I was visiting family in NC when I had trouble with my 2018 Subaru. I was over 900 miles from my home and decided to bring it to Modern Subaru of Boone. I was able to make an appointment on-line. Waiting room is nice. About the only good thing I can say about the service department. Took a car in with overheating issues. Was told it was a water pump, which they replaced for $775.00. Didn't fix the problem, so I took it back only to be told I now needed a new radiator and engine rebuild, approximately $5,000.00 worth of work. Decided to buy a new car instead, from another dealership. When I went to pick up the car with the overheating problem, I was informed "it might just be the radiator". Won't be going back.

The staff at Modern gave us a warm welcome, listened to our questions, and certainly has a thorough knowledge of all the nuts and bolts of the Subaru Outback. They eagerly arranged a test drive in a location I requested to demonstrate the vehicles performance, and thoroughly explained all the safety features. When we reached our decision to purchase, all was handled in an efficient professional manner. After purchase, Geoff, the salesman, again took us on a second demonstration ride to be sure we were comfortable with the car's safety and electronic equipment.Should you be in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend a visit to Modern in Boone NC.

A very friendly staff who clearly know their product and willingly answered any and all questions. They listened to our concerns, detailed the workings of the vehicle features, and quickly arranged a test drive in a location I had chosen to be certain we would be satisfied with the vehicles performance. There was no pressure to purchase, but rather more of a friend showing a friend how something works and performs.We selected the Subaru Outback, and the purchasing process was very efficient and professional. I have a Subaru Legacy bought in 2015 which needed some recall work done. It was completed and they let me know that there was a second recall that I didn't know about and other warranty things that needed to be done. It was taken care of at my convenience and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful.

I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited and I called about a recall. They didn't have the part so they put me on a list. They called when the part came and let me know that there was also another recall that I needed. We scheduled the service. They had coffee and bagels(It was a 7 am service so I was in need of caffeine). The service tech let me know that I was also needing to have my tires rotated as I had not had that done and it was part of the warranty. Best service quick and they got so much done all in one visit..The Service Department is on it and they keep up with what needs to be done when.

we bought a 2014 Outback - all was just as described in the video and report Ben was excellent - helpful in every way; so was Tony, the business manager.Both were commited to finding us the best deal possible.there was never pressure, only kind assistance. we have been delighted with the vehicle including driving it over mountain roads to Elizabethton, Tn. You are very fortunate to have people working for you like Adriane. She delivered the car we wanted and didn't quite until she found it. We purchased our first "Outback" from another dealer because the old dealership had the attitude of "take it or leave it"; so we left it. Modern and Adriane were so responsive to our every need that we had. We had some "special needs" that they worked around with out hesitation and in a professional manner. I believe the price and terms were more than fair!I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED "MODERN" TO OTHERS WHO HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLES FROM YOU WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE.

After weeks of looking for a car, we found the exact car that net all the criteria at Modern Subaru. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even offering to get our dogs water and treats. I called Adriane to ask about a Legacy I was interested in that was not on their lot. The very next day the car was on their lot and she emailed me all the paperwork. I emailed it back to her and was approved. I went to pick up the car and 1 hour later was on my way home. This is how you buy a car the MODERN way

Just leased a new Subaru Forrester from Modern and found their folks to be very nice. Adrian was a super salesperson and Joe was very knowledgeable in handling the final process as well as giving a review of the car's technology options. While I know we will not remember all of it, I will feel comfortable calling either Joe or Adrian with questions. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and we felt we had been treated fairly. Just purchased the second Subaru in less than a year from this dealership, and sales agent Adriane Lewis. The customer service given to us on the purchase of a Legacy in 9/2015 is why we returned to purchase our Outback in 4/16. The Subaru cars sell themselves, especially with the EyeSight technology, the lane assist that keeps you in your lane if you're momentarily distracted, the boxer-style engine, the amazing stability and control on curvy roads, and the steel passenger capsule that extremely reduces the number of fatalities from accidents. Having always been Toyota customers previously -- my brother owned a Toyota store at one time -- I never thought I'd want anything other than a Camry...until we test-drove the Legacy while looking for a car for my Dad. We were immediately sold on the car, but the Winston Salem Flow Motors dealership we were visiting was unable to find us one with what we wanted without ordering it. I did a quick internet search that same day of 2016 Legacy's available with exactly what we wanted, and found it online at Modern Subaru of Boone. Adriane handles internet sales as well, so when I called to see if the car was still available, she was the one with whom I spoke. It was available, for $400 less than the price at the W-S dealership, so we asked her for the OTD price and asked her to have the car ready for us to pick up the next day....sight unseen. Easiest purchase ever! We were treated so well and everyone at the dealership was fabulous, so when we decided to add an Outback, Adriane is the only one I called. It just happened that one in the color and with exactly the items we wanted was in transit to their dealership. We took the Legacy in for service on Friday afternoon and drove the Outback while waiting on it, received from Adriane their best price (better than others we've seen advertised), called for the OTD price the following Monday morning, and went back to bring the car home on Wednesday....would have gone on Tuesday, but I had scheduling conflict! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the car, and this will be our Subaru dealership for life! (Incidentally, Tony Vermeer, while doing our paperwork, mentioned the Gold Plus extended warranty available at a discount only at the time of a new car purchase. We've NEVER purchased an extended warranty on ANYTHING, realizing they typically do not cover the things most likely to happen to a vehicle after 3 or 4 years and are usually too expensive for what they would cover. My husband asked exactly what was covered with this warranty and was surprised to learn the full extent of the coverage, especially for the electronics of the car. Considering the number of computers on today's vehicles and the amazing technology on the Subaru, and considering the fact that electronic issues are typically the most expensive to fix (having learned this hard lesson on our previously-owned Cadillac DeVille), we felt the cost was very reasonable for the coverage and made the purchase. Tony was not at all "pushy" on the issue and would have let it drop after we said we weren't interested, had my husband not, on second thought, asked about the specific coverages.)

We drove up from Winston-Salem to pick out a car. We got a Subaru Outback. Adriane really understood the car and features and explained everything in a friendly and natural way. She handled all my questions. Tony was friendly too and got our loan organized. The dealership itself is nice and new, clean and neat. The dealership has displays showing their work in the community for MS. Employees were attentive, but relaxed. So, our buying experience was a great experience.

It was a pleasure working with Adriane Lewis when I purchased my Forester. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was planning on purchasing a Forester. We discussed the various trim lines and the equipment and accessories. I chose the vehicle that would work best for our family and Adriane showed me the features and how they worked. It was an easy and relaxed process purchasing the vehicle. I feel she was very instrumental getting me a good price and great interest rate on our new vehicle.Tony Vermeer was very knowledgeable and efficient at completing all the paperwork. He answered my questions and I understood what was being done.When I bring our 2012 Forester in for service J is very helpful. He keeps me informed about what service needs to be completed to keep our vehicle in top shape. When I had a dashboard warning light come on he worked me in the next day to get the problem corrected. This is a great dealership and I plan to give Modern dealerships all my future business. They are very friendly, polite and helpful especially Adriane Lewis. The last experience buying a vehicle at a Kia dealership made us never want to buy a car again. This visit changed our view on buying a car. I have had service done twice at this dealership and both times was disappointed in the customer service and the maintenance performed on my car. The first time, the service center changed the settings on my dash, moved the rear camera to a different position and they failed to fill all the car's fluids. After the second visit, which took over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation, I complained to the only manager in the building (who seemed disinterested in my complaint) who took my name and number and said he would pass it on. Well, I never heard back from the dealer. I will never bring my cars back to this dealer. Very dissatisfied customer.

I used the internet buying service and found a very reasonable price for my Subaru 3.6R Outback. The car drives very well, has good acceleration and is very quiet. I think I will be happy with this car. I anticipate using the dealer for servicing.

Kevin and Tony are a great team. After 2 months of test driving and shopping for the perfect outback we found it at Modern Subaru. The perfect color with everything we wanted!! After endless hours of searching on the Internet to find the right car...my search ended with a trip to Modern Subaru of Boone! Kevin was our salesman and he was excellent! He truly came across as someone who wanted to help you find the right car for you. He was not pushy or rude. He was kind, thoughtful and informative. The person who processed our paperwork was super!! We drove away in our new vehicle appreciating the experience that Modern Subaru had provided. I would certainly recommend this "home town feel" dealership to anyone. I am not a resident of Boone but these guys made us feel right at home. I love my car and I will buy my next vehicle at Modern Subaru in BOONE.

My wife and I have owned 13 Subarus since the mid nineties. With one exception about 14 years ago our experiences in the service department have been excellent. I commend the service manager Darren and his assistant Chris for running a tight ship. Shop foreman Hubert is one of the nicest and most helpful guys I've ever had the pleasure to be around. They've always treated our cars as their own and take an obvious pleasure in a "job well done." My wife's 2013 Forester had a serious problem in common with a number of 13's and 14's and the issue was resolved to our immense satisfaction. And the problem was a really big deal: expensive and time consuming, but totally covered under warranty. Way too many dealerships make warranty issues a headache due to the way the work is paid for by the manufacturer. Not the Modern service department. I could not be more pleased with our service experiences at Modern Subaru of Boone.

Andriane Lewis and I had been emailing back and forth for awhile, how refreshing to get all your questions answered in a timely manner over the e-mail with no hassles, especially when I was so busy with graduate school and working but trying to research getting a new Subaru. With the other dealerships it was hit and miss,with my questions not getting answered, they just wanted me to come in and I couldn't, That's when I knew I would only deal with Adriane!! She was so patient!! Then once we were able to finally get up there she worked with us to get the car I could afford without compromising on what I needed. I hope she is still there when I have to trade in this one. She went over and beyond I am telling you !!! We saw the Crosstrek online and it sparked our interest. We knew we wanted to trade in our beloved VW Golf but wasn't sure for what and when. When we did go to the dealership, Kevin Hecht greeted us, introduced himself, asked our names and asked if he could be of any help. We discussed with him our intent and he walked us over to the Crosstreks. Every question we threw at him anywhere from leasing a vehicle, trade-in options and the overall ins and outs of the Crosstrek, Kevin answered throughly. We went for a test drive, went inside and discussed numbers and we were sold on the car and dealership. The process was easy, quick, no one was pushy for 'extras' or extended warranty packages and we felt from beginning to end, all the employees we worked with throughout the process had a genuine concern for what and how we felt as the customer. GREAT JOB MODERN SUBURU, we would recommend the dealership without at doubt!

We had a great experience buying our new 2015 Outback with Kevin Hecht. We had been to two other Subaru dealerships and have had negative experiences at both. Sales person was attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. We don't look forward to buying a new car because the experience is usually a negative. This one however was very pleasant. There was no pressure to buy a car. The finance person was very polite and informative. He knew his job and did it all the while carrying on a pleasant conversation with us. I researched comparable vehicles and visited several dealers. Modern of Boone provided a great car-buying experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, warm, courteous and professional. The 3.6R Outback Limited is a dream machine. It's head and shoulders above the Acura RDX, Honda CR-V, and others in that class. I drove over 200 miles home and enjoyed the experience. The "EyeSight" was amazing. The ride was smooth and the 3.6 was powerful. I LOVE IT.

We found the sales and finance staff to be friendly and efficient. Completed the transaction in under 2 hours...with financing...and having to chase down our insurance agent to get coverage bound. They stayed with us through the whole process. I would recommend this team to anyone interested in buying a new Subaru.

We just bought a new 2014 Outback. The overall service was great. Adrienne was extremely kind and helpful. There's no pressure in buying. Everything was straight forward. We didn't haggle on the price.The only negative comment I have is beware when going through the financing. We did 0% for 3 years. When going through the contract and signing, we were told that the extended warranty, which was described for us, was included in the bottom line price. That 80% of the people take it, so they automatically include it. We were a bit surprised by that, but didn't think much of it when we were told it was approximately $9.00 extra a month. The finance guy went through all the line items and we signed the papers, leaving Modern Subaru very happy.When we got home, and took a closer look at the contract, we saw that the extended warranty was $1999.00 including tax, and it was $53.00 a month! Not $9.00 a month.We spoke to Adrienne the next day and she said, no problem, they can take off the extended warranty. We went in and they took it off the contract and we just had to resign the new contract. It lowered our payment by $53.00 a month.When speaking to the finance guy, again, I reiterated that it was not $9.00 to $13.00 per month. He said that's what it works out with 6 or 7 year financing (again, we financed for 3 years!). Wrong again!!! It would take almost13 years to pay for the extended warranty at $13.00 per month!!So . . . they were very understanding about the warranty, and that, too, was hassle free, but I think it's a little underhanded that we were told it was $9 a month when it wasn't even close.So, go to Modern Subaru. The folks there are great. Just be careful when it comes to the extended warranty. Figure it out BEFORE you sign the first contract to avoid the hassle later.

I'll first explain away my 3-star rating of their facilities -- no dealer I saw in Boone would get more than 3 stars, so don't think that this facility is any worse than any other. Plus, they are building a new building, so I'm sure this will go up to 5 stars soon. They made buying my car pretty easy. They had the car that I wanted (which no other dealer within 3 hours of Charlotte did) and at a price I was willing to pay. Drove in, did the necessary paperwork, and hit the road without any ulcers. The guys were friendly and straight-forward and there wasn't a lot of pressure. I only have one complaint, and it's based on a suspicion of an up-sell tactic (and I could be wrong, so don't take this as fact). I was initially told that Subaru was offering 3 years special financing. Made for a high payment, but okay, that's my choice. Not long after I submitted my paperwork, I was told they got 4 years. Then it was 6 years. Then when I was with the financing guy, I was told that the sales guys didn't know that 7 years was actually available, but by going with that _and_ an extended warranty, my payments would be... I suspect it was 7 years all along, but that they sandbag it to improve your perception along the way ("the deal just keeps getting better!"), holding back the 7-year number for a warranty up-sell. I understand why people use tactics like this, I just don't like it when one is used on me. Overall, a pretty hassle-free and pleasant experience. Except that no one in Boone sells a steak until after 5:00.

Joe Toliver was the salesman who came out when my wife and I pulled up. We had never met him before, but he was the first car salesman (ever in my life) that did not give you that feeling of being a vulture, or like he was going to sale you a car before you left the lot no matter what. We, also, had never visited Modern Subaru of Boone prior to this visit, but I would recommend this place of business to absolutely anyone. The "kicking the tire" phase, to the negotiating phase, to the actual shaking the hands on the deal phase, to the signing all the paperwork phase, to the driving off the lot and returning a couple of weeks later to have them check 1 issue was like none I have ever experience before - and let me say, that's been over a few decades. I, personally, am not a Subaru fan, but I would definitely return to Modern Subaru of Boone if I were ever looking for another vehicle. ...a very please customer.

Not only was it the first All wheel drive car made, it was the safest and easiest to maintain. So when my wife,s little forester (so rightly named MAMA) started approaching 300,000. miles, it blew a head gasket on her way to work. It was time for us to start looking for another Subaru. My wife had Never owned a New Car, so when I got to her job, I asked her if she had been looking for another car as of yet, and she had and pulled out a flyer that she had copied from the internet, and knowing my wife she is Very thorough and Very Detailed oriented, so she said there are 2 cars. One in Avery County & One in Boone. We have done business with both dealerships, and Everyone at Both Dealerships are Great People, but the color of car my wife wanted just happen to be in Boone. So, after work we drove to Boone drove the car walked inside and was able to negotiate a firm deal very quickly. Old style negotiating is long gone at most dealerships, but not at Modern. ALL of the folks you meet there are top notch people and very easy to work with. This is our 4th Subaru, and when it comes time to purchase another one, Modern Subaru in Boone, NC will be the Dealership we choose, and I would give it a 5 Star Rating without a doubt!!!

Aaron was straight forward and did everything he said he would do. We needed a car quickly at a reasonable price. Modern Subaru was extremely responsive. Our experience at Maxwell Subaru in Burlington was terrible. Worst of all the dealership was dishonest and unresponsive.

On Dec.16, 2013 I took my wife's 2011 Outback to Modern Subaru in Boone to have a headlight replaced. It is such a complicated procedure that my local mechanic did not want to do it. I was charged $69.27 for this. I was also told that the front brakes needed replacing "today" and the rear brakes "tomorrow" since they were almost metal to metal. This did not seem right to me so I declined, thanked her and left. On March 11, 2014 I took the same car to Don Smith Subaru in Spruce Pine, NC for service. The other headlight had burned out the day before so I asked to have it replaced. I also asked them to check the brakes. When finished I was told all the brakes were fine and I need not worry. I was also charged only $31.95 for a new headlight installed, less than 1/2 the price at Modern Subaru. Obviously I will not return to Modern. I also have both invoices in case someone wants to dispute this.

I did my research and the Subaru Outback is the best vehicle because of its affordability, reliability, and safety. The all-wheel drive does not detract from great fuel economy. It has the best combination of a comfortable, quiet and sporty drive. Modern Subaru of Boone is the only dealership for me. It is part of a family owned and operated business. Modern respects its costumers and stands behind its products.

We felt they went out of their way to be helpful and we were not pressured to buy a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone because of the friendly helpful atmosphere and excellent quality of vehicles. Mark Mashburn spent a great deal of time with us to make sure all our questions were answered and we were satisfied with our purchase. Information given to us for servicing and maintaining our vehicle gave me confidence that we would be given excellent service. I purchased a new Subaru Forrester over the internet including an application for financing during which time I dealt with John Campbell who was extremely helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the dealership the next day I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Mashburn who immediately asked if I wanted to drive the vehicle prior to completing the deal and I told him it wasn't necessary since I had taken a previous test drive back in Oct 2012. He wanted to show us the parts and service dept. and I told him that as a Subaru owner I have used this dealership in the past. He was very efficient in filling out our paperwork and did a great job in taking us out to the vehicle and explaining all the controls and features of the new car. The finance manager Will Norwood was also very courteous and knowledgeable and completed our paperwork in a very short time. I look forward to my dealings with the service dept.

Logistics and financing closer to home had gone awry at the last minute, but we drove to Boone on Christmas Eve and they pulled it off. Adriane even found one of those giant bows like you see on TV. To say the difference between Modern Subaru's approach to car sales is vastly different from your standard high-pressure dealership is a vast understatement. Adriane has got to be the most honest and least pushy car sales person we have ever met. We had actually just come to Modern Subaru to test drive various models as we had never driven a Subaru before. As we have since discovered, the all wheel drive and CVT are what set Subarus apart from the rest of the vehicles we were considering. We felt kind of foolish for never having considered a Subaru despite the fact that we live in a rural area way off the beaten path. We traded in a small SUV for an Outback and have been delighted and amazed. Where we once experienced slipping and fish tailing around the muddy and icy roads in our community, we have yet to notice this in the Outback. It has such a smooth ride even on gravel roads that we feel like we are gliding. It is a decision that we should have made a year ago when dealing with the ice and snow. We couldn't have made this transition without the help of Modern Subaru's staff. Jim, the finance professional is ethical and knowledgable and Adriane displays the utmost integrity. We are so pleased with our purchase and our car buying experience.

From sales to working out terms of the loan to finance, the three men were very personable and helpful. We had a budget and could only do so much. They worked with us and made it happen. Our experience with the staff at Modern Subaru was excellent. We had an unusual trade in situation and Frank, Adriane and Will all made it possible to get the deal done with the professionalism and courtesy. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

The buying process was great. Mark Marshburn did a good job finding me car that met my needs and those of my wife, the primary driver. He is easily one the best sales people I have run into in the car business and I have purchased over 50 cars in the last 35 years. An excellent young man and an asset to the business. The only improvement I think could be made is with the financing department they seemed to be a bit slow and missed several details that I caught which added time. The financing portion just did not seem as fluid as the rest of the process. However to be fair they did correct them quickly.

Through the years my experience with Subaru has been excellent. This is the third Subaru that we have purchased. Our 2001 Outback sedan still looks new and runs like new. The people at Modern Subaru are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

They seem dishonest to me. I do not trust them. Service Rep was lousy. I called and called to check the status but would only return my call days later, at his leisure. They replaced and sneaked a brake caliper into my invoice. I had replaced that caliper one year prior so I know that it did not need to be replaced. I did not notice until I had the car at home for a few days. Furthermore, I had my head rebuilt three years ago with a new head gasket. They called to tell me that my head gasket was leaking and it sure is, now. I am not sure but I suspect that someone in the shop jammed a flat-head screwdriver into it and damaged it on purpose. It was not leaking when I took it in. I know the caliper was a sneak job. I cannot be so sure about the head gasket but the caliper leads me to question the character of this whole Modern outfit. Never will I do business with Modern Subaru, Toyota, or other Modern own dealership.

My car was totaled and I had to find a new one. Modern was great through the whole process. Couldn't sake for better service, proud to know these guys.

I bought my subaru from Southern States Subaru before Modern took over. Once Modern took over the dealership the service department went down hill. I took my subie for its 60 thousand mile maintenance and they put the wrong transmission fluid in my transmission, then told me it was a wiring harness, they replaced the wiring harness under warranty. At this service they also told me I needed new back routers and brakes. I had that done. Well now at 88 thousand miles I have a passenger side back brake router that is bad again. We looked at it ourselves and it is so rusty that I can not believe it was replaced like I paid for. I am done with this service department and dealer. They have lost my business.

We initially inquired several Subaru dealerships via an online car shopping network using "certified" low price dealers dealers. We had three quick inquiries and two quotes based on our wish list. Each of the dealers were a minimum two hour plus driveaway and one was almost three. We decided to visit Modern Subaru in Boone since it's only a one hour drive. Out intent was to test drive an Outback and look one over and then get back with the other "certified" dealers several hours away. Modern had some nice in house incentives if we decided to buy in the next few days. They had what we wanted and they gave us an "out the door" price. We went home and compared it with the other quotes and we were happy with Moderns offer despite the guarantee lowest price from the others. Moderns price was not only lower, one by almost $1,000, but their fees were less, their invoice was less and the one installed item we wanted was much less and all with less driving for us. I contacted the original dealers and thanked them for their help and told them we were buying from Modern instead. Never heard back from two of them but one emailed back with a very sarcastic comment about our purchase from Modern. We now own a 2014 Outback and hope to have many years of safe and fun driving. PS: Those on site car buying sites are a joke!

Negotiated a price for a new car. Had everything locked in. Get to the dealership and speak to the sales rep who disturbingly claimed that the paperwork would be handled by the sales manager. The sales manager grabbed the paperwork from the sales rep and rudely walked off. He was extremely RUDE. He then came back and only wanted to give the MSRP for the car not the price we had agreed on. He did funny math to make the numbers look like they matched the price we had agree on but they did not. The price he tried to give matched up exactly with the MSRP not the negotiated agreed upon price. He was unwilling to negotiate or to honor the price quoted. He kept saying he had to talk to someone else but that guy was unavailable. Well why make a deal in the first place if you aren't going to honor it? So disgusted with this experience that we are looking at other car manufacturers.

This is my third Outback, but my first purchase from Modern Subaru. Even though, they did not have what I wanted in stock, they quickly found the Outback I wanted and at a reasonable price. My sales rep., Brad Collins, was very helpful and made the whole purchase process very easy. No hassles! No pressure!

MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT 2 NEW CARS FROM MODERN SUBARU, WE TRAVELED FROM BRISTOL, TENNESSEE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT DEAL WE FOUND ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE EVEN GOT LOST ON THE WAY THERE AND THEY TALKED US IN OVER THE PHONE. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A NEW CAR OR CARS I SHOULD SAY. WHEN WE NEED SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE WE WILL TRAVEL THERE AGAIN, IT IS WORTH THE TRIP.

I called about an outback showing online. Initially seemed friendly enough. I verified they would be open until 7. I drove an hour after work to talk to them. Arrived just after 6. Place was deserted. No one was there. I called the next day, spoke to same lady. She did not remember me from 2 days ago. She had to ask someone else if they had closed early the day before. They had because of snow. It wasn't too bad, otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Here attitude was very underwhelming. Wasn't very apologetic. They definitely have lost a sale.

Absolutely awful experience. And this wasn't the first time. Gave them a chance months ago, did not go well, from pushy internet sales to lack of knowledge on salesman's part. Gave them another chance about 3 weeks ago, salesman didn't know the product he was selling, tried to push a vehicle I didn't want just because they had it on the lot, and then manager was overly pushy and RUDE regarding pricing and finding a vehicle to match my description. Needless to say, I purchased my new Subaru elsewhere. I can only speak for Sales Staff, but I would not send any enemy to their dealership. I have heard good things about their Service Dept, but have no personal experience with them...
