I was greeted warmly, transported home quickly. My auto was reviewed and the inspection sticker applied. I was directed across the street to sales where I received a review of the GPS system for travel. I am very pleased with the service I have received. Recently my vehicle was repaired at Moses Downtown. My entire experience was very good from scheduling to repairs to pickup. I was contacted promptly and explained what repairs needed to be done. My technician Greg is exceptional. He has serviced and repaired my vehicle on several occasions. He is very professional , explains everything and makes you feel completely confident in the work to be done. I think Greg is a true asset to Moses and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The courtesy van made it easy for me to drop my vehicle off and not worry about someone picking me up. My vehicle was even washed when I picked it up after repairs.. Great experience!! Thanks Moses!!

We are all so busy and get so bogged down with job, family - it's so nice to have the reminders from Moses to bring my car in for service. I received excellent care, Allen was so courteous and thought of everything, my sticker which was due to expire this month, any issues I had been experiencing - and the "cherry on top"...they washed and vacuumed my car!! It was sparkling and leaf free when I got in it that night. What service!! I have never had service like this from a dealership - and I've dealt with a few!

Was easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule, for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation for my 2015 Enclave. Service tech Greg was very professional and efficient, as always. Made sure the courtesy van was available to get me to work on time and vehicle was not only finished ahead of the time I needed to have the vehicle back, but they also washed it for me. And the courtesy van driver was very "courteous" and efficient. Was able to be picked up when requested. Wonderful service, wonderful experience!!

I had my ATS in for a simple recall. I was on time for my 8:00 am appointment and cars were lined up at the door. They checked me in and I headed to the waiting room for a cup of coffee while I waited. 15 minutes and only half a cup of coffee later they said I was ready to go!! I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon in January 2015. Within three months and only 5600 miles the Yukon developed a bad miss and the engine light came on and continued to blink. I took it directly to the shop where they worked on it, trying several different things, and after about two and a half weeks they called me and said it was ready. I picked up the vehicle and within 10 miles, the engine light came back on. I returned the vehicle to the shop, they had the vehicle several more days and then called and said it was fixed. the vehicle hasn't caused any further issues to this point. the service representative assigned to my vehicle, J. P., was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The service manager, Bill, was also helpful during the time our vehicle was broke down. While this was a frustrating and inconvenient period, My two complaints were not related to the Service Dept. First, I believe that GMC should have a better, faster and more reliable method of providing parts to the dealerships. Second, the dealership should be able to provide a vehicle of comparable quality and size in the event of extended service visits.

I was expecting my complimentary oil change. I bought my truck in November and still had 36% oil life remaining. I can change oil myself no problem but figured since I was getting a "free" oil change might as well use Moses. $85 later my oil is changed. Great Job! When I scheduled the oil change no one told me it needed to be at 20% or lower. I also never received a call letting me know that my vehicle was ready. I had to call at 5:25. They close at 5:30.Mike

I had a hiccup with Moses at first, but after this last visit I am extremely impressed with the service staff!! Your service staff has done a fantastic job at finding all issues with my vehicle and getting them fixed. My only concern was that they never have loaner vehicles available. But other than that coustomer service was great, also I absolutely love the communication that Moses Service Department has with coustomers!! Doing a fantastic job Moses Of Downtown!!!

I didn't realize the service department closed at 5:30 (thought it was 6:00) and I was a few minutes late getting to the dealership to get my car after servicing. Someone let me in, brought my car around for me - and had to do some maneuvering of other cars to get mine out. Very much a gentleman and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them even though I know it was an inconvenience. THAT'S customer service!!! =)

Great service and great people. We called for an appointment and got a 0730 the next day. The service department determined our transmission was not performing as it should. We were without the vehicle for about 4 days while the service team worked on it. We ended up having to take it back for a reduced power warning after one day of driving it. Again the service department got us in the next day and fix it and now it is running fine.

Had my ATS in for a recall pertaining to the sunroof button-and told them I'd hit a terrible pot hole and felt some vibration.They fixed the recall problem and put my car on the rack and found I had severe tire damage from the pothole. I experienced a much more pleasant staff, all greeting me and the service writer took down items to review and/or service. The only item that I was surprised by was tire pressure. It was not checked and all tires did not have a balanced amount of air. It would seem to me that all tire pressure should be equal?Otherwise, I will be back.Thanks for asking.

I made an appointment and took my SRX in for routine visit and one minor issue, on a very busy monday morning. The staff was very professional, friendly and busy. From the service writer down to the shuttle driver. My vehicle was returned to me the same day as promised, even though they were swamped with vehicles that day. (Although, they could not duplicate the one small issue that I have, everything else went very well. This small isue may be operator error.)

The dealership went above and beyond customer service expectations not only pre-purchase of my Buick Enclave but also afterwards. Anytime I've called the dealership with questions about how some of my features work, or what type of floor mats to purchase, etc., they've been very responsive. Their pricing is very competitive. My wife and I came to look at a car on the lot and Fred Skeen showed us that car as well as a newer model which we ended up buying. I explained that I needed to have the car checked before finalizing the purchase. I came in on a Saturday and was pressured into signing the paperwork for the sale. I was not able to take the car to a shop and have it checked out before purchase. I offered to do this Monday but was told they couldn't do this since they can't allow the car off the lot with their plate without him going along for the ride and he can't take the time out to do this. He also said there would be paperwork stating that the car could be returned if it doesn't pass. There was no such paper and he seemed upset that I was reluctant to sign papers for this reason, acting insulted that I wouldn't accept his word that any car they sell would have already passed their inspection and that that should be good enough for me. They seemed bothered by the fact that I was actually reading the documents before signing and annoyed when I found mistakes and they had to reprint some documents (mostly their choice-I wasn't too bothered by the mistakes.) My experience with the actual purchase of the car was so bad that I actually feel good that they were probably just as annoyed by me as I was by them. I will be taking the car to be checked tomorrow just to be safe. As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the car, but I am not a mechanic. Nobody should be treated the way they treated me at Moses. I have no intention of shopping there in the future and will let people know of my experience when they are shopping for a car.

We bought a vehicle recently from Moses working with Scott Fields, who was a pleasure to work with. They made buying a car from another state very easy for us, were not pushy during the process, and even delivered the car to our home 6 hrs. away at a very reasonable cost. Despite having a few mechanical issues with (a non-GM) car, this dealer was responsive to our concerns and straightened everything out for us. We recommend buying a car from Moses because they actually care about customers and I can;t say that about all dealers. We'd buy another car from them as a result and recommend this dealer. KF

The BEST car experience I have ever had! My family & I were in a terrible car accident in Milton WV on our way back to Atlanta after visiting some family, which left our car totaled. Moses gave us the deal of a lifetime on our Chevy Venture, out of the goodness of their hearts, because they knew how bad our situation was & how desperately our family needed a vehicle. I can honestly say it is the safest, and mechanically the best vehicle that my family has ever owned. We can not thank my salesman Mike Tincher, Joey the manager, and the rest of the staff enough!! When I purchased a used vehicle from Moses, the salesman misrepresented the coverage of the Performance Plus warranty he sold with it to cover the vehicle for 100,000 miles from purchase. When the engine blew up at 93,000 miles, still under warranty, the warranty wouldn't cover the replacement of the engine, only the replacement of a few components, even with metal shavings throughout the entire engine and oil pan. The cost of the new engine had to come out of pocket. To add insult to injury, the warranty covered seven days of a rental car, even though mine was in Moses' service center being repaired for a month.

I bought my car at Moses just four months ago. Everyone I have dealt with there - from sales and financing to service- has been so nice and helpful. I took the car in for a service check yesterday and the problem came back on the way home. I called, and they said to come right on back. It is a bigger problem than first thought, due to an unusual arrangement on my particular model. But great pains were taken to look at the car again, explain what was going on, and print out the service bulletin outlining the repair, so I could make an informed decision. I will be taking it back soon for the complete repair. Moses is a very good organization !

I was the only customer on the lot on a Saturday morning. When I wanted to look at more than two cars the salesman, Mike Tincher, said his time was valuable and did not want to show me more cars. I will never visit a Moses lot again. It's too bad, Mr. Tincher would have almost certainly made a sale by the end of the week had he treated me with respect and manners.

The serivce was friendly and the work on my car was done correctly, in a timely manner and I was informed promptly by phone when the work was completed. The shuttle service was a real plus as well. I didn't even have an appointment and they took me in without any hassle! The only reason I couldn't give five stars on every aspect was due to the following: it isn't clearly marked where the customer service entrance is - so when you pull up you are asking yourself, "Am I at the right place or should I be somewhere else?" and, "Should I wait here in my car, or get out and go in?". Also, a sign letting customers know what the service department's hours are would be greatly appreciated as well (I got there about 20 minutes before it was time to open). I had the same issue with locating the cashier when I returned to get my car; which wouldn't have been an issue if the location of the cashier's office was clearly indicated when you first walk throught the customer service entrance door. Nevertheless I would recommend this place to anyone.

I special ordered my car and everything went smoothly. The staff was very helpful in the whole process. I was kept update on the progress of my car. When I went to pick up my car it was cleaned and ready in a private showroom. The paperwork was ready for signatures. The process went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Moses Cadillac. The people at the dealership were very polite and helpful, including the internet sales person. My only complaint is that the car was suppose to come with 2 key remotes, but when we got home with the car,one of the remotes was the wrong one. We have contacted the dealership and so far have not heard a response on whether they are going to purchase us another remote or not. The remote is expensive and I feel it is their responsibility to get us another remote.

Good place to make a deal. Getting service is hassle. Have to make appointments. Labor very high. Purchase a used car and it was certified. The saleman promised all repair identified would be repaired. All were repaired except two. Took the car back in for other reepairs. Then only one of the two completed. Service depart said I had to pay for the other. We refuesed so I still have the unfinished work. Your car is kept all day for repairs even for an oil change. Service department has a lot of breaks.
