I got a '15 Mustang convertible and my wife fell in love with a '15 Edge so we got her the new Edge. Well the Edge had some problems we brought the Edge back and got a loaner car. We came back 3 weeks later to check on my wife's new Edge which had now been in the shop longer than my wife had driven it. The sales manager Keith Tyler got involved he went to bat for us with Ford and got Ford to replace the Edge. I have bought Fords at many different dealers and I believe that no other dealer would have went that extra mile to make sure the right thing was done. I have bought and driven new Ford's sense 1982 and Keith Tyler and Mountaineer Automotive have got me for a customer for life.

Was buying a like new used truck, went to the dealership 3 times, first trip went to see a truck that was in the newspaper, salesman said he didn't know what truck I was asking about couldn't find it on inventory. Second trip I brought the inventory number and gave it to him. We made a deal on it and I was to pick it up after work the next day, called 3 times the next day to make sure all was on track with no problems. Drove over to the dealership and everyone acted like we had the plague. Went to the sales manager and was told our salesman had to be off early but the truck had been sold 1 hour before we got there. That made 3 trips of 80 miles each day, 240 total plus several hours of our time and they couldn't even call or return our calls. I wouldn't take a free truck from these people much less buy one !

Ever since this dealership has changed from rameys to whom they are now the do not apreaciate return customers. Iv been a 10 year customer. But never will I return..after 6 new cars and treated and talked to like a burden..I'll never return..

After horrible experiences at other dealership we found Ramey in Princeton, WV ! Buddy Jarrell was fantastic! Very honest, no pressure. Highly recommend!! Got great Deal!

We bought a car from Chris in November of 2004... From NC. We told him what payments we needed and what car my husband wanted and he made it happen!! We drove 6 hours and got nothing but respect and great customer service from Chris! He is great and we will definitely drive another 6 hours to get another car from him. Thank you!
