I was referred by a friend to Morgan when I was looking for a car. I called ahead to make sure that the car I found on their website was available to drive. I spoke with Mark and he had it there ready for a test drive when I arrived. I showed up and Mark asked me for a copy of my license and handed me the keys and said enjoy, we close in 4 hours.....Nothing better than the ability to test drive a car, pressure free and really experience it without someone else with you. I took the car for a good half hour to get a feel of it on the road both on the highway and a little bit of city. The car was great. I love black cars and it is hard to find a clean used black car that doesn't have scratches and chips all over. When I tell you that this car was clean, this car was clean. The interior is immaculate and the motor runs strong. (It is a 2007 Cadillac STS with 55K miles). When I returned Doug, the owner, approached me and introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. He wanted to know what I thought of the car and found Mark so that we could talk more. Mark and I talked for a while and Doug checked in with us to see what he could do to "earn my business". There was no pressure to buy. Doug and Mark were true gentleman and wanted to earn my business. They were not there to "sell" me. Needless to say I signed a sales agreement that day and returned the following Saturday to take delivery of the vehicle. I have had the car for a little over a month now and love it more every day. I give Morgan Automotive and their team a full endorsement to anyone considering a purchase.

This was my second purchase from Morgan..... I was so satisfied the first time so we came back when it was time to trade in our second vehicle! We bought a beautiful truck this time and very please once again!! They hadn't forgotten us from the first time we bought from them!! They are very friendly and give great service to their customers! We came home with our new truck the same day we went there....that's how fast they do their service!! Absolutely the best place to by a vehicle! This is how the expereince of buyig a vehicle should be. I searched online, found a vehicle of my desired make and model, age, mileage, and price range. Called Morgan to see if vehicle was still available. Morgan confirmed and left me alone to figure out when I could make it in to see and test drive. I called the day before to reconfirm vehcile still available, it was, so I advised I woud be in to see and test drive on Saturdy morning. That was it. I arrived Satuday morning, as the folks at Morgan greated me and my wife, they knew who I was, the vehicle had been cleaned spotless, and was ready for me to see and drive. I was handed the keys and left alone to look the car over and take it out for a test drive when I was ready, not when the sales person was ready. The vehicle was in perfect condition, Absolutely perfect! My wife nd I both drive the vehicle without the sales person. We returned to the dealership, had a breif discussion, and purchased the vehicle. I believe it took less than 30 minutes. The process from beginning to end was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. First class people who know what they are doing and how to make sure that you, the customer, enjoy the experience versus dreading it There is no doubt when I am in the market for another vehicle (2 more kids to start driving soon), I will be buying from Morgan Automative. I went to Morgan Automotive to look at a truck that they had which I did not purchase at that time. Karl emailed me to see what I was looking for and after about a month of searching, they found my dream truck. It was as if I had ordered it from the factory new. Between Doug,Karl and Mark, I could not have asked for anything more. Karl went beyond what I expected in his help of keeping me updated in their efforts of finding for me the right truck. I actually enjoyed my buying experience with them.

Excellent experience. The vehicle I purchased was already a great bargain compared to other dealerships with similar cars. The vehicle was clean inside and out like it just rolled off the assembly line. Mark was very friendly and informative. He made the whole process smooth and the whole process was quick. I felt like the alignment might have been off in the test drive, let mark know after the test drive, they had it in shop and fixed the next day. Overall I don't think I could have asked for easier and better experience. 5 stars all day. Great place would recommend to anyone!!

Amazing...I purchased a 2004 crossfire from this dealer. When I found the car online it looked impressive in the pictures but I was about 3 hours away so I called to to get information before making the trip. I spoke to Matk who absolutely made me feel comfortable and made me want to take the drive out there. When I arrived the car looked better than it did in the pictures. While test driving the car it had a small issue and Mark personally brought the car to the mechanic while I waited to have the issue addressed before I made the purchase. I drove the car home that day and I have had a few minor issues since then and Mark has always made time to address and correct the issues They even sent a technician all the way to my home 3 hours away to correct an issue. You don't find service like that anywhere else.

Their lot is clean and all their vehicles are in pristine condition. After shopping for weeks and visiting many small dealerships that lied about what they had and seemed to push junk on you. Morgans was a pleasant surprise. We purchased a vehicle and had issues with it the next day. Morgan fixed all repairs and gave us a loaner to drive while repairs were made. We did not have an extended warranty so we where a little worried there would be charges for the repairs that were made, as they were quite expensive. Morgan had the vehicle repaired in a timely manner, gave us a nice loaner to drive and charged us nothing. They truly do stand behind their vehicles, every car on their lot is clean, and their no pressure atmosphere made this an awesome buying experience even with the mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would definitely drive the 90mins there to purchase another vehicle. Morgans will be the first dealership I look at for our next purchase. You can rest assured the vehicle pictures and description is what they say it is.

After searching high and low, we finally located a truck to fit our needs. At Morgan Automotive Inc., we were more than pleased with the family friendly service, clean facilities, excellent customer service and overall buying process. They were very thorough and did everything they possibly could to meet our needs. Doug, the owner, made sure every aspect of the truck was perfect before we left. Karl even cleaned the windshield of the vehicle we drove down because we had a 3 hour trip back home. I would highly recommend them for the buying process! This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Morgan Automotive and every time has been nothing short of the best. Unlike other dealerships they do not jump at you as soon as you pull on the lot in fact you have to go in to get them to ask questions which is really unheard of when buying a car. But that is one reason they are the best. There is no pressure at this dealer and their prices are outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure you have no questions or doubts about buying from them. Even after you drive off their lot they still make sure everything is good and stand behind what they sell. I will not shop any other dealers, when I am ready to buy another car Morgan will be my first and only stop. Mark is a great salesman and you will feel like you are friends after you buy from him. One very happy loyal customer here!!!

I spent a long time looking for a truck, and looked at a lot of them from various dealers in the area. But you people from Morgan Automotive have the best trucks that i have seen in quite some time. Reasonably priced, very very clean and look like they came right out of the show room. I bought a 1993 ranger splash that they had advertised and this truck was very impressive, very clean and well taken care of. I am going to tell my friends about Morgan Automotive and the people that work there. I will definetly be back to buy another vehicle either a car or another truck. Carl made the buying experience very easy and was in and out in about twenty minutes . See if you can do that at a major car dealership. Very satisfied with the whole process.

The farthest I've ever driver to buy a vehicle, but it was worth every mile! Morgan Automotive is the best dealership I 've ever dealt with and I've dealt with quite a few. We had been shopping for a used Suburban with low mileage and 9 passanger seats for several months. We had driven to multiple dealerships only to be disappointed in the quality of the products and the lack of reliable customer service. We were so pleasantly surprised to find Morgan Automotive. They were so open and honest about their products and service. We purchased a vehicle during our first visit and drove it home the same day. We had several additional costs due to inspection in MD which they graciously covered. We discovered a problem with the electronics involved with the seat belt sensor and warning lights on the dash. Morgan Automotive sent someone to pick up the vehicle while leaving us a loaner allowing them time to investigate and repair the problem. They then made a second trip to exchange the vehicles. This required two 5 hour round trips. We found them to be extremely honest, trustworthy and reliable in every way. This is one great car dealership. So glad we found them.

I've been looking for a small pickup truck for several months and have followed up on many a bum steer. I saw a 2000 Ford Ranger on cars.com at Morgan Automotive, drove from Baltimore to Manheim, PA to see it and it was exactly as advertised, spotless. The dealer, Mark, seemed quite sincere and though busy was very helpful. He let me take a test drive, helped me verify my insurance and was willing to negotiate the price. As I said this 14 year old truck was spotless. I bought it that day and drove back to Baltimore without a problem. I am very happy with the truck and with the price I paid. I have actually never made a better used car purchase. All and all a very pleasant experience, I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer.

Okay, I don't write reviews.... in fact this is the first one I have ever wrote but this dealership definitely deserves recognition for how wonderful they are. Last night my husband and I went up to look at the Camaro SS they had, once getting there and talking with them I knew I couldn't walk off the lot without it. The car was in mint condition and is all around amazing! Staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and getting an awesome deal! They even stayed well over closing answering all my questions. Financing was fast and easy, everything was great! It was without a doubt worth the 3 hour drive to buy from them. They have definitely earned all my business in the future!

We found our Chevy Silverado online and were happy to see it was a local dealer. The high reviews for Morgan Automotive also put us at ease. The truck was in great shape except for some pet hair and odor which they promptly removed. After we brought it home and used it a couple weeks, we noticed the carpet on the drivers side would get wet after it rained. The fan also didn't work on the highest setting. This was a disappointment, but we hesitated saying anything to Mark because, after all, it was a USED vehicle. After receiving two Thank you notes from Mark in which he stated if he could be of any help, we should let him know; we decided to call him. He said they would look at it. We thought the leak could be a complicated problem so we didn't get our hopes too high. Well they not only looked at it, they FIXED it, even though it took them hours to find the problem! And the fan works great now too. We offered to pay for their services but they refused. They went above and beyond what they would have had to! Your satisfaction is their highest concern. Morgan Automotive lives up to their motto; "Where quality and values are NOT a thing of the past" We were very impressed with their honesty, friendliness and service. Do not hesitate to deal with them!

We arrived at Morgan Automotive to look at a Mini Cooper S my husband had seen on the lot the day before. It was Saturday morning of Memorial Weekend and they were extremely busy. Mark and his staff despite being swamped greeted us with a smile and asked how they could help. We said we were interested in looking at the Cooper so he gave us the keys while he waited on another customer. We then asked if we could test drive the Cooper and off we went. We came back and said we were interested in sitting down and talking. We are now the proud owners of a convertible Mini Cooper S. We just can't get over the pressure free, friendly service. I don't know how many times they thanked us for coming to Morgan Automotive. We would definitely come back and definitely will be telling our friends of our experience. Thank you Mark for making this a fun pressure free experience.

My girlfriend and I bought a 2006 Ford Explorer in October of 2013 from Morgan's. We had a great experience, dealing with both Doug Morgan and Mark. they were really really personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were looking at. before we got the explorer Mark took it to the Ford dealer down the street and had it completely looked over and the ball joints replaced. We were not happy with the way the vehicle was cleaned the first time, so Mark had it cleaned again and added some personal touches. By the time we were done with the vehicle buying ordeal it was like we had known the guys for years. I would def recommend these guys and they can search for what you area looking for also.

My Family drove from the Hudson Valley in NY to look at a 2006 F150 in Lancaster PA (crazy right) I had no idea of the real condition of the truck, the only thing I had to go on was pictures from the internet and speaking with Sue on the phone a couple of times. When we arrived at Morgan Automotive I was blown away by the professionalism Mark Sue and the staff have for anyone who walks through the door. After seeing the truck for the first time it was everything Sue said it was and more, I didn't even need to test drive it. The drive back home was great and I love driving it to work everyday. since I work at a high volume high pressure dealership I was not looking forward to going out looking for a used truck. I found the make and model I wanted at morgan automotive. I was greeted at the door by mark Brullo and instantly felt at home. when he told me they are a no pressure dealership he meant it. never once pressured into anything very knowledgeable and so friendly even the the owner Doug came out and met me and asked how everything was going. After my car got struck by lightning, I wasn't having any luck finding a car and cringed every time I thought about having to go to a big franchise car dealership. I'm a car person, so I'm pretty picky about the whole experience and car itself. I found this car online Saturday and instantly fell in love, as it's my dream car. We talked to Doug and Mark on the phone and I put a refundable deposit down over the phone, because I knew the car wouldn't last long. Lucky we did, because the car was immaculate. We drove 4 hours to get to Morgan Automotive and though it was dark by the time we arrived, Mark had the car all shiny and sitting in the front to greet us. The customer service at Morgan was in a class of its own. We were greeted right way and Mark put the car in the garage under lights, so we could check it out. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The test drive sealed the deal and I found myself sitting across from Mark making my first car purchase. We didn't get home until midnight, but that 4 hour drive home in that car felt amazing. It was such a hassle free transaction and I felt very comforted in knowing I was getting great customer care by the owners and Mark. I would recommend Morgan Automotive to ANYONE anywhere...it's worth the travel to get there if you're long distance.

I would like to say morgan automotive was outstanding Mark Brullo told me up front on everything he did not waste any of my time I drove over 100 miles to see the suburban and was nicer then he said if I had to rate him like I am he gets a 10 plus I would buy another car or truck from him today if I needed one I was in and out as fast as possable me and my wife are very happy also I was with my grandson that is 2years old and like I said it didn't take long at all because we all know how a 2 year old can be and mark was amazing more nice and friendly I felt like home and not to leave out the place was as clean inside as his cars and trucks on the lot mark takes prided in what he does and it shows god bleeds him and the team thank you so much for a great buy one more thing I have been buying cars for over 30 years and again that was the best person I ever had to work with thx again Philip g Felice

I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted to buy and a Google search brought me to Morgan Automotive. Once there, I was so impressed with the entire staff I encountered (Mark - sales, and owners Sue and Doug). These are real people who were engaged in who I was as a person, not just a $ sign. After bringing my car home on a Saturday, I noticed a problem with the rotors on Monday. I contacted Mark who not only replaced them but also put on new brake pads, balanced the tires AND had my car detailed in an effort to go above and beyond. Well, they did go above and beyond. If you don't see what you want on their lot - they will get it for you. Since they are located right next to the Manheim auction center and have a very favorable reputation there - they can get any car and at a price much better than other dealers. Superb experience from the first step I took on their lot to driving my beautiful new-to-me car off it.

We just purchased a Ford Mustang Convertible this past week at Morgan Automotive. They definitely put the customer first. They have outstanding customer service in Mark Brullo, who is the best out there! We really didn't go to Morgan Automotive with the intent to purchase a car, but when we found out some interesting things with our current car, Mark did all he could do to get us a great deal on the mustang. We love our new car, and it was also a nice added bonus to get to met Mr. Hamilton. We will recommend them to anyone searching for the perfect used automobile.

Because I was recently ending my tour of duty in the Marine Corps, I had a unique situation when it came to buying my truck. We bought a mini cooper that we found on autotrader from Morgan. We drove all the way from Virginia and they had teh car perfectly ready for us, all of the paperwork done and were very friendly and professional. we have had the car for about a week and it is perfect. When we picked up the car, the floor mats were missing as well as the extra key. They did their research and located the items and shipped them to us, just as they promised. I would definitely go back. They are nice people.

This was my first experience buying a used truck. Mark was very friendly and had answered all of my questions after multiple calls. Seeing that his dealership was more than an hour away, he assured me that he would hold off showing the vehicle to anyone that day until I had arrived and seen it. I was given excellent care when I arrived and was able to review the truck and take it for a test run for as long as I liked. Needlees to say I love the truck and made the purchase which was easier than buying a brand new vehicle. All paperwork and tags were also completed by Mark right on the spot which made it a very easy transition. I will definitely look to work with Mark again in the future.

When I started looking for a car, I was handed business cards from several car salesmen. Mark's card is the only one that stayed in my wallet. Morgan had a MINI that I fell in love with, and Mark was an honest, knowledgable and easy going guy to work with. He sold me a quality car at a fair price. My car was clean and shined up when I came to pick it up and Mark clearly explained every feature in detail. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their vehicles are in prestine condition and they do not try to sell you something if they know something is wrong with it. Doug and Sue are very friendly and want you to enjoy your experience. Mark was excellent and very patient since I wasn't sure what I wanted to do at first. They do not pressure you at all like other dealers. I called around Manheim and asked other dealers if they would recommend them and they all said the same. They are very great to work with and I will definitely go here for future used car buying experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
