I'm giving them three stars now. waiting to see how its resolved then I'll rate again. Just had my 2014 certified pre owned Lexus is 250 that I bought in October with 14,000 miles on it upon purchase for first service check up. First the front tires are wearing badly, so they had to take them off the rims and rotate. Which they didn't charge (and let me know) and they did small damage to the wheels. Of course when I called they said they use plastic tools to remove tires so basically they are calling me a liar. I clean the wheels twice a week and there wasn't a spot on them. When the car was returned two small nics on the wheels. I'll rate again after I see how they handle it. If they don't take responsibility I will never buy a car or have it serviced there. And I will also complain to Lexus corporate.

We were considering purchase of SUV and wanted to see Lexus models. Jack Butcher met us browsing the lot, answered numerous questions. We compared the RX and NX both new and "Certified" as Jack patiently let us get comfortable. The experience was more of a conversation and there was absolutely no pressure. If we were not comfortable we would have left but as we talked, narrowed choices, discussed pros and cons, we settled on the new NX200t. The deal was fair and the trade in value sealed the deal. We signed papers and drove off lot in a brand new car and a new friend in Jack Butcher. It was a very satisfactory experience for two people who do not really enjoy car shopping. We do now!

Have purchased two new Lexus vehicles here and never had a problem getting my cars serviced with a pick up and loaner involved. I recently purchased a 2016 NX with the understanding that the same service was available. Well now it seems that they don't want to service either one of my Lexus cars with a pickup service unless it's involving an extensive repair !! Really, is this they way you want to play the game? Fine, we now use Lehigh Valley Lexus as our primary and will use them to purchase any further Lexus cars there unless they change in their practices as well and then we will explore other brands to purchase, but not at Motorworld !!

Excellent service from Jack Butcher. He rates a 10 PLUS. Jack is very personable, professional and knowledgeable in the auto industry. We actually called on the telephone and Jack answered. We explained what we were interested in purchasing. Jack had asked to call us back after researching the information for us. At this point, we had told him we called two other dealerships for a different make and model and left our telephone number and had not received a call back after 2 hours. We agreed to the call back, but also stated the first dealership who returns our call has the sale of the car. Bottom line is Jack stood up to the challenge and called us back within 10 minutes. We told him we are on our way up to purchase the vehicle. By the time we arrived at the dealership, Jack had the car in the shop to be detailed. He took his time with us and explained every step with purchasing a new car. He explained every detail of the car and it's functions before we started the vehicle. There are not many salesman who would take the extra time to ensure we were happy and knowledgeable in the functions of the vehicle we purchased. We need more people like Jack who cares about the people buying and the company he works for. Our experience went so well, we plan to have our vehicle serviced there. Great Job and thank you for your service. ONLY 5 WITH THE RATING OF THE EMPLOYEE? He deserves a higher rating.

This was our first experience purchasing a Lexus. We have owned BMW's for the past 7 years, but my wife fell in love with the Lexus. From the first step through the door we were treated amazing. We found Motor World on the internet and took a chance to visit them even though they were an hour and a half away from our home and there was another Lexus dealership 10 minutes from our place. Our sales person turned out to be Carlo. Throughout our car buying experience, Carlo made us feel at ease and made the entire process of buying a car a pleasure. In addition to that the entire staff who came in contact with us from management to the folks in the service area displayed nothing but the best professionalism. We bought the Lexus HS250H (in mid December) and are very happy with it. They went out of their way to secure the white ES350 for me in time for me to go on vacation. I just want to say my experience at Motorworld Lexus was excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlo, although I dropped by with no appointment, he made his best efforts to accommodate me with the Lexus RX model. It was near closing time, but he insisted that he would stay past closing to show me the car. I went for a test drive, and was immediately pleased with the car. Negotiations with the price went relatively smoothly, and the sales manager Jim was very pleasant though the final sale. We had dealt with Carlo before, as this is our third car purchase from him, and he treats us like family, as we sometimes forget we are at a car dealership. After the purchase, Carlo and his Tech person, Derek explained the navigation system and the rest of the car, as I am not familiar all the features. They made sure my phone was paired with bluetooth, and went though the menus in the system. I highly recommend Carlo and this dealership, as I purchased many cars before from other places, this exceeded my expectations.

I went with my mother to help her purchase a 2012 Lexus RX350 (since she's uncomfortable in high pressure sales situations). I crunched the numbers (financing, etc.) before going in order to make sure that we wouldn't get fleeced. I was delighted to find that the dealer who helped us (Jack Butcher) was fair and informative throughout our interactions and negotiations. His numbers matched mine and he was very personable/likable and easy to talk to. My mother ended up with a good deal on the car and then received a good deal on supplemental tire insurance from Thomas Casey. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had with buying a car.It was painless( and that is not easy to say with car buying). The Lexus was beautiful, but I will say that the help and caring attitude of Mr Roccograndi, the ability to work with his manager Jim to reach an acceptable deal, made the decision to buy this car easy. Not only did Carlo help with the technicalities of the sale, he went above and beyond. He made sure I had a good idea of what all functions of the vehicle were before I left the lot. He programmed by blue tooth for my phone, which would have taken me days. In addition, Tom Casey was a great guy to work with for financing. Everything was done within minutes. Finally, by the time i left the dealership, I felt like family. The major reason for this is Carlo. He is a gem of a man!

This was our first purchase at Motorworld, although it wasn't our first Lexus. We went into the showroom to look at a CT200H and immediately was approached by Carlo, who asked if we would like a brochure. No sales pressure at all. He gave us his business card. We thought about the car for about two weeks, called Carlo and set up an appointment, took a test drive, loved the car, and picked it up on March 10, 2012. All paperwork was ready upon our arrival. He was very organized, and after the paperwork was completed, he took us to the car, reviewed the controls, etc., which are a little bit different in a hybrid. He set up the Bluetooth for us and was happy to see that we were happy with our purchase. He was professional, courteous, and a true gentleman in every way. We will definitely ask for Carlo for any future purchases.

Since early fall we have been looking to upgrade from our Toyota Camry. We had visited MotorWorld on several occasions and were looking at the 2012 Toyota Camry and owning a Lexus had always been on my "Bucket List". We started with Certified then on to 2011 end-of-the year sales and then realized that it could be possible to begin our search for a 2012 Lexus ES 350. From the moment we walked through the doors and met Mr. Jack Butcher, we immediately knew we were in the best hands. My husband never plays the "pricing game" and the evening we called Jack and asked for the dealership's "BEST" out the door price, he got back to us in less than 10 mins. We asked the same of Lexus of Lehigh Valley and, after considering buying locally, the price was un-beatable. The best part was being with Mr. Butcher who knew just how to handle us and has incredible knowledge about the product he sells. When we went for delivery, we were offered many extra perks and the financial transition with Mr. Casey was smooth and comfortable. We are now the very proud owners of our Lexus and can scratch another thing off the "Bucket List". Jim Swearer was most accomodating and we had worked with him before. Very professional and a credit to the Lexus brand and Motorworld Group. The prepped car was clean although slightly more attention needs to be done to the inside windows, as they were streaked from the new car vinyl / leather off gases. It's just something small I noticed but all together, all of the staff we had encountered were top shelf!

We were thinking about a used Lexus. After reviewing the Motor World website (very easy to use), we decided to stop in to check interest rates. We were not planning to buy right away. Jack came up to us with a genuine smile and offered to answer our questions. He showed us several used cars of the model we liked, and it turned out that Lexus was having a special promo with low interest rates. We took test drives in 2 different cars, and the second one had all the options we were interested in. Everything just clicked - the car, the price, the interest rate, and Jack all were amazing. He never pressured us, but kept telling us about Lexus quality and what we could expect from their dealership in terms of service. We were so impressed that it would have been silly NOT to buy a car that day. Even the finance guy was impressive - not like the slimy slick characters that often hold those positions. He seemed authentic and truly interested in our satisfaction with the whole transaction. After this experience, we may never buy a new car again. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have EVER had.

I visited the showroom with the intention of only picking up a Lexus SUV brochure. I purchased my current car from MotorWorld so I knew I would be dealing with a trustworthy, customer-focused dealership. I had recently driven a new RX 450h purchased at MotorWorld by a friend and loved it! I've been shopping for an SUV for several months and had decided to purchase the RX 450h in April 2012. Upon my entering the showroom, Carlo was quick to leave his desk and greet me, retrieved the requested brochure, then asked how he could help me. He is very cordial, friendly, polite and was genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle that would be a good fit for my family and lifestyle. We ended up test driving a certified pre-owned RX 400h and I was thrilled with its performance as well as Carlos's knowledge of the vehicle. I could tell he had really listened to me because in the demo he touched on every key point of importance to me: safety features, road noise, comfort during lengthy daily commutes and business travel, etc. And he was at no time pushy in the least; I at no time felt pressured to make an instant decision. Carlo was exceptional in his customer service skills and product knowledge, the car was a perfect fit for the family, and it was priced to sell. No haggling, no pressure, the best car sales experience ever ... Sold!

The experience of purchasing a new Lexus at Moterworld was pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. When a flaw in the paint was discovered during inspectionn it was handled very professionally. What could be better is the coordination between the body shop and scheduling. When I got to the body shop they asked me to fill out a form. All that should have been in the computer and the should have said welcome Mr. Huntzinger we would like to verify the service and when verified have the loner vehicle right there. That was not the case, although handled it could have been smoother!

My experience with this dealership and salesman started approximately six months before my actual purchase. I visited the dealer's lot in Sept-Oct. just to look at the various Lexus models - knowing full well I was not buying at that time. Mr. Roccograndi came out to greet me and I told him I was not buying, but looking. Carlo answered all my questions about the various Lexus models. We struck up other conversations as well such as health issues and golf. When I left the car lot and Mr. Roccograndi, I felt I had made a friend and told him if I should come back and buy a Lexus, I would ask for him to assist me.MotorWorld advertised on the internet - a low milage 2008 Lexus GS350 that meet my specs. When I visited the lot again to inquire about this car, I was meet by other courteous, friendly sales staff who asked me if they could help. I asked them if Mr. Roccograndi was working that day and they relpied that he was. I was told he was with another customer and he would be given the message that I was waiting for him.About 15 minutes later I did meet with Mr. Roccograndi and re-established our friendly rapport that we enjoyed in the fall. Again, Carlo answere all my questions and when we got down to "talking turkey" what ensued was probably the most satisfactory negotiation session that involved a large sum of money that I ever experienced. Carlo and the Sales Mgr. at Lexus MotorWorld deserve a lot of praise for their customer "bedside manner". I will never forget this experience. All I can say is WOW!!!!Immediately after the sale, Carlo explained all the gadgets on the car to me. He took nearly an hour to do so and this was all after his usual quitting time. (Hope Carlo's supper was kept warm by his wife.)I'm looking forward to talking to Carlo again about gettin XM satellite radio for my Lexus, and if anybody should ask me where I got my car, I'll tell them I got it from Carlo at MotorWorld Lexus and what a great experience it was.

I always brought my 2006 IS 250 for service to Motor World. Andy (now with another division at Motor World) and Jilian and Ana and even the people working in the garage return calls promptly and answer all questions. My father buys his Lexus cars and I wanted the same style and color and worked with Jan Intoccia to get my 2011 IS 250.Jan is very personable, knowledgeable and probably the best qualified to give instruction on all the new features. I was very happy with the whole experience and can't imagine driving anything but a Lexus.

I would highly recommend this dealership. They have a wide selection of vehicles ranging from sedans to SUV's. The salesperson (Larry Crolick) that assisted me was from the Cadillac area but was knowledgable about all vehicles within the dealership. He was extremely patient with me. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Information given to me was very accurate. Prices were also negotiable. After I finally made my decision and purchase, the salesmen spent a lot of time with me going over all the features on the vehicle prior to my leaving the dealership.

My wife and I considered an Acura MDX and a Lexus RX 350. We initially worked with an Acura salesperson, who also showed us the Lexus (The Lexus showroom was just a few feet away in the same dealership). We decided on the Lexus, and purchased it on 2/19/11. The purchase experience was unpleasant for the following reasons: 1. It took over 1.5 hours to be able to sign the necessary paperwork when we were told it would be only 45 minutes, 2. the dealership was turning off the lights and shutting down by the time we completed the paperwork - we felt "hustled out" at the end of the day, and 3. the Acura salesperson was assigned to go over our new car and familiarize me with it, and he was not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as a Lexus salesperson would have been. This was a very unsatisfying experience, and I didn't feel I really understood the car like I should have. I just knew enough to be able to drive the car home in the dark. He was unable to sync my phone to the navigation system before I left (I was able to accomplish this the next day in 30 seconds when following instructions in the Owners Manual). This is not what you expect when you purchase a $50k vehicle. I called the dealership to complain the next business day, and the customer service person took careful notes about my concerns. The Sales Manager, Jim Partington (sp?) contacted me very quickly and asked what he needed to do do to assist me and address my concerns. He was very understanding, accommodating, and professional. I did return to the dealership a few days later, and a Lexus salesperson took an hour to go over the features of the car, and answer all of my questions, which should have been done when I purchased the vehicle. So, although the initial purchase experience was unpleasant, Jim, the Sales Manager, made things right, and created a very positive experience for my wife and me. We hope that this is indicative of the type of service experience we will have at Motorworld Lexus. We have owned a Lexus previously, and expect high quality service. Because Jim fixed the initial problem, I am able to give Motorworld Lexus a good recommendation.

I was very pleased with the customer service of all employees that were part of my purchase. The salesman, Peter who works in Mercedes was very knowledgeable of all vehicles we initially test drove. After several drives we decided on the Lexus. The sales manager, Jim and finance manager, Tom worked diligently with Peter to allow us to take our new Lexus home that evening. Considering it was New Year's Eve around 3:45 that was impressive. The dealership closed at 5 p.m. but all three were still there with us making sure we completed the deal. The customer service went so above and beyond, I told Peter and Jim how I loved the Lexus to Remember commercial with the red bow and how I wanted a picture for my facebook with a big red bow on my new Lexus. Both were more than happy to take a bow off a vehicle in the showroom and put it on my Lexus and then take pictures of it with my husband and I in front of the car. This of course was after the store technically closed. I can't say enough about the treatment we received from the salesman Peter and the two other gentlemen in the Lexus department.

My husband and I owned a 2007 Lexus RX350 and we were considering upgrading to a 2010 RX350. We had been looking at prices and vehicles at a dealership while we were out of town. Upon returning home, we decided to visit Motorworld and Carlo Roccograndi, coming from the recommendation of my father-in-law. We found Carlo Roccograndi to be very cooperative, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable in discussing the new Lexus and our trade. He brings a ton of experience and thorough knowledge about anything Lexus-and if there is something he didn't know, he finds the answer asap. He made what is usually an uneasy task of buying a vehicle seem very straightforward and fair. He adequately explained our warranty and all functions of our new car. We were very pleased overall including our time in the finance department with Tom Casey. We plan on using Carlo again when it is time for my husband to upgrade his car.

I am probably what some people may call a car "conasuer". Since the day I turned 16 and purchased my first car, I have purchased a new one almost every year to two years to the present time. I have been around the block and dealt with alot of dealerships and none can even come close to compare with the wonderful service that I and my husband experienced at Lexus. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with nothing but kindness and never were made to feel uncomfortable or the pressure to buy. Not like we have felt in the past at other dealerships. The gentleman that we met and became are sale rep. was Carlo Roccogrande. He was an absolute joy to deal with and in my opinon goes above and beyond. He made us feel like our time was valuable and that we were important. There was no sale "games" ( what I like to call when you are there for hours when numbers are being thrown back and fourth). We were given right from the start the best deal on our trade-in and on the 2010 GS350 I was looking to purchase. I really can not say enough about this man, he truely goes out of his way to see that customers at Lexus are completely satisified. I can say without a doubt that dealing with everyone on the Lexus team was pleasurable, and when that time comes around from me to trade-in again I will be bringing my business back to Lexus MotorWorld and paying Carlo a visit!

This is the 4th Lexus we have owned. The second one from this dealership.Jim was very helpful. We knew which Lexus we wanted before we arrived at the dealership. I think a chance to review some of the "Product Presentation Guide" would have been helpful. The 2007 Lexus had a touch screen for the Navigation/XM radio system, and the Bluetooth. Also the Lexus Enform wasn't really explained. A buyer can't ask questions if one doesn't know the operation of the systems. I just found the CD Guide by chance in the glove box. Jim did get back to me on a couple of questions. He helped us set up my phone for bluetooth, but I had to refer to manual and CD to put in numbers..........before I just used the touch screen. Perhaps someone other then a salesperson could have offer a CD tutorial session.Thank you,Martha M. Gandy

After searching the net for more than 6 weeks, I found a great deal on a 2006 Lexus RX400h at Motorworld Lexus in Wilkes-Barre, PA via CARS.COM. They offered this Lexus certified pre-owned car at a great price, and nearly $8000 less than the exact same car at 2 local Baltimore area Lexus dealers. The internet manager was a breeze to work with, and guaranteed that the posted price was the actual price of the car. They were willing to hold it for me for 6 days with a CC deposit. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from my salesman, Carlo Roccograndi, as well as from the Finance Manager, Tom Casey. Each of these folks made the transaction quick and easy, and well worth the 3 hour drive to get this car. I only wish I had found them sooner.

I went to Motorworld Lexus to have my vehicle serviced. While we were there we decided to look around the showroom as we had some time to kill. We were looking over the cars in the showroom we met up with Carlo Roccogrande, He sold us our current Lexus.In talking with him I mentioned that I really wish that we had bought a hybrid Lexus.Since our Rx 350 is fairly new, I had no idea of buying another vehicle now. Carlo happened to mention that maybe he should have our car apprarised just so that we would know what it is valued at. I declined, After getting our car back from the service dept, I looked up Carlo and asked him to have it appraised, but that we had no intension of purchasing now. As always he is very helpful and willing to please.When we got the numbers, I gave him a figure of what I would be willing to do. I never expected Motorworld take my offer, but they did.Carlo is a very personable and knowledgeable sales person. What he doesn't know he will find out. Carlo goes out of his way to see that the customers of Motorworld Lexus are completely satisified.I just cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. If anyone is looking for a salesman that they do not have to feel "On Guard" around then this is your man. The service I received from Motorworld was favorable from the moment I walked throgh the door. I was greeted immediately upon stepping through the front door and was assisted through the process of looking at multiple cars and driving a couple of them. I was given various options (pre-owned versus new; leasing vs. buying, etc.) and all these options were explained in detail. When I left the Motorworld facility with my options outlined,I was told that I would not be called or hassled and, indeed, I was not. When I called back a few days later, I, again, spoke with Aaron Choman regarding the car we had last discussed. To make a long story short, I told him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. He offered me an excellent finance rate if I purchased the car over the weekend so I drove down on Monday and completed the purchase. Tom Casey worked with me to get the financing application completed and faxed to him. He was very thorough and helpful regarding the explanation of all the paperwork and what it all meant. Jim Partington helped me get set up with the various services available with my new car and Aldo Franconi explained all of the features of my new car in great detail. I am very pleased with the Lexus Team and the service they provided at Motorworld. Excellent!

Traded in my trusty 10 year old RX300 for a RX450h - what an awesome vehicle! Just wanted to test drive the RX450h - I knew I wanted it after 5 minutes. Dealt with Jeff Evans - great person - not your typical car sales person. Personable and just wanted to satisfy my needs. Showed a genuine interest. Fully explained my options, gave me a very fair price including the trade and I drove away very happy in my new RX450h. No hassles - told him I had an hour to get the deal done due to a prior engagement - he apologized that we were 6 minutes over. I don't know of many dealerships that once you test drove the vehicle and made your deal, you could walk away with the car in 66 minutes!This is probably around our 12th car purchased from MotorWorld - and we'll continue to keep coming back because the service has always been a very pleasurable experience. I felt like there was something major wrong with my 2000 Lexus RX300. I did have it checked at Independence Toyota in Hazleton. They suggested that I take it to a Lexus dealer. I have some friends who are customers of Motorworld. After speaking with them about the service they receive at Motorworld, I decided to call your service department to make an appointment to have a diagnostic test done on my vehicle. When the outcome of the diagnostic test resulted in a very costly repair of my SUV and not wanting to invest a lot of money into a nine year old vehicle, I decided that I needed to purchase a new Lexus. I was very pleased with my vehicle and the great service I had with it over the last nine years. Walking around your showroom I met your salesman Jim Swearer. He was very informative and personable in our business dealing. I felt that Jim gave me a fair trade in value on my vehicle. He did a good job of explaining all of the options on the new RX350. He explained to me that when it comes time to service my car someone would come to my house, pick up my vehicle and leave me a loaner car. He also explained that if I chose to bring the car in for servicing there was shuttle service to Mohegan Sun, the Wyoming Valley Mall or the Shops at Montage. Living in Freeland I feel that Motorworld is in a convenient location and I like the choices I have when it comes time to bring my vehicle in for servicing. I also want to say that I found your service deparment representatives to also be very pleasant.

After horrendous dealings with dealerships in NJ/NY, we decided to look outside our area (NJ). We corresponded w/ Maribeth from the internet sales and spoke w/ one of the salesmen, Jeff. Walter is an excellent salesman. Courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Although I have had numerous Cadillacs, because of the ride (suspension)I was looking for he convinced me to go with Lexus. He was right. Walter has been my salesperson for several years and I know he would not give me a bum steer. After having been advised by Jeff Evans that I was approved for leasing a new Lexus LS250 on Tuesday, I visited the dealership on Friday unannounced. I expected to have a long wait however, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Jeff would take care of me as soon as he finished with the customer in his office. Aldo Franconi has always been sincere and honest with us. Not pushy or trying to see us more vechile than we need. The dealership is coustomer friendly and the service is great. Being able to have a car while our vehile is being service was a major insentive to us going back to a Lexus vechile. Unfortunately the nearest Lexus dealership is in Philadelphia so its hard to get a price comparence on our vechile. This is our 4th vehicle purchased at this dealership.
