would consider referring anyone to them in the future because of the way I was cordially managed.

I wouldn't recommend Toyota of Winter Haven. I gave them a payment plan and they agreed. When I got to the signing portion. I noticed that they tried to extend the load to 77 months. I very clearly said 60 months. When they agreed and shook my hand. They never told me that they extended the loan. I had to find that out when I was signing. It was a sneaky and unprofessional.

Having previously dealt twice in the area with a fast track, push the customer in, high pressure sale, push them out the door fast once deal closed, we were amazed at the difference in treatment to us, the customer, at Toyota of Winter Haven. There was no pressure in this laid back dealership and our experience was totally pleasing from the sale right through the signing of all the paperwork. Everyone we had occasion to deal with treated us as a priority customer. Once our sale was closed we noted great expediency and attention to getting us on the road as soon as possible. This was my Third car I have bought at this dealership my experience was so good that I didn't even look elsewhere. I did make a few calls to others but I didn't go to see them. I worked with Ben Selph in sales. He was very professional, and easy to deal with didnt try to pressure me into anything, which I liked. I had to come back the next day so he could set up my blue tooth which he did In fact he made sure I knew how to operate it be fore I left. He has made up some follow up calls via the phone to see if everything is alright with the car. Was very impressed with the whole staff that works there.Also had a problem with the windshield in which he said to come back in and he would take care of it, and he did. We came in for service for our 2010 Prius and I "warned" my wife not to go in the showroom. I had no intention of looking at or buying a car. But it happened and we started to look around at the various units on the floor. I have never seen a Prius V before so naturally I was curious and started to check it out. Andrew came by to make sure that if we had a questions to not hesitate to ask him. Well, in about 5 minutes I kind of liked what I was seeing and started to ask what this was for and why this, etc.Andrew made us feel at ease with his laid-back, friendly demeanor as he answered my questions. There was one that he conferred with his manager on and came back with the answer. After negotiating a price and a trade value we shook hands and the deal was done. We came back in 2 days and picked it up.We've had nothing but great comments when people would "look it over". Promised to match a quote I had from another dealer on a new Prius III. Quote promised at "$1000 under invoice" but I guess we have a different definitions of invoice! Mine is the price the manufacturer sells to the dealer at - theirs is that plus their dealer fee which they then add on again! Either no attention to detail or just downright slimy - I know which one I think! I did e mail them when I caught them out and got zero response until a week later when Mary Beth called to see if I was "still in the market". Guess they didn't "sell out by the weekend" or "need a deposit to make sure they had a vehicle for me" after all!

Initial quote was high so I didn't consider them as I was working a deal elsewhere. Mary Beth called two days before I was buying, gave me the usual "great deals, end of month, making way for 2013s" so I gave her the chance to quote and match the 1k under invoice I had on a Prius. Wasn't really interested but always like a back up just in case. However her "invoice" apparently includes their Dealer Fee, even though they then add it in later as well! When I pointed this out Mary Beth lied about it even though I was just going off the information she sent me, and told me the actual MSRP (as listed on their web site) was a discounted internet price - not true!Start to finish, at best no attention to detail or facts, at worst untruthful. So happy Plan A worked out (as I thought it would based on past history)!UPDATE 10/29 - Don't know who "reviewed" my situation (I wasn't cntacted or involved)but they obviously didn't review it very well. All pricing quotes etc. at the end were on one vehicle and the communication from Mary Beth clearly lists the MSRP for the white vehicle with Dealer Fee added and lies about invoice and the price on the web site. I also have her follwo up where she tries to blame me for being "mistaken".

To be honest we went in to just "look around" and asses our options. We ended up getting an awesome deal on a great car. Not to mention the thrill of owning a brand new car for the first time. Plus, they put us in a better position then our current vehicle loan.It was a great experience and Augustine was awesome to deal with. He never once made us feel rushed or forced into a decision. He lets us test drive multiple options and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended Augustine and Toyota of Winter Haven to all of our friends.

I would highly recommend Toyota of Winter Haven to anyone! Specifically, I'd recommend working with "JC"! On 7/28/2012, JC was FINALLY able to complete the trade of my 2008 Toyota Prius for a 2012 Toyota Tundra!! The reason I say "FINALLY", is because I was extremely upside down in my Prius. After working with me for at least 10 months, JC and the sales managers, along with Dechauna the Finance director, were able to seal the delivery of my new Tundra! Not only was I able to get into a much more comfortable vehicle, but Dechauna worked to get my interest rate REDUCED from 15.52% to 2.9%!!! It was a very exciting day in my life, and I wanted to make sure and recommend JC, Dechauna and the entire sales staff at Toyota of Winter Haven! To be quite honest, I simply cannot say enough, or use enough descriptive adjectives to describe the AMAZING experience I had working with JC and Dechauna!!!! I had my 2006 RAV4 serviced at T of WH for the past 6 years. Service was always outstanding. At approx. 35,000 miles I purchased a set of tires from T of WH. After awhile I noticed my speedo registered about 10% fast in all speeds. This calculation was determined by my GPS. This was because, I found out later, the wrong size tire was installed at 35,000. At just over 75,000 miles (75,029) during my 75K checkup, I was told my water pump needed replacement. It would cost approx. $450 to replace.(I purchased a seven year 75,000 mile warranty when car was purchased in 2006.) I questioned an expert online about whether the smaller, shorter, tire would cause the mileage to be less. He ran the numbers and the car actually has 3600 less miles than 75,000. I discussed this with Service Manager, and he assured me that this was no problem, he would install the pump without any cost to me. He said it was more important that I remain a happy, satisfied costumer, than worrying about the pump. Yesterday 7-13-2012, I took delivery of a new 2012 Toyota RAV4 purchased from Toyota of Winter Haven Florida. The best car dealer I've delt with, ever!Herb & Lori Griffith

The service department does a great job and called with specifics before doing any additional work. Despite leaving the vehicle most of the day, they still weren't "QUITE" done when I returned. This has happened twice - a bit frustrating when I assume by giving them a larger window, I won't have to wait. Later, while searching on Cars.com, I found a couple of cars I wanted (and could afford)-all outside the immediate area. I decided to give the dealership a chance to match the metro dealers' price. After a bit of complaining of how low of a price I was seeking (even though it was in print from 3 other dealers), they found a way to make a similar deal. Great service until I got ready to finish up...the paperwork portion was S-L-O-W (despite outstanding credit and all the info at hand). Don't get in a hurry with these guys, but they do good work and will genuinely try to get you a good deal on a car.

Very informative sales person. He was able to explain the differences between the different models and trim packages. Financing went very well. The salesman took the time to explain how the different features on the car worked. He was patient with my wife and myself on the technical aspects. The Finance department was able to get us a rate substantially below the market rate at that time.

My wife and I purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer(used) with no warranty. We were contacted by Ricardo Romero a internet Mgr because we requested info on this SUV online.We purchased the vehicle under the assumption that this Vehicle was thoroughly inspected and had comfort in that being that it had no warranty.The tires were halfway decent from the outer treads but when we had new tires put on it was obvious that this dealership passed the tires off as acceptable when in reality the tires were bare bald on the inner tires.(they met me 1/2 on new tires)when I shouldnt have had to pay anything towards new tires because they should have been replaced prior to selling the SUV.They placed a new oil change sticker on the windshield and in less than 1000K miles post purchase the change oil light comes on?I go to Tuffy in Lake Nona and they bring to my attention that the SUV is leaking profusily from the Right Rear Differential and needs a Serpentine Belt as its cracked in areas.I was also told that they dont recomend that I drive the vehicle because it was seize upand then cost in upwards to $2000 to repair.(as we were getting ready to go on vacation today with the Explorer!)I called and spoke to Tony Delisio(used car Mgr) who told me pretty much "Buyer Beware" "you purchased the vehicle as is"!He told me that as long as it starts,stears,stops and drives then that their main concern? What a sorry explanation on his part.Needless to say I find this Dealership to by untruthful just to get the sale! As Ricardo told my wife and I "we are a neighborhood dealership and we thoroughly inspect our used vehicles before we sell them because we dont want bad publicity in the community" Well what a lie that was.Tony called me later today to tell me that 'Yes it was inspected" but offered no proof or paperwork to validate his theory! I want to know what was inspected and what were the results. I am attempting to contact the previous owner to find out what he knows about this vehicle and what the dealership knew prior to selling it to the first dummy that came along to buy it. "Shame on us for trusting the Toyota of Winter Haven name and not doing our homework prior to this purchase! Oh and by the way John Whaley the General Manager never called or e-mailed me back when I showed him the unsafe condition of the tires(This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE),,,,NOT!

While shopping for a new vehicle to replace my wrecked Mazda, my wife and I had the misfortune to visit Toyota of Winter Haven. We talked with Tony Ortiz and left our names and number to notify us of future incentives. He introduced us to Matt Daly, who made derogatory comments about Mazda autos. My wife was driving our Mazda when it was demolished by a semi-truck. She showed Mr. Daly cuts on her arm and said those were her only injuries. Mr. Daly said, "You get off my lot right now and don't ever come back." and repeated himself. Never have I witnessed such obnoxious and offensive unprofessional conduct toward a customer. Stay away from this dealer.

bought a 2006 pontiac vibe. was impressed with the condition of the car given its high miles. but it looks like the previous owner took good care of it. after a few tries i finally got the chance to visit the dealership expecting to meet the salesperson for a scheduled appointment. when i arrived, the salesperson was occupied with another customer. i was very upset because i had an appointment, and had driven from Orlando. another rep was assigned and the process went well from there. the dealer is good, but the staff and closing process is a bit haphazard, leading to unusually long wait times for the simplest things. overall they are good people. just go in fully prepared and fully informed on both the vehicle you are buying, and the value of any trade. they are in the business of making money afterall.

my service writer was waiting for me. He went over any questions I had. I thought that I had a problem on my fuel quage. They checked out and found that it was ok. The service Tech came out and made a suggestion and everything now is fine.I was in and out in less than 1 hour.

WOW! Let me first start by saying that I have purchased many cars in my life. I have dealt with many different types of sales people, some were very nice and pleasant but didn't know much about cars, others were very knowledgeable but not very pleasant, others have not been pleasant AND didn't know anything about the cars they were selling. This was not the case with your sales associate Rico, he was very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. I originally came into Toyota of Winter Haven to just look at some cars and get an idea of what was out there with no intention of purchasing a car that day, I was quickly approached by Rico as i was getting out of my car, which was very nice because I usually have a ton of questions about cars and don't like to wonder around a dealership not knowing what i'm looking at. Rico was very attentive and seemed to have a genuine desire in finding the right car for me, he asked a lot of questions and suggested many different models to look at. After test driving a few cars I was ready to take all the information I had gathered and get home and think about what i wanted to do. Rico insisted that we keep looking at cars until we found one that I had to own..... Let me just say that I hate being pressured into buying cars, but I really didn't feel like I was being pressured by Rico, as I said before he seemed to have a genuine desire to find the right car for me. He suggested we look over by your detail department were we found my new car a Rav 4 that was perfect. After test driving the car everything else was easy, Rico was very efficient with getting me all the different payment options, it was a little more than what I had planned on spending but it was the right car.I have to tell you that I never write reviews, but I felt that the level of service that I received from Rico should not go unnoticed. He is by far the most knowledgeable and professional sales associate i've ever purchased a car from, his pleasant attitude and professional demeanor was a a huge factor in my choice to go ahead and purchase my new car that day, he's also very easy on the eyes so that didn't hurt either. :) He earned a customer for life as well as anyone I know will be referred to him. I originally went to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced. While waiting, I walked around the dealership and was approached by a sales consultant. He was very friendly and I asked him about "The Conquest Program" email that I had gotten an email about from the dealership. As a result of my conversation with Victor, I began looking at cars, and his knowledge about Toyota vehicles helped me with my decision to purchase a new car. The price of the vehicle is very good when looking at all the features inluded. Everyone who I interacted with during my visit was pleasant and professional, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my Venza about three weeks ago, and went in today because I am having a problem with Sirius Satlite Radio.My previous car had a Sirus radio with a life time subscription. Sirius refuses to transfer my subscription to the new radio because the old radio was not an XM, as is the new radio.Today is my salesman's, Mike Allen, day off. Travis stepped in to help as if he had sold me the Venza.This is the best treatment I have had by a car dealer and salesmen since I bought my Lexus, which I still have.The problem is not yet resolved, but if it can be, thes are the people that can do it.

Travis was the ultimate in every single way and went above and beyond. Everyone in the front showroom was exceptional, attentive and very interactive in the whole process. We were never left thinking "did they forget about us" even though the process is a bit lengthy. Travis was very knowledgeable, and presented our "case" to accounting with very little trauma. This process can be very daunting and emotional, but his whole demeanor and attitude had us not just smiling but relaxed and laughing. Our finance specialistGene was also fantastic and a pleasure. By the time you get to that point you can be ready to just drop, but in this case the teamwork and caring was a very pleasant surprise. We would be remiss if we did not comment on our experience at Toyota of Winter Haven. As many prospective buyers do, we had researched the Prius on the fabulous Toyota Website. After doing our homework, we went to the dealership located by our zip code. We were in the market for a commuter car and this was our first stop. Assuming our "first" visit to T of WH would be just like many previous car buying experiences, we didn't take our checkbook or title to our trade in!We were greeted by a pleasant young lady who introduced us to our salesman, Tony Ortiz. Tony was knowledgeable and very personable......yes I said...very personable! He was a lot of fun with a great sense of humor and we knew immediately he was proud to represent Toyota and the dealership. We understand that he is relatively new to the company, but know he will be a valuable asset. We took a test ride, had our trade evaluated, negotiated a bit and went home with a new car! We could hardly believe it! Aside from Tony, we also appreciated the efforts of Michael Campbell in working the numbers with us and Laz Remolina for his efficiency in finalizing the deal by making the necessary paperwork seem effortless. Who would guess...a great car, a great deal, and we really enjoyed the time spent at the dealership. I would like to thank everyone involved for their assistance ...including Travis who interjected his enthusiastic knowledge! Rich was great. However Jeff Nunn, the general Sales manager, is rude and degrading. On Wednesday night, we almost walked away from the deal because he was so rude. We were very dissatisfied with his tone and demeanor towards us. Even my 15 year old daughter was appalled at the way he spoke to me. We were customers of Miracle Toyota for years and my husband uses your service department regularly with rave reviews. The way Jeff Nunn treated us is truly a disappointment. If it was not for the courtesy other staff including Rich, we would have walked away from the deal with our 2009 Challenger and not gotten a 2012 Tundra. My wife and I stopped in to take a look at the new 2012 Camry, I've seen a lot of commercials and was anxious to see one in person. Having been a previous Camry owner I knew that it would be a great car for my wife. My wife and I met our salesmen Rico who was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to show us all of the features in the car and took time to point out the safety features to my wife who is expecting our first child. I was very pleased with Rico's help and was very satisfied with his assistance in choosing the right model Camry to fit our budget. When it came time to get our payment and trade in value, Rico introduced us to a manager named John Whaley. John was extremely helpful and prompt at returning the pricing. He made us feel at ease as we worked through our payment and budget constraints. As we neared the end the General Sales Manager Jeff Nunn took the time to introduce himself to my wife and I. We were very impressed with the family atmosphere and the fact that even the managers took time to get to know our needs. Needless to say we were very satisfied with our purchase, and will be happy to do business with them again.

Though I did not buy a vehicle here my experience working with Travis was very pleasant.. He was very helpful and honest with me. He spent three hours trying to find me the right vehicle for the price I wanted. I never felt pressured or lied to in order for him to just make a sale. I came in today to have my 2009 Toyota Tacoma appraised. Travis Campbell approached me and gave me a test drive on two of the vans on the lot. Even though the price was right, I did not decide to get the van. I had a very nice visit with Travis. He was very profesional. The Salesman, Rich,did a great job for me and we connectd well during the exploration process. However, my first experience with the "negotiation dance" on cost for a leased Camry was very frustrating but the Sales Manager, John, interviened and corrected the situation. I do not like being made to feel stupid by not fully understanding all elements of lease pricing and financing and the more I learned on my own, the more I realized how my first experience with the negotiations process was exceptionally bad. I returned to communicate my frustration with the intention of taking my business elsewhere. Why don't you give customers the feeling that you're at least being fair with them from the beginning rather than trying to rip them off at first. Again, John and Rich saved the day and I ended up leasing my Camry at a very good rate. End result - very satisfied customer, and that is how I answered the survey questions above.

They sold me a car that turned out to be a lemon car. After i went to the manufacturer dealer more than 20 times for repairs because of a lot of things wrong with the car even my car flooding on the passenger side aftr a heavy rain my warranty was voided and toyota of winter haven never did anything to help me out after i went there in person and sh9wed them all my invoices from the dealer repair shop. I will never buy a car from them nor will i recommend them to anyone. Im still paying for the car and they have the audacity to still send me car offers by mail.

The Sales Consultant was very easy to work with. I had all the information that I needed to make a decision in about 15 minutes after I walked in. Saw the car, test drove the car, got the manager to agree on the price I wanted. No hassles whatsoever. My wife cam along the next day and I signed the papers and went home with a brand new Camry. What I liked was that there was no hard sell and if there could be a word such as over friendly then I could use it with this dealership. I used another dealer on an prior Toyota Purchase but I can say that I got more personal attention from this Dealership.

This buying experience was definitely a good one.Yes,everyone one was friendly and helpful. The one person who stood out for us was Rich Nackson. I hope everyone in the dealership is aware of what an asset Rich is to your organization. He is professional but yet laid back and is easy to talk to; He just has a balanced and perfect package for a salesman. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find someone who did. He was not pushy at all and followed up on everything that was promised. We found the TOYOTA YARIS we were looking for at the Winter Haven web site. They had the best price in Florida for this car. I then clicked on the E-PRICE link, and received a message that lessened the price by another $500. We called, made an appointment, and drove an hour to the dealership, as we live in another county. The paperwork was ready for us when we got there even though it was Sunday. We test drove the car and loved it. We filled in all the paperwork, got the financing paperwork completed, and drove home in our great new car. No pressure, everything smooth. Very helpful friendly staff. Would definitely recommend WINTER HAVEN TOYOTA to friends and family. Thanks for all your help!

My husband had problems with his Toyota Tundra so while waiting for it to get serviced, he talked to Steve about trading it in for a used truck. Steve showed him a great 2008 Tundra, the only later model one on the lot, he test drove it and took it home! Steve and the finance person, Marcos, were so helpful and made the purchase a non-event. I bought this car from winterhaven toyota for 2 reasons. They gave me a fair price and the main reason was the excellent treatment I received throughout the sales transaction. To explain further I have purchased 7 other new vehicles since the year 2000 for my family. At winterhaven toyota I was treated kindly at all times by Rich and Matt. I have tried to negoiate a deal at more than 20 dealerships during the past 10 years and have never been treated to this level of kindness and respect at any other dealership. During the negoiating process there is always someone who chimes in and is rude and/or badgers you with some sort of high pressure tactic to sign. That did not happen here. I highly recommend them to anyone who likes to be treated well. Mt sales consultant was Victoria Barron. She was very patient with me. I went in first in the morning to see the Tyota Matrix and sit in it. She gave me a brochure and her card. I told her I had researche on the Internetand had a couple more cars to check out. While she was inside getting her car another sales agent came over was very nice but my first impression was that he was trying to take the opportunity away from Victoria. I went back in the afternoon and Victoria took me for a test drive and I found out that the gentleman in the morning was the sales manager. I really had a very good experience buying this car. I think you have a real good sales consultant with Victoria she is very patient with her customers and I do not think it had anything to do with fact I am a senior citizen.Brenda Hoyt

When I called ahead to make the appointment with Service, I spoke to Doug who was very friendly, informative and professional. When I arrived, I was met and greeted immediately. Doug completed the paperwork to get started on the vehicle service immediately. They completed the 30,000 mile service in about an hour and Doug came in to review the results with me before turning the paperwork over to the cashier. The service was completed quickly and correctly the first time. Doug and the cashier were both very friendly, very courteous and very professional. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service and the visit.

We started our car shopping experience at Lakeland Toyota. After two days at Lakeland Toyota and numerous dishonest changing statements by a slew of car salespeople/assistant managers/managers etc etc. we left there. I tell everyone I speak with about a potential car purchase "Buyer-Beware Lakeland Toyota." Our experience at Toyota of Winter Haven was a totally different car shopping experience from what we had experienced in Lakeland. We dealt with one polite ethical salesman who did all he could to meet our needs. We dealt with one equally accommodating assistant manager. We received a followup call from another manager. We decided to buy our car at Toyota of Winter Haven. It was excellent experience for us. We feel we purchased a quality car at a fair price from an ethical dealership. Thank you -- Toyota of Winter Have. This dealership is a definite asset to Polk County, Florida.

I dealt with a local Toyota dealership in Lakeland, Fl. I worked with them for close to three weeks and couldn't come to terms with them. I went to Winter Haven Toyota and within fifteen minutes I had a great deal and bought the truck I wanted. The other dealership couldn't (or wouldn't) try to get the deal I wanted. I told Winter Haven Toyota what they offered me, I told them what I was looking for and they beat not only Lakeland Toyota but gave me a better deal than what I was looking for.

The only thing I like to add is: After purchasing my Prius 2010 my sell phone would not connect to the factory radio. This is not WINTER HAVEN TOYOTA's fault. However it cost me 1400.00 to have a new radio installed. Be sure to check the car out very well before purchasing it. I am going to keep my new Prius but I have a 2010 Ford Taurus limited. I'm going to trade it on a Nissan Leaf as soon as I can get it. If Toyota comes out with one I will considerate buy it. Again all I asked to all dealerships is JUST BE HONEST AND FARE!. Trust means everything.

I had a terrible experience at Winter Haven Toyota. I bought a 2011 Camry... the car is OK but not the one that I wanted.... I felt pressured to sign the contract.... it was a cash sale so the dealership was done with me once I signed the contract... I tried on several occasions to contact the sales manager and the head offices, by phone and by internet and NEVER received the courtesy of an answer or returned correspondence.... I have had the car over a year and have less than 5000 miles on it... I am thinking seriously about trading it in, although I typically keep a car for at least 10 years! I had been working with another salesman, who I had stopped in to see on that day... he had been very patient with me, as my mother was ill when I started the process of purchasing a new car.... my mother passed away and several days later I stopped in to see him.... that is when I encountered Raul.... I should have gone with my gut feeling and walked out but he was very pushy and rude in the end... I left in tears.... I had no business buying a car on that day and my original salesman would have seen that but Raul cared nothing about me or what I wanted -- just wanted to make a sale... he promised me that the other salesman, who had done all the legwork on the car that I WANTED to purchase originally, would get the credit... this, of course, was a lie and when I went back to talk to him about it, he was "too busy to see me"..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

In short, salesman doesn't sell vehicle. Still do it with closer. Made deal in 1 hour said dealer swap. Four weeks later driving demo with excuse after excuse where "my" vehicle really was, they called me in saying they had it and it was still wrong. They ordered it without toyoguard then refused to take cost off of selling price (dirty bait and switch). Sold us saying dvd system you could put two in and watch. WRONG!! Even service didn't know you couldn't put two in player. Search of internet, by me figured it out...Sales Manager only offered to buy vehicle back, not make it right by buying me a dvd player like requested. I think they made me such a good deal they tried to make some money back by ordering without toyoguard ($950 package)and then figured it would be better to buy it back instead of do the right thing. This is the second Toyota we have leased from Winter Haven Toyota, and Grant is the most experienced and helpful saleman you could ask for. I've had a few little operator problems that he solved almost immediately - all came up because I didn't take the time to read the owners manual, or didn't understand what it did say. The service people have always done excellent work on the periodic maintenance, we've never had a problem with either vehicle breaking down or needing any kind of repairs. Toyota builds quality vehicles, thanks!

Friendly & knowledgeable dealership that goes out of it's way to find teh right vehicle for the customer. I have also been advised that the support "post" purchase is very good. Further, I have received several recommendations relating to their service department. Again knowledgeable & courteous

I bought a car from Mr. Murphy and I can not begin to tell you how helpful he was! I brought my car in for service and clearly went in with no intention to even buy a car but he offered me a deal that I couldnt resist! The process was expedited immediately with no hassles, no curve balls and they matched my offered price without the blink of an eye! This is honestly the best dealership I have ever been to, and Im an engineer who cant stand to played with. They were straight to the point with no hidden agreements. I truly recommend this dealership to everyone. It is very difficult to find one as good as this. Hope I shared enough info for those of you feeling the same way!

I had just picked-up my 2011 Highlander at Toyota of Winter Haven. First I researched online the car I wanted, a Blizzard Pearl color (hard to find). My impression of car salesmen was very low, but this guys are not the typical car salesmen, they are CSR (cutomer service representatives). The service I received was beyond my expectations, and trust me, my expectations are always high. They did not sell me a car, they matched me with the right vehicle for my type of driving and needs. I am so happy with my Highlander, I love it. Thank you Toyota of Winter Haven and your great team of CSRs.

management is horrible and they do not know what they are doing! All they are trying to do is rip people off. They are very rude and unfriendly. I would never buy a car from this dealership! I would recommend any other dealership to buy a toyota from.

Toyota of Winter Haven installed a part on our car backwards. We took the car to another nearby Toyota dealer and they fixed it but charged us a bunch to do so. Toyota of Winter Haven vehemently argued with us after we demanded a refund. We are very displeased with the service they provided and are still arguing with them and may have to go to court to recover our loss. They put our car on the road after an alignement and it was dangerous. They had changed their name from "Miracle Toyota". I would highly recommend people boycott this dealership as they are not reputable as long as David Herrington is their service manager.
