They had a Nissan Xterra on the used lot I was interested in. Emailed them, told them I was interested and that I would get up there as soon as I could to check it out. I drove 2.5hrs to see the truck, arrived early because I had a wedding to get back to. They were there early to meet us. They offered a fair price and a fair value for my trade. They knew we had to get back and had things happening the whole time we were there. No pressure, except me on them. They didn't hound me with phone calls or emails, but did check in to let me know the vehicle was still there during the week plus delay before I could get up there. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. The dealership is awesome all the way around. They get it from the top to the bottom on how to take care of customers and it shows in their success. True customer service professionals.

Great experience throughout the entire process of purchasing Infiniti EX 35 for my wife. Spoke with Sales Manager the dy prior to purchase. He delivered on everything he stated over phone. Worked with Scott Schwenn sales rep. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable working with Scott and entire team. The entire sales experience was seamless and was on our way home in Infinti for wife with great price and great quality vehicle. First service experience has been just as seamless. Wife provided loaner for service which was complete in little more than 1 hour. Process was very user friendly. They even washed vehicle before returning it. Great job Modern Infiniti. I found a 2013 Tahoe on via the web on Modern's lot. I was looking for a replacement for my 2002 Tahoe. I found an LT with the color combo I liked and an even better price. Billy Donnelly is the salesman I dealt with and he made the process quick and easy. Dave Harris in the finance department offered me a great deal. For a nominal fee, the Tahoe was delivered to me in Fl days later. Upon delivery, I did find some issues with the vehicle that hadn't been revealed to me initially. I contacted Billy the next day and he assured me he'd handle it. Today, I picked my Tahoe up from the local Chevy dealer and the items in question were addressed and the bill paid by Modern. Thanks Modern for making things right.

Without a doubt the most enjoyable car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. The environment in the dealership was ultra relaxed. I felt like we were having a conversation with friends and neighbors, not car salesmen. Holden and Dave are two guys anyone would be proud to call friends. They made us feel like we were the most important people in the world during our visit. We were shopping for a used Honda Accord and found one in our model year range and price range. After learning the car we were interested in was owned by a gentleman in Florida, I expressed a concern about possible rust on the undercarriage of the car. Holden arranged for the Service Department to put the car on a lift and we were allowed all the time we wanted to do an inspection. Satisfied that the car was in good shape I made one offer to Holden and five minutes later the offer was accepted. That's the extent of our negotiating, five minutes. We got a great deal and have been well-pleased with the car. Modern Infiniti actually offers the car buying experience other dealers are quick to brag about but seldom deliver. We were so pleased with Holden,and Dave that we will be going back to Modern Infiniti in January of 2016 for a car for my wife. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or previously owned vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

Was shopping for a good deal on low mileage G37S but kept missing out as they sold fast. Was able to put a deposit on a just-listed vehicle but was assured that if we came and didn't like the car for any reason we could get the deposit back. David was very helpful over the phone making things happen the way I wanted them to. We drove the 1.5 hours to the dealership and were greeted with friendly, patient service, had all of our questions answered, and the car was as good as or better than described. They had serviced the car, put new performance tires on, and it was comforting to buy used from a new infiniti dealer. The car even came with a 30 day warranty even though it was already 7 years old. Test drive and buying process was a breeze. Only downside was no price flexibility, but I already felt the car was a great deal to start with. Would recommend and would shop there in the future.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I purchase a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in May of 2014 and started having issues with it. Nissan ended up purchasing it back, and after that, I was a little hesitant to go with another Nissan product. Even though Nissan is the parent company, Infiniti has separated itself and is miles ahead in every aspect. For a few weeks, I went or contacted at least 20 dealerships...trying to nail down exactly what I wanted. Once i decided I wanted a Q60, I contacted EVERY dealership in NC and SC. Many contacts were maid online, but with each one, I told them what I wanted (car, features, lease terms) and that I was pre-approved. I asked for a price. Modern Infiniti's first offer was by far the best of any of the offers. They beat the lowest monthly lease quote by $25/month. After the car I wanted was sold before I committed to purchase, I was able to get a similarly equipped car with more equipment at the same price. I know I got the best deal...and when I tell my friends, they don't believe me. After comitting and coming in, the dealership was extremely nice. My salesman greeted me and was very cool to deal with. I know I won't be buying another car for 39months, but I will definitely going back to Modern Infiniti Of Winston when i do!

I'm really disapointed with our experience while purchasing a 2007 Acura MDX about a month and a half ago. As part of the agreement, the center console covers were to be replaced. The vehicle was also supposed to be detailed and the timing belt replaced. We were called to pick up the vehicle, therefore no pressure for the dealer to hurry. The vehicle had been washed but the interior was never touched. The console covers were not repaired, however the service manager personally told me the covers would be ordered. To date and after a number of unanswered calls, still no covers. I also cannot confirm the timing belt was changed either. Overall a great experience until you sign the dotted line. Then you become an annoyance.

I had met with the used car manager TWICE and made an offer to buy a car and it WAS ACCEPTED verbally. I went out one more time with a salemans to make sure the car was OK. When I got back, I said I will pay for it and the manager then said NO, someone else is going to give more money. WHAT???? What ever happened to a verbal contract? I was told the car was mine and then they changed their mind. I am quite sure they were offered another price from someone else and they shafted me. That is not right!!!! This guy did not even care that he accepted my offer to buy. the bottom line is its all about the money, not customer service or doing the right thing. I am quite sure this will come back on them one way or the other. God sees all. I have no worries even though I was very disappointed I did not get that car. But most of all, I have been knocked back by deceiving sales managers. Used car dealers get a bad name because of these kind of people. Its all about the buck!!! Shame on you Infiniti of Winston-Salem NC...

To date, my car has been at the service department for 1 1/2 weeks due to a problem with the retractable hardtop. Please note that about 6 months ago I spent $2900 for a new motor for the hardtop. The ONLY time Ihave gotten any information about the status of my car is when I call them. THE SERVICE DEPT DOES NOT CALL YOU....12 days and no call? Please...I dont think you would get thst type of service from Lexus, BMW etc... I plan to look for other places for my future service needs.

I had been searching for months for a G37 convertible in the Raleigh area with little success. I was also quite hesitant to drive the 90+ miles to Winston-Salem to be disappointed. After multiple, discussions on the phone about the vehicle, pricing, warranties etc I agreed to take the trip. When I arrived, the vehicle was in great shape and ready for a drive. The sales staff (Don and Brian) were very knowledgeable and accomodating. After about an hour of test drive, discussion and review, Modern honored all their phone commitments, the price was very competitive and the car is outstanding. The ride back to Raleigh with the open air was fantastic. The facilities are being remodeled, the 3 for facilities is a reflection of the state of completion, not general quality.

Modern Infiniti of Winston-Salem and specifically 3 of its employees (Sales: Tom Davis, Dave Harris and Service: Mark Simmons) are in a class by themselves in terms of the world-class customer service, integrity and overall customer satisfaction they deliver at the level of a dealership as well as individually! Over the past 35 years I've owned many different brands of vehicles including Ford, Chevy, Audi, Acura, Saab, Volvo and BMW. Candidly I have had some good experiences as well as several terrible experiences with various dealerships over the years in the various states I have lived, either with Sales or with Service departments in each dealership; I have never found a dealership that displayed consistently excellent inter-personal as well as professional performance from beginning to end of a sales cycle and the follow-on relationship. I was in the market over the past year and half for an used SUV departing from prior buying patterns (7-series and comparable sedans) to focus on something that conformed more to what we as a family needed; I was considering BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Range Rover, Volvo, Mercedes, Cadillac, Infiniti and Acura. My 'final list' was composed of BMW, Audi, Range Rover and Infiniti. I visited many dealerships and spent 100s of hours browsing online and considered many more intending to travel as far as I needed to in order to find the exact make and model that I wanted. I buy used as a matter of principle as I don't believe in paying for something that depreciates once it is driven over the curb. Despite my love of the X5M5, Q7 Premium and HSE Sport models that I drove, I noticed inflated resale prices and a rather 'stuffy' dealership reactions in several cases when they realized I would not buy a new vehicle which put me off more than a bit. I had always been impressed with the few Infiniti sedan models that I had test-driven (or rented) over the years. Once I tried the various Infiniti SUV models I knew I had found the ultimate blend of style, performance, dependability and use of technology coupled with classic driver-friendly cabin & instrument design that I craved...I attempted to locate a 2009-2011 FX-50S model which is a very hard to find model with the perfect blend of premium features coupled with a power plant and handling that would satisfy my highway as well as off-road driving needs. After a long search I found 4 used ones existed in the entire country for sale. Enter Modern Infiniti and Tom Davis and Dave Harris who spent many hours over a 2 day period with me on the phone answering a vast array of questions that I threw at them, responding with all of the detail that I could ever hope for plus additional pictures of the vehicle that they went out of their way to send to me. This coupled with their clear, concise and exact communication style, knowledge of the business, the vehicle in question and the way in which they treated their customer convinced me I had finally found a dealership worth traveling several hours for. Once I arrived in person, every last detail of the vehicle and of the transaction was exactly as promised down to the smallest item. They had arranged every aspect of the paperwork such that I was able to test drive the vehicle and sign all of the paperwork in just under 2 hours! The dealership remained open for me to conclude my purchase almost 2 hours after their normal closing time...There were 2 follow-on maintenance items following the deal that needed to be attended to; Tom, Dave and Mark (Service Manager) went over the top for me at their own expense, even after the sale was concluded and I had returned home, several hours away, to ensure my satisfaction. Modern Infniti is (IMHO), in a class by itself in terms of overall customer services, the attention to detail and integrity with which they treat every transaction and every customer! Go See Them!!!

My Infiniti M35 lease was getting ready to end. I went by Modern Infiniti to discuss my options. I really wanted to keep the car, but didn't want higher payments. Dave was able to keep my payments the same even with the addition of a maintenance plan and extended warranty. He also got a great interest rate to match the one my credit union had offered. To top it off, the whole process took less than two hours. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and plan to return in 6 months when the lease on our EX ends.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had been searching for my son's first car for many weeks and was feeling very discouraged after speaking to multiple other dealers. While searching the internet I found the exact car my son was looking for listed on cars.com by Modern . I sent a message to inquire about the car thinking it would be days before I would hear back with a response. To my surprise I received a telephone call within minutes of my message. I spoke with Dave Harris. He was open and honest when answering my questions.There was no pressure from Dave to purchase the car. Since I live in Hickory and work long hours it was going to be a few days before I could drive to Winston. I explained this to Dave and offered to put money down on the car for them to hold until I was able to come to see it. Dave offered to bring the car to my place of business and offered to bring the paper work with him in case I wanted to purchase the car. When Dave arrived with the car it was exactly as he had described on the phone. I bought the car that evening. This kept me from taking off work and driving to Winston. Dave went above and beyond to make buying the car easy! To me this showed that Modern knows what the term "EXCELLENT" customer service means. My son wanted a spoiler and black rims on the car we purchased. Dave was very helpful telling us multiple options and offered to provide a courtesy car to drive if we had the work done at Modern. After purchasing the spoiler online we decided to take the car into Modern's Auto Extras for installation of the spoiler and to have the rims painted. We were introduced to Ben. Ben continued to demonstrate Modern's excellent customer service. He took the time to talk to my son to inquire about what he wanted and to discuss all available options. These guys know the true meaning of EXCELLENT customer service! My husband and I have purchased many new cars through out the years from multiple car dealers in the Hickory area but have NEVER received the level of service that we received from Modern. The car we purchased at Modern for our son was used but you would have thought with the service that was provided that we purchase a new car. There is a large market in Hickory as far as car dealers but with our next purchase of a new vehicle we will definitely make the drive to Modern because of their EXCELLENT service. Thank you!

I live in Pennsylvania, but was willing to travel for the car I wanted (used 2011+ Ford Mustang GT with a manual transmission), and was using the internet to search up and down the East Coast. A car meeting my requirements from Modern Infiniti showed up on one of my searches, and I immediately called the dealership. I was on a fairly tight budget, and let Dave Harris know that from the beginning. He and the rest of the Modern team were very respectful of that budget, and we were able to agree upon a price with minimal negotiation.Dave arranged for one of their drivers (Don) to pick up both my girlfriend and me from the Greensboro airport. In addition to being one of the most interesting people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, Don was courteous and delivered us safely to the dealership. Once we arrived, the great service continued, and after I inspected and test-drove the car, the paperwork went through smoothly. There were no sudden changes to the agreement we had reached, and the car was exactly as the pictures online had shown. I finished signing the paperwork, and we were on our way home.Naturally I was a little nervous beforehand about whether or not the dealership and the vehicle would actually be what they seemed to be, but this process was everything I was hoping for. They made the process easy and stress-free, and were very polite and accommodating along the way. For my own peace of mind, I took the car to my family mechanic to look over and he said the car is in perfect condition. All around, my experience with Modern Infiniti was incredible, and I highly recommend them.

I am 56 years old and buy a new car every three to four years. It was the fastest easiest deal in I cant remember when. And I am not an easy sell.After negotiating with several import brands, Modern Infinity gave me the best car for my dollar and my first Infinity. And it did not take ALL day for them to look at my trade in and give me a price. Even the final back and forth offers to settle the deal did not drag out. Other dealer took 1.5 to 2 plus hours to come up with a first trade numbers. It is rare for me to write a review but I feel Dave Harris and Brad went out of their way to make it work.My girlfriend bought a new Infinity from them the next day and did just as well as I did.

There is huge difference between dealerships. I tried to submit a review yesterday but never saw it posted. Maybe cause I was telling how one Infiniti dealership tried to screw me. Go to Winston Salem and see David. He is honest and saved me over 1k with purchasing out my lease.

We wanted to buy a 2012 QX56 with specific options and color. A local dealership told us they had the exact QX56 on their lot and wanted us to come in to discuss price. When we arrived they did not have the car that we wanted but said they could get one. When we started to discuss price they offered MSRP and 4000 below our trade value. We immediately left and told them we would find the car ourselves. The next day I called Dave Harris at Modern Infiniti of Winston Salem to discuss the 2012 QX 56 that we wanted. Dave immediatley found the SUV that we wanted and gave us a great price on the SUV and a very fair trade. We have purchased many cars in the past and this was the easiest car purchase that we have experienced. Dave was very honest and helpful from start to finish. Great Experience, no hassle, no haggle, very responsive to questions and communicated well with no hidden surprises. I came a long way to get my car, and I was happy that it was so easy. It was probably the easiest buying experience ever. Go see Dave Harris!!! He's a nice guy and won't feed you any lines and isn't pushy. I may just go back there for another car when it's time. Excellent experience. I had started at a dealer closer to home where I had bought a 2012 M37. They started with a "market adjustment" price $3995 higher than sticker and tried to make me feel good at $2000 off of that. Modern did none of that crap. They gave me a price off sticker and we discussed additions and subtractions. I got a fair trade-in value. The service after the sale was by far the best I have experienced. I felt no pressure to "do it today!"I will be servicing my other Infiniti with Modern as well even though it will be 30 miles longer to drive.

I just dropped by to get a oil change and also to ask if they would do some touch up paint on a few places, and also i ask for a loaner car. They were able to do all that i ask and in a timely manner i might add. My overall experience was very good, I would rate them in a above average percential in customer service and in workmanship. I am very pleased with Modern Infiniti of Winston Salem!!!

I drove in my 146k miled g35 with an aging tranny, while inspecting a newer 2011 m37. they advised me on my G for free and I purchased the M which they delivered to me in Charlotte. I don't think they could have provided a more pleasant experience. Dave and the team at Modern gets a 2 thumb up from us. The Goldens....Charlotte
