It took longer than usual for an inspection sticker, and it did irritate me that I was told there would be no extra charge for the actual sticker for me to just come back after I had the windshield replaced and they would put it on, they had put a rejected sticker on until then. Well I was charged another $20, so i had to pay $40, even though they assured me I wouldnt be charged any extra!! Very bad experience today..

I purchased a used truck from here and had it shipped up to MN. Ken the salesman was nice to work with and I appreciate him doing everything over the phone. Truck was delivered to me on a Saturday (12/12) and the next morning I came out to a huge puddle of coolant on my driveway. Come to find out that it needs a new water pump after bringing it to my local Ford dealer (12/16). I was told there was nothing wrong with the truck when I purchased it and that it had gone through their "inspection." $2,100 to get the truck fixed. Morgan McClure hesitated to pay for the repairs but willing to send me the parts. I am still waiting on my parts... They were supposed to be here a week ago on the 23rd-24th and I don't think I will receive them until next week (1/4-1/5). After not seeing or hearing about my parts, I called a week after they supposedly shipped them and needed to remind them to get the parts shipped to me. Now I am stuck with a large repair bill and losing out on opportunity for my truck, while it sits, waiting on their parts. Poor communication and poor customer service. I would consider buying elsewhere.

They sold us a car with a boat battery and the part for the windshield wiper fluid missing. The automatic keys for the car were not working so we had to pay to get that fixed as well. In addition, one of the keys did not work, so we had to pay almost $200 for another one. They had to have known about these problems. We called about these issues and they never called back. I would NEVER buy a car from them again.
