I recently purchased a Lincoln SUV at Moss Motors and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time purchasing a car and Ben was very patient with me as I test drove several cars, changing my mind each time. When we finally landed on the car for me, he walked me through the sale and paperwork - explaining each step along the way. I never felt pressured or rushed - which was extremely important for me as a first-time buyer. I'm now a customer for life!

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

Took vehicle for warranty work. The service guy asked if I bought the chicle from them. I did not. He called the next day and told me that I would have to take it to another dealer because he was afraid dodge would make him eat the labor since I didn't by it from there and supposedly it had been worked on that same part from the other dealer I bought it from. Now I have to waste another day since they wouldn't fix it and take it out of state. I will never recommend them nor will I ever by from them. I am 31 and average buying a vehicle every 3 years and It will never be a vehicle from them. Hope that labor you was afraid to eat was worth it . it cost you my business,my families business and anyone else this message reaches hopefully

I have been looking t quite a few town & countries but when I found this one, I had to investigate. I was met by Clay Moss and he showed my and my wife around the facilities and several vehicles. It was my most enjoyable experience in car buying and I'm 82 years old so I do have some experiences with car buying. Clay was very nice and informative young man and no pressure was applied to get a sale. I will be back.

My name is Michael Lawson co/owner of Prestige Home Improvements llc. We are from st.Louis Mo. traveling to Florida. The f250 super duty super chip shorted out the ecu in the truck. We had the truck towed to moss ford motor company to get it fixed. I have never met so many friendly and concerned people in my 33 yrs living. We are stranded in the best place possible. This company goes above and beyond with their hospitality. It was lunch time and they actually gave us a ride to a place of our choice and just said to call them when we were ready to get picked up. We had a nice meal at a local Italian place while we waited for them to track down our problem. Moss ford determined that the ecu shorted out and they ordered a new one for us.We were pulling a 25ft goose neck trailer that we had to leave it in a local gas station parking lot the next town over. Moss ford went so far above and beyond that they used one of their trucks to drive over and hook up to our trailer and pull it to their lot for us. We had no way of getting around so at the end of the day we loaded our luggage in the service managers car and they escorted us to a hotel and told us to call them in the morning and they would drive back over and pick us up again! Moss ford motor company is an excellent place with A+ service. They were able to get us back on the road the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs service or looking to purchase a vehicle. I just want to thank this company for all of their hard work and great customer service i really appreciate every thing you have done for us. I wish there was a Moss ford motor company back home!

August 3, 2013 my wife and I went to Moss Auto to look for a F150 FX4. We were met by Clay Moss, who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. And the financial manager Johnny Henderson did an outstanding job explaining the loan and warranty process. Its all too common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only wants to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Clay Moss proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and he has ensured that we will be coming back to Moss dealership for years to come. Thank you very much.

Moss Motors is a down to earth GREAT car dealership. They take time with you and want to get to know you on a first name bases. Not pushy at all and that is something that's not found in car dealers. Highly recommend to everyone that is looking to buy a new or used car.
