Had a five star experience in purchasing a car, my salesperson Candice Vanore was wonderful, was actually concerned about our experience. We also met another salesman while waiting for Candice, James Little, he was polite, helpful and professional. He was not our sales person just an employee selling Montgomery Motors to a potential customer. If all your employees are like these two you will be very successful!

Although I drove over from a neighboring county, the extra drive was well worth the effort based on the service I received at Montgomery Motors, especially from salesman Gerard Julius. Most sales people disappear after the sale has been closed, but Gerard has continued to reach out and check on my satisfaction. Because of his professionalism, I'll recommend others visit Montgomery Motors when considering a preowned or new vehicle.

The one think I truly liked was the car wash. When I went several weeks ago one of the wash guys informed me that Kevin SAID we could only us the car wash when you had an oil change. So now I can only get my car washed once ever 4 or 5 months. I don't drive 5 thousand miles a month. With a new car and a truck that is only 3and 1/2 years old you would think a small thing like a car wash would not be asking to much. We have both of them washed and waxed every year at Montgomery motor's. Montgomery Motors does all of the work on both of them. "Sorry no more car washes" Thanks Betty Spivey

I have a 2012 MKZ and love it. Only 23,000 miles so need to get out more. My son visited from Dallas, Texas and I had him drive me all over NC. He said what A NEAT CAR! MY FRIENDS ALL LOVE THE SMOOTH RIDING OF THE CAR. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. REALLY LIKE THE DESIGN OF THE 2012 BETTER THAN THE 2013. Montgomery Motors are wonderful to work with. I live on the North Carolina Coast, but Montgomery Motors Internet Sales made my purchase of a 2008 GMC Yukon XL absolutely painless. I was able to negotiate my deal over the phone with Reggie Wells and my salesman, Julian London. We live in a truly remarkable age, as I was able to see the vehicle in real time, via Face Time through mine and Julians iPhones. Julian walked me throughout the vehicle and answered all my questions along the way. I was literally able to see the vehicle inside and out, even though I was hundreds of miles away. Being able to see the vehicle this way provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision, especially since I wouldnt be able to actually test drive it at that time. These men were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process, even when I detected a problem with the vehicle which, by the way, they voluntarily offered to deliver to me, some 5 hours away and at no extra cost! Who does that, nowadays!?!? Because of the logistics involved, Reggie and I were able to negotiate a cash back allowance, due to a necessary repair to the vehicle. I paid about 60% of the vehicles cost in cash. The remaining amount, I financed with Reggies help. Im mentioning this because I have a bankruptcy that had just been discharged a few months ago and I didnt think I would find anyone that could get the financing I needed (even on a relatively minor amount) done. Not only did Reggie get it done, but he got it at a rate I truly didnt believe I would qualify for. I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised! There is absolutely nothing negative I can say regarding my deal nor about the dealership or its employees. During my transaction, I spoke with Taylor, Reggie, Julian, Kevin and Ben. Each one of them went out of their way to help me and work with me throughout the transaction. You wont find a better team to work with if youre in the market for a new or used car. I highly recommend Montgomery Motors you wont be disappointed!

Kevin found just the car I wanted, mileage and cost within my range. Went there to look at a 2005 Explorer Sport Track but found it to be a little small. I was pre-approved with an on-line outfit at 16.45% for 72 months. Came back a couple of days later to look at another Sport Track and my salesman said lets look at another truck. It was a 2012 F-150 XLT in exceptional condition with more room with the crew-cab than I thought possible. I drove it and of course liked it a lot but told my salesman ,Mr. Robinson that surely I could not afford it. I thought there was no way they could get the payment at the level I needed. Reggie the finance man worked miracles and came through with a 3.9% rate for 60 months on a CPO vehicle with a fantastic warranty. I am no rookie at buying cars and I can honestly say that I was never treated so well and with such respect ever at a dealership. Mr. Robinson and Reggie deserve all the credit as they were honest and did beyond my expectations on the truck. I will certainly recommend your dealership ,your salesman and your finance man to all I know in the market for a vehicle.

I Bought a car from troy and it was sold to me by Greg Ellis. The car was a mess and it been over there for a month now and still isn't fix every time I call they say it will be next week. I ask to trade the car in for another one they said no and. My car been over there 6 times and when I talked to Kevin Smith about it on the phone he told me well maybe it might get fixed.The 6 time it's been the same thing every time I take it over there they do bad business I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a car and if you do got one get out why you can.

I bought a 2014 tuxedo black Explorer loaded. The price was great and the salesman, Greg Ellis, really went all out to get me the vehicle my family wanted. It has the synch feature, heated leather seats, satellite radio, and all the other features available. Everyone there was great. The finance team was friendly and honest and saved me a lot of money. The pre-owned department even gave me more for my trade-in than CarMax offered, so that was a bonus. I was recommended the dealership by a friend and I have also had another friend buy a vehicle based on my recommendation. I've told lots of folks about my wonderful all around experience and plan to continue to do so.

I was shopping for a Toyota Tacoma truck and the salesman Giovanni called me and said he had a nice 2009 black trd Toyota Tacoma on the lot and when could I come to check it out,,,i told him I would be down after I got out of work on the 15th of feb,,2014,,,we drove the truck and I noticed on the internet they had had the truck for over 4 months,,when asked how long he had had the truck he said about six months,,the reason he gave me was everyone wanted a 4 wheel drive truck,,so I could not decide and tripp told me to drive it home and let my mechanic check it out over the weekend,,going home I noticed the airbag light was on,,after I got here my son pointed out to me both headlight were busted,,,i took the truck on Monday morning to my mechanic and he said that the air bag light might cost 400 to fix,,,so after I took it back to the dealership and informed tripp about the problem he told me he would cut me a check for the 400 for repairing the airbag and what the headlights cost,,,the total of the check was 922.00,,that I was supposed to receive in about 3 days after the deal was funded as he put it,,i bought the truck and took it to my mechanic and he worked all day on it and said he could not fix the airbag light,,it had to go to a Toyota dealership,,i called tripp and he informed me that I bought the truck as is and he cant put no more money in it,,i called a few dealerships plus googled it and all the information said it was illegal to sell a car by a dealer that does not come up to safety standards set by the nc dmv,,,I called the state attorney general office and made them aware of the problem,,they said they would send some compliant forms for me to fill out,,i called tripp and tried to explain about the safety issue and that he need to get it fixed,,rather than fix it,,he told me to bring it back and he would unwind the contract,,and he did and I told him if he had to fix the truck why not just fix it and sell it to me,,,and he said he would check to see how much it would cost,,,and he also said he was going to wholesale it at a auction if the price was too high,,but he did say he was going to call me and let me know the price,,which he never did,,and I tried to call and I guess they knew my number when it came up because Giovanni always answer the phone and told me tripp was busy,,,finally I had my wife call and go to the service dept and then transfer the call to ben nedham,,,the person who handles the financing,,he informed me that he would be back in touch before they closed,,,never called,,,i have spoken with other dealerships about this,,,and all was appaled that someone would try and sell a car that would not pass the laws set aside by the ncdmv for safety,,the attorney general has send paperwork to me to file a claim against this and all the dealers have told me to file the claim plus get in touch with the department of motor vehicles,,,safety might not mean much to some but I consider it bad business to try and sell a car or truck knowingly that could hurt or injure someone,,the proper thing to do would have been to check evertything out before putting a price on the truck,,,and fixing it even if they had to pass the cost on to the consumer before putting it up for sale,,and most dealers have a checklist they go by first before selling it,,but I guess these people don't,,i cant speak for everyone,,,but after seeing what has happened to me and avoiding something that should have been fixed and was illegal to sell,,and in nc if the airbag light is on,,,it will not pass inspection before it is fixed,,,so you will not get to renew your plates,,,,i honestly cant speak for everyone that has bought cars from them,,,,but I had rather go to a car lot on the corner that you buy there and pay there before I would trust these people,,,thank you for your time in reading this and I do hope it sheds some light on the consumer that has intention of buying from there,,,

Had the worst experience at Montgomery motors. I replaced my sons car front end parts on his 97 Volvo, so I took it to Montgomery motors to have it aligned. I noticed later on his tires were eating out on the inside. I took it back to Montgomery motors to have them to fix it. They apologized and took it in to look at it. Later on in the year my son has a blow out, another mechanic stop to help change the tire, and told my son it needs to be aligned. so I take it to another mechanic in Troy. They told me it was 1 inch out of alignment on one side and 3/4 of an inch on the other. It appears that the original alignment was never done. So I confront Montgomery motors of this problem. and the manager gives me the run around, and the owner as well. So I'm here warning you don't to go Montgomery Motors if you value your automobile and money. I never got a refund of any value.

I was very impressed with the comfortable atmosphere at Montgomery Motors and my salesman Mark Henderson. Mark was courteous, answered all questions that were asked. My wife and I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Wow , what a vehicle. Mark showed us all the features about the car and how they worked. We drove away in this awesome vehicle with great big smiles on our faces.

I came across a used van that I was very interested in. I contacted Mark Johnson and talked to him about it a little, Mark told me to come on out and he would have it ready. Mark was great to work with, hands down the best car sales person I have ever worked with. He had the van ready for us to look at when we arrived, and in minutes we were on the road. The entire process went really smooth, which was great based on the fact that we were actually there after their normal business hours. Mark and Kevin did not rush us at all, and even provided cartoons for our young daughter while we were making our decision. Our entire family enjoyed this experience, I am very pleased that I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and Kevin. This place is almost 2 hours from my home in Raleigh, but I assure you that when I am ready to buy another car i will be contacting Mark and the team at this location.

I did extensive online research before going to Montgomery Motors to test drive a 2013 Focus. As expected, my research resulted in many emails and phone calls from many Ford dealers throughout NC. Of all the dealers that contacted me, only Montgomery Motors, and one other dealership that was miles away, were able or willing to answer my questions. All the others only offered to "discuss the details" if I could come to their dealership. When Alena called from Montgomery Motors she was more than willing to answer all my questions. She gave my name to Mr. Ossie Marshall and the rest is history. Within 24 hours of my test drive, I had the exact car I wanted including exterior and interior colors and other options. Buying my new Focus from Montgomery Motors was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks for making it happen Ossie! You rock!
