The work is good, the price is fair, but this is the third time I've gotten my vehicle back and the driver's seat is filthy. The first time I went back in and had you guys clean it. The second time had grease on it, and I cleaned it myself but it wasn't easy. This time I was able to wipe it off with a damp rag. Each time I've complained, but it keeps happening!

The staff was very helpful and they seamed concerned about my problems. The growling/grinding noise is still there and service said to drive it and if it gets worse to bring it back in. Also the TSB was done on the front seats or front drivers seat and that didn't help at all,so hopefully Ford motor company will come out with a fix for that problem. I am very concerned about the growling/grinding noise in the front end of my truck. I will let them know if it keeps up.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape on 4/25/2016 and could not have been more pleased with the the whole experience. The salesman (Mike Wilson) is the best salesman I have ever done business with and I have purchased a few cars and not purchased some cars due to pushy salesman. Not only is the vehicle awesome and everything i wanted; the whole sales experience was pleasant. I did not feel rushed or like i was being pushed into anything and feel like the salesman was very knowledgeable and looking out for my best interest. The finance department is also awesome and found me the best interest rate that i have ever gotten. My car was serviced very well. Needed my oil changed and they took care of that as soon as I arrived. The Service Manager called to inform me I needed to have a seal replaced in transmission and that was taken care of. I appreciated the fact that everything that needed to be done was taken care of. My rear breaks needed new rotors and I was informed of that before anything was done. I was very pleased with the service I received and my car runs great.

Service was good, originally thought they would need the truck overnight but got it fixed in one day. I would appreciate when my vehicle is fixed and when they know I will be picking it up late they NOT PARK IT WAY IN THE BACK OF THE LOT! The waiting area needs serious re-vamp including some areas to sit with a computer.

I had my vehicle looked at for paint bubbling and was told that it was a possible rust issue and that it needs to to in the body shop and I would be contacted as to when it could be brought in for repair. I have not yet been contacted as to when it could be done. I am waiting to be contacted. Surely they know how far out their work is scheduled.

Purchased 2015 F150. Service was good, had to return to the dealer to have the recall checked because the adaptive cruise control didn't work after the first update was installed. It was corrected right away. The service didn't take as long as the recall had estimated. The staff was helpful in getting me in and having the recall updated right away.

Earlier this spring, my wife purchased a 2015 Mustang from Morris and we had a great experience! When I finally decided that I couldn't handle the jealously of her awesome new car anymore, I wanted to check out the new Explorers at Morris. When we came in, I was hoping that I would get the same sales associate again, because his professionalism, his knowledge and friendliness made our last transaction very rewarding and easy. We did get him again, and once again, we were very please at his enthusiasm for his job and knowledge of Ford's vehicles. We showed me all of the great features of the vehicle, both before the purchase and after. As soon as we pulled out of Morris' parking lot, I was immediately happy with my new 2016 Explorer and try as hard as I can to make others jealous of my new ride. I was also very pleased to receive enrollment documentation via email, even before picking up my vehicle. Finally the business office took great care of us with our purchase and was able to find us a loan and deals that kept us at the monthly amount that we wanted to stay at. Overall, a tremendously refreshing and rewarding experience at this dealership, with staff who made us feel welcome and important.

As usual, my 2012 Ford Escape was serviced for its routine maintenance, plus a NYS inspection, in excellent fashion. Upon checking out, I was informed by the service people as to the status of the various things inspected, in a knowledgeable and understandable fashion. The time to service the vehicle was not inordinate. Good job all around.

Fuel intake message came up and I wasn't sure exactly what it meant. The Service Department knew immediately and when I brought my car in, the Service Manager came out and looked at it. He told me the problem and scheduled me to have it fixed. I received a call when my car had been looked at and they said that sometimes certain fuel pumps at gas stations cause a problem. I took my car to a gas station and was able to pump gas into vehicle after it had been serviced. I have not experienced any problems since.

I took the car in for a transmission recall notice, and they did the required software upgrade. But the car has become jerkier than it already was. But this is down to how the car is built, not the dealership itself.

When I first bought my car there back in May, by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. When I went back last week for my oil change I received nothing but good service. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary spending which is always a plus. And to top it off when I got in my car to drive off there was a note from my mechanic thanking me for coming in. This was my first dealership service of my 2014 Ford Edge and I was very pleased with the staff and the workmanship. Even though I arrived late for my scheduled appointment the service manager went out of his way to put me at ease. The Works package is well priced and a step-up from your typical "oil change" shops. The customer lounge is comfortable with WiFi -- always a plus. Morris Ford has a reputation for taking care of customers and from my experience that reputation is well deserved.

Ken, the staff member who handled our entire power steering failure, was excellent. The car was immediately taken to Morris Ford, parts were ordered,repairs were done, any question I or my husband had was immediately answered by Ken - he is just the most competent and nicest person I have worked within a long time. I also met the mechanic who explained the repair work doneand made me feel a bad problem was now fixed, Please let Ken,s manager know what a valuable employee he has.

Mike Bonesteel listened when I told him that my husband, who has had two hip surgeries, could not drive our Fusion and had great difficulty getting in and out of the passenger side. Mike suggested an Escape. He asked what we had in mind color wise, accessory wise, etc. I said a neutral color. He brought around a beautiful red Escape for a test drive. I told him he knew what bait to use. He has sold us three other vehicles (The Fusions were red and burgundy.). He was not pushy. He called the next morning to see what we were thinking. We drove the red Escape home that day. My husband can drive it too. We are very pleased with how we were treated by Michael. Brandon did a nice job too with all the paper work. We go to Morris Ford because we trust the people we deal with there. We like the service there too.We appreciate what Ford and Mike at Morris Ford did to make this change happen.

Service was good however had to have a new antenna put on because one broke off coming out of the garage. I spent 2 hours with my car running in my driveway trying to get Sirius radio hooked up only to find out the dealership didn't do something that needed to be done at the time. Ended up having to bring back the next day to have something reset. Not a big deal for me cause I live around the corner but if I had to travel any distance, I would have been annoyed. Just saying.

I have a Ford '14 Escape. Well, it is like this--the service was done, I guess. I was not in the service area so I can't say for sure that anything was done or not. At the service desk I told the people there that I was not to get in the car after they were done and find grease-oil on the inside of the car. I made it clear. Two people were there that heard me say it. GUESS WHAT?? oil finger prints on radio area and a black oil spot top of door. Happy Camper?? Not on your life. I guess you could say that the staff was not to helpful because I told them this wasn't to happen again. This was the forth service and the third mess in the cab. They did put seat covers and floor covers. What good would that do when hands are in the oil and not washed before getting in to move the vehicle??? I will answer that for you, nothing at all.. Thanks for your time. Whatever good this will do, this little note.

Went in for an inspection and calibration of computer. They were punctual and completed the work in the time the estimated. The facilities are lacking and old for the waiting room. I received a password sheet to login into the Wifi and it did not work. Good dealership, they need to invest in their waiting room amenities.

No problem with the dealership, they were very helpful and if I buy another Ford it will almost certainly be from Morris Ford. My wife and I bought 2 cars (Edge and Mustang GT) within 6 months.Ford is a little sketchy with their known issues. I can only hope I don't have the control arm "clunk/squeak" in the future after my warranty runs out (TSB-13-9-3) or the hood galvanic corrosion problem. My wife's edge has an intermittent issue with the gear selector not always lighting up the "P" in when put into park. This causes a audible high pitched tone and runs the battery down. This had been going on for 10 months prior to the warranty running out and when we finally figured out that the tone was coming from the Edge I called for service and was denied because it was 4 miles out of the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty.

the staff was great and it was a little to no pressure decision. the bearing went a few days after i picked it up and it was fixed no charge. my only complaint is since the day i picked it up the tire monitoring system says it needs to be serviced and i have had to go back 4 times now and it still isn't fixed if not for that my marks and experience would have been excellent.

I recently had some body work done on my Escape. David in the body shop was very thorough with telling me how the work would be done and showing me the final work when I pick up my car. With the final bill for the body work Morris Ford did work with me to reduce my bill to fit into my budget. Very happy with Terry Morris FORD. First time I ever owned a FORD Mustang, or a 6 cyl American sports vehicle. I have always had 8 cyl. vehicles. This car provided me with a great driving experience. Heads just spun to look at the Mustang, and the exhaust certainly added to the vision coming at them. Not too loud. Not too soft. She performs well. Crisp and responsive. got pressured into trading my car in for alot less than it was worth,then I had to bring it back 12 hours later for severe smoking under the hood and lost 2 hours of work for the jeep right after I bought it.I was told they would call me back to see what type of service contract I could purchase and never got called back at all.over all very disappointed and will not recommend to any of my friends

I knew that I wanted to buy a Ford because I had owned two previously; but did not want to contend with the dealers in my area. I actually put off buying a new car for a year because of the negative experiences that I've had with them in the past. My mechanic and really good friend of mine recommended that I visit Terry Morris. I was extremely pleased with the genuine friendliness and sincerity of all of the staff. I would recommend this dealer to anyone...especially if you've had bad experiences with other dealers in the past. They will make you change your mind about car salesmen!

The overall experience was gratifying. I had originally planned the day on just going from dealer to dealer to find a vehicle in m price range. I actually was headed towards a Honda dealer. On the way to the dealer we stopped at a few different places and didn't see anything that i could afford. Morris ford was about my fourth stop and the first place to have a sales representative (Mike) come out to talk. As i was checking out the lot I saw 2 vehicles that i liked but didn't think i could afford them from what the price tags showed. Mike came out on a cold day to talk with me and made, with his experience and genuine personality, me feel right at home. Still thinking that this isn't going to be the car for me we chatted a bit more and convinced me to take ride in the vehicle. After the ride I felt the car was a pretty good car, has great features awesome fuel economy and was something i could see myself driving but the price still seemed out of my range. So mike worked some of his magic and was able to get me in the door towards finding out what the financial details could be for me. Mike then took me to Bob the financial guy and from there Bob did an excellent job of finding a bank that would get me the loan. He went out of his way to get the price affordable for me and as well worked out a deal to get me the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. Both Mike and Bob did such a great job at making sure that everything worked out, i got what i needed with no pressure to buy the vehicle. I would def recommend someone who' s looking for a vehicle to stop by morris ford to see what they can do for "you".

This is our fourth car that our family has bought from Tiff at Morris Ford over the past few years. We get nothing but great service from Tiff, he is the greatest! On our most recent purchase a few weeks ago he sold us a preowned 2010 Ford Fusion. I originally was looking for a Flex to replace our T&C van. Owed too much on the van to afford a Flex so Tiff and Jim were a great help to us in exploring our options. Tiff has always been able to second guess our needs and be able to come up with exactly what will work for us, that's why I, along with my wife and two grown kids continue to buy cars through Tiff. He makes the experience fun! And...they have a fantastic service team to keep our cars rolling.

Best experiance! I've had a few bad experiances in the past with dealerships and wasn't looking forward to dealing with another pushy salesman. I was SUPER surprised and pleased by the service I got. The two guys I dealt with were relaxed and friendly. They didn't push me to do or agree to anything. They gave me time to talk about things and think. They never made me feel overwhelmed or as if they were trying to hide anything. Then when it came to numbers, I thought for sure the first number would be too high. They couldn't have been more right on with the offer price. Extremely pleased. I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family. If I'm ever looking for a vehicle again, I'd definitely return to Terry Morris Ford in Burnt Hills.

We went to Terri Morris Ford looking for a car to replace our 2000 Subaru with 200,000 miles on it. We were introduced to Nick who was extremely cordial and professional. He asked good questions about our needs in a car, our price range, and our use. After analyzing our needs(price, fuel economy and comfort on long trips), Nick first showed us the new Escape and took us for a test drive in one. We felt that the Escape was a bit too small and reminded us of the Subaru in the feel and road noise of the ride. Because we drive long distance to Florida at least twice a year Nick then suggested we take a ride in the Edge. The ride was smoother, quieter and we liked the extra room. While the Edge seemed out of our price range Nick suggested we consider leasing. On the very first try he came back to us with a lease price within our our price range on an Edge that was in the showroom. While the car had more options than we would have wanted he was in the ballpark with price on a lease. We needed time to think and suggested that we might go home, think it over and come back the next day. Nick offered to let us spend some "private" time in his office discussing it. During that time Nick talked to his boss and came back to suggest that we take the car for the rest of the day, go for a drive, have dinner, and bring it back before they closed that evening. We took him up on the offer. They drove the car out of the showroom and we took it for a drive. We came back, bought the car, and asked if they could have it ready for us the following morning by 10:30 because we were planning a trip to VT to meet friends the next day. They said they would do their best to accommodate us and they did.We recommend this dealership because their staff was professional, personable, cooperative, honest, concerned with our needs, and extremely accommodating. We told them what we needed and could afford and they came back and got us more. We appreciated the cooperative atmosphere in the showroom and the way staff worked together and helped each other out. When we showed up to pick up our car, it was refreshing to see other sales staff who were not involved in the sale offering to help out. Today we drove the car to VT and back and are totally thrilled with it. It's more car than we wanted or thought we could afford but it's perfect and it's exciting to own such a beautiful car. Can't wait to drive it to Florida in January. We would definitely do business with Morris Ford again and highly recommend them to friends.

They want to sell cars, so most everything is negotiable. Customer satisfaction is very important at Morris Ford too, so after your vehicle purchase you can count on their service department for quality repairs at reasonable prices. How many times have you purchased a vehicle and the service department stinks? Not at Morris Ford! You're just as important as the day you purchased that vehicle because they want repeat business. Trust me, you will come back and buy another vehicle. So don't waste your time running around to different dealerships because you can find everything you need there. We traded in our vehicle (a 2008 F-150 4-door Crew Cab) for a 2010 Ford Edge Limited. We received a respectable trade price for our vehicle and my wife and I LOVE our 2010 Edge. Its the only place i would ever deal with.. They even Service my 99 Pontiac Sunfire which i could not even get a GM dealer to work on it last summer.

Our family has been buying cars there since 94 and they have always treated us like we were family! When ever we had a minor issue it was always addressed in a timely manner.. Buying a car there is a great experience i now have purchased my 2nd edge from them and im extremely happy they also Service my Pontiac which any GM dealer i have gone to won't touch it!!! HIGHLY RECOMEND

We had been searching for a new car for almost a year. I didn't have one particular model in mind and had been "hosed" over by other dealers in this search and with previous cars. I have been buying a Jeep from Charles Morris for the last 20 years, when Jeep/Chrysler left I crossed over to Ford,in spite of Jepp trying to keep my business, just because of the Morris Dealership. I will always continue to deal with Morris Ford and recommend them to every person that is shopping for a new automobile. I own a restaurant with exposure to thousands. Recomennding will be done. I thank Morris Ford for the impeccable service they provided.

I dealt with Mark who was hard to talk to and did not want budge on any negotiations I tried to place based on his first offer. He was kinda rude and harsh. I then asked to talk to the owner who was not in. He called me later that day and asked me to come back in. I went through the effort to have Charlie Terry Morris give me numbers higher than mark. I was appauled and walked out with a bitter taste in my mouth. so much for the consumer benefits!

It was great working with Angie & Dennis. They were both terrific! Very Friendly..Everything went good with car except for only 1 minor thing. Which is, I have previously purchased a couple cars and they always came with a full tank of gas..There was just over a quarter. It may seem petty to some but these extras were always nice. I also wanted a spare key because they only had 1. Dennis advised it would be 160 dollars. So talked with Angie, she advised to call in a week and they will get me key.. I recieved a call from Dennis week later advising they got the spare key with starter pad. So not paying anything. It was very nice follow up. I am already getting the impression they take care of their customers whether your buying brand new or used. Even though Angie & Dennis were terrific I do have to say that other staff are not as friendly. I saw at least 3 people in my visit and not one of them said hello or gave a smile. I gave a 5 for customer service only because of Angie and Dennis. Financing went very well with Angie. She really tries to get you want you want price wise and delivers! Dennis did very well going over the car on test drive! He explains everything without me having to ask a question. I would highly recommend if your going to buy a car there work with Angie & Dennis!

The worst experience I have had! The sales person looked at my husband the entire time and never once interacted with me - but it was me buying the car! The owner, Charlie Morris never acknowledged us once and walk around like he was god to the universe. The place was dead, and you would think that they would have treated us like royalty.
