My experience was okay with the dealership. They do have a good inventory of cars to select from and I would recommend. They are friendly and are not the kind of a dealership that will hassle you just to get a car. I purchased a 2007 LS460 Lexus from this dealership and when I purchased this automobile, I was happy with the car but I do have an little issue. Steve, the owner told me that this car was in excellent condition and that it had never been in accident whatsoever. I test drove, the car sounded perfect and I purchased the car a few days later. A day after I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that when I put my car in reverse, I hear a loud, embarrassing squeaky noise as if the brakes were bad or going bad. I told Steve and he asked me to reverse and brake hard, that the noise was probably dirt in the brakes. I followed his instructions but the squeak continued. A few weeks later I brought the car to the Steve's dealership and he asked me to leave the car there for the day which I did, so that he could have his mechanics look at the brakes.Later in the day when I came to pick up the car, he told me that the mechanic took some of the dirt out of the brakes but there wasn't much else he could do. He said that the brakes are fine and that being that the warning lights aren't showing it is not a big deal and that I would have a while before the brakes wore out because I still had a lot of pad left. He said that brake replacement is normal maintenance, which I agreed. Well, I recently took the car to the shop to get the brakes changed and low and behold, the brakes are perfect. The auto shop inspected the car for 30 minutes and told me the following: "The suspension control arm on both sides are broken" and this is why I get the noise when I back up." Price? $1,800. Well, I did not believe the mechanic. I then took the car to a well known Lexus dealership without telling them the diagnosis of the former mechanic and they told me the same thing and it only took them 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, The cost? $2100.00. If I had known this I would have asked for Steve to knock the price of the car down by $1000 My conclusion: Either Steve, the owner of Motor cars of Denver knew this but did not want to tell me, or Motor cars of Denver has a horrible mechanic and after having my car all day could not diagnose the problem. Either way is does not look good and left a bad taste in my mouth. So if you go here to buy a car, take your time and make sure you take the car to your own mechanic first and have them check the car. Would I buy from Motor Cars of Denver again? Yes, I probably would but next time I will bring my own mechanic and take my time to inspect the vehicle before purchasing.

Buying a car is usually a negative experience for me due to the high pressure from salesmen saying "you have to buy it now to get this deal" and the bickering of the price. Buying a car from Motorcars of Denver was a pleasant experience. In fact when my spouse and I left their office we just looked at each other and said, "Did we really just buy a car." It was so easy without any of the above hassles. Steve and Kristian were so easy to work with. We researched what they said about the car and the facts they told us were correct. The car was delivered as specified in the contract. Kristin spent over an hour and a half with us going over and setting up my car. I highly recommend buying a car from Motorcars of Denver. I look forward to working with Steve and Kristian because they said they are not in business to just sell us a car but the continued support and service after the purchase.

I found Motor Cars of Denver through a search on Google looking for Lexus vehicles. I stopped in one afternoon to test drive a Lexus I saw on their website & it was beautiful! It was in "brand new" condition and had low miles. The only thing is that I would rather go to the dentist or doctor rather than car buying. I do not like dealing with car dealerships at all. Although I had the greatest experience with Motorcars of Denver. It was almost too easy!! I kept thinking there has to be a catch or "Gotcha". Steve and his son were wonderful to work with. I felt they were honest and really cared about selling me a vehicle and not trying to take me for every penny I had. Plus I was able to trade in my vehicle to put towards my new Lexus. Steve was great about giving me a fair trade for my vehicle and this really surprised me. You could tell that they were in it to sell cars to people who love cars and not just trying to make a quick buck. He even went so far as to provide me the car fax and had Kristian go over every detail of the vehicle. Plus after I had drove home, I noticed that my back light was busted and called them up to have it replaced right away. I was for sure that they would say it was now my problem, but they took care of it. I would recommend any one that is looking for a clean, low mile and beautiful luxury vehicle to check them out first! You can shop all you want, but I am confident you will end up back at Motorcars of Denver to purchase your new car. You can't beat their service.

We purchased a used vehicle from Steve last week. The low key experience was a welcome surprise. The whole process took about an hour. One of the other employees gave us a thorough run down on the operation of all the features of the vehicle. Their inventory appears to be much better than average quality and sales process was very professional. Thank you.

These guys are AWESOME! Their cars are AWESOME! Their service is AWESOME! I truly can't say enough nice things about Motorcars of Denver. As a female, I am always skeptical of car dealerships as we tend to get a raw deal - everyone treated me with respect and did not "push" me into buying a car from them. I bought a 2012 Lexus RX 350 that looks brand new! I was leerily how a 2012 could be this clean so I had a Lexus Dealer check over the car for me before buying - basically I wasted $150 as nothing was wrong with this car - new tires, new brakes, no accidents, clean oil and all maintenance had been preformed on the car. Calvin got a super rate for my loan and Christopher just delivered the car to me - 50 miles away. Additionally, he took the time to go over everything on the car with me unlike those large dealers that just hand you the key. Calvin had all the paperwork waiting for me and it took less than 20 minutes to complete the deal. I would absolutely buy another car from Steve and his team! Thank you for a great experience!

I had been in a car accident and was looking for a used car to replace my 2005 Lexus RX330, quickly. I looked on Cars.com and found a wonderful 2008 Lexus RX350 at Motorcars of Denver. They contacted me within an hour of my request for more information. They provided the CarFax, answered all of my questions honestly and I was able to test drive the car right away. I was waiting for a check from my insurance company and with a deposit, they held the car for me for a week! I really like that the price on the website was reasonable and exactly what I paid at the end. I came in, filled out the paperwork, wrote a check and was out of there in 15 minutes! They were incredibly helpful and even sent me a little gift after my purchase!

This experience was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. There was no pressure and the process was quick and easy. The cars on the lot are very clean and nice. The car prices are fair and the price we got for our trade in was fair. The staff is friendly and not pushy. We will certainly buy another car from Motorcars of Denver and will recommend them to our friends and family because if you want an upscale used vehicle, this is the place to get it.

I had been searching for an Audi with very specific options when one finally showed up in inventory at Motorcars of Denver. They are a family owned business with exceptional customer service. I got the car I wanted at a fair price, with none of the hassles you normally associate with dealers. If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend giving Steve and Kristian a call. If they don't have exactly what you are looking for on the lot, they can probably find it for you.

From the moment of my first inquiring phone call through the purchase of my Lexus IS 250, the people at Denver Motorcars provided the best and easiest car buying experience I ever had. If you are looking for a high quality used car that looks like it just came out off of the showroom floor than this is the place to go. Even though I was only interested in one car, I looked inside a few others and all were impeccably as detailed as the one I purchased. The three main reasons I would buy from this dealership are as follows: 1. Quality cars at a fair price 2. Quality People: Everyone is not only knowledgeable but courteous and friendly as well; 3. Denver Motorcars is locally owned. It is always nice to support a small Colorado business.!

We were referred to Motorcars of Denver by a friend. We had a great experience at this dealership. In particular, Calvin was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. There was no pressure at all. We had done some research beforehand, so we had narrowed our selection down prior to visiting. We are very happy with our purchase. This dealership focuses on high end lease returns i.e. Lexus, Infinity, etc. The only con is that they operate out of small storefront with limited parking. their inventory is also somewhat limited. That being said, we easily found the exact car that we wanted.

In early January, we had two cars totaled in an accident. After test driving several potential replacements, my wife fell in love with an RX 300 (2001 vintage--lovely, but too old). I found an RX 350 on Steve's website and arranged a test drive. I think Calvin knew he had a sale when he pulled the car up front. A 2007 that looked like it had never left the showroom floor. The next day, Steve offered us a 1999 RX 300, that had just been traded in, to replace our second vehicle. SOLD. Funny, but true--after I had arranged the first test drive, a co-worker who was aware of our situation, said his insurance agent had good luck with a dealer near the Arapahoe Bowling Center. I told him we were already headed there! Just last week, I received I received an Edible Arrangements box at the office. Everyone now wants to know the story behind the mysterious gift. I discovered Motorcars of Denver during my nationwide search for a competitively priced, low-mileage, used Audi Q5. The father/son owners -- Steve and Kristian -- provided an informative, zero-pressure buying experience from start to finish. These guys clearly know their cars, with a handpicked inventory of pre-owned luxury vehicles of all makes & models. They made it easy and painless to test drive my preferred car (a few times, actually), answer a bunch of my questions, and let me get the car checked out by my own mechanic. They even went the extra mile to address a few minor issues to put my mind at ease before purchasing. I felt like I received a fair price for a high-quality vehicle from a family-owned business that operates with low overhead to help pass along the savings to the consumer, something big auto dealers just can't match. Plus, they efficiently walked me through the paperwork and title process in about 30 minutes. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended. Always nice to make a big purchase like this from true professionals.

We normally dread car buying experiences; however, that was not the case at all when dealing with Steve Nylund and his son Kristian at Motorcars of Denver. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and fair, even with a minor issue we discovered the day after purchase. Motorcars of Denver is a small, family operated business that offers a refreshing change from working with large dealerships. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future.

I had a great experience with Steve and his team. They were very open and communicative in regards to my pricing options and my trade in value. I especially enjoyed their open policy of driving the cars. To me that is a great asset for this dealership as I enjoy examining a potential car without having someone breathing down my neck and selling me. I was very very nervous coming to Motorcars of Denver to look at an Audi A5. The day before I spoke with owner Steve over the phone and immediately felt comfortable and under zero pressure.The next day I was welcomed in and although I was nervous, the low pressure/relaxed environment helped me out a ton. Unreal kudos goes to employee Calvin who after the sale was completed, helped walk me through the layout of my new A5. He spent about half an hour going through every detail. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We really appreciated the whole car buying experience at Motorcars of Denver. They were not pushy, and were very honest. They were available to answer any questions via phone and in person. We were able to take the car out on our own for a couple test drives. Their price for our Porsche Cayenne was pretty reasonable, and the buying process was easy. They even gave us a voucher for emissions testing. They encouraged us to call them first for anything we might need for our suv, as they could give us the dealer pricing. Everyone that works there was very friendly!

Went here as they had many models I wanted to test drive all in one place. No pressure sales. Once we decided on a car they were reasonable in negotiation and had all the paperwork completed in 15 mins. Every car buying experience should be this easy. I would highly recommend these guys to any of our friends. I love my new Audi A6!!

Will never go through the hassle of a 'box' dealership again. After months of researching, test driving and haggling we came upon Motorcars of Denver and took another chance. Could not believe how easy Steve Nylund made the process for us. He responded to our calls and questions and even made suggestions as to the resale of our current vehicle. Motorcars of Denver only has quality cars that are worthy of consideration. Totally sold on the customer service and buying process here. Don't look any further!

I requested a return response for the 'newly reduced price' indicated in the listing and received a telephone message by a sales person asking me to call him back without the price detail. I only wanted the current price in order to determine if I would pursue a purchase. My request was not honored and I am disappointed.

I'm highly satisfied with the car I purchased, its price, and the service offered by Steve and his son Christian. I will never EVER again go back to a large dealership. The entire process was just too easy. Some specifics: Price - Once I decided on the year and model I wanted, I could find no place that came close to MoD's pricing. Warranty - Each Lexus I considered at MoD was still under warranty. Test drive - I drove the car by myself, which I appreciated. No pushy salesperson in for a ride along. Communication - Steve and Christian were not at all pushy. They were very easy to reach by phone or email. Email often worked better for me since I could do it at night after a long work day. Responses were prompt and clear. Loan & Paperwork - We'd started the process beforehand with our credit union and just forwarded the pre-approval letter to Steve's via email. There were no hidden costs, and their handling fee was about $100 less than their competitors. With only a few calls and emails between us, Steve had the paperwork ready to go before we arrived to buy the car. It took 15 minutes. I'm what you might call high maintenance consumer in that I research every purchase I make from sunscreen to cars. I appreciate good deals and quality service. I highly recommend Motorcars of Denver.

Just bought a new used Lexus from these guys last weekend with my wife and had a great experience. Car was priced right for the miles and the equipment. Im not sure what the other reviews are about because we did not experience any of the negatives other people mentioned. Customer service, attention to detail, and the courtesy of the staff are top notch. Will definitely buy another car from them when the time comes.

We shopped around extensively (in person) for a 2 to 3 yr old Lexus, so we knew the price range and condition of RX350's. We went to MOTORCARS OF DENVER to look at 2 different cars we found on-line (one just sold, 2nd had deposit on it). We looked at a 2010 that just came in the night before. After a test drive and in-depth conversation with Steve (owner), we put down a deposit. Steve took care of financing(2.94%), clear bra, detailing and had car ready to pick up in 4 days. WE had a Honda Pilot for trade. Steve said it would be more profitable for us to sell ourselves. He took our Pilot at his business, had timing belt kit done at one place and detailed at another place (both at low costs) and he did all the arrangements and car shuttle. This was done in one week. I've Called Steve several times since on questions and recommendation for car care and he always has been most hospitable and informative. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES!! This Highlander is beautiful but was sprayed black paint underneath to hide the rust. Was checked out by a mechanic, and they found the rust everywhere they missed the spray paint.
