This dealership is a HIDDEN JEWEL!! If you are looking for the most non aggressive and most passionate Sales Team, please go to the dealership and ask for Trisha and Donnie B just know you will have the red carpet rolled out and be leaving more than happy!!! I promise I felt as if I was the ONLY customer they had meanwhile it was 3 different families. I will travel just to purchase all my future vehicles as I did with this one and it was well worth it! Jamie Hernandez was phenomenal! I went to at least 6 dealerships and test drove cars at each one. Jamie was the most knowledgeable about the cars I drove with her (4) and was able to not only answer all of my questions, but give me information that I had not asked for. She is the type of person you want selling you a car! I did not feel pressured to buy any of the cars I drove with her, but when I found one I really liked - she did everything in her power to get me the best deal possible. I highly recommend M&L - especially Jaime!!

I have been in the market for a new Eco-Diesel truck for a while. I had an awful experience at one dealership, however that was not the situation at M-L, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Larry Spares and Kevin Lchter were awesome to work with. They found the exact truck I wanted and made an outstanding deal for me. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great deal!!!

A few years ago, I was headed home from work and decided to just stop and look at a Jeep Wrangler. After a few minutes of looking, the salesman came out and we talked for a few moments about what I was looking for and I then asked him the "all important" question, tell me why I should stay in a small town to buy a vehicle? He not only told me why, he also helped me get that Wrangler before I left to go home. I was so satisfied with his professional service as well as that of everyone involved that afternoon, that when I decided that I was ready to trade again, I went right back to the same salesman. When I went back there this past July, I was looking for a new Wrangler again. When I pulled up, I noticed that there weren't any Wranglers on the lot. They had sold all of them. So I asked Gary, my salesman from the first purchase, if he could find me a new Wrangler, and naturally he said yes! He and Justin asked me exactly what I was looking for and within just a few days, they had located me a vehicle. They went above and beyond anything that I ever expected and found my a new Wrangler (black, soft top, tinted windows and everything else that I wanted in the vehicle). All I had to do was come in and sign the papers, pick up my new Jeep and leave my other one with them, which they sold in 2 days. There isn't one thing bad that I could say about my experience with M & L. From, Gary, Justin, Brenda and all the others involved with my purchases, I could not be happier! If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used, I would highly recommend that you shop at M & L in Lexington, NC. I already know what color I want for my next Wrangler and when I'm ready to trade, there is nowhere else that I would go.

I was going to Florida to visit my parents and having my cruise worked on my 2002 Liberty. Barbara and Chuck in service are great. They have both helped me out by staying late and finding me a car to drive while mine is being repaired over the years. I was waiting on my Liberty and just looking around and Frank the car salesman extroidaire said hello to me and I told him I was just waiting on my car to be fixed did he have time to let me test drive a new jeep I test drove a Cherokee liked it a lot. Didn't like the colors of the limited they had and wanted a power lift gate. I left and went home and the next day he calls and tells me he found one I wanted. I was not planning on buying a car that day but I did. I went back to the dealership when he got the car there. He sent me to Brenda to do the loan and warrenty. Great experience all around. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I live more than 100 miles from this dealer and found them through the web. Gary Graves called me the next business day after submitting an inquiry on a MINI. We negotiated a very reasonable price in about five minutes. The next day, I took a train to the town nearest them, and Tad picked me up to go to the dealership. After a test drive, we did the paperwork with Brenda, I wrote the check, then I took off for the nearest BBQ joint (the town of Lexington is famous for BBQ) on the way home. This all sounds very boring until you consider how easy it was. And how friendly everyone was. And how the car was exactly as described on the web. I've bought a lot of cars, and by far the M&L folks were the most efficient, pleasant, organized, and thorough dealership ever. At no time did I get the adversarial vibe so present in most dealerships. In fact, they were so laid back I expected Jimmy Buffett to appear with a pitcher of Margaritas. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I visited M&L after I found that the dealership had the color of Wrangler that she wanted on the lot . We drove about 160 miles to the dealership to look at the vehicle. Once there we drove the wrangler and spent a lot of time with Tad Leonard the salesman. He was very helpful as well as the owner who got involved when the question came up on the color shading. We spent a few hours looking thinking and talking and then agreed to buy. It took a little time since all our information on insurance etc. was not with us. The personnel at the dealership helped and we got everything done and the check written. The only issue that I have with the dealership on future transactions is the location. If I lived close by I would work with them again.

Just had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2014 RAM 1500 truck from M&L Motors. I had been looking for a new truck for over 2 months and had searched the entire state of NC for the truck that I wanted, which amounted to over 30 dealerships. Most of the local Dodge dealerships employed the same sales tactics (taking your keys, wearing you down by using several sales people, not listening to what features you wanted, not giving you fair market value for your trade-in, and trying to get you to sign a deal that you weren't comfortable with). I never had this experience with M&L motors, they were attentive, courteous, respectful of my time, and bent over backwards to earn my business. M&L Motors didn't have the truck that I wanted, but they were able to work a deal with the Dodge dealership in Fayetteville to purchase a truck on my behalf that had all of the features I wanted. Gary Graves was a wonderful sales person, he worked really hard on obtaining the truck from Fayetteville, and through a little back and forth negotiations, was able to secure an acceptable trade-in price for my current RAM 1500 truck. Gary was in constant contact with me during the entire buying process and even personally delivered the truck to my home in Kernersville from Lexington (to save me hours of paperwork at the dealership). Now, that is excellent customer service! I would recommend M&L Motors to anyone looking for a new car, truck, or SUV and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know about this dealership's excellent customer service.

Gary was pleasant to work with. I felt like he was upfront with me and did not pressure me. I had a specific vehicle I wanted to look at and Gary didn't try to sway us to another more expensive model. We also worked with Brenda McElrath, the finance manager, she was also very nice nice to work with, pleasant and personable. We liked that the offered a warranty on the car, explaining the benefits and value of the warranty but never pressuring us, or trying to belittle us for not purchasing the warranty. Although I didn't purchase the warranty on this vehicle I do normally purchase them, and will probably purchase it on my next. M and L will be our first stop for when we plan on purchasing another vehicle.

We rode out to M&L looking to buy a Caravan but after comparing the features and price, we decided on a Chrysler Town & Country. The vehicle is beautiful. I was interested in buying a second car and wanted a convertible. I did not want or need a new car. My best friend had recently purchased a Sebring convertible from M & L and has been very pleased. Lori Lail assisted me in the purchase of a clean, used convertible. I have not driven my newer car since buying this car from M & L! The entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable and I have recommended M & L to quite a few of my friends.

I highly recommend M & L. I shopped around several dealers in this area for a new Charger and compared price, service, and how I was treated by the staff of the dealership. M & L not only gave me the best price, they went to Ohio in order to get me the car I wanted( colors and options). The sales staff is great. It's nice to shop for a car and not be pressured. First stop next time I need another car!

I have to say this is my second new car buying experience, my first was at rice Toyota and it was horrible, but this one, awesome. M & L made this very very easy. I looked at their vehicles online, call them up, and they gave me a great Out The Door price, but still about 300 to high. When I said that he said Come get it no problem. They were very helpful with insurance and financing, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. I took the JEEP home over the weekend which was rainy by the way and when I came back on Monday all the paper work was done, all I had to do was sign the paper. My salesman and the owners son made me feel like I was the only person in the building. That kind of friendship like mentality is what will make me come back to M & L Motors for my next NEW or USED car. Thanks guys, GREAT JOB

I had bought a 2012 truck elsewhere; it was not a good experience and I just wasn't satisfied. I went to M & L and was amazed at the overall atmosphere. There was a feeling of integrity among the salesmen, manager and new owners. I felt that they would work hard to find a truck to fit my needs, as well as my budget. I did not feel "tricked," but as a customer, who will definitely keep coming back.

Julius was our salesman. Ordered a new car with all options over the phone, amazing!!! No hassels, no misunderstanding, complete follow through by email and telephone conversations. Met him for the first time when we picked up the Charger SRT8, 2012. He spent a lot of time with my husband explaining how everything worked on the car, very knowledgeable. In addition, Brenda in the financing department had all paperwork ready for signature as requested, so the process of closing the sale was smooth and fast.
