We just purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them and they were amazing all around. They are not pushy, they truly want to help you find a good vehicle, and are really nice! And bonus they have a really cute golden retriever who just hangs out there! He can take away any car buying stress!! I would totally recommend them and we will definitely check with them first before buying any vehicle!

For an 82 year old woman to walk into an agency to buy a used car it usually speaks of a disaster, however that was not my experience with Motorcars Limited in Mount Vernon. They found the perfect car for my needs, treated me with kindness, respect and honesty and it is an experience I will long remember, not often found these days. I am most happy with the car I purchased from them and the efforts taken by Gary. Thank you and your staff for all of your efforts to make this work for me. This dealership is amazing. I was looking for a specific car and there were only a handful available in the entire country. They had a beautiful spec for sale but being that they are located out of my state, I was a little apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen, let alone all the logistics of getting the car to me. However, I started negotiations with Scott and I was blown away how easy we came to a great deal. It only got better as Scott and the team helped me every step of the way including doing all the paperwork, getting a warranty and arranging shipping. Scott was constantly in contact, sent me pics of the car, and took amazing care of the car even after I bought it and it was waiting to be picked up by the transport company. Most importantly, when the car arrived it was in pristine condition and was just as it was in the description and pics. I would not hesitate to recommend them and to purchase another car from them. Awesome dealership.

My time at motor cars limited was an exciting experience. When I bought my 2011 X5 M there,my salesman was Marc and was really easy to work with and has a contagious positive vibe to be around with, Gary was awesome too he made sure that the car was checked very thoroughly before i took it home, and Scott was the Final person we dealt with on the financing side of the process. Very cool guy,knowledgeable person and easy going. My experience at this place is how a dealership should treat their customers and how a dealership should be. Definitely would buy another car from them again! Highly recommended!!! -Ace B.

Amazing experience and highly recommend!! I was dreading finding a new used vehicle when I needed to upgrade from an older car to an SUV. After searching online for a few weeks I saw a Jeep listed at Motorcars Limited I liked and decided to go check it out. They let us test drive it alone so I was able to really get a feel for how it drove without anyone looking over my shoulder. There was absolutely no pressure, Scott and Gary were happy to let me have it checked out by an independent mechanic, encouraged me to take my time with the decision and happily answered all my questions. I went back the next day to look at financing options and within less than three hours they had me approved, worked an extended warranty into the deal and offered gap insurance and took care of the registration and all the details. I love my new Jeep and would recommend Scott and Gary to anyone looking, they were absolutely wonderful!!

I recently purchased my first vehicle from Motorcars and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I received excellent customer service from the sales staff, owner and the service department. The quality of vehicle at this dealership is exceptional. I plan on purchasing all my furture vehicles from them.

Terrible followup!!! Don't expect them to do what promised. I'm an easy going person who doesn't complain often but when I do its definitely called for. Buyer beware! I bought a vehicle from the sales guy Jay and he did not keep his word. I have warned all my family and friends not to purchase from here. Disappointment. Shop elsewhere.

My wife and I reside in Portland,Oregon. We contacted Motorcars Limited via telephone regarding a vehicle in their inventory. The sales staff were friendly,professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as financing. The dealer contacted our Credit Union and arranged the financing with some simple paperwork. To top this whole experience off, Motorcars Limited opened their doors on Sunday where they would normally be closed to allow us to come sign paperwork and take the vehicle back to Oregon. I plan to use MotorCars Limited for future vehicle purchases as this was a flawless transaction.

This was a truly new car buying experience from beginning to end. Everyone was very relaxed and helpful and not pressuring. We were given more than enough time to test drive and really look at the vehicle that interested us. In the end, we got a great car for a great price. We were really pleased.
