We just purchased our first Honda, and it was our first experience at MotorWorld. The sales staff were extremely courteous and very patient in describing the features of the CR-V and different trim packages, and ultimately agreed to our terms.In negotiating the value of our trade, I was a little more pushy than may have been appropriate, and they ultimately agreed to our terms with a smile. All in, very pleased with the vehicle (so far) and the customer service that we received.

Just bought our second Honda Accord from Motorworld. It was an absolute painless experience just like the last time. I contacted 3 dealers in the area for quotes for 2016 Honda Accord EXL. Motorworld matched the lowest bid. That was great since I had already dealt with them in 2004 and wanted to purchase again from them. Once the price was decided, we went to the showroom. Met with Don who arranged for a test drive for my wife (since this was to be her car). He was very knowledgable and explained all the features before we set out for the drive. There was no pressure. He also worked on quickly arranging for the exterior/interior color combo (since the one we wanted was not in stock).Overall a very pleasant experience.

Joshua Salvaterra helped me out in the Honda department. I have been in touch with Josh for over a year about what option was best for what I was looking for. I was interested in a ford edge but Josh explained there were other options that would save me money and might be a better choice. I test drove a few vehicles before loving the Honda CR-V. I ended up leasing a 2016, which was a great choice given what I was looking for. We traded our 2008 Honda Civic for a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord w. Navigation at the end of October 2014. We had done a lot of research for price and service. In particular, we used the American Express TrueCar process to get the best prices from dealers in our area. We talked with three dealers and decided to purchase our car at MotorWorld from John Bednarski. He was better than excellent at making our purchasing experience actually pleasant!! The TrueCar voucher was helpful, but my husband and I were very pleased by how helpful John was and continues to be these months after the sale whenever we have a question. In addition, I cannot say enough about the service at MotorWorld. Everyone we have been in contact with at MotorWorld has been pleasant and helpful. We were looking for a second car for our family. Although it was late and cold outside, our sales person, Joshua Salvaterra, did not rush us through the car buying process. In fact, he worked with us on every aspect of the car buying experience. We purchased a new 2015 Honda Civic and Joshua went through every detail of the vehicle even though it was well passed closing time. You want someone to work in your best interests and not be afraid of hidden fees and issues, you should absolutely contact Aaron Fenyus, No matter what state i am and i need a car i will always contact mr. Fenyus, he did everything, he made a dream come true, all i said was thats my dream car, he Responded with "lets make it happen" three days later i am driving it to NY and at my home. living 300+ mil away from where Aaron Fenyus works it was amazing to have someone like Aaron Fenyus to do business with. Mr. Fenyus is MotorWorld to me. he is a Miracle worker, he made it happen that i could have a car, i don't know if this helps anyone but, trust me, you are in good hands with this dealer ... he is not a random car dealer you are used to, he becomes your family member when it comes to your needs and wellbeing, and your best interests..

I had a very bad experience at this location, and I haven't felt as insulted as I did buying a car from here, and I've bought a lot of cars. Nobody fought harder for the deal than me. Everyone else could care less whether I walked or spent money. So after my 2nd visit and a few phone calls and faxes, and 5 hours of my time at a dealership, I had a deal set. I had to go and get my daughter from school, so I had my purchase order faxed to my bank since I financed at my institution where I have my other accounts. I go and get my daughter, arrange a sitter, then go back to finish my paperwork. But alas, after sitting for 2 more hours, I was informed that a bank draft was not good enough from my bank. In fact my bank told me the company was rude to them as well, stating we weren't walking away until that check cleared with a new car. In the end, I was not leaving with my new car that night. I had to have a check overnighted. So my wife and I were starved, and we had to go get dinner since we had spent our whole day there. Then we came back and our paperwork still wasn't ready. After another hour, we had everything signed, and took our old car home. Fast forward to monday, the check arrived at 9 am! But no one knew where it was. But finally it was found, and at 3, I left work to go and pick up the car. A half hour later the deal was finished and we left. On the way home, we pressed the XM button since its supposed to be free for 90 days, and they never set it up. Honda said we had to take it back to the dealer. In the end I got what I wanted. But if you want to be treated like you don't matter, enjoy wasting an entire day with a staff that never even offers you a water or any courtesy or respect, then this place is for you.

I saw a Ford F150 on the Motorworld web site and I had purchased my previous vehicle from Aaron Fenyus so I called Mr. Fenyus and asked him about the truck and recieved some information about trading my current vehicle. Mr. Fenyus was very helpful and gave me all of the information I needed. I know that Mr. Fenyus works in the Honda car sales but he went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I live approx. 265 miles from Motorworld and when I arrived, he had the truck ready and cleaned. He also made sure I knew how to use the system and any of my questions were answered. I will only deal with Mr. Fenyus, It doesn't matter what vehicle I purchase from motorworld. Mr. Fenyus will always go out of his way to make sure his cutomers are happy with their purchase. I will also add that my wife has purchased 2 vehicles from Mr. Fenyus as well and I would reccomend him to my family and friends.

Have purchased two certified, 1 new and 1 lease. three were Hondas 1 was Hyundai Veracruz. Excellant sales experience on all. Tiffany and James are great to deal with.Have reccommended them many times. Here is my problem: I leased the 2011 civil LX again great sales experience very honest, Tiffany offered me a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty/service agreement which included 100% synthetic mobil 1 oil changes. I specifically negotited that with Tiffany and she agreed, When it was time for the first oil change we were turned away from the quick change drive through option because they said the dealer had not yet set up the various parts of the dealership to handle the billing. Now we had to sit in the dealer for hours at a time to get a 15 minute oil change. This was a complete waste of our time. There was always an issue about the quality of the oil that was included with this service plan that was purchased. I usually had to have a manager get involved to validate the offer that we were currently paying for. Of course relationships were strained and we became the constant complaining customer with Mike Flynn. Just recently 12-5-2012 again same story with oil change paperwork states we requested synthetic oil but the work order shows synthetic blend installed with a Honda part number and full description of a synthetic blend oil not a fully synthetic oil. I called Mike the next day and he gave me a great story, he explained that the only (0-20 oil made) the one on the work order is fully synthetic and nor a synblend. I had a hard time believing this and felt like Mike was insulting my intelligence but he said that that was a 100% synthetic oil and that was Hondas part number. By the way all my other work orders sated Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. I investigated on the internet the Honda part number and spoke to another dealer and they both confirmed the oil number stated on the work order was in fact a synthetic blend oil not a full synthetic like the one I paid for. Now the situation has gone from a possible mistake to an outright lie, how can I trust the service department to do what they say they will due, All the hard work and friendly honest sales people are now clouded under this guy Mikes dishonesty.I am not a basher ,I do not want to make troubles for honest people but this is very unprofessional. I have called the sales people to make them aware of the situation it has been 4 hours since I called with no response yet. I think they are trying to figure out how to back pedal out of this one. I forgot to mention that Mike informed me that I could now use the quick change oil stop in the parking lot for our future oil changes. I think I will opt for that place because at least I can see what they are putting in my car. I will update this review after they get back to me hopefully soon. Again my intention is not to hurt anyones buisness but this guy Mike leaves a lot to be deisred when it comes to integrity. Hey Mike you never know who your going to be taling to, so dont lie!!

I needed to make a complicated auto purchase involving a trade in and credit terms. I stopped into my local dealers but I felt pressured and thought they were not listening to me. By chance I was referred by a friend to Motorworld. I had the good fortune to meet and work with Mark Desmarais. Mark took the time to listen to my exact needs and to understand how he could best assist me. Over the course of three or four days we communicated back and forth and found exactly what I needed and could afford. Mark is a true auto sales professional. I never felt pressured or surprised. He understands how to set expectations. Upon arriving at the dealership any and all questions were addressed. My 2012 Civic was ready and in pristine condition. Now when buying a car everyone knows the worst part is sitting in the office doing the paperwork - NOT! - Motorworld has a secret weapon by the name of Tiffany Zawadzki. Tiffany breezed through the process yet explained each document with care and detail. Nothing was left to chance and all of my options were clearly explained. I came from out of state and she even handled tagging and insurance issues better than any dealer I know in NJ - When all is said and done I have no problem stating that you could not find a nicer, more friendly, knowledgeable and professional dealership than Motorworld and Mark and Tiffany should open a school on how to sell and deliver cars.! Buy with extreme confidence!

A tire rotation and oil change was scheduled for a Honda Insight with 16000 miles on it. The work took from 11:30 AM (scheduled appointment) until 2:15 pm. The car was not washed. There was not coffee in the waiting room. There was a loud rattle in the dash (not present before I took the car in) when I picked up the car. The cost for the service was$67 (after a $5 discount, which I consider excessive). It took four phone calls and a call to the Customer Relations agent to finally get someone to call me back so that I could find out that the warranty was covered by warranty and could be taken care of by another Honda dealer, since I will never return to Motorworld.

My husband and I came into the dealership to look at the CRV's. We were there a few minutes, when Joshua came out to greet us. From the very beginning, he was extremely personable. He answered any and all questions we had, and told us every detail possible about the vehicle. I had no idea that I would be driving home with my new vehicle that day, but I did! I interacted with Motorworld a few times. Purchased a new car, installed accessories and performed periodic maintenance. Here are my observations:1. Car purchase - pretty smooth process. All the paper work was done within 2hrs and I was able to leave the dealership with a car soon after the purchase decision was made. The two complains a) a dashboard piece was missing in a new car (gear lock plug). I noticed this during the test drive and let the associate know about it. It took almost 3 weeks to get the right piece (twice wrong color was offered to me). At the end the problem was fixed. b) car third row seats (trunk side)/surrounding plastics were a little bit dirty. I had to clean them.2. Accessories installation: I installed roof rails/cross bars at MW. Job was done as scheduled. At home found one cross-bar loose - one bolt was not tightened correctly. I tried to address this by myself to avoid driving time waste, but unfortunately I damaged one of the bolts and was unable to fix it. I was ready to pay MW for fixing the problem (as I had no proof that an initial issue existed), but they took care of the problem for free, replacing damaged component. Big plus.3. Service (oil, inspection, tire rotation) - job was done as scheduled, price was competitive.

This is our third Honda CRV from MotorWorld and our third meeting with Bernice. We were very pleased with the way Bernice handled the sales. Went to Motorworld looking for a used CRV and was sold on a new one after taking it for a test drive. I received a better price on this brand new vehicle than I did on a used CRV at another Honda dealership. Dean Hess was an excellent salesman and made sure to do everything he could to get the price I wanted. He also stayed hours late while I waited for the finance department as I was there on the last Saturday of the year. I had a big misunderstanding with the finance manager and was treated with rudeness, however it was quickly resolved once the department manager was notified. Would give Dean Hess and Honda an A++ and will go back for my next purchase, however I will have my own financing in hand so I don't have to deal with the finance department.

I had gone to another dealer initially and was not satisfied with the trade in or the sale price of a new vehicle. It was a very cut and dried visit with the sales person I had requested couldn't be found when paged and when he finally showed up seemed somewhat disinterested in discussing price with me. A friend suggested I go where he gets his car and Jack Butcher was the sales person recommended and he did a very good job in making me a satisfied customer.

Had service (recall) scheduled for 2010 Accord. I was told I would have a loaner car available over the phone. Once I got there the lady told me Honda would not cover a loaner so I would have to reschedule. This was already an inconvenience for me & she made no effort to even work with me. I emailed Honda about this matter & they never even responded. This is my third new vehicle I purchased from Motorworld & it may very well be my last.

I went to Motorworld to price a new Honda Civic. Thinking this may be different from my last bad experience at Motorworld I tried again. The dealer has all the same old tricks. Offer you nothing for your car then start the multiple trips to the Manager to get a better price. Not only do they offer you a ridiculous amount for your trade but the do not come down from sticker price one penny on the new car. Same old slimy sales tactics.

Wonderful dealership loved Bernice and Tiffany. Went to two other dealerships Motor World had the car we wanted at the best price. The car is great and I think the best value for the money, we traded in a Cadillac CTS (50,000) list price and are not the least disappointed with the (30,000) Honda. Fantastic experience---"went looking not to buy" like everyone else says and when Jesse found out what I was looking for in a vehicle he immediately suggested an Accord and said he could get us in our old monthly payment range. Explained all the upgrades I would have from my old vehicle and he was right on every aspect. Very good deal (Pricewise) Picked up car the next day to find it very metickulously detailed with all systems checked out very profesionally. Paperwork took a while but that is the nature of the beast. Process of entering dealership and leaving with a brand new honda accord took a total of two days. I arrived at the dealership at 2pm. I was greeted by Bud who appraised my vehicle within 10 min. then was introduced to John who then took me to the Honda showroom where he showed me a few cars. John was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the car ( a Honda Accord) and we went for a test ride where he explained every feature in detail. John was very polite and accomodating. We agreed on car and a price . I was then directed to James who was also very efficient and knowledgeable on the financing. This was by far the best experience my husband and I have had purchasing a car. The salesman worked with us to find the right car to meet our needs in terms of practicality for our family size and for our budget. Before I left the lot he went through everything in the car with me, and was extremely knowledgable while keeping the details short and to the point. I think it is important to note, we felt like he was sincere in trying to give us the best price possible both on the new purchase and on our trade in vehicle. He even came in on his day off to meet with his after having a brief telephone conversation the day before. All things considered, I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else in the future.

My wife mentioned to me about getting a DVD player for our 2007 Honda Pilot for our two kids. Of course I said why don't we go look at a 2011 Honda Pilot EXL with a Rear Entertainment System. I called Motorworld and spoke with Travis Hess. He welcomed us to come in to take a test drive and get an appraisal on our 2007 Pilot. I had a monthly payment that I wanted to be at and I expressed this to Travis. His price was so great that before we knew it we were getting a new car. We were in the market for a used minivan. We had looked at several different makes and models, and we fell in love with the Honda Odyssey! We visited several local used car dealers in Scranton, PA, and though the product was great, the customer service seemed to be lacking. We felt pressured to "make a decision", and we found that most of the sales people seemed to be uninterested in us, and almost downright difficult to work with. Then we met John at Motorworld and everything changed! When making a huge purchase like an automobile, you want to feel comfortable with your salesperson, and be able to trust that they know their product, that they can answer your questions (or are at least willing to get the answers for you), and that you are not "just another sale". John answered every question honestly, and spent a great deal of time teaching us about the model of car (even though it was a frigid cold and snowy day!). He was genuinely concerned about US. He didn't just "push the paper" at us and wait for a signature- he cared. The overall Motorworld dealership was equally impressive- with every type of car imaginable! All in all, we are THRILLED with our purchase of a 2008 Honda Odyssey, and we could not be happier that we took the trip to Wilkes-Barre to work with Motorworld Honda. The team at Motorworld Honda exceeded every expectation, and we would strongly recommend that you check with them when you are in the market for a new automobile. After 3 visits for the same problem, I'm through with them. The last visit really showed what kind of people they are - left the vehicle overnight to have an alignment done and a front end checked, as the vehicle pulled to the right. Before I dropped off the vehicle I checked all 4 tires with a digital gauge and made sure they were equal and at the mfg's spec. After returning home with the vehicle and letting the tires cool, I checked the pressure in all 4 tires. The 2 left tires were 4 psi lower than when taken in and the 2 right tires were 2 psi higher. I suppose most people would never have noticed or checked this but I maintain my vehicles very well and have learned some of the tricks that these dealers play. I also know that one of the first things that needs to be done on a proper alignment is to be sure the tire pressures are in spec. I have to assume that this was all that they did to the vehicle because when the pressures were corrected the vehicle performed the same as before. I would not trust them with a bicycle.

Just bought a new 2011 CRV from this dealership. My first Honda from here. I usually buy in Scranton and now found a new home. Brian Melicharek, sales manager and Jesse Wade my salesman were great. I called to see thier best price and they beat my local dealer by $30 a month on my lease! When I got to the dealership my car was ready and I was in and out, with a complete transaction in less than 2 hours. James did my paperwork. Nice guy. I will be calling them in 3 years when my lease is due for another one. Thanks Motorworld!!

My Honda CRV was rear ended. The body shop worked in concert with the service department to do the body work as well as the regular maintenance that was required. Mike Flynn advised me that rear brakes were needed and proceeded with the job. It was all done within 24 of dropping off the vehicle for body work and while I still had the rental from Enterprise that was covered under the insurance. My CRV was returned in perfect condition and body shop personnel handled the service transaction when I dropped off th rental. Talk about one stop shopping. The coordination and service between departments was as percise as a Swiss watch. Between the sales service from Rich Moore, and the service provided by Mike Flynn and numerous others, I would not consider going elsewhere for sales or service. Between Rich Moore being procactive in customer satisfaction and matching you with the right car at exceptional deals and Mike Flynn keeping the vehicles finely tuned machines, there is no reason to look any further. Mike and Rich always go the extra mile.

This dealer is the most friendly, courteous and helpful of the ten or so I have encountered in 50 years. They appear to be dedicated to being the best in every way. Buying a Honda from them was a smooth and fair process without any of the famous dealership manager-salesman pressuring interplay--you know, where the salesman takes his offer sheet to the manager and comes back with, "I'm sorry but my manager won't let me do this (or that). Their service department is prompt and equally straightforward. As I say, they give every indication of being dedicated to being the best they can be.

Mike was extremely helpful answering our questions and demonstrating the features of the car we eventually purchased. He was not high pressure and willing to consider our offer. Mark Gillen, the Sales manager, was also friendly and helpful. I got a fair deal and never felt pressured to decide. These two gentlemen were professional in every sense of the word. I find this extra solicition a bit of a pain since I already gave one on the phone.This dealer has been good with me has tried to do an excellent job. The only concern is paying for it. Since I have had no mechanical problems with my Honda and I take it to the dealer for oil change and lube plus inspection I guess I can't complain to much about the cost.

I was extremely pleased with the service and extra effort in my recent visit to Motorworld. My new 2011 Honda Pilot ran into a deer and was at Motorworld Collision. I also needed a wiring harness for the trailer hitch (Accessies Department) and oil & filter change (Service Department). Several employees worked to help me get this all coordinated so that I only made one stop to pick up my Pilot when the body work was completed. All work was completed at that time. All receipts were in one location from all work from three departments - Service, Collision and Accessories. This saved me from having to stop at 3 different locations on the Motorworld complex. The body work was excellent; Can't even tell it was ever smashed! Service, understanding and courtesy were terrific. My sincere thanks to Don Engler, Aaron Fenyus, and Mike & BJ in Service. We were pleased with most aspects of our experience at MotorWorld. Some things that were concerns included the scheduling of the pick up. We ended up having to wait over 1.5 hours to close the deal, after being assured that if we came early we would be able to close the deal early. We did have to return the FIT for service the following Saturday due to a TPMS sensor malfunction. That matter was dealt with efficiently and at no cost other than the gas and mileage to return to MotorWorld for the repair.Thank you. The car runs great.

The Service of the vehicle is very good. But some of the customer service is not so commendable. I was made to wait for about 20 mins while the person was doing paperwork. I would understand and waited if there was another customer. I think any dealer should have the courtesy to respond to theri customers, which was not the case here. Improving this would make this dealer a great one.

My wifw and i were in the market for a Honda. i checked on line for various autos. Tara replied to my inquiry in a prompt and efficient manner. Shortly after her message we went to Motor World and met Tara and she promptly introduced us to Mr. Fenyus who handled our sale. Everything went smoothly including the prompt paper work of the Business Manager,I don't remember her name. Problem, When calling in for an appointment or attempting to cancel an appointment was a pain. Had to wait on my cell phone at one time for almost 15 min.The last appointment was due to bringing my vehicle back after getting new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After takeing the vehicle on the hwy, I had a shakeing in the steering wheel which was not there when the vehicle was brought in for the work. They said wheels had to be balanced. 1st had the wheels bal by this co, about year before, secound were was the shaking before bringing the vehicle in. Not happy about this will seek other opinon before any more work is done by this dealer.

i have been dealing with motor world for 10 years i have always been treated great right now my complaint is with honda about the rear brakes replacement they so far have not stood beyond their product and it seems to me that at 18,000 miles your brake pads should still be excellent and the rotors should not have to be resurfaced i feel i have been ripped off to the tone of 205.00and tomorow the case is supposed to be decided they (honda)has already aggreed to a settlement but will not take the blame and says that there is no safety issue this is the last honda im bying

I built a 2010 Honda Fit Sport on Honda's website to check what the price would be, and when I went to Motorworld to look into buying it, I was surprised to find that the car was cheaper (a little under 17,000) than what I would have expected. John was very pleasant and easy to talk to, He answered every question I had, and I left Motorworld knowing exactly what steps I needed to take to get my new vehicle.I came back to Motorworld to purchase my new Fit on Monday 7/19/2010. The vehicle was perfect, they did a great job prepping it for me to see. John once again answered any question I had and Tiffany Zawadzki showed me into her office for the paperwork part.Tiffany was also very friendly and answered any question I had along the way. On the way out after I bought my Honda Fit, John did a once over of all the vehicle's controls and functions, It was nice to know that he was genuinely helpful even after the sale was made. I found myself not only talking to John and Tiffany about buying a vehicle, but also having conversation with them as well. It made the experience feel less stressful and much more pleasing in the end.

I used to do my own oil changes and maintenance for my vehicles, but when I bought my honda I did not have the time to do this anymore. I decided to start taking my vehicle to motor world for routine maintenance and have had great customer service ever since. BJ is usually the person who I drop my vehicle off with and she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I dropped my Honda off for maintenance, I accidently arrived 45 minutes early for my 4:15 appointment. I naturally expected to have to wait for my time, but BJ and the service department had my vehicle ready at 4:20; only 5 minutes after my original appointment time. For their great customer service I plan to continue using motor world for all my vehicle needs.

If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would run it through the car wash, but that isn't done anymore. It would be a nice finishing touch to there service.

Over a two month period, I was in contact with Mark and Travis at Motorworld. Mark was assisting with my lease return and with any questions about a vehicle i was wanting to lease or buy. Travis obtained a vehicle for me that was in my price range. They put up with weeks of questions and me changing my mind about which vehicle i wanted repeatedly. They consistently and quickly responded to calls and emails. They never pressured me to buy any vehicle. They listened to everything that i wanted in a vehicle and my price range, and led me to the one that i am very happy with. I wanted to buy a new car and I had dealt with Motorworld in the past but pricing didn't work out for me and ended up buying from Matt Burne the other Honda dealer in the area. I dealt with Don who was knowledgeable and nice but didn't end up buying because of the price last time. This time around I thought things might have changed and thought to give them a second chance considering they are closer to me then the other Honda dealer. The sales person I dealt with felt more like an automated system then actually trying to help me with the purchase. He wouldn't budge on price or try to find me a better deal. I was going to lease and wanted to know how would changing the down payments and terms work out for monthly payment and he seemed to be stuck on the same quote showing no response toward what I wanted. Finally I ended up talking to one of the other salesman over the phone named Travis during the weekend who seemed enthusiastic and we were making progress towards the deal. I informed him clearly that I would like to deal with him instead of my first salesman and I might end up buying if he would help me get a good deal.To my surprise on Monday morning I got a phone call back from my first Sales guy with whom I didn't want to work, trying to sell me the car. I got over my frustration and started working with him on the purchase and to my surprise nothing changed. I found the same arrogant behavior and no willingness from him to work out a deal and I ended up going to Matt Burne instead of wasting my time and energy on Motor World. The guy over at Matt Burne gave me way better deal without any haggling and made sure I got all rebates and incentives Honda was offering. I ended up buying the EX model instead of the LX version that I was planning to buy because of the deal that was offered to me. I think you guys should really learn how to treat people and understand their needs by trying to shop there. You also need to remember that in today's day and age its not hard to find the prices that people are paying to buy cars with little research because all of the information is available online and easy to find. While you guys seem to be stuck on MSRP and show no willingness to work with a customer.

I was interested in leasing a new honda and spoke to John on the phone, he said he would be there till 7:00. I arrived at about 6:00 and he inspected and appraised my trade, had all the paperwork done and then I met with Tiffany(a great asset to your company I might add.) The whole staff was more than courteous. I was offered help from everyone i talked to. They were very accommodating, allowing me to test any and every car i was interested in. Which brings me to my next point; there were a lot of cars. It was really nice to have such a huge selection of both makes and models to look at all under one roof. While browsing and driving, i was never pressured. I received accurate answers to any questions i had, but other than that, the decision making process was left in my hands (where it should be). In the end, I got a really good deal on a really good car, and although there may be good deals on other good cars out there, the experience at motorworld was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Oh, and don't speed in their parking lot.

I was directed to Motorworld Honda Service by my regular auto service provider because they could not positively determine the reason by car pulled to the right when stepping on the gas. My service provider thought it might be a bad motor mount. It was not the motor mount but compliance bushings. This was quickly corected by Motorworld Honda. My only disappointment was that Motorworld stated that the car needed an alignment. I returned to my regular service provider for an alignment and was told that all specifications were within acceptable ranges.

Our experience with Don and Joe was exemplary. Don is knowledgeable, personable, and got right to the point with us. He took us for a test ride in the car, made sure we were both comfortable driving it and took pains to explain all of the car's features. When Fred went in to sign the papers with Joe, Don took me outside to go over the car, saving time for us, which we had indicated was very important. We had done research on mini-vans and had not quite decided on a Honda. We currently own a very impressive Toyota 4 Runner and had anticipated on buying a Toyota mini-van. Our research indictaed that we should look at the Honda Odyssey. We arived at Motiorworld with no intent to buy during the visit. We had planned on doing more research. We had set up a meeting with Aaron Fenyus a week prior.Upon arriving and taking a demo ride with Aaron we became very comfortable with the Odyssey. His demeanor and explanations of the Odyssey strong points made us most comfortable. We had gathered some prices from other Honda Odyssey dealers and showed them to Aaaron. He was very staright forward and checked to see the lowest price that Motorworld could accept. It was in our range and we decided to close the deal during the visit. We will be contacting Aaron when we decide to replace our other car.

The Honda employees were very clear and very knowledgable about the cars I was looking at. The test drives were very helpful, and the salesman helped give me information at each car. The purchase was quick and smooth, and everything was explained to me in detail. Buying a car is a big deal, but I felt safe with this dealership.

I hit a pothole and damaged my rim. Luckily I had road hazard warranty. I called Motorworld service on Monday to report the incident and to advise I needed a new rim. I received a call back on Monday afternoon to tell me my rim had arrived. When I went to pick it up, BJ did all she could to get me processed and on my way.

I faxed a request/proposal for a new car. The fax was followed-up with a phone call within an hour. The salesman spoke with the manager within that hour, and quoted me the most competitive price among a few other local dealers for the car that I wanted. The process was efficient (my car was not on the lot, as it needed to be located and transported to MW), the customer services was superior, and I am confident that a similar overall experience will be achieved on my next vehicle purchase. In walking into the dealership, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and treated as a paying customer even though I had not even begun to talk about my wishes. I came in knowing eexactly what I was looking for. The salesperson I interacted with took my information and searched to see what was available on site. The sales person did not pressure me for the sale, or try to push other amenities onto the deal. I got a great price and had a great experience.

Customer Service is inverserly proportional to price. If you think you got a good bargain price, PLEASE do not expect good Customer Service as well. They are caring only if they can make good Profit in your sales. This is really frustrating experience. I could have got better deal and customer service if i would have gone to some other dealer. Sent an email to Management Team and it is more than 10 days yet to receive any feedback on this from them. I also got a review call from Honda Customer Service who indicated that they would talk to Dealer and have them call me in next 24 hours. Well it is more than 5 business days for that call also. ========================================================================John:I received your mail thanking for the purchase along with email id for the feedback. Just want to spend few minutes here and provide you my honest feedback. I bought Car on 3rd January. Miles on the car were 14. All my documents say 14 miles. I took delivery of my car on 17th instead of 3rd. When I went for delivery, miles on car were 19.7. Don't know how those extra 5 miles come in from the time I bought the car till it was delivered. When I went for delivery, my sales person was giving delivery for the other car. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes to 1 hour. But when my car was delivered it took less than 15 minutes. Don't know why there was difference between two deliveries. I never got an opportunity to speak to manager. I am an account manager for one of the top 5 software companies in India and I know how important it is to have customer interaction especially in such economy. I even got a gift card and chocolate box for my salesman and a chocolate box for lady in F & I department just to make sure they are happy for doing business with me. My Interest Rate was 2.9 instead of 1.9 because my credit score was showing as 670. I have account with CITI which monitors my credit score every month on monthly basis. My score in CITI for Transunion was 707 on December 08th and 704 on January 08th. However, when I applied for car loan on Jan 03rd , my score was shown up as 670. Per CITI, it is not possible to have such difference of more than 30 points in score. I was told that score is decided by American Honda Finance. I called their customer service number and they told that it is decided at Dealer and all they do is the collection of money on behalf of Dealer. Not sure who is right or who is wrong. But, it does give me wrong feeling that I ended up in paying more than $250 in interest. When I took my car and on the way back home, I was trying to use windshield wiper and to my surprise no fluid was coming out. When I checked, there was no windshield fluid at all. Shouldn't this have been checked before delivery? This is most disturbing. I just bought a new car and find that the basic thing is not even checked. Windshield fluid is something which I could find on my own. Don't know what all other things are missed prior to delivery. When I opened hood to check the windshield fluid, it was very difficult to close the hood. It literary took me 10 minutes. Not sure it was even checked. I was getting car at same price with additional incentives like Free PA state inspection, 10% off on any service, oil changes etc (see email chain below). However, I decided to go for Motorworld as it was local. But now, I am not happy with my decision. In the first week of my new car, I need to take my car back to service department to make sure that things are Right which should have been done before delivery itself. So, I would be ending up in driving 40 miles and spending 2 hours of my time just to assure myself there is nothing else being missed as part of delivery. This is definitely frustrating. At the end I am NOT HAPPY with the whole transaction. Sincerely, Ramesh Lende.

John Bednorski was great. He quoted an excellent (low) price on the phone for a new Honda Civic lease. The price was over a thousand less than the best deal locally in Ithaca or from other dealers I called. When I travelled 4 hours to get to MotorWorld, John made sure that the lease prices matched - to the penny - what he quoted. He also drove to pick me up from the bus station. I plan to recommend John and MotorWorld to others.

Scott Honda had some lower prices for the same model. As a Chrysler Dealer I was not happy with having to pay a Disposition Fee since I leased the car from you and returned it to you. Motorworld should have ingested this cost. I have been a customer of Motorworld for 9 years, and never had to pay a disposition fee before.

I know that I have many dealers to choose from, so I started my search on the internet. I was contacted via e-mail very promptly (it also included an internet discount for the type of car I was looking for) and then by a follow-up phone call. I have always purchased Hondas and I was certainly not disappointed with my recent choice. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable (as was the credit manager)and I did not feel 'pressured', as is sometimes the case in other dealerships. Overall, my experience with MotorWorld was excellent.

I was also very pleased with his willingness to accompany me to other car dealerships within motorworld and get all the information that I needed to make my decision. There was one miscommunication between the two of us but this was resolved quickly after the sale so overall I am very happy with motorworld and expecially Ira.

Was only going to look at a car to see what new ones are out there. I was able to test drive a 2009 Civic and a Fit. John explained features of the cars and answered questions I didn't even know I would have. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on the product. Being a woman and the car being mainly for me to drive, I appreciated that John talked to me about the car and not just my husband as some dealers have done. I was impressed with the speed of the credit check and the paperwork for purchase. I had not purchased a car for 5 years, but was impressed with the service I received on this sale. Of course everyone doesn't want to pay alot for a car, but in comparing your prices to other cars, they were comparable or better than others. We have now purchased four cars in the past three years from Motorworld. Three cars from one salesman & would have bought from the same if he was there. My husband inquired about a Mercedes ML for a surprise anniversary gift. Dave was extremely nice,helpful,interested in my car needs and knowledgeable. I drove the Mercedes, loved it and felt true luxury driving/riding in the car. My concerns were how nice the car was because we have a 4 year old and 17 month old. I thought it was the car for me then I asked to drive the Honda Pilot. Dave was very accommodating. I drove the Pilot and decided that was the car I wanted. One thing that impressed me with Dave was he was as professional selling me the Honda as the Mercedes. The reasons I chose the Pilot were as follows: more room(I am already picking up an extra child/friend here and there), it fits five or more comfortably(my mother has moved in with us), I would always be worried about the interior of the car(Mercedes) with the way the little ones( I still need a "mommy car") are and most importantly the seats reclining in the second row. When my children fall asleep I worry about their necks and if the seat doesn't recline a little their little necks hang forward or to one side or they just can't get comfortable. I do look forward to purchasing a Mercedes when the children are older and I would most definately want to purchase the car from Dave. He took time with any questions, was extremely patient with accessory decisions and demonstrated true kindness, a gentleman. There really aren't many men I can say demonstrate being a gentleman. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a car to see Dave at Motorworld.

I stopped into Motorworld on a "fact finding mission" as my husband was working that day. I took a test drive in an Element and loved it! One of my pet peeves is getting a sales person who doesn't know his product. Andy Harder wasn't one of those. There wasn't a question I asked that he didn't know the answer to. He was extremely polite and courteous, never high pressure. He gave me some numbers to think about and asked "aside from your husband test driving the vehicle is there anything else that would prevent you from buying the vehicle today". My answer at that point was "no", because I had a great test drive, all my questions were answered and the price was great! He introduced me to Joey Kupstas to talk about financing even though I had secured financing elsewhere. Joey asked me to consider financing through Honda and gave me an application to complete if we decided to give it a try. After my description of the experience, my husband was eager to test drive the Element. We also decided to fill out the credit app just to see if Joey could do better on the rate. While we went on the test drive, Joey got us approved with no money down and at a rate that was over 3% less than what we were already approved for!The staff at Motorworld Honda was GREAT to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a quality vehicle at a great price and easy financing to boot!

We actually travelled to Motorworld Honda from Philadelphia as the price offered on the 2008 Accord EX-L w/Nav was significantly below what any of the Philadelphia dealers offered to us. The Sales Person, Aaron Fenyus, worked hard to earn our business, yet was always respectful and courteous. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for us. Everyone was very professional and yet very efficient. Less than 1 1/5 after we arrived at the dealership, we drove off in our new vehicle. Even though we are approximately ninety miles away from Motorworld, we will definitely consider using them in the future!

Dealt with two different salesman neither offered excellent customer service. First salesman was condescending towards us, 2nd was evasive. While shopping, I mentioned a few times (over a 2 day period) about financing I thought was available and wanted. I was incorrect about the financing, but no one told me, until i arrived on the purchase day. Salesman claimed he had some busy days and didn't have time to contact me before about my error. GREAT here I am with checkbook in hand & all excited to buy! When spending over $25,000.00 I expect someone to be honest & helpful!After sale, nothing was explained about function of car or service.Sales manager never introduced himself, but did get to overhear him chew out some salesman. VERY unprofessional. However, I have dealt with Motorworlds Acura service center and was always VERY satisfied. Buy somewhere else and then go to Motorworld for service. They know how to treat a customer in the service center.
